This past weekend was our schools senior trip to Orlando. We were originally supposed to leave school at 7:00am. Two days before the trip, the company called saying that they could not get to our school until 8:30am. The day of the trip arrives and all the students are there at 8:00am, waiting for the buses to show up. We did not leave the school until around noon. Not only were the buses late, one did not have any air conditioning, outlets, or wifi, which is what we paid for and what is advertised on the companys website. The lack of air conditioning made the trip to Orlando very uncomfortable due to the heat. The driver opened the roof emergency exits but it did not help at all. To add to our already horrible day, one of the tires on the bus popped so we pulled into a gas station to get it fixed. Then the spare tire was rotted and unusable. We were told that road side assistance would be there in 20 minutes with a new tire. We were at the gas station for at least 3 hours and the owner of the company lied to us countless times. We were supposed to get to our destination at 4:00pm and we did not arrive until around 9:00pm which is absolutely ridiculous. Then when we were leaving, one of the buses was an hour late picking us up. How can such a quality company be so irresponsible and unprofessional? One star is giving this company too much credit. If I could give a zero star review, I would.

I would give them negative stars if it were possible. We were supposed to have an awesome senior trip to Universal and leave school at 8:30 AM. We would get there at 2 to eat and be in the park at 4. Our main event started at 8 that night. Due to overbooking, we were going to leave around 10 after having been stranded at our high school for 2 hours. We pulled out 11:40. Our bus driver’s wife was on the bus meaning we could not have a chaperone on the bus. She was dropped off on the side of the road before the interstate but it was too late for our chaperone to get on. Our bus had nothing we were promised, including AC. We had to open the emergency exits on top. There were 2 sets of 4 seats that got brutal sunlight, one person getting a sunburn from the bus ride and another had issues from the wind. Plus the window seats of those got no air. People were getting sick from heat. An hour and a half from our destination our tire popped. We stopped at a truck stop for what was supposed to be an hour. After that time period, our spare turned out to be dry rotted. The other bus had no spare. We waited for roadside assistance and were supposed to be back on the road within 20 minutes. We were there for so long, we were kicked out and had to sit outside. As our parents called to figure out what was happening they were met with attitudes and different stories each time they called. The bus driver was honest while his company was full of lies.We got to our destination at 9:30 that night, 7 1/2 hits after we were supposed to be there. We got to enjoy 3 hours of the 11 hours (just park time, not lunch time) we paid for. We were supposed to leave a little after 2 that morning but thanks to overbooking again, the second bus had to leave after dropping us off. We pulled out of Universal at 3:30 that morning after the kids in the other bus had to sit outside for an hour, exhausted from the day’s travels and the few hours we had at the park.On the way home, our bus driver fell asleep at the wheel as most of us were sleeping. Our chaperone had to keep our bus driver awake as well as convince him to pull over and take a nap at a rest stop. We should have been home around 9 Sunday morning and didn’t get home until almost 11. It was the worst experience thanks to this horrific bus company.

Like others I think one star is pushing it for this company. The reality is that it should be negative five stars. Due to this companys unprofessionalism and lack of safety concerns my daughter and her classmates senior trip was ruined. The companys owner and employees were not honest at all. They overbooked themselves which led to the buses being more than 3 hours late in picking up the students. A complete stranger was on my daughters bus therefore the chaperone was unable to ride. This stranger was then dropped off on the side of the road. Than a tire pops, which can happen at any time, but due to being more than three hours late picking up the seniors and having a bad spare on the bus this caused more issues. One would have have thought that during safety inspections that someone would have noticed that the spare had issues. Let us not forget the lack of air conditioning on my daughters bus which caused kids to become sick. The company had to have know that the air conditioning was not working before they even pulled up to the school. Lets now add on the fact that the bus driver did not get enough sleep therefore was falling asleep on the way back. Oh, I also forgot to mention that they did not leave Orlando until 3:30 in the morning due to another overbooking issues. (Seems to be a common theme with this company besides the safety issues). I am thinking that they need a new person to handling their scheduling. Considering that double booking would be consider a human error. I trusted this company in taking care of my daughter and that was an epic mistake. Not only did my child not enjoy the senior trip that she worked hard to save for, as parents we lost sleep that night worrying about the safety of our children. Thank you so much Tystanic for your lack of professionalism and safety.

