Last week was our first time at Wade Ford dealership. I must say that Sean in the service department went above and beyond with assisting us. His customer service was outstanding. Rusty in the body shop department, assisted us with no hesitation. I really appreciate their help.
Sales team was great to deal with. There are a few follow up items to take care of.Sending us some touch up paint and factory mats that were missing and all will be good.Oh and we discovered the front windshield has a crack.... other than these few minor items all is super!
Always a phenomenal experience shopping at Wade Ford! They were extremely helpful through out the entire process, from ordering a new vehicle to taking delivery. I highly recommend Wade Ford. They treat you like family. I cant imagine buying a vehicle from anyone else.
Although it took 2 years to get my new Ford Bronco I have to say that the dealership where I received it handled the situation very well. Ive heard some people having to pay more than MSRP for their broncos but I got a $1,000 discount for waiting 2 years plus a whole bunch of Ford pass points! They called me when it came in and set me up to meet my schedule and work diligently to get the deal closed so I could enjoy my Friday evening.
I had a truly great experience at Wade Ford. Rari Michaels took excellent care of me through the process, walking me through all of the features of my new truck as well as the steps in the deal. Tom was the sales manager I dealt with and I could truly tell that both of them were fair and cared that they keep me as a customer for life. I live 40 miles away and literally drove by 4 other Ford dealers to get to Wade, and I couldn’t be more glad I did. My next vehicle will be from these good people also.
If I could give ZERO stars I would! The staff is friendly but con artists! I bought my car from here around 4-5 months ago. It has been a NIGHTMARE since. First off they sold it to me with dry rotted tires. I didn’t know better, took it to a trusted place near me and was informed that’s what the issue was. So argued with with them that they needed to correct it, I hadn’t even had the car a month at this time. Their idea of correcting it is a still pay $250. So off the bat already dumping money into a car I just spent $32,000 something on used. Then the next issue. Here we are at 4-5 months of owning the car, have only driven it about 7,500 miles… take it to get the first oil change to be told I need to replace the back BRAKES AND ROTORS by their service department. Explain to them this needs to be corrected, they sold it with little to no bakes left. They are DOING NOTHING TO CORRECT IT. So here I am out of pocket another $440 to replace these. They claim they replaced them and that’s a complete LIE. I will never give another penny to these CROOKS! They are awful and this is awful. Worst decision I ever made to go to this place.
I ordered a Maverick in June 21 and it finally arrived in March! So far it is worth the wait and I am enjoying 40+ mpg in a nice little truck. The folks at Wade were great and did not pressure me on a single point, including giving me what I needed on trade. Look for X, a bright young guy who will help you out.
I recently purchased my first Ford in almost 20 years and scheduled my first maintenance at Wade Ford due to its location to West Buckhead. When I arrived for my morning appointment I was promptly welcomed and reviewed the maintenance by Jerald who was very helpful. He then escorted me into the large waiting area with TV, WiFi and snacks for all the waiting customers. My service was done quickly and I was communicated without throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend going to Wade Ford for your car needs!
Desmond and Gail made the purchase of my 2022 Bronco easy and stress-free! I reserved back in July of 2020, and the wait was worth it! There are various dealers out there taking advantage of long-term Bronco Reservation holders once the vehicle arrives...not Wade Ford! They were upfront, honest, and didnt play any games. Thanks team!
My oil change was quick and car is riding nice. They kept me updated via text and gave me a detail print out of what I need to get in the future. Jerald, specifically, was amazing. When I noticed something wrong with my car, he had me come in, the next day, and fixed it. 5 star service! I’ll be back!
I am only rating this with one star because that is the minimum I am allowed to do. Trust me when I say it should be less. I was scheduled for my first oilChange and tire rotation on my new car and was told it would no longer than an hour. When we got there to get the oil changed we were then told it would be 2 hours. It was 8:30 in the morning and from what we saw there was 1 person ahead of us. After being there for 2 hours a man came out and said there were 4 people ahead of us and it would be another 2 hour wait. We told him that when I set up the appointment I was specifically told it would be no more than an hour. Who in their right mind should have to wait 4 hours for an oil change? We were then told that they could shuttle us home but I know people that used to work for these car companies and they have tendencies to take the cars for joy rides. I have no trust in places like that and an oil change should never take 4 hours!!!!
I took my 2019 mustang GT in to have the tpms replaced . first they replaced the wrong one and when I brought it back and showed them they replaced the correct one. Two days after I noticed the tire low in air I was filling it and noticed they had replaced the factory valve stem cap with a standard rubber cap. I called multiple times and was always forwarded to the service reps voice mail. I left her multiple messages and texts and was never responded to. I finally went back to the dealership and was told that they had lost it and could not replace it as they do not do nitrogen and do not have those caps. So now I have three factory caps and one generic rubber one through no fault of my own other than trusting a dealership to be competent to do the job correctly. I have purchased other vehicles from wade and had service done here but after the incompetence I have experienced recently I believe my money and time will be better served elsewhere .
Bought a new 2020 truckSTILL UNDER WARRANTYThey refused to help me correct my issueTheir way of blowing you off is not returning your calls. They had my truck for over two months and not once did Stef and Eric returned my calls after numerous messages. Won’t buy a Ford ever again
Ayodele Dawson excellent customer service professional and Knowledgeable. There was another person who assisted he wore dreads. I apologize for missing out on his name he too provided great customer service. There were two ladies standing outside they were helpful too. I exited my vehicle they asked if they can assist me. I was amazed with all the sublime service. #goFordwith all your subperbness.
I bought a used car at Wade Ford and in August of 2020 (Ford Escape 2016 ~ 40,000 miles) and as of April 2022 I have have had to spend on major repairs due to how bad it was internally. Fuel valve - bad, tires- bad, transmission- had to be rebuilt, tire nuts - bad, break pads horrible. This is all within less than 2 years of owning the car and only putting 20,000 miles at the times of posting (less if you consider the weeks and months of repair cost) just want to say be careful of the car you buy as you may only be able to drive to the shop
I bought a 2018 Kia Optima from Wade Fords pre-owned department a little over 6 months ago. I had a vehicle, prior to the Kia, that had many mechanical issues and wasnt reliable. My only request for Wade Ford was that they sell me something reliable, with an accompanying warranty, because as I had had my fill of mechanical issues and automotive repairs and the accompanying stress. ....I purchased the top tier of their Easy Care warranty options for an additional $4,000, as I was told the vehicle would be covered, bumper to bumper, for 48,000 miles, or 48 months. With rental coverage included. Well...5 months, and a whopping 3,000 miles after purchase, the engine blew in my 3 year old Kia Optima. ....sigh.... Now, I am not upset at Wade Ford for that aspect. It is a Ford dealership. I bought a pre-owned Kia, with 50,000 miles. I get it. Wade Ford may have known about the engine issues, but I will never know for sure and can only speculate. However, Wade Fords sales team raved and ranted about their Easy Care warranty program. They sold me on it for $4,000 additional dollars. That was my piece of mind after a previous vehicle with mechanical issues, they said. I am a single female, and that warranty alone sold the car to me... at the salesmans every persuasion, of course. When my engine blew up, I called Wade Ford and tried to utilize my warranty. The warranty will cover absolutely nothing until I have a full engine teardown performed to determine why my engine blew up. That only costs $700, which I would have to pay for, in full, no reimbursement, nothing. I also receive no rental coverage during the time it takes to determine why the engine failed. ....why does it matter, why it failed?? I had not even driven the vehicle long enough to need an oil change yet, yet still had the receipt for where I had an oil change done early. The warranty is an absolute scam. The warranty fine print says additional diagnostics may be required, and that is their loophole for scam. The Easy Care warranty, pushed by the used car sales team at Wade Ford, is an absolute scam. My engine blew up 3,000 miles after purchase, I paid $4,000 for a warranty that will not even begin to repair anything until I pay $700 for further diagnostics..?? Those diagnostics may take months, and although I have rental coverage with the Easy Care care warranty, it covers nothing until they determine why the engine blew up. Kia has recalls on several hundred thousand of their vehicles currently for bad engines. Kia is doing a great job of figuring out why those engines are blowing, I purchased a $4,000 easy care warranty so that I had peace of mind my engine would be covered. Easy Care invests in the fact that most consumers cannot afford $700 out of pocket, nor can they afford to be without a vehicle for several months, and therefore no warranty has to be fulfilled. Its a shame that Wade Ford pushes this scam of an extended warranty with its used vehicles. Dont fall victim like I did. Do not buy a used car here.
