A wonderful* experience. A totally different outlook on the Volkswagen brand. Finance department worked very well with me and helped me get into a vehicle more pleasurable! The safety features on my new vehicle helped me to save on my car insurance. Thank you Morris, Dash, Dennis & Andy!!! Happy Face!
I have been coming here for three years and I have never had a good experience. They increase the prices of labor and the customer service is awful. It’s to the point where I’d rather drive two hours to another Volkswagen because they are terrible. I had one of their employees offer me an alternative and he/she admitted that they were overcharging me and offered me a recommendation to another place that could get the job done for much cheaper. It’s not always about the money but when these employees are ill-mannered and constantly being rude, it’s so annoying. They tried to deny my warranty one of my visits there and I had to go through the process of speaking to a representative and they tried to tell the representative that I don’t have one. Well, turns out, one of their workers overlooked something and then didn’t even apologize! I was going to buy a new car there and three different car salesmen called my phone at least four times a week even after I said no. I had a specific type of car that I wanted and I noticed how they had maybe 10 cars on the lot. I thought that was sketchy, so that alone deterred me from this dealership. I have no clue what is going on with this place but please don’t come here for repairs or to buy. Take your time and energy elsewhere because the people I’ve had experience with here, are in the wrong profession entirely. I own three different Volkswagens and I would never go back here again. It sucks because I’ll have to drive 2 plus hours but they are great at stealing your peace and emptying your pockets here. I’ll pass.
I feel like Ive been scammed. Im not a car salesman so we were relying on the people that worked here to help us through the process, but every step of the way there were sneaky tactics to add thousands to the purchase price. If I wanted and extended warranty I would talk to a robocall. In the end we didnt catch everything and spent thousands on some insurance because the sales manager was manipulative and deceived us. Talk to your insurance provider if you want gap insurance and save tons of money!!! After they received what they needed to finish the sale they didnt lift another finger for us.
I live over an hour from this dealership & called earlier in the week to discuss my interest in driving the new Taos on Saturday. The sales manager confirmed with me via text & sent me her contact info. However, when I arrived the vehicle had been sold earlier in the week. I didn’t call ahead to confirm because the vehicle was still listed on their website as of that morning. After first making copies of my license, then telling me the Taos sold, the conversation shifted towards the other SUVs they had for sale. My only reason coming to this dealership was to drive the Taos but rather than tell me there wasn’t one, I felt they thought they could just get me onsite & sell me any vehicle. I told them they needed to update their website & I got excuses about how they’re being bought out & the systems aren’t communicating blah, blah, blah. My time & gas were wasted and left me with an unfavorable opinion of your dealership.
Trying to find my daughter the safest car and the team effort from put forth from these guys was amazing. We were greeting upon arrival and although we didn’t have a lot of time, we made plans to come back and I’m truly glad we did! Thanks to Slim, Morris and Keith, my daughter not only has one of the safest cars on the market, she was able to get a new one that she loves! I appreciate the fellas putting up with me because I can be a lot to handle. Thanks for your patience and I say if you want a good deal, go to Jeff Smith VW!!!
Bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna, the experience was great and they work with you on price negotiations. Drove from Jacksonville and I’d have to say it was well worth the drive. Looking forward to buying another car from them this summer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality vehicle with a good price.
On 04/21/2021, I went looking for a new car to replace my used one. I looked around online and found what I wanted at Jeff Smith in Warner Robins. I was supposed to talk to Virginia but she had to leave so I was a little weary of talking to James Wilson. We talked, he showed me the car I was interested in. I filled out the paper work and not once did I feel like anything was hidden nor was any questions I had brushed away. On a side note he knew a lot about the car I was looking into and even shared with me some features I did not even catch it had such as heated seats in the rear. Other than the time it took from getting there to leaving with my new car the entire process was simple and straight forward. I would 10/10 recommend Jeff Smith for your new or used cars. Also even though Virginia was not able to help me on the day I planned on coming up there she did call me the next day to make sure that I was taken care of.
Highly recommend NOT buying a car here. Everyone is so nice until final papers are signed and customer service goes out the window. I was told I’d have 90 day deferment when making the deal for a promotion they we’re running during Thanksgiving. We went back and forth with multiple offers because they were really trying to sale me this car. I should’ve left, but apparently what I signed had a different date and other details we talked about were excluded. They train their salesman to say what sounds good instead of facts, when I called to talk to the salesman I worked with they told me he no longer worked there lol. Another lie because Quentin certainly does. I’m still shocked at my experience here. All they could say to me was “well you signed it” when I had questions about things that were said. Me and my husband both remember what was said and they straight lied to us about it....I honestly can’t explain how terrible the experience and phone calls I received really were. Just take your business elsewhere! They only care about the sales they make, not the customer.Update the car I bought back in November from them was a 2020 Grand Cherokee with 12,000 miles so basically new. The screen doesn’t work half the time. It freezes when I put it in reverse or will just shut off when I’m driving. My first time buying a “used” car. This place literally a joke don’t shop here :))))
This is by far the worst customer service experience ever. I scheduled a service appointment a whole month in advance for them to not have a loaner vehicle for my recall service. I drove an hour for this appointment and all they can say is ole well. I was thinking about purchasing my Atlas from this location but now they have lost my business as a whole. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
Very pleasant experience! One of, if not the best car dealer in Georgia. Special thanks to Quint and Virginia for helping us out. Being a military member returning from overseas, I was worried about finding a car. Virginia contacted me before I arrived, and Quint was ready for me when we got there. Highly recommended!
One thing for sure...when you go looking for a car here....these guys and Virginia will sell you what you want and need! If they havent got it. They can get it!WONDERFUL STAFFF!Virginia was the perfect one for us....Crazy but knew Cars!!!! We Love Her!!! All the other guys were sweet, very gentlemen like and made you feel special! My husband and I went together and they treated us as equals...I really appreciated that.We love our Jetta!!! Drives and rides so smooth!!!! For the price we get GREAT gas mileage (42MPG) , roomy, BIG trunk and all these extras!!! The sun roof, backing up camera, signals for passing abilities!!!, and the cruise control slows when you get to another car!!! My husband wont be able to Tail Gate!!! And the computer system that goes with an andriod is Awesome! !!!!Try a Volkswagen. ...not Beetles anymore!!!!!P.S. a friend that works on our truck told us to buy one of these..he races this kind !!!!!!3 years later....We get our car serviced there now! Wonderful staff!!!!! Good prices!!! And when they wash the car!!!! Clean inside and out!!! GOOD JOB!!!! TO the Washer!!!!!
Working with the sales team was a great experience. Each of the team members I dealt with on the sales staff were courteous and helpful. They followed up to ensure that my experience was positive and were not pushy. Each were genuinely interested making sure I was happy with my purchase and overall experience.Definitely a great sales team and I am thankful for their support and I love my new VW Atlas!
Excellent customer service. Quick results. Entire staff friendly. The guy who helped me, i think his name was Chris, was speedy and knowledgeable. It was more of a conversation than a transaction. He filled the tank for me. Carla was helpful over the phone. Micah was polite after the sale. They gave me 2 free oil changes and one free tire rotation. Just an overall pleasant experience. The best Ive had buying a car. Would definitely recommend
Jeff Smith was great. We drove 2.5 hours to get our vehicle from Auburn after working with Adrian there over the phone. I was speaking to dealerships as far as Orlando and I got the best deal here, and Adrian was very polite, and timely in all correspondence without ever being pushy. Once getting there, Adrian had the car out from detailing, and was waiting with all the leg work done for the purchase and was standing by our new car (atlas cross sport), eager to help us out, show us everything the car offers, and get us going. Virginia the sales manager was also very attentive and was happy to hook us up with some VW schwag. We had one issue during the financing portion which isnt worth getting into, but the management was very quick to reconcile everything quickly, and professionally. I have never rated a car dealership positively before as most probably havent but I highly recommend Jeff Smith VW and I would go back if the need for a new car arises, I also recommend this CrossSport! Easily easily nicest car Ive ever bought. Ask for Adrian.
