I was excited about the menu but they werent serving from the menu. It was buffet only. I wish they had updated their website to reflect that. I would have gone somewhere else. The food was fine. Not sure it was worth the cost of the buffet but it was good. We ordered drinks and they were crazy slow but the server comped them so it was okay. The drinks were amazing and so was our server. Cute atmosphere but probably wont go back unless I know theyre serving from a menu.
Had an amazing experience hosting an Afternoon Tea Party at Versailles for my birthday! The server and other staff were very accommodating and friendly. They made my party’s experience so effortless. The sweets and savories were all delicious and was happy that the champagne that comes with the Royal Tea package was perfect as well! The beautiful Christmas ambiance and decor was the cherry on top! Excellent customer service overall. Will definitely be back again soon.
Food good(pricey) but service bad! I use to be a server so I don’t do this much but the service was really bad. Slow on initial contact, slow on drinks, food and check. For a place that is higher end and charges a lot, I expect a lot better! I haven’t written a tip below 15 let alone 10% in years But I did today. I will avoid this place in the future and recommend the same for everyone else.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This is a catering service restaurant that charges bistro prices. They are not cooking each item to order. Think wedding catering, and then decide if you want to pay $55 per plate for an entree that has sat in a hotel pan on a steam table. Crazy what they are charging for this food. If you are considering the accommodation package that includes dinner and breakfast here, do not buy. Breakfast was a buffet, and they served reconstituted eggs. Do you want to pay $30 for eggs out of a box? I gave two stars because the service was decent, and the ambiance is ok (but very noisy). Im not sure why the local guides are giving this 5 stars; they must be getting comped something because this place is no five star experience.
We spent a nice weekend at Chateau Elan and purchased the breakfast package. If we had not purchased the breakfast package we probably wouldnt have eaten here because the quality of the food does not match the price. The over priced food was subpar, so we assumed that the price reflects how much they give you.I ordered the avocado 🥑 toast. It was okay, but had way too much lemon. I am assuming it was to keep the avocado from turning. The arugula was a nice touch and I ordered a side of fruit. The strawberries needed to be cleaned a bit better but other then that it was fine.My partner ordered the steak and eggs. He said that the egg 🥚 and steak was cooked perfectly but that the steak tasted like it was frozen. The roasted potatoes did indeed need a bit more seasoning as well.Coffee was like something from waffle house so I do not recommend the coffee which is ironic considering that the chateau apparently has a coffee bar.Have breakfast if you get the package, but eat elsewhere as you can get a better breakfast for a better price elsewhere. My recommendation is to lower the prices.
DISCLAIMER: This a four star rating from the perspective of fine dining, not restaurants in general.Chateau Elan is a wonderfully beautiful resort, and the cleanliness and service was very welcoming to my friend and I. Upon arrival, I spoke to our waitress about the menu and her recommendations. She was very honest, and rated the entree I picked an 8/10.First course for me was the cesar salad, the lettuce was rich, and the dressing was balanced, not too intense, but with flavorful pockets throughout. My companion added salmon to hers, and it was absolutely delicious, highly recommend.Second course was the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The lobster was high quality and cooked well, but the cheese sauce was a little too runny for my taste, and it couldve used a pinch more of the garlic crumbs. My final course was the Crème Brûlée. I found it to be very tasty and well paired with the fresh berries that came with it.Overall, the experience was of great quality, and I ended up spending just under $100 (I did not however, order alcoholic beverages) for myself including tip. If you are looking to splurge on a nice meal, you cant go wrong with Versailles.Tl;dr - Versailles is a very nice restaurant with great service. There could be some minor improvements with plating and flavor balance, but overall a top quality fine dining experience!
