Muffin was the BEST!! We never thought we would come back here after our birthday experience but they proved us wrong. $4 lamb chops on Tuesday was AMAZING, the food came out ASAP. Drinks were just rigghht!! The manager/supervisor Rica did her thang!! Thank you for a great experience that was needed!!
Very open place with nice staff and fast service! They take pride in their food and the presentation. Great place to watch a basketball game!! Try the grilled chicken pizza or the BBQ pizza! Their steaks look pretty good too!
If you coming to vibe and have a good time stop in here. Karaoke and a live dj. The catfish was nice. The food is expensive and they serving powder eggs. The grits wasnt grandma grits. Had to eat with my catfish to give it flavor. Also Im sure my dude got finessed by the waiter talking about the machines down and she couldnt bring a receipt. 1 time was good enough for me. Potential here.
Update 5/26/22 service was horrible and customer service was just horrible. We was seated for twenty mins and no one greeted us or even gave us water . But people we came way after us received water and got hookah . I brought my best friend here for her birthday and it was ruined . I ask the hostess if we can move to a different table , cause we didn’t receive no service and he said we will get service and we never did . I always tell my friend to go there and always supporting views bar but after today I’m good from them .Tacos are good , the wings are amazing and the lamb chops are amazing also . The drinks are good. This is my to go place . We also ran into Kandi and Todd , yandy and Her man. Da brat and many celebs !! The vibe is right ,the music is really good . Definitely gotta come to View bar and grill .
Laid back type of establishment with very chill vibes. Drinks, hookah good food and great musc with a Dj. Sports on the big screen and again good musuc in the background. Our waitress was kind and attentive. Food was served hot with great timing.Good comfort bar and grill food. My only comment was cheesecake...let it thaw before bringing to the table.Visiting the ATL...yea we will stop back in!
This was my first time here. The service was not good. Do not go at shift change. They made an excuse for my order because of this. They forgot part of my order. When it was finally corrected it was cold and horrible. The chicken taste like burnt grease. It was greasy and horrible. This was $70 wasted. I even complained to the general manager and he just made an excuse of shift change. I understand that for the mixup for my order, but someone should have changed the grease on Father’s Day
Do not do brunch here!!!!The front door manager is rude as all get out. Cannot believe someone would hire an emotional wreck like him. He literally went off on a customer. $30 to park valet but the young man that does the valet is amazing . 2 for $12 mimosas is a joke. You will get more in a sippy cup. Everything is overpriced and the music volume is ear bleeding. Tourist trap all day. Service is mediocre at best.
Reservation at 7:30 got there a little earlier .. sat down waited at least 20 minutes just to be greeted by the server another almost 25 minutes later we got our drinks right along with the people who had not too long sat down beside us.. took our food about another 20 minutes to come out .. no cutlery my lamb chops were also cold.. so I sent them back for hot ones .. let’s just say I guess they still cooking them.. we also asked about a hookah .. well it not the hookah girl ever made it to our table … I let my husband finish his food and we left and I don’t think we’ll be returning .. if it wasn’t for gratuity.. wheewww
Listen be prepared to wait for 30 mins entry/seating and a 60 min wait for food. Expect your server to come 1x every 30mins. We had to ask for the manager for the food to come!! It’s so unfortunate because I was eager to support a Det business.Had to comeback and add this: For whatever reason the don’t print the bill (sketchy). I’m a strategic tipper, great service I’m tipping 30% and then declines from there service, speed, hospitality, etc) My bill should have been $105. Why was my total $118? (I honestly can’t tell you where the extra came from.) It’s cool she will get a 15% tip but I for certain will NOT be back.
Destiny H. was a great waitress! Super informative,attentive and spot on about menu/flavors. We had chicken tenders, hot honey wings and potato skins. Fast service, great presentation and flavor. We had a 5pm reservation, but they werent really ready for us at 5 and unable to seat us as the bartender wasnt in and neither was security. Once we spoke with the manager, he was very helpful and despite the rocky start, we would definitely recommend due to the food, manager and ask for Destiny H!

Saved the day (and this entire review). She stepped in when our server completely disregarded our table for 30 minutes. She was observant and saw the increasing anger and frustration on my face and helped us. She was a great server who worked really fast and was attentive to all of her tables without disappearing like the previous server.Bad:The establishment is on open table, requires a credit card for a reservation but does not honor the reservation at all. While the hostess tried to accommodate us as much as possible after another employee informed her that they would not honor our reservation, we a still had to wait over an hour to be seated. If you will not honor reservation times stop allowing it as an option. Many popular places dont allow reservations so we understand but theres nothing more infuriating than having a reservation and then being told it doesnt matter.Our original server did not come to our table at allUgly:Hookah was good but grossly overpriced even for the Atlanta.Valet costs were astronomical even for downtown Atlanta. We parked in the same deck as valet for 1/5 of the quoted price (we were in a lifted pickup and was told we had the pay the top price to stay up front because the truck couldnt be parked in the deck - that was a flagrant lie).When understanding costs to be out on a Saturday night in Atlanta, Im an Atlanta native and Im super grown so Ive seen the rising costs and shifts in nightlife so I expect to spend a certain amount when out especially when you factor in location. I can honestly say that the peripheral services offered (hookah/valet) were seriously overpriced even for downtown.
Big Place, Small service... very unorganized was there for $2 lamb special and got there hour and fifteen minutes after they open and didnt get a table until about close to 2hrs and 15 min. athen They neglect to tell you there is a cut off time for the special their advertising and folks are coming for... If its $2 Lamb Tuesday, Tuesday ends at midnight not 9pm.. Then they go back to regular prices and drinks are little bit pricey to be getting in a small small cup... Wont get my business again 1st and last👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿No pic of the food, never got a chance to taste the food. Security was professional. They know folks eat in the ATL. Honor what you advertise..
Forget about taco Tuesday. It’s now Lamb Chop Tuesday. Who could resist $2 lamb chops? The lamb chops are tender and flavorful. They also have happy hour drink specials. $7 Casamigos. It’s 1/2 off hookah. Happy hour til 9. The DJ was playing good music. They have TVs to watch the games also. Valet parking is $30 though! Park in the garage near it for $8. The atmosphere is a sports bar vibe. I ordered beef & shrimp tacos, lamb chops and mac. The tacos were absolutely delicious; I had to try my friends lamb chops and mac as mine still hasn’t come out over an hour later. The food is great service is slow so just pack your patience. Brittany was a great waitress but the chicken and waffles were soaked in grease!! Like I couldn’t even eat the waffle it was all grease. You can see the grease in the pic that’s how bad it was

