2021-12-12Do not attempt to rent. We traveled 4 hours to rent from this place and there is not even a building. GPS takes you straight to the woods. No one answers the phone either. We rented the truck ahead of time and thought we had our moving planned out!

2020-05-27Terrible experience. The was closed so I did a mobile check in but couldnt locate the keys. Sat on the phone for 20 min talking to customer service because online chat couldnt help. They finally got a hold of someone to get the location of the keys. Look almost an hr all together before I was on the road. Will not use this company again.

2017-02-07Staff was easy to work with, very helpful, and answered all of my questions! Pick up and drop off was also very convenient. Will definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them!

2021-10-29Very bad service, we traveled half an hour to pick up a truck and when we arrived there was no one, the application was very bad and the assistance was completely useless
