I spend good amounts in here for wife.i am an executive and the personal service is lacking.also the whole woke ad thing is a big no go as far as most consumers.
As a male, going to VS with out my wife can easily be awkward but these ladies definitely made it an enjoyable experience. I had bought some panties for my wife and needed to exchange some. When I got there, an associate was waiting outside and greeted me. She helped me figure out where to find the needed items and let someone inside know to expect me. When I entered, the second associate quickly helped me find exactly what I needed. Then at check out there was some problems with the computer. But the third associate(Kate) was patient and worked through the problem. Overall the team did a great job helping me find what I needed without making me feel awkward. I wish I could mention them all by name.Secondly, I was VERY hesitant to got to the store in person because of the current popular masking mandates. I have a serious problem with being able to wear a mask. Many places aren’t respectful of my health needs and are either unwelcoming, hostile, or even discriminatory towards me because of it. Instead, this team was VERY welcoming, friendly, and helpful for the entire process. Thank you so much.This location has earned my loyalty.
This Victorias secret is very good and bigger than others, you can find more fragrance, they had a good offer that I bought for my wife 7 panties for $35

I tried to delete an item that was overpriced with the chat assistant and it was impossible. They informed me that the order was in process. The very next day got an email that my order is delay until 12/25😟 this was for the website. The store has amazing staff.
Small store - didnt understand where the summer clothes were (shorts and tee shirts). Most shirts were either long sleeved or sweatshirts; the pants were leggings or sweatpants 🤔 Maybe theyre trying to make money off the winter apparel that didnt sell because of covid (IDK)

It was at the lowest 85° in the store. Dressing rooms were hotter. Asking for help was useless and a pair of workers were in the corner complaining because they closed soon and people were still there. This must be why so many VS are closing.
Ordered bras on line on sale, didnt fit. tried to EXCHANGE in store for correct size. They wanted to charge me full price and not honor sale price. Even though website says i can take to store for even exchange.
The store was dirty, crowded, and not attentive to consumer needs during near holiday pandemic time. Clearly they had alot of foot traffic prior to our visit.

I was disappointed in Victoria Secret. All the other stores will let you try on clothes in their stores, but Victoria Secret will not let you try on bras.

I appreciate the neatness of this store location in the mall. Everything was well organized and where it should be. I was greeted when I entered and directed to another area to look at similar items that were also on sale. Checking out took a awhile, but someone eventually came over and opened another register. Was a bit frustrated with my girlfriend and Is last visit. Had two search for help three times. Seemed like the associates rather talk amongst themselves than help customers. Walked out after having to search for help a fourth time.
I am disappointed that they are weeding out their Sport line. The store overall was pleasant, staff was knowledgable and kind. The store was organized nicely and clean. I did not make a purchase but my sister purchased underwear (her new favourite place to buy underwear!). Would shop here again.

Good quality stuff but this particular store always has a long wait for check out (or return or exchange) and then they ordered the wrong style to ship to my house even though i brought in the product to just exchange sizes. I like VS products but avoid this store unless necessary. I gave 3 stars because I would give the products 5 and this location 2. Not angry, just disappointed.

Please dont get me wrong on the loss of a star. Its just to send a message about a company and how over the years. They get lost in the process.I love the innovation and the new stuff. But when you have been a supporter for your wifes interests mainly. You see things from another point of view. Sure its nice to see your woman happy and proudly and confidently wearing her favorite undergarments and other fashion they produce.But when it get so commercially processes it becomes sterile and longer has the same personal touch.They have had products built so much better in the past. She fell in love with these outfits.I want a replacement for them at any cost. They dont exist and they have nothing like them.So for me, I must just let go and continue to purchase cheaper and cheaper made garments that dont last as long.I am looking for less commercial vendors now.Being such a loyal consumer for decades, makes for a sad condition. As usual where I must consider just moving on and finding a new venue.Another great brand, lost in the ego of corporate American dominance.

2022-06-27Giselle was very helpful. She knew what she was talking about and was able to help us with the sizing. Hopefully we can find employees like her every time we come back. The store is clean and so are the dressing rooms. Great sale going on the weekend before the 4th of July.

2022-06-12I forget the sweet ladys name but she was so helpful when I was confused about my birthday reward. She helped me get my 2 night sets they I purchased and I absolutely love them they didnt have my size in one of the tops so she helped me order it and purchase the rest of my order.

2022-06-20Went in there with my daughter and was carrying lot of stuff . Everyone was helpful but when I was greeted at the fitting room by a white female w long brown hair she than decided to tell me I couldn’t take my bags in the dressing room . She than proceeded to catch a attitude when I told her that I will be taking my bag inside the dressing room and snatched the bag out my hand when I had my daughter in my arms so hard that it pulled me forwards. Worst experience ever , I have never had a Victoria secret tell me I can’t take my items in w the black bag they provide for us to hold our stuff . & she is there to provide customer service not be loss prevention . She made me feel uncomfortable & was so unprofessional .

2022-07-02I went to Victoria secret Thursday and yesterday for sale. Thursday they forgot to give me the tote bag that if you spend $75 you get one for free. I went with my mom and bc we leave on vacation we bought for family there and spent over $250. That said I told GiGi about it and she said bring your receipt and we can get one. I opened my bank app and showed her the transaction but I understood I needed my receipt. I knew my mom could come back with it the next day. After speaking with with her team she said we have 2 left I don’t want you to loose out. Her kindness made my day. Something she could have said no to she tried for a 1 customer and that means a lot!!! I’ll be making town center my main Victoria shopping place!! I never write reviews but it’s the small things like this that can really make someone feel they are heard and they care. ThankYou GiGi you are amazing!!!!

2019-12-17Clean and organized, good selection but definitely missing a few items most likely due to Christmas season but if you see something online and they dont have it in store or they are missing a size they can place an order for you online and ship it to your home, however double check with your local store.