The food was excellent. Our server Mia was the bomb very nice & attentive while the place was busy. The young man that delivered the food was very nice & very respectful. I will definitely come back. Im very satisfied & pleased. Theres a live dj that kept the vibe going. Visiting from New Orleans for the game.
A waste of time & money. The only thing good about this establishment was the DJ. The wait time to be seated ranges from 1-2 hours. They have 1 girl working in the front trying to sit guests. While she’s running around trying to find tables the waiting area gets crowded quick. It feels like it’s a club, not a bar or lounge. In addition to a long wait the service was bad. I ordered fries & they never came. I waited patiently because I understand how busy nights go. It wasn’t until our waitress brought our tickets that she finally told me they had sold out of fries. The ladies working the bar will purposely ignore you to avoid serving you. The drinks were bad & overpriced. Overall, it was a terrible experience & had I known better we would have went to a real bar & lounge.
I moved to ATL 4 yrs ago and all my friends from Florida came up. We went on a Saturday so it wasn’t that packed!! But we had a great time!! The catfish and shrimp are to die for especially being a south Florida girl and the seafood in Georgia is not that great!! Hennessy wings are impeccable!! But I absolutely had a great time!! And definitely going to come back!! The server was exceptional and it was worth every penny!!
I visited this establishment because a family member was celebrating her birthday. My first impression when I walked in was, is this a club? Music blasting and hookahs flowing everywhere. Being a woman of a particular age, had I known the atmosphere was as such, I never would have agreed to attend the gathering. We did have a reservation and were seated not long after arriving (they will seat you only if your entire party is present, which is understandable). We were a party of 7, our waitress came to take our drink and food order not too long after being seated, but it took over an hour for us to get our food! Each order came out separately with there being several minutes between each meal delivered to our table. My wings (ordered sweet heat wings and potato boats) were the last thing to be brought to the table and they were barely warm. Despite the horrible service (waitress was nice and did everything she could within her control), the manager only reduced the entire bill by $17.00. 17 measly dollars! Horrible experience and needless to say, I will NOT be returning!
Had a blast! The environment is so welcoming. The food is great. I had Lamb chops and grits. It was awesome. Cooked to perfection.
First off, our reservation was @12:30. Doors didnt open until 12:30. It was a long line. We waited about 20 minutes to get seated. We had a party of 13. The individual drinks was good, you can taste the alcohol! The mimosa towel was too sweet, you couldnt taste no champagne. We ordered appetizers and it took 1.5 hours to receive appetizer. The appetizers was very good and fresh. Nice portion. We ordered our food at the same time we ordered the appetizers but it took 3 hours for our food to come out. The food was cold which made us very upset considering how long we waited. This place was not packed. the crowd was modest. The music was nice but could have been louder. The waitress Mela was a very good waitress, she handled our part y size well.. The food was good, the wait is horrible. I dont think I will be returning.
Saturday night-maybe not the best night to go. The staff were really frazzled at 9 PM. The host was quoting wait times of 2 hrs with 6 open tables and only 5 parties waiting. After paying $40 to valet, I was not leaving . We were sat in 20 minutes. Our server came right over and was sweet. The food took awhile to arrive and it was awful. Hookah took a little less to come once you could get one of them to your table. We ended up being kicked out of our table due to a “wait” that was not there. We were sat after some and the same time as others and we were the only ones moved. We were actively buying drinks and more hookah so we were confused. The table was vacant and dirty for 30 minutes. Finally 2 girls just sat themselves there and did not order a thing. I will definitely not be back. We spent well over $200 and I do not think it was worth it at all. The DJ was bad as well
I went here on a Tuesday for my birthday and it was definitely a VIBE!!! Although the waitresses were busy, i got my food, drinks and hookah fast and they checked on me a few times. Food, music, and hookah was excellent. My drink was a little watered down but was still good! I had a great time!!

The service was not very good , after being seated we had to get up & ask for our sever after waiting a long while . It’s really lit in there , music very loud. The wings were some of the BEST I’ve ever had!!! So good , cooked perfectly , the corn on the cob was perfect . I would go again but I would probably order it to go. My meal was a 10/10
I wanted to try different places while visiting and this place exceeded my expectations. The cover was $20 which is average, the music vibes was amazing with everyone singing and dancing together, and the food was great! They said the kitchen was backed up but honestly it didnt take long if your singing and dancing to the music. I would definitely come back!
Came for food…. Caught a whole vibe. My server Malaysia was amazing and attentive. Food was great. If you want good wings try the honey garlic…. 10/10 recommend. Hookah was great also.
The tall host’s customer service was amazing. But that’s all that was good about this experience. We were sat at 3 and advised that the kitchen would be closing soon. No server came to us for 20 minutes . When one finally did come, she was interrupted by another server . As a server looking in , looks like they are using the rotation method vs assigned sections and it shows because tables were just sitting with no service . Menu shouldBe more descriptive . I didn’t feel like asking a million and one questions over the music so I got a basic meal . Once food was dropped , no condiments were served . Had to wait on my server to ask . By the time she came back my food was cold . Just not impressed overall
Great establishment! Lively atmosphere, security near entrance and inside roaming throughout. We sat at the bar while waiting to be seated and decided to dine at the bar after interacting with the pleasant and attentive male bartender with dreads. My wife and I will definitely frequent Views Bar and Grill again and again!
I ordered a ‘Well Done’ Ribeye Steak 10oz, and by the time I was getting more into it, the redder it was. I reported this to my waitress and she was confused and went to the manager. However, the manager DID NOT CARE AT ALL and blamed it all on me. How in the world do you blame this on me if I was not the cook. I’m truly disappointed and disgusted The Views. It was my first time coming and they showed me that they don’t care at all— very money hungry and greedy people that cannot take accountability. They could’ve at least came to a compromise or been nice, SHOW THAT YOU CARE OR SOMETHING…
For my first time here and it was for a reserved birthday celebration for my very good friend, EJ, I was very disappointed from the start! First, we had to wait and that was understandable. Once everyone from our party of eleven arrived, we still waited for an additional amount of time. Then we were all seated at a table that could only hold 8 people. Some of the birthday guests stood by the table. The waitress was trying to fix the issue (writing this review while we wait).I have visited several restaurants and I was shocked on how a young lady who was celebrating her special day and paid a deposit to have sufficient seating for her guests was treated. I pray that she receives her deposit before I try this restaurant again. Be well aware, if you are celebrating with a large party you may have some issues!It is now 12:28am and we are still waiting for our orders!
Enjoyed my time at this restaurant. Our waitress was Cori and she was absolutely perfect. Very friendly and accommodating! The security guard, Red, convinced us to try the restaurant when we were trying to decide if we would enter! Good vibe, good food and cool atmosphere.
I’m only giving 1 star because the music was good. Otherwise i would give it a 0. We waited an hour to be seated and was only seated after i had to inquire on how much longer of a wait. Once seated we were not serviced until 30 minutes after being seated. After which the waitress let us know that the kitchen was so backed up it was an hour wait for food, even for appetizers. While i understand things happen it just seemed very disorganized. I also feel like it was unfair to me as a consumer to have me wait 1.5 hours before telling me i may not be serviced for any food. Me and my party could’ve made other accommodations. Just disappointed after seeing all the good reviews. Probably will not be coming back or recommending to anyone.
I placed an online order and while my order was super delayed I still give them a high rating. Once the manager learned of the situation, he tried to correct it as soon as he could. My food was amazing and it was well well worth the wait. The lobster was absolutely fantastic. Cooked to perfection! The star of my visit, however, was Nai, the hostess. She was super sweet, concerned, and proactive about my food being so delayed. She went above and beyond. Every restaurant should have someone like her upfront. Had it not been for her, I would have probably cancelled my order.

