I scheduled an appointment to test drive a 2020 Toyota corolla, i drove an hour and a half to test drive it and confirmed my appointment with them. I arrived at the place and spoke to the person I made the appointment with and when they went to get the car it was being worked on.. i arrived at 5pm which was my appt time. they said I could wait an hour or come back tomorrow to test drive it. they had no regard for my time at all, and brushed it off like no big deal. Do not recommend. Not a great experience.
Very unprofessional dealership with terrible sales people in my experience, lost a $21,000 deal over $500 dollars and laughed at me, yes the salesmen laughed at me when I told him I wanted $500 off listing price due to issues on the car. In all my years of not only selling cars and buying cars have I really been so insulted. Go buy elsewhere
I came here a few days ago and wanted to look at a car I had seen online. However, when I arrived, the supposedly new car in excellent shape had little scratches all over it. This irritated me a little and I was kind of disappointed. The staff is friendly, but when I asked if they would be flexible because of the scratches, it was a definite no. We left as soon as he said that!
I came in today looking for a Toyota Corolla that I saw online but was also interested in browsing their other selections. I am without a vehicle so I am serious about buying but I also just started my car search so I’m trying to keep my options open, as well. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in any establishment. I don’t know the name of the salesperson who “helped” me but he was rude/dismissive from the start.Once I told him my budget he seemed to lose interest in helping me altogether. He didn’t even care to show me the vehicles in depth that I wanted to see. He just told me to take a look around outside and left me to my own devices. When I expressed an interest in another vehicle when I came back in he gave me a lecture due my concern about the number of miles on the vehicle.I dismissed how unhelpful he was being and asked if I could test drive them (I was still very interested despite them being a little over budget). He flat out told me that he wouldn’t let me test drive them because I wasn’t going to buy a car that day. I’m sorry but how is that even remotely acceptable sales etiquette? I am not the only person in the world who walks into a dealership with the intention of only looking but still serious about buying. I’ve been extremely stressed about this entire process (because I have NO CAR) and he made me feel even worse about it. They clearly don’t want my business (which is fine) and I will let anyone know who is actively car shopping not to come to this place!!!
Max the salesman was nice, bought a 2018 Mercedes GLC, the next day the engine light came on, not to mention the car was advertised with GPS, the GPS card is not in the vehicle. I am still waiting for a service appointment to have a seat malfunction light disabled due to the seat being repaired at the dealership. Prices are good but you will exceed the price of the competition with all the repairs needed. Let’s see if they make this right, if not I’ll be back to update any potential buyers.Update***the Salesman contacted me about my review and now all of a sudden he doesn’t know if he can get the seat they broke repaired. I doubt they ever were. Left a message for mgr Mark, surprise no response.Seat was repaired.Engine light repair ended up costing me 1700.00 plus an extra 400if I want the navigation card. Stay away from Max, he was in on it after all!
Although I did not buy a car from them when I visited, Russ and John took excellent care of me. You can tell they really do go out of their way to be helpful. My experience here was exactly what I wanted in a car buying experience. They allowed me all the time I wanted to acquaint myself with the vehicles and test drive the vehicles. The only reason I did not purchase from them on the day of my visit was because the vehicle I came to look at had already sold (I knew that was a possibility before I came, no bait and switch). I looked at a few other vehicles but they just werent calling out to me. If youre looking for a used vehicle, check this place out, Russ and John will do everything in their power to help you!

Had a great experience with VC cars. It’s a small family type of dealership. Russ Ballard and Blanca were super professional and made the whole experience go so smooth for our family. We found a great car for my daughter for the best price! They won’t negotiate prices much but that’s because their prices are already fair (and they can prove it!) and priced better than you can get anywhere. I had been looking for a car for months, and VC cars is where I found the best car for the most fair price. Also, they do offer the option of a bumper to bumper warranty on their vehicles for extra piece of mind. My daughter is super happy with her Toyota Corolla. Car runs great and is exactly what VC cars told us it would be! Thank you guys for this great experience!
Russ Ballard and the team at VC Cars Gwinnett provided a professional experience from their communication via email and in person discussions. I am from SC and it was worth the 1.5 hour drive. The car is in excellent condition and my son loves it. My friends and relatives are very impressed with the 2016 Honda Civic. It is in such great condition, they think it is a more recent model!
