So I’m a man who was in store picking up some items for my wife. I’m not a frequent shopper at this beauty store, for obvious reasons lol. So when I was sent to pick things up I knew I’d be lost. THANKFULLY there was an associate by the name of Shay. While I was on the phone with tracking down certain items,Ms. Shay was leading me to exactly where they were.She was extremely professional and a true life saver. Thank you for your help!!!!!
For the second time, I had a horrible experience with the Brow bar at this location. The first time I booked the person was an hour late, the second time I book I show up and to be told “someone will be with you shortly” to “ are you sure you booked it we don’t see it” yet I had the text confirmation and confirmation from the ulta page for this location. After waiting around 10 or so mins someone came to tell me “the person no longer works here, we don’t have a brow bar now” of course I expressed my frustration to the individual and she flat out told me that when people book online it doesn’t really notify them….so what is the point? I get it not her fault at all but I’m sure if I go online to try to book an appt with this location it will let me….would be nice if the store would update their system so people don’t waste their time driving x amount.
Customer Service was extremely lacking. Wanted some help, had questions about some different foundation, sales staff didnt even walk toward me, she shouted across the store asking if I needed any help. When I asked about the foundation, she mumbled an answer, never walking over toward us. My daughter and I just left and didnt purchase anything.
Worst Customer Service ever.Waited for someone to help me as I stood at the end of line trying to make eye contact as employee walked past several times.I finally walked to front of store and approached her and she engaged in conversation with another employee. I explained I needed assistance picking out a new type and color of foundation. She was snappy and I obviously bothered her. She did walk with me to item I was interested in. I stated I wasnt sure of color how could she help me. I was told not to touch the bottles to look at the colors and pick like that. I stated 40.00 for a bottle I would like to attempt to match to my wrist. She repeated her self. I said thanks and walked out.
I visited this location for the first time on 12/26 around 11:00. Although there were more employees than customers in the store at the time, none of the workers asked if I needed help after wandering the store for about 10 minutes. They were too focused on their own personal conversations. As I approached the register to check out, a heavy set employee I believe is named Ashley (according to the name on the receipt) was VERY unfriendly. She initially never acknowledged me when I got to the register by asking, How are are you? Did you find everything ok? or a simple Hello. She just proceeded to ring up my items without saying a word. To break the ice, I cheerfully asked her, How are you today!? She didnt give an immediate reply when I spoke, it wasnt until about 5 seconds later she responded with a annoyed Hi. After this experience, I dont think Ill return. She didnt make me feel welcomed AT ALL! I was made to feel as if I was a bother. Please retrain your employees on customer service etiquette and courtesy because quality customer service doesnt exist in this store.
I like to visit Ulta Beauty and treat myself to some nicer products. I appreciate that the staff here are less annoying than other locations about the Ulta rewards card. They have the typical Ulta selection, so I can always come back to get products I enjoy. Also, the staff doesnt follow you around asking over and over whether you need help.
I used to truly love Ulta. However, each time I go in they’re out of something I need. I have noticed they’re carrying less and less stock. I know I can order online, but colors online don’t always look the same as in person. Ulta is just okay now, and that’s coming from a MasterCard Rewards member.
Store is clean and staff seemed friendly. Salon service was amazing! Alisa was my stylist, she listened to what I wanted, then executed the cut and style to perfection. She even paused to discuss my upcoming color plans with me. Shes a great stylist and a tremendous asset to Ulta! I cant wait to see her again!
I wasn’t going to post about my experience, but it was the most unpleasant experience for a first time customer. I made a hair appointment yesterday which was scheduled today at 12. I was a little early because I dread being late for anything out of respect for people time. I know it’s a pandemic going on so I understand extra precaution. When I arrived I couldn’t get in, but a young lady did come to the door to acknowledge I was there. I told her I had an appointment for 12. She went to speak with the stylist and came to inform me that I was early and the stylist was still with a client and asked that I wait in my vehicle. Completely understandable! However, I waited outside till 12:45, no one came out or called to give me an update( phone number was provided when appt was made) as far as how much longer I had to wait. I left because things happen for a reason at least that’s the way I see it. In the future, please communicate with your clients. Very unprofessional and customer service has to get better. Not just here but everywhere. Hope you’ll take this as constructive criticism and improve.