I recently came to this establishment for the FIRST time for my birthday event. I paid a $100 deposit to reserve a section for 1 bottle of Vodka. I was told that the bottle of vodka was included in the $100 Friday bottle special. Once I arrived, I was given a table and not a booth. All of the booths were unavailable and not reserved for people who ordered bottle service (basically first comefirst served type deal). We couldn’t change seating. Also, after being in this establishment for 2 hours, I was told that I could not get a bottle because the bottle specials ended at 11 pm which was not disclosed to me at the time of reservation. The bottle of vodka was not even included in the $100 bottle special even though I was told it was. I was not told that there was a 2 hour maximum on reservations at the time I booked but yet people that were there before us remained there even after we left. The staff was very unfriendly and rude.The audacity to charge $40 for valet parking and $50 for a hookah, HA! What a rip off. Someone in my party ordered catfish and fries for $14 and never received the fries. There was poor communication and I will not waste my time ever stepping foot in this establishment again. They have the wrong people promoting this page on Instagram. Do not send any money to ANYONE for a deposit. I was told that if I wanted a reservation after 9pm, I had to get bottle service. People, please read my review and save your time and money. Don’t come here. Read the other bad reviews, there’s truth in it.
Mia was absolutely amazing! It was my birthday and she really showed out for me! She had the sign with my name and made sure all 11 of my guests were well taken care of! Dre is assisted us with our section tonight and gave great managerial service!
The drinks were good. Our group was definitely happy with the drinks and food. We definitely recommend the catfish bites with the sauce. The staff definitely came back and checked on us several times. We had trouble getting a hold of the hookah girl throughout the night. We wont be ordering another hookah at this establishment...
First time there last night and the male manager with the braids informs us that he will need the table soon. There is a sign on the table that mentions 2 hours for the table.We weren’t there an hour and the manager was trying to rush us out. We asked our server what time we arrived and she said we had another hour left.Food, drinks, hookah were good but definitely not a good first impression to be rushed if I have spent over $100+

This was the worst experience in Atlanta. We wanted 4hours for a table 2 hours for food . We got there around 7:00 on a Tuesday we didn’t get food till 11:45pm and they close at 12am. The food was so horrible omg I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there
Let me start by saying Mia really made our night. We were in another area in the bar and didn’t get good service so we relocated to the back by the big sections. She came up with a beautiful personality and asked us what we wanted. We felt better after she took our order. She was very attentive and on point. Definitely will come back! Thanks Miaaaaa 💕
They do not answer the phone or respond to messages, They take FOREVER to check on your once you’ve been seated, they changed the prices of their lamb the day of it being $2. Ghetto people twerking over your food from the other side of a booth. Mac n cheese was excellent, lamb chops were tiny but flavorful.
We went about 2 weeks ago. I was told the AC had been broken for 2 days so it was Hottt. Couldnt really enjoy ourselves because we were sweating so bad that the experience was thrown off. Nice vibe though. Think hooters with bodies. What I will say is, Im obsessed with their Belgian waffles. Taste like a fresh out the fryer, cake donut. Also unless youre paying the $40 for valet, prepare for the parking hunt. I hate driving through Atlanta so I wasnt a fan. Their is security, so prepare to be checked. MAKE A RESERVATION!!! We did thank God because their was a 2hr wait when we were leaving.
This establishment is unprofessional, staff was rude and disrespectful to customers. After entering the building the host stated there was a 25 - 45 min wait to be seated due to the kitchen staff. After looking around seeing numerous tables available, I asked the host could my guest and I seat at one of the available tables, she stated no because we aren’t going to be able to order food. So I asked her could we seat at the bar and order drinks, the host stated yes. After seating down for 5 ‘min, this guy walked up, without introducing hisself and commence to ask us or tell us didn’t my host say you all have to wait to be seated. I was still shocked because at this point, I didn’t know who he was. I explain to him that we asked if we could seat here and order from the bar. He had a rude attitude and said, what the host say. At this point, this guy was being disrespectful, my guest and I left. Before leaving, I stopped and asked one of the servers who was the guy and the server stated that’s Nick the GM of Views.P.S. bad business, where’s the good customer service. Views, you all have to do better!
My husband and I went here for the first time today, it’s a Sunday. The food was great however mine was served cold. The service is terrible, all of the waiters were hanging out in the back while we waited about 45 minutes until we were waited on and every time we needed something it took our server 10-15 minutes to bring us what we needed. They don’t deserve any tips but gratuity is automatically added to your total so I guess that’s why the service is so bad. The fried pickles weren’t that good and I love pickles.
I wanted to like this place , but i really couldn’t . I went here on a Wednesday night and it was low-key and not too crowded. However, the music was super loud and couldn’t hear the other person talking, the shrimp Alfredo was too salty and valet was charging $32. Ridiculous.The one thing that was good was the drinks , although the came in tiny cups and the server was nice.
Great! I came to views with my family. We was seated in an area that seemed ducked off. We waited almost 30 minutes no seevice. The manger Rika came and saved the day. She gave us great customer service and took great care of us. We really appreciate her turning a bad situation into a Great experience. Great food and Great drinks. We definitely will return.
Here for the pretty girls love brunch and karaoke Food was so greasy. We went during the unlimited mimosas but they really cut you off at two. And by mimosas its orange juice with a splash of champagne. And their counters are dusty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only plus to this restaurant and the DJ!