These people were amazing! Russ was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and Max did everything he could to get me in the car of my dreams and where I could afford it. The whole crew is very down to earth kind of guys and when we walked in I felt as if I was going to a persons house not a dealership. They were friendly and nice. Their prices are AMAZING. And their inventory is beautiful. They have some very nice cars on their lots. I recommend this company to everyone. Honestly and loyal people and they back up their word. Max is the salesman whom assisted with my car buying process. He was thoroughly professional. He was attentive to all my preferences while remaining sensitive to sticking with my strict budget. He explained all I needed to know about purchasing process, and moved at my pace in making my decision, which was assuring. The other salesmen were also courteous, providing a warm and friendly reception. I highly recommend
Spoke with Russ on the phone the day before and he asked me when we would be coming by. We showed up exactly at that time to see the Nissan Sentra we were very interested in. When we got there there were a few people there looking as well. We were never even acknowledged until I went to the door of the building. Finally someone asked me if I could be helped. I told him we had made a time to see the Nissan. The gentleman told me oh those ladies right there are taking it for a test drive. We watched them drive off and still not a soul came to speak with us or acknowledge us. While I understand someone getting there for the same car is no ones fault, I feel like had someone actually helped us we probably would have gotten to the car first. No one cared about helping us or the fact that we were leaving. I’ve dealt with many used car dealers before and this was by far the worst customer service.
Great experience! I was very pleased with the service provided by Russ and Mark. They were both knowledgeable about all of their inventory as well as extremely professional. I left with no worries and felt like everyone at VC Cars cares about their customers. I would highly recommend VC Cars to any of my family and friends.
Spoke to them on the phone a week or so before I decided to go check out an Acura ILX they were advertising. It was supposed to be accident free, which it clearly was not, and was advertised as a model that included the AcuraPlus Watch package, which it didnt. So, I made the 30 minute drive. The entire passenger side of the car was full of signs that it had been completely, and poorly, repaired, as well as the rear of the car (I will keep the signs to myself, so I dont tip them off, but was happy the Sun was shining brightly to see them). So, I let them know that the car had been very obviously in a wreck and was a base model, completely lacking the package they are advertising. When I told them, it was clear that they couldnt care less and were fully aware of the misrepresentation, or at best were not shocked by it... didnt even care to go have a look to see for themselves. 2 weeks later, that same car is still advertised with misrepresentations - They seem to take shelter behind their disclaimer... If this post doesnt dissuade you from purchasing there, please make sure you take the car (before buying it) to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection (Do not use anyone that they recommend, if they recommend). I had an amazing time purchasing a car from these guys. The whole staff had a very positive vibe and seem to really enjoy working with each other. It was a very simple process and they answered any questions or concerns I might have during the process. They made sure I was able to leave w/ the car that day with no issue. Came here too purchase a car for my little sister before she starts college. Mark, Max, John & Russ allworked together with me on any issues or questions I had with the vehicle of interest. Even gave me a pretty good trade-in-value for her older car. They are super patient and helpful and have some pretty good cars on their lot for great prices. Had my eye on a few so I will be returning!

Russ and Mark really went out of their way to make our buying experience pain-free. We were worried about financing and how much our trade-in would be worth. They quickly understood our specific situation and adapted to our needs without ever being pushy or aggressive. They were also very transparent with us about every number on the sales agreement. We highly recommend VC Cars for a fair deal and great customer service.
Right off the bat the salesman tried to steer us toward something we were not interested in. We drove a Honda and the air didn’t even work. The Nissan we looked at they wanted 10K for and it looked like a pack of dogs chewed the arm rests. Soooo glad we didn’t buy ANYTHING here.We found a car 1,000 times better for less somewhere else.
Great service. I called spoke to Max. Went in there a few hours later and worked with Max and Russ on a great deal for a car. The stayed late past their closing hours until everything was signed. Great characters and personality. And they keep it 100. Will definitely recommend.
I bought a car here last December and everything seemed great at first. I did get a decent deal on it, although the tires were worn and they agreed to put new tires on the front. Once at my first oil change, I found out the new tires they put on were actually from 2014 and were worn down within 6 months (I only drove 2K miles) after I purchased the vehicle. I wouldve been happy with the deal on the car, but the tire issue broke my trust in them, as this tells me they are not 100% honest with customers.
