I came in 03/03/22 to get myself and my wife new phones and Zac Carter was the gentleman that helped me and my wife pick out the phones that works best for our needs. When I tell you this man went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything that was going to change with our plan and making sure the phones were set up correctly. The man missed the batman premiere to help us, even I would have kicked us out so I wouldnt miss it. Yall better give this man a raise
We came into the store because our Facebook got hacked. Melissa Santiago helped us and spent hours regaining passwords. She got us an upgrade and explained all the fees. So grateful to come in and be helped by such a knowledgeable person. I enjoyed my time at this store. Melissa was absolutely amazing.
Zac Carter NEEDS A RAISE!!!!! He made upgrading phones an enjoyable experience, answered all of our questions thoroughly and even stayed an hour past closing to ensure everything was transferred and working properly. Will 100% return to this location to see him if the need arises.PS - he gave up seeing Batman after work for us! 5 star employee!
I had a super positive experience at this location. Sean greeted me when I walked in. He was exceedingly patient, as I’m not tech savvy and hadn’t upgraded my iPhone in many years. After explaining how to save on our family plan, Sean took care of everything.I noticed that all the sales people had positive attitudes and customers were quickly helped.This is the best phone upgrade experience I’ve ever had! Brian Milton has been exceptionally helpful during our experience with my friend that has early onset dementia he took care of everything loaded the programs for it and I would highly were recommend Brian Milton, he knows what he is doing and will give you advice on how to fix problems or do it for you.
Melissa was super awesome. My husband and I came in with list of problems and Melissa fixed it all. She also offered to give us classes. They were busy in that store and she took her time and made us feel special. This was an awesome experience. They have always been great here. But she definitely made us feel like old friends.
I came in a few weeks ago and since then Melissa Hopkins has been just amazing. She called me back and followed up. Making sure all my concerns were met. I came in to add a line and I got 2 for one! In an age where people just don’t give the customer that experience that makes them feel like they made a great purchase. She made me want to send her all my friends and family.
On Nov. 22nd 2021 we went to thus verizon Store to transfer Our phone lines. We opened a business account and transferred 4 lines from ATT to Verizon. It was a smooth process until we left the store. We got home and realized our phones did not transfer over successfully and could not use our phones. We returned to the store and spoke to another sales person names Shannon Deese. She contacted the ATT support center to have our numbers ported over correctly and they gave us many reasons why they could not Do it. She stayed on the line with them for almost an hour giving them suggestions on how it may work. After several noise from them She finally got a yes and we were able to get the numbers ported and successfully use our phones. We were not even her customer and she gave up her time to assist someone else to see to it we were satisfied. Thank you thank you, thank you Verizon and Shannon Deese!
I read all the reviews and was a little skeptical. However, Melissa made me glad I did. She was helpful and knowledgeable and moved all my things over! She was just wonderful! On the 4th of july she took so much time with me !!!! I saw people in and out and at one point I said sorry to hold you up and she looked at me and said your all the customer I see today lovely young woman.
I would not go to this store. Avoid it. They did not have a strong stock of phones or colors. I had to order a phone, the wrong phone arrived. Had to call twice to find a rep who could re-order the phone without just saying that original sale rep needs to process it. The reps dont want to help each other with orders or customer service because they work for their own commissions. They wont call or send an automated text when your item does arrive so you have to bother them just to get anything done.
To make a long story short Ive been having some major problems with my iPhone 11 pro max. I got it in early June and it was working great! But, by around early July it completely stopped working at wouldnt connect to cellular data at all. At the time I was quarantined and unable to bring it in until about a week later putting me just outside the 30 days to get a new one. The guy was so nice and gave me a suggestion on who to call and talk to about it. Unfortunately they were no help :/, I tried going other places and nothing.Today, I returned to the store to get help activating my warranty. Im going out of town next week, its been broken for almost a whole month and I just really needed a new one and fast! It was a much longer process than anticipate but the guy helping me out, Hal Knowles, was amazing! He was so friendly and sympathized with my situation. He called customer service for me determined to help me out and after 2 hours, multiple transfers and even a couple dropped calls he was able to get me a new phone ordered AND with express shipping. Not only that but he even offered me some advice on my bill! I was so stressed dealing with this whole phone situation but I can honestly say that I left that building happier and certainly more relieved. I have yet to be disappointed with the staff at this location, they are so helpful!

