Ive used them twice now. ive had no problems, but i agree with the other reviewers. service is a little slow, but that wont stop me from using them again. Update: new thing U-Haul is doing is doing mobile checkouts and drop-offs, which speeds up the process. Do it at your own pace.
When I arrived no one was in the office, I had to hunt someone down after waiting 20 minutes. The truck they gave us need power steering fluid and was obviously worn down. He told us thats all they had. Ive had better experiences when renting uhauls before. I will never go back here.
This was my first time coming in the facility and someone who worked in the place came in and didn’t assist me, and walked to the back, and came out minutes later then asking me did I need help. The text alerts didn’t work. So he then told me to do the walk around when I’d already been in here waiting with no response or directions from anyone who worked here. Once I returned the vehicle several workers came in and walked by without a simple excuse me or any type of mannerism. This was very unprofessional to me because I have worked in customer service and that is not how you treat a customer at all. No one that had any type of professional customer service or any type except a young man named Tarel including the General Manager Ryan.

Will not be going back to this location except to turn in my rental that I picked up this morning. Can you say extremely slow at doing my rental that I started online and they had to finish it because the website didnt show the trailer that we actually needed. Which while it took them so long there were several other customers of the opposite race and they were taken care of asap.
Large U-Haul store. Staff is friendly and will pack things to your vehicle without even asking. They are slow, but I think its more the system than staff
We, to the U-Haul at 10:30am after drop off Sunday evening the customer service was so bad and needs to adjust his nasty attitude!.

The manager is an absolute jerk and unprofessional. I had a trailer hitch put on and asked them to remove the hitch from the bumper and when they were finished I asked the gentleman why he left the hitch on the bumper and he said the manager said to leave it on. I will be getting ahold of corporate.
4th and final rental and NEVER had any issues. Staff is very professional and I would highly recommend this location. Customer need to be more patient and understanding

This place is horrible one person is working, six customers waiting while the only guy went to get a truck for another customer. And then another employee pass by looks at every one and continue walking. WOW!!! REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Clean and courteous. Slowest uhaul in history of uhauls locations. (Not understaffed just slow)
A total pain did not go well at all all the time wasted Hindu back and forth and back and forth if you ended up not getting the truck from them

One person working. Didnt ha e change for customers, and to top it off they didnt have the vehicle I had reserved. Terrible service overall.

2021-12-30A good customer experience! Very laid back, helpfulf staff. Michael is extremely patient and communicates very well with customers during the extreme stress of moving. The return went equally well. The two gentlemen were very professional and spoke to everyone who came in while I was there in a very caring manner. Hats off to the Box Road U-Haul which has been there a long time but had updated their store which was very well kept!

2020-03-25Went in on a Friday November 3rd 2017 to close out a unit and pay on another. Had to wait a 1hour and 20mins for a manager to come because he was the only person authorized to make changes in the system. Its a slow uneffective method. At least one staff member should always be on site with the ablility to make these changes. Update. They made some changes. So wait time not nearly as long. As a matter of a fact. 2019 I dont think I waited once. Its better!!

2022-02-26Trying to find a storage place down the street ask them three different times if I was at the right place never would answer my question and then said we dont have no storage after I was there for about 25 minutes keep trying to find me in the computer when I wasnt even at the right place.

2021-09-04If you need a hitch this is the place you want to go!! They are understaffed and overworked right now but it is worth the wait. They put a hitch on my car that no one else wanted to tackle. The man that put it on was wonderful! I wish that I had gotten his name.

2021-06-04It took me almost 2 hours to get a propane tank filled. Came one time, no one to do the propane. One hour later, with only one person working, it took another hour. Get more help or get better help

2017-12-09Do not recommend this store! Slow and unprofessional! Made a reservation for a motorcycle trailer. The minimal amount of time you can rent a one-way trailer is 4 days according to the guy who took my reservation. I told the gentleman that I would be able to pick it up Saturday which should be fine (which he said it was) because I am already paying for the 4 day rental. I arrive Saturday as stated and a different set of staff say the trailer was rented to someone else (out of town trailers were not available at this store they had to get one from a sister store). I told the gentleman behind the counter my dilemma which is a timeline of needing it before 6pm (to get a weight with and without my motorcycle and belongings because I am doing a partial DITY move). Since i mentioned needing it before 6pm in the initial conversation and then again when highlighting later WHY I need it today the employee Ryan says to me I heard you the first time. Not only was it rude he was condescending when he said it!!!!!!! Totally unprofessional and if it were my business he would be fired ! Customers are the lifeblood of any business and you dont treat someone rudley especially if the customer was not rude! Totally unprofessional. Im a repeat customer at this location as well. Good thing Im moving because I would never come back!