This past Monday June 8, 2020, I came into the Warner Robins Ga location to get my hair colored after not having it colored for many years and was very excited for a change. I showed the manager who I had my appointment with the picture that I wanted to try to get close to which was a rose gold color. At first it felt like she was trying to scare me away with the price of the service but I saw it online prior to my visit when I booked my appt. After her trying a couple diff things she could not get even close to the color I wanted. Basically the only change to my hair is the lighter strands from where they were bleached and when I asked if there was a reason the color didnt take she said she did not have all of the stuff necessary due to delivery delays which I completely understand but that would have been nice to know from the beginning not at the end when Im expected to pay $195 for something that is not what I wanted nor much of a change from what I had originally. Im very displeased with the service I received for the amount of money I was charged. I sent an email to Ulta directly since the person who did my hair was the salon manager and that gave an auto reply that they would contact me within 24 hrs and nothing and I sent a chat message to the company and was told by the person in the chat that they would send what happened to the store and district manager to contact me and nothing from them either. All I wanted was my hair corrected for the amount of money I was charged and now they have made it to where I never want to do business there again.
Terrible customer service. I walked in the store and no one greeted me. I walked around and noticed an associate posted up at a station that looked me dead in the face and didnt say a word. She then went back to doing whatever it was on her cellphone. I walked over to another isle and as customers were coming in they were greeted. An associate walked right by me and still didnt say a word while I while I was shopping for lashes. I then decided not to make a purchase and walked out the store.. With some many companies going out of business you would want to satisfy as many customers to keep your business thriving Ill drive to Macon to make a purchase before ever entering this store again.
I love this location but i am VERY disappointed with their staff. I bought my niece a Kylie Lip Kit for Christmas ($30). I gave her the receipt in case she didnt like the color. She went to the store to exchange the pink for a more neutral color. At the register, the employee accidentally refunded the Lip Kit back to my debit card. She told my niece she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. The money has not returned to my bank account, and my niece is without a Christmas gift. This is COMPLETELY unexceptionable. I understand that accidents happen, but saying there is nothing they can do and for her to leave the store empty handed is sh*** customer service. My niece was told she would get a call from the general manager Sunday and that did not happen. She called up there today (Monday)- only to be told AGAIN that there is nothing they can do.
My granddaughters and I had a great time in Ulta today! Great staff, helpful and friendly. Even on Black Friday toward the end of the day, every one of them were all smiles! Carlye did our brows and has done them before. We love her! Shes professional but not stiff. Shes knowledgeable about all areas of the store. She does a fantastic job on our brows and honestly, shes the reason we came back. We are hooked now! Thanks to every employee who braved Black Friday today!
The store was clean we found exactly what we needed! And it was on sale the staff was friendly! Great service! This store is is a plaza with the old navy home goods cato home depot dollar tree and I believe a rue 21 and bookstore! We got a LOT of Christmas shopping done here and also a hibbits sports was located in the plaza too and it was close the Walmart getting in and out was a breeze!
I get frustrated every time I shop at this location. The employees are unprofessional in every sense of the word. Half of them are too busy with their loud, personal conversations to even notice you, and the other half pester you every ten seconds to see if you need help. The crazy thing is if you actually take them up on their offer, they either disappear, or tell you they are out of the product. They seem to be out of most everything Ive ever inquired about. I went into the store today to purchase a few things. I walked around the crowd of employees who were chatting amongst themselves, and a girl popped up from behind them to see if I needed help. I told her I needed a cuticle cutter. Within 30 seconds, she suggested I go to the dollar store, Amazon, and Sallys. I asked her where the nail care area was. She proceeded to show me, and low and behold, there was a cuticle cutter with no price. She just shrugged and said, shouldnt be too much as she walked away to continue her conversation. The salon employees in the back are so loud, you can hear them at the front door. The icing on the cake-when you go to check out, and the cashier barks at you. NUMBER! No hello, nothing. I dont know who runs this store, but they have a lot of work to do with their staff.
