Ms. Donna and Ms. PJ are simply the best waitresses! They always make you feel right at home. This Waffle House is my go to! The food and the staff are great! Keep up the excellent work crew!
Had not been in years and my waffle was good. Seems smaller than I remember.
My husband who is very picky and demanding, placed his order at this location and no matter how much he irritates me with his demands, the staff fulfilled his order just as he requested with no reservations. His waffle was well done, and his grits in a bowl!! The staff was very professional and accommodating. This store has definitely become his store of choice.
I did not check my order before leaving and thats my fault. Two of the three werent the correct entrees.Other than that, staff was friendly, especially considering the shortage.
Both the Salesperson and the Cook were friendly. Had a Texas cheese steak(with grilled onions, of course) melt plate (of hash browns) capped (with grilled cubes of ham.)Followed by a dark(cooked an extra couple of minutes) pecan waffle with butter and maple syrup and a fresh cup of black coffee.It hit the spot.

Surprised at how efficient this one was. And clean also. I ordered a waffle to start BEFORE my meal and it actually came out that way. Very fast and good quality. Theres another Waffle House down Pleasant Hill a mile away that should send some employees up to learn a thing or two.

Went about 9am specifically told the cook no dark waffle. We ordered two to go one was dark didn’t realize it till I left. The first bite of my eggs i bit a big shell. The coffee was nasty. I know the place has not been open long. But that was ridiculous. Never will return my family lives around corner.
The waiter who attended us was by far the best.I feel bad for not remembering his name.But he was white, kinda tall, brown hair and a little chubby (no offense)But he was one of the best waiters ever.He made the experience I had with my girlfriend and her family amazing.He shows effort in getting to know customers and getting a smile.I wish him the best and keep up the fantastic work!!!
I just did a basic to go order and the server who served me (PJ I believe) was incredibly sweet. I think I came in right at shift change but I was in and out in 5 minutes.
Ordered steak and eggs. They forgot to bring my coffee then brought my eggs and hashbrowns. They forgot to cook my steak. I asked for the steak later but they still didnt bring it. They brought the check and called the police on me when I told them that I was not paying. I thought that they were getting a manager. When I found out that they called the police I told them I will just pay for the sides but they would not take my money. They just wanted me to be talked to by the police so they could get a thrill out of it. They were so proud of themselves. Absolutely no accountability or apology for there screwups. I will never be back. I bet they will love to hear this but my neighbor was with me and he is going to speak to some corporate waffle house people that he knows personally.
Since all the waffle houses have been closed because of the Coronavirus.. I was very pleased that this Waffle House decided to feed me and my family after weve been turned away by two waffle houses that said they were closed.. surprisingly both waitresses were super nice in the food was amazing the cook took his time and add it all the special perks we ask for I was very satisfied with my visit I will definitely be back
My husband and I stopped at this Waffle House this morning after his doctor appointment. We began to have a conversation with the wait staff and then the cook. All of them were so very friendly, personable and funny. And the food was the best Waffle House food we had ever had. We had a great meal and fun conversation and entertainment. They included all the customers in on the fun. We will be back for sure when passing through again. This crew had us talking about them and smiling for the rest of the day. Thanks !!
I’ve had wonderful experiences here in the past but with the new staff, not so much. I just left this establishment with a to go order and the woman at the register did not listen to a word i was saying. The machine said my card was declined, which I know was incorrect so I checked my bank account and it said that waffle house took the money so I showed the woman my phone. She still did not listen. Another employee come over and helped out, which I appreciated but the woman was still trying to get me to pay again when they already took money out of my bank. I did still get my food but when I got home I realized, my waffle did not have chocolate chips.
My texas cheesesteak is then only reason it gets 3 instead of 2. Atmosphere isnt what i expect at waho. Nothing special here...no pulse..🩺🤍🤔
Omg i ordered a triple chz urge and a double chz burger and they gave me two single with 3 pieces of cheese and two pieces on The other, there phones dont work and they had a major problem and attitude when. I drove back with the wrong plates
Glad to be able to write a good review. Service was acceptable but the quality of the food was amazing tonight. If it was like this every time Id never leave. The cook that was there on 7-9-2017 around 10 pm hats off man. I really enjoyed my menu selections. Thank you
Upon arrival, the cook immediately greeted me. He overheard my order and immediately washed his hands. He prepared my meal to perfection! This is the best service I’ve received in a long while!
Ive almost never had a problem at this waffle house in fact anytime I have they fixed it immediately the staff is very nice and funny and work very hard.
I drove to get a small pick up order and realized I forgot my wallet at the register. The cook said dont worry about it and pointed at my US Marine tat and said thank you for your service. Hoorah

