I own a packing/unpacking organizing business. I work with a lot of movers. Two Men and a Truck were awesome on a recent client move. Professional, efficient, respectful of their items.. I cant say enough good things about them. The teams we had for this job were outstanding. I know I will be requesting them again for other clients who are moving.
After doing enough research online I decided to go with Two Men and a Truck. I have to say overall I was very satisfied with the crew. They were extremely polite and always working hard. The only critic I might give is to the person who gave us our estimate. Based on the information I provided them with they brought one truck, but we actually needed two trucks and four men in total. Therefore we had to hang on a extra day, but otherwise they take their job very seriously and I would book there service again.
The whole experience from start to finish was extraordinary. The movers were 100% professional and took great care of our items. Disassembled and reassembled our beds, moved some pretty heavy items with care and just did an amazing job overall. Highly recommend if you want a job done right.
Even though I rescheduled my move dates several time, Corbett and Ben were always able to accommodate my requested dates. I only moved from my house to the garage and a Pod in the driveway. Marcus and Darius did the move out and were so great I requested they do the move back in. There was no so much as scratch on anything. The company (and Marcus and Darius) are highly recommended.
Worst move of my life. I had this company move me from a house to storage in October of 2021. The move cost $2000 and took about 6 hours. In June 2022 we moved from storage back to a new house. The movers arrived 3+ hours late and down one man. 3 men 2 trucks. They had already moved someone else that day. They were dragging the whole day. I helped for most of loading from storage. They kept taking breaks and took over an hour to get from the storage unit to my new house 5 miles away. They told me I would not be billed for breaks they kept taking. Two of them were on their phones for a lot of the move and one was on the phone with his wife constantly. We finished at 1:30 am and they charged me for 13.5 hours which was the total time including their numerous breaks that I “would not be charged.” Total second move cost $4200! In speaking with the managers about the move and disaster, they only credited back one hour of $280! TOTAL RIP OFF. Not to mention that they broke a 7- year old antique mirror as well as damage to over 20 pieces of furniture that were less than a year old. They said the damage occurred due to the way their original crew put my furniture in storage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
Andrew and Julian helped us move yesterday. Very polite and professional. They made our moving experience painless. This was my first experience using two men and a truck but if all employees conduct themselves the way these two did this is the only company to use.
I had a terrific experience with my out-of-state move with Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta! I’ve moved many times over the years and this was the VERY BEST move I’ve had. They came within the window they gave me and got to work quickly. They wrapped all my furniture really well and unloaded everything without a scratch! Movers Henney and Eddie were so friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Ask for them when you book your move!
I was able to pop online to request a free quote and got the response email quickly. They answered all my questions when I called and made the whole process very easy. The movers were prompt and professional. They treated my possessions with care and were able to work efficiently. I definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck for your move.

I’ve used Two Men and a Truck several times. Unfortunately, this experience was not like the past. My quote for a 2 bedroom townhouse, stopping at a storage unit and then moving into a one bedroom apartment was 4.5-7.5 hours for a two men team. I ended up having a 3 men team which I thought would have helped that time. Unfortunately, I ended up paying for 9 hours. The team was clearly in no rush to move. The two men were experienced and polite but I was definitely not expecting to pay $1500+ for a two bedroom townhouse move. Several of my items were broken ($700 tv console, $200 shoe rack, pictures, glasses and plates that were wrapped in bubble wrap). With over $1000 in damages they gave me $65. Two men in a Truck did not handle my issues as I hoped and unfortunately lost a repeat customer and referrals in the future.
After first hiring another moving company that turned out to be a nightmare, Two Men and a Truck were a welcomed breath of fresh air!! From the professionalism of the booking call, to the actual moving team!!! Chris and Darius were professional, took care with my items and moved everything with minimal damage. Moving is hard work and they did it like it was nothing..AND had great attitudes.I felt they utilized the time efficiently and effectively...never did I feel my personal items were being held hostage until I cashappd an additional amount..(I digress)...this is a PROFESSIONAL, LEGIT company that operates like one..Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta will definitely handle your moving needs..ask for Chris and Darius!! Our TMAAT moving crew was on time, friendly and professional. They listened to us and were very thorough. We had three stops including the final destination so they loaded the truck accordingly for greatest efficiency.Anthony and Brandon were terrific!
Youre guys came to our building today a retirement home. All vendors are required to wear mask and they didnt. They were rude and ignorant. We had emergency alarms going off and a sprinkler system flooding and these unprofessional people decided after being asked to wait kept holding the elevator for 20 minutes at a time preventing us from using it to take our gear to the flood. Afterwards i was berated by the supervisor the kid in red shoes for moving a handtruck i was busy dealing with a flood and running up and down 3 flights of stairs over and over. Absolutely horrid company and not the first issue weve had with them. One was busted trying to steal tools from the maintenance shop on a different move.

Recently used Two Men to get into a new home. Went from an apartment to a townhome. When DeAnthony and Brandon showed up they were both very professional and punctual. They were able to get everything loaded and unloaded at the new house within only 4 hours!
The manager is totally unprofessional when dealing with customers and the movers spend most of their time screwing around instead of working. From my experience the best moving company in the area is Jason Taylor moving and storage.

NIGHTMARE MOVE! Friends told me not to use them and I wish I had listened... If I could give it a 0, I would. Tomorrow marks 90 days since my move and I cannot get a response on damages. Stuff happens in a move...sure...I know and understand that. Thats why I took out the maximum insurance policy on my move, which includes replacement of goods if they cannot be repaired.To their credit, theyve fixed the minor things but they have not addressed the big expensive stainless refrigerator they decimated.-Poorly trained staff-Ill equipped (no boxes to pack in, as requested)-They did not pack, but literally DUMPED drawers into boxes, which they did -not even bother to appropriately seal-Did not know how to disassemble appliances to get through doors.Save yourself the stress and headache...STAY AWAY!!!Complaint has been filed with GA Public Safety Commission, which issues licenses to moving companies, since I cannot get a response from the Company about living up to their commitment and obligations.

