Easily, the best wings place in Georgia. Ive been to over a hundred wing spots! I even like JR crickets, but US Cafe, they got JR crickets beat. The original Jr Cricket wings and fried pickles can be very salty most of the times US Cafe has a great blend of lemon pepper thats not too salty! The fried pickle chunks instead of chips is bar none, the best fried pickles I have had in Georgia. And whats good about it now is that now they got covid I literally shared a meal and an hour of my time with my significant other undisturbed! We had the restaurant completely to ourselves (of course the staff is president). They have a very long mural of the historic US route 66 with amazing artwork big screen TVs just a fresh new look for 2021 Im loving it!Here are pictures from 1/4 of the whole restaurant. Plus they got outside patio! Its 2021 and we still living so lets live!
Ever since the pandemic this restaurant has been getting nastier and nastier. Nasty greasy food, No Chef in the kitchen, only low wage cooks, nasty service, and then Over Priced. Dont waste your time or Money. This is a straight up low budget dive bar.
Food os always a delight! The service was horrible! Two employees were playing and flirting and engaged in conversation not acknowledging customers dining in or walking in.
After a long day, I wanted something good, and whats better than a beef bacon cheeseburger with hand cut fries!!!! Omg, the burger was delicious, juicy, cheesy! And most importantly they did not skimp on the bacon, there was a layer of bacon! The fries were hot, and fried to perfection. If youre a ranch lover, get some for dipping with those fries. My hubby had sweet potato fries and he too loves their ranch for dipping. Would be nice if we could buy the ranch by the gallon😋😉. I must say there food is best if you can eat it right then and there. We ate in our car this time. The first time we ordered pickup, ate at home, 15 min away and the food didnt taste as good as it did this visit, everything was fresh and hot!!
Good food if you can figure out when your food is ready. They mumble unintelligible names and you just have to guess if thats you or not. Other than that, the fix is good.
I took my family in 4/9/2022 for some lunch. The fries was horrible. When I made a purchase with my card and hit no tip , because I was tipping with cash, they still took additional money off my card for tips. I will not come back there again. It’s our first and last time.

I ordered lemon pepper wings. They were so dry and some wings had no lemon pepper at all. Plus the wings were greasy leaving me feeling nauseated 👎
Horrible! Its a café/pub/bar /social house/billiard, I get it but it was the worst experience. Ever! Ive eaten here a few times before, but Ive always ordered pick-up. So that was fine. I had the bright idea to dine inside this time, and what a huge mistake! Ordered the turkey burger, no onions. What did I get a turkey burger on stale bread with onions. The fries were not only old but cold and saturated in grease. The jalapeno poppers were lukewarm and disgusting. The food tray was sticky the tables were dirty and the trash cans were filthy. Its a trash can, I get it. Im certainly not expecting to eat off of a trash can, but I do expect them to be wiped down and clean. Along with the serving trays and tables. Had I have ordered pickup, I may have never noticed how bad the inside was. Wow! One positive, the customer service was decent. Im not asking for much, just get the order right and clean up the place. If for no other reason do it because we are still in PANDEMIC!
Order at the counter with a big menu on the wall. There are pool tables and various seating arrangements inside and out. The wings are good the burgers are good, the fries are good.We like to stop by whenever were on that side of town. Very convenient to the highway.
First time having a bad experience , but I also noticed that the young lady that is normally there , wasn’t present today …called my order in …drove 30 minutes to get there because I ordered extra , extra, extra crispy wings . I get to the location and the food was still not ready. I waited an additional 30 min and the food still wasn’t ready. Once we asked for a refund , they then tried to say they were dropping some hot fries, but the young lady was chilling on her phone and not attentive to the orders . No she doesn’t cook the food but she can make sure the orders are moving . Why wouldn’t you know when to drop fries so that the wings and fries can come out hot together. Additionally , it was poor customer service and wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past. They need to get new management and customer service asap.
Ordered wings online. It said the order would be done in 20 minutes, and it was. The wings were some of the best flavored wings that Ive ever had. No reason not to go back.
One of the things that attracted me to this little place is that they have pool tables, but their food is really not all that, the burgers are kind of small for the price you pay and my onion rings were overcooked, this wasnt my first time going there I had been to this place a long time ago and now I remember why I didnt return for the food.
When I worked on this side of town many years ago this was my go-to spot I see nothing has change the food was still pretty good
Overall this place deserves a solid 4-4.5. The wings are a 5 out of 5. Burgers are amazing also. Similar to five guys if not better. Dont let the older strip mall this place is located in deceive you. US Cafe is newly renovated and very nice and clean inside.
Great food and service. Call ahead. Curbside service available.Update: Consistent is one word I associate with US Cafe. The food quality, food taste, and service are always great whenever we visit. Love the tasty burgers and wings that are prepared fresh when ordered. Keep it up!
Worst Service I’ve Seen at this location we’ve been eating here since 2012. Whomever, cooking, working counter and running US CAFE at The East West Connector. Should be ashamed.. Slower, tables, dirty and The manager gave excuses versus resolution. Brandon Fenn he stated. The other staff who did not work on 12/28/2021- Tall guy and Counter clerk are The best…Fast Forward its 444pm my food, is hot and ImAt the US Cafe location on Spring Road: It’s far more Cleaner and better with far less management Excuses just add overall Faster and far Better Service.
I ordered the Atomic wings and they were absolutely disgusting. There was not flavor except a spicy moldy lipstick taste. NEVER ORDER THOSE!!!
I placed an easy order for pick up. 2 turkey burger combos. Get home and find that what I got was 1 turkey burger and 1 beef burger. SMH Although the manager kindly replaced the order, the frustration of having to go out again after a long day at work was frustrating to say the least. The nonchalant attitude of the staff didnt help either. The food was decent but the service left a bad taste.
I think US Cafe is a better value than 5 guys. Much better variety as well.
Ive been here a few times and it’s decent food but today I’m eating my burger and pull a long black HAIR out of my mouth. I know accidents happen but hair nets would be a good idea. I called wanting a refund and was only offered in store credit. I don’t want to eat here ever again why would I want a credit? I spent $24 and left a 20% tip just to gag on another humans hair.
Unfortunately my experience today was not well and I frequent this location alot. The customer service was horrible today. I called in and was on hold for 3 minutes by a young lady who didnt acknowledge when I called but immediately put me on hold upon answering and never came back. The second time I called I got another person who took the order. When I arrived to pickup my order I got in line only to notice another lady walk to the side and picked her yo go order up Immediately. I asked the front cashier whom didnt speak or greet upon my stepping to the counter- had I known we could walk up I wouldnt have done so. She did not comment or seem to think it applicable to reply.The bag was handled to me on the counter without direction as to where to get my drink or any condiments as if I didnt need instruction.The fries were cold so I gave the bag back and stated Ill wait. Five minutes later a manager comes up and gives the approval to recook my fries which will now have a cold veggie burger.I wouldnt normally explain this ordeal but customer service is not optional. If you are dealing with customers its important to be courteous, apologize for inconveniences and to ensure they come back.I didnt appreciate the service and it needed to be noted duly the front counter and likely management could use some customer service training immediately.
I eat here couple of times, sometimes I get confused on what to order depending on the cash at hand, lol. When next you ordering,try the wings, chicken tenders , fries 😋 .I advise you order online or via call to avoid the Wait time especially in the evening/night cos the store is super busy.