Was told three times by Gary Fox and Dave Gibbs that they would get back with me on after the sale service.... and they still havent. I have reached out only to again be told they would get requested info to me and yet they havent. So changing my previous 5 star rating to a 1 star. Buyer beware on after the sale promises as they may not occur.
Not recommended!!!!! This place is awful. They cannot find a broken headlight during service check and charged me $95 for one oil change. If you want to get a repair quote, be careful!!!! They would not only charge you $7 for just giving a quote, but they would also give you a $1,000 bill for just one headlight assembly. High price, bad service, long wait time, you would experience all these in this dealers service department.
Great experience buying my 2022 Bronco from Wade Ford. Desmond and Gail were very responsive and transparent as supply chain issues at the plant impacted the delivery date. From pricing & building my truck to taking delivery, they helped my through the entire process.
Service department needs some improvement. I scheduled an appointment a couple months ago online and received notification Id be contacted to confirm. That never happened. I got online earlier this week and scheduled for the following Saturday, which indicated they had plenty of appointments available.I needed an oil change/10k service, a recall (a simple inspection and tightening of underbody insulators), CDP (a simple reflash of the heated mirror module), and a TSB (also a simple reflash to correct the rough shift/skipping from 1st gear to 3rd). I placed all that in the online form.I arrived 10 mins before my scheduled appointment time. When I notified the service rep, he stated all they could do was the oil change/10k service and gave me 20 excuses why they couldnt do the others (dont do them on Saturdays, no parts released...keeping in mind 2/3 requests were flashes and the other was checking/tightening bolts, with no parts required, too many appointments today, told me the CSB wasnt for my vehicle when it clearly was, etc). Im like well, if all this is the case, why didnt someone call and tell me all of this before the appointment and/or seek to schedule me for a drop off on another date? That was followed by even more excuses as to why that didnt happen.Upon my return to pick up the truck for the oil change, we did get the other items scheduled for a later date. Hopefully, that experience goes a little better.
I have been waiting on my 2019 Ford Mustang to be repaired at this collision center for two months now. Every time I call they give me an other excuse why it’s not done. I spent the first month just trying to reach someone so I can get an update. They didn’t start working on my car until I started calling every other day. I had to creat a second email just to place this review because the first one was deleted by this organization. Please do not bring you car to this dealership. This is the worst experience I have ever had.
Ordered a part from them. Had wrong delivery address so I called and spoke to a man and said hed send a new one but never asked for an address. Following week I get a call from UPS to inspect a package, turns out the part was shattered into pieces so UPS refused delivery and sent back to wade Ford. I called the following Monday and told them the part shipped was extremely damaged and refused by ups. They responded with ok thanks and hung up. We are now over a month past of emailing, calling, and I do not have parts nor do I have a refund fir what I ordered. Seems like theyre just thieves that play games to rob people of thier money. I continue to call and never once does anyone seem to get past hanging up. Youre main operator is such a sweet lady for having to deal with me calling soo many times. Due to wade Ford having the lack of care, professionalism, integrity, this is being passed on to lawyers for criminal theft as theres plenty of calls, emails, receipts proving my side, yet they still hide. I pray theyre sued soo hard that the only option for them is to permanently close thier doors. Its absurd that a dealership cant have the slightest integrity or honesty in thier actions
Looking for a vehicle that is currently on four different websites including their own. Told it was sold Friday. This is a Tuesday evening. They clearly have access to remove it. False leader advertisement is a deceptive practice and makes it a dealership I would never trust.
Kept my vehicle for 18 days just to diagnose a problem. Had to call them 3 times before I got a call back. Ended up telling me it was a fuel pump that cost $795 dollars and would total over $1600 with labor to replace. I immediately found the part for $50 and told them no thanks. Really disappointed in the “service” I received.
Actually not impressed, went there to find out about water pump replacement 2015 Explorer...the service writer I spoke with, she found it humorous that the water pump is inside the engine well I know that and dont find it the least bit funny I should have purchased the Durango or Grand Cherokee Ill never buy another Ford product
Excellent staff; great facility. Knowledgeable sales team with long tenure who you can rely on to be available to answer questions and concerns. Honest and fair pricing in a time when the market is very predatory. The selection of vehicles is vast and they make fair valuations on trade-ins as well. They have certainly earned my business for any future purchases or trades.
I purchased a 2017 Ford F 350 SRW on 1/20/2022. I drove exactly 442 miles to purchase this vehicle mostly because of the price lol (saving almost 5k) and for the way I was treated by David Gibbs and Ruben Rodriguez. From my first phone call to the day of purchase they were extremely professional and courteous answering any and all my questions. The Truck was held for me for 6 days, only by requiring a $500 deposit but because of my 5 star treatment I increase it to $1000. Showing good faith in hopes of them trusting me to follow through with this purchase. A few things they did for me I would like to point out to show how helpful they were during the processI ordered an adapter for the factory bed hitch system and delivered it to the dealership with no questions asked. When I got there, we went to the parts department and in less than 5 minutes an employee was carrying it out to my new truck.(woohoo).I called Mr.Gibbs explaining a concern on the truck still being listed on the website. After explaining my horrible experience in the past with a travel trailer, with hesitation, while I was still talking with him on the phone, he removed it immediately from the website.Every phone call was meet with professionalism and the upmost respect. Would recommend them to anyone. My wife and I will be purchasing a new Mach E in the near future and when we are ready I am driving that 442 mile trip again to purchase it from them. Thanks guys
Horrible customer service. Treated as if my business wasn’t good enough for them when I arrived to purchase new Ford Mustang Mach-E. I ended up purchasing from AutoNation Ford without a $20k markup and had an excellent buying experience with the sales team at AutoNation.
Bought my first commercial truck from Wade Ford. Kyler gave exceptional service. He continued to work on the transaction and stayed in contact while he was on vacation. What I appreciated the most is his choice to only return my calls or inquiries when he could provide an answer instead of telling me what I wanted to hear. Thank you for working it out Kyler and David!
Extremely poor service and communication by another Ford Dealership that was local to me and resulting issues with my 2018 Ford Expedition transmission ultimately led me to Wade Ford. Wade is an hour drive each way from my home, but I would gladly make that drive anytime for the quality service they provide. It wasnt easy to get to the root of the issues with my transmission, created I believe by the other Ford dealer, but the Wade team stuck with it all the way through to make sure that our vehicle was properly fixed and we were satisfied. After 6 months of dealing with the transmission issues Id begun to start thinking we were going to get rid of both my F-150 and Expedition and go with another manufacturer. Wade Ford has helped restore my faith in Ford and their service team has earned not only a future customer for service, but I will also be looking to them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend you check them out for your vehicle needs, even if they arent the closest dealer to you. Big shout out to Robert in the service department for helping to get us taken care of!