Drove three hours to look at two Toyotas. The first one I got in had the check engine light on, was low gas, had the low tire pressure light on, totally shot brakes, and bald front tires. The second one had *no* gas and bald tires. They were both so low on gas that I had to get the sales guy to follow me to the gas station to fill up the tanks to even test drive them. I had the cars checked out at the Toyota dealer and we made a deal for the tires, brakes and rotors to be replaced. By the time I got home the brakes were already soft. I took it to the Toyota dealer at home and they had put very cheap pads on and done *nothing* to the rotors. The tires they put on were neatly worn out too. I had to get it done all over again. Weak, sloppy, untrustworthy operation.
They have great quality cars and the prices are very appealing. HOWEVER, they are dishonest. My family bought a car from here that had a report that said it had no accidents and the salesman went to great lengths to tell us how great of a car it was. A few months after purchase we took the car to get it repaired and the person told us that the door had been previously replaced (which we did not do).... as a buyer this is not something we noticed but as a car expert this is surely something that the salesman KNEW and chose to hide from us...shows dishonesty and these cars are not as they seem. The low price is to lure you in but stay away if you want a reliable car.
My girlfriend and I were extremely excited to come here and car shop as we are currently trying to get rid of her car she has now. The prices here are very appealing. We initially were all for it. However, after working with the sales rep John, we feel extremely uncomfortable going here and will not be giving our money to this business. They care only about the money and not about the financial situation of their customers. We CLEARLY explained to them that we were NOT going to be making a purchase until we were positive we were going to sell the other car so we would not be stuck with 2 car notes that would set us back financially. That statement seemed to go in one ear and out of the other. Then they offered the alternative option of paying a non refundable $500 deposit on the car and paying the rest later. When questioned what they would do if the sale of our current car didnt go through, they consistently told us that it would sell and to just put the down payment because they were certain the car we were interested in would be gone by the next day. Mind you, the vehicle has been there for 3 days already. They were all friendly and joking until we declined to make a commitment and give them a sale. We were not interested in being pressured into buying a car for their own financial gain. They also kept making it a point to ask us why we even came, as if we were wasting their time. This place definitely needs to be reevaluated in their customer service department and reps need to be respective of others peoples finances and not so concerned with theirs. Not coming back here ever again. And to John, it is not our loss. It is yours. Loyal customers deserve loyal and honest reps. You are neither. Would give 0 stars if I could.-Earlene
Amazing experience, Ammar helped me through out the whole process. Made it simple and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. If you are looking for a used car at a fair price this is the place. The guys there will walk you through the whole process, answer all your questions and will go above and beyond.
My wife and I just purchased a new vehicle from this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience. We were greeted promptly by Juan who helped us test drive our first vehicle while Russ worked the trade value for our truck. We weren’t crazy about the first vehicle we test drive but my wife fell in love with the second. Again there was no hesitation by the team here and immediately helped us and in no time at all we were signing the papers. The gentlemen at this dealership are extremely professional and more genuine than most I’ve dealt with at others. Can not thank you enough.
I have had a VERY terrible experience with this place all around. Russ tried to sell me a car that had beyond wear and tear damage, assuring me that he wouldnt be able to sleep at night if there was something wrong with the car. I was smart enough to get an inspection on the car before buying it and it showed that there were multiple damaged axels on the vehicle. I had already put a $500 deposit down and had made a stipulation that I wanted this money back if the inspection showed beyond wear and tear damage, which it did, and this stipulation was written in the contract I signed after I paid the deposit. Its now been OVER A YEAR AND A HALF since this happened and I STILL do not have my $500 deposit back. They have come up with every excuse in the book to not pay it- My manager is in Texas and out of town, so this is out of my hands; We sent a check, but dont have the check number so we cant void it if it was never received; We dont scan our checks or correspondence into our system so we cant keep track of whats sent out. This is absolutely ridiculous and beyond terrible customer service. I have called 20+ times on this matter and nobody has ever called me back on the issue. Please save yourself money, time, and harm- do not purchase the worn down cars they try to sell from this location.
Brian worked with me since I live a couple hours away from the dealership and made sure I would be able to make my trip out there worth it. The whole team was great from the start! They even mailed me something I had left in my old vehicle and kept in contact to make sure I was completely satisfied. Would definitely purchase from them again.
The place seems cool. I went there to check out a car with Jaun and had no hassle. The car I wanted was being purchased by another guy who was having a hard time with the deposit and paying , but they had another car identical to the other, just jungle green, lower miles and still under warranty. If the guy doesnt finish the purchase purchase this weekend I will get one or the other. They plowed me to check out other cars on lot as well. The ones I though were interesting, I was told the truth, high miles, cosmetic issues, etc. Jaun is dope AF. I will definitely do business with them soon!

