Excellent customer service! The staff made me feel very welcome. The accommodations were well worth the price.Very clean, quiet, close to main attractions, restaurants, and retail shops. The best part is the staff made my stay hassle free! My time is always consumed with work, studies, ect.That i dont have time for much else, the check in/check out was easy and anything i needed they were always there to assist. Kinda made me feel like family!! 🤘🤘I highly recommend this place!!🎇🎇✔✔💯
The front office staff was very friendly, housekeeping was helpful, and it is very quiet and safe. I stayed in room in 215. Maintenance comes when called and maintains pest control. I highly recommend staying here, I chose stay here suggested to me by an older co-worker.
I live here at the uptown Inn & suites it it is very nice and clean. The owners are very nice and helpful. I have no problems with the way the office is ran. Because they do everything to keep it safe for their customers. The house keeper comes in once a week to clean the room and change the sheets. The bounds are always clean. They send maintenance when ever I report something needs to be done. Over all my experience has been very pleasant and safe. This is a great place to stay.
My stay here has been a pleasant one I have no complaints. The needs that I have are quiet nights, saftey, clean, and fixing things when broken. And that is what has been provided here, the nights are quiet they have security cameras for safety, and nice curb appeal and when there is a maintenance issue it is handled promptly. They were friendly and I loved the apartment. I loved the whole kitchen set up and I was able to buy groceries and put them away in a full refrigerator. The rate is high for the first week but after that it goes down. Thank you for your help we will be back

Roaches everywhere, the people in the front office are rude as hell and a bunch of liars, and outdated rooms at absurd prices. The maintenance guy is posting reviews like hes a guest (see review from Jeremiah Johnson - hes the maintenance man). And before the manager starts harping about there not being a room in my name, there sure wasnt but I did stay with my friend, Tina Johnson, and shes stayed here on more than one occasion (her review is posted below but the manager asked her to lie on her review). Stay at your own peril.
After l9sing my family home and searching the entire county i found that Uptown Suites is the best deal for your money. It is a family run establishment and they really care. I was there for almost a year and it was like home. The price is lower than any other around. The rooms are clean and the peoperty is safe.

They charged 377 a week plus 100 deposit for 3 people. You need to do a walk through with someone from the office when you check the room for the first time and when you check out. Make sure you have a checklist of everything they say should be in the room like trash cans, ashtrays, shower curtains, tables, chairs, amount of towels and bed linen, check for damage done previously, if you dont check you will be blamed and charged for it out of your deposit, they will tell you it was there even if it was not. There are roaches and fleas. It was quiet at night. They do walk throughs 2 times a night or more. Laundry room that close at 9pm. Large list of rules and fines please take a picture of them. Room 218 has been changed to 214 and the tub is damaged, the toilet seat needs replacing and paint was poured in the toilet previously. I give it 2 stars because it was peaceful and quiet most nights great night sky view and convenient to everything so the stars have nothing to do with the establishment. Update: These people are crooks, even the recent reviews show that. We as customers dont have to prove anything, we are sharing our experience at this place, if you stay for a extended period of time you will find out the truth. The truth is always revealed. Karma exists. They can end up needing a place to stay and go through worse. Always be careful of how you treat people. Its sad because they have kids and they may be creating bad karma for their lives in the future due to the parents ignorance and cruelty to others. Why come to the USA to treat people bad.
Great place, clean, prime location to food and shopping.. Not far from I 20 or 285. Excellent for one day or extended stay. I moved here and need a place immediately, this was convenient and affordable. If you choose the larger rooms, they are just like home. I highly recommend this place.
This place is ran by a dishonest husband and wife. Dont come here unless youre desperate. Be sure to take photos of your room because you will be accused of damaging property and stealing dingy towels, so they dont have to give your deposit back.The wife is a cold blooded liar and will do it while looking you in your eye. The husband is pretty much clueless in life and goes along with whatever makes him an extra buck.The rooms smell horrible. There are roaches and the bed spreads are filthy.Drug addicts frequent this place also. Once again, only if you have nowhere else to go, cause they will prey on You. These folks are scammers.Terrible business owners, no ethics, no morals.Oh yeah, they do go in your room when You arent there. This happens multiple times.And they lie in all of the responses to your reviews.These people are scum. The lowest of the low. Rat brains.
Recently stayed 2x before current renting a 2br 1b for 410wk. Its not ideal but desperate measures for a place to live were in need ASAP. Comfortable I must admit full fridge, oven and stove.
Ive been staying here at the uptown inn and suites for three weeks now. Its very quiet and peaceful for my husband and I. The rooms are clean and dont really have any complaints about it, everything works properly no complaints about that. Also The owners Z and her husband are very nice and professional, also their service was very appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone thank you uptown inn and suite. Also were still here and continue to receive great service.

