If I could give 0 stars I would.Cindy the manager gives me very rude vibes.First time coming in she didn’t greet me or nothing… she looked down. Idk if she’s racist or what, because once a Caucasian man came in she spoke and told him she would be with him.She never made eye contact .I drove to this specific place which was not down the street because online said they have trucks available.When she spoke she had an attitude. Idk who ruined her day but what type of customer service is this.I tried to rent a truck & she caught an attitude and said there were no trucks available, unless I had a reservation.I left and went online placed an reservation in 5 minutes I was able to reserve a car. Which made me so upset…. Because she should have just told me she did not want to rent it to me…Now she wants to be nice and ACT like she’s friendly. Never coming back to this location. The energy is TERRIBLE. How are you a store manager and don’t have BASIC respect and customer service

Ricard was wonderful. Courteous, polite, and efficient.His manager, Cheryl or Cindy or whatever her name is needs to go back to manager training. We arrived on time to pick up some boxes that I ordered online. We were greeted, not with a Hi, Ill be right with you or even a SMILE. She looked my husband right in the face and said We are BUSY. Apparently U-Haul does not consider politeness or basic manners to be an important component of customer service.It appears she was in a bad mood because she then started lecturing her employees (who were trying to do their jobs and load our car!!) about the way the boxes in the front of the store looked. She said her boss came by and he didnt like the way they looked. This does not excuse her terrible attitude, and why was it relevant at that exact moment??She then proceeded to berate her two employees continuously about tiny things like how they loaded our cars, and what terms they used to refer to boxes. Im sorry but you should do your coaching some other time and not in front of a customer! If I had a manager like that, I would not work there. Absolutely disgusting display of service and Ricard deserves a raise for dealing with such treatment with the level of grace and professionalism he displayed.If you continue to promote this kind of managerial behavior in your stores, where they bark at customers and chide their employees like dogs, you will have more to worry about than how the boxes are displayed on your floor.

Rented two moving trucks from here over the course of a week and had a great experience both times. The equipment I needed was in stock, the pick up/drop off process was smooth, and there were no surprises after the return.

As many times as I have been to this place most times customer service has been between very good to decent, no bad experience so far! However, if you ever get a hitch installed make sure to test the brake and turn signals before you leave as I unfortunately didn’t and they don’t work and when I went back the next day the guy who had put it in wasn’t there and no one was available to re-do it or fix it and I was told they were just too busy :( and I moved across state without them working!

I had a bad experience with another location and had to have my reservation transferred here. In the process, Uhaul mixed a few things up that made the reservation a bit more complicated.Cindy the General Manager was great. She handled everything politely and professionally. She was able to sort through everything, and get my issues resolved and I was on my way.Viva was also excellent. The whole staff created a very nice experience.

This U-haul has a lot in stock and is great when you need a specialty-sized box. The only reason for 3 stars is that the manager doesnt seem to treat her employees as well as they should be treated. She forgot to tell a new hire that he was going to be paid less than he was expecting on that day and defended herself instead of apologizing. Not the best behavior for a manager trying to hold on to its employees in the middle of a COVID-induced financial and employment crisis. People arent going back to work as quickly because they arent being treated respectfully and not paid enough to be treated so disrespectfully. Very poor form on the account of the manager. Compassion is what we need right now, not defensiveness and excuses, especially from a leader such as this manager. Otherwise, great store!

The manager at this location Cindy Hardin was very rude and presented poor customer service towards me. I reserved a truck and she took over an hour out of my morning because of a mistake she made by reading the screen wrong. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because she did change her attitude after I told her very nicely that she needed to take a breather.

This location deserves every single start I gave, and then some...The quality of the service I received here was way above any expectation I had.The owners are warm and friendly, and seem to truly care for their clients.I would most definitely return here whenever I have any moving needs again. They were awesome!!

I won an auction here so was only a temporary customer but all of the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be,. They went out if there way to make sure I had everything I needed,. Now Im considering getting a unit there because the staff at my facility is no where near their caliber. Thanks you guys I appreciate all your help!

You can never talk with anyone at the location over the phone because they never pick it up, been calling for weeks & leaving messages with the customer service representative for call backs. Manger or worker’s don’t return phone calls. Horrible service! very disappointed
