I came with an emergency and no appointment. Brandon immediately took care of my issue and figured out what the problem was. Amazing service. I highly recommend Brandon. Hes kind, understanding and knowledgeable.
Made appointment through samsung website about warranty repair for my phone. Initially was told they could repair and its under warranty but they didnt have necessary part, so second appointment was made in couple days. On my second appointment I was told completely different story and that part wasnt even ordered yet. Just wasted my time and left the store confused after all.

This was the fifth local uBreakiFix store that I had m called to get a replacement screen protector for my older model Pixel 3aXL cell phone. I had already waited a week for one to arrive at my regular store No one had one one in stock and I was told they were still on delayed back order.Brandon at the Tucker branch was a great help. He couldnt find one immediately but took the trouble to check in the stores inventory. He found several there and not only installed one on my phone immediately, but also sold me 3 at a very reduced price so I could avoid the same problemanother time. It was well worth the 20 minute. drive.
Prices a bit higher than expected but , quality of product warrants higher prices ! Not having to buy another unlocked phone at the cost of replacing a damaged screen ,, priceless !
Amazing. This business has put my faith back into customer service and that there are actually people and businesses that take pride in their work. Rifney and Roberto fixed my phone from another store that did a repair wrong and wouldnt take responsibility. They treated me fair and fixed the problem- all in one day. This store will now be the only place I go for phone repairs and I want everyone to know you can trust them to do the right thing. Thank you Rifney and Roberto. :)
Good service but you got to keep on them. They have a tendency to forget you. They are into the philosophy better to wait until you customer calls back.
Scheduled an appointment and took my iPad in. Rep told me they don’t work on charging issues, but he cleaned out the charging port and it’s working fine. No charge!
Destroyed the screen on my main phone and was using a temporary phone until mine was fixed, picked up the main phone after repair and ended up dropping my temporary phone and breaking the screen again. It was fun going back two times in one day! The staff were amazing and made speedy repairs, pricing was fair for the repairs! 10/10 would recommend, and use for future repairs!
I called ahead a time to see how much it would be to look at my computer before they closed. Online it said 7 but when I called the lady told me 8. The women I spoke to schedule an appt I got to the store walked in and they told me they were closed I was so confused bc I just spoke to someone and they told me they were open until 8 and I had an appt. I was very disappointed to drive all the way there just to be told I could not be seen and for them to still be in there and it’s almost 8 at this point I could have been helped. That is super unprofessional they need to learn how to handle there business better. Get on one accord people!

The technicians were very friendly and helpful. I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s8+ and needed it repaired so I can trade it in. I filed a claim with Asurion, paid the $29 deductible, and this is the shop they sent me to.My phone was finished in about two hours, and Luke was kind enough to call me and let me know. It looks great! Ill definitely use them again in the future.

I had a tough monitor fix that other places were unable and perhaps more importantly unwilling to try to repair. Nick had both the skills and the courage to attempt and complete the fix. I could not have asked for a better price, either. Great job.
All ima say is if you go here it’s pricey if you don’t have any insurance on your phone google phoneworld better prices he will fix it same day as well !

Jess and Roberto provided a Brand of customer service that I thought was extinct in modern day America, I.e., excellent customer service AND have product knowledge. They are doers. Solved my problem in less than 10 minutes for no charge despite being busy. No question the best company in Atlanta.
I came to this place for the first time today, and we were greeted very nicely. Although they were completely booked until November, Roberto the tech still took a look at my laptop and was able to diagnose the problem. We were very grateful with him . We would so recommend him.
Wow. My experience was quite a journey. Honestly it was a 1 star experience but it was all my own fault. I went here to get warranty work done on a Google Pixel and the good folks at UbreakiFix (Roberto & Brion) did exactly what they said they would. The reason the whole thing was such a fiasco was because they had my phone and I instructed them to contact me via email if needed. Well, they followed my instructions to the letter but I never checked my email. So I went back and forth from my house to the shop quite a few times. The whole issue wasnt helped when I did talk to them and gave them the phones access PIN but it was wrong. I gave them the wrong PIN.The phone is repaired and I was helped out every step of the way. I couldnt ask for a better experience. It would have been awesome if my phones charging port didnt fail but it did and my options were limited. The best thing I can say about these guys is that whenever I have a phone or computer hardware issue, Ill be heading right back without a second thought.
I came into the store same day my note20 was fixes. Gabriel was so kind and accommodating. I would advise anyone with any tech issues to come to this location and ask for Gabriel. Hes very knowledgeable about all tech. I had an issue unrelated to my visit and he was very helpful in resolving everything.

