Hello!I want to thank US auto in Marietta and especially the salesman Brandon for going above and beyond on my behalf to make sure I walked away with a vehicle, entering US Auto I was greeted and welcomed to look around at my own past and ask any questions. I’ve been to countless dealerships and had horrible experiences but this customer service at this particular location highlighted my day. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to walk away with a vehicle today, but the great costumer service and multitasking from Brandon giggles multiple clients and maintaining a amazing personality won today so,Thanks again!
DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF ! I’ve had 2 cars from them & BOTH of my cars were faulty ! They had 2 place me in 2 different cars & then tried to place me in a third car, I wanted out of my contract ! This was all before I’ve made my first payments on both cars .. VERY MUCH A HEADACHE BECAUSE THEY DONT COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY, they will hang up on you & have a million different departments . Once you buy the car from the dealership, they take your money& don’t want nothing to do with you ! Thank god for a “warranty “
For most of my loan I have made payments months in advance. I fell on hard times. I have five kids one of which has a heart problem. I asked for a deferment and produced what was asked of me. Mrs. Hammond was then not helpful at all. My child missed their doctors appointment because I was left stranded with my kids in a parking lot. Stay away from this company. When you pay in advance months it is ok but when you need help they will leave you stranded with your kids.Jamie Gray
I rated 5-Stars solely on the gentleman I had the pleasure to work with. The whole team and energy of the establishment was quite excellent! However, my gut kept telling me DONT DO IT TO YOURSELF! Seeing how my decision was strongly on impulsiveness and Instant gratification. I am now in a situation no one would want to be in. Story time: I am now undergoing this company finance program. I put some shmoney down, test drive said vehicle and drove off the lot same day. Thought that was odd then again I had transportation. 5 days later not including weekends and holidays. The vehicle starting stalling while driving. Holy Camoli! Take the vehicle back began there exchange Progam. Bomb find a decent vehicle test drive, gut kept telling something ain’t rite. I even was able to let my mechanic meet me and look at the vehicle. He runs the codes we drive the vehicle and told me I was good. Ok cool finish paperwork drive off the lot with my new used exchange vehicle. Go home park vehicle about 4 hours later something told me start the vehicle up. POW! The engine light is on less then 24 hours. I’m livid! Calls customer service 5 times the next day. Can’t get through a static sound was happening while talking with customer. So then next day 48 hours later I finally talk to a representative. They tell me I gotta go through warranty blah blah blah! I speak with the warranty department and the lady was so empathetic bout my situation she transfers me back to customer service to see if there was anything else they could do about the unfortunate experience I was dealing with. Customer service lady kept saying the same thing. Moral of the story looks can be deceiving let alone this company corporate side is TRASH! Throw the whole corporate away! Let me reiterate THE DEALER THAT I WORK WITH WAS AMAZING! HE DID EVERYTHING HE COULD TO PLACE ME IN A VEHICLE. It’s the part where they (AS IN CORPORATE) puts vulnerable individuals in vehicle that needs to be repaired prior to driving off the lot for me! Now let me keep it 100! I got the most basic (BASE) vehicle with a budget less the $500. Hypothetically if I was to give this company the benefit of the doubt! Perhaps if I got a luxury vehicle with a higher down payment. There’s a thin possibility my story would be different. WOULD OF SHOULD OF COULD OF! Bottom line I wouldn’t recommend if your in a situation and you trying to get from above in the society we live in today-KJ Jigga
CAME in here and not even 15 minutes I was looking at a vehicle! their selection of cars on top of their financing options are INCREDIBLE! my agent was Marquise Dixon at the Cobb Parkway location. He is very straight to the point and the whole process was less than 3 hours! Would DEF buy from them again!

Manager had an awful attitude.Broken repair promises.Even with appointment, waited over hour and he had Noone at his desk. Every other sales person responded to a call with :please hold or with a customer will call you back, not this guy, he talked on the phone as if I was NOT sitting at his desk discussing a sale.Horrible customer experience
These are some of the most shady and outright lying, unprofessional people I have ever seen. They play mind games to get you in the office and attempt to push a automobile on you that you dont want. My husband and I drove 4 hours to purchase a car that was online. James Brown scheduled the appointment and knew we was coming from a distance and when we got there we was told the car was sold. I wont ever in my life again deal with them and I wouldnt advise you to either. If I could give them a hundred zeros I would.