RUN!!! This location is HORRIBLE! I purchased a pre owned vehicle and 13 months later the transmission is out @80,000 miles. I regularly took the car to this dealer for maintenance, no transmission work was ever suggested. Creed P and David G advised me to trade in and have a down payment ready or get it serviced. The kicker is the service department is booked a month out and refuse to service my transmission since it is not a Ford. Save your money and go elsewhere!
My recent visit to the dealership required me to get new tires, an oil change, a recall, and a few other small things. I dont have a usual service rep and I have the pleasure of working with Chrisy for this visit.Chrisy was courteous and professional but not so stiff that we couldnt be personable. We worked together on picking out the tires on I wanted and any other services I needed at the time.I also want to compliment the techs as my car was fixed up and ready to go by midday (dropped it off at 7:30 am on a Thursday). I have never had my car serviced so fast, and Chrisy was quick to let me know when my car was ready to roll.Overall, best experience Ive had at the dealership thus far.
My experience with Wade Ford I can say was very good. They have a truck service department, in particular specialized in diesel. Post pandemic, they have a full staff. I called that morning for an appointment for coolant change, they worked me into the schedule that morning. They got to my vehicle quickly, also did a warranty upgrade to the computer, and while I had it in, we also did a brake fluid change. Most important, the Dealership Owner dropped into the department, just to check up. I was impressed that the Owner was engaged with the employees.Overall, I would recommend Wade for you truck owners.
This was by far the smoothest process of getting a car I’ve experiencedDave told me he could offer me more than CarMax for my trade in and he did just that!!!!I went in on Wednesday and Thursday I drove off the lotJeremey is the best hands down he’s really personable and professional and listened to my concerns and delivered! I’m very happy with my purchaseThis was my first “trade in” experience and it was a great one!!!! Thank you to all at wade Ford who made this purchase so smooth. Y’all are so appreciated!Keep up the great customer service!
The transmission went out unexpectedly on my 2017 Fusion Hybrid, so I was at a loss for what my best course of action was. I discovered that few places will work on Ford hybrids, but thankfully, Wade Ford is one that will. I reached out and was able to quickly speak with Jerald, who was able to get my car in for repairs. What could have been an awful experience, was greatly improved by their excellent communication, service, and flexibility. Will definitely be returning for any future Ford needs.
Eric my service advisor was super sweet and patient with me. I was in a rush and showed up an hour early in order to get out in time but Eric did the best he could even when I got frustrated with him he remained nice and helpful! I will be back but I’ll be sure not to have anything on my schedule. As far as my truck service it was a oil change but I requested more stuff for another time and hopefully they get it done
I usually dont leave reviews but was asked to participate via an e-mail from Wade Ford.I was disappointed by Wade Fords ability to meet commitments. I called the service department Friday (5/7) and asked if they were able to perform a simple service on my vehicle. I was told if I could get the car there quickly, they would be able to complete the service same day, if not it would be completed on Saturday (5/8). The car arrived within 90 minutes. I received a call Friday afternoon and was told, they were unable to service my car on Friday. They assured me the car would be ready on Saturday. I was okay with this, because it was communicated to me early.I didnt receive any communication on Saturday. On Monday (5/10) morning I called to check on the status of my vehicle, I was told they didnt get a chance to service my vehicle on Saturday. I was promised it would be completed that morning. I called Monday afternoon to check on my vehicle. I was told they didnt get a chance to get to it but it would be ready by lunch on Tuesday (5/11).The car was not ready until Tuesday (5/11) afternoon, 3 days later than promised. I would be more understanding if my repair was complicated and a diagnosis was required but it was not.I understand my repair is low dollar and low margin and is not prioritized. However, Im still a customer and these interactions make me less likely to choose Wade in the future.
I give them two because they are good at their job... if you consider selling a car that had been on their lot for months with a transmission about to go.. also when bought mykey was active and I got the run around until finally that issue was resolved and I was given another key and it preprogrammed.no complaints there except the run around.but then when I had my car towed from autonation marietta to wade bc thats where I purchased it on jan 14 or 15 to see if they could help me with it since I had just bought it ,only made 1 payment so far, and they quote me between 3000 and 5000 for the work bc it needs either a rehab or replacement transmission. aslsteies to trade in and they only to give me 2500 for the car on trade and double my payments for almost double months , and yes it would be a new car that was a loaner with 2500 miles on it. Ask to take the trade in off and payments only dropped like 100$. while Im thinking I decide to get some things from my car while Im there and go out and discover damage to my car. employees and the trans guy come look at my car and say it was like that when it got here.. and if it was then I will ne going after autonation or AAA towing....so now Im collecting tow pictures and camera footage to try and get this issue resolved. hoping it can be done without a lawyer getting involved.
This review is for both the service and sales departments. And just to note my attitude going in, I genuinely thought I was going to make my next car purchase on Carvana because I have had such sour experiences at dealerships before. I’m honestly surprised to be leaving a 5 star review for a car dealership of all places.I brought my old focus in to get looked at and the service guy (Sean I think?) was very friendly and honest with me about what was going on with my car, and really took the time to explain to me what was with the funny noise I was hearing. He also explained it was basically a non-issue and that I didn’t need to get work done. Honesty from a service department is so valuable to me, and they really passed the test with not telling me I needed work just to make some money.I knew I was interested in replacing my car anyways, so I meandered up to the sales area and looked at new cars with Jada. Jada was an absolute gem. She would introduce me to a car and patiently let me hem and haw and snoop around, and even drove me over to the used car lot. Also, being a woman and getting to buy a car from a woman was great. It was a very pressure free experience all the way through negotiation of a price and financing. I was sad to let my old car go but I got a fair price for the trade in, and I am very happy with my new Escape and the price I paid for it! I would definitely recommend asking for Jada if you ever head to this dealership.
Kelsey was amazing to work with. She stayed in contact with me through my entire experience. My issue was a electrical problem caused by a door latch. Although unfamiliar with the recall door latch issue she researched it and educated me. As long as Kelsey works at Wade Ford, I know my car will be in good hands
Traveling from out of state and one dealership refused to help us and said we would have to wait 1 to 5 days to be seen. So, we called WADE and they said they would look at car. Jerald in service was so helpful and friendly. Just mentioning to him on the phone what issue we were having, he knew to check tires and was able to access problem within minutes. Thank you.
My review pertains mostly to my pre-owned sale. Mr. Carlton Ingram was very helpful and not pushy about any of the vehicles available. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to what they had in stock that matched my criteria. He went the extra mile to help facilitate getting the vehicle home and gave me ample amount of time to test drive the vehicle until I felt comfortable. I had a concern about the interior that was addressed right away. Any follow up questions I had after the sale, he made himself available which was very much appreciated. I fault myself for not doing more research into financing prior to purchasing the vehicle. I was provided printed information about the extended warranty plan but I would have liked to know more of my options as to it being added on the sale. I was confused on how the grand total of the amount Im financing reflected on the original sale offer. Nevertheless, I am grateful to have a safe running car that has made it up and down the east coast safely within the past two months. Im really hoping the warranty pays for itself when/if the time comes for repairs. All in all very satisfied with my transaction.
