We used V&M Granite and I’m so glad we did. We have had a time with other companies not showing up when they said or not calling back. I just happened to find V&M by accident and everything went so smoothly. They did an amazing job, very professional and on time! This was by far the best experience we’ve had with a company! They definitely know what they are doing and do it great! Thank you Brenda and the rest of your team. I love my kitchen!

We remolded our kitchen and went toV & M, so glad we did. The staff were knowledgeable, accommodating, and so helpful from the start to end. They made this process easy and worry free. The prices were great and we ended up getting more granite for our bathroom.I highly recommend V & M for any needs.

V & M Granite Solutions was an excellent company to work with. My husband and I are in the process of fully renovating the master bathroom ourselves. With a careful eye in sourcing and working with sustainable, quality material, we decided to avoid purchasing a newer vanity. Instead, we found a vintage Broyhill dresser that we decided to repurpose as a vanity.We contacted several companies for a custom countertop quote and only received a couple of responses of interest. V & M reached out to us within 24hrs of our request to set up an appointment for a free estimate.Brenda became our point of contact. From the initial meeting to the final wrap-up phone call, she remained professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Brenda was a great source of information and truly made us feel that our project was important to V & M.My husband and I decided to anchor the dresser into the wall to create a floating structure. Initially, we were a little concerned about the dresser supporting the weight of the quartz countertop, but Brenda put our worries to rest with her expertise and advice! We also purchased our own sinks and understood that the widespread faucets would be a slightly tight fit. Brenda and the rest of the V & M team were incredibly kind and resourceful, as they offered suggestions and professional guidance in allowing for the best and most secure fit for our situation.Oscar, the owner, stopped by for the final measurement. He answered any questions we had and offered helpful advice in a friendly, professional manner. It is clear that V & M work very well together as a team. Brenda personally helped us set up an installation time that worked with our schedule. The installation team was so great! They were efficient, professional, and left our home clean. Again, we received helpful suggestions, this time in regards to cleaning and maintenance of our countertop.We are so grateful to V & M Granite Solutions. Truly, no matter how large or small your project is, you will have a great experience working with them. My mother recently succumbed to a stroke and before her return home from inpatient rehab, I decided to upgrade her bathroom and her spirits for the makeover. I chose V&M Granite Solutions for three reasons. First, they are a locally owned business. Second, their selection of product and flexibility to work around my schedule, and third, their fair pricing and friendliness. Alexa took amble time to show me the choices in my budget and discussed the colors, style and other variables to consider in my selection. WOWZA! Service not even close to big box stores or from another locally owned granite supplier I have used in the past. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend V&M Granite Solutions in Austell, GA for updating your countertops. I can hardly wait to install more cabinets in my kitchen and to purchase another countertop. My grandfather and mother both had businesses in a small town and in my experience, what sets self-owned businesses apart from others, is their customer service and quality of services provided. Most often than not, people rely on other peoples experiences to determine where they choose to conduct business. This level of marketing cannot be produced or replicated--either you offer a good product, good service and/or good ethics, or you do not. Your reputation in a small town or city is priceless.Finally, the guys who performed the install were professional and paid close attention to details. Absolute stellar company and experience!

We had kitchen countertops installed and the experience was Excellent from start to finish! Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.especially Jessica! She answered every question as well as provided us with thorough product knowledge.We had our countertops within a week and they are beautiful. From the sale to the installation Perfection !!! After bought our new house, my wife and I decided to give the 15 year old kitchen a new and modern look. Out of thin air, we quickly decided to give V & M Granite a try because of their professionalism and punctuality on the day of estimate. Looking back, it is one of the best decisions weve made.Upon our first meeting, Oscar and Emilio showed us the options of gutting the entire kitchen vs. keeping the backbone and replacing doors and drawers. We were impressed with the price we could potentially save by keeping the old cabinet frames and went along with it.After the initial meeting, within the next few days, Oscar and his carpenter carefully took measurements of existing cabinets and promised us the project would be finished in three weeks.As any other projects, when you let one contractor do everything, usually he would charge you for all the little details he needs to take care of. Well, thats not the case with V & M. Oscar actually offered us free installation of all kitchen appliances, free plumbing, and free backsplash.The project progressed EXACTLY as Oscar promised. My wife and I never had to be on site and all the work was taken care of as promised. In addition, Oscar went the extra mile by aligning un-leveled cabinets and fitting decorative wood trim in between door frame and cabinets. And most importantly, the final price is only few hundred dollars more than the initial quote, which to me, is very rare just because most of my past projects had on average more than 20% of overage in final bills.From the photos below, you can see the COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION of our kitchen. My wife and I cannot be more happy with the end product done by V & M.Compared to my other concurrent projects, I find more values from V & M in several aspects as below.Price: Almost the lowest among all four quotes we received. The fact Oscar offered the lower price option of keeping original cabinet frame saved us more than six grand!Quality: Top notch! I say they did a better job than the last contractor we hired from Home Depot at two thirds of the price.Customer service: Every project has areas where human errors are made. Often times, if a customer doesnt spot them within the first few days, he is on his own. Again, V & M has changed my stereotype thinking. One month after the project completion, my wife saw a drop of paint on the island and we sent a text to Oscar, the next day Antonio showed up at our front door with the big smile and scraped the paint off using a razor blade.I highly recommend V & M to anyone who needs anything kitchen or bathroom related! Call Oscar with confidence.

My newly renovated bathroom...I had quite a journey with the renovation process. All journeys good or bad are an experience to learn from for the future. My only suggestion to anyone if you are planning to hire V & M Granite ask for the owner to assist you & supervise the work. He is very professional and he will go above and beyond in order for the customer to be completely satisfasfied. Mr. Oscar does render excellence and he will hear your concerns if you are not happy or satisfied with the work. In addition, he will make sure any renovations are finished in a timely manner and he will make sure work is done as instructed. Enclosed I have added some pictures of my renovations done. Good day