Best prices and it was so easy! The sales manager got me approved, showed me the financing, we did a test drive and got the deal done. Loving my 2016 accord!
Visited for purchasing a used car and had identified 4 cars from their website beforehand but when arrived, was informed none of them are there and the website is not updated. Salesperson was probably genuine enough to explain why that could be the case and some of the cars (especially the ones i had selected) are fast moving and hence doesnt always align with the website.3 star only for probably having saved us a visit if the site had been updated asap
My experience was typical for a car dealer, however Im going back and reviewing documents put together by the staff there that described my personal information and my rent is documented at being half of what I stated and know that I pay. I put forth all of my information simply and truthfully and know that I didnt suddenly forget how much rent I pay. It could simply be clerical error, but what a poor one to make, considering how it changes my appearance to lenders.
Easy buying process. Great customer service. Russ is the man. Went looking for a 17 Jetta but had some concerns so I wanted to take it to a mechanic first to have it checked out. They agreed no problem. Buying process was fairly easy if anything I was the one slowing them down. Hopefully I don’t have to anytime soon, but I’d definitely buy another car here
I had a great experience here. Andres was wonderful and very helpful. He was quick to get me approved for my new car, and allowed me to put a deposit down to hold the car I wanted... then when I changed my mind and wanted a different one, he was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. I drove away happy in my new car! I highly recommend this place, as every vehicle has a clean Car Fax, and all look like they were very well taken care of. I loved my experince at this dealership. Admittedly, their first impression wasn’t good because they seemed overwhelmed by other customers but they turned out to be nice and courteous. I was skeptical when I read some of the reviews but I’m glad I came. They didnt mind me using my own financing (unlike some dealerships around them whom tried to force me into financing with their banks). All in all, I love my car, I loved the experience and I DO recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase three cars.
I originally came to get black 2015 Honda Accord. However when I got there, the car already had a deposit. However Mark was able to help me get another 2015 Honda Accord with similar mileage just different color. From the financing to actually purchasing the vehicle the entire process was very easy and stress free. This is not my 1st time Im buying a car and I can tell you with all honesty these guys are very good with what they do. They can definitely earn my business again and I will tell people about them.
Russ was great helping me with my situation! He answered all of our questions, and was very accommodating for my need for a car immediately. He worked with us and the loan company to make everything easy and to make sure everything sorted out in the quick time that I needed. Mark was also very helpful!
I recommended a low mileage Nissan Maxima that was listed for sale on marketplace to my mother to check out. I spoke to the salesman on the phone asked details on the what kind of accident the vehicle was in, and he stated it was not report, so it may have been nothing big, then I specifically told him, do not pressure my mother to buy this vehicle and let her sleep on it. The salesman reassured me and when I hung up the phone, she convinces her that the vehicle could be sold at anytime and to put a $500 non refundable deposit on the vehicle. This made me livid, because all they cared about was the sale, not being honest and keeping their word. My brother then test drives the vehicle 2 days later and inspects the car, scratches all over the wheels and body, the vehicle shakes and needs and alignment, so obviously there was something seriously wrong with the front end which they lied about. Because of this shady business, my poor mother lost $500 of her hard earned money because the owner would not refund it regardless of the situation, this vehicle was for her Mother’s Day. These people are shady and heartless for pressuring and lying and stealing her money. I do not recommend them at all.
A+ Experience for a first time buyer, I was treated like i was the only customer. Juan my sales person made my search experience pressure free, and he was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicles history. I would like to give MARK in financing a special salute for getting the numbers i needed to get into the vehicle that i chose. He was very friendly and went above and beyond his call of duty to get me an affordable rate, and car monthly car payment. He is truly one of a kind and a great asset to VC Cars. All of the people who worked there were on the same page. Very friendly people and not pushy. They were very knowledgeable about each of the cars I was interested in (accord, camry, and civic). Mark was very upfront about pricing and didnt try to work something out like many dealers do when they get you in a closed room they want to jack up the prices. Mark and his staff were helpful and wanted me to get a reliable car with a clean Carfax that would last me a long time. I ended up buying a 2015 Accord with 30,000 miles and it has been riding very smoothly. I am glad I bought it from these guys and would recommend them to my buds.
