WHEN I FIRST STARTED COMING TO THIS SHOP I LOVED THE FACT THAT IT WAS BLACK OWNED, ALSO THE STAFF SEEMS TO BE FRIENDLY, BUT LATELY WHEN PEOPLE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE OWNER SHE IS ALWAYS LATE AND MOSTLY NEVER THERE SHE MAKE YOU AN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE YOU WAITING ALLDAY OR SOMETIMES SHE DONT BOTHER TO SHOW UP AND WHEN SHE DO SHE HAVE HER SCREAMING BABY WITH HER ON TOP OF THAT, THERE IS A VERY BAD SMELL IN THE SHOP NOW AS IF A SEWAGE HAS BURTS AND LANDED ON THOSE NAIL TABLES OR CAME UP THROUGH THE PEDICURE BOWLS AND STAYED THERE. I REALLY HATE TO SEE THIS SHOP GO UNDER BUT I REALLY WOULD SUGGEST THEY CLEAN THIS PLACE UP AND PLUG IN SOME AIR FRESHNER RIGHT NOW I WOULDNT BRING MY DOG TO GET GROOM THERE SMH AND OWNER PLEASE STOP SCHEDULING ME IF YOU CANT SEE ME AND HATS OFF TO THE OTHER YOUNG LADY THATS ALWAYS THERE SHE DOES A GREAT JOB BUT SHE CAN ONLY SEE HER APPOINTMENTS FIRST I GET IT......

I loved the online booking feature. I selected my services and received confirmation within 24 hours. Also received reminder text and emails with easy options to reschedule or cancel appointment. Location was easy to find and free parking on street. Its not your fancy stylish location but setup was great keeping all services separate. Staff was very welcoming and professional. I was very satisfied with my hair, pedicure and manicure. Tye and Brittani really paid attention to detail and my needs. Highly recommended. Another big plus was punctuality!
These ladies are friendly, thorough, and TALENTED. I came out of my pedicure last month feeling rejuvenated and out of my hair appointment yesterday feeling fly. They do everything and they do it well. Go here, yall!

It was my first visit here. I wanted to patronize a Black owned business. I was very pleased with the service. Although it was an older building, the facility was clean snd welcoming. The staff were kind and the wait time was Minimal. Ty was very professional and patient and was able to ask all questions asked regarding lash installation. I will be returning.Dr. Dixon
Tye & Jessica were beyond amazing today to myself and every customer that came into the salon I was speechless watching them work even with a few obstacles in front of them the entire day but neither of them ever complained great job ladies 😊

OMG I will never go back to the Asians for nail services. Tye was very sweet and gentle and did an amazing job on my eyebrows. Brittany did my mani & pedi and she was amazing. She took her time, had excellent conversation, and taught me a few things about skin. My hands and feet feel and look amazing and their homemade scrub worked wonders on my skin! I loved the scrub so much I bought some for personal use. Cant wait to go back! Plz support black businesses!
Had the BEST pedicure today!!! Brittnie my tech was so sweet. She’s young and vibrant. She was very gentle with my feet and extremely thorough. Really enjoyed the atmosphere at the salon. Definitely will go back.

This place was an absolute treat! My wife and I went in last minute for pedicures and Marissa took care of us with no hesitation! The massage chairs are the best I have ever sat in, the quality of service was phenomenal, and I would highly recommend!!
I lovvvvvvvvveeeeee this nail shop. I’ll never go to another nail shop again. One it’s black owned ya can’t go wrong with that. The owners are so down to earth I love Tye and her husband. Couple goals for real they’re a whole vibe lol. My girl Britt is just bomb with my nails. I love when Tye does my nails also. I’d recommend anyone to this shop. Great Location, Very professional staff. I must say that the truly love the atmosphere and the level of professionalism at this salon. I love that I can feel relaxed and get all of my needs met at one location. Looking for someone to do a great job on your lashes, eyebrows, hair and nails you have come to the right place. Overall, the salon is amazing! My only complaint would be the lady up front, she tends to come off very rude & made my friend & I uncomfortable. I absolutely love the salon owner and rest of staff! Would be 5 stars if wasn’t for the lady.
I attended the Grand re- Opening at the newest location. I was pleased with the level of professionalism of the staff and atmosphere of the new location. My eyebrows were done by the owner Tye and I love them. Although my manicure and pedicure was not done by the owner my nails look good as well. 💜💜💜💜💜

I made an appointment and reserved with my debit card for a facial. I received both an email and Text message saying my appointment was confirmed with the stylist. When I got there, I was told that person was no longer work there and the owner refused to do it. The receptionist was trying to cover up. The owner didn’t even come out to talk to me or trying to find someone else to do it.Very unprofessional