I am so happy That I called Two Men and a Truck. Terrence, Marquise and Jujuan were fantastic. They arrived promptly on time and did not stop until the job was done. They were so careful with everything they were moving. They even put my bed together, even when they did not take it apart. The price was great. The camaraderie was a great pairing of workers. They were polite, respectful, and made conversation to make sure everything was correct. I will definitely call them again in the future when needed. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Well job done.
I was very nervous about having to hire a moving company since we tried a different company in the past and it did not go well. So we decided to try Two Men and a Truck and we are extremely happy with them doing our move! We had Marcus and Shannon and they showed up on time, worked very hard and were very efficient all while taking great care of our stuff!! They made sure they got everything done and were extremely friendly and helpful! We still need to do another round of moving and will definitely be calling them back to help us again! Brie was also wonderful on the phone doing her best to fit us in the schedule and help give us the best possible quote! 100% Recommend!!
We moved from Atlanta to Jacksonville. Their quote was 25% less than all the other companies I contacted. The team that came to my house were prompt - a little too prompt because I wasnt ready for them, very professional and got the house cleared out in less than 3 hours. They showed up in Jacksonville the next morning and unloaded the truck in about two hours. All the guys were very polite and conscientious about my stuff. Not one thing was broken and all arrived in great condition. It was a really great experience. Out of state moves require all payment upfront and by certified check. That was the only surprise. Great job!!!!
We had possibly one of the most challenging moves that this company has handled. The elevator broke down 2 hours into a long move. The 2 men that handled our move had to navigate 5 flights of stairs with well over half a truck of furniture and boxes. Their attitude and willingness to provide the service never wavered....we could not have been more impressed with their work ethic and can do attitude. They worked to well after midnight to compete out move.
We used Two Men and a Truck for our recent move. The two movers who came were so kind, respectful, and careful with our things. They also were quicker than I thought they would be and came in under the estimated price. I would recommend to any friends!
The 2 young men that moved me were fantastic. It was non stop from the time they arrived until the truck was loaded. Always smiling and very nice. Same for when they unloaded at a storage unit. The storage facility didnt give me the unit I asked for but these guys worked with what I had and we made it work. Unloaded the truck with no issues. I would use this company again.
This is a credit card scamming company; They send an estimate, take your deposit, fail to complete the job, charge your card for the unfinished job and don’t answer their “business” phone number.. I’m gonna find the individuals who charged my card.
I spoke to Ben in the office to arrange my move and he was very professional and efficient. He did a quick inventory of my apartment and gave me an estimate and details in about 10 minutes. The movers came right on time and assessed the job and got started right away. Elliot was detail oriented, asked helpful questions and paid attention to how boxes were labelled according to location and fragility. He was super energetic, professional and matter-of-fact. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the second mover was unmotivated and sullen and obviously did not want to be there. He was cavalier about handling my belongings, practically slowing down the process. Beside that issue, I was very pleased with their services, and Elliot did an awesome job.
The two movers were very nice and took care with my items, however I am missing a small vacuum. They initialed all the boxes on the paperwork and asked me to do the same, didnt realize I was signing off on not looking at the inside of the truck before they pulled off. Customer service is investigating but is now unresponsive. I went for the Two Men and a Truck brand but have since learned that they just contract with various individuals so youre not really getting any particular standard. Gave them a great rating until I realized my vacuum was missing. Now I have to spend $150.
Due to previous work Ive moved every 2yrs for over two decade. This was the best moving experience yet. I truly appreciate the team. The movers were fast and efficient but courteous and so easygoing that it allowed the family to remain calm under the high pressure of our unique circumstances. Im beyond satisfied with their services and hope to do business with them again when its junk removal time. 🙂