I rarely post. We are big foodies and appreciate good food. This was the worst food I have ever had. Ratatouille???? Raw tomato slices (cheapest tomatoes you can get your hands on), dry eggplant with pizzas sauce and a salad ??? It wasn’t bad… it was not edible. Muscles …. No flavor at all… short rib was ok, but how do you screw up a short rib ? What should have been a high end restaurant with great food, in reality cheap ingredients , terrible execution, 45 minute wait in between courses with Costco lettuce. What’s disappointing is the food, servers did the best they could with what they had, but the service was actually good. Food was bad… like honestly I can’t believe that it was actually that bad. That said, Luies upstairs was amazing. Drink are excellent and so was the food (we ended up there after). Location and premises also very nice.
This was our first time at Versailles and were celebrating a special occasion. The staff was fantastic from the moment we arrived, making us feel welcome and getting us seated quickly. Our waiter was phenomenal, knowledgeable about the menu and able to easily make recommendations when asked. I had the lobster mac and cheese after he recommended it when I was in the fence between that and the salmon, and I absolutely did not regret following his advice! The chocolate mousse for dessert was the perfect finishing touch for the night!
Fine dining experience at Chateau Elan certainly boasts high end prices, but does it deliver a high end experience? Partly, due most in fact to the quality of the food. The filet was outstanding as were the desert selections - mango moose: chefs kiss! However, a limited menu selection, combined with a lobby-feel seating arrangement leaves the guest with an overpriced impression. Does that Caesar salad need to be $18??? Now, if entre dishes were to drop $10 across the board, wed be cooking with gas.
First and last time going here. Ive heard great things about the tours and wine tastings. I was there for brunch. The best thing about brunch was the fruit. All of the hot items were lukewarm at best. Everything was medicore...waayyyy to much for 70 dollar tab. Stick with the tours. Go elsewhere for appetizing food at proper temperatures. Save your money!
For the number of stars the hotel has I cant be soft, the waiter had a dirty shirt, it might be a new way to show the menu another thing he was not to friendly with the language, I understand to talk have a second language but his English was shady...food wise the stake and fries was slightly unbalanced and I refer to quantity but ok
I was able to snag a last minute reservation here after a friend booked me a surprise 40th stay at Chateau Elan. The hostess was very kind in working to get me a booth instead of a table. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. I ordered a creme brulee for dessert and asked if they would put a candle in it. Not only was a candle added, they spelled Happy Birthday in chocolate on the plate! It was definitely that bit of extra that helped to make the night that much better.
Came here with a couple of friends for our anniversary dinner. We arrived before 5pm and we went around the small vineyard opposite the main car park and the place is very beautiful. We thought we could sneak in some wine tasting but unfortunately I think those need to be booked in advance because we were told that it was all booked. So we went to the Versailles bar and the drinks were good even though the bar tender was flustered because he was working mostly alone and there were too many customers. We got some complimentary chicken spring rolls and they tasted so good. The snack menu at the bar was very limited so we ordered some crabs cake and some wings. I just think the crabs were overpriced($28) for just 3 little crab cakes that didn’t taste all that great. The crab cakes alone tasted blunt but the sauce accompanying them was very delicious. I was also dissapointed because they had so many wines and zero non alcoholic wines. Would think they would just spare one small batch non alcoholic since they process the wine there. So when it was 5pm we crossed over to the dinning tables and again their entree’s menu was very limited. Looking at the entrees prices I thought I would be wowed by the food but I wasn’t at all. The food was well decorated but the taste wasn’t all that for the price paid. I ordered the sea bass($54) some of my guests order salmon and another ordered the duck. The place is very nice for a romantic gate away and the servers were very nice and also the place is very diverse in terms of servers and also other guests. Our server was very good and she is from Ethiopia, the host was also very nice ,a gentleman from Moldova and the bar tender was also very nice from Netherlands. The one star I subtracted was because of the limited snacks and entrees menu . I will be coming back again soon for another romantic dinner date with my husband hopefully in the near future.