I just moved to Atlanta 6 days ago from Missouri completely new here and my oil light went off. Upset with myself I didn’t take care of this before leaving Missouri, I found Wade Ford in my Ford Pass app. Not only did they get me an appointment the next morning but when I got here the customer service was beyond amazing from the Service advisor Jerald Sparkman. He actually took the time to show me where the waiting room was while I got my oil change and where the restroom is located and most importantly the WiFi password. I had a great experience with Ford in Missouri but never the southern hospitality that I feel here!! Thank you Jerald!!
I took my Edge here for a routine oil change. I usually take it to the Ford dealership in Sandy Springs but recently moved to the Vinings area so brought it to Wade Ford. It was about $20-$30 more and when I asked about the price fluctuation I was told ‘some locations charge more than others.’ The girl really wasn’t sure she just swiped my card. While the gal at the service desk was super friendly and professional who checked me in, I wasn’t happy with the outcome. Normally when I bring in my car, the guys at Sandy Springs are super thorough, even wash my car if timing permits. I was told I needed new brakes so I took my car to get a second and even third opinion and was told by both that whoever told me that was simply trying to get money from me and that I still had at least 20-30k miles left before I would need new brakes. There was also battery acid all over my battery, something you think they’d help out with during a routine check up and oil change or at the very least tell me about it so I can have the issue resolved by them or someone else. A sales rep also called me while I was in the waiting area trying to sell me a car. I get it, he was just doing his job but it just wasn’t necessary. Just all around unhappy and have heard other similar experiences from colleagues. Wish I would have listened. I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere for your vehicle needs.Also- YouTube has some brilliant videos on how to change your cabin and engine air filter 👏🏼 Saves you a good chunk of change for something so simple! Literally took me 2 minutes for something that would have cost me over $100.
Took my Motorhome into the dealership for normal service of lube, levels checked, air pressure, filters, etc. There are few dealerships that handle Class A coaches so they are very hard to come by! Worked with Stefan in service and he got me in and done in a couple of days, very organized and what he could not answer he researched and got answers and recommendations!! Absolutely a first class service experience and I highly recommend!!Tommy S.Woodstock, GA
Because the Ford Escape battery is under the dashboard/windshield cowl you pretty much have to take it to a mechanic or Ford dealership to replace. Price was higher than the last change by 40 dollars just 3 years ago. My windshield wipers were not working (they were clicking and driver side was bucking) as they were not put back on correctly after battery installation. I had to watch a YouTube video, took off the arms then reset the alignment by cycling and making sure the blades were aligned with the markings on the windshield.
Today I took my 2017 Fiesta in for 14,000 mile service. Kelsey Blair, my service rep was great, friendly and professional on a very busy day. In addition to the usual service items she took care of my loose passenger rearview mirror and my emissions inspection. Thanks very much! Wade Ford is an excellent dealership.
The service technicians and attendants were great to me. I got frequent updates on where my car was in the repair queue. The return shuttle service dropped the ball though. I had to pay for my own transportation after they failed to show up or call despite supposedly being en route.
Needed to get my car out fast as I was moving across country in the next few days & needed a quick turn around. Chrisy helped me out & ensured that I got the quickest turn around possible, even though the shop was back up at the time. She worked with us to accommodate this issue and was so kind in the process. Thank you Chrisy!!
Christy took excellent care of me. She answered all of my questions, advised me of recommended services for my vehicle, advised me of the expected completion time and kept me informed of the progress. Im 100% pleased and will continue to use Wade Ford. The service here is definitely top notch!
There was initially some confusion as to my appointment date, but Ayo fixed it for me and was able to get me in on another date that same week. Personnel were super helpful and friendly. Only gripe (this isnt really anyones fault) is that I told them my water pump was on the fritz and they charged me $165 for the diagnostic and basically didnt tell me anything I didnt already know. They also wanted to charge me like $1000 for the replacement when Firestone was able to do it for $500. Overall, people were great! Ford itself was not.
A good experience all around! We located the vehicle we wanted by searching the dealership inventory on a Thursday night. Early Friday morning we messaged to the dealership and shortly after received a phone call to schedule our noon visit (that day), as well as an email from Xavier Wilson (our salesperson). We were running late for our scheduled test drive and sent Xavier a message. He couldnt have been nicer and told us to drive safely (we live over an hour away).Within an hour of arrival we test drove the vehicle, had an appraisal for our trade-in, an agreed upon price, and were on our way into the finance office.Gail, Linda, Barbara, Xavier, Tom, T., and D. were not only professional, but genuinely kind. We felt completely comfortable from beginning to end. We left the dealership in the 2021 Ford Explorer Platinum that we had just purchased, and were home before dark.
This was my first visit to Wade Ford to have my newly purchased vehicle checked out. Service Agent Ayodele was friendly, helpful and made great suggestions for future maintenance. Services were done in a couple hours and included courtesy shuttle. I will definitely be back for future service 👍
I am very new to the community (about 6 days ) from Charlotte, NC. I did my research and based upon reviews thought I wanted to try Wade Ford. I belive in relationships and was with my last repair folks for 15 years. Your website says customer first, drop off and pick up, fast service and etc and the reviews looks good. I called because my daughers car was getting a message around System off to save Battery - Please turn ignition off or start engine In doing the research it seems this is a common issue with Ford. and is not a difficult fix, First the women who answers was not very freindly and tells me that well we make an appointment and you will have to drop the car off for 5 days to keep a spot and if you are more than 10 miles you will have to get a ride (did I not just sayI just moved here from somewhere els)...she then invited me to try other dealerships if I wanted to see what they would do. An total fail. I believe in support BB but not this time.
I usually dont write reviews if I am dissatisfied with a company,I just dont go back, but WADE FORD dont like Buicks. WADE FORD HAS MADE MY LIFE MISERABLE all because of an inept service department.I bought a 2013 BUICK ENCORE from Wade Ford and I REALLY THOUGHT that they were upfront and honest and I had what I thought was a wonderful experience. But just a month over a year all that change when I purchased my vehicle I was assured that there were still a part of the factory warranty left and I thought I purchased an bumper to bumper extended warranty from THE WORST WARRANTY COMPANY IN THE WORLD....EASY CARE PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE ...RUN if you see them coming .I took my car back to Wade Ford because it was overheating they told me that my coolant reservior was leaking and needed replacing they said my warranty didnt cover it..D**N....This was after they had my car from Jan 21-Feb 5 weeks before they got back with me about the problem. So I end up paying 200$ for a 50$ part I could of got at AUTO ZONE so after all was said and done...I WAS OUT OF 350$.and they then told me my radiator was leaking I needed a RADIATOR REPLACEMENT!!! and it will cost over 1,200$..That was a BUNCH OF BS..because Feb 18 th 2 weeks later my car started back overheating my clamps were all loose coolant was leaking from the clamps.WADE FORD towed my car back to the shop.THEY SAID all the clamps were now tighten they did a PRESSURE TEST and said EVRYTHING IS GOOD...HOLD UP NO RADIATOR REPLACEMENT NOW????....Called again on MAR 22 SAME PROBLEM The adviser Adeyole asked me if I could drive it back there??? NO....ITS OVERHEATING AGAIN...HELLO...Now Im smelling coolant took it to a radiator shop to have the radiator checked...NO PROBLEMS WITH RADIATOR BAD CLAMPS BAD Coolant....April 23 COOLANT CAP EXPLODED call Wade Ford Adeyole said it will cost me 150.00$ for a diagnostic test...REALLY WADE FORD..Now I have a undrivable vehicle UNEASY CARE took it to a BUICK SHOP 2 BLOWN HEAD GASKETS...NEED ENGINE...UNEASY CARE REFUSED TO HONOR MY WARRANTY Because they claim a part that wasnt covered caused the problem.....WADE FORD MISDIAGNOSIS & WEAK WARRANTY...I am a Veteran and this is how I GET TREATED....BRINGS ME TO TEARS PRAY MY STRENGTH.I WAS PROMISED A CALL FROM Ms.Neuman and I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL FROM ANYBODY,,,,
I’m staying in downtown ATL, but was at Petco just south of Wade Ford. Coming back to my car I notice my under carriage hanging as if it was ready to fall off. I Googled for the closest Ford dealership and thankfully Wade Ford was less than 2 miles north of me.Once I drove into the service area, Chrisy was there to greet me. I showed her my under carriage and she went to see if there was anyone to help because it was close to 6pm and the techs had already left. She took my car and 15 min later the under carriage properly attached back on and my car was safe enough to drive again.Thank you Chrisy for taking care of my car so quickly and without hesitation! Here’s the kicker, I’m from out of town and will be here for a couple of months. So, it’s nice to be taken care of no questions asked. Wade Ford has my trust and I’ll for sure be bringing my car back for routine service or anything else.
