Love Victoria Secret panties until the quality of them changed. I had recently order new panties. The price of them not only went up, but the quality went down. I been using Victoria secret for over 7 years and I have seen the quality changes. Sad things had change. Overall the ladies at the store are very nice and helpful. No complains on that.

I seem to find the staff very unhelpful they never offer to help you always have to ask for it actress traits me a b c have attitudes we were doing some Christmas shopping and it seems like everybody in this store employees have a bad attitude I will not go back
During covid the lines to get into VS are super long, especially on weekends or during the stores peak hours 1pm-5pm during the week. If you are wanting to visit the store without the wait time then, I suggest shopping early in the morning at store opening or later in the evening after the rush of traffic. The store was clean and organized at the time of shopping. There were several employees in the lingerie areas that would approach to ask if I was finding everything ok. I wasnt sure what I was looking for really as I just wanted to pamper myself with something new. I continued to browse the store and decided to leave not purchasingfrom the store. I did make an online purchase when I got home.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Although a tad chaotic, great variety of items on sale and a good variety in each size.
This store is very nice but I was not spoken to once while I was shopping. The same employee that I walked past and that walked past me spoke to other customers next to me though. Completely different from the other store here where the employees were engaging and helpful. When checking out the normal who assisted you on the floor today question was asked and I said no one. Nothing was said.
I love VS , I wear a lot of their clothes and I really enjoy the coupons and discounts that make their brand inexpensive. My only wish is that the salesperson didn’t jump on me the moment I enter the store, and several others do the same as I shop. If I needed help, I ask, I don’t enjoy this type of “service “ of near harassment as I pick out my underwear. Call me old fashioned but, I consider that a somewhat private moment.

The service wasnt good and the sale Associate gave out false information and when the manager was called she didnt honor what was told to us. After already spending 150 dollars she wanted us to spend another 80 dollars after we were told we had to spend only 65 dollars to receive a free gift that we knew nothing about until the sales Associate told us.

I mean, the store itself is a Victorias Secret in a mall, so it can only be so much.The staff, however, are EXTREMELY helpful. From the time we walked in until the second we checked out, they were absolute champs, and the store was spotless.
There have been a few times when I went shopping here to get a few items and the females that I bought them for love them their employees ar I willing to assist me without a problem

Had to make a return. Very pleasant at Oglethorpe Mall. I initially had gone to the Savannah mall only to find out the store there has been permanently closed. Was not happy about that.
The customer service is awesome. Just upset that theres a line of 10+ customers and wont open a 3rd register, when one is being used to help someone else on refunds.

Two of my favorite employees always keep it real with me and never steer me wrong I’m grateful for nice kind honest ladies who work here. A&M are amazing and always will be and they are just super nice people in general.

Great places to find lingerie and night attire for yourself or someone else. Staff also helps women or encourage them to find the proper bra that fits them when so many are not aware theyre not wearing the proper size.
Good bra fitting experts. Fitting rooms need attention. Not enough check out attendants or registers. Manager Tara was sassy to the staff at the register. My card was closed last month with no notice. Never again.
The BEST experience I have ever had!!! I was so pleased with the help there. They took me right back to be fitted and brought me everything I needed to try on to see what I liked, then directed me to the next person to show me where my styles and sizes were.i will definitely be back❤️

The store was really nice. I placed an order and it did not come when it was supposed to so they made me wait an extra four days to reorder it! that was the only downside of placing an order in the store.
Every single time I shop at this store theres an issue at check out. Most recently I was over charged for yoga pants after standing in line for 30 minutes. I absolutely hate shopping this particular location.
I love Victoria secret, shop here all the time ( well my husband shops here more often than me) and this was the first time ever entering the store and was never greeted was in there for about 30, 45 mins...no one and I mean no offered me any help ask if I found everything ok...it would have been great to have had some help..so because I did not get the help finding what I needed I got frustrated did not get all that I wanted and left....I will continue to let my husband shop for my undergarments, I dont have the patience..but he does and does a great job at it!!!!

The wife and I prefer the downtown location opposed to the oglethorpe mall location. The mall location is staffed by nice enough people, however, do not have as quality of a selection it seems.

2022-04-17I will say the staff was very nice and helpful. However, you can imagine the look on my face and my 14 year old grandsons face when the sales lady approached us dressed in the skimpiest lingerie you could imagine. As we walked through the store we noticed all the girls dressed in lingerie. I am not sure if this is the new dress code but I truly hope not. Although, my grandson does hope so. Lol

2022-05-17I came in the store on Saturday 5/14/2022, and was warmly welcomed by an associate by the name of Alice. She gave me recommendations and helped me pick out the best bra. She was super sweet and hope to see her during future visits.

2021-11-29I believe Mary was who helped me try on bras. She greeted me from the start and helped me for over an hour trying on different sizes and styles of bras Bc I lost a lot of weight and wasn’t sure what I was. She helped me pick the perfect bra and was very sweet and informative. She taught me a lot.
