On two occasions Ive ordered pickup and was told a price and a time it would be ready. However when I arrived and spoke with the guy at the counter, he started they didnt have our order. I then told my co worker to call the EXACT NUMBER we called when we placed the order. Not to our surprise we called the right number but someone didnt put our order in. Instead of simply saying sorry he continued to attempt to make us feel like we called the wrong number. Food was great but waiting 40 minutes sucked. Please have someone competent answer the phones.
First time here, past it many times before. Glad I stopped by on my break from UBER, GOTTA EAT, LOL. wish it was a little bigger but not complaining. Good stuff.. NY style but not slice. I dont say often. Thank you Vinnys Pizza Piedmont. Lovelife

My husband, daughter and I went to Vinnys in Ansley mall. We ordered a large pizza. Bless the staff they were in the back working so hard. They mustve had Angels working with them because it was the best pizza.The crust was thin and just right. The sauce was garlicky and not sweet at all. They were on point with everything. The men in the back were very polite and working as a team. Great Job!!!
Friendly Staff, however they spoke Spanish in an Italian Restaurant. They were also playing Latin Salsa Music in an ITALIAN restaurant. Really messed up the atmosphere.Food was really good though.
The pizza place was delicious and very affordable with large portions. My daughter ate a pepperoni slice and she enjoyed it. My husband ate a lasagna and he loved it. It was $11 and came with a large salad Caesar salad and garlic knot. I ate 2 cheese and spinach cannelloni for $11 with a house salad and garlic knot. It was very delicious! Our friends ate meat calzone and it was huge with a ton of toppings inside! The workers were so nice and the place was family-friendly and relaxing. We would definitely come again! 👍🏻❤️
The customer service is bad and the pizza is not any better. The cashier speaks very little English. She got order wrong and manager was rude and unapologetic. First and last time. Not recommended. You would think a 30.00 medium pizza would be better 🤔
Our pizza was just meh. Not wonderful, nothing exceptional, but pretty bland. Now the chicken parm sub was just AWFUL! NO FLAVOR WHAT SO EVER. It tasted like wet, stale Italian bread. Not a fan.

I normally get the Pepperoni Pizza but this nite I got the Works $31.00. That hit me with a surprise. I guess if I looked up at their board I could have seen their prices...my bag. The pizza with that many topping get too soggy on your ride home. Too many onions, peppers. I could smell the box mixing with the steam as I drive home faster! Once I got it home it was limp, soft, where I had to place in my Air Fryer to crisp up. I will stay in my lane next time and JUST order pepperoni! Not their fault. It was my fault this time.

First time at Vinnys and I will be back! Located walking distance to Piedmont Park or if youre driving theres free parking. The service was excellent and I didnt feel rush to place my order. How many places can you order a slice of pizza your way? The slice is huge and they didnt spare the toppings. When I was there, they were doing a booming take out business but you can also eat in. Yes, you can order a whole pie! Ill make this a stop after my walk around the park!
Love Vinny’s and the generous souls who cook and serve at this location. Wonderful addition to midtown pizza offerings! We are big fans of the Vinny’s signature salad and have ordered many times. Tonight I ordered 2 large for pick up (only option for order ahead was through 3rd party service) and when I got it home, neither salad had any meat at all. No ham, no bacon. It was iceberg lettuce and vegetables and dressing. If I misunderstood the online menu it doesn’t make sense because the online salad with no protein cost the same as the regular menu rich with protein. I assumed I was getting my usual. I didn’t know this was an issue until I had driven home and started serving or I would have addressed directly with the preparers. Thanks Vinny’s for fabulous quality. Help me understand how to assure I get what I pay for with your pickup service. I came to you especially for that salad. And left disappointed. So appreciate you all!

Good pizza! We only stopped at Vinny’s on our way through town, but we would be back if we lived near by. The pizza was tasty and satisfying, and this location was easy to get to. The price was reasonable. The people working were very friendly. The Caesar salad was about what you can expect from a pizza place. It was close to Orpheus Brewery and the perfect place to eat after a beer.
My son turned me on to this place October 2018! I enjoyed the place and has said many times since then I wished they delivered...outside downtown Atlanta! The pizza transported me back to New York the pizza had more than enough toppings on it I wondered if they left some for the next person pizza! The crust was not greasy with just enough of everything on it to taste everything! The staff was very friendly they had no problem with getting us anything! We were quite full and asked our waitress would she assist in rolling us to the car! More than your moneys worth the whole experience was worth it! Another great location I dont live close to!!
The pizza is great but it took over an hour sitting inside to get our pizza. We ordered one 16 pizza for four people. They really should prioritize orders for people waiting inside before take out orders.

