Went into Publix for a snack while husband filled prescriptions. Unfortunately, it was an hour wait. Staff person at cash register was not friendly...maybe because the store was packed with shoppers? Not an excuse...there is no reason for rudeness!
Great area to get a bite to eat or shop a little and get your nails done. The Publix here is the best too.

I spent 25 dollars on lunch at publix after cycling 60 miles to get there . As I was eating on the side of the store a security guard told I can not camp out here. This is probably why I will just go to Walmart from now on. Besides who in their right mind wants to shop where a security guard is getting into peoples business instead of watching out for the store

I was underwhelmed comparing this location to the one in midtown atl. Its an older store but has all the needed things and more. I was surprised about the prices because its on the level of Kroger or jewl-osco. No complaints for everyday shopping

The subs were good but I noticed some things that was not sanitary like the rack of baked sub rolls was so close to the trash can that my husband had to point it out to several of the workers then the person that made our subs had to go get a box of tomatoes because they were out well she handled the box but she didnt put on clean gloves.
Lots to do. Everything upscale and nice.. Shop for shoes, groceries, spirits, bridal wear, eyewear, etc. Oak 36 had great food. There are other restaurants to choose from and a good ice cream shop. This shopping center seems to always have a steady flow of people.

Heck yeah, we awarded 5 stars!!! The bakery combined two of our Publix specialty cake favs to make the most amazing birthday cake for my mom! There was no hesitation when we asked... and it turned out to be a huge hit. Mom loved it. Thanks for helping to make Moms 75th birthdayso memorable.

Nice shopping center with several very nice offerings. From Publix, Starbucks, J Parker Limited, 5 Guys, Mexican restaurant and Bone Fish Grill. Easy in and out with plenty of parking. This is a nice way to get a lot of good stores without having to go downtown and fight for a parking spot. Will go back no questions asked.
I went to LensCrafters but the mall itself is absolutely beautiful!

Looked extremely clean and very happening. This place draws a little crowd to it so you know its good. I didnt eat here, just had a few drinks but I enjoyed my time.
I visited the Prime Liquor Store. Its a nice variety of wines and spirits and they have a nice cigar room. The customer service was very good and they offered to help me get a wine that I cant find anywhere.
I ordered 4 chicken wings and I wasnt happy with them. They were fried but still then end of the chicken feathers still attached to the winging thats the way they were fried.

Dropped into twelve oaks to shop at Publix as I had not been inside one in many years. Just a simple reminder why Publix is the premier grocery store, bar none.

It surprises me the most about this quarantine. Everytime I am out Im surrounded by people. You would never believe that there had been or is still a stay home order. The shopping square was well kept as always. It always makes me happy to see that their maintenance takes the time to make sure that the parking lot is nit trashy.
Very nice hotel. They do charge a $25.00 incidental fee to your card but is returned upon checkout. (If no incidentals) super nice staff. I would give it 5 stars but a full kitchen with dishwasher you would expect a stove and dining area. Instead we got a really nice microwave and dishwasher and a full fridge. Bed is comfy. Kids liked it.

Visited starbucks but have also visited 5 Guys which is a very good place to get an excellent hamburger. I highly recommend both places and also recommend Twelve Oaks for your shopping needs.

So convenient to shop at Publix while waiting on my to go order from Bonefish Grill. Publix had everything I needed and the Blackened Salmon Pasta from Bonefish was delicious!
Parking lot always nice & clean. You really cant tell that its a grocery store there because the people make sure that the buggies are taken out of the parking lot and paper its cleaned up. There is a security guard that ride for the parking lot all day. The store owners take pride in keeping the front of their store areas clean
Good place, but hardly any places to lock up bikes, and hardly any good ways to ride bikes there. A few improvements would go far.
Very nice shopping center, but parking is little bit hard because of the location of the property. I like going to Starbucks and Stone Cold Ice Cream and Publix. My wife and I have eaten at Bonefish Grill, I didnt care for the food that much but my wife like the salad. I remember when it was S&S Cafeteria before it shut down because I used to get take out all the time. And I love both hotels across from the shopping center. Very good location

Love going to Bonefish Grill. Their food is always good and the atmosphere is great. We ate at the bar and had wonderful service.
I shop at this publix, regularly, and I’ve never had anything to complain about. The parking situation ion is adequate and there’s a security guard that is always patrolling in his golf cart.
I wont return to shop here again at any business. Very limited parking and was approached twice during my last visit here by homeless people asking for money. Security may be an issue here.
It has good places to eat it is in the center of town so good location it is hard to find parking spot sometimes many different types of stores. All in all I like it myself. And theres other businesses that might interest you across the street.