I could see if we wasn’t spending money & just setting there. We ordered food to go & kept buying drinks! They were literally rushing us to go.
Had the all you can eat crab legs today .WONDERFUL! They really are all you can eat corn, potatoes. My waitress Jasmine was really nice and helpful and had great customer service. Highly recommended.

This place was a real disappointment we got here at 7 and had to stand around while we had a two wait . We went to bar and ordered a $16 drink that was in a little cup that was bare had any alcohol in it. We ordered food and it took 3 hours to get it after seeing several people that ordered after us got their first . Everybody that works here claims they’re a manager but about as helpful as tissue on your shoe .. I will never go back to this place . So disappointed

SO...the lamb chops are disgustingly delicious 😋! BUT on this particular Tuesday the line was out the door! We waited an hour. And waited for our food....almost 2 hours! The waitress Apryl was not good. Everyone around us got their food and we were there first. The manager was non chalant and rude. This place needs more than one manager during happy hour. They had a dj so it kept us going. A kitchen manager would be nice. One shouldnt have to handle all of that. Go on another day and just pay full price for the food. Its worth it.
My boyfriend and I went last night for the first time and had an amazing experience! The drinks were definitely 10/10. Atmosphere was 10/10. The Dj was great and there were enough tvs to see the game regardless of where you were seated. There were a couple of birthdays in the building and the celebration for them was so cute. The food was cool, I ordered the wings but next time Id get something else. Ayanna was our server and she gave 10/10 customer service! Very helpful and kind. I recommend choosing her!!
Honestly. Soooooo hit or miss.The service is either perfect or TRASH. Today I waited 15 minutes for anyone to even take our drink order. I ordered a water before my food came out. 35 minutes later it was never brought. I couldn’t even eat the food because it was salty. I paid my check and finished my hookah and still didn’t even get my drink, they brought me a cup of ice.I should’ve gotten my meal for free on account of I couldn’t even eat it

Great food. Giving one star for the dishonesty. Please let your customers know that you do an automatic 10% tip. That is cool, but I tipped on top of a tip that was already included. And since you didnt print out a receipt non of our table was aware. Do better, bad look when you trying to be dishonest.
Greetings! I was just at your establishment with a party of 4. While we were seating promptly, we sat at the table for 20 minutes with no service, water or a waiter. Please take the time to consider the time of your consumers and train you’re staff on being attentive to their customers. I am very disappointed as your establishment could really thrive but the customer service is lack luster. Please work on this or your business will stand another year. I don’t plan on returning or recommending.
TT with the Hookah Team was amazing! She made us the Gummi Bear mix that was the best thing I’ve ever smoked!!And, the lamb chops and fried lobster was the best in town. Don’t miss this place!!
I am giving it 3 stars bc the Female mgr was very nice. My food was served Luke warm. Of course. I went there for the $4 Tuesday night lamb chops. The flavor was there but the temperature was not the best. The waitress was real cool. The vibe was not there. Something mustve been wrong w the sound. There was hardly any music and then whenever something played, it was 90s slow jams. The DJ showed up well after 8pm and it just wasnt what I had heard about. Ppl hyped it up. The General Manager Nick was very unprofessional he came to our table being disrespectful without a greeting because apparently we were seated in a spot which the server said it was ok for us to sit!!!! His body language on the walk up was confronting so before I got out my body I politely left!!!! Don’t be mad at the guest because of your wait times when promoting $2 lamb as the GM you should have been prepared to serve the guests respectfully & handle any situation politely not acting ghetto because of course the whole city is going to pull up to any establishment promoting such deals!!!
I had my birthday dinner party of 20 people !! The manger Recka was awesome even before my party arrived we had so much fun !! Food was amazing drinks was great !! Only thing I wasn’t really feeling the music do need to play more upt to date music and our waitress was amazing can remember her name but she did her thing will be coming back
We were looking for a place to grab some seafood & found Views Bar & Grill on Google. Upon entering we were greeted w/ security checking you and the bags which was kind of a turnoff as I wasnt prepared to have my purse checked just to come & eat at a restaurant so that kinda lowered the vibe for me a bit, but once we got inside the service made up for it. I will admit there was loud music and a DJ playing so it felt kinda like a restaurant/club, but it was cool. Our waitress Ayanna was great! The food was good except for the cheese bread which was just okay. We enjoyed the salmon burger, hamburger, fried shrimp & lobster bites. If youre looking for an upbeat vibe & want to hear some good southern rap music and like hookah this is a cool spot. Would patronize again, however, giving 4 starts for the security at the door which can lead you to think this may not be a place I want to go inside..LOL. Ask for Ayanna if you go!