Great customer service and the rep was able to easily explain the process, the cost and the time frame. Further, pickup was just as quick and seamless. Lastly, they surpassed the time they estimated it would take to resolve my issue.
Went to have a screen replaced thru Asurion and tech gave a bunch of abs about back of phone being cracked. There were no cracks but some small scratches. Cancelled all 4 contracts I had with Asurion.

Great service! Quick too! Dropped my S9 to get its battery replaced, went to the gym and my phone was ready 2 hours later just like they promised. My phone is noticeably running better (the battery was on its last legs) and Im glad to report they did not damage my phone in any way.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! Took my very old I phone 5s with a battery that was not working anymore. I am blind, so I really wanted to stay with the phone that I know well. (my wife is helping me write this review). They had me all fixed in about 40 minutes for $32 !!! And showed us some features right off that we didnt even know about. Very sharp guys! We had just left the AT&T store with no help from them or knowledge of any kind. So glad we found this place!

Called because a Google Pixel phone was having issues with battery and Google service recommended this location. called to be sure they were open and was very impressed with the professionalism on the phone. Took the phone in and was told it would take about 2 hours to check. I was called within the 2 hours and was told the phone could not be repaired but was under warranty. Went to pick the phone up and Brittney explained everything-she had even gotten the process started with Google for the replacement since this was a known issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this business! I also hope management reads these-Brittany is a FABULOUS ambassador for your business-very professional and went above and beyond to help.
Searched for a tech that could Repair the dead screen on my Samsung Galaxy S7.Called around and found this place.I was told that they are Samsung Certified and carry a 90 day warranty on their work.Seems like the Spot!They like to schedule time for the repairs so they required all of my information, phone info, including model and make, and documented it for the appointment.They quoted a price and advised it was subject to change based upon what the tech finds in the FREE diagnosis. OKAY!After dealing with rush hour traffic and only having an address. [directions without GPS(remember phone screen blank and inoperable) is not easy] I get there to have the Technician tell me that Samsung has revoked repairs on all Galaxy S7s.THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW BEFORE ALL OF THIS!Anyway,AmazonYouTubeFixed it MYSELF!
Staff helped me a great deal! They cleaned my ports and got my phone working at no charge when I thought the problem was much bigger. I appreciate the help and would recommend their services to anyone!
Verizon sent me here to see if they could remove my stuck sims card. They did not have the tools to remove it but they spent over 30 minutes helping me find a cell phone repair company that could remove it for a reasonable price who removed the card with no problem as promised, which is so rare now days!! Great customer service!!!
I looked at several other places to have my phone fixed. Christian was the 1st person to greet me on their phone and when I came to have my phone fixed. He was very professional, clear and helpful. I could have had my phone fixed at a closer place. However, uBreakiFix was So much more professional and detailed than any other company I checked. Great decision on my part!
The only problem I have with uBreakiFix is they are always busy. Thats because they do outstanding work. Ive had my Galaxy s8 screen replaced twice by them and I trust them with my brains. You know we dont remember phone numbers anymore. Same day service and even though busy they give each customer their undivided attention.
Had several phones fixed here. Great service. Fast speed. Reasonable price. They even fixed one for free when they realized the problem was that the charging port needed cleaning, not a replacement.
My iPhone 7 was charging only sporadically. I called the store and Roberto said to bring it in, as it may just have been debris compacted in the charging port. I took it in, and Roberto cleaned the port, finding a twig ( a first, even for him ;)). It now charges perfectly.Great job by Roberto, and the pleasant young woman at the front counter.
Amazing place to repair your cellphone, my cellphone was broken from 3 stories house and I have a lot of important information in it, I was worried that I can lose it but they promise that I would get my phone back like nothing happened. They removed and replaced my screen and battery. Now my phone looks new. They really do a excellent job within a day. I recommend to everybody that needed.
Absolutely excellent service! I took my Pixel 4XL in for a warranty claim to replace the data/charge port. They had it fixed in just a few hours! They also put the glass shield on my entire phone for $30. You cant even see it! Do not hesitate to have them work on your phone!
I received excellent service from Christian aka Latin Heat, lol. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the device and what I needed. He was also hilarious. I was able to get great and fast service! I will definitely be a returning customer. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Went in for a warranty battery repair. All personnel were affable and helpful. Only negative is they told me to come back in 1 hour but when I returned, they said they needed another 30 minutes... then after 30 minutes I had to wait another 20 minutes. Just tell me 2 hours so I dont waste an afternoon.
On 02/26 I completely damaged my phones screen and became frantic. I searched for a place and decided on ubreakifix. During the ignition ring up I was quoted a certain price and after the work was completed Donald went the extra mile to save me a good bit of money on a phone that cost 500 to fix so. They are Awesome! Luke was amazing he looked at my laptop they had the part in house and within 48 hrs my laptop was back in my hand! They are certified by Google, Samsung and Etc to repair various devices. The are reasonable prices! I highly recommend them. If they cant fix it they will provide you with the best advice and or recommendations for your issue.