Had nothing but bad experiences with this company. from initial purchase being told that could refinance after 6 months of payments and have cosigner removed from loan and paying on for over year to be told that cant refinance because the car wasnt worth the purchase price. then now vehicle breaks down and told because i didnt have oil changes done at a dealership that my warranty is void and im stuck with a car that is inoperable. recommend if searching for a vehicle seek a different dealership, this one is no help at all.
I wish I could give zero stars. The employees here are so rude!! I’m specifically talking about the service department because I haven’t had an experience with every employee here. The service department should be ashamed of themselves. I needed a part for my car that was less than a hundred dollars and they were charging me over 500.00 for labor for less than TWO hours. Either I’m in the wrong profession or they are ripping people off. I was already questioning the price and one of the service members then had the audacity to tell me that I had to pay for the work UPFRONT before they began. I asked her when would they start and she said, “maybe 10-14 days but wasn’t sure.” MAAM! Since when did we have to pay upfront?! Why don’t you have an estimate of when you could start the SIMPLE repair on my car? I am looking by at the five starts below me and I’m really starting to believe they would pay someone to leave a good review. I got such a bad vibe from this place and they talk over you an assume they are more knowledgeable. It’s an awful feeling. I would also like to note the lack of diversity here! I feel like it’s just a bunch of relatives who lack education who work here. I sense a lot of nepotism here. I don’t know, but I will NOT be returning here. Please don’t come here h less you love headaches, hidden fees, and uncertainty.
Giving Keith and Morris a high five for the exceptional work done working with me on yesterday. They made sure I was happy with my choice of vehicle and worked until the end in my favor. I am riding in a 2022 Taos SUV and one happy, satisfied customer. Thanks Keith and Morris
The staff was extremely respectful and kept me entertain ed while in the process of buying my truck. Carla stayed in contact with me to make sure I got what I was looking for. My sales Rep Scott made my process even easier just by staying real with me & giving me all the pointers & info I needed on getting my truck. The buying process was a bit difficult at first but was never pressured. Very relaxing climate and professional personnel. After a couple of tries James was able to get me right. Thanks
I bought a used Jetta from Carvana that, well, could have been better. I took it to Jeff Smith VW, and they gave it a 4 wheel alignment along with a couple of new tires for a very, very reasonable price. My Jetta now rides like new; very smooth ride. Thanks guys! Carvana sucks, but you made it all good.
Everytime I brought my vehicle in to be looked at they have tried scamming/finessing me. Throttle body problem? Yeah they tried tacking on an extra $400 in misc parts (a pedal, which was NOT needed). Also claimed that Volkswagen were the ONLY people who can recalibrate the throttle body (also not true, you can buy something cheaper that can do it) which they said I needed, but again I didnt need it recalibrated. Lock cylinder problem? Oh yeah youll need some shear bolts to be replaced as well. no I didnt. That wasnt needed and it was an extra $200 I didnt need to spend. Throttle body was fixed for $150 by a friend and the lock cylinder only needed a lock cylinder.
My experience with this dealership is the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in 7 years. I initially brought my vehicle in after hitting my side mirror while backing out of my garage. I brought the vehicle in to see if it was something simple that could be fixed or if the entire mirror needed to be replaced and I would just make an insurance claim. After having the parts manager and a employee look at the damage both assured me it was simple to fix and there was no need to make an insurance claim. I brought my vehicle in For repair and paid around $350. When I picked the vehicle up the mirror was not fixed. I was contacted by Andy smith who told me to bring the vehicle in and they would order a part it needed. I took the vehicle in and got a call that it could not be fixed, they had ordered the wrong part. They ordered another part and I dropped the vehicle off to be called once again to be told the mirror could not be fixed an in fact needed to be completely replaced. The fourth visit the mirror was replaced and an addition $680 was spent. When I looked at the mirror a clip holding the mirror together was broken. After speaking to an employee they fixed it on the spot. However, I was disgusted that after 4 trips and over $1,000 a mechanic broke a piece of the mirror while installing it and failed to mention it to anyone so it was left for me to find. I wish that the employee and parts manager would have been honest from the beginning so I could have made an insurance claim and gone to a body shop instead of wasting numerous days without my vehicle and over $1,000. My initial visit was in November and my vehicle was not completely repaired until March. Every time a part needed to be ordered I was never contacted by the dealership that the part had arrived, so I would have to call to see if the part had arrived and set up an appointment. In the past Volkswagen dealerships have been very professional and had great communication skills. Unfortunately this location was the complete opposite. I will not be using this dealership for the remainder of my time in Warner Robins. Every time I spoke to the service manager he seemed very irritated and annoyed by our conversations. Over all the entire experience was less than “okay” and I am highly disappointed with the customer service I received.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Been looking for a car for my fiancé and we found the one she loved! After negotiating the price we all agreed upon. We told them we had on financing. They said some bs about being diamond dealer with bank we were using and we can just look up info for you and it’s not a credit check etc. LIES it definitely was a credit check a hard one at that. Once we got back to sign for car they tried to get us to sign paper at a different price after already negotiating on price! They lied through whole process please STAY AWAY!!!
I ordered a key for my vehicle about in April and was told it would be there within 1 to 2 days. A week later still no key, Alan the parts manager was completely apologetic and handled my complaints like a pro! I go to pick up my car and key this morning and with major regret on his face he tells me more bad news, they were sent the wrong key. I was beyond frustrated because I live about 50 miles from the dealership and had to pay a ride for the trip.Couple of months later, out of town my battery is dead in my car my card doors are locked. I get my fobs hidden key only to find out this company NEVER cut the key for me to be able to access the car in emergencies like this. I speak to the GM and he asks me to text him the receipt so that he can reimburse me... I have messaged 2 times in the past 2 months and he has yet to respond to my messages or refund the money he promised for THEIR errors!
Bought a 2015 Chevy Tahoe here listed on the internet for a price when we started negotiating “slim” the sales man tried to raise the price by 4 thousand dollars when I confronted him he said it wasn’t the same vehicle even thou the VIN matched. After arguing this it was lowered to the internet price. I was told oil was changed and everything was good to go. My fault for trusting a salesman again two days later I checked the oil and it was nice and black but hey they reset the counter on the dash to say it was changed. Here it is a month later and the transmission is dead overheating and jumping in and out of gear thanks Jeff smith you Fuc$ed me don’t ever use this sh!t hole for you’re needs. Bunch of lying b@sterd$.
Salesmen Quinton and Mo were extremely patient with us as we made our decision. They each gave us time to think through our choice with no pressure. They are each kind, personable and knowledgeable. Dennis and Keith also spent time with us to meet our needs in the purchase. They explained the details and helped with any questions we had.
Rodney Dillard was a fantastic sales person. Very polite and eager to help find the right car and not push the sell, big difference. James, one of the managers, was also great about finding the right price. Both worked their butts off to make the sell happen with numbers I was happy with without forcing something that couldnt work.
I’m not quite sure what happened with this dealership today but that was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. Being new to the area we accidentally pulled into their lot thinking all the lots were connected or related to each other. We were wrong but decided to stay and see what they had to offer. We showed up with a set budget before tax, tag and title. We knew the kind of suv and size we needed for our family. First, they brought over an suv that was way too small and tried to tell us we were wrong and two car seats would fit comfortably and my husband could sit back as far as he needed to while driving... this wasn’t true. Then they bring us a 2015 Honda CR-V to test drive. We both asked if we could know the price before we test drove it and we were told “oh, it’s close to your budget”... we get back from the test drive and are given a price that is $7,000 over our budget and they acted surprised when we said we couldn’t do that. They also gave us a price that was nowhere close to their online price for that CR-V. We then proceed to say we are just going to go across the street to test drive the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe we originally wanted to test drive. They come back over with $2,000 off the price they quoted us (still $5,000 over our budget) and then try to tell us the dealership across the street does not have the 2017 Santa Fe that we wanted they only have a 2014 and it would be silly to go purchase a 2014 at blah blah price. They then started trashing the Hyundai Santa Fe in comparison to the Honda CR-V... This does not make us want to buy with you when you try to belittle the choice of suv we want for our family. We were followed out the door and continued to be belittled about our decision as we were trying to get our son in the car and leave. Needless to say the dealership across the street DID have the 2017 Santa Fe at the price we wanted... no hassle, no stress, no ridiculousness or surprise prices... We bought our perfect suv at Five Star Hyundai and it was the exact suv that the salesman at Volkswagen said Hyundai didn’t have. I’m happy we chose to leave and that we were not guilted into spending over our budget on an suv we did not want.