Well today was my last time with Vinnys. My last visit i had hair in my food. They remade my pizza and didnt offer any thing to me. Now today im here ordered a slice and it had 3 hairs on my pizza slice. So i tell them i have hair on my pizza again and they are like okay. So i ask for my money back and something else. They tell me no and i can just get the Pizza slice or money back. Needless to say i got my money back. So my point is we are in a Pandemic and people should be wearing something on there hair and ast Act like they care about the public.
Have only ordered takeout. Pizzas great but the service was awesome! Alyssa took my order and also delivered my food to my car, she was super pleasant, very helpful, answered all my questions patiently (my first time ordering here), positive attitude. Exceeded expectations, great experience.
FINALLY!!!!! Moved to Atlanta in July and like every move its where are we gonna find the good pizza? Well we found it and thank you Vinny for making real pizza. Im from Athens but Ive lived all over including NYC and the further west you go the harder the search. This will be our pizza place from here on out. Now if I can just get them to out muscles marinara on the menu 🤔🤔🤔
I was born and raised in NY. This is not NY pizza. Places like this give NY a bad name. No flavor at all just nasty. If I could give 0 stars I would. Dont waste your time. You want good pizza, closest to NY style pizza you will get is Lapomas in Sharpsburg, GA. (2 other lovations ).
They have the perfect pizza crust! You can order by the slice, and they have an extensive menu of other Italian foods. I suggest getting minimal toppings for an extra hot slice of pizza, otherwise your toppings may not heat all the way through (i.e the meat lovers). The pepperoni and feta never disappoint, and my husband really enjoys their white pizza. The service here is really good too.

My first time here with my son October 11th, 2018 everything was GREAT! The pizza slices are huge and you will be stuffed ordering a couple of slices and getting a drink! The atmosphere was great with the TVs to relax by with a great selection of BEER for your pleasure! The real New York feeling from a real New York place! The crust is thin like its supposed to be hand tossed not greasy and thick like other places! No overpowering tomato sauce everything is well proportioned reminds me of home (yes I was born in Manhattan and grew up in the Bronx I attended P. S. 132)! Imagine 4 slices of pizza 2 drinks $20 what a deal with great service to boot! The pizza arrives pipping hot to your table stocked full of fresh ingredients piled on high not the bits and pieces of other pizza places full pieces of meat nothing processed! Felt like I was in a pizza place in New York for real try em like us YOU WILL BE BACK! Looking forward to our next trip! Theyre located in Midtown plenty of free parking! Everything cooked FRESH and made to order they start on your masterpiece when you place your order! Thanks Vinny for bringing a piece of home to Midtown located in the Ansley Plaza!

Moved here from up north over a year & ive tried several numerous pizzas, being a pizza lover, and no place has compared to here. Love Love Love it here. Wish it was slightly larger (north pizzas are bigger in size) but besides that the ultimate taste is amazingly GREAT!!!!
I went in ordered a 10 inch Works Pizza. 12 white customers later, cool asked if I was waiting in anything. My dang 🍕 I ordered. I sat there to see what was going to happened. They could have told me they serve blacks last. Thank you for letting me keep my money. Vinnys fit right in w Ansley Mall crowd. I knew better.
I love pizza and I believe that Ive had Vinnys before. Today you guys fell flat. Ive had better tasting frozen pizza and I wish I had saved my money. My slices really tasted old ,crust soft and your sauce flavorless.
Worst service ever. The “manager” Alex refused to get on the get on the phone and accused me of lying when I said I did not get my food. Mia was extraordinary rude. It’s unfortunate the people were so awful. Will not be returning
I got the baddest experience today 12/31 for two old guys was screaming to the girl on the front (cashier) . She is si friendly with a really good services. The 2 guys were fighting because the sells a small pizza meat or mania at 07:10 pm and they said they closed at 08:00 pm..increible.Yo tuve una experiencia super mala porque dos senores le gritaban a la cashier por venderme una pizza 50 min antes de cerrar. Theres only one issue with this restaurant. The food is too greasy. Indigestion on a plate as some may say. Other than that if you order by the slice its faster than ordering anything else on the menu. Staff was really slow on preparing my food. Three people came in after me and were served whole pizzas before I got my calzone
Literally, just like new York. An Italian restaurant with Spanish cooks.But seriously, the slice was perfect. They even got down the part most Atlanta pizzerias never get right, that ight but crispy crust.
1slice, 1calzone, 2 fountain drinks =$25. No thanks...* We tried it, and well pass. My pizza wasnt anything special. Equivalent in taste to a frozen Tombstone pizza. So, 2 stars for them.

The location is convenient. The prices are not bad. I ordered a lasagna the taste was good but it was hardly any lasagna I couldnt find many noodles or meat. Real watery and runny..