Im very furious of how this place is still open! These people cant fix not 1 dam thing! I brought 2 tablets in last year for broken screens well after picking them up and paying 465.00 both tablets come home more deffective than before. 1 of them was glitching later found out the person that fixed damaged the entire mother board ok great for the inconvenience i get a new tablet perfect then the next one a few days after using it the home button fell in and the tablet died at 20% wth honestly dont hire ppl that know nothing about technical stuff. Now i have my acer laptop that only went in for a software update and tge screen is glitching! Im done im cancelling asurion home and im telling them why, because ubreakifix is actually ubreak i break more nothing has been fixed on the 1st time so disappointed really. Oh and dont get asurion home you have to file a phone claim not even online to be able to take your device in for diagnostics its fkn insane! Expect to be in there a minimum of 40 to pick up or drop off super short on staff and the ones they have arent good !

After an emergency screen repair interrupted my day, I was sure Id be stuck for a couple of hours and I am from out of town so I had no choice as I was due to leave the next day. Long story short, Bre and Christian came to the rescue! My iphone 11 Pro screen was just horribly shattered. Christian fixed it in under 20mins! He turned a 1-2 hour job into a 15min fix and it was better than new! Bre dealt with a couple of difficult customers with such grace while putting me at ease the whole time. She even told me about an Asurion bundle for all my tech devices and they were both gracious enough to help me get a quality screen protector at their location! THESE TWO NEED A RAISE!
Had an issue with (2) apps not updating properly after upgrading to a galaxy s10 from an s9. Neither my network tech support or Samsung care were able to help me resolve the issue in reasonable time r fashion. Owlevah, Im pleased to say that after visiting UBIF It, a worker took about 15-20mins to advise that a bit of deeper analysis led him to correct only 50% of the issue, it later revealed. Roberto was able to fix my issue on the chrome side. Yet the android fix was not accomplished. Thus, the 4-star. A bit longer than expected, as well, considering the privacy factor in holding my phone away from my eyesight. It appeared 2b a simple fix to me so they all need to improve that. But becoming a satisfied customer to some degree made it worthwile. Thank you.
I wanted to transfer files from my S8 to an S9. I tried doing it at home via PC but would not work. I took it to uBreakiFix expecting to drop off. They did it while I waited. 2nd time I used them and as needed will return! Christan Rodriguez Mejias was the one that helped me. He was great! Highly recommend.
I have a laptop that needed some TLC. I didnt want to give up on it, so I brought it to the nice crew at ubreakifix Tucker. Emily gave it a second chance at life and now me and my laptop are enjoying sunsets together once again.

