I got a fireplace ash bucket. The price tag on the shelf said $29.99. When I get to the register. It rings up $42.99. We go look on the shelf the tag says $29.99 but the skus do not match up. Okay. I would understand that if there was a tag in the shelf that said $42.99 somewhere but there wasn’t. If I didn’t need this I would not have gotten it. So much for “they have to give you the sticker price.”
Not sure of her name but she is dirty blonde skinny girl at this store she is very rude... And then was super rude to my TEN year old daughter and also stared her down in front of other customers for absolutely no reason... What a joke she is but thats fine wont be going to that one anymore... She needs to grow up.
Very disappointed by my recent experience. They shipped and delivered my kayak late and didnt deliver it to the front of my home despite be paid a hefty fee to have it delivered to my home. They never updated or called me to let me know that the kayak would be late. They told me i had to have someone around to help with unloading because they claimed product was 100 lbs. Yet when it arrived it was not even 50 lbs. My husband took off work for no reason and lost money. Even worse...I had to tote the kayak up a hill to my home because driver didnt want to turn around and pull closer to my home. Then the kayak was missing a part that I had to wind up purchasing myself. They transferred me to two different numbers that never resolved my issue. First number was customer service who indicated I had to contact manufacturer. They gave me a number that didnt even work. I can say that I wont be recommending this company for future products.
First time here may be my last. I put in a online pick yesterday. I came to pick it up today, and it towards the end of the day, figures less customers, less of a risk if getting etc.. Even with mask. So.. The customers wasnt the problem, its the workers. There was like maybe 20ppl in the whole store customer wise. Where are the employees??? I was waiting for a pick up, and it was over 15mins. Thats crazy, ridiculous, and they had one cashier. Nope, just nope. Never again.
Awesome store, awesome employees. I was impressed how professionally the manager handled a situation with the way he caught a group of 5 trying to steal different products, 2 went to jail, and all were banned from the store, it was entertaining. If youre a potential thief (or a little shady/suspicious) dont try it here!! Always great service here , even though they are short staffed, they try to help when they can!
Waited for 15 minutes on help for the nuts and bolts section. But in all fairness they had a truck come in late and they had to unload it. I havent seen Kyle in a while I hope that they havent gotten rid of him. He is a great guy and willing go the extra mile for the customer. Ill be back on a regular basis.
Have been going to this location for a few years now. Its been great. Its a little expensive on some things but thats just life I guess.My most recent issues have been with the new people they seem to have hired. They are the least friendly people Ive seen at TSC. Youd think they worked at the Walmart up the road!I have a TSC rewards account and the past few visits they havent asked for my phone number in order to add my rewards to my account. The first time this happened, I made a comment about it to the cashier and she rolled her eyes at me.The second time it happened, I made mention of it and the cashier, a different person, ignored me and turned around to converse with her co-worker.The customer service at this location is lacking, it didnt used to be that way, this is a new and recent change and issue...such a shame.
Employees need to be better informed about the products they sale. They all seem to be in HS, they dont know where anything is. They kept paging for help and asking what a product was..Went in on Saturday for penicillin, they were out!! Went again on Tuesday.. still out!! How can you go days without a much requested antibiotic ???? Very frustrating!!!
I was at the winder store to buy a battery. There were only two people working in the whole store, I finally asked a woman for help who had a cell phone glued to her ear and received no help. I went to the register and the guy could not leave the register. I walked toward the back of the store and the woman was helping with people buying chickens so no one in store to help other people. I found out the woman I refer to was the manager, what a joke. Finally a girl came back from lunch and took over thr register and a guy came to find out the battery was out of stock till Monday. Please do something about the manager who could care less about customers. I waited at least 45 min for nothing. I have never had this problem before at this store but you need more people to help and people who care about customers. Poor poor poor
Went in for my cats flea meds, walked up and down isles..i pass 2 employees, they were chit chatting and i asked the red headed lady were the frontline flea treatment for cats? She points to a isle where there were a few things. I walk around again asking where it was. She replied its locked up , didnt offer any more assistance. No worries , i will not be visiting your establishment again. Clean your store and tighten up staff, we pay your pay checks! NO STAR WASNT AN OPTION.
This place has has everything. And DONT BUY ROUNDUP, BUY 2-2-D, IT KILLS ALL THE WEEDS IN YOUR YARD BUT DOESNT HURT THE GRASS. THIS STUFF EVEN KILLS THE SEEDS. AND YOU CAN RESEED 2 WEEKS LATER. SO DONT GET TOXIC ROUNDUP BUY 2-4-D. AND BEST PART ITS $12 A BOTTLE JUST USE IN A GALLON PUMP UP SPRAYER SPRAYER.

2022-05-19Im genuinely pleased every visit. Im generally in and out within 10 minutes unless I look for something else other than my usual items. All of the employees are always helpful and if I dont see a particular item they look to see if its available in the store or another location close to me. Very satisfied overall.

2022-01-04Be sure and check the expiration dates on their dog food. I bought Taste Of the Wild and didnt realize it had expired 3 weeks prior to purchasing. I shouldnt have to return it... It should have been pulled from their inventory. Not too happy! 😡

2022-01-12Cashier was rude,approached me and asked if I was going to buy something. I responded with not sure yet and was told the store was closed.When I was an employee for this company we waited until customers left on their own,not when the staff runs you out!. Not happy about my experience😕

2021-03-20I love this store. First of all Miss Toni was absolutely the best cashier! She took the time out of her day to replace a chick that passed away and made it a nice experience for my son. For her to take the time to do that means the world. Secondly the manager And another associate loaded a chicken coop into my suv and we’re super nice about it. The customer service at this store is excellent! Thank y’all!

2020-06-26Terrible service. Stood in line forever the people working acted like they couldnt operate the cash register. When they finally got them to work they let other people in line go ahead of me. I let the one female know I wasnt pleased with her doing that at ALL. This was after the first battery I picked up off the shelf was leaking and got all over my hand and arm. There definitely needs to be some training and passing attention to details being taught in this store!