Melissa was excellent I came in with a broken phone and she got me into a Moto. No iphones for me. I had so much fun and with her. Sh is there Saturday and Sunday. Left me her number in case of an issue and she wouldnt let me tip. She was extremely professional and I can tell she cares... This girl could sell me anything 🙂
I was enamoured with Melissa. She tried so long to fix my phone and I ended up getting a new one. She set up the new phone and made jokes. New phone and a show. It was so easy it didnt feel we were in there an hour. I am new to the smart phone world but she taught me how to use my phone and different things I didnt even know it did. She also told me to make her a list and she would answer any questions on that list... Shes there on Sundays go in and ask for her !
When I tell you I was in and out this place in under 5 mins its a GREAT thing. Before I could even breathe when I stepped in that joint I already had Desmond helping me out. All I needed was a simple SIM card swap, and he handled it like he had put the phone together himself. He was extremely knowledgeable on todays current events and whats going on in the cellular service carrier environment. This man deserves a raise and a half for the mind boggling excellent customer service I had received. I almost wanted to stay in Verizon longer just because the process was that easy. 350/10 times I would recommend going here no matter your service provider.
Melissa was amazing. She really cares about the customer. It is hard to find this kind of customer service. Melissa melissa melissa go see her. She is in this location saturdays only. I watched her save a customer over 90 dollars a month. I daid self im waiting on that lady.
I came to his store to check on why my phone bill which was so expensive that I was thinking about switching . He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to save me almost 100.00 a month . Thank again for the excellent customer service. Anyone needing help with anything I highly recommend seeing Robert at the Austell location across from Walmart.
Garrick was the absolute best. I came in for a customer service issue and he was able to work it out where I got a new phone with other things and actually saved me money on my bill. Id definitely recommend him to my family and friends. Robert was really helpful as well. They both deserve raises . Verizon should be proud to have them as employees.
I had an awesome experience today with upgrading my phone. Everyone in the store was great. My salesperson was Garrick. Hes awesome and literally had me in and out in less than 30 mins. I told him that I was in a hurry but needed to get a new phone and true to his word he was able to get everything done in a timely manner. Ill be sure to recommend all my friends to this store and to ask for Garrick.
I went in the store to get a new phone and line set up, everything went so well and LaTonya Sanders was extremely helpful she broke everything down for me and made it all so easy! I would definitely recommend you asking for her if you go to this location. Thank you so much for setting me up and dealing with all my questions lol.
Samantha has been such a big help! She greeted us right away with a big smile, was able to get us the phone we needed, and even helped us lower our monthly bill! Sam was the sweetest and so so glad we came and got her to help us. One of the best experiences weve had at Verizon.
I went to this store today in complete panic mode....Lost my phone yesterday...From the moment I opened the door, I felt like I was the most important person on the face of the earth and yes, the store had other customers. I was immediately greeted by Scott. I have never come across a more helpful, caring and amazing human being. He takes customer service above and beyond. Not normally one that writes reviews (good or bad) but it is 100% necessary at this location. THANK YOU SCOTT, you are the best! On another note, the other associates that I came in contact with, were amazing as well. I would drive out of my way to go back to this location.