I love the pizza and salads are fresh...staff is friendly..atmosphere is comfortable...I prefer this location over the Midtown location...there daily lunch specials are a good day and I like being able to buy pizza by the slice.
The veggie pizza is delicious! Salami pizza is just ok though and the tables could be a bit cleaner. Thats why 4 stars only

Service..Pay attention to whom they give the plastic utensils vs whom they give actual silverware. I sat in there for about 35 min and was surprised at the difference even though the orders werent that different. The pizza itself wasnt bad.
Very rude, made my garlic knots hard and when I asked for new ones I was told that the ones I had were fresh and that the owner had been in the business for 25 years and did I want some old garlic knots from yesterday instead. I will not be going back !!!

I really like this place. Not only are the pizzas and calzones excellent, but so are their salads. I had a Vinnys salad, which was so large I saved half for tomorrow, and it was so delicious I skipped the dressing entirely.
Bad service but good food. Interesting concept for creating a fresh gourmet pizza experience in a fast food style setting. Given I did patronize the restaurant in the hour prior to closing.

I nomally come here on mondays and usually get a chicken salad which is amazing, its simple but everything is fresh, every now and then ill get a pizza or a philly and and everything is peefect, good crust, authentic ny style pizza, good beer selection...always my go to
I ordered take out last night at this location and meant to order it at my home location at Peachtree. I take accountability for making that mistake however, the man who answered the phone was extremely rude called me an idiot for not picking the right location , cursed at me and hung up.
Vinnys Calzone came out piping hot and was delicious. There was a little wait with the lunch hour rush but it was worth it. I will dine here again.
Waited an hour for a *pickup* order. First time gave the benefit of the doubt that something unusual happened. Second time is a pattern. Dont order from here unless you like to wait.
Food is okay. The experience is much better when you are with friends. I am sorry to say that I prefer Oz Pizza in East Point or Johnnys Pizza on Cheshire Bridge.
Excellent Italian food and proper carrier.The top notch component is their chicken and wild rice soup. The do not usually have it, but after they do.

The food was ok, but the service was horrible, the blonde girl at the front desk/ cashier was so rude and hostile, I was about to leave... the Spanish guys who delivered the order were very nice and courteous, the even apologized for her attitude...

2022-04-30$10 can get you quite a meal here! Had a slice of Big Cheese and a Caesar salad (served with two garlic rolls). Pizza was hot, plenty of flavor in the sauce and crust, and the salad was fine as well.Ive come in as late as 930 before and they still allow dine in. Its not an issue if you are gone before they close!

It says 10 pm.I get it’s Monday and you want to go home. Bad business. Read more.. you’ve turned lights out on paying customers?Service is worse than the Pizza.

2022-07-26Superb margherita pizza- the basil tasted fresh and the mozzarella melted perfectly. Got an order of tiramisu as well, and the top layer powder was thick and settled, like it should be. The ladyfingers were adequately soaked- I review tiramisu from everywhere I go, and I was pleasantly surprised that Vinnys N.Y. Pizza is in my top 3 for tiramisu.I just wish I could order a smaller margherita than the 16 online, without getting a gluten free crust. That pie is huge!

2022-08-24Always love going to Vinnys. The slices are big and always heaped with the toppings to the point youll need a fork after so you can eat the leftover that fell into your plate. Two slices will keep most people full

2022-03-22My mother and I walked in at 9:40 PM Saturday night , ordered pizza, got our food started eating and at 9:59 the Spanish staff turned the lights off. without saying a word to us about closing. I asked to have them turned on and they did while they packed up and got ready to leave, then they turned the lights off again and proceeded to walk out, asking us if we were ready to go? me and my mother couldnt believe what was happening to us, where in dine in history does a restaurant turn the lights off on a customer while they are still eating? so they claim its only take out after 9:30 but no where out or inside does it say take out after 9:30. staff walks outside on us while we are talking to them about waiting for us to finish eating then the older staff man asked the younger one to kick us out and the younger man walks back in and says you guys have to go THAT was the first time someone said anything about us vacating the restaurant and it wasnt even said politely. I am Spanish and so is my mother so this isnt a race thing, but it sure is a problem with the staff being disrespectful arrogant and privileged for being in charge of closing, THEY HAVE LOST TWO CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF SATURDAY NIGHT, starting off with the girl at the register, the young boy, and the two older men. and I will be making a bigger complaint will all details included.

2022-04-08From Long Island and was in the area, the pizza was horribly bland and soggy. I also got a chicken parmigiana sub, sauce was okay but there was no flavor or spice on the chicken at all. It was just chicken with flour on it and fried. Save your money and hit the bagel shop next door.

2021-12-31I saw the reasonably positive reviews and decided to give this place a try, mistake! The Sicilian crust pizza had all the cheese stuck to the top of the pizza box and was basically a layer of cheese sloppily placed on top of overcooked bread. I could not eat it. I also ordered a works NY pizza and a sandwich. The pizza crust tasted like paper and crumbled in your mouth with a very strange texture. The meat sandwich smelled strange and tasted like it was made with too old meat. I have never had a complete throw away meal, but it all went in the trash. Ended up eating cereal for dinner. Needless to say, I will not be returning and do not recommend Vinnys.
