I’m not really sure where to start. I have brought my car in for multiple performance upgrades over the course of my ownership, and each time I take my car in I am not only thoroughly impressed, I am speechless at the service. Every time I have come, it’s like the experience gets better and better like a fine wine with time. The service provided by Valiants and its crew are second to none, and if you want a shop that stands by its work and is confident in its ability, than this is the place to go. I needed tires mounted on my new wheels for my Tacoma and wanted a shop I knew would treat my new wheels as if they were their own. Ethan always responds quickly and had the work done as soon as I dropped them off. I also was in a bind for new lug nuts for my other vehicle and valiants was the only place in town with the lugs I needed. Saved me from having to wait days on an online order delivery.

Took my 2011 CR-Z to Valiants for issue with my 6spd manual transmission making noises. Ethan and Rob both kept me updated about the status of parts and went out of their way to find me a low mileage replacement transmission at a great price. Had them replace clutch at the same time. Highly recommend Valiants and will continue to do business with them as well as refer people to them.

Ethan is so nice! I sent my car to Ford dealer and they’re trying to charge me $1700+ for the brake system and screen replacement. However, actually the brake system has no issues after check. Ethan is always thinking of customers, he helped me saved more than $1200. He’s the best!

Needed a tire mounted on a Volkswagen the same day. Called, they just said bring it by. They were a lifesaver! I even tried to pay an extra $20 bucks, or buy them some lunch. Ethan refused, said to come back and see them again. Which I definitely will. Professional , courteous, quick. And the price was super reasonable. MK3 Supra 89My cars engine a blown bottom end. I stopped by Valiants for a labor estimate to swap the blown engine for a rebuilt one. The estimate was moderately high, but I agreed to it since the shop had a tech familiar with the MK3 Supra. The swap took a while given parts that needed replacing along the way. The shop completed the swap in a couple of months.The shop did not want to release my car to me because the coolant temp indicator on the dash was reading high. The shop changed the thermostat and suggested that the only way to be safe is to have them install a gauge for hundreds of additional dollars. Im no fool. When I went to pick up my car, the drama continued. I asked the owner if he had an ohm meter I could use to test the temp sensor. He said he didnt. LOL. The shop asked me to sign a liability waiver to drive off with my car. Turns out the issue was a $7 temp sensor near the thermostat jacket that the shop cracked.Other issues discovered:Advanced timingBroken turbo wastegateLoose valve coversRandom loose bolts
Very excellent staff and very reasonably prices, Ethan did an excellent job on installing my headlight lenses on my 04 is300. I’d recommend this shop too everybody!!!! They also installed my intake system on the same car and it runs like new!!! They also fixed a very nasty oil leak and told that I need new shocks and struts....I will definitely be getting to install them...best mechanics in town
Rob is amazing. I took him my 2005 sti with electrical issues. I had previously been to another local performance shop that Im going to choose not to bash at this time. Basically Rob fixed the mistakes the other shop made for half the price. I wont be letting anyone other than the guys at valants touch my subaru locally. Rob even checked up in the weeks following the service to make sure the work all held up.
Despite on Sir ethan’s busy schedule he still help me installed my borla x pipe on my mustang gt for a reasonable price. Tons of jdm products for sale as well and you could get any products on their shop for much cheaper than you can get anywhere else! Worth the visit thank you sir Ethan!
Ive been having trouble finding any semblance of a reliable shop to work on my Focus RS in Savannah. Valiants Racing came highly recommended by a friend and I can say that I was not let down. Ethan helped me choose a new set of tires and as able to source them by the end of the day. It is nice to finally find a shop run by a real motorsport enthusiast.
I would like to say the customer service here was awesome! I needed a helmet for an event Saturday and nowhere else had one in stock around me. They stayed open a extra hour and a half so I could drive there and buy one. Will definitely shop here again!

I reached out to them to get some performance parts for my Ford Diesel truck and they really came through. I purchased the coolant/oil filtration and air intake from them and all parts were at a great price and arrived quickly. Even if you see something online reach out to them about a great deal on performance parts. Im glad I decided to do some preventive maintenance with quality parts.
Everyone recommended this place to me for buying stuff for the turbo kit I was piecing together for my car and I just so happened to stumble across Ethan the shop owner on Facebook. Him and I got to talking and I ended up buying a few things off of him. Since then hes been a go to guy for questions and recommendations and he runs his shop and treats every customer the same way he treated me, I cant say enough good things about this place, good prices, great customer service and vast knowledge of the parts they sell, would recommend every time.
Ethan was great to work with! Just picked up a 1 owner S2000 and although pretty turn-key needed a starter (which I decided I couldnt do) and while there decided to have accessory belt done, trans fluid, and rear diff fluid. Ethan knew the vehicle well already, had game plan for specific fluids, and at my request ordered a reman starter. Once the job was done I got a tidy PDF invoice and paper invoice and was able to pay online. Not a thing to complain about, awesome shop.
My experience was 11/10. He can always get you 100% of the parts you want for the best prices around, him self and all of his employees, are extremely passionate, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They can diagnose and issue and have you back on the road tearing up corners again. I Wouldnt take my car to anyone else. Even living 7 hours away from Savannah now, id still bring my car to Ethan or Rob to have it worked on.
Great customer service and friendly staff. Was near the shop when we noticed our car’s front guard/shield had broken half off and was scraping the road. The staff were very helpful and took the part off at no charge so that we could continue driving without the scraping.