I had a great experience buying my car here. I did many hours of research prior to visiting multiple dealerships. I found they kept anainventory of reliable cars at very good prices. All of their cars in the lot had great or good deal ratings on CarGurus. I would recommend them to friends and family. I would buy from them again. Not to mention, Zach, Russ, and Mark all seemed to be genuinely good people.
Take the vehicle you want to a shop to be inspected before buying, you’ll save yourself a lot of money later. Better yet, just go to a dealership and buy used. After you sign and ride off the lot, the dealers act annoyed every time you call about the paperwork that they can’t seem to complete correctly. Once you leave just be prepared for zero customer service. If you ask them to do something it’s going to take at least a week of calling every day to get it done.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Andres Rodriguez. I went in not really knowing what I wanted but he was very informative and had great recommendations. He showed me a bunch of cars, all in my price range. He never tried to pressure me into making a purchase right away, which was great. He was so confident in his cars, he showed me the clean carfax without hesitation. The buying process was quick and easy and he explained everything as we were going through it. When they brought the car around and handed me my keys the car was so clean it looked brand new! I would definitely recommend vc cars to anyone looking for a new/used car.
Mark is great! Very professional! I had an issue with a battery. I bought a car from them and the battery was bad. I found out in about two weeks of buying the car. They didn’t know when selling it to me. But I called Mark about it and he ordered new battery and put it in my car! I love my car!! My son will be needing a car soon and I will go back to VC Cars!! I highly recommend them!
This review is long overdue and I never want to write negative reviews but I just had to for this dealership. Not happy at all with this dealership. The selection is good (which is why I gave it a star) but the way I was being forced to buy the car is not okay. I’m a first time buyer and I let them know that and they kept showing me bad options w/ high mileage or gas. I told them what I was looking for and it just seemed to me that they didn’t want my business, and yes I took it elsewhere and bought a car at another dealership.
I thought that after reading the reviews that this may be a good place to go to but after actually going there, I see that the reviews calling the place shady were accurate. They seem very nice when you first walk in and accommodating. I dealt with Max when I was there. I came in looking at the Nissan Quest they had available online. I asked to take it to my mechanic and they agreed to let me. As soon as they pulled the vehicle up, Max told me that the struts were not good and the parts had already been ordered to fix it. I took the car to my mechanic to find out that there was $2,000 worth of repairs to be done (including the struts). When we took it back and told Max, he said his boss would repair all of it but the rotors and brakes that needed to be replaced. He then proceeded to tell me how they bought the car for $11,000 and was trying to sell it for $12,000. He made it seem as if they were giving this great deal from the bottom of their heart. I did my research prior to the visit and the car has been sitting on the lot for 7 months now (probably because of all the repairs). Max said they would fix the car within a week. He wanted me to leave a cash deposit on the car. Told him I was not putting any cash on the car until it was fixed. As of right now its been two weeks and no update phone call or nothing. We have called up there and asked about the vehicle but they keep saying they will call us back. Most likely they are trying to sell that Nissan Quest with all the messed up parts to someone unsuspecting so they get stuck with it. DO NOT GO HERE.
I had a great experience with VC Cars Gwinnett. Although they were busy when I arrived. Once I got to speak with mark and Russ, the buying process was easy. They have good customer service and a great selection of cars. I will recommend family and friends to VC cars. Thank you so much guys :).
I would not buy from this dealership again. We purchased our van from them in August and have been disappointed with our experience. When we purchased it we were told it would have a day’s worth of detailing done to it before we picked it up. When we picked it up it looked like it had only been vacuumed. We were told to call back during their slow month (September) to get a full detail in which they could buff out the scratches and do a complete detail. Our attempt to contact them for this detail in September was ignored. We asked for new mats upon purchase and were told we would get them. The old mats with a hole in one of them were back in the car upon pick up. After driving it off the lot we found out the driver side automatic window and power mirror didn’t work. A tire kept going low and had to be filled at the dealership. Come to find out the tire was incorrectly plugged causing damage to the tire which had to be replaced. The brake rotars need replacing as they are oxidized. Now the blind spot monitor keeps going off and I was just told the car must have been in a wreck previously and the rear bumper needs replacing and the blind spot monitoring system needs recalibrating. We were presented a Car Fax report when we bought the car stating that it had never been in a wreck. This place tells you what you want to hear to make the sale but then drops you once the sale is made. They didn’t fully check out and disclose problems with the car we bought. I will not be doing business with them again nor will I refer them to anyone. Buyer beware.
