Easy experience all around, friendly staff, a smokin hot lady who made me a cool deal on a sweet ride.
I found this auto center via another car search site as I was looking for a certain vehicle which they had listed. In working with the owners and staff to purchase this vehicle, I found them to be respectful, honest and reasonable with me during the business transaction. Based on their years in the auto business, they helped me find ways of saving money with the business legal paperwork and Im grateful for their help. There were several follow up post purchase items with the vehicle that needed to be addressed and they took care of them promptly with a smile.During my purchase of my vehicle during the Christmas holiday, the owners of this auto center had several prior customers in the office wishing them a holiday greeting and dropping of goodies to eat in appreciation for their service over the years. I was impressed with the sincerity of the customers comments toward this auto center as this made me feel good as a consumer.I have shared my sales experience with others and recommend V & V Auto Center!

Wonderful company and we bought a great car with low mileage. Lu is knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly and has a great staff also. She even had the car cleaned for us today before we got there and it was sparkling! My daughter and I had a terrible experience with another car dealer this week and we wish we had come here first.
In my 65 years I have purchased several vehicles both new and used, and dealt with many auto dealers. I must say, my experience purchasing a vehicle from V & V Auto Center was one of my most gratifying experiences buying a vehicle. The honesty, integrity and service of the staff far exceeded my expectations. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from V & V Auto Center and recommend my family and friends to them.
I can truly say if you need a car this is the place to purchase.
Terrible experience. Bought a car and it’s been in the shop more than we’ve had it at home. Thousands of dollars of problems…we should have had it checked out before we bought it. The car repair shops said they knowingly sold us a car with major issues. Don’t trust these people.
Though it is not a body shop, it includes all the tools to fix a car. The owner couple is very nice, helpful and professional. They provided different options to fix our car, gave reasonable pricing, and clearly described the pricing and options if our first choice doesnt work. In the end, they nicely did the fix with our first choice which is the cheapest.
Everyone there is so nice and understanding. If they see you have good intentions, they will work with you but you have to be upfront and honest. I truly recommend business with them. Lu is great and so is the rest of them ..
Great experience dealing with V & V. The owners have always been nice, understanding & addressed any issues I may have had. Ive had my Honda for five years now & just paid it off this week. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fair, honest, and capable dealer who cares about customers and their needs. I own a relatively old car for five years and all along I have been able to get it fixed by them very fast for a great quality and a much lower price than other dealers. They only do the repairs that are necessary and always try to not make you pay for unnecessary work. Great job!
I highly recommend this family owned business. I have purchase many vehicles for my sons and myself for over 10 years. They are very very honest, explain your purchase and finance options . Their prices can beat any in the area and most time you end up with equity going into the deal so that if you need to resale or an accident occurs you are not upside down. Financing is done in house and with local banks that give great options depending on your credit. Also they have a repair and bodyshop service that can take care of all your repair needs!
,Five months ago I gave V and V 5 star.... But now I give them - 1.... They dont return calls... The only time they call is when its time to pay the note. I need a Ecu and throttle sensor which they were supposed to fix when I got it..................... It is now three months later now the truck does not drive at all and Im stuck with a $5,920 repair bill I have not had the vehicle a year yet. Owners wife had the nerve to tell me did you know you bought a used vehicle......
The staff at V and V Auto go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Theyre by far, the best used car dealership in Cobb County. I grateful for the service and happy Ive made the choice do business with them.
Jack and Lue was everything and more!!! Good service all the way around. They made me feel welcome and answer ever question I had. I bought a 2015 Honda Accord ELX and they made sure everything was perfect. They even bought lunch. I would recommend anyone to buy from them.
I bought a nice and very sporty car with them, no issues with the car and low millage. 6 speed transmission, very smooth.Couple of days later I realized I had to change some sensors of the car, and they replaced them for me at no cost. The owner is a very nice guy and his team is very professional. Also they can fix anything.