Over priced mediocre food. Paid $28 for ratatouille; it was 2 or 3 slices of grilled zucchini, roasted tomatoes, eggplant, tons of tomato sauce. Nothing was cooked together so the flavors could blend in the traditional style of this dish.Ordered the duck, but the server ordered me the wrong dish so everyone else was done eating by the time I got my dinner, which was overcooked; they still charged me $54. Unbelievable.Crab cake app was 2 flat patties, runny not firm, hardly any crab meat. Ridiculous prices for this dinner, embarrassing that we brought guests.
I was very disappointed. We came as a group of 7 girls to celebrate friends birthday. Service was really bad... couldnt get our drinks right. We never received any bread (we all love bread).... it was also a birthday and noone acknowledged it. Very disappointing. Wine tour on the other hand was excellent and highly recommended...
Upon booking our trip to Chateau, we were told it was a must to make reservations for Versailles Restaurant & Bar. We had dinner and breakfast. We ordered the steak Diane and the Salmon. The steak Diane looked like grey lunchmeat served with homemade mash potatoes (not in a good way) and broccolini that was boiled in unsalted water. The presentation was lackluster. Such a disappointment and waste of money and calories. My friend loved her salmon...Breakfast however was delightful. Our omelets were down with perfection.
We stayed at the resort two nights and ate dinner here the first night. Not what you expect in a 4 star advertised resort. Very limited menu. Service was good, but the food over priced for what they offered and provided. A big group of people in the adjoining area made it very loud in the restaurant area. Go to Paddys across the street and get great food and service at a reasonable price point.
I rarely leave reviews. Only when I am extremely impressed, or disappointed. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with our experience at Versailles. Our services was horrible. We did not get a bread basket, I had to send my vodka martini back 3x ( it is not a difficult drink to make), our order was wrong... etc. The waiter appeared to be new, and there was another waitress that was trying to assist with his missteps, however it didnt change our experience. The food was ok.. it was grossly overpriced. It was TGIF Fridays quality with a $55pp price tag. I do not recommend.
Unfortunately the bartender didnt have time to take my order even though there was only 4 people at the bar. So after informing the host and being seated with a server my experience only got better. Al provided excellent service, fast and very accommodating with the little time I had left. He suggested their fantastic award winning red wine which I got a bottle of with the cheese meat plate along the delcious bourbon braised ribs. He provided a great experience and I will be back! Thank you again Al!
First time here at this restaurant. It is a very beautiful place. The service was stellar. Out server was Citra from Indonesia and she was so polite, friendly, nice and welcoming. She could be my server on any day of the week. It was my husband and I anniversary. She made us feel right at home.
Food was good, but not up to the prices they were asking, in my opinion. Fairly basic items which seemed to be priced based on the location of being near the conference center facilities moreso than the choices themselves. Our server Rodrigo was very nice and attentive, though.I would recommend Fleur-De-Lis (located in the spa) and Paddys over this, both only a short walk away and each with very tasty and unique options.
The service was ok. The food was terrible. We had a party of 6 and not one person liked their food. A cafeteria restaurant like Piccadilly or Luby’s is 1,000 times better. A 54 dollar steak dinner should have been beyond that standard. We let the restaurant know we didn’t like our food. They asked if we wanted replacement and we just said no out of the lack of confidence in eating anything of higher quality. I do not recommend this restaurant.
