United Auto Sales redeemed my faith in good car salesmen. I bought my 2013 Ford Focus in January. The experience was so pleasant. Love, love, love the service and high quality vehicle we purchased from United Auto. We got an amazing Mercedes SUV with low miles at well below Kelly Blue Book pricing. This car is mint. Preston provided excellent sales service from the very beginning. Tiffani provided outstanding management support. They even let us take the car to our home to try it out in our garage. 2012 ford fusionThis has quite literally been my best car buying experience by far. When my wife and I bought a car from a well known dealership, it was such a poor experience that we dreaded ever having to purchase a car again. However United Auto has restored faith in auto sales for both of us. They were polite, informative, and well presented. And they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle met all of my standards and they met every request with positivity and perfect execution. 10 out of 10 would recommend exclusively buying from them only in the future.

First, the ONLY complaint I had, was initially getting a little story from a salesman about the previous owner of a vehicle I was looking at. I didnt believe it!Now for the good, I had the best experience in shopping for my vehicle and working with Tiffany and Matt. I was not an easy customer and they responded with nothing but professionalism and great attitudes. I received a great trade in value for my truck, they agreed to a light modification demand of the vehicle I purchased, and even filled up the tank.I have purchased all of my vehicles used and have never experienced this level of service. I will definitely consider them first when I am in the market again!
Wonderful company with great employees! I was recently looking for a new car and they were amazing to work with. Matt went above and beyond. In the end, I purchased another vehicle from a different dealership and I felt really bad about not purchasing from United. My husband and I had been looking all over to find a good used car for our daughter. On a whim, we decided to stop at United Auto Sales after we passed by it. Gage was there to assistance us and he was very helpful. He answered all of our questions we had on the car we was interested in. My wife and I bought a vehicle from UAS in Augusta, Ga, this past Saturday. Matt was the salesman, and Tiffany was the finance manager. Shopping at United Auto Sales of Augusta was a stress-free experience. Preston and Tiffany were both very professional and helpful. My co-worker and I were involved in a devastating accident were a man was running from the police and came into our work parking lot and totaled our vehicles. My wife and I drove in from Asheville, NC. We got an awesome deal on on a 2012 Nissan Juke. It runs, and looks great. Gage helped us with the sale, and was friendly and very knowledgeable. we did a lot of shopping around, and I can say with 100% certainty that this was the best price on the vehicle within 500 miles without going through a private seller. We financed in house. We got a great rate through Wells Fargo, and it was effortless on our part. We have recommended to all our family and friends to buy their next car at United. The icing on the cake is that they will deliver to the Asheville area. Do yourself a favor and at very least give United Auto a chance to impress you the way they impressed us.

I bought a car from United Auto Sales and within 30 days had a few issues. The compressor for the AC went out, an air intake hose was torn, and it was overdue for an oil change. After contacting United Auto about these issues they told me to bring the car up to them and they would take care of everything and they gave me a loaner vehicle while repairs were being made. After I picked the car up after the repairs were made I noticed the ride was a little bumpy, they told me to bring it back up there and long story short... they put a new set of tires on the vehicle free of charge and it drives great now. They stand behind their 30 day warranty and in my experience they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

As a single mom trying to make things better for me and my family and getting a better car, I have had the worse experience with United Auto Sales on Washington road. I had a car that I was trying to buy and going through the finance companys ( so said by the salesman) the car was SOLD out from under me and no one called me before to explain the problem. I think that the salesman should have been better at contacting the customer on different matters and keeping me in the loop of any problems. what kind of car lot sales a car that someone else is trying to buy. I GUESS IT IS TRUE THEY WILL STICK IT TO SINGLE MOMS.........

Take a mechanic with you! After 4-5 months my air conditioner went out(bad compressor and condenser) brakes had to be replaced and the charger port didnt work EVER! When I called to discuss the charger port I was told it was my fault because I didnt use the original charger that came with the phone. Spoke with the manufacturer and they said otherwise. I also tried to voice my concerns to Greg and he became defensive and condescending and began talking over me. Make this place your LAST resort!

I have never experienced a more rude person as Tiffani. She proceeded to yell at me as if I were nothing. I have never had a worst car buying experience in all my life. I had to threaten to call the police to get her to stop calling me. I had also referred a friend and they bought a car and they refused to give the incentive. It was my first buying experience in Georgia and it was horrible. I will go to either South Carolina and Kentucky. Wont be back...

Terrible customer service. Photographs on the website did not match the present condition of the vehicle. There was a small dent on the driver side and the touchscreen for the u-connect system was cracked rendering it inoperable. The owner refused to fix/replace the touchscreen which controls a vast amount of features, to include child safety locks, Bluetooth technology, temperature, security features in the vehicle, and other safety features.Do not go here; there are plenty of other dealers out there that value their customers and make it a priority to sell quality vehicles and resolve any issues.
Don’t let the jam packed sales lot turn you away. Once inside ask for Preston. He’s knowledgeable, honest and friendly will work with you to get you a vehicle that will meet you needs. Like a meat and three; a satisfying experience.

I received poor customer service from Matt. He did not follow through on what he said, no phone call, nothing... still waiting for a phone call from 2-3 months ago about a back-up camera. Sad part is I paid cash for the car, didn’t haggle about price, and he couldn’t make good on the back-up camera that didn’t work from day 1.

Quick, but only want to sell you a car that is most profitable to them. They will run your credit and then find a car that they will make the most off of and tell you this is the only car that you can get. They say if they have to run your credit again with another car you might be denied so you have to get THIS car.

These people should have been put out of business a long time ago. They are nothing but rip-offs. Their finance charges are off the charts! They over price their vehicles and will NOT give you a price on either car as long as youre standing on the lot. Thats their way of luring you inside the store. Please dont be fooled.

Tiffany is great! But watch out for the salesman talking trash about you to people who go up there for you while you are at work.

Actually have bought 2 cars from them they sold me my first car which was my dream car a Infiniti g35 coupe, and will hopefully buy my 3rd from them if need be. Tiff is the best let her know what was going on after i totaled my car and she got me in a car I never even considered owning. Love my lil benzo. Great prices friendly staff.

2021-10-27Matt was a great sales person. I had been looking for a car for a while now and kept getting the run around each time. I did my application online and Matt called me the next day and got me a car. They also loaned me a car till mines got out the shop and was ready for pickup. United Auto is a great place to get a car. Everyone that works here is very generous and very pleasant they made the car buying experience so much better then any other car place I have been to. I definitely will be back for another car!

2021-09-15Brought a 2015 Ford Escape from united auto on the 13th and I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Gregg was so nice, professional, and patient with me. You can tell that he loves his job and knows exactly what a customer needs because after 2 cars I was sold. Mind you, he showed me the the Ford Escape 1st, but I just had to be sure lol. Tiffany was also great, she explained everything in detail and made sure I understood what was happening. Finding a car was so stressful for me since this was my first time ever, but United Auto made the stress worth it. Thank you

2021-05-26Went Jeep shopping today. We stopped by to check out a Wrangler they had. All of the vehicles looked clean and great. We did not by the Jeep on the lot but we had a great experience. The had a Jeep listed on the sign but unfortunately it had sold recently. Our interaction here was the best we had all day. I will definitely think of United Auto Sales when I am ready to purchase again.

2021-10-14My car was a LEMON when purchased and 2 years later I’m still having issues. The warranty was used so much that this company told me to take it to the shop without a replacement vehicle myself. Beware! When they ask you to add the extended warranty that means that 10 out of 10 times you’ll need it. They also ask you to leave a good review right after your purchase for a gas card but give it time you Might regret it. Any questions just ask me.