I came car shopping very hesitantly. Ready for an all day journey. D’MARQUIS DIXON took such great care of me! They worked with me within my price range and I ended up with my very first choice on the lot! He even saved me $100/month on my car insurance. Leaving in my new car shortly! Overall great service. Everyone was nothing but kind and friendly. I give the sales person Kiara 5 stars. She was kind, patient and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Very sweet young lady and she will go far in the customer service industry....but as far as the dealership goes....dont do it. The cost of what youre paying is not and will not be worth it for the vehicle you purchase. Predatory lending at its finest. I knew signing the documents that I was making a huge mistake based off the finance charge alone but, this is what we do when our back is against the wall right? Im praying I dont have any issues with the vehicle but while I was sitting there waiting for my insurance, another woman walked in and said she hadnt even made her first payment and something was wrong with the car. That was my first red flag. Again, back against the wall. Lyft and uber were killing me and this was my only option. Get your credit where it needs to be and avoid places like this. The price itself is highway robbery.UPDATE: less than 10 hours after leaving the lot with this car, it stopped accelerating in the middle of HIGHWAY 85 with an 18 wheeler behind me. The vehicle would not speed up past 40 mph and it almost got us f***** killed! We had to coast off at the next exit and into a gas station parking lot where me and my kids sat at 10:30 pm at night; 45 minutes away from home. This dealership is straight selling people lemons! Period! No way around it. How can y’all sleep at night knowing y’all are SCAMMING innocent people out of their hard earned money as difficult as times are in this world right now?! Better yet, how are y’all still in business?! PLEASE don’t reply to me with that same generic reply you give everyone else on this thread because quite frankly, ain’t nothing y’all can say to me! Y’all some scam artists! PERIOD! If you’ve gotten approved or even are thinking about getting a vehicle from here, RUN IN THE OTHER DIRECTION! Less than 24 hours after purchasing I’m writing this review. Take heed!

Horrible place to buy a vehicle I purchased my car later on found out there was all types of mechanical issues my car has been super glued back together essentially and the customer service is horrible if u ever have to call in.. worst company by far I e ever worked with. If you haven’t bought from them don’t!! Save yourself the money and the stress
Purchased a Nissan Versa 2018 a couple months back. Haven’t been disappointed yet. They are also lenient as far as payment goes once you’re done with deferred payments. But, they will shut your car off if you miss payment after the 4 day grace period. Keep up with your payments and you’ll be fine. My sales rep was James Brown. Shoutout to you.
I sent a referral in on 1/13 to purchase a vehicle, which they did. I was told the process to receive a referral check in hand took no longer than 3 weeks. It is now going on 5 weeks and still no check or answers. I have been told it was mailed on 2/1. I live one county north of this location. That is almost 2 weeks. I was told to check with the post office to see if they were holding mail. I have lived ar the same address for 5 years and have no issues. They are not holding anything. I have left 2 messages for their location manager with no return call. I am getting ready to purchase 2 new vehicles in the next month and I assure you if it is this difficult to get a $200 referral check they will NEVER profit from my business again.Update: the original car that was purchased in December had the referral taken by someone that works their online help feature. The sale rep I was sending people to worked it out, I thought, and a car was sold on 1/13 and the referral began process. Again I was told UP TO three weeks. I followed up twice after the 3 weeks to hear the check was mailed on 2/1. It is now 3 weeks later and I am one county away and still no check. I followed up this week with the sales rep and now there is a glitch in the system and all checks are delayed. So it has been 6 weeks and nothing. That is double the max allowed time for $200. Do they even exist? I received a response on this review asking me to provide more information. Honestly at this point I feel like you should get with the sales rep that made the commission and have him provide you with everything because he has all my paperwork and sold the car. This is a horrible way to do business.
I have been with US Auto for 3.5 years. I wasn’t able get the car I wanted when I first applied. But I indeed got a better vehicle. Just the other day, I was able to trade my vehicle in and I purchased the same vehicle that I wanted when I first visited the dealership in 2016. My salesman Demetri Miller in Marietta was amazing. It took me nearly 4 months to make up my mind for me to trade. He knew by all of our previous conversations that I wanted to trade. His phone calls were consistent and they were worth it.Thanks US Auto and Demetri!!!!!!!
Horrible experience, my salesman was okay. However, my issues is with management and customer service very horrible. The car isnt any good. From day 1, it was an issue. (Circumstances changes and they told me they dont care, wow. However, Ill just walk the places I need to go. I return the vehicle today. Will never get my business again. Its about the money for them only, I could not rest at night if I treated someone this way! They hung up in my face 3 times today. I always have my 2 kiddos around so they see, as mom Im not exaggerating. They are 10 and 17 and today they was like wow mom.