I always trust the staff at Wade Ford. They care about their customers and staff. They are consistent with the cleanliness of the facility before and now during Covid. They do a great job quickly and efficiently analyzing any problem with a vehicle and solving it. If you are looking to buy a great used or new car, it is definitely the place to go. Have been a customer for over 18 years now.
We absolutely loved our car buying experience at Wade Ford. We ended the year needing to replace our primary sedan and headed to Wade Ford after hearing about them on a local radio station. We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and immediately assisted. Everyone was helpful and courteous and we love our Ford Fusion. Thank you to Desmond Robain, Erny Richardson, Steven Ewing and the entire team for the excellent care. We appreciate it!
This dealership did an amazing job at getting my husband into his dream F-250 truck. We traded in his GMC and was given full trade in value we owed on his truck. Todd worked extremely hard and gave us an exceptional price. Brandon was a great sales man that never was pushy, he was very personable and made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Wade Ford and will refer any friends in the market to this dealership. Was are thrilled with our 2021 F-250!
Service at Wade Ford is always so professional. My service advisor Eric is so efficient and honest. While being serviced for an oil change I was told I had a leak. I left the car for service. All that was necessary was to tighten a bolt. Wow they could have told me anything. Ill always use Wade Ford.
10/5 stars. If you are going to buy a car, go buy it from Jeremy Jones. He is there to please you, and you can tell he truly cares about his customer, not just the sale. He is friendly and compassionate, and always in your corner. Easy to talk to and pleasant to be around. No wonder he has been at this dealership forever! Couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep to help me with my first solo car purchase. Even with a post-sale hangup in my process, the entire team rallied together to make me feel supported, and righted the wrong with no questions asked. Thank you to Carol in customer care and Tony the Sales Manager for validating my concerns and making everything right. Highly recommend giving Jeremy and Wade Ford your business. You won’t be disappointed.
I took my vehicle here, thinking that I would get great service from a dealership, especially since I was paying dealership prices. When I initially left my vehicle I was told that I would get my vehicle back in a day it took four days to get my vehicle back. When I did get my vehicle back I paid them $1700 and the problems were still not fixed. In 30 minutes of leaving the dealership and driving half of a mile, my vehicle tried to break down on me again. I tried to make a left turn to turn around to take it back to the dealership and almost got hit by a car because the vehicle stalled and the check engine light came on. Once I brought the vehicle back, they made it seem like it was another problem and that they would be doing me a favor by even fixing what was wrong and that I could come back and pay again for a service that I already paid for. I asked them about my check engine light and they tried to make it seem as if I never mentioned it. It wasn’t until I got a supervisor involved that I was given any help to rectify the situation. They gave me back my car again, stating that the issue had been fixed. A few hours later the car was still not right.I took it back and threatened to call my attorney and another supervisor got the job done. Even after getting the job done, I still had to bring my vehicle back, because they took a part off of my vehicle and never put it back. I spent so much time, money, and gas, traveling back in forth to the dealership that week. It was not a customer/consumer friendly experience. Especially being in the market to buy a few more new vehicles and a stock holder in the company. This may not reflect on Ford as a whole, but it definitely reflects on the service at Wade.
I bought my vehicle from here and this was my first time getting an oil change and 99 point check up inspection. I must say I have had this work done on another vehicle and I would have to make a whole day of it. They were so prompt and fast my wait time was no more than an hour. I am so pleased with their service and customer service is always pleasant. I will always come to Wade Ford to purchase my vehicles and get all service done on my vehicles.
We recently found ourselves in need of emergency repair on a motorhome with a Ford engine. Without an appointment we went to Wade Ford. From the service host on the automobile side who walk us over to the large truck department to the service manager and technicians in the truck department I cannot say enough good things about every person we dealt with at Wade Ford. Presumably because we were in an RV and carting around a kids and a dog they figured out we were on vacation. They seemed extremely genuine in wanting to get our problem fixed and back on our vacation. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable efficient, courtious, I could go on and on complementing the folks and treatment we received at Wade Ford. Ford should be proud to have the Wade team as part of their dealer network. Use Wade Ford for your service needs, you wont be disappointed.
Great job by all. The Service Advisor keeps me informed throughout the whole process. The wait area is always nice and clean and with very nice food and drink options. The service is always completed in a timely matter. Checkout and delivery of vehicle is always good.
Jeremy and the rest of the staff at Wade Ford took such great care of me! I was recovering from surgery when I went there to shop for a new used car, and didnt have a lot of energy. They brought the cars to me so I wouldnt tire myself out walking around the lot. I ended up buying a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape, and I couldnt be happier!
I would love to be able to provide a positive review of my service experience but unfortunately that is not the case.I brought my car in for a oil change service. No less than 24 hours later I was calling the service department because the car was driving sluggish. After making another appointment days later was diagnosed that the vehicle needed a tune up and spark plug changed!!! Why wasnt this discovered during the oil change service? My question exactly, the excuse I was given: since my vehicle had not reached the recommended mileage for suggested tune up, Wade Ford does not check for that even though the vehicle met the age of vehicle. That makes absolutely no sense! My primary vehicle is another the manufacturer and anytime the vehicle is brought is for ANY type of service the Service department checks the vehicle thoroughly so I am not making multiple trips for unchecked repairs.
A family member took a car for repairs. They had it for two months. It was supposed to be completed. Now less than a week later and it is back with the engine problem again. Another family member took their car for an oil change simple right? Not with this dealership. 4 hours yes 4 hours later she gets it back but only by providing the Vin number to prove it was her car. They listed it under another persons name a d then could not find it. Incompetence is at its highest level here. I would not let them work on a wringer washing machine. So one star is more than they deserve.
Wade Ford did a great job taking care of me. I got to the dealership later than I originally planned. I know that everyone was ready to go home, but they pulled out all the stops to make sure that I had great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.
When I was at Wade Ford used vehicle lot and was in the process of purchasing a vehicle, there was something in my gut telling me I should have left and not purchased from them. It’s been a month now and I still regret it, everything from mechanical issue to registration has been nothing but problems for me. I have no clue how this vehicle made it to the lot if they have a competent service department. If there’s one thing I love it’s having the steering linkage go out a couple days after you purchase a vehicle. I fully understand buying a used vehicle has risks but you’re hoping that the dealer would have made it safer than buying from a person you just meet off craigslist. That being said the sales person was very nice and did make everything comfortable but I would never send anyone to this dealer.
