The worst ever. Waited over 20 minutes for them to clean the table off and wasnt busy at all. Then part of our food was never delivered, and when we got the food we did get it was cold. Cooks were good but Bri our waitress and the other waitress were to busy gossiping to do their jobs.
Lots of flies, Steak was Raw and many items that used to be on the menu were gone. No salad with steak, had double hash browns in place of salad. I hope all Waffle House arent like this now.
My aunt had the Texas steaks Philly with hash brown. She loved them sooooo much my daughter and niece had the same. But they had chilli on top of hashbrown. I had all star and small chilli. It was soon good the chilli the best. Everyone friendly and kind. The place was clean. I much appreciated it.
Although they were crazy busy they got my to go order in quick and made everything perfect.Ive been here twice so far and the service is always excellent and everyone is friendly and helpful. Leave them a big tip and a smile!
The food is always good. Its very irritating when they dont answer the phone for call in orders. Especially when you get there & theres hardly any one there.
Usually have a good experience here, but tonight was horrible. The waitress never filled our drinks back up, never came back over to see if we needed anything. She was just worried about talk to her coworker and trying to leave. She saw us and that we needed stuff but never gave us the attention till she was putting down the check. She made sure of that!!!not very happy specially with my children who needed stuff plus my husband.

The best Waffle House I have visited I have been here 8 times in 4 months! The staff Is friendly and professional. The Cooks are on task and on point! I travel by there at least once a month, and I look forward to it every time. Yesterday I had Chicken and double hash browns with everything in them! Chilis and gravy too! Lol;
Clean, safe, friendly atmosphere. Feels safely cleaned and sanitized to meet standards of protection from Covid-19. Quick, personal, attentive service. Food as ordered, fresh and delicious. A little to chilly inside but Id rather be too cool than too hot!

Hi this resturaunt is terrible, if you want to call in order a meal at night you can forget about it.. I have attempted to place a call in order over 8 times at three in the morning. I called in over 20 times and when I got there the restaurant was empty and the phone was constantly ringing. I addressed my issues to three different managers and today March 14th Im still having the same issue. With the same 2 waitresses. They laughed at me as I was leaving the store this morning as the matter is not important. I have received an apology and free meal for my troubles in the past. But the problem is still occurring. Im calling corporate Monday morning and were going to see who the joke is on mrs Ashley and the black lady who thinks its funny. If you want to survive in this town as a business do not hire locally they only want a pay check. I. A local guide with over 2500 reviews that matters. This place is horrible I hope someone sees this and get in touch with me from corporate office. This business probably wont survive another year. Just wait and see
Server wasnt that concerned about the tables that she had open that were still eating their food more concerned on shadowing another worker that I know has been there long enough to know how to take orders the cook I have to rate Five Stars she can cook an up egg excellent I even tip the girl but my server I feel neglected the tables that she had opened I felt not as important as taking someone elses order then closing my table out instead I had to wave my hand to get her attention we had been sitting there five to seven minutes without anything to drink I had to wave my hand to get her attention I dont feel that that was attentive enough for her as a server Im sorry but I had to write her service A3 whereas the cook totally awesome great attitude and I wasnt the only one that chip to cook tonight I feel that the server needs to take a different approach with her customers and her tips would increase highly but its like other than the server everything else was fine

I have been a weekly patron with my family. And tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at any waffle house in the state... Teresa was a horrible waitress, took almost 10min for our drink order. Then forgot what one of our drinks were and my wife waited 20min to even have her drink on the table. She forgot part of the order and had to eat all of the meal before the other part came. The phones were never answered one time in the 45min we were here. As other people came in she repeatedly told them itll be awhile as you can see Im the only one here. Understandable. But the tone in which she has talked has been rude and uncaring. One more bad experience like this and ill not return..
The food was great. The service at this Waffle House is always superior.I would be remiss if I didnt mention that they have the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen outside of a VA health care facility. Certainly not what one expects to find in a diner.Tip your waitress!

Fantastic food, great service, and nice people. I personally know a few people who work here and they are nice and very respectful. Except for one worker, think her name started with a L. She was incredibly rude to me, and almost yelled. But other than that the place is amazing, and I highly recommend it to all who stop by.

The waffle house was the nastiest place that I have ever been in. There was only one customer there besides me. The employees were acting more like it was there own party place. There were gloves on the floor and trash as well. My waitress was nice that is the only way that I am giving this place one star. Before I left some other customers came in and then the staff was yelling across the restaurant to have a conversation with these customers . The Waffle house needs to get their Stuff Together.
I was there yesterday evening with my mother in law. We both ordered a bowl of chili and I had an original hamburger and we both had a cup of decaf. Our waitress was very friendly. The reason for the one star is because on taking a bite of my chili I found it was barely even warm and my mom said the same with hers. The waitress told the cook and said she would get us another bowl. The cook in turn told her to get a boiler and poured both our chili into it and he heated it and split it up between the bowls again. WOW! When I said Sony about it the waitress said at least it’s hot now. I was dumbfounded and for this it was $14.
This was probably the best Waffle House my husband and I have eaten at. The food was perfect. Cooked just the way we ordered,We got it really fast and The service was great! The rest room was very clean.
They are never the same price! One day a Waffle and Hash browns are $5, the next $8. They add a fee or tip at their leisure. Basically they are thieves. They upsold a special and forgot to include the drink. Of course by the time I realize this, Im long gone. I love the food, but I cant stand their business practices, because this is standard for them at almost every location.
All the staff did was argue and cuss. The female employee with black and blue hair is the rudest. And how she spoke to other employees is outrageous.
Love the Barnesville, Ga. Waffle House. Has the best district manager ever. Tyler is always friendly, smiling, and helping out the cooks and waitresses. The waitresses are very nice, very efficient, and personable without being too intrusive. The cooks know what they are doing, the food comes out exactly as it should, hot, and delicious.