D’Marquis was literally the sweetest most kind and patient person I’ve ever met. I didn’t even have to leave my home and 85% of the work was already done for me. He was patient and attentive yet informative and efficient . The whole staff was very polite and accommodating as well, everyone definitely lended a hand in making sure we left with something comfortable and cute ! Thanks guys!
My overall experience from this location was great. I First purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata With 52 thousands more back in 2015. Great car no issues. Last week I was looking to trade my car in for a Suv and Clifton Stephenson was absolutely great with getting me in the type of SUV I was looking for.. He was determined to get the sale done, it took us a week to get all things settled. The customer service at this location is great and all employees are respectful and there passion for customer service is impeccable. I wouldn’t advise anyone to purchase a vehicle from here!! There are too many issues to list!! I currently have a lawyer looking into the company and case if anyone else would like to join in its free to you on this massive lawsuit. I have all paperwork and issues and recalls that they were aware of plus I have to recording on my phone from the sales manager when she cut her tape recording off because I was asking questions!
The cars are very much over priced, and they really don’t work with you unless you been with them for a year . The good thing is that they do report to the credit Bureaus, but it shows up slow. Meaning if you made 4 payment in four months, it’ll only show 2 months of payment so in 6 Months you’ll see the 4 months of payment. I would not do it unless you have too . If so please work hard on your credit like I did to get your hands out of the lions mouth .
My experience here today at US Auto Sales has been nothing but the BEST! Unexpected blessings happen today. Thanks to my sales guy I was able to dive off the lot with NO money down. I have had a great experience with USAuto for the life of my loan. From my shopping and purchase experience several years ago, and even now the relationship is still great! My salesman, and every customer service rep were all very professional. I was referred by a couple who were on their third car purchase from them. I was not disappointed. I even had to request a deferred payment behind a major surgery, and they were there for me. I enjoy my car which still looks new, and it never requires anything more than regular basic maintenance. I feel confident that my next purchase will be with them as well. In this day and age, it is great to work with a company that stands by their word and give great service!

What can I say about this amazing team??? First they are so family/friendly. Every team member was very nice and each of them spoke to me! Charles Williams was my sales consultant and he did such an amazing job. I didnt know about the layaway plan but after Mr. Williams & Cedric (Manager) explained it to me....I made my initial layaway deposit! Im overly excited that I will be driving off with MY car in 2 weeks! Best service ever!!! Im very pleased
I can honestly say Ive had an amazing experience with US Auto - Marietta location. My salesmen Clint Stevens was there to assist me every step of the way. My biggest pet peeve is waiting in dealerships with no idea if you are approved or not. This was not the experience I received when I walked through the doors. My car was cleaned and all details of my loan were spelled out for me. Ive had my car since Aug 2014 and I have not had any trouble with it besides regular maintenance as some of the other people mentioned. I am actually going into to see about purchasing my second car from them!I think people get used cars and assume that the dealers are responsible for everything that could possibly go wrong. Sometimes it has nothing to do with the dealership but the make/model of the car itself. My car came with the warranty and the management team advised on everything that the warranty covered and did not cover. Asking questions is key to everything!Looking forward to doing business with them again soon!

I had a wonderful experience with a salesman name Frederick or Rick. I had been denied by 3 dealerships foe a car loan and he promised he could get me into a car. I reluctantly met him at US Auto Sales after work one day and I just knew my application would be denied.... it wasn’t and as promised he got me into a 2017 Kia Optima. “Ride with Rick or don’t ride at all”!!!!!
US Auto @ Cobb was my first go to because it was close to home. Zachary Hutton was great in assisting me with my choice of purchase. A sales consultant that can successfully provide detail information concerning your purchase while considering your pocket and applying discounts where needed is a plus. Do not! I mean DO NOT dare do business with these guy! The service member relief act is a federal law/right for military members! This company will try their very best not to honor it! All the way down to waiting until you’re gone to basic training and deployment( where your mind should be on the mission) to take your car, or honor the rule. They even make it as hard as possible.

Mr Evans, going through proper protocol with the dealership, quickly made arrangements for me to get my vehicle repaired at another location, which could rectify my problem.In his absence Mr Roundtree made arrangements for payment of repair services, and I was able to pick up my vehicle.I am very satisfied with the service I received from them. My husband and I just brought our 2016 Dodge Journey. Shelia and Sales Manager Ray took good care of me and my husband. They fought hard to get us our Journey and we forever grateful. They put us first and even stayed to make sure our deal happened. They kept our kids occupied so that we do what we needed to. We are very happy. Thank Shelia and Ray and the US Auto Sales team.