Brie was a friendly voice to confirm the moving date and to follow-up on how things went.Reggie and Thomas did a great job handling all the furniture and boxes with great care.. The movers were professional but didnt know what they were doing. They spent over 20 min at the new place arguing how they couldnt get the couch inside after damaging the sofa and walls. Eventually I asked them to bring a measuring tape to measure the sofa and a different enclosure to get the sofa inside and the measurements fit. This WHOLE time all they had to do was assess the area and measure it instead of wasting time or damaging items to begin with. I reported the damage and their supervisor told me someone would call me for my claim within 2 days but I never heard back.In response to below: your understanding is grossly incorrect. If you read what I said above, you would have seen that the damage had already been done when they spent 20 min discussing how it would further damage the walls if they kept going the way they initially pulled the couch. I was the one asking them to bring a measuring tape to figure out if the OTHER enclosure that they said they already tried and didnt work would be a better alternative and oh surprise it was and no further damage was done! And I am still waiting for the office to call me to process my claim. But apparently there is a low moral ethic with this company so I will just dispute the charge that you were so quick to bill with my credit card company.
The team of movers from Two Men and A Truck showed up ready to work. These were professional movers at its finest. I was concerned about whether everything would fit in the truck but they made it work. They were polite and courteous and worked so fast! I checked the time because they were almost done and only 2 hours had past! They were absolutely phenomenal! I’d hire them again and again!!!
Love the website. Easy to use and gave confidence that the quote was in the right ballpark. Moving guys were very respectful of me and the furniture. They disassembled/reassembled furniture, wrapped to prevent damage and left no marks on any walls!! I dont think they took one break in a 6 hour move. They put everything where I wanted it in the new place. Very satisfied with the team and the company. Will use again.
Dean and Marcus who came to help me move were incredible. They helped me in my poor packing, they were fast, they were personable and super friendly. They did everything I asked them to do. They put together furniture for me. True professionals and skilled at what they do. I had a very heavy bathtub and they handled it so so well. Im very thankful for their help in a stressful move. Also Marcus is incredible at handling that truck he backed it into a tricky driveway with so much ease. They took great care of my stuff I didnt stress one bit with them handling it.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We scheduled an out of state move with Two Men and a Truck three weeks in advance. The initial scheduling was very efficient and the price was reasonable. They also confirmed our date and time several times in advance. However, on our scheduled day, they were supposed to arrive between 8:30-9:30. At 9, I received a call to say they were “running late” and should “hopefully” be there by noon. I am not sure how it’s possible to “run late” on the first call of the day. Further calls to the office revealed that they had NO IDEA when the movers might show up and were having trouble contacting the driver. They ultimately told us they wouldn’t be able to make it that day and could “probably” come tomorrow. Given that this was an out of state move, we had already packed everything and were on a very tight timetable. We had to cancel and rent a truck ourselves and move everything on our own! Their response to this situation was “oops, sorry”.
The best moving company you can use!! They helped pack my belongings and loaded my items onto the truck within an hour. I had an out-of-state move and Two Men and a Truck made it easiest move ever. I would 100% recommend. They are professional, responsible, on-time, and care about your items.
Lifesaver. I appreciated the flat fee/no hidden fees - the price was the price from start to finish. Our lead mover, Gary was very professional and trustworthy - I was more than satisfied with the work they did for me - would recommend. The MoveTrac portal was an added benefit.
Our experience with Two Men and A Truck couldn’t have been better!!! Our team of movers were Marcus and Shannon. They were extremely professional, provided exceptional customer service, and used extreme care when handling our furniture and all items they moved. They worked so diligently the entire day! We could not have gotten through this move without them!!! We will use this company in the future as we will be building a new home and we will request Marcus and Shannon as our personal movers again. We have also referred two of our friends that will be moving within the next several months!!! Our recommendation is....don’t move without them!!!!
The crew from Two Men and a Truck on McFarland Pkwy were phenomenal and were extremely careful with our stuff and we didnt have a single mishap for the 6 hours that they moved our stuff from storage into our house. Randy, Will and Grey were the best crew I have ever experienced. Highly recommended.
I moved locally in the Sandy Springs/ Alpharetta, GA area, and my movers were great! It was a challenging move, with washer/dryer on the third floor of my new townhouse, not to mention rain, but the three movers handled it very well. They also packed my kitchen for me - which was 100% worth it and would have taken me 4x as long to do. All this, and they finished in less time than estimated. I’ve moved a few times in the last several years, and this time was by far the least painful. I’d recommend this company!
Dysfunctional, disorganized, late, slow and unprofessional. Moving service was used in December 2020. They cancelled my appointment after making me wait for two hours. They were late trying to finish the move before mine. Tried to make up the next day and on the way to my house they called and said they were double booked and tried to cancel again. I raised hell and said that was unacceptable. The manager finally agreed to keep his word and two men showed up.Movers were super slow and directions werent followed properly. They werent wearing masks entering my home (CDC mask mandates were still in effect). Scratches and dents were made on the wall and on the furniture. Things werent packed properly. Lighter things were stacked in the bottom in the truck and some of my electronics were cracked.
Try not to hire this company. They are just pure marketing comoany. They dont care for your stuff. They just want to do things fast even when they are paid by the hour. They dont take care of your stuff or your new house. Scratches all over the place. I even told them I would disassemble my kids beds and they just said no, they wanted to move things fast. I dont recommend them, they are not cheap and the work quality is very low. They brought unexperienced people to the move. I will upload photos with all the scratches to walls and roof. I will not call them again.
Marcus and the two other young gentleman were more than extraordinary. They quickly loaded my furniture. They were so patient as when we got to my complex I had to sign, what seemed a zillion contracts. Finally they unloaded and I was at my new location. Your company is so fortunate to have three such professional and caring young men. They made my move very smooth.
Yall saved our A! Moving day came and the company we booked our moved with (a month in advance) didnt have us on the schedule at all. 🤬 I called Two Men and a Truck. The CSR Channing, was so kind to listen to my rant. He promptly told me that he could handle our move that day with excellent movers and not to worry. Within minutes he had everything squared away for us. He sent a crew of three and as promised, they were excellent. Beyond professional, courteous, helpful and just jam up guys. Could not have asked for a better crew. The crew completed the move two hours faster then the company we had booked, and they charged a few HUNDRED dollars less. No same day/last minute fees, nothing extra. Moving is stressful enough, save some headache and use Two Men and a Truck!
This particular company was recommended to us to move our office from one location to another (short distance). 3 young men showed up at the correct time, however their ability to get the office furniture moved was at a snails pace, as if they were running out the clock. The space was about 1200 sqft and it should not have taken full 7 1/2 hours to move (they took a full hour lunch). The men were kind and polite, however inexperienced in what it is to move furniture, load it into a truck and then unload it without damaging the items. They disassembled all the furniture at one location and did not even put them back together when reaching the new location. It was our office staff that put all the furniture back together without any knowledge on how it was disassembled. Overall, the experience was less than what I expected and it is unfortunate but I could not use them again and expect to pay for poor quality service.
I just wanted to take the time to thank my movers and the office schedulers. I felt very informed as to pricing and expectations upfront before my move.In addition, The movers took such good care wrapping my furniture with the blankets and then wrapping them in plastic that none of my furniture got wet in the pouring rain that occurred during the move.I also wanted to say your team somehow remained relatively mud free and had such positive attitudes. I honestly have no idea how they were able to stay as clean as they did in the awful weather we were faced.Many thanks to your team and the level of professionalism.
EDIT (Mar 21): Since posting this review the company has provided me a partial refund.Original Review (Jan 2021): 2 Men and a Truck is the worst moving company I’ve ever used in my life. That’s saying something considering I’ve been moving in the military for the past 10 years and experienced some pretty bad moves. This is going to be a long review, but I assure you it’s worth the read and will save you an immense amount of money and time if you heed this warning.Firstly, I spoke to the moving office multiple times prior to the move to confirm that the right materials were going to be provided. After I confirmed that they would be bringing boxes to include dish packs and wardrobe boxes the team brought NONE of these items. The only thing they had was literally one old box that someone had left in the truck by accident. So when I called the day before the move and was told they would have everything - what happened? Regardless, no boxes or tape were brought. Let me say that again so it sinks in – THE “PROFESSIONAL” MOVERS SHOWED UP WITHOUT ANY BOXES.Second, the team that showed up was 3 complete amateurs. How do I know this? Because they literally said it themselves. One said they had been doing this for 2 weeks and the other 2 had been on the job for 3 days. The lack of experience was glaringly obvious due to the fact that they didnt use floor mats at all, no straps were used when utilizing the dolly and basic steps such as removing furniture and objects closest to the door to get them out of the way were not accomplished and led to some damage. Also, 2 of the guys showed up with no masks and we had to provide them some of our own.Third, this company charges you by the hour and the time it took to move our items was criminally slow. So slow, in fact, that a lot of our stuff was NOT moved because the crew was extremely inefficient in packing and moving items (carrying one small item at a time). It was taking so long that we had to ask them to stop and only focus on the large furniture. 6+ hours was spent loading (we lived in a small 2bed apartment) while only 2 were spent unloading. Also, the truck looked like it was packed by actual children and fragile items were stacked very precariously and with little care.From start to finish this was a complete disappointment. Their whole policy of “treat your customer how you would want your grandma to be treated” is absolute BS. The only shred of accountability that they showed was the company owner calling me and saying sorry and that they would pay to have my damaged furniture fixed. This is literally the very LEAST they could do. I don’t want an apology I want my money back. Terrible way to treat customers. Terrible way to treat veterans. Terrible way to treat people. Stay away from 2 Men and a Truck at all costs.
