The doctor was quick and efficient. Their frame selection is excellent. Very helpful. The prices were amazing and I got 2 pairs of glasses for less than Ive paid for a single pair at other places in town. Will totally be back.
I have been using Vision Works since 2017 and the experience was amazing until I went for my visit this time and wow what a difference. The customer service is a JOKE!!! I had to beg for help and consultation then they did not even order what I went in for I was totally forgotten I will never use this place again. I will pay more somewhere else.
I’ve been seeing the same local eye doctor for over a decade. The past 2 months was nearly impossible to get a same month appointment and I was forced to look into other providers. This place offered a next day new patient appointment and very reasonably priced for paying out of pocket! The technician was friendly and knowledgeable, and the Dr. was fantastic. Will definitely return!
Everyone was incredibly nice. They made me feel comfortable. They made me feel heard and answered my questions. Everyone that I worked with was kind and made everything very simple. It was the best eye exam and glasses selection process that Ive ever had in the past 18 years that Ive worn glasses. Thank you for that.

Dr. Johnson and Technician Ansley are outstanding professionals. They have friendly, intelligent personalities and I have a great deal of confidence in them. All the staff at this Visionworks office are excellent and actually enjoyable to interact with. I highly recommend this practice.
I visited Visionworks in Warner Robins on 10 Aug 20. I was greeted by Ansley whose customer service was awesome (and rare). Dr Johnson and Dana were equally pleasant and great to work with. They each took time explaining their process and made sure I understood and had no questions before leaving. I’d recommend them to anyone requiring optometry care.
What a great experience with this location. I called earlier in the week looking for a weekend appointment for my daughter. I did not want to keep her out of school nor did I want to feel rushed. I was informed that there would be a doctor available on Saturday and I got the time convenient to me. got an appointment at the time I needed. Our appointment was for 2:00PM. When we walked in, we were quickly greeted and given the paperwork needed, (2 quick pages, 2 minutes). After filling out the paperwork, a couple quick tests in we were in the the doctor. Dr Johnson was fantastic, really nice and worked well with kids. We arrived at 1:59PM and walked out the door at 2:21PM with Rx in hand. Easy to schedule, extremely short wait times, friendly staff, great prices and quick. I would definitely recommend Visionworks and specifically this location.
Dr. Johnson is amazing eye doctor with a wealth of knowledge and experience that we had discussed when I first met him. I have eye issues and I do see a specialist; however, when my vision gets worse my current glasses serves no purpose because I cant see good because of flare up but he takes the time to explain whats going on with my eye upon exam to get better glasses due to me been on the computer everyday. The whole team at Visionworks is awesome, thank you Mr. Terence Evans and Mr. Xadryan Tucker in assisting me picking out glasses; thanks Mr.Tucker for the pre-screening. Mr.. Evans is great in ensuring my glasses have everything I need in protecting my eyes explaining the different things I can get for my glasses and explaining the purpose such as the blue light because my work day consists of been on the computer, etc.Thank you Dr. Johnson, Mr. Evans, and Mr. Tucker
Finally found a place that does not require you to wear a oxygen depriving useless mask. Friendly staff and great deals on glasses.
Very professional. I was in at the proper time. Good use of sanitizing devices. Everyone wore masks. Would only let the people who had appointments in so no extra relatives could sit around in the waiting area. Whole procedure took less than an hour. I was satisfied.
I really enjoyed coming here. It was my first time and everybody was so nice and helpful and Mr. Johnson was the best. He worked with me to make sure that we got my eye sight back on track. I highly recommend using them.
This store has the best customer service! All the employees were very helpful from the time I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Clements was wonderful. Best eye exam ever! They made it so easy for me to pick out frames and I felt very confident they knew what they were doing. I first meant Ansley who was very thorough and her personality was awesome. Than I meant Dr Johnson who explained everything to a tee and did not rush the exam. He has the best personality. The last person I meant was Bekah who helped me with my glasses. She is very professional and made my checkout go smoothly. Cant wait to get my glasses.

