Love this store. Went there today and while everyone is always very quick to help, I cannot say enough about how amazing Gabrielle was. Her customer service skills are out of this world wonderful. She was helpful, patient, and kind. She went above and beyond. The store is also always well stocked to make it even better.
This store has so many items you wouldnt think. And the prices on supplies like hydraulic fluid, filters and hoses are very competitive. They have hardwares of every kind and if you need hand tools dont go anywhere else they have name brand and quality sets most Ive seen under 20$ for entire sets of sockets and wrenches short wrenches and screwdriver sets all very comparable to what is sold in the auto parts stores at half the costs. Theyve got air tools and spare tires. Its amazing the amount of things you can find here

Savanna was awesome bought and air compressor and love it they helped me every step of the way they know how to take care of there customers every need. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. I spent over 1,000 dollars and will have no problems spending that kind of money again in there store.
I was going to spend about $800 on dog crates for my transport business but I couldnt get anyone to help to retrieve them from the top shelf. I went somewhere else to get them. Im a business owner and my time is extremely valuable, so ya snooze ya lose

It is a store with a staff with very little training! Ive been there and they put prices on the products and when you go to pay it turns out that they are not even though the price is in all the boxes and they just say, thats not it! You ask to speak to the manager and he answers, its me! 😁🤣. Really! I dont know if I laugh or bother me and I left there with nothing! Xk the price that you eat in all the boxes was wrong! So who used them! And she is the one in charge seriously! I will not go to this store again and I do not recommend it at all! It does not even deserve the star, better I will remove it .....
This location and TSC.com need to figure out how to fix their onhands. If you check the website it will show stock and let you order for same day pickup. If I can order 3-10 of something to pick up that day one would think it was in stock. Nope. Ive ordered in the past, order took days. Go to store today rather than order one of three available-none on hand. Infuriating. Hours wasted yet again.
If they cant answer the phone, then they dont need any. how are you supposed to check up on something to see if its in stock but cant even answer their phone(s)? Thanks for the waste of time and do away with the phones if yall aren’t able to answer…not really smart whatsoever. Lose more customers I suppose..
We are in here more than we should be, but they seem to have everything were looking for. Prices are pretty reasonable and the staff is really friendly and helpful. The only issue I have with the place, is the lack of cashiers. There is always a fairly long line to check out and rarely more than one person checking people out. The lines normally go fairly quickly, but would be nice to have more than one register open at a time.
LOVE the staff! Nick was awesome tonight. I was running late leaving work and he pulled my dog food and even carried it to the car! Excellent customer service! Theres usually a young lady that checks me out, and she has the loveliest personality and smile. She always makes me feel happy and welcome! THANKS GUYS! Plus there 4-Health dog food has a better rating than Blue Buffalo, and has never had a recall!
Love this store. Love walking around for hours and window shop. Prices on pet food and other items cheaper than other pet speciality stores. However, you can buy cheaper online. The store is just fun to visit and look for those little gems, especially those on clearance. I know someone who worked at one and got promoted to manager. However, this person eventually left because according to them, they were mistreated and the store just is not worth the grief. However, I am not an employee, just a browser.
I spoke to Sandra today and had 22 minutes worth of questions. She was more than willing to give me her undivided attention, happy to educate me on the reason for my call and was beyond knowledgeable about all things dogs! She was so kind, and had a level of compassion that’s truly rare. Sandra thank you for providing me with the most wonderful service and love today. You are truly the reason I will do business here. I cannot say enough wonderful things and thank you again!
I only went to this place to buy cat litter. Can you believe it! 40 lb for less than $6. Does a good job of covering odor. At grocery stores and pet shops I pay nearly $10 for only 20 lb.
Only my second time being in a tractor supply store they have a great selection of everything involved in country living, friendly knowledgeable staff willing to help you. While I was at the cash register and old fella come in with a post hole knocker only used it five or six times and they allowed him to return it for a store credit. Great business!
Not enough help. One cashier very nice but has to wait a while to ask a question. Baby chicks packed into a cage walking all over each other Ive been here one time and had to leave because no one available to help me get large item off of high shelf.
Love this store. Has everything you need for your furry friends including dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, guniea pigs, farm animals, etc. Also has things for your landscaping needs. They even have clothing items and boots. Just an interesting store to just go and walk around and see what they have.

Many businesses need to take your store as an example I experienced and apply this type of outstanding customer services in their everyday business. Awful. Went to return products today 7/5/20 that were purchased 6/5/20 and was told I couldn’t return them because it was over 30 days ( I have receipt) and I did not purchase them from that particular store in Mcdonough. Was going to return $50 worth of unused metal pins that never left the bag and purchase several hundred dollars of other products. First, I have never had issues returning items to this store or the other TSC I frequent regardless of when it was purchased. Second, it clearly states that purchases can be returned to any TCS. Third, I try to consolidate my trips being that we’ve been asked to do that in THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC! The uneducated and poorly trained person running the register lost a long-time customer. This is unacceptable. Terrible training and poor service today ended up wasting my time and cost me money. I’ll never be back based on this experience.
Tried to ask a question to one of the young guys and he just turned away and mumbled and walked away. I think there commercial says they are here to help. Not this guy!!His name tag said stephen you cant miss him and his hickeys.