I had a positive experience at VC Cars Gwinnett, Russ and the team helped me with my trade-in vehicle, and after the sale, I went back when I realized that my car was missing the spare tire. VC Cars provided a spare for my car at no additional cost. I should have checked it before I drove out, but still, I got my spare. Good things happened when I asked. I believe the dealer provides good quality cars. I strongly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good used vehicle. Thank you VC Cars.
Ive held back on making a review since buying my car back in March because I had a relatively positive experience. Sadly, in light of recent events, I feel like Im obligated to make this review so that no one makes the same mistakes I did. First of all, they would not let me take the car to my personal mechanic. I thought it was extremely strange, but they did allow for me to take it to Nissans mechanic, which I did. There, they gave me a list of things that really needed to be fixed (tires, new breaks, an oil change, and the front seat was loose). Keep in mind, the mechanics did not say not to buy the car, they just said that before I buy the car, these things should be fixed. I go back to VC Cars, where I am told a story of how the big corporate guys are always trying to make the small guys (them) look bad, and that they always make these long lists of things that dont actually need to be done. They did replace the part needed for the front seat, although its already started to come loose again, so I wonder how much effort was put into it. However, soon after buying the car, I did end up needing an oil change, my brakes started screeching, and I was informed that my tires were 100% bald. Im twenty years old, I know absolutely nothing about buying a car, I was in desperate need of a new one since my old car was dying, and Im way too trusting. Thats my fault, and I can acknowledge that. But how you can send someone out on the road knowing the vehicle they have purchased isnt 100% safe? If I hadnt known about the bald tires and ended up hydroplaning, it could have been disastrous. The fact that I couldnt even get an oil change is ridiculous. Not only that, but my mom got in a car accident this morning after the brakes gave out on her (we tried to use my car sparingly until I could get the funds to replace the brakes, but this morning was one of those emergency situations). I loved Mark. He was so sweet and helpful, but I cant help but feel like I was straight up lied to and put in a dangerous situation. I hope this review can help people not get duped. The car really is fine and runs great other than those few issues, and I did end up getting a great deal. Just make sure you are adamant about getting fixed what the mechanics state need to be fixed, or take your money elsewhere. I wish I had.

I didnt feel forced into buying and he allowed me to take my time in looking at the cars and answered all questions! He also followed up with me after I got my car to make sure things were still going fine. Also the car was clean and in very good condition, and affordable ! I am very satisfied with everything!

I purchased a Honda Civic from Andres sight unseen. Ive never done that before so I was a bit nervous about that. I can say that the car was exactly what Andres promised it to be. The experience was nothing less than awesome. I would definitely buy from Andres again even though he is about 200 miles from me. It was worth the drive.

Yuseff was super accommodating, showing us cars that were close to what we were looking for, test driving, very personable with us and straight forward. He was patient with us while we were trying to contact the bank so we could drive off with our new car. Highly recommended! I would gladly drive over 2 hours or more to come back and work with him.
Great experience and friendly staff . I came in looking for a particular Altima and was informed it had been sold . Andres let me know there might be some other cars I would be interested in and presented the carfax for the car I selected. Very friendly and straight forward . I recently bought a 2013 Camry from VC Cars Gwinnett. Due to the distance I had to travel (from Alabama), my transaction began over the phone. I searched several different dealer inventories and narrowed my selections to three dealers. Although I did not buy the car over the phone, Salesman Andres Rodriguez was very helpful in assisting me with finalizing my decision. Once I test drove the car and checked it out, there was no sales tactic of wearing down the customer with long waits in an office while the salesman talk to the manager. I wish I could write a great review but unfortunately I cant. I purchased my Maxima in July last year. The morning after I left the lot the check engine light came on and the seat covers and carpet were not put on correctly so they were coming off. I called the dealer and they said bring it in. They fixed the car seat covers and then told me to bring the car back and they would address the check engine light. I took the car back and dropped it off over night. Next day I go to pick it up and Mark says the mechanic has to order the part and he will call me when its in. I never recieved a call, and my car started making a noise while I was on the hwy. Mind you this is within days of purchasing the car. I call mark back to let him know cause it sounds dangerous and he says the mechanic is sick and in the hospital. Ok, thats understandable, but I NEVER got a call back. So I eventually show up to the dealer lot and mark says his boss told him since I drove off the lot they cant do anything anymore. I would completely understand that IF I didnt have texts and calls back and forth saying they would fix it for me its no big deal. Unfortunately I trusted them cause dont get me wrong they seemed very sweet and helpful, but now I know always take a mechanic to check out the car. So needles to say I have a car that doesnt go over 20mph without sounding like its gonna fall apart, and its just sitting in my carport collecting dust. This shouldnt be the case, its a 2014 model and I got ripped off. I was hesitant to post this review, but Im just so frustrated for purchasing this car from them and want people to make sure they check the car from top to bottom before purchasing from here.