I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my computer, IPad and tablet needs. Brion, Gabriel and Christian have all 3 gone out of their way to help me with my device issues. My IPad had crazy calendar issues, but Christian fixed it in literally 10 seconds!!! Sometimes, when we get a little bit older, we don’t quickly understand or quite grasp how these devices work, but they have gone out of their way to help me and I have never once felt “less than” because I didn’t understand something they were explaining. They are polite, professional and so respectful......those are 3 IMPORTANT qualities severely lacking in most businesses today. In dealing with each of them, it was very apparent that they came to work wanting to make a positive difference in their customer’s day. I left with a huge smile on my face and a promise that they would certainly have my business going forward. If all businesses had employees with the qualities Brion, Gabriel and Christian have, this world would a much nicer and trusting place.
These guys are really cool and knowledgable. They answered all my questions and immediately knew how to fix my Samsungs cracked camera lense. They had the part in stock, and they had the repair done in an hour for a great price. Would definitely come back!

I highly recommend uBreakiFix for phone repairs. D who assisted me was friendly and very professional. My cracked screen was fixed in about 45 minutes, and free - wifi was provided! So I was able to complete work while I waited for my phone. My screen was repaired completely. No complaints!
Was told 2 hours, after eating lunch and shopping 3 different places my phone still wasnt ready, from then on a total waiting game with no info as to when My phone would be ready. Quality work, but extra slow service.

Luke was great! I took both my PS4s. He was able to fix both, however one of them wasn’t worth saving and I really appreciate him for being honest and explaining to me before charging me way more than I wanted to spend. Also, my repair was ready the same day; it only took a few hours. I would definitely recommend this place.
I break phones all the time. My first time I just needed lint cleared out of the charger. They didn’t charge. I remembered the great service and I came back with a broken screen. The fix required additional parts and they met my budget. Very satisfied with this business.

Saw alot of great reviews... Brought in my Switch to get looked at and was given a 2 day wait just for the diagnositc. I changed my mind, came back to get my console and they already CARELESSLY put a service sticker overtop of a custom decal on my game console which ofcourse ripped when they took the service sticker. She tried to put it back back on and tell me it was cool. It already was ruined so I told her to stop. I left it there for 1 hour and it came back in worse shape than I gave to them.
I dropped my phone cracking the screen. When I googled where to have it repaired I discovered uBreakiFix is an authorized Samsung repair store. I received excellent customer service when I called and in store. In 2 hours my phone was like new again! I highly recommend!
I fixed my phone about 9 months ago with a mobile fixer, terrible job, after market screen AND he put the wrong color, I needed white, be brought a black one. He wouldn’t correct the issue. My phone screen broke again but I took it to ubreakifix....very professional, patient, friendly people there. My honey’s phone needs to be fixed and hes definitely going to these guys after he heard how much I liked the custom service and finished product. Thanks :)
I walked in and out in less than 15 minutes. The space is very clean and organized and they have a nice variety of cases and accessories available. Working with D to get my screen protector replaced was effortless and his personality was superb! Definitely a less stressful process than going to other similar retailers. You should totally check this location out!