I just spoke to Jerald Sparkman. He provided amazing service regarding my questions for my 2015 Ford Focus. Honestly, whenever I contact a dealership for service, Im apprehensive due to my past experiences. I decided to contact Wade Ford due to not-so-great experiences with my local Ford. Jerald was very helpful, listened to my concerns, and has renewed my faith in customer service at dealerships!!! Thank you, Jerald!
Went to get my vehicles recalls done (Seatbelt tensioner and some door latch parts) and came back with at least three new issues. First, the drivers side door lock and seat controls not working, an easy fix but they have to go back in and plug it back. Now the passenger side exterior auto door locks arent working and interior trim pieces arent staying in place as some clips seem broken now.Giving a few stars since the intake reps and food stand lady are nice but Im not sure Ill go back.
My experience was terrible and if there was a -1. The service department is not clearly marked and I entered from the back of the service check in. My service advisor Chrisy Johnson gave me attitude about entering from the wrong side (the doors were not open and it was exactly 7:30 AM). Chrisy texted me yesterday to remind me of the appointment and I text back asking her to verify they had the parts for the recall item I was scheduling to have repaired. I never received a text back from her. She came to me after she had taken the car this morning and told me they didnt have the parts for the recall and dint know when they would get them. I asked why I never got a text back yesterday so I could cancel the appointment and she said she never got the text.
Paid 1650 Purchased a 60 month/100,000 mile Motor Trend warranty when I purchased my Ford Edge from Wade Ford. I tried to file a claim with Motor Trend when my brakes failed. They said we dont provide coverage for hoses. Hit a pothole going 70 miles an hour on an interstate causing the wheel rims on the passenger side of the vehicle to become bent. Best repair quote I received was $400.00 for both wheels to be straightened. Called Motor Trend, they said they dont cover wheel repair unless there is an air leak. I visited Wade Ford and presented the rejection of the repair by Motor Trend to Cedric, the Wade Ford staff member who sold me the warranty. He said Wade Ford would make it good. I was asked to bring the car to the dealership at 10:30 the next day. I was directed to ask for Eric, the Service Advisor. When, I arrived and asked for Eric, he was prepared. He knew the issue, and told me he needed the car for two days and that Cedric had arranged for a loaner. Two days later, Eric called to tell me the car was ready to be picked up. Much to my surprise, the damaged wheels were replaced with two new wheels at no charge to me. Now, that is what I consider outstanding service from Eric and Cedric. I was told that is the Wade Ford culture...customer always comes first.
Chrisy my Service Agent. Saved the day for Wade Ford. I went in for a simple oil change and after an hour they had not even put my truck on the lift. They had some catered lunch meeting that everyone stopped working. She was very apologetic and was working hard to get a service tech working on my truck. She had my truck for me 20 minutes later and a complimentary oil change. I have been using Wade Ford for 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences. She earned the 5 stars.
Its been a couple of years since I had used Wade Ford. So happy that we received an invitation 2 come out 2 tour the dealership & meet the staff... yes, out of the BLUE😂! It was exciting! I love the blue floor in the service department! I joked about laying on it... blue is my color😍 the staff was very attentive. The on-site restaurant is tha 💣 ... everyone needs a Barbara in the kitchen😍 she made me a great house burger👌4 lunch😍 Ill be back 4 sure!! Thanks Barbara! What really got me were all the beautiful upgrades they made. The inspirational quotes of motivation all around the building, the decor, & the welcoming atmosphere😎 I cant wait to go back 4 another visit💃 #visitapproved #bebacksoon👌 #Squeakyvoiceovers
Ayodele is amazing! He has my car in in the shop, and he’s been communicating with me every step of the way, letting me know any and everything. He also did some work on a family members car and was awesome. I would come here over any other Ford dealership with any needs for my car!
I had a 10:30 appointment and I dropped it off at 8 just because it was more convenient for me to leave it then and come back later. It was done with oil change and tire rotation before my 10:30 appointment and that was great! One thing that does trouble me... my seat was moved, I really dont like that.
I have purchased two vehicles from Wade Ford ( Ford Focus and Ford Fusion). Unfortunately, the Ford Focus had internal transmission issues and I had to trade in (before they did a recall) for a Ford Fusion that I have had for 5 years now. Doug sold me my Ford Fusion and was amazing. Recently I experienced transmission issues with my Fusion. Luckily, I had a warranty that covered the 7,000.00 cost of a new transmission. Ayodele is my service tech. He is always so nice and attentive. In the past I had Jason, who is now the manager over the service department and he has always been so great and helpful. My car was in the shop for a few weeks which had me worried. However, with the FABULOUS help and concern of CAROL I was able to remain calm. She called me EVERYDAY with updates. Even when I needed to call and vent about how worried I was, she listened. She ALWAYS made sure I stayed in the know. Jason and Ayodele were also great too. They made sure this process went extremely smooth and successful. Carol is an amazing asset to the Wade Ford company/team! A true gem that delivers EXCEPTIONAL customer service. I just love her. Jason and Ayo are also great too. Great experts and very knowledgeable. I would recommend these three to anyone!
I called to make an appointment with Wade Ford, the receptionist with the dealership answered the phone and put me on hold for 15 minutes, or perhaps she thought she had put me on hold. I had to listen to the woman check out a female customer who spoke at length about her son taking her to Walmart and then she proceeded to tell the receptionist/scheduler all of the things her son forgot to purchase. This went on, and on, and on. Her final bill for service to her automobile was $102.68. I know this because the woman didn’t have her credit card with her, but had a picture of it on her phone, and proceeded to rattle off the credit card numbers as well as the secure code on the back. It’s a good thing Im honest because in addition to being kept on this annoying hold for such a long time, I was listening as a customer gave them all of her personal information, including the name on the credit card. Then the female customer began another story about her latest doctor’s appointment focusing on her feet.I go so frustrated by this lengthy time on hold, I finally hung up and made an appointment online with another dealership. You can have the best service in the world in-person, but if a customer has to go through so many hassles just to get a service appointment, what’s the point?
I had Mr Dawson as my service advisor and had an absolutely fantastic experience! It’s my first time coming to get my car serviced here and it was all around a great experience! All the people were so nice and asking if I needed help. The car was ready quickly and everything was done right the first time!
Decent customer service with Jason. Paid over 250$ for a oil change and tire rotation, and a total inspection. Well what I wasn’t told was that I needed new control arms for my truck and a new brake mass cylinder. Also my tires weren’t balanced and set back on my truck properly. If I pay for something deliver and do it right, makes me want to return my business to you again. Anyways I’ve had better experience with Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper.Update: Called 10/20/20Spoke to Jason today after calling multiple times and not getting a call back on my total vehicle breakdown, as I was given a verbal report, and not an exact paper report of the exact work needed to be done. The conversation was very cut and short of being out right uncivil. If service department doesnt want bad reviews they should work to perform a higher standard if they desire not to be called out on it. This ramifies my decision and advice to take your business elsewhere, if those working cannot take constructive criticism and improve.
Visiting from out of state and everything was GREAT!Crissy, was very understanding and detailed about what I needed done. She also made arrangements for the shuttle to take me where I needed. If you’re traveling through through Atlanta and a Ford owner needing service, this is the place.