We booked a night at The Inn and was expecting a nice dinner at Versailles, but instead we were disappointed — for many reasons. The hostess and the manager greeted us and were friendly at the front. There was nice pianist playing at the front too. We then were seated and waited for our server. Our server greeted us and gave us waters. Everything went downhill from there. We ordered cocktails but didn’t receive them for at least 20 minutes. We already were almost finished with our soup and salad before receiving our condensates drinks. I kept looking for a manager or our server so we could ask for an update on our missing drinks, but nobody would ever look our way.The food runners kept running out the food without knowing who ordered what. They would get to the table with the food and dish it out “auction style” — asking who ordered whatever dish they had in their hands. We had our dirty plates on our table all night. The server, nor the food runners or bussers, ever took all the dirty plates and cleaned up our table. We received our dessert with dirty soup cup from our first course still on the table! This ordinarily wouldn’t bother me at an Applebee’s or something similar, but when we are expecting a fine dining restaurant at a resort with a $200 bill, expectations are a lot higher. In fact, it should be standard.Another frustration was that the server never gave me another set of silverware for my entree after taking my salad plate with silverware on it. So when my entree came out, I had to stop a busser to ask for silverware because our server was not there — nor did she check on us until awhile after we got our entrees. Our server never asked us if we wanted an another round of drinks either. After entrees (which were mediocre), we decided to give the restaurant another chance on dessert. We ordered and was excited for the peach cobbler. We waited forever on the dessert. Our server eventually made a special appearance and asked us if we ever received our dessert! As a server, you should know what is going on at your tables, and knowing whether your table received their final course is standard. However, after waiting a long time for the dessert, it ended up being luke warm. We were very disappointed with the entire experience. To add a cherry on top, we kept hearing what we thought was a bottle rocket firework, until we realized that it was the kitchen door that was making that terrible noise the entire night.I was hoping to speak with a manager about our experience at the end of the night, but I just wanted to leave at that point. I’m hoping someone will contact me regarding this disappointment.
The service was awesome however, the food was eh... my ribeye was thin and really had no taste, even with the au jus. The lobster mac.... not even going to go there. My fiancé ordered the medium well/well filet mignon, the first time it was well done and the second time it was very rare. The manager came and apologized with a bottle of peach muscadine wine, which was TASTYYYY!
The food was incredibly underwhelming for $30 per person for brunch. My family and I were not impressed by anything we ate, specifically the dessert. The dessert looked wonderful but it was extremely dry, like it was a week old. Even if it were half the price, we still wouldn’t have been impressed. I expect better from a place with such a good reputation.
We had the most delicious dinner at Versailles during our recent girls trip. Our server Sevvy was so kind and fun and made great wine and appetizer recommendations that we loved. Our party shared a charcuterie board (excellent!) and we had the Lobster Mac and cheese pea and scallop ravioli, filet and sea bass. We all lived our meals but agreed that the Lobster Mac was our favorite. Sure the menu is pricey, but the quality was worth it and it’s a perfect celebratory dinner spot.
My family, for many years, have held our annual pre-Christmas dinner at the Versailles Room primarily due to its seafood on the buffet and the desserts. It has always and been great UNTIL THIS YEAR! This year the king crab legs were tasteless (where lots of salt and butter only made it barely edible). The dessert cakes/pies had been frozen and had barely thawed out. The chocolate cake was SO hard and dry that when you strongly pressed your finger in it, the chocolate icing did not stick to your finger and the cake itself just stubbornly slid along the plate. My wife had to spit out her bite of the cake into her napkin. The key lime pie was also very bad. We complained to the manager about the quality of the food having dropped off so much but she disagreed and made no efforts to properly satisfy repeat customers (who knew how great the buffet has been previously). The ONLY decent parts of the meal were the large shrimp and the salad. For $60 per person, you should enjoy more than shrimp and salad. We will now seek a new restaurant for our annual Christmas dinner...
Not sure if its Covid related or what but this restaurant has gone severely downhill. They want $16 for a ceasar salad. Romaine lettuce and salad dressing. Seriously? Thats as an appetizer/side salad. Extremely slow service last night. We had one drink and left and went to another restaurant on property to eat.Tried again this morning for breakfast. My breakfast burrito was awful. Wasnt even warm when it came and Ive had frozen breakfast burritos from the grocery store that tasted better. Man who set our food down on the table accidently touched my food. Husband got an omelet and it was also mediocre. He ate half of it, I ate maybe 1/4 of my bfast burrito and we just gave up. Very disappointing.