I decided to be lazy today and placed an order through UBER eats. I ordered 2 orders of wings and fries. I asked that both wing orders be xtra crispy all flats. Why is it so hard to get xtra crispy wings? Why put that as an option when you had no plans to even cook them crispy? I even asked for regular sauce on them and they were doused in sauce. I am very disappointed with my order and I will only pick up from now on because that seems to be the only time they will get your order correct.
The girl Celine had GREAT customer service, she was really nice & the atmosphere felt positive… And Celine definitely knows how to do her job.. keep up the good work!!! & it don’t seem like she’s faking it, it actually seems like she enjoys her job!

First time visit. Like with most restaurants they are suffering for staff but still service is good. I got a chicken philly. It was okay but the onion rings were fab! I am guessing the burgers are really good and they have Turkey burgers as well. I normally go to American Deli but this will be a 2nd go to for sure. Prices are comparable to American Deli. Will go back again.

I’m a fan of US Cafe but this one didn’t stand out to me. The fries, although not that good in general, were tasteless. The burger I ordered was average and my husband (who loves their wings) did not enjoy the Cajun wings. I ordered 30 mins from closing so I would hope that wouldn’t impact the quality of the food but needless to say, the best part of the meal was my fruit punch Powerade. I may be back but at the this time, I don’t think I would like to be disappointed again.
This wasnt the first time my order was incorrect, but its my last visit. Its usual for food to be prepared incorrectly here. I didnt ask for cheese, but they added cheese. I said no mustard or mayo, I got no ketchup, but had mustard. The raw and grilled onions I asked for were left off. The shake I ordered wasnt ready with the order so I had to wait while it was being made. I was told they would text me when it was done, but they wrote down the wrong number even though its in the CRM. The beef didnt taste like beef. I see no reason to go back after the 5 or so times Ive eaten there, it has never been a very good meal.
Cheeseburger is awesome. Fries are fried and salted. Milkshake was on point. Wings were well cooked and served so hot we had to wait a few minutes before eating them.. They have full covid protections in place and very limited seating.
My complete order was trash. The quality was poor and the wings were old with no flavor. After speaking with the manager he was little to no help. US Cafe on Spring Road is so much better.
US Cafe is a great place for before or after ball games, passing thru, and/or chilling with friends or co-workers.You can choose so sit inside or outside, on the covered deck. You can play pool while you wait for your food to be ready.US Cafe has a great ambience. Check them out. You wont be disappointed.
The wings were awful I ordered chicken wings however I got a few whole wings with feathers still on them also a worker was clearly on break and was talking extremely loud on the patio. Sorry Jr crickets are next door might need to try them out again.

This place is turning into yet another waste of space bc of entitled youth bc when you ask them a question you get attitude problems. Then your food comes out it’s all wrong and when you ask them to fix it they act Like it’s a problem. You fired the best MGR you guys ever had or actually he quit probably bc you wouldn’t pay him the money he was worth! If you are just going to run a dump now we won’t be coming back
My husband loves the black bean Burger. Hes not a meat eater and the price for it is great compared to other restaurants. Their fries are always delicious and I get the regular cheeseburger and it is wonderful as well. We hadnt been in a while because of some health issues I had and I couldnt get out of the house but when we went back recently they have totally remodeled the inside and its really really nice!
Best lemon pepper wings in Atlanta, my personal favorite type of fries(hand-cut and just the right texture of crispy and soft), and the burgers are just like homemade. Decent variety of drink/beer choices. Great sanitation practices. Parking is a little cramped at lunch time so I order ahead of time and bring someone to run in and pick up the order. Smyrna/Vinings staple restaurant.
Not impressed...just open late.. Beware of the tall girl with the attitude - she DOESNT was her hands 🤢.