I used to work for publix in florida and publix here are nothing like it! Publix should really check out some of there stores. this location is always super slow in the deli, expect to wait 30 minutes or more weather your getting a sub or fresh lunch meat cut . The employees are all rude from the deli to the front end and customer service. No matter what the issue is they always are mean and nasty and not helpful. They do not offer carry out and are constantly either goofing off with one another, having side convos and not acknowledging us as a customer or playing on their phones. Very disrespectful.
So, when my money isnt being spent at the Orange box store on Victory, it is being spent in this shopping center. The Pier One store and Publix seem to camp out in my checking account so I they must be really good. I like them both but my wife likes them even better. Another thing that I like about this store is that they have a security guard riding around in a golf cart with plastic siding. He found my keys in the parking lot and returned them to me once. While the attached photo is not the golf cart the massively excellent security guard drives it does look kind of similar.If you are in Publix, look for Mrs. Vera, as she is a super awesome cashier.
Thank God pier one is closing, not even during the close out sale could I find a decent priced item. Publix is a great place to shop for groceries and fresh produce.
This is a Strip Mall with a few stores. Inc, ,Publix, Bone Fish Restaurant, Wine Cellar, and a shoe store, to name some. My favorite, a Fun place, is the Wine Cellar. Super tastings, great selection, nice helpful staff. If you enjoy wine, you will be in heaven! ! !
Twelve oaks is a pleasure to have. It is clean and neat, there is ample parking for all of the stores, security, and great stores. The newest addition the cinnamon bear is wonderful as well. It is a pleasure to shop here.
This place is amazing they had pretty much everything you needed decent food decent shops to look in you going to chiropractor yes the joint is a chiropractic place and a few other shops being pair wine and food shop Kroger all in all not a bad place to spend an hour or two.
The plaza has a few restaurants, a Publix, a Starbucks, and an assortment of other little stores. My favorite is definitely the Savannah Wine Cellar. It was convenient when we went because we went to a wine tasting and then went to the Publix and brought home sushi.

This place is a strip shopping mall. Plenty of parking. Lots of great stores . Ill just name a few Publix , cold stone creamery. Bone fish grill, Starbucks 5 guys burgers, Cancun Mexican restaurant, I have been to all of them and went back.
Publix prices are too high.

Someone should really remove shopping plazas from review. I suspect fewer people are searching the plaza than the specific businesses. If there are details about the parking lot shared by multiple businesses, it makes more sense to place those details within the business profiles.

Visit 5 guys burgers. Not good like it use to be. Fries were overcooked from original order and the replacement. Way OVERPRICED! Where did the burgers under $5 go? Service was blah and we wouldnt go back.
You can go to twelve oaks for Mexican food, 5 guys burgers or bonefish grill to publix for grocery shopping. The. Even go get a wedding dress is you need one. Good selection on nice stores and restaurants
The shower is small with half a door and the insulation is horrible. You can hear ALL of the traffic outside day and night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
Of course anyone, who lives in Savannah knows, that Publix Grocery Store(Five Guys Burgers, Bonefish Grill, etc....)is in the Twelve Oaks Shopping Center. Every one also, knows that there is nothing more precious, than a Publix hoagie! My favorite hoagie is a Buffalo chicken tender hoagie, some plain chips and a cold Pepsi or Publix tea. Publix stores are always clean, everyone(staff) are always friendly and their, buy one get one free selection is always on point. Its a two thumbs up for me!

Zipped in Publix for a Amoxicillin prescription that ended up being free of charge. Nothing makes a uninsured sick person happier. All staff from cart persons,bag boys,cashiers,pharmacist and manager were all cheerful and very helpful as I was running in on my lunch break! Thanks!
Its a nice place Publix is wonderful, Starbucks is wonderful, I havent tried anything else there but I hear its great also lots of parking and walking access as well as 2 convenient bus stops to get there!

I will always have a soft spot for Publix since Ive grown up in the south. The only complaints I really have is the parking lot being small and this is the closest one to downtown.

Ok I love this mall. Quiet awesome SBUX. Publix where I love to shop at. Killer subs and chicken fingers. Wine shop is my mid town secret. Coldstone for hot Savannah days evenings. Its Savannah. Pier 1 for my apt or a housewarming.

Its a place to obtain some places and things you cant fine in Malls or down so make this a must visit theres some here for every one from food to eaterys and furnitur, to eye care and the likes try it, you love it.
Went to the Publix,They have cripple carts and fully charged. I know cuz Im disabled. And fully charged crippled cart makes a happy customer and I will fill up that basket.

Some of the cashier/customer service workers needs some more customer service training...I asked about their policy an was lied too... I stopped a manager around the corner an asked her and of course she confirmed it was a lie then apologized...
Very poorly ran store. If they forget to order it. You will pay for it. 1.99 for creamer they did not have. 1.99 is all the customer is worth. THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. But they got that 1.99. I left it behind for the rest of the customers.

Extremely busy plaza. Major grocery store, Starbucks, and 4 different eateries can make parking for your specific store difficult. However, you have almost everything in one place so its worth it.

Excellent shopping for Groceries. Avoid the overpriced, underwhelming restaurants. Mexican restaurant is the only safe bet. Love Pier One.

2022-06-14Its Publix so you know you will get good service. Their deli is always backed up. They need a redesign in that area so it runs more smoothly. I did like that they have self check out at this location.

2019-07-07Wonderful plaza with shopping and eating. Easy to get in and out of, great central location right off DeRenne and Abercorn. Plenty of parking, with multiple handicap spaces and ramps. Well lit, and safe.

2017-11-15💕I swear Ive got to deliberately stay out of this place cause Ill easily blow my monthly budget shopping here! 😄Theres a beautiful Pier-1 Imports store along with my favorite Publix Pharmacy-Supermarket, a fabulous gift & candy store called Cinnamon Bear; Cold Stone Ice-Creamery; Photo Master 1-Hour Photo; a Chiropractor office called The Joint; Luxury Nails; LensCrafters, Starbucks; Great Clips Hair Salon; a cute clothing boutique Affordables Apparel; a beautiful bridal shop & boutique (Bleu Belle); Mattress Firm; two shoe shops; and several nice restaurants (Mexican, Italian, Five Guys Burgers, Bonefish Grill).Theres something for everyone here!
