2022-06-29Stay away! When they have a 16 week program on Facebook, theyll take your money if family health issues arrive and you cant make it 3 days a week. I just wanted to work out and not participate in diet part of the program. The representative issuing the contract is a 3rd party collections. He gave me a deal that I could have 1 year for $500 and pay $250 cash now and pay $250 later.Read the contract! They will mislead you ! You miss one day, you lose your money! I was told at this facility that they could not help me with this problem and they could give me a competitive price for one of their programs. I called NAC , the 3rd party and they can only abide by the agreement. So I lost $250! I told them I will not pay the other $250 and the representative stated it would go to collections. Im out $500 because I was misled and didnt read the contract. Dont go there, save your money!

2021-11-24The trainers are professional and understanding. Im still learning being uncomfortable is ok. Im very self conscious but the instructors make you feel like your doing a good job and are great at motivation!

2021-06-04I absolutely love this place! All of the staff are amazing and really get to know and care about you. They will push you but nothing past your ability level! This place has become such a refuge from the craziness of my life! Ive only been going for about 8/9 weeks and I have seen so much transformation in myself!!! Go check out their free class on Saturday at other 8:30 or 9:30!!! You wont regret it!!!!

2020-01-22As a first time visitor to this gym, my experience was excellent. The work out plans were challenging but focused on improving fitness while avoiding injury. All the instructors were very knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming. One of the trainers on staff, Richard, was very helpful on perfecting personal technique without micromanaging. The gym was clean and well managed. Definitely looking into becoming a regular member at UA.

2019-04-05I have been going here for about 3 weeks now. Its very fun and very challenging. The coaches dont let you sandbag and are great to correct form and ensure a safe environment. This gym has become a part of my daily routine and i am definitely seeing progress even in a short time. Also its the one if the cleanest functional fitness (or xfit) gyms ive ever been to. Looking forward to become a physical specimen from this gym.