Update 10/23/2021 Ordered the same chicken salad The lettucewas Soggy ,All of the vegetables were soggy. The chicken has the cheese melted over the top, never had it that way before. The salad was small and just not good or fresh. Not worth price.
Quality was hit and miss for a while. Service is still a bit slow.Edit: 09/11/21, its been years since Ive been here, figured Id give them another chance.Their service is somehow worse. Pickup order for Uber Eats showed ready at 5:29 right as I arrived. Cashier told me it wasnt ready yet, itll be another 5 minutes. I waited a total of 20 with my order no where I sight.Take your money to Five Guys instead. Their burgers and fries are better, and they care about your time.
The food could have been much better.. I ordered the 10 piece Cajun wings.. I was disappointed they didnt have it as a combo meal only for the 6 piece.. I had to purchase fries separate and paid a total of $14 for wings and fries. Wings were small like monkey fingers..
I like the burgers and fries here. The burgers taste like they are made from quality meat. The French fries are crispy and taste like potatoes.The cost of the food is reasonable.The staff is friendly.I have heard about but not tried the crispy chicken salad. A patron that was there ordered and raved about it. I will try the salad and hot dogs another time.However, I do not eat in because the interior looks run down and unkept to me.The kitchen is visible and that looks clean.There is a dining area outside too.
So my kids and I have been coming here for 2/3 years easily one of my favorite spots to get a good turkey burger from. Especially since we dont eat red meat. However today aside from my order being incorrect and paying for extra toppings that I didnt get; As I was about to leave out with my order the manager (im assuming) decided to tell me we cant give you turkey burger kids meals anymore. I told him Ive been ordering the same order here for years. He told me well we cant do that. I wouldve been understanding had he of said its an upcharge. But seeing as this is the only thing we eat and the customer service is clearly lacking ill just order from the Spring Rd location going forward. Disappointed...
Burgers and fries were great, and there is a wide variety of sides. My only critique is that the shakes were a little thin.
This is my go to wings spot! Delicious homemade wing sauce and ranch that I love to dip the fries into. Everyone I take to this place loves the wings! I usually get the medium wings and I like that you can ask for them to be extra crispy. Its hard for me to get wings anywhere else anymore! My boyfriend has also gotten the veggie burger before and was impressed.
I use to order from here all the time but today is the last day I order from any us cafe! Not only did they put only half my order up for uber eats to pick up they also blame everyone but themselves. My Wife called and spoke to a lady who told us exactly what was missing from our order and that it was uber eats fault. Once I got outta class at 10pm I called and a man answered and when I repeated what may Wife was told he claims thats not what the lady told my Wife. Then when I asked why half the order was put out he dont know anything about that because he was not up front. When I told him my Wife didnt eat so can I pick it up he said they would have to charge me. I called to speak to the manager and then Milian said once the order is out they dont know whats been out, I told him the lady repeated exactly what was missing are you calling my Wife a lair? He said basically nothing they can do. Not one of them took ownership or apoloziged or cared to fix the situation they are more worried about blaming everyone elses. When I ask to speak to someone above him apparently theres no one!
As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I revisited this place recently. They seen to be losing the battle of customer service. They seem to be lowering their customer service standards to serve people who expect to be treated like they are accustomed to doing business in places with No Refunds signs or places that would have bullet proof glass. Example: I ordered 35 wings and they gave me 3 sauces - specifically, 2 Blue Cheese and 1 Ranch. I requested 1 more Ranch and they said it would cost $0.58. In 15 years of frequenting their establishment, they have never given less than 4 sauces for such a large order. Also, they have never charged for more. But as it seems to me that they have begun to hire more of Popeyes employees, they are starting to offer Popeyes customer service and starting to attract Popeyes clientele. I am no longer interested in driving 45 minutes, past the other wing places to visit my familys favorite. Customer service is too important to my dignity. As far as the wings, when the right cook is in, they are excellent. However, the wrong cook has been in many times when I have visited lately. When that cook is in, the wings are horrible. Check your order before you leave and have them redo them if they are not right. My college age kids opted out a long time ago. I was holding on for nostalgic reasons. Time to let the past go. I ordered a blackbean burger and it was amazing. Flavorable and filling. The sweet potato fries were very good. Cooked lil longer which i like. My fiance had regular fries they were good. The chips and salsa well its a good thing i ate at home. I had no warning! The homemade chips i believe were tasty and very yum plain. Now on salsa hand 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥Wow can we say there needs to be a word more intense when it comes to SPICY!! MY GOLLY MISS MOLLY! WHEW THIS WOMAN GREW HAIR ON CHEST AND NEEDED THE WAX STORE NEXT DOOR TO BE OPENED! Now my brother tests salsa sauce Ive tested many this one hands down is atomic and would be good for a challenge. Take kids here bet them to eat all the sauce with chips for $20. Sorry $20 will make them try but any cheaper theyll give up. Yogurt helped for minute. Id let it sit on different areas of tongue but then the heat came back.peanut butter burned the capisan out and put my tongue to a much more ease. I know im in south but warn someone. My nose is still drooling. My jack cola was good too in a bottle. I wish the pool tables were opened. After use spray that contact fabric spray. With covid happening we still need a lil fun in our lives.