I went in to the store with the expectation of cancelling my business account with Verizon. As a business owner I take pride in customer service and being able to offer the best to my clients. With that being said my experience with Verizon has been less than positive. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted with a huge smile and handshake by the sales rep Garrick. I was still upset and intent on cancelling my services and going elsewhere. However, his pleasant demeanor and attitude was slowly causing me to lower my guard. He listened patiently to me rant, rave and vent my displeasure about my past experiences. After I finished he genuinely apologized on behalf of the company and asked whether there was anything that he could do to change my mind. At first I was adamant and told him No but he didnt let that stop him. He once again apologized and said that he was refusing to take No for an answer. He then got on the phone and called someone on the business side of things and explained my frustration and asked if there was anything that could be done to save the account. To make a long story short Garrick literally single handedly saved my account from being closed and switching over to T-Mobile. If not for him my 15 line business account would be closed. I dont know who in the company reads these reviews but Garrick is an awesome asset to the Verizon company and I would recommend him to all of my family, friends, and business associates. Be very, very careful. My experience is my fault for impulsively making a decision that I regret on ever level.We went for iPhones.Was sold on this LG that is suppose to have 2 screens. Was told my 2nd screen would be 3 or 4 days. We are at 6 weeks now.About the money on the bill? We were told 30 more per line. Its like 100 more per line.I just feel heavy you know. Like I forget there are people like this in the world. I know it is/was my choice to ultimately make the purchase. I made that decision because I trusted I was at a reputable business and I was being told the truth.For me, I feel like I experienced a used car lot from the 70s.Becareful. Get their quotes and promises in writing. Be smarter than I was. My phone bill is literally 100 less that my 2020 car payment.
I want to thank Hal Knowles for calming me down and by changing my bad experience with Verizon to a good one! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I am a Nursea Front liner at that .Nevertheless ,my phone is very important everyday because I do my patient charting through my phone. This guy stayed very late to make sure I was straight!!! I ask this young man for a card little do he know I will tell all my nurse buddies this morning . Hal Knowles you did that!!! I will be back for sure.
The service with this phone has been great but when I got service with this phone I was told that if I mad my first 6 payments on time I would get $3000 In store credit to purchase merchandise. I verified twice before leaving store to make sure I heard correctly and both times the gentlemen said yes. Now I’m being told that’s not true. I will be shopping around for other phone services else where because that’s unprofessional. If you don’t have Verizon please don’t get it
PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Garrick took great care of me. He answered all of my questions and helped me make the best decision for my exact situation. I didn’t feel pressured just respected. He even took the time to set up each individual device and walked me through how to use everything. I really appreciate this experience and will definitely come back.
My initial interaction with John Nur was good until I left and queried a set up device charge of $40.00 on my bill. I returned the next day to collect my ordered phone and requested a refund of the set up charge. This time I was most unfortunate to deal with Kevin Jones whose customer service attitude left a lot to be desired. Apparently he was upset I wanted my $40.00 refunded. He then had the audacity of wanting to charge me $35.00 for a restocking fee after I decided to cancel the entire order. When I asked what restocking fee and I had not yet received the phone....he stated you have a point. My total bill was $131 ++, l paid 100.00 in cash and the balance from a debit card, initial he stated I would get my refund in 1 to 2 weeks, after I cancelled the entire sale...he stated I would receive my money in 2 to 3 weeks. I then left the store without a phone and my money. I went home and contacted Verizon Corporate who apologize for the horrible experience , they then spent time to get me the same deal and also ordered my phone, to be shipped to me. I would never, never, ever return to that store. Ive been with Verizon for over 10 yrs and this is the worst experience Ive ever encountered.
I called the store to learn about getting my phone serviced. The person who answered simply did not care to listen. We had a decent connection. I explained what I thought was needed and he responded saying something that showed he was not paying attention to me. When I was trying to repeat he started talking to somebody in the store while I was talking to him repeating so I could get an answer to my issue. The associate simply could not pay attention.

Words can not express the excellent customer service my wife and I experienced yesterday the salesman was name Hal Knowles this guy literally stayed 3 hours to help get our phone situation straighten out. Boy !!! it was a messed up situation.. However, regardless of the numerous times he was transferred or accidentally hung up on this man kept a professional attitude. So with that being said Kudos !!! to the guy name Hal I will definitely share this experience with my Wellstar coworkers.
I had been billed incorrectly for over $200 for 2 months! I had been around and around in circles with customer service until I went back into this store... The salesperson LaTonya Sanders took me, a disgruntled customer and my situation on and spent at least 2 hours on the phone with customer service (time which I can NEVER get back) to get things settled. Im grateful because NO ONE else would have ever done for me (and so graciously) what she did!
