2022-04-15Says youre Open till 6, looking at my watch, its 5:30 and you are closed. In control of millions if not billions of dollars and you cannot update your Google account. I am driven to this, one case of incompetence after another, Ive learned to despise this bank.

2018-09-21For over 10 years I have been a loyal customer to this branch. I used to love the tellers I dealt with and the service I received here, but no more. Ever since the newest manager came on, this locations service has declined. She is rude and continues to cut corners on customer service, even when there is literally no other customers currently in the branch. I will drive out of my way to not return, and will eventually change banking providers if necessary.

2020-02-26The lady at the counter was on her phone the WHOLE time . With a personal call. On her headphones . Very unprofessional. Talking about how her kid has a field trip and she’s gotta pay for it and how they’ll have fun. Was about 9:20 AM 2/26/20. Just not professional considering I had to explain myself to her because she couldn’t hear me the first time .

2019-07-16The bank teller was very kind to the man in front of me in line. However, when I walked up her smile disappeared and her tone became very short and impersonal. Im disappointed in the service I received today, especially for being with this bank for over 5 years.

2017-07-14The banker I was referred to was not knowledgeable about bank procedures relative to my checking account. It scared me when she made up procedures that I know no modern bank would use such as the IT office mailing transfer requests to the Branch for certain transactions. I closed my account and went down the street to another bank.

2018-08-24Teller decided it was appropriate to be on a personal call while cashing my check. Thank goodness a machine dispenses the cash rather than the incompetent behind the desk.

2020-10-01POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS BANK DOES NOT CARE ANOUT THIER CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER ISN’T RIGHT HERE. THEY WILL LAUGH AT YOUR PROBLEMS, AND OFFER NO REAL FIX EVEN THOUGH ITS FAR FRIM MY FAULT THAT YOU GUYS CANT MANAGE TO GET ME MY BUSINESS DEBIT CARD AFTER 6 MONTHS