From Virginia keeping MY personal documents for 3 months (even taking them to her home, her words) and getting “fired” for this according to previous manager Brandon to the incompetent service team I’m just over this unprofessional dealership. This is my second vehicle from them and time and time again, they show just how horrible they are. I don’t recommend AT ALL! They will mess up and point the fingers at each other without anyone taking full responsibility for their actions. You deserve a dealership you can build a lasting business relationship with based on trust and understanding.
Jeremiah started the process the day before so all I had to do was pick out the car I wanted and the deal was done! Finance managers got me an outstanding deal with the bank I bank with low interest rate and payment. Easy process...great service! I highly recommend JSVW!
I flew from Ohio to Georgia to pick up the car of my dream. The flight was delayed almost 2 hrs which made my arriving time way past the time they closed. But they STILL drive 2 hrs to pick me up from the airport, and stayed open for me! Even filled the tank for me to drive back to Ohio! Excellent customer service and great, genuine people who work here. Ask for Chris!
After being very apprehensive about dealing with a dealership, we ended up at Jeff Smith Volkswagen. We were first met by Jay who was really helpful and personable. We also worked with Will, who was amazing. We ended up getting my husband just what he wanted. Not only were we taken care of, but they treated our little boy so kindly. I feel like we got a really good deal and were treated with respect. We will certainly come back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership and Will, Jay and Justin. Thanks guys for helping make this journey of purchasing a vehicle a pleasant one!!! You guys are the best! The Taylor family appreciates all youve done for us.
I took a car to them that was running rough, misfire codes that I couldnt fix. They charged me $625 to remove the intake and then declare the car needed a new engine and that would run over $9,000. Obviously, I declined and picked up the car. Some internet research, a few new tools, and I narrowed it down to a valve. Took it to a local guy and $2,200 later and a head job, its as good as new. Save your time and money and skip the service department. $625 for nothing and not to recognize the motor as repairable is reason enough to steer clear.Everyone was nice, so I guess thats something.
Virginia was an amazing sales person. She knew I was coming up as I called before hand and she actually met me out in the parking lot as I was pulling in. She kept us informed the whole time we were waiting to let us know what was going on. Once the sale was completed she even went outside and helped me get my sons carseat and all other stuff out of my old car and put into my new car. I am over all very happy with the experience and I am loving my new car!
Such a great experience while I purchased my vehicle. I let the staff know what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay and they got me in a vehicle right away! I would recommend anyone in Warner Robins looking for a vehicle new or used to look here first! Big thank you to Rodney & Virginia!
On March 27,2021, Micah Crews assisted us in our purchase. He was attentive and patient when working with us and easily answered all of our questions, without hesitation. He kept us entertained during the wait and was very personable. Micah was kind and made everything as convenient as possible. Not only did Micah make sure we were comfortable, he was very willing to work with us and our budget. Micah wasnt just trying to make a sale, he made sure the car is what we want and need. I felt as though Micah was not only a salesman but a friend. The only complaint I have is about another worker naned Kevin. Micahs desk didnt have enough chairs to fit my whole family so he asked to use another workers desk, Kevin’s. Kevin had no customer at the time so there was no need for him to be at his desk, yet he still had an attitude towards Micah when it came to him using his desk. Keep in mind Micah was trying to accommodate my family and me. Since we were purchasing a car we were at Kevin’s desk for a while, which he obviously didnt like because he pulled Micah aside(while he was assisting my family) to yet again complain about our family using his desk. My family and I found Kevins behavior and attitude towards Micah completely unprofessional, especially due to the fact that Kevin had no customers our whole vist, he didn’t need his desk at all. Other than Kevin my family had a fantastic time and we love our new car. Thank you so much
They let us walk away for $849.00 wow. They tried to up sell something that we did not need or want. We drove 2 hours because they advertised one price and when we got there they wanted and would not budge. We walked away from a brand new car almost 40 k for $849. Just wow.
Very friendly and heart warming !!! She made me very comfortable during my purchase of my car being that I am very uptight ! She was very helpful in finding the right car that suited my wants and needs as well! She also is not like a normal salesman that will try and trick you with lies to make a sale. She truly looks out for what’s best for you. 5 stars!! If you go here ASK FOR VIRGINIA.
Virginia and Warren are amazing! From the initial phone call to when I walked in the dealership I felt welcome. They got my equity down tremendously and got me in a 2019 Volkswagen Phassat. They also sat down and helped me budget so I would be aware of whether I could afford my car. Service team is amazing and finance manager was more than willing to accommodate my need for a better payment date. Strongly recommend!
I purchased a beautiful ,immaculate, well preserved 2002 Ford Thunderbird from this dealer, and the only thing wrong with the car is the fact that the steering wheel does not operate normally. It has tilt and telescopic functions, stuck in the upright position, and is hazardous to drive. Contacted salesman and he stated that the 2018 Jeep Cherokee the I traded in had issues also, such as a cracked fog light lens, and that was it, no offer of help in fixing the problem on the T-Bird. Lady who answers the phone, Karla Lincoln has been absolutely wonderful in assisting me, but, no response from service or management. Very bad service regarding this problem. Have been waiting for over a week for all the important papers, such as receipts and registration. Miss lincoln said that she would handle, and she did !
I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Once before the remodel and once after. Both experiences were fantastic. The staff was a little different the second time around but was still just as informative and helpful. I love the staff, old and new. The remodel was a much needed face lift, and was fantastic for the store. Easily one of the nicest stores in a far reaching radius. The service department was very friendly and helpful. I will return for any service or vehicle purchasing needs in the future. Thank you for making the car buying experience a great one for me!
Extremely awkward sales tactics and def won’t be buying from them. I’m kind of “window” shopping riding by, seeing what they have. An employee runs to the car and starts talking to me. As we finish I start to drive off to finish looking around and he chases my car and flags me down and says he needs to get his manager to me to work out a deal so he won’t get in trouble. I asked him for what because I’m not buying anything just yet. It was an extremely awkward conversation and position to be put in. I kept trying to get out of the conversation but it basically got to the point that I had to just drive off. I honestly couldn’t tell you what’s in the lot because I was being followed/harassed the entire time I was looking.
Great dealership to purchase a new or used vehicle! Mortez was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was interested in buying. The whole process was completed in 3 hoursAnd my wife, granddaughter and I was out of there and on our way to take her home to Fort Belvoir, VA! Great trip in new car!!! We thank the complete staff at Jeff Smith. Very courteous & professional team that they have there!
Compared to the dealers Ive been to in Florida, this one is absolutely subpar. I have had issues with the service department every time I went. Their tactics/prices are outrageous and theyll rob you of your money if you let them. Please look elsewhere for service unless you love overpaying.
Made buying a new truck quick and easy. Virginia is a great sales person. The manager Kip Rice also jumped right in and made the process run smoothly. Financing was a breeze. They even detailed my truck and filled it up for me. Thanks again. My husband lives his Titan!