I will never step foot in this place again. Before today US Cafe was my favorite place to order turkey burgers. Thanks to an unprofessional so-called manager, my experience was horrible. He was so busy flirting and winking at my co-worker, I ended up with a thrown-together, tiny, flat burger and less than acceptable fries. Meanwhile, he took the time to prepare a big, juicy, picture worthy meal for my coworker. When I brought it to his attention, he thought it was funny. Needless to say, he ruined my lunch and I will never patronize this particular US Cafe again. One star is actually too high of a score for the service I received today.
The young lady that took our order was great! When we received it my niece was trying to make sure it was correct and a different employee assured her it was all there and right! No such luck! When we got home with the food the wings were not what we ordered and they were not all that good :((((. The cheeseburger was great and the sweet potato fries too! I love lemon pepper crispy wings and thats not what I got! JR Cricket or The Wingstop!

Good wings, burgers, milkshakes. During covid-19 they have limited seating and nice distancing. Before covid I used to go and play pool and hang out with a few friends. Really nice place.
One of the best places for a straightforward burger and fries. I usually find myself eating the entire burger without putting it down. Not a bad place for kids and families either. Service can be a tad slow sometimes, but it is usually worth the wait!
Burgers were very overcooked, wifes was too dry to eat. Completely unexpected as typically they are excellent. I dont know what happened.
Theres zero reason to pay for fast food when a place like this exists. Also, the employees are always really really really nice. Management must know how to select them
1st time I came here with my sister and she got the house salad with grilled chicken and I got cheese burger and fries, EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS! Her salad was huge and she plenty of freshly grilled chicken and I tried some of it and it was fabulous, my cheeseburger was perfect! So I stopped by again tonight and got the same salad. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! It was like a completely different salad, the tiniest, coldest piece of chicken, a spits worth of cheese, just a bunch of chunk lettuce with NO SALAD DRESSING!!! I told the young woman several times what dressing I wanted, and yet NOTHING!! HOW DO YOU FORGET SALAD DRESSING?! I also ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings just in case (glad I did) however those were almost forgotten. As I waited a tall man came out and just handed them to me, unwrapped, so I just had to dump them in my bag. Really disappointed with tonights experience! I really hope this was an off night because I really want to like this place.
Overall I will say the food is good. Chips are fresh cut and the portions are generous. The pricing and the wait is the reason for the missing star. New owners have cleaned up the dining area, it looks really nice. Service is a little better than average.

Pretty good food and generous portions! Ranges from burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, and other vegetarian options. The cashier was very polite, so that was a plus. Laid back environment, they have 3 pool tables and Tvs everywhere. However, the place was a bit dirty. Trash on the floor, sticky floor, restroom wasnt the cleanest.
So....Ive only been here once but it wasnt the best. We ordered one of the lunch specials with wings. They have great prices and interesting variety but me and a friend called in an order to pick up and ended up with the exact same sauce on our food. That may work if the food isnt going to the same place but I ordered sweet, he ordered spicy. We got the same thing. I was disappointed. The food and the sauce was good, though, so thats a plus. I will try them again but hopefully Ill get exactly what I ask for.
Been here a few times, Not bad, food is tasty, and filling. Service is pretty decent too. I usually get the #1 (includes burgers, fries and drink) for $7.90. I feel the burger is small compared to that of Five Guys for a similar price point (although 5 guys smothers you with fries that would feed another Irish famine for weeks). All in all a good place to go for a decent meal. I havent tried the wings in a while, but they are touted on all the Tshirts the employees where, so maybe give them a whirl. From what I remember from my first visit here a few years ago was they were good. So there is that :)
Giving this one 5 stars. Portions not overblown. Priced right and tastes great. Pool tables if you want to shoot a round or two. The wife seemed to enjoy the wings (hot). We will probably be frequent visitors in the future. 👍
We love US cafe but its not a great place. The grill food is good, there are several veggie options, the kids love the kids menu with Jr cheeseburgers and hot dogs. But the service is always spotty - my order comes out correctly maybe 25% of the time. But there is pool, video games and lots of TVs. The staff is friendly. Ive never been when there wasnt a line. It always seems a tiny bit dirty. But the food is good. So we go a few times a month.
Great place for wings, the flavor is consistent, but the size of the wings arent, Ive seen them range from smalls to medium, and on the rare occasion just before a jumbo. Its a great place to eat, I just wish they would pick a wing size and stick with it, not just buy whatever is cheap that week from their supplier.
The US Cafe has one of the best hamburgers that I have ever had. A lot of the time th place is packed, but not always. It is a very popular restaurant and I have never heard anyone complain about it. It is a popular Friday lunch destination for people at my job. The fries are good. The sweet tea is good, but a little to sweet. They only have one restroom, but it is clean. They have several tvs showing different sports. They have indoor and outdoor seating. They have several pool tables.
Employees are very rude and act like they don’t want to take to-go orders. I just called to place a Togo order and before i could finish talking, i was hung up on. Terrible customer service.
I recently discovered US Cafe on Spring Rd in Smyrna and was very pleased with the meal. I had the 1/2 burger with fries and it was delicious. I was in the area so I went to the US Cafe on S Cobb and was very disappointed. First, for some reason, they do not serve the same kind of fries as the Spring Rd. location, they instead serve these skinny shoestring type fries that are just awful. My fries were also cold and greasy. I also ordered some mozzarella sticks but there was very little mozzarella cheese inside. The burger was equally disappointing. I asked for a burger with bacon, cheese and mustard only to receive a burger with no cheese. Also, the burger did not taste or look at all like the burger from the Spring Rd. location. Obviously, I will not be returning to this location.
They have great food like the best Philly cheese steak sandwich and wings. In the other day and they screwed up our order. Wings came mild while chicken strips came medium. Just the opposite of what we ordered and the order of wings was an order of 50. We had several dissatisfied folks in our group. No taking them back because of rumors on what workers do to your food.
Great burger place! Get your burger just the way you want it and a big side of fries. Worth the trip every time.