I’m not at all pleased with the little conversation me and the rep had. I understand you want to sale your products and all, but don’t tell someone they have dark spots on their face, and then TOUCH their face! Luckily I was in a good mood, because you don’t violate someone like that. It’s common sense. Another lady lied about what kind of facials they offer. She only named the expensive ones, instead of ALL the facials available. I’m so disappointed with the lack of good customer service that wasn’t provided. This is ridiculous.
I have been shopping at Ulta since I began wearing make up and have lived in many cities, and EVERY single time, Every single city, I have always gotten great customer service... Thats what has kept me with Ulta ... Until now. This store has some of the RUDEST sales people. Their Customer Service is horrific. They will literally argue with you even though they are wrong. They give nasty attitudes when youre in the store... Not helpful, or knowledgeable. They are clueless half the time on the specials they are running, refuse to match online sales (when it DOESNT say online only). I will absolutely be going to Mac and Sephora for now on, until I move from this town. That Ulta is absolutely a shame to the Ulta brand.
First time I visited, about 3 weeks ago; and my shopping experience was good. Found the blue shampoo I was looking for and was assisted in the makeup brush area. Needed to replace one I had. Was provided great advice on a foundation brush made by urban decay and I love it. Thank you!
I was excited about visiting Ulta, I was looking for a new foundation as Id never had a nice one before. I approached a group of workers and when I was asked if I needed help and I said I was looking for a new foundation, one rolled her eyes and one started to help me. Overall the girl who helped me seemed more interested in her conversation with her coworkers about what to get for lunch than in really helping me. Felt like I was just annoyance to them.
I used to love shopping here. But for the past year and a half the customer service has went down hill.There is only a couple of ladies that are actually friendly. The rest are rude and do not even greet you. They never have what I need in stalk and when I have returned a item the assistant manager I think her name is Ashley (dont quote me on that) and another one of the staff that is always at the front are always so rude. I spend way to much money here. I feel uncomfortable even coming in here now. I will do all of my shopping on line only until I relocate or I will travel to Macon for a more welcoming atmosphere. Ulta I would recommend either training your employees or replacing them.
Went to get a beach wave perm and it was a wonderful experience! The salon manager Sandra Williams did an excellent job with the perm. My family absolutely loved it! Will definitely be returning in the future! She also ended up cutting my daughter’s hair perfectly since my daughter has extremely thick and curly hair that’s hard to cut right! Definitely found a family salon with a fun and friendly atmosphere!
The ultimate beauty store. Actually one of my most favorite places in the whole wide world to shop. They have all the higher end brands you could possibly want/need. I also love how they have samples of all their make up so you can try what it is that you are wanting to purchase to make sure that you like it first. I highly recommend going there if you havent never been.
Staff is so rude! They watched my friend and me (who’s a cosmetologist) our entire time in the store as if we were going to steel. We were humiliated. The staff made the experience so uncomfortable that we left and didn’t end up buying anything because we felt so unwelcome. Staff needs to be fired. Will not be returning.
Usually I go into ulta and don’t really ask for help. Reason it seems like I am bothering them. Honestly, but today I really needed help and I asked. Imagine my surprise not only did one associate help me Raven and when she could not find the exact color match she was not afraid to bring in another one named Ariel. Today I was very pleased with the service I received from both these ladies. They went above and beyond and I thank them so very much 💜💜
So I have heard of Ulta trying to scam customers before with putting used items on the shelf but had never seen it before until today. I bought a well known brand of concealer today and after opening the tube this evening I have found myself with NO concealer. The tube is completely empty. How exactly does that happen?