Booking with Two Men and a Truck is quite easy. They answer promptly and are very transparent with the quote and how the process works.We booked an afternoon time as they are booked out in advance.The issue with that is be willing to wait on their first of the day to run late.Calvin and Mike called 30 min in advance as promised. They were diligent, friendly, professional in demeanor and moving, very skilled, and helpful. They treated the belongings with great care. We couldnt have asked for better movers. Ask for them.The bill was spot on with the quote.**Move was from Brookhaven to Alpharetta.
I just used their services and can’t stress enough the outstanding service that was provided by Ray, the new office manager and the 2 movers, Gary and Christopher T.I was scheduled to move on Thursday morning but, with the bad weather was rescheduled to Friday between 1-3pm, while the old manager was still in charge. On Thursday, 4pm came around and I called the office to find out the status. Was told they would be there in a couple of hours AND I would get a call from one of the movers when they were on their way. They became a NO SHOW without even a call!!!!First thing the next morning, I spoke to Ray, the new office manager as of Saturday morning. He was very apologetic and told me that he would make things right. Ray did just that IMMEDIATELY! Within the next 60-90 mins, 2 excellent movers showed up. Gary and Christopher T. Both movers were very pleasant and worked extremely hard to get me moved out and into my new place as quickly as possible because of a time constraint I was under. They also performed the move with great care. No damage to any of my belongings and either properties.Today it is hard to find contractors who do exactly as they promise. Ray proved to be a man of his word, which means a lot. And Gary and Christopher T proved to be very hardworking men who strive for customer satisfaction.So, if you’re looking for a moving company, use TWO MEN & A TRUCK!!!
Nick and his crew, Dalton and Parrish, arrived on time, were courteous, efficient, and just nice guys.The move went so smoothly.There was no damage to any of the furniture we moved; all pieces were padded and wrapped with plastic.At the apartment I was moving to, they set up my Mom’s furniture, and were VERY patient with me as I asked them to rearrange a few pieces...some more than once.Overall, a great experience, and I would not hesitate to use Two Men and a Truck again. Gets two thumbs up from me and a very positive recommendation.
Our initial reservation call regarding the move was great. We stressed how heavy our bed was that we needed moved. She assured us that the movers will be able to handle it. Our window was from 12-3. We finally called at 3:45pm inquiring where our movers were since we took off of work to specifically get this move done. They finally called back at 4:38pm saying they were 30-40mins away. They arrive at 5:45pm. Almost 3 hrs past our window!!! And we had to call!!! The 2 guys that moved us were great however they couldnt carry our bed... it was too heavy for them!!! We stresses that during the reservation call!!! They tried to call for extra people but couldnt get anyone because it was 8pm by this time!!! They told us they would return the next day with an extra person and we just didnt have to pay the driving time but still had to pay for the move even tho they already loaded the bed I the truck just couldnt get it up the stairs. They took the bed out of the truck and put it back in the garage. The next day I call to speak to the manager Ray regarding my experience and lack of professionalism from his company and he states that you know how home office is and everything has to be paid that he cant send his men without us paying even tho it was their error.. I said I would be contacting home office and he said if you are going to be that way we are declining your move and hangs up on me.??? I was apalled.. I contacted home office and they are supposed to be reaching out to the Alpharetta/Cummings location but because its a franchise it would be up to them. I have yet to hear from anyone and they will not return my calls. I will never utilize this company again nor refer them to anyone I know. Ray needs to take some customer service classes on how to interact with clients professionally...
Isaiah and Derek of Two Men and a Truck were great! The were friendly; punctual; understood our time constraints; extremely professional; delicate with our items; and did a wonderful job loading and unloading the truck. It was easy using the online system to get an accurate quote and there were no surprises when the job was done. I highly recommend this company and their people.
We used Two Men & a Truck for. Local storage move and I have been really pleased with the decision to choose them. I called on a Friday and had movers out on Monday morning. Chris & Derek were professional, courteous and efficient. They asked questions to make sure they knew which items were included and were careful as they moved. I was really pleased and will be using TM&T when we move again and will request Chris & Derek.
Our team of movers were very professional, friendly, kind and considerate. They were on time and very organized in getting the truck loaded and unloaded. We had a great experience with Two Men & A Truck. We had a slight change in our moving schedule but Channing & Bri from the admin/office team were very accommodating and helpful. Your movers arrived on time, cheerful, energetic, & ready to get started. They introduced themselves & did a walk through of our old house & we were able to point out certain things that were not to be loaded on the truck.Justin, Victor, Joe & Marlon were absolutely awesome! Marcus, Shannon and Zach did a great job with our recent move. It was a spit move to a storage unit and apartment and everything went like clockwork. They were very careful with the fragile items. Will be requesting them again when moving in to our new house!
This is our 3rd move with Two Men and a Truck in the last 18 months. They’ve been great to deal with on all three moves. They’re reasonably priced and the folks they send are always very professional and courteous. This most recent move, Gary and Josh were awesome!!! The team I worked with was amazing.DJ, Darrius, Gary, Jeremy & Xavier were excellent. Everyone worked so well together it was seamless. The packing of my most precious pieces were packed with extra care. Moving is hard enough it’s good to have a company that you can depend on.
The actual movers (two men) did a great job.However the earlier job ran late, so they arrived at our home about 45 minutes late. But they worked hard and efficiently to get our move finished as soon as they could. Very nice movers.
Over the last several years I have always used Two Men and a Truck for not only my personal moves but for my son and recently my daughter. I have always been impressed and surprised by their professionalism and attitude during all of these moves. Yesterday the crew that moved my daughter went out of there way to ensure her belongings were adequately packed, handled and delivered in the condition they were prior to the move. First contact I had was with Bri at the office to set up my move. Bri was very helpful and gave me a quote based on my needs and was spot on. Based on previous moves (that I would like to forget) my wife and I couldn’t help to be a little nervous with how our furniture would be handled and cared for. Marcus and his crew Zach and Jaden were great and could not ask for a better professional experience. Marcus was the lead and he directed his crew professionally and made sure everything was wrapped properly, handled with care, and packed nicely on the truck for transportation. Cant say how important that was to us since we had a 10x20 storage unit and a 3 bedroom apartment to load before moving to our newly built home. Once at the new home they made it a priority to make sure when moving furniture in they were extra careful. They were proactive in communicating with us so they would know exactly where to place the boxes and furniture a head of time. Marcus, Zach, and Jaden never stopped but maintained a healthy pace which was important to us to see for their health and safety with such a long day ahead. I want to add after they got about half way done with the apartment I started getting concerned if there would be enough room on the truck (I did this a couple of times) and Marcus reassured me both times it will be ok. All I will say is that I gave the crew a nickname “The Magic Men”. Hopefully I will not have to move again but if I do we WILL be using them again. And like when you find a doctor or hair stylist you like you want to keep them. Two Men and a Truck were fantastic. For our previous move we had opted to do everything ourselves. This time around we made the right choice and hired movers. Two Men and a Truck were helpful, professional, and courteous from start to finish. We would probably still be unloading if they hadn’t have been there! Definitely recommend!
I have used various locations of Two Men and A Truck for five moves now, each one has met or exceeded expectations. Both Corey and Xavier were polite, courteous and provided excellent service and more importantly, careful. If you’re considering any type of move, you definitely need to call Two Men and A Truck.They have a wide range of services and were very easy to schedule and their communication is excellent.
The 2 men and a truck were very professional once they arrived (2 hours late) but handled everything with care for the most part and were fast, friendly and service minded throughout the process. They ran out of shrink wrap and had someone bring extra as we had asked them to shrink wrap everything prior to the move. I was pleasantly surprised that they did not charge us for the 30mins that they had to wait for extra shrink wrap. I would definitely recommend their services again and request for Chad and Landis. They were professional and so GREAT that I tried to recruit them myself! I hope that they are compensated well if Two Men & a Truck doesn’t want them to be recruited elsewhere.
Best movers I’ve ever had. Jason, John & Will were truly amazing. I recently lost my job and my money is extremely tight. These three gentlemen moved with a sense of urgency, we are so nice, and made me feel like I was a valued customer.I cannot say enough about the service I received. Had an excellent experience with this company! When they showed up they were very friendly and very organized. We took a quick walk through the house to see everything being moved and they immediately began loading. Isaiah, Derek, and Xavier were extremely professional and efficient and carefully wrapped and packaged all my high priced items. Jason, DJ, Will, and Anthony moved us from a 3 story townhome to a 2 story single family home today. We have a lot of stuff, and it’s heavy. These guys not only handled everything with care, with no damage, they also did it quickly. They moved us in 6.75 hours including a 1 hour commute between the homes. Wow! We have used Two Men and a Truck for at least a dozen moves, and have always had great experiences. We highly recommend them!