Normally buy my cars from Atlanta dealers, but Jeff Smith has really impressed me. They were friendly, fair, professional, and knowledgeable. I am local to WR and plan on buying any future VWs here. Easy and pleasant car purchasing experience. Manager Mike and salesman Anson were a joy to deal with, as well as Cindy in finance. 👍👍👍
Our sales associate rodney was great, the GM was way to pushy and even got mad at another associate cause a guy couldnt stay cause he had an appointment. Went back the next day to get car serviced and waited 7 hrs for them to get done with my car. I arrived at 8am and didnt leave til 3pm. Worst experience ever. I will not be buying another vehicle from them. Great job Rodney, but the service department and GM suck.
Same as other dealers, get a lead, come to the store. Get bumbuzeled. They put extra numbers because they trying to help, double dip on doc fees if you dont read fine print on their website. Once caught off quard out of sudden there is itemized breakdown of the price I quess what shows up add ons,on, were never mentioned before. For none educated customer they would made at least 10k on the deal.GM and/or owner should. Be ashamed.
This has have to be the MOST unorganized dealership ever. They will sell you a lemon if you let them. They are also not a company to work for. Joey (general manager) is a liar. They will promise you a raise and you will NEVER see it.(Make sure you get everything in black and white while working here). They will find things to pick at you with. They will also attempt to get you to do varies things thats not under your job description such as cleaning a storage facility and moving furniture. They will underpay you, and sometimes not pay you for the hours youve worked. Im not sure if all Jeff Smith locations are like the Volkswagen location located in Warner Robins, but this particular location is HORRIBLE. Ive never worked a job this unorganized and unprofessional managers. Oh yeah, they will also take different vehicles home and expect the detailer to clean the interior and exterior of the vehicle after each time they take the vehicle home. I would NOT even recommend a homeless person to work here!
At first everything was going great. Salesman was nice and informative. Once we ran into an issue with my approval they started showing me car I did not want at all. They a expressed that I did not want the car they continued try to pressure me into buying with them. Every time I tried to leave they had to check something really quick. It took 2 hours to leave this place. You should never try to talk about someone into a car they do not want at all. Thats rude and bad business .
My wife and I stopped by this dealership at 7 pm after closing just to see what was on the lot a young sales lady come out to check on us told her what we was looking for 11pm later Keith the sales manager was working on numbers to get a vehicle in our price range even though we couldn’t get a 3 row SUV in our price range I still respect Keith and his young sales lady for treating my Wife and I great I highly recommend checking them out.
After spending 6 hours in one dealership and another 5 hours in another I stopped in at Jeff Smith VW. I was pretty much DONE with the car buying experience at that point. Just tired, and frustrated. But one big smile from my salesman and I knew I came to the right place. It took them less than 3 hours to get me set and signing papers. I dealt with their salesman Anson, and I also had a little chat with Arthur. Both of them were ABSOLUTE GEMS. I would highly recommend seeing either one of them. And Im not sure what his title is, but a gentleman by the name of Carl handled all the yucky finance stuff and did exactly what he said he would do!!! Even the back office finance guy who you sign all the paperwork with was GREAT! Im terrible with names, so I dont recall what his was. They all explained everything clearly, and even told me about some perks I didnt already know about, and my husband and I have purchased from another Jeff Smith location before! They worked so very hard to earn my business, and Im a credit challenged case and this was my first real (financed) vehicle purchase so they had to work extra hard. Im so excited I can hardly contain myself. I chit-chatted with several other employees while I was there and they were all extremely friendly and professional. I never felt pressured one single bit. Id also like to highlight a third salesperson at this location, because we looked at cars with her at a different dealership.. her name is Anita and she knows her stuff too. Car buying can be such a hassle, but Im already ready to do it again when its time for another upgrade, and I wont hesitate to bring my business back to this location time and time again!!!! Thanks so much to everyone at Jeff Smith VW today, you guys are AWESOME!!!
Anson and Warren were amazing sales reps! The were very patient and willing to give a helping hand in any way they could when it came to gathering my paperwork. Please go check them out at Jeff Smith in Warner Robins. I’m 100% satisfied with my visit today. I will be referring co-workers and family members to this dealership.
In one word: Extortionist. So, I have an issue with a battery that appears to have ran its course. I call the services department to see what my options are. Apparently only Jeff Smith VW can program a battery to your car. Meaning they can extort you with a flat rate of $235 dollars for a battery no matter what. You can purchase one from another place (much cheaper), install it, and you will still have to pay a $75 dollar programming fee. Way too many hidden fees to trust this dealer. Buyer Beware.
Rodney and Kimani went above and beyond to help me purchase my dream car after I had a stressful experience at 2 different car dealers. They were both fantastic! Everyone (Sale, Finance, Service) at Jeff Smith VW were compassionate, friendly and helpful. If youre looking for a new car, I highly recommend Jeff Smith VW.
When speaking with Carla on the phone was told completely different information than when we got to the dealership to buy the car. They tell you what they need to to get you in the door even when it’s not true! They try and pressure you into What works for them. Not a good experience. Would not buy a car from them
I have never in my 47 years see so many people go out of their way to help with a horrible situation we encountered with a different dealership (not VW ). This team of people are well organized and very upfront. No lies, no gimmicks. Straight forward honestly from their maintenance to their sales floor. I sincerely regret not coming here first when I was looking to buy a car. Awesome experience
New parts manager just scolded me for a part I cancelled back in January and tried to give me a lecture when I called the part department after the customer backed out of the job to cancel the part. No worries their is always volkswagen of macon if we need a part. He tried to tell us how to run our business.
They invited me in with the promise they could help with my negative equity. Then, rather than a car I wanted and could afford they tried to force me into what they wanted to sell me. The total payments and cash down wouldve been $68,000 dollars and it wasnt even what I told them I needed. They helped all right. Maybe theyre great if you have a bigger budget but theyre definitely shady in how they do business. Compounded by the fact they continue to call and harass.
Jeff Smith Volkswagen of Warner Robins has an awesome team! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. They ensure they cover all of your needs and wants in purchasing your vehicle. My salesman, Ian was the best! Go see him, hell make sure to get you in exactly what youre looking for, for what you want to pay. Forever a Jeff Smith customer!
Disclaimer: This review is not a reflection of VW but strictly the dealer.Plain and simple, do not use this dealership for your next purchase. My friend has had nothing but issues since purchasing his Atlas from them mid-November.First off, the entire purchasing experience was ridiculous as there was no finance manager employed by the dealer at the time of sale so our sales rep was doing all the paperwork in the finance office, which was completely unorganized and had no consistency. Unfortunately she didn’t really have a grasp on things.Next, he had issues with the vehicles computer which was supposed to be fixed promptly and every time we went to the dealer to check up on it, it was never even looked at cause they’re “short mechanics”. Another issue, where the vent shade fell off and it has taken 2+ weeks to apparently get this part in because Father Times wife in the service department can’t do her job properly. When signing the paperwork for the vehicle, my friend was notified that he wouldn’t have a payment for 90 days, signed for everything digitally (never got any copies, by the way) and now the dealership manager is saying he has a payment due Jan 1st and there’s nothing he can do about the payment arrangement. Also took almost 3 weeks for them to pay off his trade because they were backed up and waiting on finance. These people, with the exception of Justin, are horrible to deal with and show complete disrespect for their customers. We are currently working with the Regional VP of VW to get these issues resolved.Again, not a reflection of VW as a whole, yet...
Great place to buy a car! Got a great deal on a Volkswagen Jetta at Jeff Smith all because of the terrible experience I had at Volkswagen of Macon aka Jackson automotive group. they thought they could talk to me and my wife anyway they wanted to so we showed them we walked out of there drive to Warner robins and within a hour had my Jetta all because of the great people at Jeff Smith Volkswagen of Warner robins!I would like to say thanks a lot to the sales staff and general manager for a pleasant buying experience 😊
Getting exceptional service from the entire staff at this VW in GA. After a blowout on 75 S we were fortunate to find this dealership full of kind people who let us sit in their private offices and got water for our dogs. They not only promptly changed our tire, they found the paperwork we need for the recall for the other 3 tires and treated us like family.