Went to get my hair highlighted for my birthday. Wanted to get blue chunk highlights in my hair. My hairs pretty dark and curly. I made an appointment and got in an hour early. What should have taken 2-3 hours ended up taking almost 5. She kept walking away leaving me sitting in the chair. Ended up not taking my hair light enough. Had to do another round of blue. WHICH ENDED UP FADING AFTER THREE WASHES TO LIME GREEN!!!! Even better though is that I asked for semi permanent dye and now I have this one blue streak almost 3 months later. So now I have a giant green blob on my head with one blue streak that will never fade. NOT WORTH THE ALMOST $120 WE SPENT THERE!!! The only thing keeping this from a 1 star is the fact she ended up figuring out why my hair could never grow.
If gives could give to zero Stars I would. I have went in two days in a row and spent more than an hour with $200 in my pocket to purchase makeup with yesterday as well as today even sat down in the land comes here and waited for 30 minutes ,and to not even have as much as a can I help you find something? when obviously Im sitting there waiting for help. It may have been diffrent if associates were busy, instead of sitting around chatting, on Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook and everything else. Personal conversations at work that no customer needed to hear. And I even had an associate bump into me as they walked past me to ask someone if they needed help when I had been standing there already for at 20+ trying to find tarte Foundation, mascara, bronzer, eyeliner, brushes, face and brush cleaner as well as tarte face powder. Didnt even apologize for bumping into me. Im so dissatisfied I did not purchase one thing and probably will switch my makeup even though I love it, because of their terrible customer service. Im so dissatisfyed, disgusted and brokenhearted. 2 days back to back, over an hour each time... Boy things just aint like they used to be.
I could leave a BOOK for a review but Ill try to keep it short lOlSo, I went into ULTA desperate to find a makeup that would cover some bumps on my face that came out of the middle of nowhere 😲 After being there MAYBE 2 minutes... I was approached by this very helpful lady that was asking if I needed help. So of course I began explaining what was going on as she was carefully inspecting my face, & then..... she made a LIFE-CHANGING suggestion that has in fact been just that....life changing! She told me to stop using pore minimizing primer (its what I had in my hand) and to try using a hydrating primer instead....(as she placed the bottle in my hand) Then she walked me straight to a table in the front and suggested that I began using a moisturizer in the morning & at night. She said she believed that ALL THE BUMPS appear to be from my face being overly dry. Guess what, she was 100% right! My face DID start breaking out real bad when we had our 1st few really hot days bc I was sweating profusely. So to say the least... Ive been using these 3 items religiously since and my face is completely clear again!!! I recommend everyone that loves make-up/beauty to this place. Yes, theyre a little pricy BUT.....you get what you pay for! Cheap make-up aint good, & good make-up aint cheap... Pick which youd rather have 🤷 Im sticking with the good make-up aint cheap and paying that extra buck so Ill be back yall 😃 👌When I went to cash out, I received a .24 FL OZ tube of Clinique Moisture Surge FOR FREE!!! Its almost like it was meant to be! ❤ It might be a small amount but this little tube has lasted a very long time! A little goes a VERY long way with 90% of their stuff. But again, cheap is no good, and good isnt cheap! 👌 Sorry for such a long review, I just had to share 😊
I visited this store today to pick up a kenra product that was in the sale ad. I entered the store and asked the counter lady if they had the product, I had brought the ad with me. She directed me to a young lady working in the salon area. She took me to a shelf, and said they were here yesterday. After we stood there for a few seconds she offered to look in the back and said we dont have any. I asked if it could be ordered on line by this time she left me and was at the computer, she taps a few keys and looks at me and says no. She tells meI could call Macon.I got in my car, pulled up Ultas website and placed the orders.If people are wondering why customers shop on line and not at the brick and mortor stores, this is the reason. Customer service is not a priority at this store I am certain about this.
I came into the store unsure about what color tarte foundation i needed and was considering buying some liquid foundation.But there was no one in sight to help me.When i looked around i seen several of the employees laughing and talking to the employes at the salon. I then found a girl at the benefit counter and requested that she find someone to help me. She went to find someone, but after standing there 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me i got frustrated. I just decided to go to the register and order a tone of foundation online since they didnt have what i wanted to buy in store, in hopes that it was the right color. Then 2 out of the 3 cashiers walked away leaving one girl to handle a long line. This store has major customer care issue and rarely has anything in stock. After today i will NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE!!!