Customer service is better than the cars they sale. Bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu in November and the car was a total scam. Starter and flex plate went out and my car has been in the shop for a total of 2 weeks. Each call to the warranty company has been a total of 30 mins. Called Us Auto sales and they stated its nothing they can do about it and I will still have to pay my car note which I get but being that I had to pay the bill and just bought the car, accommodations should have been made. Don’t buy a car from them unless you’re ready to waste money. It’s a reason why they get everyone approved.
This is by far the worse place to ever buy a car from! First off I was referred by another car dealership as my credit has been challenged (due to identity theft/own personal medical bill) Otherwise I would not have even bothered to stop in. Upon arrival the salesman CJ was readily available (awaiting at the door) he even addressed me by name. Our salesman went above and beyond to help gather documents from my online accounts he promised he could help get us in a car that day. During the process he was so through, answered my concerns about high interest rates etc, he also explained that their cars come with 30 day warranty, with option to purchase an extended warranty, car fax etc. and how their payments work. According to salesman they’re one of the best used buy/here/pay/here dealerships to buy a USED vehicle because they report to the bureau to “help their customers rebuild their credit” After a lengthy sales pitch he provided specific cost details w/suggested price range( base on dwnpay) to stay within. We looked at several cars on the lot, noticeably most of them were the same (Kia/Nissan) difference were the miles and price tag. We choose three with low miles, of course the price range was slightly higher. After finalizing approval salesman approached ask which car we like he than offered to reduce the sales price by -$1,000 off he said - “to further help us get into a car today” We test drove the car, all seemed well..next he instructed before we could move forward the initial down payment was needed also auto insurance on the vehicle. So, I proceeded to remit a payment of $1200 (w/two additional pickup notes) their closing team drew up/and finalize our contract. While we waited , the salesman recommended an insurance company that many other customers use limited liability-full coverage. Once I had proof of the vehicle insurance CJ the salesman asked us to step out to inspect the car lights/brakes/turn signals/windows are working properly and this is where things quickly turned sour. As I existed the vehicle CJ pointed out a label inside the panel door and said see this- this here car has a pass-time (GPS TRACKING/Shutoff switch) he explains that if a car note is late the car WILL NOT START.. I immediately addressed my concerns, it was at this point he became cold and rude he said “Latrice! -quite listen to me if you pay the car on time or within five days of missing a payment you don’t have anything to worry about” yet again I expressed how this would be my daughters car and I would not want for her to be stranded due to a failed payment. I was literally in shock and explained that if this important piece of information had been disclosed beforehand I would have never agreed to buy a car from them !!!! They won’t disappoint you, at the door the promised we will leave with a car and kept that promise friendly interactive staff, they made us feel welcome I’m impressed at the hard work and dedication they offer to make us happy. DO NOT PURCHASE (SCAMMERS) A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! My husband and I purchased a car from this place April 2018 4 1/2 months later the damn transmission goes out!! They do a great at taking your money and selling you a dream. We took it to our mechanic yesterday and he also had a bad experience! He also said they over filled the transmission and its not even draining!
We got there and they were very courteous. I am usually very thorough with big purchases like this but while I was out checking the car to make sure everything worked, the sales person goaded my gf into the building and had her started on paperwork and sign before I got back. I told him that i had wanted to check all aspects before the contract to discuss price and options but he just apologized. Now we have an SUV thats more than double the original sale price ($11k is now $22k). I bought a new 2015 kia and her monthly payment is not only more than mine, her total costs is also more than mine (hers is 2008) and we got the cars less than a month apart.Within months of purchase, there have been issues with the car. We went to the main service center in lawrenceville and the issue, which needed to have been going on for over a year, was being charged to us as if we had caused the problem. They finally gave in and comped the fee for fixing the issue but after the service, her gas gauge is stuck and wont move. Just over a year of buying the car, she smells gas inside the vehicle, signaling a possible leak or cracked hose, again something that should have been replaced if they had done a thorough inspection of the car. If you resell a used vehicle, I would think you would replace broken or wasted parts that might be close to being broken. I understand its a business, but we are less than stellar with the way things are handled.Of course, despite this we felt the sales people were respectful and helpful. One thing is customer service is pretty good. The car has never stopped working as far as point a to point b, but I wish more effort would be put into the cars themselves, and not as a money flow for services after purchase.