Best truck buying experience ever. We were not planning on buying just looking at the time. But we found a truck that met what we were looking for. We went for a quick test drive. This was all at closing time on Saturday. David Tyler & Tom stayed worked up a trade & price quickly. They let us test drive the truck for a day. When we returned on Monday morning the great experience continued. We got an excellent deal and it only took about 2 hours. David did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles. The entire team did a great job. Thanks!
I preordered a 2021 Mustang Mach-E over a year ago and selected Wade Ford as my dealership due to how close it was to me and my desire to support black businesses, however I have been disappointed with my purchase experience. In January 2020, immediately after reserving the vehicle on Ford.com, I went to the Wade Ford site and sent an email inquiring about the available protection products and if any ADM was going to be applied. I received no response. I tried a again a few days later and again no response. The first time I was contacted by the dealership was in late June after I converted my reservation to an order. This was the first time I saw the $2500 ADM listed on the dealer price in the Ford portal and I accepted that because (1) I didn’t know that X plan would not be accepted with ADM (2) I had waited about 6 months for any movement/communication on my order (3) fear that cancelling that order and moving to another dealer would jeopardize my place in the production line and (4) I expected the dealership would be proactive on communication, educated on the vehicle and financing options and helpful after receiving my deposit, thus earning the additional fee. I was wrong. I made THEM aware of when I had a scheduled build date. I alerted THEM to my interest in the Ford Options program (even though it was selected in the preorder that triggered them to reach out in June, along with a projected price and payment). I even called my dealer in late 2020 to ASK if the finance team was aware of Ford Options as I had been reading a lot of post on the Mach E forums of other early adopters running into issues at their dealerships. I was so worried that I started compiling a list of announcement numbers, processes and information just in case the worst case scenario occurred and I would have to provide some guidance when it was my turn to convert to a purchase; and lo and behold that happened. My complaint boils down to the $2500 ADM I paid and discovered would keep me from being able to receive X Plan pricing. I feel like I was backed into a corner after waiting nearly 15 months from reservation to delivery. My choices were (1) pay the extra money on top of full MSRP for the equivalent of using Wade Ford as just a ship to address or (2) walk away from the deal, after all that wait time, and place another order at a different dealer from a list of no ADM dealerships and again wait a few more months, which of course I didn’t want to do. I wanted this car. I waited for this car, so I accepted delivery on it. But I strongly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new preorder vehicle (Mach E, F-150, Bronco) that you do your research and find a dealership that isn’t marking the vehicle up or else once yours arrives you too will have the joy of your new vehicle lessened by the feeling of being exploited and your excitement taken advantage of.
Jackson at Wade Ford fully lied to me. I called about a car their website advertised - he said it was not yet spoken for. I asked him 4 times to make sure because it is a rare color for the model and we were going to be driving all the way from Birmingham to get it. He swore to me that the car was not spoken for, that I was the first one to call about it, and that he noted in the computer that it was on hold for me. He said we had an appointment for 9:15 am, Memorial Day. We drove 3 hours from Birmingham, on our day off, with CASH in hand to buy the car, only to learn that he had LIED. They didn’t know we were coming, the car is already sold, and the folks in the dealership were all clear on this. Wade Ford, you need to get your people to operate with at least some integrity. Not ok.
I started talking to Wade Ford for about a week before we traded on my new truck. Their rep, Willie Means was on the spot with consistency. We made the deal over the phone and my wife and I, along with our little Maltese, Nick, made the 230 mile trip and switched vehicles. I was very pleased with everyone that assisted us. Very nice people. Couldnt have been any better. Especially Willie. Thanks
Having owned vehicles across the cost spectrum, I have to say the very best customer service I have ever received is from Sean Dunlap, service advisor, at Wade Ford, Smyrna. In and out for a routine service in 30+ minutes and problem I was having with the back seat resolved without charge. Love, love, love quality care and Sean is the Master!
Today was a rough day for me and I went to Ford because my key was broken. I had a great experience with Christi in services. She was so nice and helpful. I also spoke with Fred in parts who was so professional and helpful. I really had great service today and I appreciate them for making my experience so great.
The service center is friendly and they completed my repair fast. Jason Smith was very helpful. However, I was disappointed when it came time to pickup my van because they said someone would drive it over to me, so I waited for 15 minutes and still no van. When I asked when it would be pulled up, one of the service guys got snarky and said its right there, just go grab it as he pointed to it. Had I known I could have done that I definitely wouldnt have waited for 15 minutes. It was poor communication on their part and I didnt appreciate the attitude.
I appreciated Wade Ford service department getting us in on a Saturday to look at our new 2021 F150 which was having engine problem on a trip to Florida. But.... they misdiagnosed the issue, did entirely to short of a test drive and the problem resurfaced 15 minutes down the road. Our truck is now stranded in Georgia at a dealer that cant get it in until next week.
My experience at Wade Ford was below average. I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my car serviced for a recall because I knew that walk-ins usually take longer than just a few hours. My appointment was right as they opened and I was early as well because I wanted to ensure Id have my car back earlier in the afternoon for what I needed to get done. They checked me in and told me it would be ready around 3pm and I requested the shuttle to get home. The employee told me the shuttle began running at 9, but a half hour later still no update and I had to have a family member leave work to come get me because I had prior engagements. Around 4:30 I called to check in since I had heard nothing from them and they informed me it would be ready at 5:30. When I asked for the shuttle to come get me they told me their shuttle stops running at 3. How is that effective for any customers they keep longer than 3 pm? He then called back and said that my car would have to be kept overnight. THEN I got another phone call from the manager saying it would be ready at 6 (when they closed) and I had to ask for him to send me transportation so I could come pick up my car. When I arrived, the doors were locked and there was one individual there who came and opened the door for me after knocking and waiting and looked shocked when I said I was sent there by the manager to pick up my car. The employees were on their way out, leaving me barely enough time to pay and get my keys. I was blown away at the lack of communication between these employees and management, especially after I had been patient and taken every proper step to make sure I would not inconvenience them with my business. I will not be returning for service or recommending them to anyone in the future.
My experience today was AMAZING to say the least. I worked with Brandon Jolly and Mr. Erny Richardson and I can say the were the best. Great customer service, very personable, and really put forth the effort needed to get me in a car today. Thank you guys for being great people, and helping me today.
I was preparing for a long drive out west and brought the Flex in for service with an appointment. Got the Works package and my vehicle was ready in 65 - 70 minutes and included diagnostic info sheets. The Flex has roughly 34k miles on it and has been extremely solid with no issues and has a very comfortable ride. The staff at Wade Ford is a happy group and lucky for me they love dogs and we had another great service experience.
Jeremy and Jamie were PHENOMENAL! they went above and beyond to help me through the car buying process and I cant thank them enough! Wade Ford is incredibly lucky to have these to incredible men! I HIGHLY recommend coming here if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle!
Fantastic experience at this dealership, it was my first time buying a car, my salesperson was Courtney and she was very helpful through the entire process. Ill definitely be coming back here for my next Ford, no other dealership in the metro Atlanta area can beat Wade! They will work and cooperate with you to get what you want! If I could give them 10/5 stars I would.