So we decided not to do an open table reservation and had to wait 1.25 hr for a table. Wait staff was great , not a place if your lady is insecure or for first dates (lol) . Food was great , it was busy so I never got my hot sauce , but it was a wonderful environment, DJ was great . MUST visit in the A
The place was nice the food was decent but the fact that I paid for a section and I get there and my name is NOT ON THE LIST!!!! Then they were debating about which group of people was gone get the section. I wanted a hour and 15 mins to get my section literally. Then one of the girls that was trying to help at the front was no help and she act like she had an attitude because I had proof that I paid for a section.
Went there last night with my girl for the first time it was a cool lil spot real clean. food was A1 our waitress was Jazmin she was a vibe great personality had us crackin up!! Made sure we were good all night! Will be back next week…
I heard good things about the food here so I gave it a shot. Not only was my food (Alfredo& salmon) delicious but my waiter Jaya was everything!! She was extremely attentive, personable and prompt! Jaya was so great that I came back the next day!
If someone said to me, lets go to a bar that blasts hip hop and requires a full body patdown at the door and grab a burger, Id normally suggest something else. But, this time I didnt. And I really enjoyed myself. The food was ok, the service was ok, the drinks were ok, but I really like the laid back atmosphere and the vibe that they had going on. This place was exactly who they wanted to be, it felt real. Not some corporate shtick serving a calculated outcome, it was part of Atlanta that made me experience something different.I liked it, would go back again!
I went to views on a Sunday during DragonCon in my Minnie Mouse cosplay! lol I wasnt treated differently or anything. My server Ayanna was beyond amazing!! Even though it was the end of her shift she made sure we had everything we needed before she left. I had the catfish and it was delicious!! The vibes & music was on point! I had a blast!
The staff at Mystical valet company are the bomb. They took really good care of me and my vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure me and my vehicle resecure and provided excellent service.
Fun vibe HORRIBLE service. First time in and as out of state visitor very disappointed that as minorities mediocre service is the norm. We have to do better and demand better. As minorities we must hold one another accountable and improve, do better period!
This was the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I server did not check on us at all. We had to constantly ask for our server. Our drinks sat at the bar so long they were watered down and had to be remade. We only had 3 ppl at our table and the food didn’t come out together. I had to find and ask the waitress for my missing entree. I definitely will not be back to views.
Jeje was the best hookah girl! So sweet and very attentive. Lulu kept the drinks coming and we enjoyed our food and the atmosphere!
Terrible lol. I wish I could give a lower rating. My friend reserved a spot a month ago for 9:30pm. Day of, they tell us at 9:15 they didn’t save a spot for us. 10:20pm we get a spot. Ordered food immediately. 5 people got their food. 11pm told the other 5 people’s meals were never made. 12:22am, still no food so we finally cancel everything for the remaining people. Music is too loud and the DJ was not good, tbh. Also our “table” was booth seats and a living room corner table. Just awful lol.
I absolutely loved the vibe! Our waitress was super professional and gave great suggestions! Customer service was A1! Food was good and my our drinks were good. I went on a weekday around 7pm. I definitely would recommend it.
So I had to stop off in Atlanta on the 1st of April 2022 from Florida as I was heading to Arizona and my flight was canceled or delayed. I took an Uber to downtown Atlanta and was left in front of the Hooters then made my way to views where I had an amazing time until its shut down. Beautiful women lot of great music nice food great waitresses the only problem I had was that I do not remember if I left with my jacket and my phone and do to me having to fly out the next day I ended up losing both along with my ID possibly in another Uber
Nice vibes and great music. Only giving 4 stars because its freezing cold, my fork had old food on it and the bathroom OMGGG SOOOOOOOOOOO FILTHY! The sinks are full of paper towels because its no trash or toilet seat liners and no where to dispose sanitary napkins. It smelled like hidden tampons. Also gratuity is so cheap please raise it to 15% yall deserve better bare minimum rent is too high for 10% to be automatic.
Restaurant, hookah bar, and night club all in one. Very loud volumes, even early on in the evening. Sports on the screens. Drinks were okay, food was okay. Cauliflower bites were nice, cheese pizza not so nice. If youre looking for a night club/party this might be your place, if youre looking for a restaurant keep looking.
The service was awesome! Risha did a very good job! The food is very good and the servers are very pretty! Good vibes all the way around and I would definitely come back!
BE AWARE ONLY USE CASH !A bartender altered my receipt on Saturday 7/16 my initial card was $33.00 and no tip was applied however my card was charged $53. Even after signing a receipt so either they threw my receipt away or think people are to drunk to notice! And customer service already was horrible so to be stolen from on top of that is sad. I wish I would of brought more cash that night
If I could give no stars I would give -10, we came in & sat then was told that somebody reserved our table & was at the door waiting for the table. We got up & moved. We watched the table for 2 hours before we left nobody ever sat there. Its very inconsiderate that the server wanted us to get up, we did not leave her a tip as she did no deserve & we will NOT be returning !!
Over priced food and nasty attitudes save your money and go elsewhere. I’ve been here 3 times the first time was good 3 months ago ever time I’ve came after it’s been bad but I come back because the food is good and I want to support black businesses but the waiters are horrible. Especially BRE she got mad and threw down the to go box when I asked for something else.
Hookah and food came arrived quick and Dreya had amazing energy with our hookah, Dre was the server he was outstanding explaining everything and taking care of all concerns, DJ jammed all night long! I will be back :-)
Mane look, I left this place uncomfortably stuffed. The food is delicious. Me and Bae had lamb, loaded potatoes, corn on the cob, salad, tacos, drinks and hookah. OMG the lamb was delicious. The corn was to die for. Potatoes were beyond loaded. Everything was DELICIOUS. The water was even delicious. 😂 Every time I’m in ATL I gotta stop by Views. This place is addictive.

Dont waste your time with this place. Me and my friends waited a lil over 45 mins to be seated. Once we were seat around 10:30pm. Us and 2 other tables in that section waited over 30 mins for our server to come and they never showed up and we were also told that the kitchen and bar was closed

We ate here on a busy Friday night. We had reservations for 20 people and were seated within 5 minutes of arrival.Our server was so sweet!We also enjoyed interacting with the patrons. We were there to celebrate my wife’s 50th. Many of the patrons stopped by our table to wish her a happy birthday. One of the gentlemen even bought a round of drinks for our table.The food was good. The atmosphere was party party party!This is a great place to have a celebration dinner.I hope to return soon!
My friend wanted to have her birthday outing here and was very excited about it. This was our first time going to views bar & grill. Very nice building. & that was absolutely all that was nice. The employees were very rude. Service was very poor. We were sure to book a couple of reservations online at different time slots, which we thought would make our experience an easy flow…that went down the drain really fast. From the moment we got there the greeters were rude. Once we all were seated, it took so long for food and drinks to get to us. Then when things finally got to us orders were all wrong. Tried to continue to enjoy our night. After a couple of our people left, they were accused of insufficient funds on their tab, which was a lie because they had a text message receipt.Just know this beautiful, spacey place has the worse service in that vicinity office downtown Atlanta. 👎🏾
Me and my cousin literally just walked out of the lounge sat there 45 mins asked two waitresses still no service employees unprofessional but it’s a nice place for a bday party
First time visiting. Made reservations still waited for 40 minutes. Food was delicious and the drinks were good both came quickly. We couldn’t get hookah services to come to our table until it was near time to go and that was disappointing. Overall we would visit again just hope the wait to be seated and hookah services has improved.