Valiant Racing auto repair shop, this is a small new shop just open few months, the owner Ethan Xu is super kind, fast response, professional they can do many regular auto shop cant do, such as install turbo, any high performance parts. And he can order any parts u want for u for reasonable price. I just have a turbo kit and exhaust system ordered from him, and will install them in his shop. This is the best shop I been in Savannah.

The guy that works there Ethan is a scam. He told me that all I needed was an transmission for my Acura TL. After I bought it, he then said that I needed an engine. After a few weeks he sold my transmission because I took to long to buy a engine but I needed more time and if he would have told me from the beginning then I would have just never brought the transmission. I tried calling him but he would never answer any of my calls which is not professional at all. I would not recommend anyone to this guy he is a scam artist and is an illegal immigrant who tries to steal from certain people and is not fair and something should be done.
Alternator issue, had my car towed to Valiants for diagnosis and repair. Issue was resolved quickly which is not always easy with this vehicle as it is a 1991 Japanese import.

Words cannot accurately express how incredible this shop is and how amazing Ethan and Ron are. Quick backstory: I drove to Savannah, GA from Dallas, TX for a large car show in the area. Months ago I had ordered a set of custom 3-piece wheels, which unfortunately wouldn’t make it to Dallas in time to mount and balance before leaving for Georgia. So instead, we came up with this crazy idea of shipping them directly to Savannah and having a shop there do it. Valiant Racing was the ONLY shop who was willing to take on the job and the liability of working with my wheels (the dozen others we contacted weren’t willing to risk damaging wheels that expensive).I can’t emphasize enough how accommodating the crew at Valiant Racing was. Not only did they mount and balance the wheels perfectly, but when we encountered a problem while putting the wheels on, they were kind enough to let us keep the car on the lift and even assisted us in fixing the issue.If it hadn’t been for these guys, I wouldn’t have made the show & my 1000 mile journey would have been for nothing. They went above and beyond to help a fellow car enthusiast. I may live in Texas, but these guys definitely won me over as a fan and a customer for life. If you care about your car and want quality work and parts, Valiant Racing is hands down the place to go.

Im all about helping local businesses. I just dont like to get screwed over. Im not the type of person to go out of my way to bad mouth any company. Due to my recent experience, Im going above and beyond what I would normally do, to let people know about a local business that can not be trusted. Im going to make this very short as it does not require me to go in to detail about the experience I had.Below is a Time line of events.6 months ago- I dropped my car off at VALIANTS RACING for an oil change and fluid flush.5 months 3 weeks ago- I was contacted by said shop and was informed that the services were done that the car now had a mysterious tick. Needless to say I was to blame for some reason for my now blown motor.This is where things get a little questionable. I understand that modified cars can be unreliable, but the car ran perfect when it was dropped off. I have had the car professionally built and tuned and Ive never had any problems whatsoever.Why wasnt I contacted immediately about this tick?Soooooo....5 months ago- I made the decision to trust the shop to do my rebuilt and install a stroker motor in the car. The bottom end price... $4800 (inline pro built)The cost of install and all said and done with the price of the motor was north of 8 grand!!!!Its wasnt a problem initially as I understood that things happen.2 months 3 weeks ago- the block came inOver the next 60 DAYS!!!! That car was reassembled. It took forever to get the car back. I was informed multiple times that the car would be ready NEXT week. Lets just say that went on for 8 weeks.3 weeks ago- I picked the car up. I was so fed up with VALIANTS RACING that I went there multiple times to pick up the vehicle and was told it wasnt ready. Over and over I was told next week only to be disappointed.Anyway. Things get better... I GUESS.I picked up the car with a fail safe tune. Which insured the car would be safe until I hit the dyno again at DBW Motorsports. (Pretty much the best tuner around)2 weeks 6 days ago- I drove the car to Savannah Ga from where I live, roughly an hour away. By the time I got to my destination, the car was completely overheated and blowing steam out of the engine bay. I pulled into the closest shop to have them take a look at it.BREAKDOWN OF WHAT WAS WRONG:-loose coolant lines-speed sensor not plugged in-grounds not attached-Intake manifold wasnt even tight. Most of the bolts had a gap that you could visually see.-the car was unable to keep the temperature down at all and it was constantly overheating.-I paid the local shop to investigate whatever was wrong.2 weeks 5 days ago - the owner of VALIANTS RACING came to the local shop that took care of fixing all the mishaps to inspect it himself. Once he saw how bad it was he offered to tow it to his shop and take care of all the repairs on his dime.I didnt want this at all, if they couldnt do it right the first time, why would they be able to do it right this time?TODAY: I was called by Valiants and was informed that the car was finally fixed. I went to pick it up and was informed that I NOW OWE $733.00What in the WORLD is going on here?!?!???I asked him (ETHAN XU) the owner why he was charging me for repairs. He told me that it was my fault for breaking the car and he said he gave me a great discount. HAH!I was unwilling to pay for repairs that he told me he was going to cover.WHY ARE THEY MAKING REPAIRS TO MY BRAND NEW BUILD?!?!?WHY ARE YOU GIVING ME A DISCOUNT ON WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FREE?!?!?I was nice. I gave them a shot. I bought a new motor when the one I had was perfectly fine when I dropped it off. I was patient. And I paid without asking questions.THE BILL FOR REPAIRS WAS IT!!!Im done. I wont pay another dime and hopefully no one else ever does either.If you look at the photos I have posted, you can see the bill I was given. It might even give you a good laugh.Do me a favor. Share this everywhere. And I mean everywhere.