For our special Christmas celebration, I decided to bring my family to your establishment for the advertised “Christmas Feast.” There were 9 of us, all adults, and every single one of us were shocked at the quality (or lack thereof) of food offerings.First of all, the “prime rib” was so severely overcooked, that it resembled more of a shriveled-up, over-roasted, top round cut of beef. We begged the carver, the server, and the “manager” to please find some rare or medium-rare cuts for us, but they could not find any. Later on, while we wrapping up the unsavory meal and waiting for the check, the “manager” came over and said she found some rare cuts for us. It was poor timing, as we were already drinking coffee and my 90-year-old grandmother had to leave. But, late is better than nothing (so we thought), and the “manager” said she would box up a couple slices of rare prime rib for us to-go. We were grateful, until we got home and opened the container...honestly, I’m still speechless. I don’t know if this was a joke, or what, but what we were given was a slap-in-the-face from a restaurant where we just spent $1,000 and left hungry. Look at this atrocity—we simply opened the container and did not touch anything: (picture attached).I don’t understand how the restaurant thought this would be a peace-offering, as it merely looks like leftover fatty scraps from someone else’s plate. I am still angry that we left the restaurant without checking the container first.Besides the “prime rib,” there were multiple other problems as well. My grandma almost choked (literally) on the mortadella served at your “charcuterie table” (which was an insult to the name—what charcuterie table only offers mortadella and salami?? Where’s the prosciutto? Where’s the Romano cheese and fresh mozzarella?? No Brie cheese, no fresh fruits, nothing...what a shame.) But anyway, yes- she almost CHOKED, and we probably saved several lives when we explained what happened to the “manager.” Your “chefs” left the plastic casing on the mortadella when they sliced it! Every single slice of mortadella was encompassed with an invisible, thin string of plastic surrounding it, just waiting to be caught in someone’s unsuspecting throat. First, we called the server over to let her know, and told her to immediately inform the manager to take the mortadella off the charcuterie table, to protect everyone else. About 15 minutes later, I went back to the charcuterie station and noticed that nothing had been done! So, I called over the manager and told her about it, but she didn’t understand—she said she had never eaten mortadella and didn’t know anything about the plastic casing on the meat. I then picked up a piece of the meat and peeled off the plastic while she watched in awe, and I think she finally realized the impact that this giant mistake could have had. She just kept saying “I had no idea,” but I told her that the chefs should have known- it should have never made it out to the serving table that way.Lastly, it was obvious that several other foods were pre-made in advance and just re-heated in the morning. The Mac-and-cheese was so dry that it was inedible, and pig/pork and turkey were also overcooked. In an attempt to get some sort of protein on my plate, I tried a chicken finger from the children’s station- it was too rubbery and dry to bite into. I asked the carver to cut me off a little bit of crispy pigskin, but he said he couldn’t because the skin was too soft and soggy. The crab legs were fantastic, I’ll give you that; but, waiting 20 minutes (no exaggeration) for some drawn butter was unacceptable.I tried reaching out to Chateau Elan several times before posting this review, but they will not answer my emails.
Stay away. We ate at Versailles for Christmas Eve and I dont think I can overstate how dissapointing it was. The restaurant is technically an extension of the hotel lobby and its like eating in a warehouse. It was largely empty, with an empty buffet set up. The atmosphere was not at all festive. No music playing, lighting was underwhelming to say the least. Our waiter was awkward and incompetent. Lastly, their food is not only over priced; it simply tastes bad. Our meal was over $500 and we could have eaten much more, much better, in a nicer envonrment for much less money.
The manager, Max, is the reason we are so disappointed with our experience. He was incredibly rude to my friends and me. We also saw him be disrespectful of other employees. I can’t believe Chateau would keep him around. He was everything a server/manager should NOT be. Not a good thing to keep around someone that turns away customers! You’ve lost my business until he’s gone.
Please dont be fooled by the pictures of the crab legs on the other review sites this establishment does NOT have crab legs on the weekend buffet anymore and the quality of the rest of the buffet is bland and tasteless.Spoke to management and they listened but did nothing to improve it. Whom ever is giving them good reviews has obviously never experienced fine dining or their trying to keep their jobs because sorry to say at this point with the lack of atmosphere and poor food quality it is like eating at a food court in a mall.Let it be known to the management and boycott it until they appreciate their long time patrons its the only way they will realize their mistakes! Also I saw a review about the wonderful piano player they are obviously not music eficentionatos she cant play arpeggios without missing half the notes.