I must say that I am quite pleased with the services received at US Auto Sales. I walked in with such a pessimistic attitude; upset...couldn’t smile. I was already depressed because I wasn’t purchasing from a new car delearship, stressed out because I was desperately in need of a vehicle, and worried that I was going to leave with nothing. Zachary made sure that I left there with a car, and happy about my choice. I’m actually in a better situation now then I was in my vehicle before it was totaled. Thank you Zachary for your TIME (I took up his whole day) and assistance.
I came into USA Auto Marietta with low hopes of getting a car due to being turned away so many times from numerous dealerships because of my credit. I was frustrated and spending a lot of money using Uber to get back and fourth to work. Zachary Hutton was amazing at getting me approved and inside a 2017 Hyundai. I had no idea that I would even get a car let alone a 2017 with a credit score so low. My steady job and income was all I needed along with a reasonable down payment. I can’t thank him enough if your going to USA Auto in Marietta ask for Zack and tell him Ashley sent you. Trust me you won’t be disappointed
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER They sell faulty cars to customers and do nothing to assist. Purchased a vehicle in December of 2017 it is now August 2018 and the car is useless and in need of $2000.00 worth of repairs. Luckily I had an extended warranty, but the out of pocket cost is still $500.00. These repairs are of no fault of my own and management was of no assistance and was relatively apathetic when notified pushing the call off on the service department.They get one star for having nice customer service people.After paying an astronomical down payment, monthly payment and the reviewing their vehicle inspection I expected to not have to deal with such an inconvenience for a long while. I will never purchase a car from this place again. STAY AWAY!
Would not reccomend to anybody. I havnt even stepped foot inside the store but Ive been working on a deal with them for over 2 weeks now. I was recommended to them by Curry Honda (where I was supposto by a 2010 Camaro for 8,900$). My sales rep here said he had the same car for a lower price. His price was actually 16,000$ almost double the price. I live 2 hours from there store and he is being to prosistant that I drive out to take a look at the lot. Its a waist of my time. Their vehicles have high miles and with a no haggle price its not worth it. You cant sell a car with 120,000 miles for 16,000$ youd be out of your mind to buy something like that. My salesman and I have been have phone conversations as well as text conversations he has taken more then 3 days to reply to one text and rarely answers phone calls. I was worried about getting approved and after going over my employment with him he told me I could only get approved with a real job as if working for the corporate world isnt real. I dont appreciate being told I dont have a real job. The sales people here are deffinatually not up to par and deserve no better then unemployment.
I can not believe that such a place exist, my salesperson TJ came to my rescue when I lost everything I owned in a flood and was very limited on cash, he said he was going to change things around for me...and he did!! I have a wonderful dependable car, with a purchase agreement I feel comfortable with and and a car dealership, I feel, I can trust, will recommend and they made the purchase of my new vehicle effortless. Thank you TJ and US Auto sales, you literally saved my life!!!
My husband and daughter went together and got a car from the one on Cobb Parkway, they promised her a tire as when they sold it the one on there made a noise, still no tire about 5 months later and we had to buy one. The battery is bad and cant get anyone on the phone to know if its under warranty and in order to replace the battery I was told has to be a mechanic because the shut off compartment if you dont pay is on the battery so it cant just be swapped. Again only had the car about 5 months. My daughter is very upset and making her payments every month. Its a lot different from when my husband bought one from them about 15 years ago. They tell you something but once you walk out the door they dont care no more. My daughter and husband plan to write a review as well with the name of the salemans.
If someone wanted a suggestion about where to buy a car from I definitely wouldn’t suggest #USAUTOSALES (Marietta location). Why? Well I invested in a new car this past October with 1565.00, I purchased a Ford Fusion SE 2017. So after 24 hours without my car and 1000.00 of work needing to be done I didn’t know if my car Williams be covered under warranty. Finally I got the call my car would be covered so I was relieved (ALTHOUGH I STILL HAD TO PAY 114.00 in taxes and fees). So 3 days later the check engine light came back on and being that I am a full time student and a full time employee I couldn’t find time to immediately take my car back to get another diagnosis in which #USAUTOSALESOUTSIDESERVICES instructed me to do once again. So within a week I took my car back to the Ford dealership they diagnosed my car and said it needed a tune up; a brand new car I just bought from #USAUTOSALES under 20 days ago. Immediately the #DWOC said they would not cover this service. So I had to pay 250.00 because I couldn’t survive without my car I took on the responsibility for that. Then I paid 227.00 for insurance 3 days later and on that same day I couldn’t believe it my check engine light came back on. I tried talking to any and everyone who could help me get off of this car I didn’t want to do business at this point anymore I only wanted to get my 1565.00 back and move on with my life. Instead all I got was I need to get my car diagnosed or I would be put in debt for the loan on the car. All I was told that if I wanted to return the car it would be considered a voluntary repossession. I was told I couldn’t have my money back by #USAUTOSALES (Marietta location) I was told they could put me in a new car all I was told was to keep getting diagnostics or be prepared to be in debt. So I put the key down on Clifton Stephenson desk (the person who sold me my car) and walked away.