We leased a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from Jeff Smith Volkswagen on December 1st of 2014. By far it was the best leasing experience we have had. This is our third lease, two others (not a good experience) from another local dealership. Our salesman was Evan Pope. Evan was professional in every way, always courteous and helpful. Communicated well with us when we had questions. Absolutely no pressure when it came to negotiating the lease. The manager, Ryan Lee, was also courteous and very helpful when it came to questions needing to be answered with regard to the lease. Jeff Smith Volkswagen, hands down, is the place to shop for your next automobile if you are looking for a great buying experience. Highly recommended!
I recently bought a car from Jeff Smith Volkswagen in Warner Robins GA and it was the single most satisfying car purchase that I have EVER experienced!! I had some hesitation due to my credit having suffered a bankruptcy two years ago. But my salesperson, Mr. Arthur Lee Harris put my fears to rest by congratulating me less than an hour later and handing me the keys to my new (to me) car!!! A great place for new and new to you cars!!!! 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Warren and Carla took very good care of me! I love my new Jetta. I have been purchasing vehicles since1972 anthis farand has been the best purchasing experience I have experience in my 60 years of living, additionally, great support did not discontinue once I completed the purchase, great qualities of customer support proceed afterwards from the entire staff their at Jeff Smith Volkswagen in Warnerrobins thanks guys Highly recommend a different Suto purchasing experience a sure 5 star rating
Me and my wife purchased a 2018 Ford fusion from Quinton at Jeff Smith Volkswagen I have to say this was the best car purchasing experience me and my wife have had since weve been married he made it very easy and very friendly guy and I highly recommend them and I thank him very much for putting us in the car we were upside down our last vehicle and he made it very easy for us to get in a reliable car with warranties he went above and beyond the call of duty for me and my wife and we thank the whole team for making this part of your family
Decidedly unhappy with what I have seen so far from Jeff Smith Volkswagen. Went there for the first time today looking for a car. I am a first time buyer, but I would like to believe to that I am smarter than the salesman assumed I was. Justin tried to cut me a deal on a used 2014 Kia Rio, stating that because of his power and pull, he was going to knock a good chunk of change off of the sticker price, which he said was originally $15,900, quoting $12,397 because it felt right. After doing a little research and finding the sticker price to be exactly the same as the deal he was trying to cut, I have to say that I am not impressed. I am more intelligent that you give me credit for and I definitely will not be darkening the doorstep of this dealership any time soon.
Curtis, Jessie, and Justin were EXTREMELY helpful as I made my first purchase alone 😁👏🏽🙌🏽! I appreciate their patience, kindness, customer service, and ability to tailor everything to my preferences & needs so I recommend Jeff Smith Volkswagen as your place to shop for that new vehicle 😁👏🏽🙌🏽!! Ask for Curtis to be your salesperson because he was mine when I purchased my 2019 VW Jetta 😁🙌🏽!
Everyone that I came in contact with from my salesman (Charles Newkirk) to the service manager (John), to Will Coonan who walked me through the paperwork (whew!) was courteous, helpful and in general enthusiastic. I guess I loved that enthusiasm the most. From them I sensed a sincerity and an honest love and pride in the Volkswagen line up. I bought a 2016 Beetle and am just In-Love with it. Some of that feeling is the pride that the guys up at Jeff Smith instilled in me. Thank you all so much for the most pleasant car-buying experience. I give the highest recommendation to Charles Newkirk, my salesman. Charles went above and beyond in multiple ways to make sure I was satisfied and actually got not only what I wanted in a car, but what I needed also.
I was in search of a vehicle for my aunt. I found a Touareg...2 hours from my home. I called made an appointment to go and check it out. Not only was was the vehicle in good condition but it was up front , gassed up, and waiting for a test drive. I was greated upon my arrival. Even with 95 + degree weather, Brian was outside and waiting for us to get out and come in. We took a test drive and kicked the tires so to speak. The miles were low and the condition was spot on for a used vehicle. After a small negotiation we had an understanding of what a walk out the door price would be. Haggling went very well, my offer was seriously considered and a counter offer that acceptable offer was made. We had a small issue, Im still was 2 hours from home and had to have a conversation with my aunt. After the 2 hour ride home and a convo with the future owner... all was a go... i called and made the deal. One week later, everything was set and ready to go. I will be in the market myself for a new vehicle soon, JSV will get a return customer. Justin in finance was amazing not only did he work directly with me, he explained each item of paperwork and was very knowledgeable of every item....we are very pleased with our purchase and the level of respect from everyone at the dealership.
After moving back from overseas, we needed a second car. We emailed JSV about a vehicle, they stated that it was sold. We made an appointment to come view the vehicle. They said it was in detailing but come back in 30 min. We got another call saying that it wont be completed until the next day. We made an appointment to come see it at 10. Next morning I get a call at 9 telling me that the car was ready. I told them we would see them at 10. We get a call before 10, sorry the car has been sold. The only thing the sales lady had to say was sorry but sometimes people dont come in. I talked to the gm, Mark, only to have him hang up on me. Theres a way to do business, this is not it.
I recently had a very pleasant visit to Jeff Smith VW in WR, GA. I had never owned a Volkswagen before and the staff there was very friendly and knowledgeable. In particular, Will Coonen was exceptionally kind and was very thorough in facts and details about the Tiguan that I was interested in. I now own the Tiguan and feel I have made a great decision in the purchase of it. Thanks SO MUCH to all of the staff and Will Coonen especially for the very kind and professional service! Will definitely reccomend this dealership to friends and family.
We brought our car here because it wouldn’t start up. The diagnostics showed that it’s the battery. They replaced it. It looked like they solved the problem. We were going to carry it to Jeff Smith Kia next to have some other issues fixed that only they can do. So I’m driving the car down the road, less than a mile and it shuts off in the middle of traffic. Luckily there were no big trucks or any cars behind me. Because then we would have had an even bigger problem. So my fiancé decided to drive the car around in the parking lot to confirm that there’s something wrong with the car. With in seconds it shut off. He goes in to tell them what happened. They brushed it off and said “Well aren’t you taking it to JS Kia?” And his reply “Well how am I supposed to take it there when the car won’t stay on for more than a few seconds.” They said get a tow truck. Lol okay. We paid you to fix the car. You gave us a car back that isn’t even running correctly. Basically they didn’t even test run the car. I could have been in a wreck because of them. Because we didn’t know that there was still something wrong with it. They acted like everything was fixed. Test the car next time.
My first impression of the VW in Warner Robins was great! I was a little disappointed that I wasnt able to get financed for a vehicle that I really wanted. I dont blame that on the dealership though, its not their fault at all that I wasnt able to get financed because of my very limited credit history. Despite all of the hiccups, they eventually got me approved though VW Credit for a nice, brand new Jetta S. I didnt like it at first, but Ive had it for about 3 months now and I have grown to love it. Ive gotta say they did a great job getting that taken care of for me, I didnt have to worry about anything, they took care of it all. Although I was disappointed about the financing issue, the team itself was amazing. Will Coonen was the first person that approached my sister and myself to talk to us. He wasnt pushy at all about making a sale. He talked to us more like we were human beings than dollar signs, so I really appreciated that. Also, the manager worked as hard as he could to get me financed for the new car so I definitely appreciate that. They have been in touch with me, asking me about how Im liking my car and answering any questions I have had, whether they were crazy or not. Overall, Ive had a great experience with them and I look forward to future business.
Service could not have been any better.I was having trouble with a key fob that stopped working. Replaced batteries with the same type as installed and still will not work. Called it in to service and Rick (Service Manager) told me to bring it the next day at a certain time. Upon arrival Rick called a tech (Lance) which quickly took the key fob with him and came back less than 5 minutes later with the key fob working again.Been here on many prior occasions. This is my third VW that I have serviced here.Such an improvement over previous times... Keep it up guys! Great place to have your VW serviced in Middle GA.