Its okay. Wait staff seems to have better things to do than to serve. I come here all the time to shoot pool with my boys and service is always mediocre. My waiter just disappeared tonight and no one took his place. Everyone is nice, but if Im going to pay $43 for three glasses of wine, then I expect amazing service and a least a ... hey, end of my shift, you wont see me ever again.Pretty sure this wasnt Don Panozs vision for how his investment would be run ...
The breakfast is awesome. Great selection, staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff are also knowledgeable of all menu items and pairings. The weekend buffet for dinner is amazing and the best food around. Jumbo shrimp, oysters, king crab, prime rib, sirloin, too many desserts to name, and some awesome chicken. Not to mention all you can eat. I would highly recommend, also be sure to get reservations, the place was crowded. They are easy to do online.
Incredible design, landscaping, and architecture! Awesome food, wine, and ambiance! The staff is so friendly and helpful in going above and beyond to exceed expectations! Very classy and elegant...you literally feel as if youre in a romantic fairytale novel as soon as you step foot inside of this enchantingly AMAZING resort. By far my most favorite place to visit in Georgia 😍💋😍
This restaurant is my first choice site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I I need a special lunchon, this restaurant comes first to my mind. Great and many types of food and a rich cuisine.generous staff, and nice spirit. And very important, the bill is affordable. I recommend this restaurant with pleasure.
Is there a term when you have to send more food or wine back then you ordered?Mushrooms were a hot mess fried in softball form, a buffet with every cheap conference catered food you could ever have the pleasure of eating. When you see creamed flounder and mostacholli you just have to laugh. We settled on a 14 pound burger with not cheese for $18. Makes Wirks Moving seem like a well run establishment.
Back in May, we went to Versailles for dinner. Our waiter Matthew D. happen to ask if we were there for a special occasion. We mentioned it was my birthday and left it at that. At the end of the meal Matthew came out with a piece of cheese cake with fresh berries (they did not happen to have fresh berries on the dessert buffet that night). He proceeded to quietly sing me Happy Birthday. I was shocked and delighted he went to this effort. It made the evening very special and nice. Weve eaten here several times but Matthew made it an exceptional experience.
At Chatau Elan:Before I get into the details of this review I wish to emphasize that the staff was very attentive and the food we consumed was goodHOWEVER,The restaurant was not serving in the atrium as I expected. Would have been nice if I was informed when I made my reservation, but NO. The Friday evening buffet was served in one of the ball rooms, not decorated at allI hope management reads this.Attention to detail was pathetic:No one to greet us at the doorWe ate on card tables (with table cloths)Tables were not set up properly, no salt or pepperNo bread plates, where am I to put my roll and butterBuffet did not serve all the dishes advertised - no shrimp no seafood display no horseradish sauce for the prime rib, chicken selection was not as advertisedChef at the carving station did not even know what creamy horseradish sauce was,. But it was specifically mentioned on the menuAttention to detail was horribly lackingBecause of their lack of attention to detail they did comp me my wineStaff was very pleasant and did the best they couldThis lack of attention to detail extends to the reservation staffI have no idea what it would take for me to returnMy guests traveled a good distance to meet us thereChateau Elan: shame on you
We love this elegant dining room and have chosen to eat here on several special occasions (communions, graduations). This Saturday it seemed quiet for lunch, only 2 other tables were occupied, but we did arrive on the later side.Food is really good, large varied salad bar, soup, pasta, and 3 entrees per chefs choice (this time excellent grouper, chicken, and pork medallions, with roasted red potatoes and steamed vegetable medley). Fancy dessert selection but could be a little more kid friendly. Maybe add some cookies/brownies/ice cream? All this for less than $25 pp for lunch is an outstanding value.Service is very friendly, prompt and professional.Cant wait to go back and eat here again after the planned renovation.