I know for a fact my personal info and data on my phone had been gone through, not just for testing. They asked for my passcode to do testing which is normal, I used to work for Verizon myself for nearly 8 years so I know the deal. When I picked up the phone, it was turned off and the tech asked me to test it because they hadnt tested it yet. I turned it on and just checked the camera and keyboard with my texting app. When I checked the recently used apps, after leaving the store, my Venmo, Cash app, and PayPal had all been used recently along with my Snapchat and Picture Gallery. I had not used or opened any of those apps that morning. I hardly do anything but email, call, and text on my phone regularly. This caused suspicion immediately, so next I went to my gallery and the specific picture that was pulled up was months old, way down the list of photos and was a personal picture obviously or I wouldnt be writing this review So, the employees here are creeps and not respectful of their clients privacy apparently and actually probably attempted to steal money from me considering ALL my money apps were open. I provided my passcode trusting it would only be used for testing but when I showed up I was told they didnt have time to test it yet. I am appalled a company such as Asurion would do business with VERY unprofessional vendors. I have brought my phone here multiple times to get fixed through Asurion, never had a problem before. Im not shocked honestly but they didnt even attempt to hide what they were doing or they just didnt know that I was smart enough to figure it out!

Fantastic experience, considering having to spend $250. Christian was informative and friendly and obviously takes pride in his job. This place was cheaper than the other places for replacing my cracked screen, and I cant imagine getting better service elsewhere.
I went in to get my screen fixed. When I returned to get my phone the screen wasnt fixed and they had cracked the back of my phone. I brought the phone back a few days later so they could finish the repairs. When I got my phone back the cracks had been fixed but they gave me a new battery even though nothing was wrong with my battery before I brought it to them, (probably had something to do with them cracking the back of my phone), my fingerprint scanner no longer worked, and my speakers now had I crackling noise whenever I played something through them.
Great customer service! Went in to my my charging port cleaned and they fixed it Immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
My son accidently shattered the screen on his iPhone 7 and it would have been a $200 deductible through Sprints insurance. Instead I brought it here and in 2 hours and for half the price it was fixed. Bright and clean storefront and had a great experience with the staff. I would happily come here again as well as recommend to others.
It was not the cheapest but they got the Samsung S8+ battery replaced in two hours and its working great now. They confirmed the spare parts before getting to the store and after my arrival. Great to have an authorized Samsung store near by.
Excellent service, very professional and personable! They are an authorized repair center for Google and repaired my Pixel XL (twice; once for a motherboard issue and once for a cracked screen). Prices are excellent and repairs were made quickly! I highly recommend this uBreakiFix.
These people are fabulous! I was struggling to get my mothers laptop online so that she could talk to family and relatives while she is battling Lewy bodies during Covid in need of reaching out via FaceTime. A wonderful upbeat girl named Brion jumped right in with the determination to help me and fix my mothers laptop. She stayed late after they were closed and fix the problem with no charge! There are wonderful and kind compassionate people in this world and Brion is certainly one of them! Great place to go to FIX your devices and they are compassionate REAL people.

My phone i just bought a month ago got water damaged. Maria was prompt in answering the phone and thorough with answering and explaining ny questions. She was alwaye available and got me in and out quicker than the projected time frame. System was down a whole day or more although my Carrier referred us there.It threw everything off although the manager apologized.I had to wait a whole day or so then when we went back in it took them forever to even say hello or to acknowledge us although the counter is right in front.People we’re running in and out from the back but it took a min to get help they said they’d be able to fix it right away from the previous day and promised it would be at the top of the list but of course we had to wait just as long as anyone else.Phone was fixed and looked almost new but friendlier service would be a nice additive
Service was extremely slow. This is my first time coming to a shop to fix my phone but it took me 30 minutes to get an estimate for a broken phone. If this is the norm please disregard.