Stay away from this dealership. The service writer is very rude and has been rude and disrespectful to me evey time I brought my car in for service. She also referred to me as not a good customer. Then the general manager allowed another customer to verbally attack me. This customer even physically threatened me. The general manager just blamed me and said it was my fault and allowed the guy to continue to verbally attack me with very vulgar language. After I refused to be treated that way I decided to leave and the general manager told me to never come back. I have never been treated so badly in my life.
Darren and Virginia are great to work came up here for a 2018 Dodge Charger and they got me in a 2019 Jetta with very low interest rates and payments not bad with my trade in come see them and they will get the deal done!! Great job you definitely earned me and my wife’s business!
Last week I went in looking to purchase a Volkswagen. After test driving a Passat, I decided that was the best car for my familys needs. I was taken through the whole process by Jay Garrett and Will Coonan, as well as a couple of others. The whole experience was very smooth, and I really felt that they were helping me to understand the process since I was a first time buyer. Jay took me to the service department and introduced me to someone there. He came in on his day off to finish what needed to be done on the day of purchase. If this is any indication of there customer service, I look forward to being a Volkswagen owner.
We knew we wanted to buy VW but were interested in two models. You can only learn so much from the internet so we decided to visit the dealer. When we arrived on the Jeff Smith lot, Stacey met us with big friendly hello. He was very helpful showing us several vehicles and taking the time to answer all of our questions. When we decided on the model that we wanted, Stacey and the rest of the sales team found the right car for us at the right price. The car was not on Jeff Smiths lot so they made arrangements to have it delivered. It was available at the time promised to close the deal. We drove away satisfied customers.
Nice people at Frist but after everything Is said and done Virginia Millikan was very rude and the General Manager Threaten To put police on me for taken a car that I put a down payment on and sign paperwork on. Just because the bank couldn’t get my landlord. Nasty people treat to call the police and tell them I want return there car it’s a way you do everything and treating to have me locked up about a car is not cool I don’t even want the car anymore I loose the down payment.
I have had my 2010 Ford Escape for a year now and I have taken it to the Warner Robins location for a while for issues they continue to brush under the rug. In March of this year my check engine light came on and it remains on. I was told that Ford has a lot of code and they were not able to read them and they advised me to take the vehicle to the Ford dealership in Macon. I did. I paid $99 for the diagnostic and was told that the vehicle exhibits a leaking evaporate emission purge valve and the cost would be around $300. I returned to the WR location explaining the diagnostic report and giving them what I had. I was told to buy a gas gap for the vehicle which initially the sales rep stated, didnt need one nor did it come with one. I proceeded to do so. Since then I have been back several times with the same concerns and now the vehicle has began to have hesitation at the traffic lights to the point as if it is about to shut off. I told the mechanics again of this situation, I was told that the vehicle needed an O2 sensor. I took the vehicle for a second opinion because the tech on duty did not check it, only gave his opinion. I was told the vehicle is leaking vapors of fuel and it was not the O2 sensor. I took the vehicle again on July 11, 2013 for routine oil change. I explained to Kay thst the check engine light remained on, the vehicle has strong hesitation at stop lights,& I need tire rotations. I even gave her a copy of the paperwork from Ford. She stated it would be $99 to run a diagnostic on my vehicle to determine the problem. I stated,$99 for a problem I have had diagnosed and had done so because I was instructed to do so by one of the mechanics here is insane. Needless to say, I didnt pay it. Two weeks later while driving, a message appeared in my vehicle stating my oil would need changing soon. I immediately called and spoke with Blake on July 27, 2013. He asked if I could bring the vehicle in, and I explained it would be on Tuesday. I took the vehicle on Tuesday and explained everything all over again and the now adding the message to change my oil although I had already had it done. The gentlemen told me to buy another gas cap from the Ford plant, drive the vehicle at least 300 miles and the check engine line should go off. He proceeded to drive the vehicle around the dealership lot and came back and stated, I just reset the vehicle and you should not have any more problems. I spent less than 5 minutes at Jeff Smith for them to do nothing. Not once did he check under the hood or look at the oil, neither did he try to determine what would be wrong the vehicle. At this point I am angry. Jeff Smith is suppose to honor and stand behind his word, but so far, he and his staff have not!
My trunk did not open unexpectedly and I took it to Jeff Smith Volkswagen. I caught the shuttle back to work and asked the rep to call me before doing anything to inform me of what they needed to do and price. Well they performed an diagnostic which was not needed. I called corporate because 1. The receptionist started being rude and 2. To see if there were any recalls because I never heard of anyone’s trunk not opening. I was driving a coworker car and asked if they could follow me back to work with my car and the rep lied saying they were at lunch. After I told her I’ll wait then she brought 2 guys back within two minutes to follow me back to work. I purchased car #2 from them and was heartbroken of the treatment I received. I called the manager n general manager to discuss some issues and they both were rude, disrespectful, arrogant and hung up on me. I haven’t been back since and wished I never bought my 2nd Jetta from them.
The general manager Kip Rice was rude, unprofessional, racist and I will never return to this dealership. We drove to Stone Mountain VW and got better service the staff was very professional and transparent. Myself and my friend bought 2 cars from Volkswagen of Stone Mountain from Mr Sung Hong.Would have given 0 stars if I could. After me and my wife filled out our work information the GM Kip Price thought it was okay to call his wife and ask about my wife since they worked at houston health and his wife was her old manager. Calling her to ask about my wife was clearly violating our privacy. Worst dealership ever. He then threw papers on the table and sat down in an unprofessional way. Talking to us as if we were begging to buy a car.
We were looking for a new vehicle and drove by Jeff Smith VW on Russell Pkwy so we decided to stop. I wasnt expecting to be able to purchase that same day. The service was excellent. We were greeted with a smile. The team was very professional and knowledgable. Quinton Baldwin was able to put a deal together that couldnt be refused. We are very satisfied. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
Its ok!!!! I have purchased 2 cars from Jeff Smith myself! I love my cars but what ticks me off is I was told if I refer people to them .. I would get a referral check .. Well my sister went a for a car from them .. And apparently because they didnt make any money off the deal . I didnt get my referral Check ...I was not advised of that at all...really does suck .. Because I definitely would have sent my sister to Lowe Toyota instead like she wanted to go ... I will not advised anyone to go there ... And what reallySucks is they made me think they were giving me the dealOf a lifetime .. But apparently I was not. The deal they gave me in my Volkswagen .. Was an incentive my employer was already giving me .. For working for them .. But because I didnt know .. And they knew I didnt know .. They just came out like of VW is offering you an incentive blah blah ... They also hassled me to purchase a vehicle ... And I kept saying nope cant afford it all .. But they always say oh you can get refinanced and all .. No bank will refinanced me .. Now Im stuck with a huge payment on this car .. .. Sham
Whatever you do, dont buy from this dealership!!! Coming from a recent purchaser I have been manipulated and lied to this entire time both about the car I purchased from them and now, I cant seem to get a title for a vehicle I paid cash for at the time of purchase 41 days ago 01/26/19. The temp tag expires on 03/10 (Sunday) but no title and even though I contacted the internet sales manager a little after 12 noon today (Friday) she didnt bother to forward my concern to the title clerk to extend my temp tag to pick up on Saturday before the other one expires. Now I have no choice but to leave my vehicle parked until the title arrives. I cant drive it after Sunday which means no work, getting kids to school, etc . I plan to tell my story to everyone I see thats even thinking about a vehicle from there. Even thought about an op edEd The Sun about my experience. Thought I could get some satisfaction with the issues Ive had with the vehicle but this is a reminder to never believe your salesperson and always read the fine print. My air conditioner doesnt even work in a vehicle has was supposedly thoroughly inspected prior to purchase although the warranty on a used car there is for DRIVETRAIN ONLY!!! Everyone take my advice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
These guys are great! I worked here for a while and I can honestly say that they are the most honest and professional automotive sales team I have ever been with. Ryan Lee and Rick Hall are genuinely caring and have the customers needs and wants as their top priority, instead of fattening their own wallets. Will Coonen, Steve Rumph, Kyle Compton, and Jon Wright (just ask for Slim) are very knowledgeable and professional salespeople. The environment is friendly and the two-ply in the bathrooms takes the customer satisfaction experience to a whole new level. Shop here if you want to be treated like an individual and not a dollar sign!