Reuel offered phenomenal service. He was kind, gracious, patient, helpful, and went out of his way to ensure that I received every discount, and every special offer, that was available. My wife and I worked with Michael Johnson at this store to transfer our mobile phone to a new phone we had been given as a gift. He worked diligently on this matter, and there were a few twists and turns to get it accomplished, but he gladly worked through all the necessary problems to get us up and running. Tyler Stiles and Patrick Patel deliver great customer service. Tyler greeted us warmly and responded attentively to service and resolve our cellular problem. And Patrick was very knowledgeable and exemplified teamwork as both professionals were devoted to providing us a positive Verizon experience. It was most appreciated and impressive.
I went into this store on Floyd Road with my husband to purchase 3 phones. We realized a full 24 hours later, that we only needed one phone. When we asked to return the phones, they said there was a $50 restocking fee, for each phone. The worker Eric Williams refused to work out anything with us. Something about all these issues, seems very fishy to us. Phones that were not yet used being returned and we are charged $100 to put the phones back. We figured if were being charged to return the phones, then we might as well keep them. WE ARE EXTREMELY DISPLEASED, CLEARLY SOMEONE IN THIS COMPANY IS GAINING SOME BENEFIT FROM THIS GREED!!!!!!
Huge shout out to Dezmond Lane for spectacular customer experience in the Cellular sales store. I was irritated over a screen protector that was damaged at purchase and had already made several trips to the store to see the rep was responsible for exchanging (the other reps indicated they were unable to assist). Not only did he exchange the protector but it was a much better one. Thank you!
I just want to express my deep appreciation for the service provided by Lalu Patel while visiting today at Verizon in Austell. He was extremely helpful and the customer service level was beyond perfect. He is a valued employee and should be treated as such thank you for having him here at this location.
Visited this location on 01/21/19 to inquire about upgrading my phones. Garrick Ginyard assisted me with my decision. I did not arrive at the store until 7pm and after choosing a new IPhone he was so patient in dealing with us. Due many issues including a shared Apple IDs and phones not being backed upped recently the transfer of photos, contacts and apps took some time. Garrick worked with us and stayed late until I think 9:30pm. We left with working phones and Garrick never made us feel like we were an inconvenience. I went back on the 23rd to have my old IPhone converted over to my Mother’s number and again Garrick assisted me. And again he exceeded my expectations.I would recommend this store and Garrick. Thank you for all you help.
John Nur was very attentive from when I first walked in the door. I came in with a straight forward mind on Samsung but he introduced me to something that I really agreed to and liked! He was a GREAT help and I would definitely send other customers his way! He made Verizon Greater!
Whatever you do stay away from rep Patrick. I may have the wrong name but he is a short stocky middle eastern guy. I am pretty sure his name is Patrick. I will never ever return with this rep and I will tell you the reasons why. For starters , He does not give you his full attention when working with you. I was initially in to upgrade my wifes iPhone 5SE as we were eligible for one. After he looked us up he saw that my phone was eligible for an upgrade as well. He was real pushy and it was obv he wanted to make the sale for the 2nd upgrade. I told him that I was not interested at all and that I was just here upgrading my spouses phone. A second customer came in the store as he was setting up my wifes phone and decided to work with her as well. The other sales reps just looked at him in disbelief that he actually took 2 customers at once. During this whole process he was trying to sell us a free tablet not knowingly my wife said yes but that does not matter as we were already looking to buy a cheap tablet for our 3 year old. Going back and forth with us and the other customer he kept insisting on buying protection screen and case for the phone we purchased. We repeatedly told him no. But he kept going back forth saying so you do want that case and cover right? It was becoming annoying at this point but we still replied no.After we got home my phone was out of service.I was like this incompetent mfr. He had disconnected my line for the new phone. So now we had service on the new phone and my wifes old phone. We called him as we had his personal number and he just said oh my bad just switch the SIM cards. (Very professional right?) I then called Verizon customer service because he had upgraded my phone and not hers after i specifically told him i did not want an upgrade and on top of that he added insurance on all the phones on our plan. We have 2 other lines along with our two. So now i was paying an extra 100 dollar difference due to this buffoons incompetence. The customer service rep on the phone apologized to me for the awful experience and fixed everything for me on the spot and took his name down but i do not think anything will happen to the guy but whatever you do stay away from this PATRICK when you visit this store. He will scam you right in front of your face and will be real sneaky about it.