I came here for food and the specials were great. I didn’t even know they had hookah and it was amazing. The hookah staff was all very polite and they even mixed together a flavor I didn’t expect them to have. Justin personally made the hookah for me and actually checked on me several times! Definitely coming back here! Great vibes.
Waiter service was great! Manager prescence was horrible. Kay was the manager on duty and refuse to come over to assist with an issue. It’s our first time here and the manager kept sending our server back and forth with messages. Food was great, however we would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If there is an issue with the food or drinks, management will not assist and try to throw a petty 10% discount at you
Nice environment, but the server didn’t introduce herself, never asked us if we were good, although the food was good, and didn’t listen to our whole order. She only checked on the table next to us. It took so long for my food too come out. Only to find out she only put in one order it lamb and broccoli and a salad. And i ordered my lamb chops medium only for them to be well done. Oh and the mac and cheese tasted like meat (don’t ask me how). Over all it was decent. I probably need to go when it’s not so busy because the servers can’t seem to handle the volume. The manager came over and took care of us though.
I was fortunate to have Mia G. as my server. Theres nothing like having someone that knows the business. She knew the menu, gave recommendations when asked and was very attentive while taking care of her other customers. I will definitely be back and I will definitely want Mia G. as my server. Also, the food was excellent
This place will never get my money again. We waited at the front for over 30 minutes, at the beginning of brunch. When we finally got a table, we ordered food and it took over an hour and a half for it to come to the table. When the food arrived, the food was very well seasoned, but very dry and cold. Our server came to our table a maximum of five times, with in the 3 1/2 hours we were there. We sat with empty water and drink glasses for over 45 minutes. The only thing that saves this place is the seasoned food, but I will not be returning. And it really bothers me, because I have been here at least four times, and the service is always bad. The servers have a bad attitude, the hosts have an even worse attitude, and I refuse to pay for a bad experience.
Very good and strong drinks! Service could have been a little better but the servers were nothing but nice. Food was not the best, I am thinking it was just a bad day for the kitchen, but am open to going back again to give it another try! Enjoyed the vibe in the restaurant. Would be a perfect game day watch place!

We waited 2 hours & never received our food. The drinks was watered down, it was more juice than alcohol and we requested more alcohol with knowing it would be an extra cost. Our appetizers never arrived & when they was prepared they was took to the table next to us. Including our entrees. Literally our entire meal was sitting next to us. The table next to us was sat down after us and received their food before us. Before we even sat down, we was not notified on how long the wait would be for our food. The waitress told us 30 minutes AFTER we sat down that its a wait, so ordered our food right away. We waited 20 minutes for a table, even after making reservations. However the vibe was okay, but as far as service wise.. definitely a thumbs down. I will like to give this place another try but by this being my first visit i was very disappointed on waiting so long for food i never received.
I had reservations for after birthday dinner party for my sis and bro last night. Our dinner ran a little longer than we wanted but I called the restaurant numerous times to say we would be a few minutes late. No one answered the phone. We were within the grace period of 15 mins that you would typically get from a restaurant. Once we arrived, I saw that my name was crossed off the list, there was no availability for my guests unless we got a section. I told the host I called numerous times to tell them. The host said she did not have the phone on her. I rarely run late for a reservation but my experience is when you call, someone answers the phone so you can update! They should definitely answer the phone considering they require a card to book reservation! Anyhow, we got to the section and of course paid for bottle service! Our girl was dope! (I forget her name sorry)She was the best thing about the night! Her service was great and and so was her personality! She made sure we were good! The DJ was ok at first cuz he was just playing one type of sound for apart of the night but once it started to get later I heard a little afrobeats and old school hiphop and r&b and then we really got a vibe! Oh Parking! There is no valet service. You can park on the street but I would suggest parking in the International Parking at Peachtree Corner thats off Andrew Young Blvd. Its $10 but its more secure. Views is up the block across the street and to the left. 3 min walk. Despite my review, you should check it out! just be mindful that the weekend at night is club vibes!
This is by far the best brunch spot I’ve been to in Atlanta. Risha was amazing!!! I had mimosas consistently and the food was great and a big portion. I will be back no doubt
Asia was my server, and she was super friendly! She was a very nice person and highly recommended the baked beans as a side! My order was lamb and you can add two sides and I had the Mac & Cheese and Baked Beans. The baked beans did not disappoint and I have NEVER tasted baked beans better than this!

Asked if we could order hookah and were told the hookah person would come over, never showed.Didn’t see the server till 45 mins later. Paid the check and left. First time there, maybe a fluke. The service was extremely slow. The waitress was not attentive and the crab legs were cold and not cooked properly. The drinks were on point but the services and the food was horrible. Definitely needs improvement.

Went there yesterday to celebrate my birthday....the vibe was great, drinks were strong and had an amazing waitress...before we got our food a fire started lest than 20 feet from our table. My guests were disturbed by the smell of the smoke and fire extinguisher spray....so we left before food was served. Loved everything about the place...just hate we couldnt stay.

Very short staffed for Sunday brunch , our server was extremely busy she came to the table like every 20 min . And kept forgetting to bring items we asked for. Food had to be sent back because it wasn’t made how I asked ( burger wasn’t cooked medium well , cheese wasn’t on it , and I asked for grilled onions). Hookah girl took about an hour to come to our table. I guess our server forgot to tell her to come to our table.
Went here tonight, hostess said no tables were available so we can still get food if we go to the bar. Went to the bar stood there for 10-15minutes before the girl behind the bar said they closed the kitchen at 10:30, and it was past this. So either the hostess got it wrong or the bartender but ya’ll needa communicate with each other better rather than wasting our time. I wanted to try this place too but not anymore

If I could give zero stars I would. We paid over 150 dollars for a booth got there the booths was gone. We was late but was not told there was a grace period. Did not get back any of our money.