If u like soggy french fries then go there was absolutely the worst fries I ever had and I ordered 10 wings and just like the Chinese restaurant its only 5 wings thats broken up so they can call it 10 wings plus it was $17 for 10 wings and french fries needless to say I will never go back
Food is great !!! Wings are better than J.R. crickets in my opinion..... I will say the back of the restaurant including the bathroom itself smells like mold.... But as long as my food taste good it doesn’t really matter I guess😂
The burger doesnt disappoint. Come here for that and the great service any day. Ive gone to the other location before, but this location has pool tables and is more of a hang-out place. We sat outside on their outdoor covered patio. Definitely get a burger - you wont be disappointed, like I said.

I order a medium well Angus burger. What I got was an overdone supper thin patty of meat. My grandson wings took 30 minutes to come out by that time I was ready to go! I never really like them. They are overprice for the quality of the food and verrry sloooow!
The food is your typical American pub food. Weve tried the Angus Burger and the Chipotle Black Bean Burger and they were really good. Their fries are excellent. Do not make the mistake of going to the location on Spring Road expecting the same fries, they are very different and not very good. This location has fries that almost taste homemade. Customer service varies from ok to excellent.
My wife and I went for a late lunch after taking care of some business in Cobb County. It was around 3 oclock so, it wasnt very busy. Were actually from Newnan, which is quickly becoming somewhat of a mecca for foodies who enjoy trying new eateries.My wife ordered a burger and the Parmesan/garlic fries. I had the Philly cheese steak with onions and mushrooms and the same fries.First off, the fries are our new favorites, anywhere we go. My wife said she enjoyed the burger, which was juicy and cooked to perfection. Now, the Philly cheese steak is something else. Its a top contender for the best one Ive had! It was loaded with chopped steak 🥩 and plenty of mushrooms 🍄 and onions. The hoagie was very fresh and warm. I usually finish a Philly in one sitting. However, this was a sizeable sandwich which allowed me to enjoy a few bites later in the day. The leftover fries 🍟 reheated perfectly in our air fryer.The price would be in the $$1/2$ range but worth every dime.
My black bean burger was hard enough that I couldnt bite it.I couldve broken my windshield with it. Fries burnt from dirty grill. Tables and trash can were so dirty hadnt been cleaned all day. This place used to be packed. Only 5 Spanish guys shooting pool. 2 inside dining customers and 3 to go orders. People kept return there to go orders. The grill man never cleans off his grill.. The female cashier is lazy never cleans up till it just disgusting for customreal to look at!! Who is the owner?This place sucks....
Went to the smyrna branch for lunch.Advertised hand cut fries......got crinkle cut fries that looked like a failed zaxsby portion.8 fries so dry and hard.Onion rings dripping in grease and not crispy.The burger was like a hockey puck , dry over cooked and very very bland.I think the owners need to replace the cook.Cant call them a chef.... Barely call them a cook.False advertising. Way way over priced for the quality and quantity. Definitely not worth a return trip.
Food is really good. Except they don’t really have meals with drinks and fries included so it can get pricey. Placed order thru the phone and they said it would be 25 min wait ended up being 45 min wait for an order for two.
Looking for a good quality burger? Then stop by US cafe and enjoy their delicious burgers. I usually customize mine and order me a beer. Nice condiment section to. I love mustard and tobacco sauce. Not to mention the seasoning you can add to the crispy fries

I have never felt so disgusted with a place willing to serve food to the public. Beware! I have a long list but Ill try and keep it short.1- the girl that took my order initially ignored me and proceeded to have a conversation about how she got off easy on her probation sentence.2 - ordered 3 pitchers between our group and all of the different beer types were flat.3 - instead of bringing us our food they let it lay on the counter without notice for several minutes.4 - wings were very disappointingIn size and taste.5 - went to play golden tee and machine was covered with wing sauce as if it hadnt been cleaned in months.6 - restroom looks like a gas station in the hood.7 - if you are still considering this place - Godspeed
20 minutes for a burger and fries when literally there were no other customers in the restaurant. Ive never seen it that empty. Unreal that service was that slow today. 5/28/21.
Never disappointing until Covid-19 began. They have cut their standards and portions. Wing quality has gone way down. Need New management to renew owners commitment again. Hate to seek out other wing shop.
The burgers and wings are very good. The fries are not that good. Ive gone to several gormet burger joints across the metro area and so far they still have the best burger. My only regret is that we have lived in the area more than 10 yrs and just discovered this place last year.
The food was good but this place is slow and I saw a roach there once. I havent eaten here in years. I was picking up food for my niece and waited over an hour for 6 wings and fries. An order that she made online long before my arrival at the restaurant.
Good food, really slow when busy. Worth the wait though I think. Chicken wings are good size for the price. But dont eat in unless you want to leave smelling like a deep fryer.
Definitely needs some work but dont want to give up on it yet. Burnt my hamburger. Packaged my salad incorrectly. Spilled into the bag. Wasnt that good. Hope they can fix the problems for the future. Would suggest going to the other location in Smyrna until they get things straightened out.
I have never had a bad or even less than great visit to US Cafe. The food is so good I always have to order wings and a burger and fries combo. I only eat that much at this restaurant. I have eaten here since the 90s and its consistently above the mark!
Food is usually good but on the visit the wings were ok but turkey burger didnt seem like it was fresh, especially the old lettuce.