I have used Tystanic on three separate occasions - to NYC, Nashville and Orlando. All were an utter disappointment in some way, whether it was quality in bus transportation, quality in driver, or both. For our trip to NYC the bus broke down and our 12 hour drive up became nearly 24 hours. 2 of the 24 hours were spent getting lost driving down residential alleys in NJ while our other bus already made it in to the city. Additionally, the driver continuously put our group in danger by going the wrong way down oneway streets, he became belligerent to the students on board, and he even began falling asleep at the wheel on the way back.On the trip to Nashville, we could not have asked for a better driver. Unfortunately, the air conditioner broke on the bus in late March heat and students were subjected to hours of nauseating heat, resulting in many students becoming sick. The most recent trip to Orlando was marked by a sheer lack of professionalism by the driver. The driver was late for pick up, the air conditioning was ‘broken’ on the bus for 4 hours which meant more heat exhaustion and sickness for students (despite the driver’s protests the company later deemed this operator error, not faulty equipment), he became confrontational with both adults and students on the bus, and continuously put us in situations unbsubtable for safe travel (like eating meals and snacks while driving down the interstate). Additionally, our bus broke down on the way home and we were stranded at a rest stop for 6 hours. To make matters worse, the driver did not alert the other bus traveling with us of this matter until they were 40 minutes down the road. He waited even longer to alert the company, so they could send help. While the company as a whole was generous in offering free lunch to everyone (which we declined due to being 6 hours late), our driver remained wholly unprofessional and belligerent to all involved. While I am sure the owners of this company have the best of intentions, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to anyone who values safety, promptness and professionalism while traveling in a group.

If you enjoy being constantly lied to by a business owner, no air conditioner on a bus for 13 hours (supposed to be 6), drivers that had been forced to drive for 48 hours on 5 hours of sleep, and a total of 9 1/2 hours late to your last trip ever with your friends in highschool... use this company! If you want a successful, stress free, and happy senior trip (or any trip at all), I’d suggest not using this company! I’ve had the same problems with this company in the past as well, not only on this horrendous trip.

This company was supposed to provide transportation for my son and his classmates for GradBash 2018. The buses were late both coming and going. One of the buses had a flat, which I know happens. However, if the spare hadn’t been rotten, this would have left the kids sitting at a gas station for hours. They were supposed to arrive at Universal at 2 pm but didn’t arrive until almost 10 pm...8 hours late! I’ve heard there was no air conditioning on one of the buses. This was horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

We used them for our one time senior trip to Universal Studios. They showed up 3 hours late, one of the bus drivers was not very experienced, and one of the buses had no ac or charging ports and was very outdated. The bus was also not prechecked because we had a flat tire and the spare was dry rotted so we had to wait at a truck stop for 3 hours for them to get us another spare tire. We arrived at Universal Studios at 9:30pm and we were supposed to get there at 4:00pm. We were only able to get 4 hours in the park while we paid for 10. When it was time to leave the park, the bus was 2 hours late to show up and the driver was not able to receive the required rest. Very poorly managed company. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.

Absolutely terrible the first mess up I was fine with ( leaving the school hours behind schedule because the buses couldn’t get there). The second mess up was illegal ( bus driver was picking us up with 2 hours of sleep). The third mess up shows the quality of the buses (a tire went flat and the spare was dry rotted and the rim was bent). Then the own was completely dishonest and tried to get the drivers to lie to us while stuck at a gas station for hours waiting for road side assistance. The owner really doesn’t care about his customers and will hopefully gets what he deserves. They need to change their slogan to “get you there eventually!”

I have never been more disappointed in a company. My 18 year old brother and 100 of his classmates were supposed to be picked up at 8 am and taken to Orlando and back. The transportation was hours late, then on the way a tire blew out, unfortunately the spare was dry rotted. Sound safe? I think NOT! These kids were made to sit at a gas station for 4 hours because of this company! Many kids saved money to go on this trip and it was completely ruined. If you are concerned at all about the safety of your children or family members I would discourage using this company!

Worst trip of my lifetime (& I experienced a 13 hour road trip with 1/2 of my family puking all the way home)..We were supposed to leave for a senior field trip at 7 am, but the company told us the day before that we woud have to be pushed back until 9 am. Everything was fine, and we waited that morning at 9 am. It wasn’t until 11:30 that a bus showed up. But it was only one of them so we had to wait for the other. 1/2 of the lucky seniors got to ride the bus with A/C, outlets, etc., while me and the other lucky passengers got to experience the literal “struggle bus”. I’m not being snooty or dramatic when I saw this bus was DUSTY, NASTY, AND OLD!! Their website brags about having awesome busses with all those cool gadgets but we had the joy of riding 5 hours in a bus with no air conditioning, broken sun shades, nasty bathroom, and I probably got rug burns from sitting in the 20 year old seats. Not to mention, we got to chill with all those dust mites and probable other bugs that were catching a ride with us. Anyways, we continue the journey despite the company begin three hours late. BUT, 2-hours out from our destination we got a flat tire. The “40-minute stop” at a shady Love’s gas station turned into another 3 hour wait for help to get us a new tire. RECAP: We were supposed to arrive at noon at Universal Studios, didn’t get there until 9:40 pm. We also paid for extra tickets to get in the park earlier, but at that time I think we were stranded at the gas station...Most of us had anxiety attacks/heat strokes on the way up there but it’s no biggie.Honestly if I could give this company any lower score I would. The driver was 10/10. So sweet & wouldn’t lie to us like his boss said he should!I will have post ty-satanic PTSD forever now, no more charter busses for me.