Server did her best tending to our table of 6, but the kitchen took 2 hours to bring out our table’s food. Also took 30 minutes for a mimosa & 1 mixed drink to be brought out. We were very patient but the wait was ridiculous and half of the table didn’t receive their food until 45 minutes after the other half did. Several items were missing from our orders. Catfish & Grits were pretty good besides the uncooked clumps of grit powder. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, maybe we just went on an off day as far as the kitchen service goes.

The food was good … but waaayyy too loud for a Monday evening… DJ and hookahs are available which wasn’t what I expected for the restaurant location. We went for the AYCE crab legs but it ends at 8:45 not 9pm and it’s $50 so we’re going to go to our regular AYCE crab legs place for $15 cheaper
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and the vibes are amazing. The staff is also really friendly and cool. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is great! The lamb chops & Mac are to die for and for their prices are unmatched for the quality of the food! The drinks were amazing as well not to mention they have hookah and the most amazing music. It’s a vibe! 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could rate this with no stars! My husband and I went here on 1/27/2022 around 7:00pm. We paid 30 dollars for valet services, got in the restaurant had to seat ourselves and was ignored for about 30 minutes! My husband had to ask for them to send someone to the table only for a waitress to walk past us as she was saying shell be right with us only to help people that sat down waay after we did! Couldnt even get a cup of water so we left! Weve ordered incredible food from here on door dash all the time, each time spending well over 80 bucks so we decided to go in. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!!!

Let me say first I drove 2 in a half hours just to try this place . Called before I got there and a wait is fine to not mention I only had 3 for our party .. waited on a drink at the bar for a hour cause ppl just sitting at the bar for so long blocking others from getting drinks that’s waiting to be seated… then waited another hour to be seated. Once we got seated waited a hour for our order but guess what order never came the waitress comes and say the order never went to the back do we want to reorder like really after we done waited so long that’s the only suggestion you could give. Bad experience for me i won’t be back wasted gas and time out of my day

Visited on valentines day. Made reservations at 8:30, seated by 9. We got our first drink, watery. Ordered our food with apps, by 9:30. By 10:30 nothing yet. A table that was next to us came in an hour later. We ordered another drink, watery. By 11 the table next to us is bought out app, OUR apps. By that time it was almost 2 hours waiting. We walked out not paying for anything. Food never came. Wouldnt recommend.

This was my second time coming to Views. The first time was amazing.. great food, service, and vibes! This time.. it took more than an hour to receive hookah/drinks from both server/hookah girl. I saw both ladies go to multiple tables before coming back to my table. I asked to speak to both lounge manager and hookah manager, whom both were supposed to come visit my table.. but never did. I was still expected to pay full price after waiting an extremely long time for my services. I had high hopes for the lounge after such a good first experience, but the service was beyond terrible this time.
It was okay. Our server was never really at the table, we had to go to the bar to order drinks, and I had to find a hookah girl to get a hookah… They are also very expensive! I’ve never had a $50 regular hookah in Atlanta! Cost of shots were crazy
Went here this past weekend for my fiancé birthday.. Waitress was good and food was good. Excellent music all night. Only issue i had was I was told one price over the phone for a bottle for his birthday only to get there and it was more plus when they did bring the bottle it was only 2 girls not much excitement for the price or for a birthday especially after seeing other people receiving bottles and it was almost all the girls going to celebrate. I also asked for a table in the front and we were stuck in the back corner
The best honey garlic wing I ever taste!! After ordering my food it came out before 25 minutes but I didn’t even car because the vibes was great. I’m in love I’ll be back soon
I tried this place for the first time last Saturday. My friend and I arrived at 4:40pm. We were told by the waitress we needed to order upon sitting down because the kitchen was closing. We were invited for a brunch that was supposed to last until 5. My friend ordered food, i ordered a drink. The food came quickly but my drink took about 20 mins. $17 for a don julio margarita. It was watered down. My friend liked her chicken n waffle. But nothing to brag about.The service is so horrible hence my rating. Our waitress never returned. We tried to flag down another one and she ignored us. Another server came over n took our additional orders but never returned. The hookah girl was rude snd didn’t bring our hookah for over 20 mins. The hookah was $50 which is overpriced! The music was too loud. Once the dj switched the volume was tolerable.I expect top tier service for the $200 spent. I didn’t get that so i wont be back!
This is A nice looking spot. But respectfully the vibe sucks, valet was 40, Patron marg was 40$, and dinner was 600$. That is highway robbery and i feel like they are robbing black people. We went to fin and feathers and it was litty! and a patron marg. was 10 bucks 🙄. Dont waste your time or money at this spot

I really wanted to give this place a chance but when you wait 2 hours for food and it never comes you have no choice. The music and DJ was good and our waitress was decent.
The food and drinks were good however the service was horrible. We ordered drinks and my husband orders his food. I decided to taste the lambs chops before committing to an entree. And we wait. Finally get the drinks arrive and we wait. We are an hour in, people around us are getting their order but seems like ours wasnt a priority. The Lamb chops come I just order an entree thinking as long as it took Ill just get something. 5 mins later my food arrives mind you my husbands food that was ordered with the drinks still hasnt come. He just ordered wings nothing complicated.I had Salmon that should have taken longer. Our waitress finally comes with his food about 15 mins later we just take it to go. The clincher, she give us a total of 98.00 I just hand her the card I asked for a receipt she said it prints out after I pay. We give her a 22% tip in cash. When she gives me my receipt theres already a 10% tip on there. We just paid 32% tip for bad service. We wont be back.
I had a great experience at this bar last night! Asia was our bartender and she was fabulous, not to mention beautiful. The atmosphere had mad vibes and the potato skins were delish. Everyone worked together to make this a great place to stumble upon.
Me and my cousin was sitting there for 45mins and know one ever came to our table to get our order. First and last time coming here.
Wonderful ambiance and good drinks. Only downside is you cant get food on the rooftop, but they are in the process of changing that.
The food is amazing (even tho I feel everything is overpriced) but the professionalism & appearance of the staff is not up to par. It gives a sports bar feel that’s wanting to be a club. Just absolutely no professionalism from management, he just walks around & looks angry. The waitresses could look better as far as overall appearance & uniform. I love the food, but I come for an overall experience & these key factors will make me choose somewhere else over Views.