Established burger joint in the Cumberland area of Cobb County. Serves one of the best old fashioned cheeseburgers to be found in Metro Atlanta. Lemon pepper wings should not be missed. Reasonable prices. Large selection of draft and bottled beers. Great retro look inside. Highly recommend.
Order from here regularly. Love the wings and the quesadillas, always wait but food is great. There was a white girl, tattoo all on her arm and seemed to be pregnant, I have noticed her there every weekend. She was taking walk in orders, phone orders, and handing out togo orders, Very nice girl, greeted everyone. Us cafe needs more employees like her, especially at night time. On the other hand I Don’t think she should have been working alone. Need more staffing.
Nice place to grab a burger and fries. Can be a little hit or miss at times. The turkey burger is always a safe bet though. The interior was updated a while ago and it looks much better than before.

Honorable experience.... placed on hold for 8 minutes, then it was hung up, only to call again, and she immediately put me on hold, now it has been 10 minutes, no one ever came back to take my order... very unprofessional and if its busy on football Saturday which it probably was.... schedule enough people to accommodate your work flow!!! Smh, never again. Now 13.35 minutes... they still never came back!!! Guess I wont get my food from here today, thanks a lot!!!

One of my favorite wing places in Atlanta. I love the Lemon Pepper wings here. The menu has expanded. They have a couple of pool tables, too. Its a great family establishment. Parking is limited during the day, but in the evening it is ALL mine.

They are very slow. Meal will come out of the kitchen out of order or parts at vastly different times. Want some cheese stick appetizers? They will come out after the other people on the same ticket have their burgers and fries.They messed up our wing order. Acted angry at us, when it was on the order ticket right. They remade the wings with the scrawniest wings with zero drums. They dumped butter over them and barely dusted the lemon pepper.
Maybe its just me..... Or maybe based on past reviews I should have ordered a burger.Needless to say I was not impressed. I went to US Café only because it was a meeting spot for my run group. And it was able to accommodate about 11 of us fine with high top tables. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about, so I wont write about it here either. There are 3 pool tables and some TVs so with enough beer you can be entertained.I ordered a 10 piece lemon pepper wings. Blah. The wings were quite small so I am glad I got 10. The flavor was blah and watery. I should have taken a picture of the left over grease? and lemon paper seasoning in the bottom of the basket. They were cooked well just not flavorful. I think it was blue cheese that came with it. I love some blue cheese. Dip my finger in and pull out chunks of blue cheese love blue cheese. This was just a watered down version of probably a non brand blue cheese dressing.And not one sliver of a piece of celery. None.They had about 4 beers on draft and with so many beer selections in the world today they had no real good ones. I had yuengling and that was the best choice.My group didnt verbalize any complaints but mostly everyone else had burgers.You have to order your food at the counter and then wait for them to call you. Listen carefully because you can definitely not understand your name as it is called. Hopefully I wont have to go back for another meeting.

I had a wing combo, which was just average. Chicken was ok, fries were terrible. There was also a cashier who had the nastiest attitude there could be. She looked like she absolutely hated her job and her life I guess because she delivered zero customer service.
Im not sure whats happened in a year but we always come here when we visit. Waited 40 minutes for 6 cajun wings before we gave up. The cook gave us bbq wings THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. The staff at the counter doesnt seem to know the product either. All around fail. So disappointing.
I always enjoy coming here. The food is great, the restaurant is super clean and your food order is always correct unlike other places. The cost of the food is very reasonable. Awesome patio. A great place to go on a date or outing with friends.Darius

What in the ghetto,unmanaged place is this? Went in on 10/29 around 730pm to order wings and did not anticipate walking out about an hour later. From the rude servicers,food trays literally throwed on counters to the order names blasted on the intercom out if frustration because if the overwhelming rush of customers. My two orders of the wings combos were packed in a cheap thin paper bag only to break and spill all over the floor. This was the worst experience and I had to take my tip out of the tip jar because the waiter became frustrated for the overwhelming crowd. Will never be back.
Ordered a black bean burger with French fries. My fries were cold contact manager and wasn’t form to order in the future fresh french fries. I think that was unacceptable that I would have to tell a restaurant that I want my french fries fresh.
These people have no respect for your time. I ordered 20 pc chicken over the phone. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Wait there order still not ready. 20 minutes later still waiting. Spoke with supervisor who expressed no concerns for delay. She didnt even apologize. Cancelled my order and went to American deli. They had the order ready within 8 minutes

I havent heard of this place until recently, but Ive fallen in love with this cute little cafe! Their food service is always quick with your food coming up steaming and delicious everytime, and a big shout out to the staff who are always so polite. Great place for family and friends to dine in as well

Initially the visit was good until it took over an hour to get a burger (which was cooked wrong) and they still forgot our wings (which were also cooked wrong and the wrong sauce). Cook staff was rude and there was no management on staff... Which really showed! Do not think that well be going back anytime soon.
Usually kinds of slow. Recently I ordered my food ahead of time and coincidently it got fine before I got there. Their to go orders just sit on a rack so my food was cold by the time I got it home. Plus my burger was over cooked.

