Happened on this location yesterday. Very pleasant experience. John was super helpful and ordered me a new shift rubber for my T120 while we talked motorcycles. I’m taking my wife back tomorrow because she loves the bikes and clothes. While I’m there I’m going to schedule my 10k service. John already explained the process thoroughly.

I’ve been shopping for several months looking for the bike. I was between two Triumph’s and spending time with John, I found my bike. The welcoming environment and no stress for a sale was amazing. He took the time to listen and answer my questions. By far the best dealership experience I have had thus far

My experience was excellent. They were always up to date and informing me of the status of my motorcycle. The process of picking up my Tiger Sport 660 was easy and fast. I have no complaints. Trent and John the best team ever. Thanks guys.

Great shop, staff and coffee!. Glad to finally see a triumph dealer local to us. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Went there to get my bike serviced and the work was done very neat, thorough review of the bike and oem parts used for service. The service rates was reasonable as well.I will be back for future service. Thanks!Edit: Follow up review. I had some issues with my street triple and had to go back to the dealer. Richard was great about determining the issue and giving me several options to get it done right. I have my bike back and fixed. He Kept me informed on issue and delays in parts due to current supply chain issue. Overall good communication, got the parts from another dealer to get it faster and got the work done right.Just to reaffirm this is a good dealership, I will continue to bring my bike here for service and eventually get another bike here.

Simply outstanding experience.Started shopping for a motorcycle in late January, by mid February I had looked at just about everything on the market.Needless to say I ended up with the Bonneville T120.Fit and finish were without parallel.But the real deal is the guys that I dealt with.Trenton and John are outstanding and very personable.I found both of these guys to be trustworthy and knowledgeable.From the sale to the orientation to the first 600 mile tune up these guys are outstanding.If you are even remotely considering a Triumph motorcycle you got to meet these guys.

Even at dealerships where the staff is friendly and helpful, there’s still a sense of pressure that salesmen seem to exude – that subtle push towards whatever model will profit them most. And when you get back to the F&I office, you get to enjoy having a menu of products pushed on you that they want to add on to the back end of the deal (some worth the cost, some not).But not at Triumph Roswell. The staff is made up of a handful of friendly, informative, non-judgmental folks who want to find out what you want and answer your questions to make sure that you get the right bike the first time.I know because I recently purchased a new bike from them. The salesman who assisted me – Trent – communicated with me ahead of time via email and laid out the out-the-door price without hiding anything or trying to add any BS. After I arrived at the dealer, Trent showed me the bike I wanted, asked intelligent questions about my riding history, current habits, and planned riding, and explained some of the attributes of the bike.When Trent handed me off to the F&I manager – Colin – and we went into his office to finalize the sale, I fully expected to be pressured to buy a maintenance plan and appearance protection and vehicle service contract. But he didn’t even bring them up. He handled the paperwork, provided me with a nice Triumph-emblazoned folder, and that was it. To be honest, I wouldn’t have minded a service contract, but I was more thankful for the zero-pressure, easy-going, friendly buying experience.Did I need to write a book to explain my experience? Probably not. Does the staff there deserve a block of praise after providing the easiest buying experience I’ve ever had? Hell yes they do. These guys are awesome.Also, it’s half-dealership, half- quaint coffee shop with homemade baked goods. What more is there to want?Edit: 1/15/2022Received a very nice handwitten note from the staff thanking me for my purchase. How cool is that to get a handwritten thank you? Its those little personal touches that will keep me going back to these folks.

I have visited the showroom during closing hour on a Sunday. John was very helpful in explaining the procedure for purchasing motorcycle. Especially John was patient with my ton of questions. There is no pressure from the team and is very welcoming for any rider experience. I would definitely recommend Triumph Roswell. Cheers!

Went to Triumph of Roswell today with the front tire from a 1975 Triumph Trident that would not mount on the rim correctly.John Marshall was a great help and resolved the issue for me while I waited.Awesome service.