I tried to change the battery in a s7, but the battery swelled and smelled as if it was burning...good excuse to buy the s8. I just wanted to power the s7 to smart switch data to s8. Came in at 10am associate was incredibly friendly and helpful. Suggested a product to further help protect my phone. Took 2 hours get a busted lcd (s9) fixed up brand new. Love this store will definitely come back again for future repairs for my gameing devices and my future phones
I brought in my iPhone 6 as it was giving me trouble when plugging into my charging wire. Lee took a look and found lint had accumulated in the phones socket! Five minutes later I was out the door and on my way—no charge!! I really appreciated that! Nice guys. I will be back if (when?) my next item breaks. Their service offering is a great addition to the community.
Instead of fixing my phone they make it worse and said that’s how my phone is. Very untruthful staff. They said it is 3 months warranty but did not fix my phone when they can instead ask from more money to fix. I could not say anything that time. But you will have your karma.Never ever will recommend this place to anyone. So bad experience ever.

Very accommodating got my iPhone 6 lighting charge port fixed in 30 minutes flat. Apple said they could not fix it and I would have to buy a new iPhone. The evaluation was free and fixed for cheep. If I had know. It wood haves saved me $800. They fixed it for $69

Great Customer service. D only took seconds to remove the broken piece of cord from my phones lightning port, but when you have a phone issue you never know how bad it might be. Just a moment of kindness and help goes a long way with me. If I ever have another issue, I know where to go.
I took my HP Laptop in for HP authorized warranty work.Three days later they call and say that they wont touch it.Just because it is asking for an password that isnt known.*** Update**Turned out after I took it to someone who actually Know what theyre doing.It was only a local group password which was very easly fixed dropped it off at 8am picked it up same day.This joint didnt even Try.No possible way that they even did much more that turn it on.Probably best anyway....My recommendation?Go where there are Real Technicians. It takes more than credentials to be a computer technician.

They are racial discriminate and despise me because I am not good speak Eglish. I was going there for (changescrewn) crack screen. they said to pick up after1 hour. After 1 hour I pick up. they said they didnt. finish yet. I wait again 15 Minutes a round then the men come out and told me screen is finish but the bottom home is no work and dont have for change come back tomorrow again. I told him you already eveything work before you changeHe said yes we dont charge for that. So I go back to they said pick up after 30 minutes. After I pick up they give warranty 30day and go home I got a little accident then screen is a little crack again . So the next I told them but they cant .They said Warranty is not for screen for other . My phone was nothing wrong only they change only screen. It was I go to back 6 time .. They are not sympathetic 👎👎👎👎👎👎

My phone screen died (galaxy s10 plus), half the screen would work and the other half was a bright shade of orange. I got the phone recently, under 90 days, so I checked on the warranty and decided to take it it be repaired (hopefully at no cost).Found this uBreakiFix while looking at Samsungs warranty info. Took my phone in during the scheduled time allotted. The gentleman behind the counter took a look at the screen and told me within minutes what happened with the phone and that it would be covered under Samsungs warranty.I was told that it would be ready in about 2 hours. Sure enough in 2 hours I had my phone in hand with the new display.No hassle, quick turn-around, friendly and knowledgable person behind the counter. Easy recommendation when it comes to phone repair.As a side note, I tried to find a replacement display that I could install myself. Based on the stores estimate, the cost of a DIY would have been roughly the same as if my phone was not under warranty, so save yourself the stress of doing it yourself and bring it to this store and have them do it.
My husband cracked my screen on my Google pixel 2 xl late at night and was able to come in first thing the next morning and in an hour they had it fixed and looking like new!!! Always do a great job! Thank you!