I will NEVER EVER Shop or Buy OR Recommend Anyone to ever shop with this store again. I came last year and got my makeup done here and it was ok. Staff was ok except for the the young lady that did my makeup at the time. But yesterday i had the most disrespected experience yesterday. April 20th about 4:25 p.m.. I called them just to see if they could do some last minute makeup for one of my daughters sweet 16th Birthday Party which was that day and they told me yes. So when we arived there we were told to walk to the back of the store to sign in. And this black lady, one of the employees that is told me to put my daughters information down on this paper that she gave me and so i did. So when i finished she started to put our information in the stores computer. Thats when she told my daughter to go ahead and sit in the Chair. So when she told her to do so my other daughter walked over as well. As my other daughter Stood there suggesting That her sister gets another Color glitter eye shadow. This employee that was putting in the information Blatantly told me in a VERY NASTY, VERY NASTY way. TAKE HER WITH YOU!!!!, TAKE HER WITH YOU!!! Dont Leave her here. Then she told my daughter to be Quiet!! All because my daughter was helping her sister pick out a color of eye shadow. There also was anothet employee that was doing hair at the time that also Agreed with the NASTY employee. To bad that dont remember their names or i would post them. But i do remember their faces and could go right back a point them two right out. My daughter stormed out of that store Mad, Embarrass, and Feels Hurt. All because of these none Professional Ass Holes that this store has for employees. This was Very Uncalled for and i think that both of my daughters Deserve an apology. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. I love to shop at ULTA, but this store In particular was not the best experience. They watched me the moment I stepped foot in the store like I was going to steal something! I felt very uncomfortable and didn’t even find what I was looking for, and when asked if they carried the brand they informed me in a very rude way that they did not.
Ulta Beauty in Warner Robins does not even deserve ONE star.. oh wait there was only two employees who were helpful and sweet after all the times Ive been in Ulta in Warner Robins. The employees need customer service classes ASAP. If it wasnt for the products, I wouldnt ever go to the Warner Robins Ulta. its worth driving to riverside I promise you!!
I cant walk out of this store without getting angry every single time. They never have any thing in stock or testers available. Some of the staff is helpful but majority of them do not want to help you. Ill be driving to Macon from now on and I live in Warner Robins. Im fed up with this Ulta.
I made an appointment on my lunch and came back in for a 6pm highlight and cut.2-13-18 I gave the gal the color codes and brand of product for my hair. Yall had the brand. I was suppose to blonde with a violet tint and Im a dark ash never been this color and I hate It. My hair looks dirty it is gross. It was after 9pm as she was finishing my trim and the stylist kept saying she had to hurry up to go home. Dont hurry do it right!! The stylist was not a friendly gal very hard to conversate with. The manager on staff that evening was yelling at the salon printer and was not very approachable. I wouldnt reccomend this place. I have never felt the need to complain about a salon before. I did call corporate today about this. I would stay away from this place.
No one helped me and I was there for forty minutes. I understand I came in forty minutes before you close but seriously? All I needed was help with foundation match and that surely doesnt take forty minutes for one employee to do. On top of no one helping me, they didnt have any of the shades I needed stocked up so it made it incredibly difficult to make a decision so I left. Thanks for nothing.
Terrible services. The lady doing my girlfriends hair was the rudest customer service worker iv ever had an experience with. She charged us for stuff she didnt tell us about before she started. I honestly cannot express how rude she was to not only us but to all the customers she talked to. She was rushing us so she could do her brothers hair. She told me I could sit in a chair and the chair had bleach on it and it bleached my sweater.
Visiting from overseas and went into Ulta Centerville to pick up some products; picked up products and went to counter to be very rudely met with whats your number I was taken aback as I was at least expecting a hello first, I said I didnt have a number as didnt live here, she then looked at me dumbly and said whats your number I said again I dont have one and then she just grabbed my stuff and started scanning. She then said do you know anyones number here - I said yes my mother and gave her the number she then turned to her colleague and started sniggering, not really sure what was so funny. Anyway not a great first experience in Ulta, dont think Ill be going back.
