I had a package delivering to my job, where we have multiple UPS drivers pickup throughout the day. After one driver had delivered my package the next driver picked it up thinking it was outbound.After calling the toll free number I was finally put in touch with Sean/ Shawn at this location.He was able to track my package down so I could pick it up rather than wait for re-delivery the next day.It was time sensitive so this meant a great deal to me.Thanks Sean / Shawn!

What can I say? My order sat at their facility for three days before being transferred to the usps. Disorganized and rude customer service. I get that there’s a pandemic but we’re also EXTREMELY short staffed at my place of business and if I treated people the way CS did me or if I operated my business the way they do, I wouldn’t have a job anymore. We as a community need to do better. This pandemic has really brought out the worst in everyone but especially those in customer service and those who work for delivery services.

I dealt with an extremely rude, pathetic excuse for a man. If youre ever unfortunate enough to come across him at this location, his name is Max. He should definitely look for another line of work because he is horrible with treating customers with respect and doesnt know how to do his job. I had a terrible experience trying to get an expensive package in which they failed to deliver to my house. I took valuable time to drive over to their location to pick it up and save them time. He proceeded to yelled at me and was immediately defensive about not being accountable for his mistakes. He wrongfully held my package and told his delivery person to NOT deliver my package for spite. Very unprofessional and he should be terminated. He continued to scream at me as I was leaving the facility while I was getting in my car. That behavior should have serious consequences, and they will. I feel so bad for the people that have to work with him. Max is a terrible face for this facility and first impressions are everything in these situations. He needs professional anger management help.

I missed a delivery needing a signature on a Friday by 30 minutes. I was hoping to intercept with the truck. After a lot of searching on UPS website, I found that I could pick up the same day for a charge of $7.99 from this local customer service center. I interacted with 3 different people during my wait for the truck to return. Everyone was friendly and helpful.They close at 6:45. It appears most trucks are returning between 6:30 and 6:45. That may be helpful info for anyone else wanting to collect a missed package.I was pleased with service here. However, the relay of information on the website in order to do this was a bit scattered. It took a live chat and a phone call before I could gather info needed to make the pick up.

I’ve been an employee for UPS for almost over a month now, but have yet to be given a schedule and no drivers are calling me. I have kids and a wife to take care of, I thought when I applied to work here that I was applying for a job not applying just to be led on every week. It’s ridiculous they won’t even offer to move me to the warehouse instead of being a driver helper. I know they’ve been working. The people that work in HR told me the driver can deny having a helper come with them. So does that mean if the driver is a low life, and doesn’t want me to get in the way of how he does his low life stuff, he can just say he doesn’t want anyone. It’s completely unfair how they treat the people coming in right now. I’m a person with bill too. I like to eat.

These folks went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I received my package that same day even after a failed delivery attempt I either didnt hear or was not there for. UPS has always and I believe always WILL deliver upon their company ethos. All of you deserve recognition, praise, and a Christmas bonus if not an outright raise from whatever mediocrity you are no doubt confined withKudos UPS!!!

UPS came for a pick up today that we didn’t know about, the guy was Jacob H, he went above and beyond to help us and was absolutely professional and courteous. He took the time to help us with all smiles and an eagerness to help. He’s an amazing driver because our driveway is no easy in and out, he’s got real talent to navigate my driveway, I can’t even back down it myself. I will now choose UPS to deliver for my new business because of Jacob H. He’s a great role model for UPS. He deserves great recognition and a raise :)Thank you Jacob H for being the best! We are extremely thankful for your help today!!

Ive always had pretty good experience with UPS, however, that is not exactly the case with my most recent package. I was expecting a very important delivery all day yesterday that NEVER made it, and this morning the tracking information was just mysteriously no longer there online. I proceeded to call customer care, and was helped by a very polite and understanding representative who took all of my information and said that someone would be calling me from the local UPS hub by 10:00 a.m. Well she did, and might I add, that the super nice lady (insert sarcasm) by the name of Carla that they have working there, really needs to learn some customer service skills. She has got to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with. She had ZERO interest whatsoever in hearing any of my concerns of making sure that my package was delivered today. All she cared to tell me was that my package was showing on a truck! The exact same thing it showed ALL DAY yesterday until 9:00 p.m. last night. But the best part was she slammed the phone down in my ear right in the middle of me trying to still have a conversation with her. I most definitely will be filing a complaint on her! I understand that she probably gets or has to make a hundred of those calls a day, but she can still be professional and respectful.

Dont let your package come through here. Its been 2 weeks since I ordered a one of a kind item, and they lost it in the distribution center. Either an employee stole it, or they genuinely lost it. Either way I get nothing. No compensation for their mistake. You cant even call them either. The only number listed connects you to a call center on the other side of the world where they give lip service but arent allowed to do anything for you.