Grateful for Two Men and a Truck. We had booked 2 trucks and 4 guys, but one driver was unable to make it. Had one truck and three guys: DJ, Anthony and Xavieus. They. Were. Awesome. They powered through a TEN hour move and got the job done.Had some damage to our washing machine, and looking forward to getting that through the claims process quickly.Every person at the company has been super communicative and helpful. Will use them again (if we ever move again).
Great service! I have used Two Men and a Truck several times through the years and I keep coming back because the offer a great service. They were able to move me pretty fast on short notice. They showed up on time, took care of the furniture and everyone worked hard until the move was completed. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for any move needs.
Generally, a very good experience. The day of the move, I had to call the office to ask why the crew hadnt showed up and was told (only then) that someone had not come to work and they were waiting for a second mover to get in. Once they go there, the guy were quick, efficient and did a fine job. Ill use them again if need be.

They moved some furniture for me yesterday on 5/1/2019. I sent a list of the furniture for an estimate and the max time needed from two men and a Truck for this branch showed 6 hours. They only moved 2/3 of the list and email it back to their office. They seemed nice. However, they were very slow!! they sure took their time!! I even called one of my employee to come to help. What is more upsetting is that the supervisor, Kasey whom I talked to is rude and he got upset when I was trying to tell him they left my house at 1:40, which was recorded in the security camera, the supervisor insisted that their GPS shows :2:20 pm. I already got to the other location that is 30 minutes from the original home that furniture were moved from. The supervisor has bad attitude and obviously he is not working for Two men and a Truck since he was doing something to kick out their customers. When I talked to the manager during the day complaining about the slowness of the movers since I felt one of the movers seemed having knee problem. If he was not in pain, I question why he showed extreme reluctance of doing his job faster. The manager was nice and professional, I would say.Kasey was saying I got the discounted rate. If I knew the $ 20 discount was going to result in this kind of slow speed, I would not have taken it.In summery:1. Movers were very slow, unreasonably slow, which brought bad names to Two Men and A truck.2. The supervisor needs more customer service training. If he is not satisfied with his work, he should quit instead of trying to sabotage the Two men and A Truck brand name.3. Do not recommend to use this branch.4. I have a claim due to damaged and missing pieces. Will update my review.
We had 4 movers & 2 trucks to move 2 levels of the house (upstairs, main level & a refrigerator in the basement.) The move was in-town, with the old home about 20 minutes away from the new home. Ill be straight up and say that the total was $2400, because I know most people want to know that. The total was within $100 of the maximum end of their initial estimate.We moved our TVs, ANTIQUES and ART ourselves before they came. I would suggest doing that, because it made the process much more carefree.The house was FULL, but 90% packed in labeled boxes.It filled one truck completely and the second truck over halfway. So, that was a perfect estimation on their part.The move took about 8 hours total.They REALLY went above and beyond. They were taking items that we thought they might not be able to, for example, they wrapped up and took the overflowing boxes that were open-top. They took awkwardly shaped things, super heavy things, and they wrapped everything with care. They even took apart and rebuilt a bed frame for us.Even though the day took a full 8 hours, they were super quick and efficient about it. I dont think it could have been done any faster.The 4 men were SO KIND and respectful to us, our home and our possessions.One small, thin end table broke during the move... but it was always weak and wobbly to begin with. No big deal.All in all, it was very pricey for us, but we had spoken to them a month ahead of time and saved up based on the high end of the estimate. We didnt regret a penny of it and would hire them all over again if we have to move in the future.The office staff and management were so great, helpful, answer phones quickly, and they have a cheerful demeanor.Thank you so much guys!
Incredible experience. Both movers, Jamal and Elroy, were professional, courteous, friendly. They were able to quickly, efficiently, and carefully move my 83 year old fathers, my teenage sons, and my possessions to our new home. Highly recommend this company and especially these two men.

Movers didnt bother to wrap several pieces of furniture, which caused significant damage to them. Ive called the office multiple times, and their response has been call back later; the guy who handles that isnt in. Definitely wont use them again.
I had a great experience using two men and a truck moving services for my move. The two men who were my movers Dominic and Alonzo were simply awesome. They had my entire apartment packed and in the truck way before i even expected them too. They also made sure to treat my items with care and always asked my opinion on item placements when necessary. The service prices were fair and I enjoyed that no hidden fees were thrown at me also upon completion of the move. I would definetely recommend them to a friend and I cant say enough about the great job they did!
Updating to say that unfortunately the quality of service Ive experienced in the past is no longer there. At least not with the Alpharetta location. Everyone is friendly enough, but they are not careful with your items or the walls/doorways of your home. Had back-to-back moves this summer and items were broken beyond repair each time. After the second move, I still have not gotten ONE response to requests for damage reimbursement detailed on the damage report 1.5 months later. Unfortunately, I have to say Ill never use or recommend this company again......Have used Two Men & a Truck for multiple moves. Their teams are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. Very careful with your items and efficient.
I had such a great experience with Two Men and a Truck when I previously moved, so I decided to use them again for a recent move and they did not disappoint! First move was from an apartment to a house and the second (most recent) was from house to house. They were very careful with my furniture (especially the glass pieces), worked as quickly as possible, and most of all were nice and courteous. I also received a discount for using them a second time, which was a nice added pro. I would recommend to anyone any time!
Don’t use Two Men and a Truck on McFarland in Alpharetta. I scheduled our move over a month in advance. They did not have the manpower for our move, but they didn’t tell us that. We found out when they tried to change our moving date and when we had to help with the move we hired them to do. My husband helped with the load out. He made a trip carrying furniture every time the movers did. It took 5 hours. My daughter and I unwrapped the furniture and folded the moving blankets. The beds did not get assembled. We hired them so we didn’t have to do the work, but we ended up having to help so it didn’t take until 3:00 in the morning. As it was, it took until 11:00 pm. The problem was not the guys who moved us - they were great. They worked hard. The problem is the people in the office. They tried to change our move date two days before the move. I had requested 3 movers and they only sent two. Sean, the moving manager, said to call him if we needed help during the move. I called and he wasn’t in the office because he got called to help with another move.They don’t have the manpower for all the moves they schedule.They don’t respond after the move. They don’t care that my husband did 1/3 of the load out.They don’t care that our daughter and I unwrapped the furniture and folded all the moving blankets.In addition, they take the cost for damages out of the paychecks of the movers who have worked for 14 hours or longer.
I was very very impressed. The whole entire process of getting this moving truck was absolutely phenomenal. Garrett scheduled the moving time for me and was very accommodating for everything. He assured me the guys would do anything I needed to help make my situation easier on me. Kyle was one of the movers that came to move my stuff for me and was very thorough professional and did everything I needed him to do. He took his time and made sure the process went smoothly. I was very pleased with this whole experience and couldn’t be more thankful!Best.
Our fourth local move with Two Men and a Truck and I have never been unhappy. The team is professional and friendly and goes about their job with a smile on their face. Some moving companies get less than stellar reviews, but with Two Men and a Truck weve never experienced any damage or questionable practices and have always felt like they offer a great value for the service. In all four moves, we had the team both pack and move us and they did a great job; even when they are still unloading the third truck at 9pm! One of the things I like about this team is that many of the moving pros have been with them for years and even moved us before! I highly recommend this team! I made arrangements with Two Men and a Truck to rearrange some furniture in some rooms and move other furniture items into storage. They contacted me twice once to confirm my schedule and then a half before the truck was dispatched to or home. Had the wonderful opportunity to meet and work with both Mike and David who made our move stress free. They handled all our requests and took care of our home and furniture like it was there own. I had packed everything myself so I did not need packing material nor their services. However, the lead called to give me an eta. The lead and another mover arrived on time, introduced themselves and we completed paperwork after showing them what had to be moved. They hustled, had conversations with me during and even interacted with my grandchildren, 2 & 4. You could tell that Chad was the lead and very knowledgeable. He not only showed Jack the proper way of moving an item but did it in a leadership manner rather than in a condescending manner. Jack was eager learn and assist whenever required. I was so impressed with their professionalism, personalities and attention to detail. Before I knew it, my home was empty and goods taken to storage. I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck and, of course, my crew, Chad and Jack. They definitely went above and beyond....
My experience was wonderful! Both of my movers were very quick and efficient, and used many techniques and measures to ensure my furniture and appliances arrived unharmed. They were very nice guys and never complained, even when they had to bring a washer and dryer up a flight of stairs. They really took care of me when it mattered most to me, and its for that reason that I know this company focuses on Doing the Job Right.If ever I am moving again, I will ABSOLUTELY use this service again. This is the second time we have used Two Men and a Truck to move our family and they have exceeded our expectations both times! When we moved to Georgia from Florida 6 years ago the men that moved us were great and I never thought I would be able to match the experience we had then but this crew this week went above and beyond and showed me that choosing Two Men and a Truck again was the right choice! Lavon, Brooks, Brian and Curtis moved my wife and I on 2/24/18 and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They took a stressful situation and made it manageable, putting our minds at ease within the first hour of them showing up. These guys care about the job they’re doing for you and it shows. We moved out of a three story townhouse and into a single family home. So lots and lots of stairs and enough furniture/boxes to fill up both 26ft trucks they sent. Made a move fro California to Georgia and hired Two Men and a Truck to unload the semi trailers and move some stuff to storage. I ended up with six guys (because there was so much stuff and we had two locations) and every one of them did a great job! While I hope I never have to move again, I would hire them for sure and highly recommend them to everybody. From booking until the last box was unloaded, it was a great experience.
Michael and Gary were great! They called ahead to let me know they were on the way, and arrived on-time. They did a quick but thorough walk-through, and explained everything about the process and paperwork. My furniture is not the nicest or newest, but they took great care with every piece and box as if they were priceless. All items, walls, floors, stairs, etc. remained in great condition due to the care they took. In addition, they finished the job within the short time frame I requested. I would definitely hire them again, and would happily recommend them to friends and family!
Ive used two men and a truck for two different moves in Atlanta now and Ill always recommend their work. They are on time and get started right away. No damages to my stuff during transit and the entire process took only half a day loading and unloading from Atlanta to Chattanooga. The two movers Marcus and Shannon did a great job.