My experience at this ulta has been somewhat VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!! I feel like I am being judged soon as I walk in. I am a regular customer you would think that they would know Im not a theif by now. They follow me, and 5 different people ask if they can help me. I respect the gesture but I know they are following and stereotyping me because Im black. Sad part is, I make 2xs more than their associates and have a $2000.00 credit limit on my ulta card. I have no reason to steal. Meanwhile, I watched a white customer slip something in her purse. They didnt see it because they were too busy watching me. They should respect everyone spending money in that store not just based on Who they ASSUME is a theif.
Between 2:00pm and 2:30pm on February 20th the two young ladies at the check out counter share their unfriendly customer service with me. Friendly engagement and helpfulness goes along way in customer service. I do not believe that they represent the ULTA brand that I am used to. ULTA can do better.
ZERO customer service...absolutely hate going to this location. The women that work there do nothing but chit chat in the front and barely acknowledge you. And in the instance you have a question, they snicker and laugh after making snarky comments. Really disappointed with this store.

2021-12-24Great place to shop. Sometimes we just need things right then and not wait for orders. This Ulta has a great variety of items. Its nice that I dont have to wait. The associates are readily available to help and answer questions. The store is easy to maneuver through with a wheelchair. Plenty of parking.

2022-05-26Crooks!! Wont honor company return policy!! I will NEVER shop there again!! It was my first purchase there. The receipt clearly states on the back, that you have 60 days for refund. However, the store will NOT honor it!! They say only 30 days to get full refund! After that, store credit!! I called corporate to report them!!

2022-02-28The store is well-kept throughout the day and a variety of high-end and drugstore products. It is pretty easy to get in and out if you know what you are looking for and familiar with the set up. The check-out area and the brands close by that location can get crowded and overwhelming very quickly during their busier times of the day. I am not a huge fan of the customer service, I understand that the staff may be struggling with COVID-related issues such as size, restrictions, and product, but even finding a staff member to help you with a simple question can be a chase because they are usually at the register and some honestly really are not that helpful with their short responses. I am glad that testers are back out to make some things easier for a lot of people.

2022-04-19Third time in a row I’ve gone to Ulta in WR and they are out of over half the products I intended/wanted to buy. Had to opt for more expensive options in some areas. Stock overall was very low. Testers and samples were messy and busted. The highlight was the great customer service! A young lady that was at the register literally hunted for a perfume that my niece wanted to wear for her prom, because there were none on the shelf. She found the only one they had (in the back stock room)!

2022-03-29Great service at this location. Many products/lines out of stock though which most likely has more to do with supplier issues than Ulta issues. Lots of sales available and alternatives if you are not set on a specific product that’s out of stock.

2021-12-22Inventory for nails supplies are still very low. I have shopped at Ulta in Raleigh and Warner Robins and the nail supplies inventory is low in both areas, not sure whats going on with that. And this is before the supply chain issues.Staff here is blah. Either Im.not the target client or the staff is just bored/not interested in being at the store. Unless I really need something, I have been going directly to the product website and pirchasing directly. Takes longer, but Im getting what I want/need; its not like the staff is helping me anyway.

2022-05-1705/17/22 I called their corporate office they are a joke as well as their store managers no one never called me back. THEY LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!!! LAME AND TOO EXPENSIVE ANYWAY!!!!This is the most unprofessional and rude store and staff I have ever seen in my life everytime I come staff are talking on cell phones or other staff about inappropriate things they never greeted you or try to help you! Today 03/07/22 I walked in there they had stuff everywhere I walked behind a opening where a open desk was because it was no where to walk to get to the item and no one would help me this lady turn around and gave me a nasty look and kept staring at me and when I looked back at her she proceeded to say Hello in a scarastic tone I ignored her she needs to be fired very rude and disrespectful! I want something to be done about this location she made me feel very uncomfortable a manager needs to address staff

2022-02-14They had the typical selection. Being a guy picking up for my wife I usually bring pictures of what I need. Normally I just ask someone to help me but the only help there were super busy at the registers