The people in convington where great! Very professional! Charlie was a great rep! Got me what I wanted. Great car note! They where awesome! ( got the car I wanted from lawrencville location) I stay in Decatur.Now 3 days after i get my car Theres a problem and I make an appointment 10:30 to check out(@lawrencecille location)just for them to tell me I want get my truck back till Tuesday! Then they stick me in this small car and Im 511 very uncomfortable and unprofessional!
I personally wouldnt recommend getting a car from here based off my experience. I should have known when the exact car I was interested in, and test drive wasnt available, but they had the same one available. Ive had the car a little over a year and have had the car to the shop 4 times for non-regular maintance, and am now stuck without a car because the starter needs to be replaced and the heads of the screws were SAWED off (it had to be somewhat more recently because there isnt as much rust as other areas of the engine). I gave two stars for the original sales guy I dealt with, while extremely pushy was nice and their payment people being nice occasionally when you call.
Dont get financed with them! They are a scam and have overpriced vehicles!!! You may pay double for a vehicle that is not worth it. Also, they wont work with you and then the passtime device is ridiculous but I never had to worry about it because I made my payments on time. Just be patient because good things comes to those who wait. Wish I did..11/16/17Update; bad experience. Customer service was ridiculous. Needs improvement.
I purchased a vehicle from this company December 23 as of today February 13 my car will not start. Called the service center to set everything up and got to the roadside assistance part and was told I have to pay 79.99 to get my vehicle towed to their service station that is well over 10miles. I inquired about a loaner car and was told if there is one available I can get one if not I have to get a rental. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO GET A RENTAL AND I HAVENT HAD MY CAR FOR 60 days. When they want there damn payment you can get a call from so many people. I call to get assistance with my vehicle and it comes with prices..I havent had my vehicle for 60 days and am wishing I wouldve went somewhere else. Nothing like trying to go to work and cant because your vehicle isnt working up to par. Customer service is not great.. Im feeling like the only thing this company cares about is money and not the customer. So as I currently sit in my house and wonder why my vehicle ISNT WORKING AND MISS WORK, son missing school and I bet a million dollars when its time for they payment Ill have somebody up my ass.. truly disgusted
My boyfriend purchased a Scion TC here, & What I want to know is why would you tell a customer you are topping off fluids in the car and the fluids were not topped? The antifreeze how ever was beyond the max. Why lie about something like that? Always have a trusted* mechanic with you to make a car purchase.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with in my LIFE, not being exaggerative either. To make a long story short they sell you on low down payment and extended warranty. When you take your car in, plan to sit all day before a person even tends to you car. As even taking a look at this issue you brought it in for. Currently I’m dealing with a coolant leak issue that they have billed me $1,400 for as well as paying a dedectuable 2x and I still have the coolant leak. I’ve called this place over 75x and my issue is still unresolved. Next I’ll being going to the BBB and complain. Making as much noise as one can to be heard and taken care of. No company like bad publicity, but when warranted... here you have it. This place is TERRIBLE!!!!!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
My experience was nothing short of amazing. I saw Ricks promo on IG and was in dire need of a vehicle. I was like theres no way im driving off with this car today....and for only $500!Not only did i drive off, but the process was quick and painless. And this dude is real cool. Ion know if its ok to say this here, but if you done put yoself in a predicament where you gotta buy here, pay here..Ride with Rick or dont ride at all!
This has been one of the worst experiences Ive even had. Do not get a vehicle from this company. Customer service sucks, they are not even attempting to work with me since my accident. Ive been on hold with them for all of 2 hours with no result. From some lady named Julie in Finance to whoever the other 20 ppl I spoke with were , everybody is really rude, inconsiderate, and unknowledgeable. Just got the car less than a month ago, truly devastated. Pay attention to their reviews I wish I did :( on my way to rip off report, their service department is garbage.