2 years ago me and my mother stayed for a month or two for my 9th grade year. The room was great and the price was good. When my mom was paying for another week she ask the woman at the front desk if she can sell homemade dinner plates to people in the area to earn to get a car and the woman gets an attitude telling her no and that we need to leave asap and my mother end up catching a heat stroke and had to go to the hospital and the woman bared us from the hotel

I have stayed at many extended stay locations from Florida to Georgia and this one by far is the best. The rooms are much cleaner, no mold on shower curtains, the carpet looks clean, the towels and linen is clean and the bathrooms are clean. I never feel I have to clean things behind housekeeping. The manager leaves a quick quality assurance note. They are all so nice here. The Wi-Fi works, the tv channels are clear.This location is grand and will keep coming and recommend to all my friends.Good job everyone.

I have stayed at this particular Uptown Inn & Suites for an extended period of time. The manager, Zan has always treated me fairly and with great respect. If I ever have a problem, it is addressed immediately. The housekeeper is very friendly and respects your privacy while doing her job.The hotel is conveniently located and close to places to eat out. Thanks everyone for making my stay here so comfortable.
Its roach infested they scam and come up with all sorts of extra fees and pocket the cash. The inside of the rooms stank!!! And they dont use washing powder when they wash rags towells and sheets.( I saw this with my own eyes ) they steal out of the rooms! Hot mess stay away!!!
They kept my deposit and I paid a pet fee but my dog couldntstay! Bad experience the manager is unorganized and disrespectful! Go somewhere well its clean and roaches or bedbugs and sure you your receipt
Im a British woman who travelled alone to Mableton for the first time and decided to book here for the cooking facilities. After a long travel, I was greeted by the owner who is lovely! Her family are amazing too and never have a bad word to be said! I was given a room that was immaculate and had everything I could need to call this place home for 2 weeks. The price is very fair and you definitely get more than you pay for.I am coming back to Mableton in the summer and winter and will definitely be booking up again!Thank you so, so much for making me feel at home in my new home from home
A wonderful place to stay! Friendly and warm atmosphere... There is a beautiful ballpark beside the establishment that is also friendly and I enjoy the walks through the park. All together it is a friendly and safe place to be at. I recommend everyone to have a stay! 😊✌️!!

If you are ok with paying your money every week and the staff says you can only have visitors once a week for 40 mins or if you like to live amongst crackheads and heroin addicts, this is the place for you. In 2017, a man died outside of one of these rooms from a heroin overdose. Not to mention, when you checking out and try to get your deposit of $100 back &they charge you $20 for dirty sheets and $15 for leaving heat on, again this is the place for you. These people are money hungry and have absolutely no conscious to who they step on for the sake of money. Other than that it was very quiet..it will be you and the roaches...oh and the maintenance man who entertains the crackheads in his room and housekeeper do all of their dirty work. Going in your rooms while youre gone and making charges against you like leaving heat on...of course they hide behind smiles while trying to get every cent that they can but dont like to fix stuff properly...
Ive been here for about three months and I like it... Just be careful who u befriend bc some of the ppls are full of drama.... But thats everywhere but the staff is very nice and the rooms are very nice updated and very clean... I have one of the big rooms with a living room and one bedroom but its like living in an apartment and they even let us keep our dog. But I would recommend this place if u need somewhere to stay

The room I stayed in had a filthy oven ,beyond filthy. I showed it to the housekeeper, thinking she might clean it . I took pictures of it so you wouldnt think I was lying,HUGE brown spots covering the entire oven ,and I left it like I found it too.The towels and washcloths were thin and dingy( afraid to use them ),the lady at the front desk was rude ,nasty and condescending.The floor had patched tiles and you could still see the holes in the old ,wood floor underneath the tiles( I took pictures of these holes).The floors were unlevel and when you walked ,it sqeeked.The mattress was covered in large brown spots and no mattress cover(I used a sheet to cover the mattress and some kind of white powder was all over the mattress,I guess to hide the filth and brown spots).The tub had black spots where the surface had come off ,the chair had huge brown and black stains of dirt covering it( I didnt sit in it ,too filthy! I put my computer in it on top of a piece of plastic )The furniture look like it was twenty years old with large areas of wood peeled surfaces of wood peeled off..The doors to the kitchen cabinets , near the knobs had large areas of peeling paint .The curtains were at least twenty years old with hooks missing and holes in the curtains.The electrical oulets so worn,that they couldnt hold the plug- in .The neighbor next door,you could hear yelling to the neighbor on the other side, stop slamming that door,frequently. She would have episodes of crying spells which consisted of banging on the floors with an,object and screaming.Uptown required a 100.00 dollar deposit and the nasty , rude clerk tried to charge you extra for anything so she could keep your deposit ex: like the two towels are not clean enough,that will be 20.00 dollars and 10.00 for two wash cloths(they were dingy from the start)The pillows should not be called pillows,four of them dont equal one. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DILAPIDATED PLACE! Oh,and there are old refrigerators, AC units, grocery carts,furniture and other junk stored outside,looks like a junk yard in certain areas.It not fit to be called nothing other than a dump and a junk yard !