We walked in and there was food everywhere on the ground. Me and my friend are young girls and there were two very creepy workers that kept talking to us and asking us where we lived and how old we were. My food came out 40 minutes later. The bacon was burnt and my eggs were raw. Would not recommend.

Very fast service. That was amazing considering that both times Ive been here, it was crazy busy! The staff is so friendly it feels like u know them. Food is simple good food. Shout out to ReeRee. Our favorite cook!Sooooo.....been here 4 times now. The LAST & I mean LAST time.......was absolutely horrible. Not the staff. They were their usual friendly selves. The porkchops were awful!! I took 2 bites and was afraid I was going to be sick. Ugh

I have travelled coast to coast within the past eight months, and I found the at WH 2121 is the best (in my opinion) in the nation. Mr. Brandon, Mr. Dennis, Mrs. Angelina and there wonderful & lovely family, My Jason and his (soon) wife to be, Ms. Pumpkin, Ms. May, Mrs Tracy, and a special mention to Ms. Mariea, and all of the 7:00 am shift staff are the most wonderful people that I have ever met in my 67 years of life. If you are ever in in Barnesville, Ga. and want the absolute best cup of Coffee and Southern Hospitality please stop inn and say Hello. I guarantee you; will not be disappointed!!!!!!!!!!!! (Smile).

This is how a Waffle House should operate. The staff here is friendly and kind, Ive seen their work first hand and have heard stories that didnt surprise me despite how nice the stories sounded, because I knew already that this customer service staff is awesome. Nothing mind blowing about the food here or anything it is just typical Waffle House food that comes out quick. Not once have I had to ask for a refill or needed to flag down my server, they refilled whenever they noticed I was nearing empty and checked in often enough that if I had a question/need they werent long in getting to me to make sure it was taken care of. The Huddle House next door desperately needs to learn from this Waffle House or risk losing all of their business to it. The only downside here is the selection is a bit smaller than at Huddle House and every time Ive ordered eggs medium-well I get them runnier than if I said sunny side up. If you are particularly fiscally inclined I recommend asking to see a full menu so you can see the various $1,2,3,4,5 options. You can also almost never go wrong with hashbrowns All the Way. Overall a great place for breakfast or just coffee and conversation (even with the staff!).
Bacon cheese steak sandwich on Texas toast was so good. Waitress was friendly and really attentive to our needs. And of course you have to have a waffle, that was cooked perfectly.

They allow all the black people to sit at the hightop tables while they wait on their to go orders while the people that want to dine in have to sit and wait buy the door. NEWS FLASH! seats by the door are for the people ordering to go..The main reason they order to go is because they dont want to tip

Took more time sending food back and getting cold hashbrowns,a cold steak, than eating. The server was rude even when I gave her the tip. No thanks or anything acknowledging me other than taking the money.

2022-05-22Actually this Waffle House had better service than all the other restaurants weve tried in the last 6 months (which is only about 6-8 b/c we mostly eat at home). The servers were extremely friendly and checked on us every 5-10 minutes to see if we needed anything. Our food was hot and cooked to order, and she refilled my daughters drink at halfway. Thank yall for a good experience.

2022-07-01This is the best Waffle House I have ever been in. It wasnt freezing cold, #1 with me. The entire crew worked so well together, like a well oiled machine. No one was screaming orders. Our food came out quickly, was cooked perfect and the order was right. The waitresses were friendly. I hope this crew is still there when we go back through Barnesville. If I were Corporate WH, I would use this crew for training other crews on team work and give them a raise! We were there 6/30/22 around 12:30 for lunch.

2022-04-16We sat down at the low bar for 10 minutes the young man waiter never even acknowledged that we were sitting there, not a good morning or someone will take your order shortly he just acted like we werent even there. We will never go there again. They use to have great service.

2022-02-26I’m giving them a 3 star only bc of the nasty attitude having waitress Kristin! Back home in Florida we’ve never walked into a Waffle House and not get greeted! Stood & waited to be for more then five minutes!!!! After we were seated Terry took GOOD care of us! I will visit again but not look forward to seeing the unpleasant look of Kristin!!!

2021-11-16They are thieves, I placed a to go order and the server took 8.00 dollars of of my card not only that but i went back to get the receipt they had no record or system record because someone deleted it. Please be wise about using your card here I have the record on my card and I have proof so if the owner is looking at this please contact me or respond I’m so serious about my funds and stealing. I don’t like people playing mind games on me.