One time , I got check engine light on, I was wondering I would have a big problem and would cost me a lot, usually is, their technicians had taken care of it, to my surprise, very quickly they fixed the problem and cost is much less then I thought, I really appreciate, love this place and would recommend it.

2021-11-04Hit up Valiant Racing up on Monday morning to put in a order. I told them what I wanted but wasn’t sure if the lug nuts would make it in time for the rims to get tires mount/balance/tpms. Surely enough they said yes and put the item for over night shipping. Everything came in Wednesday. Very fast and professional. Ethan even let me know what I needed and place a order for it right away. That’s why I only go to Valiant Racing. A place you can trust and know that they got you covered. Whatever you need or want done. Just know that they will make it happen.

2022-04-27WORST EXPERIENCES EVER. we paid basically 3k for the them to fix our car & it came back with more problems then when we handed them the keys. We have paper work from chevy stating that there were no codes before taking it here. They had our car for 1.5 months. Three lights on the dash now are showing up. The rear view camera is broken. The car is still not running properly. There are scratches on the rim as if someone hit a curb. When bringing up the rear view camera they said it worked fine while in their possession & that it broke after pick up. They refuse to fix the issues that they caused & they refuse to give us copies of the receipts for they new parts that they bought. We took the car to a different shop because we are no comfortable taking it back here. This new shop said in his opinion it didnt look like anyone had been in it. After this we asked for receipts for the parts they ordered & they refused to give us copies. We are very unsatisfied & very disappointed. We felt like we were scammed.

2022-06-23By far one of the better car repair/mod shops in the Savannah area. Throughout the entire process pictures were documented of the service and I was kept up to date on the progress of my particular modification. The price for the work I had done was very reasonable. If you need a simple repair or full bolt ons or custom fabrication on your car this is the place to be. I will be a regular customer for all my cars needs for sure.

2022-04-18After going to three other shops in the area, none of them had the availability (or ability) to press new bushings into the control arms/trailing arms on my Honda. One call is all it took for Valiants to get the ball rolling on the job. Bradley, in particular, was a pleasure to work with. He kept lines of communication open throughout the estimate and repair and maintained an up-beat and positive vibe. Special thanks to Bradley for LITERALLY going out of his way to ensure that my suspension parts were done right and the job was complete. Professional, pleasant, and timely. Would recommend!

2022-03-17My 2015 Hyundai Sonata Was having issues with the AC not blowing cold at all. Just straight warm air. Thought I needed it recharged. But someone told me that it was my air compressor. Took it to these guys for a second opinion and turns out all I needed was my connector to my compressor replaced. These guys are very knowledgeable and thorough! I would definitely recommend! Being a daughter of a mechanic, I don’t trust many shops! I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on! I was really impressed and they did everything in a timely manner.

2021-02-24If you need any work done on your vehicle Valiants Racing should be your first stop. I recently had some coil overs and a clutch upgrade installed on my WRX by them and I was surprised that is was done in one day. 2017-11-14I just recently found out about Valiants Racing and I’m very glad I did! I wish I knew about them a long time ago and this is why I’m going to support them and let others know about them. Ethan has been more than helpful to me finding me parts last minute for my build. I was needing a few parts ASAP and I contacted Valiants Racing to place my order.