I had an appointment at the Visionworks in Warner Robins yesterday and may I say they were Amazing. I dont usually do reviews but I felt I needed to take time to express How professional this establishment was. They were orderly, and very very helpful. Upon walking in the door the staff was very friendly and they made sure that All Covid safety measures where being upheld. I felt very pleased with the entire experience. At every point of the visit from walking in to being prepped to see the doctor. To the actual exam to choosing glasses that I am excited about receiving. I give this store a 10 out of 10??!!!! Recently I got an eye exam for glasses and let me tell you, the optometrist there did some additional tests on me that I never recall ever being performed on me before. She was efficient, sharp, and the additional testing made me feel like she was being very thorough with me. She was even compassionate enough to provide an anesthetic after my dilation so my eyes wouldnt sting after the dilation drops were placed in. The employees there were friendly and helpful as well. I didnt buy any glasses there but they had some pretty good deals while I was there.I should also mention that I went for my eye glasses exam while they had the 29.99 special! Great deal!
Dr. Johnson is very passionate about caring for his patients. He loves what he does. When he worked in Vidalia, I visited him. It was one of my greatest experiences seeing my son at his best. My insurance changed, therefore, I had to change eye care. I miss seeing Dr. Johnson as my optometrist, but Im sure, I;ll see him again. Keep up the good work Dr. Johnson and staff. Not too many places offer excellent service like Visionworks of WR.
My family is lucky to have prescription insurance for Eyecare. We have been to many optometrists in Houston County and have been charged well over $500 for glasses above what insurance pays. (Shady Practices). We decided to try VisionWorks and so glad we did. Plenty of frames under $200 and most add-ons were included. My total bill before insurance $580. What I paid was $150 and got my Vera Bradley frames. My daughter received bluelight glasses and they were free. Fast service, no pressure to buy anything over and above the insurance and excellent customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The doctor is great and her assistant is extremely kind and professional ( I hope she makes it to nursing school). The other employees are very chatty among themselves and the glasses a little overpriced. Would go again and would recommend this eye doctor to others.
Everyone who works here was extremely friendly while still doing their job well. Usually getting new glasses and an eye exam can be a chore but they made the experience pleasant. I will definitely get both my eye exam and glasses from here from now on.
Since I walked in the door, I had nothing but the BEST experience! From the eye exam, to recommendations on new contact lenses, to a huge selection of glasses, they took care of me. My glasses and contacts came in FOUR days after I ordered them. I was so happy to get them so fast and I even got real time updates via text when they arrived in the store for pickup! The staff and doctor were very professional and explained everything in detail. The prices were decent, however I was out of network and wish they would have shared cost with me ahead of my exam can and purchases. This was my first time on 20 years of military service purchasing glasses, so I rated them the best I could.
Everyone is very kind and helpful. Terrence and Jennifer really helped me with purchasing my daughter some new glasses during their 2 for $49 deal. I was very pleased. Im glad I switched to them as my childrens primary eye care center.
The ladies in the front helped me choose which glasses to pick out and the doctor was super amazing while he determined my prescription! I would definitely recommend anyone I know to come here! Even children because I feel the doctor would be exceptional with children getting glasses!

The service at vision Works was wonderful once again. The doctor that did the odds animation is a very sweet lady and all the employees there were eager to help. They have a variety and a wonderful selection of eyeglasses and send wear glasses for your prescription I would highly recommend this place. I am actually taking my daughter today because I am very satisfied with them they take so many different types of insurance and they are so helpful even if you don’t have your insurance card they can look you up by name and they are very diligent In making you feel like you are pretty or handsome in your eye wear!!!
I was at the Visionworks on Watson Blvd because of the promotions they had and it turned out to be a surprisingly best choice I made. I was politely greeted, be seated, and consulted by Regina. Next, Patti carefully screened my eyes. Then, Dr. Clements examined my eyes thoroughly before writing a prescription for my eyes. The eyeglasses I ordered arrived to the store 1 week earlier than the expected day. I would recommend this Visionworks location and would come back again for my future eye care needs. My brother also got his eyeglasses here after I told him about it.
The experience I had at VisionWorks on Watson in Warner Robins was really really refreshing. Now a days it is good to go into a business and have the employees really care about the service they provide. Everyone was very helpful and made sure all of my concerns and seemed as if everyone else concerns where taken care of in a very professional and expedient manner. We went for the first time in a long time to check on our vision. Everyone was very nice, and the Doctor himself was incredibly friendly and inviting. They all guide you through everything calmly and patiently.
I was so excited to actually to the eye doctor for the first time and was thrilled I made that choice. Normally I just get my prescription filled and be on my way. However, I made this appointment and she was so personable and point on with my vision. I highly recommend you go see her!