They could not have been better. We faced a huge obstacle with the truck, being that we were moving into a house on a one way street and they did everything in their power to make it go smoothly. They even REPAIRED items that the original move in company had broken on our initial move to our storage unit!! Brad and Casey were an excellent team of movers! They completed my move quickly despite working with 3 flights of steps. They were very mindful of my fresh paint and new carpet and not one mark was made on my walls when the move was complete. Since I work from home and was in a meeting the movement of furniture was very respectful of my work environment. Corey and Benjamin even closed my office door when done with my office. When in other rooms they also respected the noise level keeping it very low. The best quality was that supervision was never required. In closing, I would like to add that their professionalism was very transparent and I would use this location again in the future.
I have moved eight times over the years and moved my children over the years but this move was one of the best I have had. The team of Marcus, Shannon and Joshua were outstanding. Ben and Corey did an excellent job with my transfer of household goods to storage. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and explained all the paperwork to me. They put a protective pad on the door frame and a flexible mat over my hardwood floors. The were efficient and asked for input when choices were made, i.e. how much to wrap/pad some furniture. They stored the goods at the destination so well I could have rented a storage unit 1/3 the size as I thought.The only reason I lowered my review was that, having used this company in the past, I was surprised at the increase in prices.
From the call to schedule the move with Ray to the actual move with Jermaine and Daniel, this has by far been our best experience with movers. They were professional, driven, fun, and didnt damage a single item or wall. The care they took with our belongings and new home is unparalleled. They were both very polite and eager to please! DJ was the driver and his truck was extremely clean and organized. You could tell he and Omar took pride in their work! Marcus, Shannon, and Xavier were great overall! Very professional throughout a 15+hr move from a 4100sqft house to 8400sqft. Communication was good overall and did a good job moving all items safely.The only drawback is we were quoted for certain things to be done that weren’t done & we ended up getting charged for those things. We’ve reached out to get this resolved & hopefully refunded.A suggestion for future moves, especially for large homes - I would highly recommend two men & a truck mimic other moving companies & do a walk through (Virtual or in-person) to provide a more accurate estimate rather than asking for an inventory checklist to be completed on a form that doesn’t offer enough space / rooms for large homes.We also only had 1 truck & 3 guys since 2 trucks weren’t available. If you’re moving a large home over 4K sq feet, 2 trucks should be a requirement in order to even accept the business. The square footage should also be requested as apart of the questionnaire.
Wow!! Cory and Chris were phenomenal!! Could not have asked for better guys! They arrived on time and were extremely careful with my furniture, not to mention very quick. Jacob, Niko and Christopher were outstanding on our move, it could not have gone smoother. The fact they manage to get our 8ft chest of drawers up a narrow staircase was pretty amazing to watch as we were convinced it wouldnt make it but they managed it! If you are looking to do move I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck and if you are lucky enough to get Jacob, Niko and Christopher - you will be in safe hands!
This had to be one of the best moves ever. The two men had personality, they worked hard and they were very friendly. From the quote to the move, it was 150% the best move Ive ever experienced. I gave very short notice for my move but Two Men and a Truck North Fulton was able to take care of me. They moved incredibly fast and kept me up to speed during the entire process. The guys were extremely friendly and professional. I cannot say enough good things. Highly Recommend.
My appointment was scheduled for an 8:30-9:30 time slot. The movers showed up at 10:45. They stayed at the top of the driveway for an hour and complained about the driveway being wet from the fog and too steep. The first item moved was at 11:45. They worked for an hour and quit. They said it was too hard to get the truck down the driveway and too much work to walk everything up to the truck. There were 3 strong young men. What’s funny is that they had no furniture or appliances to move, only boxes and garden tools. (My daughters and I had moved a washer, dryer, couches, chairs, tables, boxes, etc. walking up and down the driveway two years ago.). I had everything clearly labeled and organized. Some things were to go to a storage unit and some to a house. They did not listen and loaded and unloaded haphazardly. I could not even get the doors closed to the storage unit when they finished because they just threw everything in there. I ended up with things that belonged at the house in the storage unit. The company called the next day to see how the move had gone. I was honest with the woman on the phone. She said the general manager would call and that they “definitely wanted to make things right.” That was two days ago. And for all this, they charged me $650. And, they took my moving dolly. It’s going to be up to my daughter and I, now, to get everything moved. What a colossal waste of my time and money.Update: Management’s response? Nothing but excuses. No refund, no compromise, nothing. DO NOT USE TWO MEN AND A TRUCK.

This moving team of three showed up on time. They had a really hard driveway that can only be accessed by backing up a hill. They made it happen. These guys had to put all of our stuff on the truck so it could be unloaded at three locations. Storage, the main house and a second climate controlled storage unit. This was not easy but I am pleased to say they did it and were so nice. Yes maam and yes sir were how we were addressed. Book this team they were great!!
Our first experience with Two Men and a Truck was a great surprise. Polite guys wrapping all the furniture (mostly antiques) in blankets and shrink wrap and placing them according to our directions. Naturally we chose them for this recent move and the experience was almost a complete opposite. They inflicted some sort of damage on nearly everything. It was clear that stuff was piled on stuff, so that we have repairs to make in most everything. Some we can do ourselves, but others require professional expertise. They dinged and scratched our walls & moldings which we advised them had only been painted a few days previous. They left our bonus room in shambles, requiring two old people to move and reassemble everything. Glad we moved all the small stuff ourselves. My sweet husband gave them all generous tips as they were leaving (he hadnt seen all the damage), but they still tried to abandon the site, leaving the job unfinished. I practically threw myself onto one of the trucks to stop them from leaving without finishing. They VERY reluctantly helped put our antique desk back together, having ignored my directions for moving it. Weve been unable to assemble it correctly since then. I give them one star because they showed up.
We had a great experience with Two Men And A Truck! Mike called ahead the morning of the move to let us know they were on their way. They showed up on time and both Mike and Tony were both personable and professional. They got right to work on loading up the truck, asking questions along the way to make sure we were happy with how everything was going. Our house was small but we had a lot of stuff but Mike and Tony tackled it like pros and wowed us with how quickly they loaded up the truck and got everything over to new home and again wowed us with how quickly they unloaded. This was our first time using a real moving service and should we ever move again (which we hope we don’t have to) we will not hesitate to use Two Men And A Truck!
Two Men & a Truck were recommended to me by a friend, so we hired them for our move. Ive always moved myself with the help of family in the past, but this time I decided to just hire someone. This was hands down the most stress-free move weve ever had. They came on time. They were hard-working, thorough, conscientious, and careful. There was not a scratch on anything. I cant say enough about how impressed we were. If we ever move again, we wont hire anyone else. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

We used Two Men and a Truck to empty a storage unit (10x10) and unload a storage pod we had delivered to the new house. Alex and Myles were fantastic - they called me to let me know when they would arrive, actually got there early, and worked non-stop until everything was done. Great attitude, very polite and patient while I tried to decide where everything would go! I wouldnt call anyone else if I needed to move again. Highly recommend!!
Our crew of 6 men, led by Marcus, was amazing! All of the men were polite, professional, and worked tirelessly. They listed to all our requests and never complained. We moved out Friday and they returned Monday to move us in. I was surprised they remembered which rooms our furniture, decor, and even boxes came from! They made a stressful 4 days so much better.