Absolutely the worse experience. I went there for a specific car, they said it was at another lot and was bringing it over. After almost 1 hour of waiting they informed us it was being serviced and is locked up. No other offer or help. Already ran my credit without the car even being on the freaking LOT!!! Terrible business. I’m so mad. Do not go to this dealership. Everyone is rude!!!
I bought this vehicle for fuel millage and horsepower. Volkswagen not staff at Jeff smith lied about it staff didnt know at the present. This is my second volkswagon but if volkswagon dont straighted up come clean and do whats right for their customers this will be my last.
Ian Roberts was the absolute best! I was referred to him by a family member and once I contacted him and told him what I was looking for, he had everything else taken care of! Very knowledgeable of the vehicles on the lot and I could tell he had my best interest in mind every step of the way! If you are looking for a new vehicle or maybe even something off of the used lot, hes definitely the one to contact! His motto is Come IAN and Drive away!
Girlfriend bought a brand new jetta from them on 10/12 from salesman named Ryan, and noticed a couple scratches and a dent that they said they would fix. 2 weeks go by the mobile people they hire to fix there vehicles are here. They fixed the scratches but they said they couldnt fix the dent. Well the dealership said that there was nothing more they would do for us and pretty much said we are SOL and have to deal with a big ding in the passenger door on a brand new car.Poor customer experience!
Im only giving 2 stars for Will Coonen being as helpful as he was. He was a wonderful, professional, and knowledgeable salesman. We were looking to purchase a 2015 Jetta. I had previously found some Jettas cheaper in Stone Mountain and when I discussed the price difference with Will he stated they could price match. I came to the dealership with my info ready. Test drove a few cars and found one I really loved. We went inside to talk financing. I wish more than anything I could remember the finance manager who came and spoke with us but he was so incredibly rude. I dont know if he was mad that the other dealership was institutionally cheaper (by about 6k) or what. But he proceeded to tell us that he couldnt sell us a car unless we put down 10% and the interest rate would be about %18. He then said that you typically would want to put down 10%...but on the paper where his numbers were (which didnt add up AT ALL by the way) the down payment was around $5,000 for a $28,000. 10% of 28,000 is not 5,000. Not sure where he got his figures from. He then told us we wanted too much vehicle and he couldnt help us. He was so rude. A VW is an average car. Its not like we were looking for a damn new Mercedes or F-250 for $60k. We left extremely angry over how he treated us and have told everyone that will listen since. Will is a wonderful man and I hate he is stuck at such an unfortunate dealership with that jerk.
I just purchase a new Volkswagen beetle from Jeff Smith today and my experience was total satisfaction from the sale person to the managers and staff everyone whom I had contact with was so helpful and professional they made sure my transaction went smooth and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle make sure you ask for slim he will get the job done and Anida she was nice before and after my deal thanks so much staff. 10/31/2014
Been using this dealership for service on our 2 VWs for 3 years almost now. Everything is fine, but in the last 2 weeks (since Ive returned 1 of my VWs due to TDI class action lawsuit), I have received 3 calls to let me know that they have TDI 2015s on sale. Great, good for you, i just returned a TDI, why would I want another one? Ive requested to not be called for sales multiple times.Mr. Williams in your sales department just called me to let me know about the sale AGAIN, and then hung up on me while I was saying that I have no desire to buy again. This is now how you run a business - hanging up on people who were nothing but polite to you.As I stated to your sales manager, if your business contacts me again, I will be contacting the police to file harassment charges.
Salespeople are okay, but the managers are laughable and dishonest. Tried selling me a 2016 GTI with 700 miles as New and at full MSRP while 99% of other VW dealerships are giving $6000 off of actually New 2017 GTIs. It’s worth the drive to go to a dealership in Atlanta and avoid the hassle of this place.
I came to this dealership with a hard request. I started with Carla. Ever pleasent, friendly and professional. Virginia stepped in to help and again I felt like I was dealing with close friends. Virginias postitivity and tendiacitity in working and finding what I wanted has made me a loyal custom. I will definantly use this dealership again.
Customer service was excellent. What I dont like is that three months after buying a 2014 Chevy Cruz with about 26,000 miles on it Ive already taken my car to the shop twice. Check engine and traction control lights are on this time. The radio cuts on and off. All the lights inside flash like the car is a spaceship. Sometimes it wont cut on and I have to jump it, but the battery is fine. Sometimes it wont lock. And my personal favorite is when the steering wheel locks up while Im driving. It once happened on the highway when I was going around a corner, and it could have literally killed me!! Thank god it didnt happened at 1 AM when nobody was on the road. The wheel yanked to the right and I swerved TWO LANES OVER!! Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen if they cant fix it. When I called Jeff Smith volkswagon they literally acted like they didnt even sell me the car and told me to take it to Chevrolet who advised me to keep a record of all this. Its been 6 weeks of me dealing with this and its putting a lot a stress on my life.
Scammers through the whole process. Tried to tell me there were rebates on the car when it was never on the finance sheet. Then they switched vehicles on me through the approval process and never told me. I was about to sign the agreement when I realized something was wrong. Then they were like oh, thats because its a different vehicle.... one they didnt even have on their lot!!!
Please do not take your car here if it needs work. Terrible service. We had issues with them over charging for spark plugs then refused us service after leaving a low score on a survey. Im so unsatisfied and this experience has really changed my views for Volkswagen in general. Hopefully Macon will provide us better service.
Great place & people! We worked with Breanna yesterday and she was a wonderful listener! Me and me husband are looking for a family car and she was very informative on the models we were browsing . Breanna explained everything in detail and was looking out for us as her customers. Outstanding customer service!! I recommend everyone to go see her thank you so much Breanna!!!!! We cant wait to buy our new car for her!!!!!!!
Misleading dealership. I drove an hour out of my way to come and buy a car after I told the salesman my detail he said to come in that having bad credit was fine. They also posted an ad on craigslist. Then when I get there he asks for my credit and then tries to tell me he wil only give me 1500 for my car that’s in good condition. Worst experience I’ve had in a long time.
All I can say is; they truly know their stuff and what they dont know, they will find out quickly. I went in with an idea of what I would be interested in and after 30 min of conversation, I was hooked. Was advised of features that are normally overlooked or under appreciated. My hat goes off to the GM, Kip Rice and staff for such a great experience.
I went in to test drive a vehicle. One of the sales reps proceeded to ask for my social securiry number. I informed him that I did not want a hard pull on my credit report. To make a long story short, there were 3 hard pulls on my credit, which caused my score to drop 3 points. Everett and Mike, who are in charge of the finance department were not interested in resolving the issue for me once I informed them of the situation. I had to call the national Volkswagon Customer service in order to file a complaint. Also, there are alot more than 1- 1 star ratings on this place. You should take a look for yourself. ⬇️⬇️
We just purchased a Passat from Jeff Smith and are extremely happy with the service, price and process. We have purchased Volkswagens from other dealers, but Anida and Will and the team at Jeff Smith certainly exceeded our expectations. The price was very competitive and Anida treated us very well and went above and beyond to make the process quick and easy. We are very happy with Jeff Smith and will come back for our next car purchase.
Brandon, James, and Randy were all helpful. They were very patient with me being that I was very picky. They made sure I got the look I wanted and features. They communicated very well with me throughout the whole process. They knew what they were doing and got me in a very nice car that I love sooooo much!!!! Thanks guys!!