I found this place on IG and went without even reading the reviews. I think I can say it was the best decision of my life. I eat out A LOT but when I say this was the best meal I have ever had at a restaurant, I mean it. I chose to go for the lamb chops with mac, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything was perfect. The green tea shot was….. out of this world. Nothing like I’ve ever had before. My waitress was super sweet and the music was tasteful and fitting for the mood. If you’re ever in the area, I’m begging you to stop by. I’ll definitely be a regular here.
The vibe was good, the food was good, so it was a good time. Feels good to know that a fellow Detroiter has come to the A and opened up a great spot. The only negative was the ditzy waitress who messed up the bill. Charged me for more drinks than I had. So I will be requesting a paper bill or she will have to break everything down on that tiny screen she had. She also came back to the table and said my card declined.... Maam I paid you in cash, there was no card to decline.

Came here Saturday night. The drinks were good but the music was trash. The most disturbing part of our night was paying $40 to valet and when we went to retrieve our vehicle the valet attendant was literally sucking on chicken wings and licking his fingers. Then proceeded to hand me my keys with his DISGUSTING FINGERS and pointed to where our vehicle was parked and informed us to walk there and get it ourselves. I’m still appalled and disgusted by the experience. Highly recommend finding a new valet service.
Best lounge in the city with beautiful women and great drinks! Can’t forget the food! Mac and cheese me please! Always a great vibe!
I had the the greatest time tonight here with my now favorite bartender ISIS. She was so great lots of patience, fast worker, and just funny… I will def be back!!!!!

2022-05-28This seem to be one of the major fun joint in downtown Atlanta. I ordered the lamp chops which is the popular item in the restaurant. The server , Kady was friendly and helpful. The place can be a bit smoke filled at times due to several hookah smoke. Lots of TV featuring mostly sports events.The food was okay but not something I would necessarily hunger for in any future opportunity. Overall, a good place to watch sports events.

2022-03-15Found this restaurant on TikTok and visited on Tuesday for Happy Hour! Let’s just say it goes up on a Tuesday! We absolutely had a ball! Music & drink specials had us vibing the whole time! They had $2 lamb chops that we was skeptical about at first because who has $2 lamb chops, well they do and they were delicious! Everything we ordered was delicious! Server was attentive and sweet! This is a definite must visit! Make sure to make a reservation!

2022-05-03If you are in the Atlanta area, do yourself a favor and checkout Views Bar and Grill Atlanta. The food, drinks and vibe is on point. Our waitress Destiny took amazing care of us. If you are ever in the area ask for her. Hookah is also available. My boyfriend and I ended up going for happy hour on a Tuesday. Ask about their $2.00 lamb chops, also try the tacos and chicken and waffles. You wont be disappointed.

2022-09-11Fried green tomatoes so good! But the turnip greens need help, so dry and way too much pepper, the taste just not hitting it at all. The atmosphere really good for game night and hookah!! I recommend for game night and apps for sure!!!!

2022-01-10This was my first time visiting. It is a good atmosphere and the service was excellent. The food and drinks were ok. The reviews hyped the lamb up more than what it really is. We ordered the lamb as this seemed to be everyones favorite. The lamb was tender but the sauce was too sweet the Broccoli was on POINT, salmon and mash with Asparagus was ok. The tropical Hennessey drink was ok. I liked they kept it clean and sanitized, after each party left there was quick clean up and sanitization throughout our 2 hour dining limit.I would return for the atmosphere and to try out the hookah, different food choice and drink.

2022-07-19This was the first time I came to this establishment and it is definitely my last! I came here for a birthday event. First, they acted confused with our reservation. Then, we were seated at a table and not a booth. Even though we had a reservation the booths were not reserved for people who ordered bottle service. The hostesses were just seating people wherever they could. The person who made the reservation paid a $100 deposit to reserve a section for 1 bottle of Vodka that we were later informed was not included in the $100 Friday bottle special (even though we were told twice that it was). After being there for over 2 hours we were told the bottle special ended at 11, which was never mentioned to us. We had several employees coming to talk to us and telling us conflicting information and no one actually doing anything for us regarding our bottle (one even mentioned that someone said we didnt pay the deposit). The person that the deposit was paid to told us that there was a 2 hour maximum on reservations (3 hours with bottle service), but they werent bothering anyone about. That also was not mentioned at the time off booking. One of the hostesses approached us about the time limit even though the only thing received at this point was our hookahs, but yet people the people who were there before us remained there even after we left.The pricong is ridiculous!!! They have a $100 bottle deal on friday nights, but there is a hidden fee for $50 gratuity. They charge $40 for valet parking and $50 for a hookah.This was by far the worst experience ive had with any establishment in the U.S.P.S. Do NOT send money for a deposit, youd be better off just walking in so you have the option to leave. The manager mentioned that the promoter should not have been taking money. I strongly suggest not even going at all. I wish we had read all the reviews they have gotten recently.

2022-07-27Great experience, great food and great service!! My waitress Destiny-Imani (please forgive me if misspelled). She was very attentive to my needs, checked in often as she should and overall great service from her. The food was tasty and delicious, outside of the lamb chops being cold. Apart of my order was never brought out, which was no fault of the waitress which is why I gave 4/5 stars. Other than that, I was throughly impressed.

2022-08-21Door and website says opens on a Sunday at 12p. Arrived at 12:02p on Sunday with a group of 10 and was told by security they are opening at 12:30p because only 1 kitchen staff had arrived on time and the others will be in shortly. Finally get in and waitress with long brown/black braids was not the nicest - almost like we were inconveniencing her by coming to the establishment and setting up for 10 people. Our waitress Keyy was super friendly and knowledgeable of the menu. It’s unfortunate that she had to keep coming to our table to say they were out of MANY items - there was no orange juice (for mimosas), no omelets, no pancakes on Sunday, was ‘too early’ to cook salmon, and etc. My food (shrimp and grits) was amazing .. My drink (tropical henney) was $17 and tasted like pure juice.This place was recommended by a friend, because I am from out of town and I wouldn’t go back! Love supporting black owned businesses but not when they don’t do right by their customers.

2022-04-20I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the hostess was unorganized, sitting her friends before customers that were waiting. Also after we sat down, we waited over 20 minutes for our waitress to come. The vibe was great, food was great, and the drinks were great as well. I will try again.