The company was prompt on their information for my move and on top of their customer service. I was given a courtesy call the Friday before the move.William gave me a courtesy call about 30 minutes out. They were well inside the timeline for the start of the move.William did an assessment of the locations and took my few considerations into mind and then he, Jamari and Demijohn got to work.They got together put their plan in place and were a well oiled machine. They got it done in less time anticipated and did an exceptional job.The only recommendation I have is for the future clients. Give your few requests and then get out of the way and let them work.Also, feed them, give them drinks and tip them. They definitely earn it.
Dalyn, Anthony, and X’avius were in short Olympic athletes posing as movers. They were professional and made sure everything was handled with care. I had 2 expensive speakers that I was nervous about moving and they took time to wrap them up and move them very safely. They asked where to put everything and made sure that my family was all set before finishing. I also happened to have a large pallet of wood that needed to be taken from the curb and placed into the garage for the flooring company to install. They were literally yelling out loud because it was so heavy but they all went into beast mode and got it pushed UP the driveway’s hill. Killer job guys! They went beyond the call of movers duty. Anything we needed or asked they were there for us. Would definitely hire again if we ever have to move. My family thanks you so much.

After being stood up by another moving company at the last minute, I contacted Ray and Jorge at the Cumming location. At 8:30 am I was without a mover. By 9 am Ray and Jorge had movers lined up for 11am. Nick and Jumari arrived and completed my move in under the lowest estimated time! This saved me a lot of money! Justin, Mario and Eric did an excellent job. They spoke to each other and me with refreshing politeness. My furniture with its scratches, discoloration and dust was shown that same level of respect. They never complained that the air conditioning in the place I was leaving wasnt working. Three sips of water here and there was considered a break; they just kept working. They made lifting my heavy pieces look easy as they navigated a very small stair case. This is the second time Ive used Two Men and a Truck; Ive been pleased both times. I strongly recommend them.

Amazing! Moving is stressful and mostly unpleasant but Kyle and Rodney were extraordinary! They were professional, personable, efficient, pretty much all the positive adjectives there are describe my experience. While I believe it was a small load compared to their other moves I thought I had an enormous amount of items, but they moved it all in about four hours. No scratches, no damages. While I hope to not move again for a long time, if I have to i know who to call!
On May 25th, 2019, we used Two Men and a Truck. When Anthony, Jamonla, Rodrick, Lee, Jamie and Mikail showed up each one of them introduced their selves to me. We had quite a lot of heavy furniture to move and I was so impressed by their performance. They protect all the floors, then they wrapped all our furniture, and began the move. They always asked if they could use the restroom and were so appreciative when given something to drink. They moved all our furniture out of one house to another, and not once did they complain. The two men who moved me showed up on time and were very polite. They wrapped everything in plastic wrap since it was raining. They did a great job and I was very pleased with how smoothly the move went. Also they were helpful when I asked them to help me get the plastic moving sliders under the heavy furniture. 2 Men & A Truck did an outstanding job on my move. Courteous, friendly, extremely careful with my items & new home. All moved with no issues, not even a single paint smudge, in a shorter amount of time than expected. I would highly recommend this service to my own family & friends. Worth every penny & then some.
Weve hired 2 men and a truck before and have had GREAT service. This time the experience was very different. From the start, the guys moved slowly, did a lot of eye rolling, and were even seen playing basketball with customer items into a box. Many pieces of dinged/scratched furniture and a dent in the wall. Destroyed shelving. Boxes did not end up in marked rooms. No pre-walkthrough the day before, so the truck they sent was not sufficient to pack all items. Only gave two stars as they finished the job, but it took twice as long as the prior crew. Will not hire again.
First i just want to say if i ever need to move again, (and i hope i dont) i will sooo use them. they were professional, office staff was responsive and they got everything done in a perfect time where i had some time to myself. i told them that i had a bad experience with another moving company and they were like, we are so sorry to hear that, we dont like to hear things like that, but pls let us help you and we can do better. they live up to what i wanted.

I give Two Men and A Truck just four stars due to pricing. I did find that the travel/hourly rate was just a bit high. Other than that, the two movers I had did an excellent job taking care of my move. Mario, a young man, who work tirelessly that morning, running up and down two flights of steps without a misstep. Terry, the only issue I had with him is that he is a Bama fan, worked the move to the T without issue. His jokes about Auburn made my move easier. I highly recommend this crew for any job in the future!

We had implored them to be careful of my $8,000 Gyrotonics tower, even pointing out to them what would be the most vulnerable pieces (the armatures). On five occasions they said, youre in good hands. We mentioned it again and again, PLEASE be careful of its armatures, whereupon they seemed pushy and impatient, youre in good hands.Of course, they broke one of the armatures, and simply said afterward, thats okay, well pay for new parts which is altogether different than youre in good hands. No apologies for the time were going to have to take to research and order the parts, if we can even find them now.No responsibility, no regret, nothing.So if you dont mind your stuff getting broken as a regular course of business, then, by all means, use these two guys and their damn truck. But Id say itd be better to hire professionals to move your stuff if you care about it.
Marcus and Shannon moved my 93 year old step mother last Saturday from Sandy Springs to Chattanooga. They were fabulous! WOW!I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our move was this weekend, thanks to Lavelle and Harold at Two Men and a Truck!Those guys worked tirelessly from 9:30 until 3:30 for us on Saturday and did not complain once! They were very professional, very polite, and they were a lot of fun to have around. Moving didnt seem so daunting because these men value their jobs and take pride in the work that they do. I am so thankful to them for all of the hard work that they accomplished for us.This is the first time my husband and I have ever hired professional movers, and we were absolutely blown away by the care and quality of the work that they did. I had heard only terrible things about movers and how no one cares about making sure you things are taken care of - but Lavelle and Harold really proved that they are the best of the best. Not one item was damaged and they were meticulous about wrapping and caring for our belongings.I will be recommending these guys to everyone I know who needs a mover! They work so hard that they most definitely deserve a raise!
They did NOT show up for move! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL...They did not show up on the day of move. They confirmed the pick up time between 8:30-9:30. At 9:40, I called them and Ben said they are running late and they will be at my address at 10:15; I called back at 10:30, Ben said that the truck is broken but they have another truck available. They are waiting for the workers to come back to come on their way.... Story short, at 12 oclock they told me that the men were tired and they went HOME!!!Interestingly, Nobody called me to communicate with me what was going on..When I am calling back to get my refund, they are not answering...
The 2 gentlemen that were assigned to my move on 10/9/17 were friendly, punctual, and very efficient. They moved very quickly and worked hard not to damage any items during transit. They got the job done well within the quoted time a job that size typically takes. I would definitely use this company if I were moving again.
They brought the wrong size truck and left us with things to move. They are twice as expensive as the other companies and took twice as long and then didn’t offer to help with any of the mistakes that they made. They said they would send another truck on another day and charge us double! They left us with having to move the rest of our belongings and renting a U-Haul truck and doing it on our own. Would not recommend anybody. Normally don’t like to write bad reviews but they deserve this.
Please make sure to tell theses movers to show you any damage to your belongings before they touch them, otherwise, they will not own up to damages they cause to your items. For this reason, I do not recommend Two Men and a Truck. The Swanee location moved my furniture into a U-Haul storage facility and the Alpharetta location moved my furniture out. My furniture was damaged either when it was moved in or out of storage. The Alpharetta location is blaming the Swanee location, but the movers did not show the damage to my husband before moving the furniture. First, the movers said that they told my husband about the damage, but did not show him the damage, next they said he was not around, which is not true. It is clear that they were not being honest. When the move was over, I refused to sign the form which indicated that Two Men and a Truck did not cause damage to my furniture. One of the movers were overly persistent and somewhat aggressive in requesting that I sign the form. The Swanee location is stating that they cannot pay for the damage, because the claim is over 90 days old. If you value your belongings and value good customer service I do not recommend hiring Two Men and a Truck. Please note that they are individually owned and operated, which Two Men and a Truck brought to my attention numerous times.
My experience with Two Men and a Truck Alpharetta was excellent!! It was the most pleasant and easy move I have ever had (and I have moved many times). Alex and Alonzo were prompt, professional, courteous, and efficient. I HIGHLY recommend them!! Look no further for a mover. You wont regret hiring them!!
They dropped our washer machine (I was not watching them closely enough) and broke the legs so we had to put shims underneath to even it out. We just got the house painted too so I told them to be extra careful of the walls and they took a chunk out of one of the corners in our bedrooms They make you sign a paper at the end of the move that everything was in good condition which I did without checking. So my advice to you is to take the time to make sure everything is ok, all the walls, all the furniture/ appliances before signing that paper!
Our experience with TwoMen and a Truck was excellent! We hire them to move furniture around our house rearranging three different rooms, moving lots of furniture and miscellaneous items up and down stairs, including a spiral staircase. The team worked extremely hard for the two hours we hired them for, not wasting a moment, and handling our belongs very carefully. We plan to use Two Men and a Truck the next time we have moving needs.
Thank you to the 4 guys who helped move us today! They were professional and very hard-working. My husband was not able to help with the move due to an unexpected surgery and they made sure he didnt need to do anything. They packed and moved us over a span of (a hot) two days with a very positive attitude. I would definitely use this company again.
I have used Two Men and a Truck years ago but recently used them to move my mother from Roswell to Blue Ridge. Gary and Dequan did an exceptional job. The professionalism they both exhibited was impressive! They were kind and courteous and offered a lot of help without us asking. I can’t express enough how much we appreciated all they did for us. 2021-08-15Very pathetic, rude, unprofessional experience. I booked moving service a month before of my actual moving date. I had a moving last week and these guys left job in between without moving my furniture and boxes from my old home to new home. They were super slow, unprofessional, one guy infact smoking outside of hose while moving. They were not able to complete the job in 9 hrs of small 4 bedrooms single family home. They come without tools. How can movers come without tool box..See the pictures what they left and not moved. Also they simply dump stuffs in my new home garage and said they have new job and left with full charge of 9 hrs. Very unprofessional. Movers managers keep calling them and asking to move from my place and get on new job. I trust these guys by seeing their good reviews but its not at all true in my case.