Went to look at a suv today and Anson found out that i was just looking and not purchasing today and when I asked to look at a vehicle he went to get a key and did not come back(waited 5 min), then I went to the office to let them know and he came back after being paged and took me out and I asked to start the car and he refused saying that he does not make money hourly, but by sales and he had an appointment. So very RUDE!
I really dont want to give a one star. The manager Joey called my wife a dog over the phone. What company has someone in charge call a woman a dog. Thats bs .... sorry Im very mad . And my son in-law just bought a car and within a weeks time the car broke down. Now they said we have to pay 8000 for a new motor. I dont think so. Lemon law thats all I have to say. If someone upper dont do anything to him that is bull sh**. Im just so mad. I dont recommend anyone go buy there. He has no respect to women in general.
Has the best experience every with the people here at Volkswagen of Warner Robins. you talk about patience there were nothing but patience. They were only willing to hear all yes and no nos. This most definietly the place to visit Cant leave my girl yeah my girl Virginia Milliken out she is a must ask for when you visit or call. Volkswagen of Warner Robins ROCKS.
Hello Everyone,I researched the Golf R for over a year and, after waiting for the manual transmission to be offered, I began seriously looking for a car. I looked at inventory and emailed/called all over the Southeast trying to find just the right car at just the right price. It wasnt until I began communicating with Jeff Smith VW that I realized how different (in a great way) they are.Everyone there, from the manager, to sales staff, to service are all extremely polite, professional and eager to ensure I got accurate information in a timely fashion. Now, thanks to Jeff Smith VW, I have a 2016 Golf R with DCC, NAV and that oh so incredible 6 speed manual sitting in my garage.I think it might be time to crank it up again.Das Auto!Russell WilliamsAthens, GA
Went there saturday to get a car finally got approved by a cosigner then i get told by the manager the same thing as every other dealership that i would have to pay cash. Even though they said uf i get a cosigner i wouldnt have to worry about the down payment. The sales representative was helpful but the manager really wasted my time and day by saying the same thing i already heard
Dont bother with this place. This place is a ripoff. They tried to sell me an overpriced, wrecked truck with many dents(That looked like someone had taken a hammer or a pickaxe to it), tears in the seats, busted headlight and then insulted me when I said no way after he gave me the outrageous price of 25k, insisting it was a great deal. Salesmen are way too pushy. After I told him I wasnt paying 25k for junk, the salesman told me, what do you want from me? which is when I proceeded to walk to my truck while the guy was yelling, this is what you wanted! I drove off the lot and will never return. I went right over to the ford dealer and bought me a brand new truck for the same price as the wrecked one at Jeff Smith Auto.
Love the car I bought from here, but the service department has a lot of room for improvement. I brought my vehicle in to have a repair and they spent all day doing things to the car I didnt ask them to. At the end of the day all I had was excuses and the repair I requested was still not complete.
Excellent products, excellent sales staff, excellent warranties, stear clear of the service department if at all possible. Typically Bc of warranty reasons, you cant avoid them. The past few years with the manager they had ha e been atrosious. However, this department is under new management and more will be reavealed on The competency of the new hire.
As soon as I drove into the service bay area their was someone ready to help me. Tj and David was very helpful and answered all my questions, which I had many. Even when the news I got about my vw was not the news I wanted to here they offered other options to make me feel better about the situation. I will buy another vw in the future and will buy from Jeff Smith Volkswagon.
They are a great company. The young sales lady Krystal Lewis has an awsome smile and a great personality. She was able assist me on the phone with all my question and she gave me the best possible answers she could give and I really appreciate her for that. Thanks again and have a blessed day
One of the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership two of the most low down sales managers of all time Kip Rice and his cronies very bad so call professional guys these two guys should not be in contact with no customer at all they don’t know how to treat a customer Kip is such a low life to the point he can’t look You in the face he have to relate to being a coward instead of him talking to me which I was the one he was supposed to be dealing with he call my employer instead of talking to me which I’m the one he should have been talking to from the start my employer don’t have anything to do with who I do business with only thing my employer was for him to verify I work there not to discuss my personal business I would never do business with this dealership ever again and I would advise anyone else not to do business with them either especially these two sales managers
Horrible dealership, will try to scam you and they will add unnecessary warranties onto the price, and they will not give you the internet price unless you ask, at first they went from a 600$ payment down to 370 Because i caught them in the act of trying to get money out of me, Virginia is one of the sales managers is very rude and not helpful, do not recommend going here!

2021-12-29I had the best experience ever when I went to Volkswagen of Warner Robins. The salesman Quentin was amazing and he really cared about what I wanted and what I needed...and he found the perfect car for me. As a woman, I was skeptical about looking for a car by myself. But Quentin was awesome and took great care of me as a customer and especially, as a woman. Im confident that I made the perfect choice with my purchase and whenever I decide to purchase another car it will definitely be with Volkswagen of Warner Robins. Go check them out and ask for Quentin...he is definitely the right man for the job!!!

2021-07-11My daughter is about to turn 15 in a week and her dream car is a VW Jetta. We decided to take the day and come to Jeff Smith Volkswagen from Dublin to take a look at the one we found online. Brandon and his GM came out to talk with us and assured me that they could get me in the price range I needed to be in. Once inside we met Virginia who also helped us through this process. They were amazing and so organized. From test drive to final signing of the papers it went smooth and seamless. Virginia and Brandon shared many laughs, high fives, hugs, and happy tears(mostly on my part). They made the experience feel genuine. I have already decided when it comes time for me to get something new for myself, that I will be going back and asking for them!!!!

2022-05-12I purchased a 2016 Kia from Jeff SmithVolkswagen Jan.2020.I have enjoyed my Kia tremendously. Two weeks ago,I went in for regular service, and afterwards I (thought)Something was wrong. It took two weeks before I took it back toThe service departmentI was afraid To go back because of hearinghow people are treated at dealershipsThe young lady met me at my car to see,how she could assist me.I explained what I thought was happening,a gentleman ( Jeff) came to assist me,and we went for a test drive,he is explaining everything and answeringMy concerns.Afterwards he made an appointment for me to come in for another diagnosis check, everything was explained test drive done , Jeff and another gentleman from the service department examined the car to making sure all was well. All of that said, I have met the most amazing people at Jeff Smith VolkswagenEvery one from the front to the back.I am not afraid any more the service department and the service department manager was an answer to my prayerI want to say thank you to all of the Jeff Smith employees, especially the service department. 2022-06-10Walked into the lobby and stood there for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. Walked out and still no one tried to talk to me. Several people were busy with customers while 2 sat and did nothing to try and help.

2021-09-02First visit to Jeff Smith Volkswagen. I was greeted with a smile upon entering. Dropped my car off at my scheduled appointment. I took an Uber to get lunch following recommendations from the service team. Service was complete in about an hour, Received a call that it was ready before finishing my lunch. If I had waited at the dealership, it was right at an hour. Service experience was great. Thanks

2021-11-09I am disappointed with my purchase of a Tiguan and very disappointed with the customer service at this dealership. The fact the manager (Black guy) never had the GM call me and set up an appointment to discuss the error made by Morris on this purchase is really terrible service. The manager said he would resolve the issue and did not. The fact my radio has stalled out on me 2 or 3 times while riding down the highway and I wasnt able to change a station or turn the volume down. And this all happened within the first 2 months. Here it is month 4 and still no call or appointment from the GM. Morris knew I wanted remote start in my vehicle and so did the manager and yet I dont have it and Morris admitted he messed up after all the paperwork was done. Then on top of that I put $11k down on my car and only $10k went towards the payment idk what the $1k went towards. Disgusting. All this happened while I was in the midst of moving and settling in my new home and changing jobs. I like the Tiguan but we discussed remote start and I said that was a feature I wanted and he said I would have the feature yet I dont. I also do not like the radio issues either.