WOW..I dont know where to begin when I walked in i got such a warm welcome..i was a little apprehensive at first but when i met Zack his positive vibe made me feel at ease.. the staff was so attentive in making sure i was comfortable by the time I realized what was going on i was taking a picture with the car i purchased and the bell was ringing. My son got a car, and the bumper fell off and they refuse to fix it. They told him that he will have pay to then to have that bumper fix and we found out the car was in a wreak before. And they told him that he cant bring the car back. The payments are $203 every two weeks. 2014 Hyundai Elantra
I have been paying for my car with US Auto for 2.5 years and have never been over thirty days late. I am a military veteran who fell on some hard times and needed someone to finance me. They did. But, due to two surgeries in the last year and a half, I had to either turn in the car or find someone to make payments. One of my customers needed a car, so I let him take the car and make payments. He has for five months. The problem is I cant keep him on my insurance. So, I asked US Auto Sales to let him take the contract or to re-do the contract with me as co-signer so he could get his own insurance. They refuse to do it. Shows what greedy, low lifes run this company. Theyd rather me forfeit the car than do what is morally right and let the contract be changed. DONT BUY FROM THEM! I WONT EVER BUY AGAIN FROM THESE LOW-LIFES! Oh, and I will be contacting the State of Georgia to find out if there is some predatory lending practices going on here.
On last Thursday November 17th, my 2014 Nissan Altima was repossessed from outside of my apartment. I have been in communication with the collection representative by the name of Frenchie. The phone call that we had Tuesday November 8th I explained my situation she was very understanding very patient and kind. I let her know that I had been induced three weeks early due to complications with my blood pressure. I was currently on a leave of absence (maternity leave) from work and my baby was still in ICU with respiratory issues and a heart murmur. He had been kept there for the last few weeks since my delivery, and I was there around the clock with him. After explaining my whole situation to her she set me up with a payment arrangement for Friday November 11th which happens to be on Veterans Day. Once I made that payment I was told that I could get a deferment for the previous month. I let the representative know that I would exhaust all options to try to get the $500 payment in by Friday. After begging my mother who lives thousands of miles away in Portland, Oregon. She told me that she would send me the money on Friday. Once Friday came we both noticed it was a holiday and the banks were closed. The next day she called and told me as soon as her bank opened 9am her time 12pm mines the funds would be there. I let her know it was my first day back at work so text me as soon as its done and Id pay on my break. Once she let me know the money was there, I attempted to make the payment online but because it was a payment arrangement they only would allow me to pay the full balance. I called the representative to let her know what was going on but she was unavailable. So I started calling first thing Monday morning November 14th to explain as well as make the payment. I was told by another representative Bailey that Frenchie did not come in until 11 AM. I called back at 11:15 only to speak with a totally different representative she seem to be upset that I couldnt make the arrangement set for Friday. She was very rude impatient and plain disrespectful when I try to explain why I didnt make the payment on Friday. She let me know that as of Friday my car was in repossession status and there was nothing else that she can do for me she rudely continue to transfer me to that department once I was trying to explain she hung up I will call back she would transfer me back there or not even take my call. Once I got a re-position representative on the line he advised me that I needed to speak with his manager and after several phone calls of leaving messages representative leaving notes on her desk I did get her on the line. She informed me that the representative in no way should have told me that she can do a deferment that was an approval process. The representative Frenchie did tell me after I made the payment and we got that squared away to send over paperwork proving that I have been out of work which I did while I was on the call with her. The repossession department manager Ameris told me that The hand written letter from my manager wouldnt work. I needed something on the company letterhead which I agreed to. She also told me that she was going to pool the phone call because I was given false information. Over the next three days I was unable to get back in contact with her. I spoke with Bailey I spoke with Frenchie and another representative Victoria. All of which I left several messages for her to call me back. But she never did, again I would leave several messages on her voicemail and with other representatives all resulting with no return phone call. st pump, his special formula, and all his medical documents are in my trunk. I feel like this situation was handled totally wrong.
I had such an awesome experience here at UsAutoSales there cars were beautiful clean and I’m so in love with my purchase. My sales rep TJ was so helpful and put me in a vehicle just for me and my children I’m so happy and I totally love my car. Awesome place thinking about getting a second car . Woot woot
I will never refer anyone here again. They have a referral program set up and you are supposed to receive $200 for the referrals. They mentioned that it takes up to 10 days to receive the check and its been past 10 days. I keep calling and no one seems to have any answers even the manager Mark. He said he would call me back about it and never did. I called and left a message for corporate in regards to this and they havent reached out to me about it either. If they dont want to give referral checks, they shouldnt tell anyone about the program.