2022-08-09Dont use if you have any heavy furniture out of the norm! My moving team was pleasant and polite. We started out with four men and two trucks as scheduled but 20 minutes into the job one man was pulled to cover someone that called in sick on another job. For the most part everything was going smoothly until they got to the large heavy wood entertainment center that we had warned them was going to be extra heavy. Unfortunately the base was supposed to unscrew but the weight of the item over the years had fused it together and it wouldnt come apart. Like I said, this is a heavy item and required four guys and now we were down to three. The team called the office and of course they couldnt get a fourth guy in. We were assured that we could call the office and they would arrange for a team of four that would come back and move the item on a different day. We called the office the next day and now were getting the story that they dont want to take a chance with damaging the item and arent going to attempt to move it. Hello? Are you movers? I purchased insurance for a reason didnt I? Wow, thanks for adding stress to an already stressful time. Were fortunate that we still have a couple of days before closing to get this item out. In the meantime, well call MOVERS who can actually get the job they said they could do done.

2022-08-10Two Men and a Truck did a fantastic job! They asked questions that I didn’t think to ask, they were flexible with our schedule changes and helpful. Then moving day came and Chris and Darius called to give me a heads up of the arrival time which was super helpful! They arrived on time and were cheery and ready to help! Chris and Darius worked well as a team and each time they finished a floor they asked me to inspect! They were efficient and so strong and very patient because I had a refrigerator that wouldn’t fit through the door and they were dolls and creative in taking the doors off to make it happen! They even got rained on and got very wet and they were still happy and helpful! Would recommend them a million times! Thank you!

2022-05-21My move was out of state, GA to NC. When I booked the move, I was told the same men would load and unload the truck. On moving day, the crew that came did not know my move was out of state and said they could not perform the move due to hours on the job or something like that. The the account manager tells me they can finish the move the next day. So, even though I was definitely unhappy about this, I planned to stay at my fathers house and drive up the next day. Then they called back and said they would send a different crew but that it would be later at night 7/8 before they got there. So, I started the drive to NC (a 5 hour drive). When I was nearly halfway to my destination, the new crew called and informed me they wouldnt be there until around 11pm. That was entirely too late and would be disruptive to the community into which I was moving. So I had to book a hotel room for the night. When I relayed the events to the manager she said they could reimburse me for the hotel. They were supposed to call me back. I ended up calling them weeks later and was again told they would call back. Then another manager called and got my payment information just to hold until they figured out what exactly would be billed in consideration of the hotel reimbursement. That was a few weeks ago. I have heard NOTHING! But of course, what gets charged to my account today? With NO warning and no reimbursement?? I am beyond disappointed with their complete lack of consideration and professionalism. NONE of what occurred was my fault. I would never trust this company again.

2022-05-11Overall, Two Men and a Truck made moving a lot easier. They are very responsive and get the job done. We had to move our dates around, but the team was very flexible and always understanding! Ben was great and was extremely helpful! Our two movers Marcus and Gelletle were amazing and very efficient! I would recommend 100%!

2022-01-25Listen. I kid you not. This was the BEST moving experience we’ve ever had. And the quickest. I honestly thought, are these men avengers? Are they zapping our household items into the truck? How are they going so fast? We had more stuff to move than we’ve ever had (and we’ve moved 7 times in the past 5 years) and this was the quickest move we’ve ever had. LIKE what. 10/10 recommend.

2022-05-16Recently used Two Men and a Truck for a move across North GA. I have nothing but the highest praise for the team. The guys got straight to work. They were extremely fast but also took great care of all of our belongings. Above that, everyone had a great attitude and were extremely kind to my whole family. Good, cheap, and fast.... turns out you can have all 3.

2022-07-28I personally booked my daughters move after her recent graduation. Once they loaded the truck and drove to the new location it seems they wanted to move on with their day. They unloaded a few items and them came to me with a new bill stating they wanted to bill me for 7 hours. they had not worked anywhere nearthat amount of time. Plus I called and gave 2 differnt people in the company the unit number , yet their drivers just sat in their truck for an hour. when i asked about why they would increase it so much . The mover accused me of yelling. I was not, and then said he was done and was leaving all of our move in the drive way . I did not let them know I was an realtor, AND NOW I WILL NEVER REFER THEM OUT AGaIN . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I could give .05 stars I would.

2022-07-21Overall, I had a good experience, and would definitely recommend them. My movers, Reggie and Darius, were awesome. They were able, efficient, and careful. The office team was also efficient, personable. And the cost was lower than expected. My only gripe is a miscommunication with the office agent. I thought I asked for them to prioritize the furniture, but then help us with packing boxes where space permits. But he didnt send boxes or packing material. Later, I found out that his notes said furniture only. This left us in a bind. Perhaps it was just a simple miscommunication, but I wish the agent had read back my order to me before placing it, so we could be sure were in agreement. Despite that issue, I suspect theyre still one of the best overall moving choices in Atlanta.