Everyone at Vc Cars Gwinnett were very friendly and helping. They helped me find the perfect cars good millage condition and over all price. I will definitely be referring them to my associates. The staff helped get all my questions and concerns answered I was also able to get an extended warranty on my car at an excellent price.
I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla from VC Cars Gwinnett. It was BY FAR the best price within a 150 mile radius from where I live (Warner Robins, GA). Andres was not a pushy salesman. He will allow you to have a mechanic check out the vehicle. Basically, you want the car or not. I test drove it and it ran great. Yes, it was a leased car so there are some dents and dings....it is not brand new. But it was exactly what I was looking for and I will use this dealer again when I need another car.
Been to this, small but multi brand used cars dealership in Duluth, GA, their inventory varies from luxury cars-SUV-small cars.Most of their listings have lesser prices and below KBB fair prices. Vehicles goes from their inventory just like that...Staff is very informative and cooperative here.

Its not worth the low price. Its true. I agree!I came in today to look at a 2015 White Toyota Camry SE. Priced online at $13,485. The Mileage 45,588.We arrived to look at the car. First thing we notice a long-wide dent on side of trunk near back-passenger door. Then notice more dents up along the front passenger doors. Both back tires thread was completely gone. (Low tire pressure light on dash lit).The car also had scratches & cracks on front bumper. We lift the hood, instantly we notice rust on bolts, white specks everywhere (indication of salt/ snow exposure). This observation supports Carfaxs notes that the car had indeed been in Ohio or cold midwest regions. Cold weather dramatically affects the value of a car. Cars from or driven through upnorth rust faster.Some crazy looking foreign woman approached us asking if we wanted keys. We expressed the price needs to drop because the car has too much body damage and it has rust in engine parts because of northern weather exposure. She immediately started shaking her head saying its a used car. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Exactly dummy its used, damaged, wore & tore. So you CANT sell it like its in GREAT CONDITION because its NOT.While defending why they stand firm on the price $13,700 which is not the price online, she had the nerve to tell us the back-up camera didnt work. 🤦♀️😂 She said they are working on it. But when we got inside to test all the buttons, the entire media screen didnt work, it didnt even power on!! It was dead!! No radio no nothing!! Yet I bet when they calculated the value of the vehicle they left that out as well as body damage. She said body damage doesnt affect the value of the care. This lady was crazy!!! She kept shrugging her shoulders saying its a used car.The oil hadnt even been changed, she said this car and the one next to it has been there for a while. So why havent you people fixed anything or changed the oil? Lazy?We didnt even test drive it yet, these were just the problems on the surface. Theres no telling what possible mechanical issues it could have too. They obviously didnt notice or thoroughly inspect the car for rust and salt knowing it came from Ohio. They are ignorant to think the value of a car with no rust & body damage is equivalent to a car with rust & body damage. Ignorant!!I try to support foreign businesses but most of them are not good business people. They are very greedy and selfish and want to take advantage of everybody.Dont be a fool. We saw a car online and went to go look at it. We were told we could take it to our local mechanic and have them check it out. There was 2,000 dollars worth of damage that they did not mention. We told them about it and they agreed to pay for most but we would have to pay about 600 dollars worth of it. They told us to give them a week for them to fix it and we could come back and get the car. Well I called after a week of hearing nothing and spoke with Max. He said let me check to see if its been worked on and he would call back. I heard nothing. Called again and left a VM and asked for someone to call me back and again nothing. To this day I have gotten no call about the car. They NEVER intended to fix the car. It was a 2014 Nissan Quest so dont buy this car. Dont go here!!!
Recently we bought a a Rav4 Toyota, year 2009. It is a really nice car very comfortable, and we got it for a good deal. We had a really good experience as well with the assistance of Andres who was able to help us throughout the whole process and provide us effective resources. We are very thankful for that.