We left a night early I called to see when my deposit was gonna be put back on my card and the lady informed me I wouldnt be getting it back. She stated that the Loveseat had a rip under the seat. It already had it when we got there I saw it when I took it off to pull out the bed. Me my husbands and babies was passing by like a week ago coming from Kmart from doing our son back to school shopping I stopped to get the rates which were very great Im not sure exactly who I spoke with but she was nice and friendly I had lots and lots of questions and whom ever she was answered every last one of them even wrote down everything on a piece of paper for me.... We are currently staying in a home in Smyrna and me and my husband is looking into buying a home next year so we was trying to downsize to save money and find something cheaper far as an extended stay or a cheap apartment we are moving in a few weeks of we are not able to find anything in our budget we will be staying here for awhile if there is anything avalible only thing is I wish I was able to see a room which she did explain to me that it was under construction!

The worst experience ever over charged the whole time of my stay they also charged me extra for my two kids plus the rooms are very dirty there are roaches running around all the time... the water has some type of white murky color it maid my wife brake out on her face and last but not least they charge you extra if someone visits you even if its for 30 minutes... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone... staff was very rude to me when asking a simple questions...

2022-03-25We came here almost a year ago after moving from Texas. The owners are very nice and they do have a few rules but as long as you follow them, theres no problem. We have two kids and the space has been perfect. The two rooms and the two beds has made things very easy. There is a full kitchen which has made family meals much easier. Being on the backside of the property the kids have a little area to play and we are close by the grocery store, park and other places. Its really been an enjoyable place overall for me and my family.

2022-06-23This place was exactly what I needed when I needed it! Great upkeep and prices! Definitely worth it! There are bugs if you leave food out, since you are in an efficiency apartment basically, just keep food up and the place clean and you wont have to worry. Management sprays once a week, but you have to stay on top of it, too. All in all, this place was great, well worth the time and money spent!****†*********†***********†*********†**†******Came back after 8 months, still a fantastic place! Exactly what we needed when we needed it. Management is fantastic and very considerate, thoughtful. They could have charged our card after we checked out last time for some items that they did not find in the room, and other hotels certainly would have, but they did not. They mentioned the items when we came back this time and I recalled that yes, we had never turned their towels in. It wasnt intentional, but we did have them, and they only charged us about half what the posted price was for those missing room items! All in all, these folks are very customer service oriented and quite kind. Cleaning staff is also wonderful and kind.

2022-06-21Roaches, bed bugs, oh my. This place is horrendous! I called corporate to find out the owner is operating under a name he’s not legally allowed to be using. The rooms are deplorable. Roaches and bed bugs. They smelled musty, the owner is rude! I was also charged $50.00 for having a guest for 15 minutes!!! 15 minutes! They only came in to use the bathroom. I have contacted the city to get it inspected, because I really believe this place should be closed down. I would stay on the streets before I stayed in this roach motel. Not to mention it’s not in a great part of town. It’s ran down, and all they did is paint the walls. The floors feel like you’re gonna fall through. Also don’t forget your keycard inside the room because you will pay 20.00 to have them unlock the door for you.

2022-03-22The price point falls very reasonably mid range, especially with the weekly rates. The atmosphere, amount of privacy, and closeness to stores, highways, public transportation, and parks granted by the location has been invaluable.The owners are a good family who work hard to create a good atmosphere - With 2 small children of our own this was crucial.Onsite laundry facilities is a huge plus, and the units - varying fron small to larger apartment sized units with kitchen - are well insulated. Ive never had problems with noise from other units, and other tenants have never had an issue with the occasional tantrum from one of my daughters. The parking lots are always clean and free of debris, with cameras for security.Well heated and cooled, the owners have a few simple requests - such as not running the a/c with the windows open. As long as you can abide by these kind requests youll have no issues, and a great place to stay.They do allow pets for a very reasonable fee and the owners are animal lovers so youll notice a lovely wild bird population on the property.Being tucked just off the veterans memorial hwy, it feels private and more homely. Weither its a short vacation or a more extended stay for this price Id reccomend this place to any other Ive seen in Atlanta 100%

2021-08-10I have been very pleased with this place. My son stays here. It’s his home away from home. Every time I come by it is alway quiet and secured with 24 hour Surveillance. Thank you for all that you all do.

2019-05-11I have been staying here for a couple of months due to circumstances. The staff is very professional and accommodating. This is by far the quietest extended stay I’ve stayed at. There is a weekly check in on the room and pest control faithfully! The rates are beyond reasonable AND it is dog friendly. Not like they accept all animals but they accept animals with owners being responsible so it’s still really clean and safe for fur babies!

2020-08-07My stay has been great, maintenance guy works harder than anyone Ive ever seen, housekeeping is on top of their job, and the environment is friendly and quiet. They have a gazillion security cameras and the maintenance guy and owner walk the property frequently so I Know Im safe.