I was kind of skeptical at first I had brought my wife with me, after I filled out the paper work, which was not alot, they took me right back, I had an appointment at 5 the young lady did the preliminary test,and then I went into another room, Everyone was VERY professional, I then had my eye exam from a young Man Dr. Johnson I believe, Excellent and then the woman who checked us out told me that my insurance was good but through them if I were to use a different plan I would save so much more,which I did I think that she saved me like 500 dollars, Would I recommend this place. I have been a patient here for many years. Today was probably the worst visit I have ever had. I showed up for an appt at 5 PM, signed in and was greeted by Anslea. I told her that I have an appt at 5 PM. She proceeded to look for my appt and I was then told that my appt was not today but Monday at 5PM. I would have been perfectly fine with that, had I not been standing there with my phone in my hand getting notifications that I had an appt at 5 today. Even showed her where I had the appointment saved in my emails. Anslea did let me know that she would check with the doctor to see if I could be fit in today. She went to the back to check and returned but did not come to me, she went to the counter where another associate spoke with her and then that associate came to me to let me know that I could be seen on Monday but that was the only time that I would be able to be seen. But because I made my appt online and theyre having glitches with the program I cant be seen. Fine and well, I understand that COVID is going on and that there are glitches across the board with many places, but what I do not understand is how I was standing in your entrance getting notifications from Visionsworks about an appt that I supposedly did not have. The professionalism was not the best and needless to say I will not be going back here.
Awesome service from the time I stepped in the door til I picked up my glasses. A perfect group of people all the way around. And my glasses where ready in 5 days instead of 2 weeks that they normally take.

Im really disappointed because there is such a great selection of glasses here. However, I did NOT feel welcomed in this store. Every other customer that entered the store was greeted and asked what they could be helped with; they were treated how a customer should be treated. Not sure why I was ignored from the time that I entered to the time that I left. Not very professional for the enployees to be whispering to each other the entire time either. Will NOT be going back to this location or any other Visionworks..
This store has been wonderful. Ive personally seen them for a regular exam followed by purchasing contacts, glasses and prescription sunglasses. The turn around time on the glasses being made was very quick. I have also had to use this store on two different walk-in occasions. One for an eye injury and one for my daughter who was experiencing headaches. She was fit in and the staff was so helpful and reassuring to a teenager who was not sure if she was going to like wearing glasses. They took their time and never made us feel rushed while she tried on several glasses. We will be using this Vision Works for all of our eye exams and any issues that may arise.
Customer service and first impressions can make or break a business. My first contact with visionworks wasnt a pleasant one. The tech dropped the ball on customer service via our phone convo. Dr made up for it with great exam and customer service. The front office staff was amazing. Now as for as my glasses, I love them, but Im headed back because I still cant see and words are even more blurred with new Rx glasses. Hope to SEE you soon with better quality of service and sale.
Without question this was the best experience Ive ever had in regards to complete and total eyecare.Dr. Dale Clements is a Godsend!! I was able to completely understand everything Ive ever wondered about personal eyecare. I didnt feel rushed in no way shape or form and I left feeling refreshed.The entire staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend this office as your choice if you want the highest level of quality in total eyecare.All I can tell you is the lady with the long gray ponytail is in a class all by herself. Great service fair price glasses were great for p er a year until I lost them. Dropped in got an apt and new glasses ordered within an hour. New glasses will be here in a few days is only draw back. No backup pair

I started going to VW last year after moving to WR. My experience here has been awesome. I’ve been in glasses since I was in the 3rd grade and yesterday during my visit was the first time , that I remember, my exam was explained thoroughly!! The staff is AWESOME and very professional. Victoria helped me choose a frame and add-ons that best suited my prescription, she was very knowledgeable and I was in and out in about 30 mins. If you need any type of eyewear I definitely recommend Visionworks.

A terrible experience I dont recommend anyone get their over priced eye ware from this place at all. The only reason I came here was bc they were the only same day optical I could find and have been suffering from migraines for days after losing my glasses in a river. Which I told the woman helping us and she told us they would text as soon as theyre ready but its first come first serve. Never got a text and had the call the shop myself to see if my glasses were finally ready at the end of the day when I put my prescription in when they opened. And then getting there the doctor tells us she could have had my glasses made within an hour of me stopping by based on sense of urgency but apparently constant migraines wasnt a reason to rush them. Also my glasses had been made hours before we even called so thank you for consciously letting me suffer all day :)
Gina was extremely helpful with finding a pair of glasses that fit the shape of my face, Cj was super patient with issues I was having with my card, and Terrence had my glasses finished in record time! Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had buying glasses.

It was the very friendly environment. The people was very helpful. They had a variety of glasses to choose from. I also got my glasses while I waited in the office. The best so far.
The Visionworks lab techs must be a bunch of monkeys pressing buttons. They cant seem to get glasses on-axis no matter how many times they remake them. The people at the store and the doctor are nice but that doesnt make up for poor execution of a glasses prescription. At least they gave me a refund after, how long has it been... 3 months of runaround?