Why does your phone system only allow you to wait for about 5 minutes before it hangs up on you? I went from being 1st to being hung up on, called right back and was 4th. I get to next in line then get hung up on. This happened for half a hour from 6-6:30 today. Trying one last time now
I purchased a vehicle that had been in a minor accident, come to find out, it was a MAJOR accident.. I was told someone from upper management would be contacting me, its been 2 months so I told them I wouldnt make another payment until I got some kind of resolve to the situation... Well they immediately turned off my car and repossessed it a couple of days later... I still have yet to recieve a call from anyone.. this is my second vehicle purchased from them... my first experience was great... youd think a returning customer would be treated better

The first time on the lot was a little frustrating, as I noticed no one came out to greet me, but I continued to look at the inventory and decided to walk in and am I so excited I did...later that fine day, I was on my way to pick up a beautiful, red Jetta to replace the one I just lost...it seems at though the universe said, here’s an updated version of “Big Red”...that’s her name to carry on the old one’s memory...thanks to RL and he gave me great advice on how to stay on top.

2022-04-05I want to give -1 star I bought my car from the Marietta location. I purchased my car on a Friday and the next Wednesday I was on the side of the road. The transmission went out on the car but on the other hand I give Brandon 5 stars because he is a great salesman. He was trying to help me but he can only do so much. 2022-04-25A disaster is the least to say! Sales person was inexperienced, every car I selected she came back with bad news. The manager had no customer care. When I finally found a car he could not print out tag. I guess some car lots run into that problem since they do buy cars in big loads. So had to leave with no car but they did Lyft me home. Next day found a car, manager was in better mood. Went to there location in union city to pick up my car. A week later I found out that my A/C compressor have a leak!! I do have a warranty and car is in shop but the whole experience has been very stressful due to the fact I just got the car!!

2022-02-06I would give them a 5 star until last wk..... This is my second time putting my car in the shop... So now I believe I was sold a lemon.... The process with Rick went smooth.. But I dont think they service these cars!!! Its just enough to get the car of the lot... Which I understand with these Pay here But here lots.... And of course you need to know the car u selling.. He couldnt tell me anything about it... Told me I can just youtube it!!!! I have a 2012 mini coop.. Love my car if I can never drive it... Hopefully this will be the last time putting it in the darn shop.. Over all this place can get 3 stars now... Rick will put u in a car trust and believe... MAKE THAT MONEY RICK!!!!

All they do is push the responsibility back and fourth between us auto and dowc. While I have no car and they still want them payments. All they can do is apologize. Ask to speak to supervisor they send you to voicemail and you will never get a call back. ITS A TRAP TO STEAL YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE REAL. Wish I would have listened to the reviews. As my grandma use to say a hard head carry a sore butt.

2022-07-10I visited the US auto sales (marietta) lot on April 1, 2022. I drove off with a 2014 Ford escape. The very next day the check engine light came on. I took it to autozone and the reading said something about a boost charger. I took the truck to pep boys and they had my truck for nearly two weeks to fix the issue. On May 29th my family and I were on our way home from a day trip when the truck just cut off. I contacted dwoc and was informed that Id have to find a way to get my family home. Only one person could ride in the tow truck. I ordered a lyft ($70) and got my family home. A week later I was able to go back and get the truck. The truck is currently at aamco; transmission went out. I have been without a vehicle now for six weeks. Ive reached out to Byron English (the guy who sold me the truck) several times to see if they can put me in another vehicle. He refuses to answer the phone but will text me. Ive had to find alternate ways to get to work and get around to other places. But us auto is still calling faithfully for their car payment. My issue isnt with us auto. Its with Byron and the way that he handled things. Extremely unprofessional and that is why I wont refer any one to do business with the Marietta location.

2022-06-08Bought a vehicle from D’Marquis a few weeks ago and he was extraordinary to work with. We had a very specific situation and he was able to work with us on all of it. He went above and beyond to make sure we got a vehicle within our budget. He even checked in with us occasionally when we were shopping but couldnt get a vehicle right away. He is an excellent salesman, doesnt push you to buy and doesnt convince you to buy anything you dont want. He listens to your concerns and your wants and goes by that. Unfortunately, with no fault to him, our vehicle started having issues less than a week after we went home with it. He drove two hours to get this vehicle from another location the same day we came in, so this was definitely no fault of his own but more on the other location. We are already having to bring it in for repairs on multiple issues which poses as a big problem for us.EDIT: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE. Nothing but issues since we drove it off the lot.