I checked car price online and its sounds good to me. I went to check the car, I gotbtest ride and when i was about to finalize deal i asked them to take the car to pepboys for the checking. They refused to take car there. So i doubt that there is some problem. After that they told me to take car only to the dealer. I was looking for civic, so i asked them let me take car to honda dealer for checking. Then they told i cant take car to honda dealer on Sunday. This was totally weird for me. Then I asked them to hold the car for me they asked to pay deposit. I was ready to give money and asked them if i get negative reports form honda dealer and i dont buy car then will I get money back? They denied that!!So finally I didnt bought car. If they are genuine then never denied for pep boys report. So I am not recommending to go there at all.Please dont be attracted with low price. Better pay more who is genuine.
I had a great experience purchasing a car from VC Cars in Gwinnett. I went to purchase one car and ended up purchasing another. They have a good selection and Andres was easy to work with to get a fair price for the car I ended up selecting. I would recommend purchasing a car from them.
Review would be higher, but asked that they clean the Truck I purchased, it wasnt cleaned very well. Had to go back over the interior myself. Told them that the key fob wasnt working, said they would buy a new one, but had to schedule it with there key guy. They could have just ordered one like I did. Got two online for $19.88. Programmed myself. Its the little stuff that makes all the difference.
This review is for the Marietta location (which is no longer functional) . I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from VC cars Marietta last year. The car is working well and the price was good. The car was under 60000miles and thus had a warranty on the emissions device. The dealer did not care to do an software update for the onboard device which was free under the 60000miles warranty. This caused a FAIL in the emissions test a few days later. This simple software update cost me $150.
I spent nearly 3 months searching (mainly online) for the right car for me and I finally crossed paths with VC Cars Gwinnett. SHADY PLACE!! I went in to get my first car and I didn’t know any better but they took my money and told me come back in 2 weeks when I get my second job’s (which I recently started) paycheck stub. They ran my credit (TWICE) and I asked for written proof that I put money on that car and am coming for it. I didn’t know any better so I left and came back on the 10th . When I get back the car I put down for was not on the lot and I spent an hour there trying to figure out where it was. Whole time they never brought the car back! So finally the man in the hat tells me come back Tomorrow to get it. I then tell him that I atleast need an updated contract to say I can come tomorrow and my money not be forfeited. THATS WHEN THEY TELL ME THEY ALREADY SOLD THE. CAR THAT I PUT MONEY DOWN ON!! I called them shady and asked for my refund and they continue to tell me that my money was non refundable then called me out my name because I called them shady in front of a customer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Money taken from me and I’m still without a car!!!Edit: I promise you that I was in no way shape or form unruly. I had to call someone in order to get my money back TODAY and while getting my refund I was being yelled at by the white male that works there even though I said nothing in return he kept going.
I have had the best experience at VC Gwinnett to be honest a couple weeks prior I had test drove a car at Curry Honda and had the worst experience and the worst customer service , A friend of mine recommended me This place and reassured me that I had nothing to worry about, I had came in at 6 o’clock right before they closed and traded in my car the process was painless and pretty quick for a dealer everyone there Zach and Max down to even the accountant made everything so crystal clear for me to understand and made the whole process so much easier if you’re definitely looking for a car with pretty competitive prices, I would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat

2022-07-20I got there literally 30 minutes before closing time AND it was raining!! ( i live almost 2 hrs away) but i was determined to find a car that day. Adam did an excellent job helping me find exactly what i was looking for, he was very patient, i didn’t feel rushed even though they were about to close for the day. Everything else ran smooth as far as signing paperwork. All the employees at this dealership are very polite and will explain any doubts you might have about a vehicle. Excellent customer service!

2022-04-23Be careful buying from these guys. During a test drive the plastic molding came off. They said it would be fixed by them before I drove it off. I told them this was going to my 17 year old daughter. I did not purchase that day but came back days later after they said it was fixed. As you can see it was patched together. I even asked while I was there picking it up if it was fixed right and was told that it was. My daughter and wife were driving down the interstate and this came apart and almost caused her to wreck. I called them back and told them and they said they would pay for the repair and then sent me a $100 check like that would even come close.It would be one thing if they didn’t know and something broke but this was a repair they performed on the car and said it was fixed. Be careful.

2022-07-05I am 74 and have purchased several cars; negative every time. I tried this place believing the same would happen. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OPERATION WITH CLASS ACT SALESMEN. I spent more time talking about personal lives and we learned so much from each other. The two gentleman in the pictures were perfect and God and I know THAT GOD SENT ME TO THEM. We visited many smaller car lots where the price online was a “discounted” price and the actual price was $4000 more! NOT HERE.Here we found honest people who take pride in their business.
