Tiago was outstanding! He has given my bike a great tune up and in addition fixed a problem with my bike that no one was able to identify and fix after taking it to several bike shops in Houston where we previously lived. Now it rides great! I put in a lot of mileage every week. He is wonderful to work with. You will be very happy.
Excellent customer service. I am new to biking and am currently researching brands and styles to see what is right for me. Tiago and Travis was very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking any questions that I had (I had alot). He gave me his honest opinions and shared his own experiences. Prices for what I was looking for wasn’t too crazy and I didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I am still in search for a mountain bike but I honestly might buy from them for the customer service alone.
Have cycling needs? Look NO FURTHER than TRY bike shop. Tiago, the owner, literally knows everything there is to know about cycling and wants nothing more than to share that knowledge with you. So, great place for a beginner cyclist (like me) to go and ask questions without feeling intimidated and seasoned athletes too! His shop can accommodate any cyclists/triathletes needs. I have had my bike serviced there, components added and had a re-fit. Every experience has been positive, professional and educational. I will not take my bike(s) anywhere else. So glad to have found TRY bike shop and met Tiago. #gamechanger
Top Notch Service from this company. I had a ordered a Road Bike from one of the Online Sports Stores, and I needed it assembled. I called many bike shops, and was surprisingly turned down, indicated that the only way they would assemble a bike, is if I purchased the bike from their store. However, after speaking with Tiago at Try Bike shop, they glady assembled the bike, and it rides great. Tiago, also gave me some tips regarding riding, and what road conditions I should ride on. I was highly impressed by how fast they assembled the bike, and how thorough they were. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.
I discovered the new location of the The TRY Bike Shop this morning on my commute to Lifetime. On my way home I got a flat tire and had the wrong tube. I was less then 1/2 mile from the Shop. It was so great to finally have a shop conveniently located to be able to walk there so the guys could help me change it. The are very laidback and professional and Super friendly, and now after living in Georgia for 2 years, I have a bike shop to support. Thanks Tiago!!!
Really cool LBS that I found close by. The guys are interested in their customers and will help out in a pinch. Brought in a new bike (that I didnt purchase from them) and they still took the time to help me order a part and install for me. Cool guys to talk to and good to know they are right around the corner. Highly recommend!

This shop is great! I found them trough the Felt Bikes site, they were the only dealer close to me. Anyhow, my husband and I went to the shop and at first we were concerned that they would be way out of our price range bcause they do carry a lot of really nice, high end bikes. Much to my delight they had the exact bike I wanted. I really appreciated the fact that even though I was buying, what was probably, the cheapest bike in the shop I was never made to feel like I was wasting their time. The owner was super helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.
Try Bike Shop has a relatively short and totally successful history of catering to the needs and desires of area bicycle enthusiasts. They deal in the widest possible range of related topics providing expertise, advice, solutions, maintenance, and products, for all interested. The shop also offer punctuality and more that reasonable pricing for products and services, which makes the shop perhaps the best bicycle shop in the area (not an exaggeration, rather a statement of fact).Bottom Line ~ This is first hand knowledge because they also built and maintain the triathlon bikes I use at National and International events and consistently take care of my bicycle needs and requests as well.
Try Bike shop is the best LBS in town! Tiago has created a friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere centered around delivering the customer the best service and equipment. I recently moved to the area and visited Try Bike after hearing that many triathletes flock to the store. Tiago listened to my triathlon goals, my history of cycling, my questions, amd even my dilemma of whether or not to hold onto my old problematic road bike before steering me in the best direction for my training and goals (he also hooked me up with a sweet new Felt road bike.)I would highly recommend Try Bike to anyone interested in cycling, triathlons, and/or exercise whether it is just for fun and enjoyment or competition.