Google Pixel 2 XL 128GbThis is my first review ever, sorry for the essay. . .They replaced my screen after it broke. After they repaired it the loud speaker (ringtone, speakerphone, alarm, etc) no longer worked. I let them know of the issue but couldnt let my phone be kept for repairs at the time. They said theyd make a note of it in my case and to bring it back when I could. Admittedly I got very busy and didnt bring it back before their 3 month warranty (I dont think that would have mattered). When I did bring it in, I agreed to pay a reduced price for the speaker replacement since I took too long. They then had my phone for 4 days trying different repairs for the speaker. I had to call them repeatedly to get updates and didnt hear from them for over 24 hours at one point. They told me it wasnt the speaker itself but either the motherboard or a connector issue. Ive found multiple articles that reference damaging a Pixel 2 motherboard during screen replacements, including a UbreakIfix story similar to mine. I know the ringer was working prior to them fixing my phone. Initially a tech told me they could have damaged it but it was out of warranty. When I mentioned that I had brought it back in and made them aware of the issue, it then became there was no way they damaged it during the repair process. Regardless they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to get Google to fix it myself; despite them being the official Google repair store and Ive read in other cases where uBreakIfix sent it to Google themselves.Probably good for other phones but they dont know Pixel 2s. Ive done business with the store previously and was pleased with the experience. Im disappointed now that they wouldnt own up to their mistake. I would have been willing to pay a portion since I took too long to bring it in but they just told me they couldnt do anything about it.
My phone was having issues and after speaking with Samsung, they recommended this place. I went in, customer service was amazing, they have a load of patience and while it may take some time, they fix it or recommend next steps.I will travel the distance to use them again. My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 stopped working completely while we were on vacation. I first went to Best Buy where I bought my phone and because its still under warranty (less than a year old) they told me to call Samsung who then steered me to Chris at uBreakiFix . Chris greeted me with the utmost professionalism and said he had a couple of repairs ahead of me but to leave my phone and hed call me later in the afternoon. He called right away and said he thought it might be an easy fix and I wouldnt have to send it to Samsung for a more serious problem. He replaced the battery and the phone came on but the SIM card wasnt being recognized. Chris told me to go to my AT&T store for a new SIM card, which I did, and I was texting and making calls in less than 24 hours, start to finish. I really appreciate the courtesy shown me. They were visibly happy to have made my problem go away!

I visited your store today to have the glass on my Samsung Note 8 fixed. I was told the repair should be ready at 3:01p and I planned my afternoon activities around this time. I arrived at 3:30p, but the phone was not ready. I was then told it would be another 15-20 mins to complete the repair. About 5 mins later, I was told it would be more like 30 mins to complete the repair. I was now on track to missing my 4pm and 5pm appts. As I patiently waited, the gentleman in the back held conversations with one another, laughing and joking, with no regard to my presence in the waiting area. About 4:17p, the phone was ready, I paid, and hurriedly left to try and savage my appts. After getting to the 5pm appt, I go to use my phone and realize I couldnt because the sim card was missing. Luckily, I had my work phone with me and I used it to call the store. I was told I had until 7pm to get there and get the sim card or I would have to wait until 10a the next day! I explained I was nowhere near them AND once I left my 5pm appt, I live about 35-40 miles from the store. I asked how I could be compensated for this inconvenience and was told there was nothing they could do to correct their error. I had to get someone to go by the store to retrieve my sim card so I would be able to use my phone today. What an inconvenient mess for $259.19! I would have paid more to have better service. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and will discourage anyone who is thinking about ever using your services.

I called other places in the area to get a quote on fixing my phones and this place had the best prices so I decided to go there. I ended up getting two phones fixed and both look brand new. I was very happy with the quality of the work and the friendlessness of the staff.
After using a different place and getting awful service I found this place. Since then I’ve used ubreakifix a few times and they’ve always done good work. And the most recent time a mistake was made, I went back into the store and they took care of it, easy Peezy no extra charge.
They were extremely behind on appointments. Then they couldnt do the repair. I wasted my time so I went some where else and was done in an hour.