2022-01-22We had reservations for dinner for two- they were ready for us 20 minutes ahead so we actually got in before our scheduled time. Mary Katherine was over quickly and was helpful in our wine selection and then got our orders for bread, soup and entrees. Each was brought with good timing and everything was hot and to order. My wife enjoyed the ratatouille while I had the roasted salmon with risotto.

2022-06-19WOW, in a bad way. Was looking forward to a nice Fathers day dinner. We were seated by the hostess at 530p. 15 minutes later, no one has greeted us at the table. Two tables that was seated AFTER us got served first. We were completely ignored by the server. I asked the hostess why we were being ignored, and said shed look into it. 5 more minutes, nothing. We got up and went to the bar. It got a little better, the manager was nice, but we didnt get the mouche bouche pre-dinner like the rest of the guests. For the prices they charge i expected a level of service for fine dining. Definitely came up very short. I do give them 5 stars for the food. Best steak Frites we ever had, delicious crab cakes and lobster/shrimp ravioli. Creme Brulee was good too. Not a complete bust. Word to the wise, avoid a sit down reservation. Eat at the bar!!!!

2022-05-03Luxurious dining in an enchanting atrium. Food is worthy of the price and pairs well with the wines made at the onsite winery. The Versailles is hidden inside the hotel building and not in the main Chateau building you first see when driving in. Turn right before the Chateau to park near the hotel.

2021-11-30Me and my wife truly loved this Beautiful restaurant and even the staff. This restaurant is a must-go and you have to try the breakfast as well. The food was so delicious hands down and even woth the price. The quality of the food was so good and fresh. We wish we stayed alittle longer to try more meals but we do plan to come back again! In the photos we tried the Grilled Salmon, Rataouille, and the Lobster and Shrimp Shrimp Ravioli.

2021-07-19We stayed for a night at this beautiful place and decided to have dinner at this restaurant as it had good reviews and it was inside Chateau Inn. We were lucky to get reservations for same day but people make sure to call and make reservations at the earliest to enjoy food at this restaurant. You have to call and make reservations, no other way! I really loved the concept of this restaurant cuz it’s open restaurant. I loved the seating arrangements and live pianist playing lovely music. We went with lobster Mac and cheese and salmon as entree’s. We also had la maria cocktail and 🥃 on the rocks. The food was delicious and the servers were fast and polite. The only 🌟 deduction is for the price. They are highly overpriced in comparison to quantity of the food. The price per entree’s was $40-$50 which seems high to me. Other than that it’s a must try place for food!

2022-04-16The service, food and wine was absolutely amazing. On a girlstrip, we decided to eat dinner at Versailles. We were seated 30 minutes ahead of our reservation which was great. Suny, our waitress, was phenomenal. She recommended wine options which was spot on. The food was soo delicious. I never had a grilled peach salad with grilled chicken before until today. Definitely one of my new favs.

2021-08-19Afternoon Tea was absolutely fabulous. The decor at Versailles was lush and inviting. My husband and I were greeted by our Hostesses, Ariana and Tina who had our tea set waiting. We chose Nectar of the Sun, a Roobois blend which is caffeine free and Lush Orchard, a green tea with mango blend. Both were so good and we tried the Roobois iced, hot and hot with cream. Our tiered tea plate had the most decadent tiny layered desserts, salmon tartare on cucumber, shrimp salad stuffed puffs and rich chocolate dipped strawberries. Service was perfect. This was such a compliment to a lovely Sunday afternoon. The beginning of a wonderful stay at Chateau Elan.If you try my tea suggestions let me know what you think.🍵Sip and see,E.Free

2021-10-15Bobbie Jo was an outstanding server 6 stars for her and her customer skills. She is very pleasant and attentive to her customers and a breath of fresh air. She asked us repeatedly what we needed and made timely suggestions that made the experience top shelf. I asked to sit in her section the next morning and receive the same outstanding service with a smile and great attitude.
