Fantastic experience all around! Gonzo and Michael are the best, but the whole team is great. Filled up my tank so the way since I had to come back after I got the car and when I had to return to fill out more paperwork they filled the tank again! These guys go above and beyond and definitely arent your average stealership. Would recommend to anybody needing a car without great credit or much cash for a down payment. They work with you for anything.
My husband and I bought our first vehicle from here yesterday. Michael and Allen were both phenomenal! I CANT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM!!!!! I went to 2 different locations (wasted 4 days) and both was terrible experience to the point I wanted to give up and cry! Worst place to get a car from had to put a motor in my car after 2 months low quality cars and they charge you three times the cars worth
Gonzalez was very patient and honest. He understood what my family needed in the size and features of the car and our price range. Not only him Mr. Alan was A-1 all the way being the Manager. He work wonders for us and got the best ride for us. I can say that I am one pleased customer.
Ok, but when chatting online the person kept asking for my email address, phone number, etc. when I only had a question about rather they reported to all three credit bureaus. This is something he should have been able to answer while I was talking to him without having to call or email me back with an answer. Truthfully I get enough junk email, phone calls, and spam already and felt like his request would only be an invite for more.
I had the best experience with Jorge and Pow in yesterday !!! They made it happen and I left with a SUV that I wanted and I could afford !!! Im truly grateful for their kindness and patience!! All I can say is if someone tells you not to do business here then you better listen like we should have. We got a vehicle from here not even 2 weeks ago and the alternator and wheel bearing went out on it 11 days later. Then I have to find my own auto shop to have it taken to which by the way the owner called me and said Im sorry I dont work on their vehicles because I have had 2 people in the past bring them here and he was never paid through warranty so the customer had to pay for it. I will never do business here again and lets just say I learned the hard way. The manage also wanted to let me know if it wasnt covered under warranty I would have to pay to have it fixed.

Out of all the stores and locations, and dealerships I went to, I didn’t get greeted at them, the way I did here! They were absolutely amazing! They understood what I was looking for, they were quick and efficient. I went at 5:30 and they closed at 7. They stayed a little over with no complaints at all! I’m was very impressed.

I was told that I could make monthly payments upon getting my vehicle with TWO witnesses. Once I started signing the paper work I was told that the payments will be 176 a biweekly because it will be cheaper and that the price included the warranty. My payments are 216 biweekly, I called to speak with a sales rep and discussed with them what was told to me and she stated that they dont do monthly payments you have to pay however you get paid (which is quite ridiculous considering people have other bills). So everything I was told were all lies with doing business with this company! Worst experience ever

I bought a car in Covington Ga. I put $3000.00 down and my payment was still high. I was paying $270 bi weekly. What I didnt realize when I got paid three time in a month. I had to pay that extra payment. The salesman told me if I fell behind that extra payment would help me. After talking with the account person in the Lawerencville Ga location confirm that was not the truth. I even ask could I refinance the car the answer was no. I had hit hard time when I lost a good paying job. My payments was always on time. US Auto didnt care at all they just wanted was there money or kill switch your car. As I was talking to a rep what if I have a life or death situation and I had to leave in a hurry. My car was my only transportation and the rep responded back I should make my payments on time to avoid situation like that. In January my car was totalled. The insurance paid it off. Even though I was going to purchase a car again through them. I couldnt get the car I wanted so I went elsewhere.

Run as fast as you can away from here. My husband and I have paid since 2016 on his car and never had an issue until now. Now every time we make a payment, the car is able to be cranked once and then when we try to crank a 2nd time, it is shut off and won’t do anything. This poses a HUGE problem when it happens prior to their business hours and you can’t get anyone to help what so ever. Right now, I’m currently late for work, husband is going to be late. All because my husband’s car is at a gas station, and won’t crank even though payment was made.Unless you want to be stranded, don’t give US Auto any of your business. Find someone else.

I would have given them more stars just for helping people who couldnt get a car through a traditional dealership......but I didnt appreciate the Office Manager (from another store) calling me and telling she has to get 10 cars sold while at this location. I am not a sales quota, I am a person. I also didnt like that they would have chosen the car for me instead of focusing on what I want not on what they were trying to sell.

Thumbs down. Us auto will rip you off. My car was worth way less than what they charged me. They also randomly rose my payments, and are not helpful when you need to talk about your payments. This experience has really taken a toll on me.