Mr. Ali, the owner is awesome. I have been doing business with his car lot and or repair shop for about 8 years now and the service is always genuine and great. They are all nice people who understands customers and their needs. They have bent over backwards for me on several occasions. This kind of superior service just does not happen all the time, but when it does, its best to hold on to it. This is why I am a repeat customer. Keep up the great work Mr. Ali and staff.
What a wonderful surprise! Pleasant and honest, the folks at V&V Autos were my salvation after my 1-girl car of 18 years was totaled. I dreaded the hunt for a suitable replacement and, until I found V&V, my fears were being fulfilled. These accomodating and realistic people helped me find the right car at the right price, specifically, within my budget, clean and not too many miles. I recommend V&V wholeheartedly.
Not the best experience Ive had. I called over a 2009 white Mini Cooper that had been in the lot for just over 3 months. Talked to a salesman who was generally not very professional over the phone yelling to his receptionist for documents on the car. I asked him basic questions and explained that my main concern was the shape of the car. If there was any cosmetic or mechanical wear and tear. He assured me there was none. So my dad and I drove down to meet with him about it. Theyre all very friendly and polite but the vehicle was extremely worn. Not only had it been sitting out for a few months but when I test drove it the brakes were deathly. They were about metal to metal when I was using them. Even the emergency brakes wouldnt hold the car in place unless you pulled the lever to the max but I wouldnt trust it there either way. There were upsetting damages like the sideview mirror and front end had scratches and broken trim but Im pretty sure he said they were going to fix it and the parts were already on their way. Not a huge deal but considering it would have been nice to know ahead of time (being that was the whole purpose of calling in the first place and no damges was the report). The transmission was great but the electronics were finicky (my window kept going down when I was pushing it to go up) and the engine was in sketchy shape. It did not start up the way it should have and the motor whined and shook like it had just hit 175,000 miles. Its a 64,000 mile vehicle with no accidents. There was something very wrong with the suspension or nearby because it had a constant clanging sound like something was dangerously loose. I had the option to test drive it till they closed but I didnt want to be in that for more than 15 minutes. I love mini coopers to death but more metaphorically. The salesman is not going to give you the best honest opinion out there. If youre desperate for honesty then go elsewhere. Again, theyre still nice people, but I would take their advice with a grain of salt.
My experience at V&V Auto Center has been great, everybody there was friendly and very helpful. I like the fact that they will work with you and try to give you the best treatment and best offer for your budget. On top of all that I am LOVING my new car.
Ive gotten my 4th car from this place and I have never really had any major issues with any vehicle only minor things and they are so caring of their cars and customer that they repaired what ever it was that I brought to their attention with no cost to me with in that month of purchasing a vehicle. They are very friendly to me an pleasant that I dont think I will I buy a from no other lot but them. I have been late on car payments before and they are more than nice to give me time to catch up instead of just repo like most other places. I have gotten a 05 Nissan Maxima, 03 Lexus ES, 04 Mazda RX8, and now I just got a 05 Infiniti G35 from them all cars were good to me and the prices are not threw the roof. I love the way they deal with me the owners and receptionist are very nice to me. I dont have any complaints about this place.

Sam and Jaques are fantastic. The whole staff is. This is a great place to buy a car. They actually know there stuff and go the extra mile to get you in the car you want. I definitely will be back to buy my girlfriends car.

Bait & Switch Scam! Spoke to dealer about car in Craigslist ad. Claimed to sell car 10 minutes before we arrived. Showed us more expensive cars in much worse shape. Same car is still in their lot & listed on Craigslist with updated photos.

2022-04-30I would gave it 10 start if it is possible,V & V are awesome, I needed car desperately they didnt take advantage of me, they show me nice car in my state of preference. With great price range, any time you call them they always answer Ms. Lu was helpful they make feel family. They only dealerships I can trust, they are honest and true.... I love them so much, truthful people. Anything I need they provided it for me. I wish everyone is honest and trust worthy as V & V.

2021-10-01I just bought a 2008 Honda Odyssey from Jack and Lu. The experience so far has been great. Lu especially, was very transparent with me and was very helpful. I only had a few intangibles with vehicle so far. Wish me luck!!🙂 Oh yeah, they even let me drive one of their vehicles while they repaired the one I bought from them. I will keep you guys posted. 2022-04-09Please read before you buy a vehicle here.Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Bought a car here & we’ve had it less than a year and paid hundreds in car repairs. We took it straight to a certified service center and we need 4,000 worth of repairs because our vehicle engine was on the brink of exploding. When we brought it to the owners, they’re reponse was that we had bought a used car, and refused to help us in any way. Considering we drive on the highway every day, and it became our family car this has been one of the most stressful and infuriating experiences I have ever gone throguh. The owners and the employees are nothing but unresponsible and uncompassionate. It’s a scam and dangerous to sell such bad shape vehicles to people, please look somewhere else besides here to buy your next car.

2021-02-26I called one day and LU have me some very else advise. I decided to take her advice and get a loan from my banker. I came back the very next day and was uncertain I would even find a car with the bank stipulations. The was nothing that for my criteria, however they found two super nice Nissans, and they made it work with the one I liked best. It was easy to talk to them and they were very honest and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I will never go anywhere else and my husband is going to purchase his next truck there!!. I was out the door at $4000.00 under book value!!! They all as a staff, are awesome!!

2021-07-19My wife and I bought our first car (an Audi A4) from Jack & Lu at V & V Auto Center back in 2007 which turned out to be one of the most productive pleasant experiences weve ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Ive purchased several vehicles from V & V since because they make the experience EASY. The Audi lasted me for 3 years until we sold it to a KSU student about 3 years later. Afterwards, we referred our daughter to purchase a BMW 330i from V&V. She loved that car and kept it for several years. Lastly, I assisted one of my employees with purchasing a car from them and he still enjoys his car to this day. We trust the entire team at V&V for one overriding reason - they are quite competent and that trait by any dealer is extremely difficult to find. See Maria who is great when it comes to creating a buy here pay here experience or she will work with your lending institution if needed. If you have an concerns they are willing to be go overboard to help bring your issues to close quickly.For reasonable prices, competent service and a great relationship after the sale V & V cant be beat!

2019-02-20Great, reputable place! I bought a 2013 Mazda2 from them in September, and it is perfect. I took it for inspection at the Mazda dealership a month after buying it, and everything checked out! It runs great, looks great, and is exactly what I wanted. The dealership is small and family-owned, and the owners are so nice and welcoming. I can’t say much about the in-house financing because I paid for my car in full, but I would definitely trust these people!