They repaired the cracked screen on my phone (onePlus3), it worked for a 24 hours, but the next day the phone stopped working. Wouldnt boot up and then there were some battery issues - phone is not taking a charge.They tried to fix by replacing the battery, but no luck. I brought my phone in for one issue and left with another. After reading the reviews cannot help buy feeling as though if you have an iphone this is the place to go for repairs. Unfortunately I do not have an iPhone. Everytime I pass this store I feel as though they should change the name to yourkidbrokeitandwecouldnotfixit or maybe wemightbeabletofixoneproblembutyoumighthaveotherissues
My 10 yr olds iphone had some water damage that was affecting the screen and after submerging the phone in a container of rice, a small particle lodged into the charging port. Not only did uBreakiFix remove the particle and fix the screen, THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME!!! TOTALLY FREE! I will forever be a loyal customer :)

Took my iPhone 6s here for possible water damage repair. They could not do anything with the phone and gave it back to me. I took the phone home to asses the severity of the damage only find out that uBreakiFix took more than half of the parts out of the phone.

Across from Kroger, Walmart and Applebees. Clean, well lit, friendly, customer oriented. They try to fix what they can, even if they think they cant theyll try anyway. They call when theyre done or if theres a problem that they have to charge you for that wasnt originally discussed. They also follow up call a few days later.

2022-06-15Very disappointing with the service provided. A lot of good reviews but my experience was bad. Initially, I took my laptop to have the screen replaced. They inspected and gave me a quote. I approved it and they never mentioned anything else needed to be replaced. I got my laptop a week or so later. My screen was replaced but the touchscreen didnt work. Since my laptop was damaged the frame was bent a little so the computer screen wasnt sitting flush with the frame and thats what made my touchscreen not work. I didnt even leave the parking lot and took it back. It wasnt anything they did wrong with installing it. If you know the frame is bent why would you try to give a laptop back knowing the screen will not be flush and might not even work. That was one issue. Why are you going to return something thats not fixed properly?The second issue was when they ordered the back frame. Took about 2 weeks and finally, someone told me the part had arrived and it was going to be ready in the evening. The next day I show up with a semy functional laptop. They never ordered the back frame and just bent the frame so the screen would fit flush. Took them 2 weeks to get the parts that they probably never ordered. Very very disappointed with their services. The back frame had extra dents from them trying to straighten it back. I will highly use someone else in the future and good company with good reviews but my experience was terrible.

2022-04-23Angel was really helpful in checking me in and answering my questions! I came in for 2 cracked camera lenses on my iPhone 12. My camera lenses were fixed in about 2.5 hours and they look great. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of my replaced lenses looks like it has dried water droplets around the edge. So far it doesn’t look like it is interfering with the quality of my pictures though.

2022-03-16I had my iPhone screen replaced by another company and started to have issues with the touch screen etc. I stopped in to have another screen put on and Nick asked if he could open it and take a look. He found three screws inside preventing the screen from laying/connecting properly. He took them out and checked the other components as a courtesy. THANK YOU…your kindness is appreciated…I’ll be back for all my electronic maintenance needs.

2022-05-28My screen cell broke and started to blink while charging or in use making very difficult to see through. To be honest I was a little bit hesitated because I had a previous bad experience with this shop, first visit there my phone could not be fixed, as a matter of fact, it got worse and at the end the couldnt get fixed and I had to replace it, fortunately it was insured and I just had to paid for the deductible, all being said I had my doubts in taking my device there but UbreakIfix is the only company my service provider has available for the repair. This time was a totally 100% different experience, service was great and no hassle, took few hours to get it done but when I went to to pick up my phone, it was fixed! , I felt happy and relieved.

2022-05-23I visited the store on Friday took in a brand new phone in which I was trying to activate and I put the SIM card in wrong and it got stuck. Got to the store 15 minutes before they closed and I left with my phone fixed thanks to Brian and Roberto. I highly recommend visiting the store for all your computer tablet or cell phone repairs they absolutely are wonderful and I will certainly use them again in the future

2022-06-26Great customer service, other than price for my battery was a lil steep... all is well. I came in on Saturday and they turn me around & I had to come back on Sunday.... Gas is too high for this. Other than that it was good.