Very good at taking payments but very poor at customer service or getting the things done like tags, Tiltles or info sharing with your insurance company. In my case two times US Auto sales charged me for there insurance even with all the documents required at purchase. That took several phone calls and faxes. NOTHING COMPARED TO WHAT IM GOING THRU NOW!! I MOVED TO A DIFFERENT STATE. WAITED IN LINE AT DMV 2 HRS ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT I DIDNT HAVE A COPY OF MY TITLE AS REQUIRED IN NEW STATE. MY NEW STATE SAID SC DOESNT HAVE TITLES AND THEY WOULD REQUEST AND CONTACT ME WHEN THEY GOT IT. 1 MONTH LATER I GOT A CALL FROM ALABAMA DMV SAYING I NEED TO CONTACT US AUTO SALES CAUSE THEY HAVE REQUESTED 3 TIMES. EACH TIME THE US AUTO SALES REP SAID OK. SO AT 11:15 AM I STARTED TO CALL US AUTO AT THE 9TH TRANSFER GOT A YOUNG LADY IN THE TITLE CLERKS OFFICE WHO SAYS THE TITLE LADY IN CHARGE SAID SHE HAS GOTTEN NO REQUEST AND GAVE ME A FAX #. SO HANG UP CALL DMV AND TALKED TO THE TAG LADY AGAIN (FUNNY HOW I CAN GET THEM SO EASY AT THE DMV AND CANNOT AT US AUTO SALES) SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEND IT A 4TH TIME TO THE SAME FAX # SHE GAVE ME WHO HAS SAID OK THE 3 PREVIOUS TIMES. I CALL THE YOUNG GIRL WHO I TALKED TO AT US AUTO TITLES OFFICE AND ASKED TO TALK TO THE LADY SHE KEEPS TALKING TO. SHE DOESNT TAKE CALLS ME WHAT DO YOU MEAN?? HER WE GENERALLY DONT GIVE PEOPLE CONTACT WITH HER I WAS GOING TO TELL HER THAT THE LADY IS GOING TO SEND IT NOW AND BE ON THE LOOKOUT. MAYBE THIS LADY IS THE PROBLEM????!!!!!! I HAVE 9 DAYS BEFORE MY TAG IS DUE AND ACCORDING TO THE US AUTO YOUNG LADY THE REQUEST WILL TAKE 7-10 DAYS.. I MEAN COME ON MAN!!!!!!

Never ever buy a car here, had my car for a week and could never figure out where all the bugs were coming from until I found a spider nest and carpet Beatles under back seat, along with airbag and engine light issues I was told there not going to fix anything and was advised to put a bomb in my car, all on a fixed income Alan told me he doesnt know what I did to car when I left in it, very dissatisfied with service here.

2022-06-17I have to say these guys are the best.seriously. They stayed late just to make sure I had the right car. The lady was super Laid back and chill. Gonzo got me in my ride. One that made since for my lifestyle. And the other guy was hilarious and amazing. He cheered me up when I thought insurance was going tk mess the process up. He said he would stay and wait for the fax even after closing. Plus hes a great photographer. 😂. Seriously. Go get you a car from this place. They don’t lie to you about stuff like other salesman do. They are very straight forward. If you get to know them, they will straight up tell you if you’re picking a car that won’t fit your lifestyle or may cause you issues money wise. I was going for a totally different car. One that would have made THEM more money. But they didn’t hesitate to warn me about how high the insurance and maintenance would be. They are honest people. I can tell it’s more than just selling cars to them. They don’t judge and work with you on down payments. This is the best group of people I’ve ever bought anything from. And I’m a businesswoman myself. So if I’m bragging on someone else’s skills. They’ve got them! Plus they are Very sweet and honestly fun to be around the office with while you’re waiting. Come here. Loved her!!UPDATE: I had my car 3 days and the break fluid hose had a hole in after Pep Boys had 3 days that finally gets fixed, and then I received a call about a transmission, so I’m currently still without a car. The rental was only covered for 1 day and I still had to come out of pocket for that.

2022-08-06Went in yesterday in desperate need of a car. Nikki was nice. Told them we had 1000 but would prefer less for down payment. They said no problem so we waited over an hour for approval. Then they needed 15% which for the cheapest car on the lot was $2700. I understand trying to make a sale but if you know we dont have enough for ANY of the cars down payments, why did you make us wait. Yeah, you approve 98% of people, but when the down payment is impossibly high for people with no/low credit, youre not REALLY approving them. Also, we dont use credit, we use employment history, so why did you checkour credit and then base our down payment % on it. Idk.. Nice people but waste of time if you dont have thousands

2022-04-29My husband and I purchased a car from us auto five years ago. When we purchased from athens Ga they kept a key and fob and was told when loan was paid off it would be returned. When the car was paid off no one knew where the key and fob was. Pow ( manager) from Athens Ga came through for us he had a new key and fob made and brought to our home. Us Auto and Pow made sure we were taken care of.