I was really looking forward to picking up my wings after work. It took forever. Then when my order was finally ready they told me they had given my order to someone else accidentally. They didnt tell me and give me the option to cancel. I just sat there waiting. And they offered nothing to make up for their mistake
Me and my husband maybe go here once a month or once every other month. The food is consistently good a little pricey for wings but well worth it. Last night around 8p-Monday-December 18th we arrived at US Cafe but first we called and the line was busy. As soon as we walked in we were escorted out because of some type of private event. So youre closed on a MONDAY (Monday night football time) and you dont even bother to put a recording on your fone to say, Were closed due to an event. OH OH the young man who escorted us out said, we have a sign on the door. Honey--I can see a sign on the door from HOME! Needless to say we were ticked! After passing 3 wings spots only to get to this one and be turned away. I wouldve expected more from this establishment. Weve had issues in the past but I find over and over again is when you have ANY issue and you ask to speak with a manager you immediately feel like this person youre speaking to is totally inexperienced. They listen and they offer no solutions. Im not sure what criteria they have for management but this area definitely needs some attention along with not updating clients of current events.

Neighborhood bar tucked away in a cluster of shops adjacent to a QT on South Cobb Drive. Entrees are reasonably priced. Location is popular for families and this location is busy but not overwhelmingly crowded on college or NFL game Sunday afternoons. Location has pool tables and a selection of big screen televisions.

Good bar food but not the cleanest place as you slide on the floors in the dining area. It was extremely hot the last time we were in which didnt complement the hot wings.
I took a chance and went to this location despite what I read because I didnt want to drive all the way to Spring Rd....BIG MISTAKE! should have drove to Spring Rd heck the Buckhead location. The wings were so dry it was horrible. I will stick to the rivers and lakes that I am use to and just go to Spring Rd or the Buckhead location were its always fresh and juicy. Will never return the price I paid does not match up to the quality

Ordered a Turkey Burger on Uber Eats last night and it was the best burger I have had in years. I don’t eat beef or pork (it’s been 3 years since I’ve had either), but dabble in poultry from time to time.The turkey 1/2 burger with american cheese = AH-MAZING!It’s also filling. I ate one half of the burger with fries for dinner and the other half the following day for lunch. It was still delicious one day later.
I dont know who took over ownership but the service has increased ten fold! I had stopped coming for a while because service was slow and quality had gone down. Now its great

My burger was the size of a sausage. It was over cooked as well. Looked nothing like the pictures. Fries were good.
Decent burgers. I recall the food being much better the last time I was in there a couple years ago. They do support the military and offer a military discount, so that gets them a bonus star.

We just had our second visit the US Cafe. They have a pretty decent menu, a wee bit high on the prices but you leave feeling satisfied for the most part. Theres a 90s arcade room in the back area with two pool tables. Its a nice play to hang out with your pals and share a pitcher of beer.
The food was okay, but while I was eating I saw two German cockroaches on my table, one of them was on my tray before I noticed it. Roaches in the open, during daylight, is a clear indication of an infestation.
For 20 years we have been going here. We have never gotten a bad meal. We dont even live here anymore but make sure to eat at the US Cafe when in town.
Good burger. Good Fries (ask for them to be extra extra extra crispy). They have bottle and draft beer. Wings are a little too wet for what I like. Lots of TVs and they have a couple of pool tables.

Ive ordered food from here 3 times. The order has been incorrect each time. Once, they left an entire burger out of the order, I had to drive all the way back to get it, and they did nothing to compensate for my inconvenience.
Dont get me wrong, their food is great but Im giving them 1 star on this visit bc I reiterated over and over that I wanted my cheeseburger only with meat and cheese and ketsup, no salt on the fries, but I get home, my cuz mad bc the burger was fully loaded with everything including onions and my fries were loaded with salt, cooks cove got to do better and pay attention what they are doing but hadnt they been closed then Id take it back, guess Ill do that tomorrow

If youre a native or long time resident of the Smyrna are then you know about the giud vittles from US Cafe. When me and my mom venture to Cumberland mall we usually stop by and grab to eat afterwards. The hamburgers, wings and grilled chicken salads are AMAZING!!! Oh and dont forget the milkshake for your sugar rush 😍😁👍
They had a excellent manager the black guy who made sure all food came out tasting so good. The cook they have now the food is not so good.

Usually a 5-star experience, but the new guy in the register goofed my order, and the kitchen left some stuff on that my husband is allergic to so they had to remake the order. Manager was immediately apologetic.