The customer service here is exceptional!!! At this day and age people only go into carrier stores to either buy a new phone or have some kind of dilemma about their current phone -- I was definitely the latter. With that said I walked in with a mindset that customer service would be neutral since I wasnt buying something and I could never be so wrong. Shavon the employer went through bounds and loops to help me out about my Iphone 7. He got me all the way together and I am truly am so appreciative of the diligence and the can do attitude. If there were 10 stars he would get all of them. Go Verizon!!
I would not recommend picking up a new device that you have ordered online from this store. Your online documents say on thing and they say another. Online I chose the option to have the tax on the new phone billed to me. When I got in the store, I was told I had to pay in then. It also seems they need training on the whole pick up process.
Customer Service is not very good. Representative was not very helpful. He seemed uninterested in helping me when I came in. Nobody even greeted me to take my name when I came in the store although they had only 2 other customers...so I got passed around because the person at the counter said my name needed to be on the list so I had to go find the person that was supposed to greet me and put my name on the list.When I finally was helped by a guy name Steve he was not very friendly at all. In fact, he was more interested in another customers issue next to me that he overheard than resolving my situation. He was literally asking another customer about her issue while helping me. I had to pull information out of him. Soon after I left the store, I realized he never returned my wall charger to my phone that he troubleshooted. I called back at least 3 times trying to convince him that he had my charger as he kept saying he distinctly remember giving it back; that he put it in my hand. I told him multiple times that this did not happen as Id literally left the store less than 15 mins ago and had not left my car and no charger was with me so I told him to look again as I was coming back. He then miraculously finds it while we are on the phone after my 3rd attempt in getting him to locate my accessory. I told him Im about 5-7mins away and he says they are closing in 3 minutes and cant wait because they are all ready to go home. I asked if there is a Manager there that can wait as I needed my charger. He says I am the Manager, we open at 9am tommorow. I asked him if he can simply leave it outside in an envelope since he couldnt wait another 3-5minutes. He leaves my wall charger on the ground wrapped in a piece of copy paper.
Prior to visiting this store I never foresaw a cell phone store receive a 5 star rating from me. Disclaimer, my experience was with one individual who was likable and more importantly knowledgeable. I cant vouche for the store in its entirety but I do intend to continue to go there to find out.
Sad that my experience was not as good as I’d hoped. Though my representative was seemingly helpful, none of the nearly 2,000 photos from my old phone were properly transferred to my new one. It makes me sad I chose this location rather than going to another Verizon that would have not made this type of mistake.
I recieved excellent service from Joshua Riggins. I arrived to the store with cell damages where I assumed were easy to repair. With much of Joshua’s patience and thorough explanations, he reassured the worries. Left the store with a better cell replacement, and a greater confidence in Verizon Wireless’ associates. Christine Perteete is by far the best in customer service there is and you should see her at work! She is not only helping you but other customers in the cue or her fellow employees that are not as experienced as she is.We have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 yrs and Christine has helped our family get the best Apple Verizon plan with as much savings as possible, looks for the best promotional/breaks for you and knows the deadlines and how to make the most of your trade in.Our family is also not local and she set up the plan, then showed us how to access and activated our plans though the phones could not be set up for weeks apart after promotional deadlines.Lastly, Christine is so dedicated she gave me her cell # if I had a problem and even answered my call on her vacation to see family! Now that is true customer care! Kudos to Christine Perteete
On March 07, 2018, I entered Verizon office and was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Ruel. Mr. Ruel was very courteous and patient. He was quite knowledgeable at his job. He made recommendations to better assist me in the purchase and set up of a phone for my senior citizen, uncle. For this service, Im very appreciative and I feel that Mr. Ruel is an asset the Verizon establishment.
Went in to switch from ATT on Mothers Day, they were running a special to get a free tablet with 1gb data, got it and 2 S5s, the salesman assured me what my bill would be and assured me all info was correct walking out of store. One day later I found the salesman didnt know what he was talking about and now my bill was going to be at least $30 more a month. After hours on the phone with Verizon and the store and they were not willing to make good the salesmans offer, I returned the phones. Now a month later I receive a $900 bill because they didnt return the items properly and another hour and a half on the phone to get them to correct everything (still not sure it is all correct). NIGHTMARE! If you go here be sure you validate everything with the Store Manager or they WILL NOT work with you. Better yet stay away...