Vain galore deserve more than 5 stars!!I went there and got a manicure and it by FAR was the best manicure I’ve ever had. Not only because the owner is Beautiful lol but because of the customer service, it was amazing. The atmosphere was great which made me feel relaxed . First She exfoliated my hands with some scrub that made my hands feel soft then she did some wax thing that basically made my hands feel extra soft.Not only was the manicure legit , she waxed my beard and made my line super straight and smooth.I definitely recommend this place. I have not been to a nail salon since Feb 2020 and decided to give Vain Galore a try, I have been following for a while and was impressed with the work I saw. I visited Vain Galore for the first time last Saturday. I loved the atmosphere, the quiet and attention Miss Tye showed me. She did an awesome job on my nails and toes. I will definitely be going back!
The owner didnt do a good job on my nails and I waited over an hour to get my nails done. The owner didnt have enough help. I think the other ladies were there just to do gel polish only.My nails are all different shapes, the thickness on my left thumb nail is ugly and I have extra acrylic behind my right nail that Im going to be picking at all week.I wanted my nails short and asked for regular polish for $25 but was forced to pay for gel polish at $35 being some shops ONLY invest in gel polish these days. I have my own polishes at home in case I wanted to change it but now I cant. Most of my nails have NO polish on the sides just like my thumb picture.

I took my daughter to Vain Galore to get her hair done. My little princes was treated like royalty and her hair came out very nice. I personally think the price should be more it is definitely worth it. I will be taking my little girl to Vain Galore on a weekly basis.

2021-12-14Very friendly staff but apparently in between a move so I guess I didn’t get the treatment I read on the reviews. Had an appointment waited about 30 minutes after, between nails & eyebrows for myself and a haircut for my daughter $$$ we did love it. Wish them the best!!

2022-08-08I went in for a haircut and walked out feeling like a million bucks. The staff greeted me as soon as I stepped inside. The stylist was both courteous and prompt. She took the time to ask me exactly how wanted my haircut. She did an excellent job cutting and styling my already short, natural grey hair. I will definitely be back for additional services.

2022-04-17Once the staff recognized I was there for an appointment they jumped into action and ensured I had a pleasant experience. Pleasant staff and we shared a few laughs and they provide great service. I honestly left feeling like a new woman with my mani and pedi. I’m from out of state and would recommend to anyone local or traveling. They fit me in quickly from just a search on Google and a call to the location. Cute, clean salon and boutique with great music and great vibes.

2022-06-25Im glad I found a nice black owned spot. It was clean, relaxing, and professional environment. Tee did a marvelous job on my mani and pedi today. She didnt rush through anything, explained what she was doing, and paid attention to detail. Shes such a kind spirit. We had good conversation too. My nails look great and Im ready for my bday photoshoot. Ill definitely come see her again when Im ready to pamper myself again.

2022-08-07I scheduled 2 mani pedi. When we arrived it was just one lady available to service the both if us. She didnt tell us about the massage chair, the remote was hidden and it didnt look like a massage chair. We only found out when a regular customer sat down, got out the romote and turned on the massager. My daughter had to soak her feet while she did my pedi. It would have been nice for her to enjoy a back massage while waiting. As for the manicure, while my daughter was drying her toes, she came over and clipped her nails, lightly filed and polished. That isnt considered a manicure. She did a bad job on the manicure as well. It wasnt a professional manicure at all. Im glad that I decided not to get the manicure. She didnt soak her nails nor did she cut her cuticles. When we checked out she said wow we finished ahead of schedule. It was our first and last time. I try to support local businesses but this was a big disappointment.

2022-07-06Will waste your time and your money and think nothing of it. Here’s my horror story:I called ahead and the owner said that the nail tech was there, but even if she was busy, that the owner would be in soon (about 20 min).She lied.I was getting my car worked on and figured I could Uber to the nail salon. I TOLD THE OWNER I would need to pay for an Uber to get there. That cost me $15. Once I get there, the tech had a client. I figured “no big deal— the owner said she would be here by 10:00– about 30 min from now”. I sat there from 9:30 to 10:50. I even called her at one point (the salon phone goes to her cell). She said, “oh, I’m 10 or 15 minutes away”. Ha! Even 30 minutes after that point, this woman STILL hadn’t shown up.I WAITED FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR A PERSON THAT LIED TO ME TWICE— and NEVER SHOWED . And she KNEW I was paying to get there!I needed to pick up my car, so I had to leave. And at that point I was so angry, I was DONE.I just wish she’d been honest and said “if you come now, you might have to wait an hour or longer”. I’d have appreciated that, and would have made a different choice. Instead, I spent $30 for nothing. The cost of a full pedicure, because this trifling woman lied.Beyond inconsiderate, and unprofessional. So keep that in mind.

2022-06-05Ladies were very nice and Im sure Ill return but if I could change 1 thing it would be to wait until after hours to pamper yourself rather than having paying customers waiting. Ive told about 1/2 dozen ladies you are there so please give them a reason to spread the word!