Came into Try Bike Shop after having traveled from a training camp out of state. I wasn’t able to clean my bike prior to arriving in Atlanta so I brought my dirty bike in, for service. The staff at Try Bike Shop staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Left the shop with a smile on my face as I had a “clean as a wistle” bike ready for more training!
This shop is amazing and whats more amazing are the people working there . the owner of the shop Tiago is awesome , he is very knowledgeable . I visited the shop with absolutely no prior knowledge on bikes and biking (road bikes and tri bikes) , but he and his staff were very courteous and friendly , they have been very patient to understand my needs and goal. I would say of you planning for bikes , this shop is a must go!
I was very impressed with TRY Bike Shop! Tiago helped me find what I was looking for, took the time to explain all the bike features, and patiently fit me to the bike I eventually chose. I have been coming to this bike shops for a little over a year now, and it is by far the best one I have ever been to. The first time I went in I was greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. The owner of the shop is always looking to help and never makes you feel pressured into buying unnecessary products. This is by far the best place one can go for any cycling needs!
I got lucky finding this shop. They quickly diagnosed my problem, gave me a quick education and offered a fix that included a tune up in lieu of labor, for only a few dollars more. On top of that, they were super friendly. I highly recommend these guys!
A local shop with a local feel. TRY Bike Shop is inviting and the owner and staff are extremely helpful. The shop has everything for an avid triathlete, cyclist, or recreational rider. And if there is ever something not in the store, just ask Tiago (owner) and he will get it for you in no time at all. I purchased my TT bike from the shop and will be getting my familys bikes from TRY Bike Shop or years to come.
This shop treated me well despite the bike I brought in being less than premium. At no point did they try to upsell me to buy a new bike, and even made some suggestions for simple repairs I could do myself to offset the cost of the work they did (which was top notch). They made a bike that was sitting outside for too many years shine again!

I know Tiago from Try Bike shop since 2003, he always works very hard in everything that he does,he is a very focused guy! At Try Bike shop they have great service from bike fit to repairs as well as the shop has many accessories. He sells the best bikes for example BMC, Colnago, Depaula, Felt, Bianchi, Look, and etc...... I love the shop!
Not happy at all with the service here. I’ll bring my bike that has mechanical brakes it sits in the shop for five days only for them to tell me they can’t do anything with it. I’ll take it to another bike shop and they fix it within five minutes if this doesn’t tell you something I don’t know what will
This is a great no-pressure bike store. Tiago is helpful and not intimidating to novice cyclists (thats me!). Ive tried a couple saddles without worrying I need to rush my decision. Id recommend this bike store to anyone looking for a bike.
Tiago, the store owner is amazing. He not only has opened his own store, he owns his own racing brand Depaula. TRY Bikes have weekly rides, both from the store and from the Bud Plant in Cartersville. If youre looking to join a riding community, this is a great place to start.

Ive purchased three items at TRY Bike Shop over the past year, and every time Ive been thrilled with the experience. In each case, I was looking for gift ideas for my brother-in-law, an avid cyclist and competitive athlete. Tiago, the shop owner and a competitive athlete himself, was super-helpful and understood that I was shopping on a budget. Other cycling shops left me cold, and the staff at other shops didnt actually ride or compete themselves, so they seemed to just want to sell, sell, sell. At TRY BIke Shop, Tiago was super-knowledgable and always helped me to find meaningful gifts (a stylish sweatshirt, racing sunglasses, and premium swim goggles) that were within my budget, and every time my brother-in-law was genuinely thrilled with the gifts. I never felt like I was being pressured or up-sold, and Tiago was always thoughtful and super-personable. I HIGHLY recommend TRY Bike shop to any cyclist, triathlete, or anyone needing gift ideas for the athlete in your life. Two big thumbs up!

This has been the worste customer service, repair and follow through ever at a business I have ever experienced. These people are nice but know nothing about bikes evidently. Have had to go back 5 sepetate times for same Repair not done right and there is no communication between the people that work there. There is NO accountability or care when it is not done right.. I still dont have a working bike!!
My husband and I have known Tiago and family for a long time. Cant think of anyone in the industry more passionate or devoted to the sport and its development among new and novice riders. It also cant hurt that he is a former professional cyclist and triathlete.

2020-06-01I had an awesome experience with TRY bike. I found the shop after I was looking for a Pinarello bike all over Atlanta. TRY bike does not only offer high end bikes, but also specializes in triathlon equipment. When I entered the store, Tiago was extremely helpful. He was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Tiago answered all my questions related to my beautiful new bike I purchased and other workout questions I had. I absolutely recommend this place and will only go there from now on.

2020-05-29Travis and the gang up at Try are the greatest. They got me back on my bike with in a week. Very helpful did not try to up sell me on over priced parts for my fancy new electric bike. Knowing that I am relying on my bike every day for transportation. Just an all around great experience will definitely be going back.

2019-02-14So grateful that a friend recommended I bring my bike to TRY when it needed a tune up. Tiago was enthusiastic and genuine and did such a great job helping me to better understand my bike. He is incredibly patient and makes the potentially intimidating world of cycling accessible to everyone from beginners to seasoned pros.