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, however the gentlemen that greeted me sat down on the couch right in front of me. Who does that??? Also the rest staff was also seated while customer walked in and had to wait to be seen! What kind of customer service is this???!?? Will never visit this store again nor do I recommend it!!!
These dweebs just do not care. They must work there because no one else will hire them.If it does not fall in-between the very narrow lines they see, they refer you to someplace or someone else, insurance, the 800 number, anywhere so they can go back to chit-chatting with each other.I hate walking in there and only do it when I am in a hurry. I live 5 minutes from here and would rather go to the Verizon store in the mall in Kennesaw, more than a half hour away, then to go in there for ANY type of assistance.The more I deal with these professionals the more I want to go to Sprint
This reps in this store are afraid of hard work. It was funny because the rep I work with was scared to actually proceed to my long process to edge up my phone. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AS HELL...... WOW. NOTHING ABOUT THE REPS IN THAT STORE WAS QUALITY. I WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS AND COMMENT. AND PUT A SAD FACE. NO ONE ELSE WOULD HIRE THEM.

2022-07-22Went to this store to do an upgrade and was scammed throughout the whole process. The promotion was an IPhone and Apple Watch bundle. The watch was supposed to be included in the bundle, I receive the first bill and there is $117 in charges for the watch alone. I called Verizon customer service and they tell me to return it to the store, the store then charges me a $50 restocking fee. Not to mention when I got the new phone the salesmen had such little knowledge he was unable to port my info over and sends me out of the store halfway through the process telling me it will finish on its own. The phone began shutting down on its own the next day, I took it back the same salesman tried again to set it up but failed again. But, they have my $40 set up fee and refuse to return it to me. I had to call customer service and be put through to apples support, it took over 2 hours for Apple support to get this phone set up because the salesman in the store messed it up that bad. The only thing the store manager has to say is I’m sorry. Do not go to this store, it is a franchise, not a cooperate Verizon store.

2022-06-29Went in to get help with my phone. Kevin and Jeremiah was very helpful! They answered all my questions, was very friendly, patient and resourceful. I recommend working with them both. Kevin stayed later to finish helping me with questions I had, showing my alternative products and meeting my needs based on my wants.

2022-07-02After a lot of discussion and nervousness, we had a surprisingly easy experience at the Floyd Road location. Shannon Deese guided us through the entire process. She was extremely knowledgeable, eager to help, and very patient. We appreciated the 1 on 1 help. We have told our friends and family about our experience. Thanks again Shannon!

2022-03-21I was in the store on 2 separate days last week trying to update my service. Their was a problem with my account and Denard Holmes spent at least 4 hours between these 2 days trying to fix the problem, even working through his lunch. 2022-04-01Edward was outstanding, very knowledgeable and patient.He met me at the door with a upbeat greeting and effortlessly moved the devices and added a line. The entire team on staff 3/26/2022 were personable and created an energetic environment. I will definitely recommend this location for in person service.

2022-06-11Came in and needed a durable phone because I have a rough lifestyle. Met a fellow hiker Melissa Santiago. She got me a dura sport by Kyocera and I love it so far! Best experience inside a Verizon store to date! She knows what shes doing !

2022-07-21The service here was awful, typical salesmen using misleading terms and promotions to manipulate you. Not only did the salesmen I talked mislead me into a false promotion about receiving a free Apple Watch with the purchase I had made and then being charged for that Apple Watch with the next bill I received and when trying to return this Apple Watch after learning I had to pay for it I then was forced to pay a restocking fee.

2022-07-02An employee sat behind the desk and scrolled on her phone while I asked questions to join a Verizon phone plan. She didn’t answer my questions, responded rudely to me, and then proceeded to sell me a SIM card for $20 that should have been included in the plan (verified to me later by Verizon customer service). JoAlyce should not work there.