Ill start by saying that I wish I could leave zero stars. Two weeks ago I schduled an appointment with the service department to repair three issues with my 2012 F-150. I noticed a minor oil leak, an inidentified humming noise coming from the front end, and a sporadic illuminated check engine light. I dropped it off Tuesday 01-12-21 at 9:15am. The next day I hadnt heard from anyone so I decided to give them a call for a status update. The service advisor relayed to me that they hadnt completed their diagnosis and would have to call me back. The service advisor called back a few hours later and told me they had finished their diagnosis and it would cost $2,100 to rememdy. I agreed to the cost and gave permission to procede with the repairs. I was then told the repairs would be complete late Friday, or early the following Monday depending on how fast the parts came in. I never heard from anyone Friday so I gave them a call around noon Monday. It wasnt ready Monday. I had to call every afternoon to check status until Thursday afternoon when I was told it was ready for pick-up. At checkout the total invoice wasnt $2,100 that I agreed to. I total charge was $2,520. I reluctantly paid it while they retreived my vehicle. Before I ever pulled out of the parking lot I heard the humming noise again. I returned the truck to them, and later the day I was called by the service advisor Advising me that my truck was fixed and ready to be picked-up again. After leaving the dealership I drove approximately one mile before the check engine light illuminated. I returned to the dealership once again. They verified the light was on and I left the truck with them. No one called the next day, I didnt hear annything the following Monday, and nothing the following day, so i decided to give them a call. I was informed that it would be ready that afternoon. It was finally fixed. There were no additional charges, but I feel like I was completely ripped off paying $2,520 to essentially repair an oil leak. There was actually a TSB on the humming noise, and the check engine light was triggered by some sort of stuck valve? In summary, the communication was HORRIBLE from day one. The whole fiasco left me without a vehicle for 14 days, and in the end I feel like I paid for unnecessary and unwanted repairs. The icing on the cake was actually the following day when I noticed a door ding(white paint included) on the drivers side rear door that had to have happened at the dealership. I will NEVER buy another vehicle or utilize this service department EVER again.
Was a pleasure all way round. From Charles my sales guy to Cedric the finance guy was a great experience. Danny the sales manager was upfront and helpful in making the deal and the experience one I’d recommend to everyone looking for an awesome Ford.!I don’t recall the gentleman’s name that helped with the tech demo of the features of my new 2020 Explorer Platinum but he was hilarious and worth again the trip.
Jerald was very professional and helpful starting from my very first phone call to Wade Ford. I had my toddler with me and he made sure I had all the accommodations needed to make my wait easier. I live in Atlanta but I will definitely be coming back to see Jerald at Wade Ford in Smyrna for ANY car needs I have from now on.
Purchased a new Explorer from Wade from out of state. Xavier was the salesman, and the transaction with the Wade team was very easy. My only reason to deduct a star was that the car wasnt quite as clean as it could have been, and there was a slight scratch that had to be buffed out. Even so, I would definately consider buying for Wade again.
Two weeks ago made an appointment. When I got there they said I would have to set up another appointment because the online appointment didnt work. Waste of time. Come in today. After being told last week that it should take between 1 and 3 hours, still waiting after 3 hours. Told Ayodele, the representative, that I would be waiting. He came in to get something and was surprised to see me waiting. Then he said he couldnt give a time frame. I am annoyed and will be taking my business elsewhere.
On yesterday, I called to speak with Rusty of Wade Ford, I was transferred to a Ms. Carol. She was completely AWESOME!!! She took her time to help me through my entire process. I called frustrated but when the call ended I was satisfied. All because of “CARING” Carol. 👍🏾Thanks Carol for your professionalism & great character. Hopefully, I can meet her very soon......
Jerald has always worked with me and I’ve never had a problem. My rear left turn signal was out and I called to schedule an appointment, he said he could do it right now. So I headed over there and waited in the lobby for it, it only took 15 mins. Great experience as always!
Zero stars for Wade Ford... horrible ferris wheel experience, horrible customer service. From dealing with an responsive service advisor, constantly calling for a vehicle status after they had the vehicle 2 weeks, we paid an excessively overcharged amount of $2000+ for what should have been minor repairs, went to drive the vehicle after it was parked for a few weeks only to find the fluid hose literally gushing coolant out. The vehicle wasnt driven anywhere to warrant that issue! They seem to be resorting to desperate, unethical measures to make up for revenue loss. You bring your vehicle in for a repair only to drive it home to discover another issue that was not an issue before. Its a constant. Im off this ferris wheel.

2022-07-01I brought my vehicle to Wade Ford, in Smyrna, GA to get an oil change and ended up getting the works and all transmission and engine oil changed. Basically, a tune up since it is reaching 100k. Now, I am unsure if anything was done. Its been a month and my vehicle should not be needing an oil change. The sticker says 103,000 miles for next oil change and I am not even at 100k. I brought my vehicle in at over 98k miles. Nonetheless, I am taking to a different Ford Dealership to see what service was actually done to my car.

2022-05-24I had a fantastic experience at Wade Ford with my salesperson Jeremy Jones. I saw an ad online for a desirable used car. It was exactly as represented and I was happy to have found it. The purchase experience was easy and trouble-free. I recommend Wade Ford and Mr. Jones for an excellent car purchase experience.

2022-02-15During my experience with Wade Ford used cars division it was a stress free, pleasant, smooth process. My car Sales Representative was Creed Purnell who walked me through the process since it has been a while since I purchased a vehicle. His customer service is phenomenal any questions I had he was able to answer. Mr. Ernie was awesome as well! Every piece of paper I had to sign he was explaining, he also went over what warranty I have even cracked some jokes. I stopped over at the lovely Cafe across the street, Ms. Barbara was very nice and helpful. I must say the food is very satisfying while you wait for service at Ford. Thank you for a great experience.

2022-01-03D was great! Although it took a few days for me to purchase, he had a positive attitude, provided awesome customer service and made the process very smooth. It was my first time buying a car and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. He made the process enjoyable and stayed in contact during the process. I left the dealership happy with the service I was given as well as the car I purchased. I would definitely recommend this dealership and D!

2022-06-11We ordered a new vehicle through Wade Ford, and we had a perfectly seamless experience from start to finish. With the long wait times for new cars these days, the staff at Wade were regularly in contact with us about order updates. They notified us as soon as the vehicle arrived, and we were able to pick it up the same day. Everyone we met, from the receptionist to sales people to the finance manager, were professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process. It’s the best dealership experience I’ve ever had!

2022-05-21I absolutely love the service at Wade Ford. I’ve only gone twice to have my vehicle serviced and each time I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Both times Jerald Sparkman has been my Service Advisor. He is an absolute professional and very attentive to your needs. He genuinely cares and wants to make sure you understand everything. Jerald has won me over and because of him, I’m giving a 5 star rating.

2022-04-23Theres a few things in life you never forget. Your first girl, your first job, your first home and your first brand new car.Wade Ford provided me with the most pleasurable car buying experience Ive ever had. Everyone from Steve the Owner, to Mike the Manager to Creed my Salesman, treated me like family. The price was right, the trade-in value was right and they made SURE that not only was I completely happy and educated about the finer points of my vehicle BEFORE I drove off the lot, but called consistently and checked on me along the way as I made my long drive back home from the dealership.Wade Ford is a dealership worth traveling to, no matter how far away you live. You walk in for a car and you drive out with a RELATIONSHIP. For every dollar you SPEND, they make sure that you receive every bit of the value you EXPECT. Hey, lets face it. times are hard, so WHERE you spend your hard-earned money matters and WADE FORD recognizes that and respects that.

2022-03-26I’ve left a detailed review, and spoken with a sales rep and Carol in customer service. It starts with the basics - returning phone calls and taking accountability for resolving your customers’ issues. Allowing customers to inspect and test drive the vehicles posted on your website would help tool. This was three stars because my experience once my car arrived went relatively well. Otherwise, this would have been a one or two star review.