Great doctor, very informative with clinical experience and personal experience as he also wears glasses lol.
I chose Visionworks due to previous experience with the company in another city. I assumed they were all connected. Upon checking in I learned that not only are they not connected, this one wont file with Tricare (which our previous Visionworks had done). From check-in to leaving, it took nearly 2 hours (more than double the time for his last visit, with nothing special/different done this time) and that was without even picking out a pair of glasses.
Tried out Visionworks and I really like the people there. Dr. Johnson was great! Ive been seeing eye doctors for I over 30 years now. I just found my new one.
Horrible costumer service, would not recommend African Americans to this physician, they scheduled me an appointment that wasn’t even in their system!! Every time I come here there’s a problem either from Diane or the younger lady who works her. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!

Very poor Business practice of not being up front with customers.I was very specific when I came in gave them my insurance info in wanting to know if they took it . I was told yes and in fact they were not. It just really saddens me when people in a professional capacity are not up front.When I was reminded about my appt the day prior I asked again did everything check out with my insurance I was told yes. Still no mention of by the way we wont bill for you, what if I didnt have the money to pay then what you send me to collections over getting an eye exam. Just be up front with people its that simply youre sorry well guess what so am I ...Lesson Learned
I stopped by this location to have my sunglasses repaired. The employees were so nice, on top of showing a team effort to resolve such a small issue. Ill be sure to refer anyone who needs assistance.

How are you going to prescribe someone the wrong prescription and then tell them you cant exchange out the wrong power contacts with the right ones? DO NOT GO HERE! They dont know what theyre doing and clearly they dont care if they write you the wrong prescription because they dont care to fix it. What kind of messed up business is this? They literally said Im sorry, theres nothing we can do.

2022-05-28From the time I walked in the door they welcomed me by name, seemed truly concerned about my visit and making sure all went well. The tech that did my test was friendly and professional, the eye doc awesome totally listened to what I said and concerns. The there was Chris he went way out of his way to make sure these new glasses will meet my needs and more. I was so impressed by the whole staff that I had to tell the manager what outstanding job they had done, from the welcome, testing, Doc and attention to fitting. Thank You.

2022-05-17Dr. Was super friendly and professional. Staff was awesome too. I believe Chris is the manager who took care of getting my frames(they have a great selection btw) and taking my insurance. He was super cool and very knowledgable. If you need any eye care or just an exam i highly recommend them!!!

2021-09-18I went to Visionworks for 3 main reasons; 1- cost, 2- I wasnt happy with the previous exam results a few months earlier with a different provider and 3- my previous provider didnt even listen to me when I said I was interested in contact lenses. I was extremely surprised by how interested the staff was in what I wanted. They are professional and friendly. They listened to my reservations and what I wanted. I ended up getting 1 pair of prescription glasses with transition lenses, no line bifocal, 1 pair of non prescription sunglasses and contact lenses for $500 less than what I had just paid (a few months earlier) for just 2 pair of prescription lenses, 1 bifocal, 1 for distance only. I would recommend the Warner Robins office of Visionworks to anyone who wants to get a quality product for a decent price and a pleasant experience.

2021-07-13If I could give 0 stars I would! My family has bought several pairs of glasses from this location. As you can see from my picture, I need a new pair of glasses.I walked in and the lady said, Cant help you, we do not sell the ear piece replacements.I never asked for a replacement part! I was going to set up an appointment to get new glasses.I will not give my money to rude inconsiderate people!!!I WILL NEVER USE VISIONMARK AGAIN!!!

2021-07-21I always love coming here! Everyone is so nice and so professional, we feel welcome from the moment I make an appointment to the moment we leave with our new stylish eyewear. My husband adores his glasses, he looks great and he can see everything super clearly. They came earlier than expected too! Thank you Visionworks team for going the extra mile each and every day! 2021-10-01It was such an amazing experience -from the time I walked in until leaving.First of all, my appointment was at 445. I arrived a wee bit early, but they saw me right away. I was out of the office by 515.Amber helped me come up with the most cost effective way to get what I needed in my lens.Victoria was so super sweet and energetic while doing the eye pretest. She was conversational, patient, and efficient.Dr.Johnson was nice as well. Very light hearted and knowledgeable as well; he even answered a generic question I had about my son.I’m so glad that I missed my appt with lens crafters and got in here bc as long as the staff mirrors this experience every time, you’ve earned yourself a long time customer.Thank you ladies and gentlemen for exemplifying excellent service even that late in the evening

2021-10-20Extremely poor customer service. Unknowledgeable and very unpolite to people. Told me I needed a hi-index lens when I had a very small prescription and because I am not knowledgeable about these things myself I let them charge me. I did not receive a hi-index lens. Glasses felt funny and they just kept telling me to get used to them. They wouldnt let me see the doctor again. Overall extremely bad experience.

2021-04-08The Dr. was so nice and very friendly. He had a really great attitude and personality. The girl that waited on me and help me with glasses was so kind as well. She was so friendly and so helpful I did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely go back.