2022-07-06Tonights staff has truly earned my ire. Ive been a regular customer at this location for almost six years now. I wouldnt say US Cafe is the best place, but theyre open later than most other places, and the food is petty good. Quality and cleanliness can sometimes be an issue, but never enough to keep me from coming back. But tonight was something different entirely. Tonight was an unmitigated disaster of an inedible meal. I ordered a normal burger combo, and ended up with so little edible food that I had to go somewhere else to eat. This was such a huge failure that it might be the second time in my life that I stop going to a restaurant based on a single bad experience.It started with not having sweet tea. I ordered around 9:30pm. Theres about a 50/50 chance to be out of sweet tea that late. I cant do normal fountain drinks, so I had water. I knew that ordering my drink. No drink, no big deal. Im not going to cause trouble for the employees over one cup of tea.Then, I got home and realized my fries were beyond overcooked. Some of the fries had been cooked so long they were the consistency of potato chips all the way through. A normal sized fry, completely solid all the way through. So hard I couldnt break it without using two hands. I would try to describe the texture using other foods, but they were so hard you literally couldnt eat them. It felt like biting into a brick. Sometimes that happens with one or two fries, but I dug through them only to realize more than half the fries were small potato flavored rocks. Out of the entire large fry, there were single digit numbers of edible fries. Ridiculous.My last hope to get any food out of my trip rested on the burger. That was okay, I thought, since their burgers have always been pretty good. Usually the burgers are fresh and juicy enough that the bun is a bit soggy by the time I get home. Except tonight. Whatever happened to the fries happened to the burger. One bite was all it took to realize it was dry, flavorless, and an entire inch of the outer edge was crunchy. Imagine that. A crunchy burger. With the most pitiful single wilted slice of lettuce. But you dont have to imagine what this disaster looked like, because I took a picture. The best part is, I opened my burger to find it was missing a bite sized chunk. Its hard to really convey how terrible this meal was using a picture, since smart phone cameras try their hardest to make everything pretty. Just imagine that everything is a lot more gray.I started off this post upset and angry, but Im honestly impressed at this point. Not a single item I ordered was edible. Changing from years of good food to this disaster with zero warning is astounding. Im having a hard time imagining what went wrong. I ordered online like I normally do, and left home immediately after. Its less than a ten minute drive. No drink, that was normal. Ruining fries? Okay, a new hire must not know to keep the fryer clean from the residue from an entire days worth of cooking. Disgusting, but things happen. But how did they manage to overcook the burger so badly the outside turned into jerky? It shouldnt be possible to burn a burger that badly in that limited amount of time. It was unusual for them to have my order ready so fast after I arrived. Was the burger left out under a heat lamp for an hour? Maybe it had something to do with one sixth of the meat being missing? Do they just not cook fresh food anymore? Was the chef replaced with an unpaid intern? Whatever happened, Im done eating at this location for the foreseeable future. Ill let someone else waste their money until Im confident theyve fixed whatever problem was in their kitchen. Management needs to look into whatever the Tuesday evening staff are doing.

2022-07-04No one at the counter when I came in. Waited a good 5-10 minutes to be helped. Had to ask the cook to get someone. Maybe a total of 5 people dining in the whole place. Ordered at 3:55. Order arrived at 4:25. Cold. Wings are dried up and sad. They are basically just skin and bones. Overpriced and underwhelming. The whole throwing your order in a bag for dine-in guests is very off-putting and pretty lazy. McDonald’s has better service and serves dine-in guests on a tray.

2022-04-07Terrible experience! Not one to complain about food but I asked for Cajun dry rub and got this . Literally Cajun on one wing. And missing my other part of the order . This is ridiculous.

2022-04-15These new fried pickles are a horrible pathetic rip off. It doesn’t even come with pickles. They literally shaved the pickle off of the skin and just fried the skin. My box was more than 3/4 of just fried crumbs with a little bit of pickle skin.

2022-05-21Nice clean local spot. The food is good especially the burgers. Ive been going here for about 7 yrs. I love the old staff but now starting to see different faces on a regular. Doesnt take away from the food or service though.

2022-05-07Although the wait was a bit long tonight, the burger and onion rings were delicious. The bun was toasted and beef had that nice searing around the edges. As a matter of fact I ate them while driving home, because I couldnt wait.

2021-08-11I placed my order over the phone and was told my order would be ready in 20minites, it was. I ordered 2 Philly cheese steak quesadillas. The girl taking the order over the phone didnt know the difference between jalapenos and green bell peppers. She told me it didnt come with green bell peppers but with jalapenos. I told her I didnt want jalapenos but did want green bell peppers. She told me they didnt carry green bell peppers 🤦🏾♀️. I took a gamble and said ok put the jalapenos on it. I got a text as I was walking in saying that my order was ready. Low and behold it was green bell peppers on my quesadilla with everything else that it normally comes with and no jalapenos.... 🥴🤣 Anywho, my food was decent, the guy at the counter was nice, and the place appeared clean.Update 12:41am I take a bite out of the other one and it burns my mouth... Open it up and guess what???? Its green BELL PEPPERS AND JALAPENOS!!!!!!!!!!!Update: I spoke with the girl that took my order today and she was apologetic and and explained the discrepancy. I spoke with the manager Milan and he agreed to replace the wrong order and said that I have up to 3 months to use the credit.Thanks

2022-05-13They need to work on their customer service skills! The lady manager mainly.... The milk shake was watery, the drink machines were down. The manager didnt try to make it right with my food order. It was my first time there and Im very disappointed! I was scared to eat there and the store needs a good detailed cleaning as well.

2022-02-05If I could give this establishment 0 stars and a U rating I would. The service is beyond subpar and I have never seen a restaurant in such chaos. I ordered my food online, arrived and there were at least 20 people in the lobby waiting for food (clue #1), I gave my name and order information, they had orders stacked all over the counter (clue 2), as customers frustrations were rising because no orders were given out, back kitchen cooks kept bringing more and more food out, piling up on the counter. Receipts and some of the prepared food fell on the floor. Not once did I see any employee throw the dropped food away and replace it. I was told by “general manager” Brandon that my order would be another 20 min. After waiting almost 45 min! Was not offered any apology. Needless to say. I got my money back and would never step foot in such a horrible establishment unless they completely change out mgmt/staff. I really hate that a neighborhood establishment is this bad! Go elsewhere for better service!