I had been looking for a riding mower everywhere. Researched for weeks. It was the end of the season, so they were hard to find. I finally verified the McDonough store had one. I paid for it and got plenty of help loading it on my trailer. Got very helpful advice on maintenance to help it last for years to come. Everyone was very friendly here.
Great gifts for Mom! Lots of nice outside and porch decorations. They had exactly what I was looking for- a trellis for my climbing clematis. It was 20% off, too.
When you have a line going half way to the back of the store, and 4 employees standing up front but only 1 was checking people out that is completely crazy. What happened to this place, it used to be good and i have given them good ratings in the past? The other 3 employees were talking about unloading 2 pallets, but where i come from the person trying to give you there money comes first. I put my $150 worth of stuff down, walked out, and will NOT be back. BAD BAD MANAGEMENT AND OWNER
First allow me to say, I enjoy this place.The service isnt great. Little things are often difficult to find, but wandering about is wonderful! They sell live chicks, and duckling in season. The selection of items goes far beyond tractors!
I get my animal food here. Dog, cat, wild bird, and chicken feed. It’s almost impossible to resist buying baby chickens when Chick Days happens in the springtime. I am getting eggs now in October from chickens bought in March.

This is my kind of store. You can pick up some great work/outdoor clothing, as well, nice leather belts and tough rain gear. Pick up a pair of high quality work boots and gloves on your next visit. And then theres all the other stuff you need to go to work around the home/farm.
Tractor Supply is all your shopping needs from tools, feed, seed to pet needs. Best place to get Taste of the Wild Dog food. They have a large variety of other dog food also. They also carry plenty of dog treats, toys, leashes and collars. You can also shop for your cat needs. They also have your horses covered. They have a clothing department for men women and children. They carry anything from tools to fencing 2 outdoor seasonal plants and seeds. They carry wild bird feeders and seeds. Great place to shop.
Used the veterinarian clinic.. for my puppy.. yes you save about $50. From the normal veterinarian office visit.. great for yearly shots! Saving money make the Wife Happy ☺
I I needed propane really bad because it is cold and raining and it is the only source for getting warm and dry, I went in and was told that it was too we and cold to sell propane!?? Really? Why do you think I am here needing propane on a cold wet Sunday night? I went to Walmart and had to get an exchange tank. All total an hour and a half away from a job where I am working on the cold rainy night, to make sure my customer will have heat! Some of us are not 20 years old and can dictate if we choose to help a customer with goods and services I provide! Well needless to say, if it is raining and cold dont waste time coming here for anything outside. I went to Walmart, and an older black lady with a thin little jacket braved the weather and exchanged my tank, so I could get back to my job helping a customer on a cold and raining night.
Tractor Supply on Hwy 81 in McDonough truly doesn’t care for their customers.After several years of purchasing all sorts of supplies I was turned away this evening when I need them the most. I showed up at 8 o’clock with an emergency and needed to purchase a transfer pump for my flooded basement and the individual at the door would not let me in the store after explaining to her my situation.What kind of heartless individual would turn away a loyal customer in need of help! It is apparate that Tractor Supply doesn’t care about their loyal customers. Furthermore, they have lost this particular customer for good.
I was excited to find foods for other than farm animals. They have competitive prices for cats and dogs. Even found special treats for both animals their.
This place has a wide variety of products well beyond your typical hardware store. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is the location in comparison to the local traffic, very hard to get in and out of.
The store is always clutter and when a cashier calls for assistance it seems no one wants to help them out they are always somewhere else the lines would be backed up and everything. Employees are always walking around some do help others run for the back room.
Bought a battery from here for my tractor it was dead when I bought it. Bought another battery and it was also dead when I bought it. I also bought some extension cords and they will not even connect to my power tools because the tips of the extension cords are too big. Never knew I had to bring in equipment and stand in the store plugging in extension cords to my equipment. I also bought a Cub Cadet from this store and it barely even goes into reverse. Its all garbage
I love this place I bought the quit change 904 in 4 in 1 convertible hand truck. Just what I needed.
I purchased 4 chicks from them, one of my chicks died and they would only give a refund. They would not replace my dead chick unless I bought 4 more from them. Will never buy chicks from them again.
A bit pricy and out of the way... Buy my family has bought ducks from here and they grew up healthy. Some birdseed ive bought from here however does not seem to get eaten.
Wasnt happy with the management of this store but the last two times I shopped here, theres been a noticeable improvement in the employees and the store. I am impressed with the changes and happy to recommend this store for meeting your needs.

The staff here are awesome and very easy to get along with. They are rarely out of stock on items except certain types of dog food and even the dog food is in within 1 to 2 days.

2022-05-19The people at this Tractor Supply really stood out as exceptional with their customer service skills when I had to return a large amount of bee supplies that was purchased a few months earlier. The folks who helped me there were Katie, Jess, Will and Chad. This group of people turned an unfortunate purchase into a pleasant experience. They really make a good team together and make shopping there a pleasure.

2022-01-27I went to the Hwy 81 store today with my son and there was worker there by the name Kinzee using horrible language, she seemed to be talking on the phone with someone about completely inappropriate things while clearly on the clock. When I tried to address the situation with a manager she seemed completely unsurprised an unsympathetic the managers name was Jessica. I am completely disappointed in this interaction because I really used to love this store, I dont know what happened. Hopefully this can be resolved because I truly do love most of the workers here.

2022-04-02No one was helping us and kinzee from the green house was the only that out in effort to help us and find everything we need and I think her name was Katie. Came up to kinzee with the nastiest attitude and kinzee was trying to explain what she was doing and Katie interrupted Kinzee while she was trying to explain what she was doing and Katie insisted on saying that she did not care that she should be in the greenhouse.