Clean establishment. Seems to be one of the newer WHs based on the interior styling. Nice staff and FULLY staffed, too. What more can you say about waffle house food? Seems similar across the board. Hits the spot.
If 0 stars were an option they would receive it. My server was Chloe, avoid her station at all costs! Seriously! Save yourself the headache. Go home n cook dinner yourself. I dont care how bad your day was, you dont want the wrong dinner delivered cold! Its not worth it!
Second time going here... same waitress/order taker. She has zero people skills. It wasnt busy at all &Everyone just stared at me when I came in but never said hello however The supervisor greeted the lady who came in after me and she didnt look like me.The waitress/server put my bill on counter. Never said one word...never verbalized my total. Just stood there.I will not be patronizing that place again.

We go to Waffle House fairly frequently. This particular one is a favorite. The staff always treats us very well. I did not catch our waitress name today, but she was particularly pleasant.

Ms. Patrica was nice the restaurant was busy food at first was good. I noted a ton of sanitation issues, my family and I lost our appetite a few minutes after receiving our food. We paid, tipped and left we wont be back.
Its a hit or miss on who is working butIv been here a few times and order the same thing. The price changes every time I am here... I think they just make up prices. I also had a less than to be desired quality of food on a staple item. I come here only for convenience.
Im only putting a one star because you need to put a star to give a review. This is the worst service. We arrived and there was a couple tables not cleaned so dirty so we waited in te waiting area until we can sit down. They pretended we werent even there!! They kept doing anything else but cleaning a table to sit. One waitress started to fix the things in her purse right infront of us like if there was nothing to do. We got up and left.
Horrible service in my opinion! First time I tried to place an order for pick up they said they were out of gloves and couldnt take my order (unheard of for a restaurant). This time I was put on hold for 15 minutes! All the while listening to the waitress arguing with a customer!! I work in a restaurant as well and the customer on the phone is just as important as the one in front of you and you NEVER argue with a customer! Will definitely be going to a different location from now on.
The staff was polite and always made sure that you had everything that you needed. The cook, good personality, a great cook, and really good food 😁👍
The food is great! The staff that work there are always having fun and cooperate with one another. It was a great experience for me and my mother. The staff also make sure that everything is going well, and that there are no problems!
Burger was burnt, and I hate that the kitchen is so close it sounds like the staff is sitting at my table with how loud they are. BUT, theyre not called the *Good Food Quiet House , and the waffles are pretty good, so if you only came here for the waffles, you wont be disappointed.
This particular WH was horrible. The waitress complained the entire time all the while forgetting to bring our food. We were served alacart. In other words. We got eggs first, then waffles, then coffee, then steak, etc. Wont go to that one again.
Ive been here a couple of times and although the place can get busy, the staff do stay working and try to do their best to take care of everyone. Ive enjoyed coming here and will continue to do so. Regardless of what others say, the staff are doing great and the food is delicious. No place is perfect.

Rude lousy service from waitresses and cook. The waitress left us sitting at the counter for ten minutes since we were ordering to go before looking at me and sighing and saying oh as if it were inconvenient to serve me. The cook shouted loudly about how ridiculous my order was because I dont get the bread on it. My sister worked at this location for a very long time but obviously it has suffered over time. I will never eat here again.
I give them 3 stars because the cook saved them the waitress was horrible. No communication skills terrible customer service. The cook took our order from the grill and served our food.

Friendly staff. Their BLT is always perfectly executed. Blows my mind how fast, efficient, consistent the waffle house machine is, despite crowd size.
No coke, no orange juice, no tomato wow!!! And i saw 5 customers leave because the waiter was talking on her phone and didnt care about attending the customers when her shift started. So i was glad o got there before her shift started, because our waiter did a good job eather way all this things they ran out.

Ordered our food. I asked for grilled onions on the side because if I order the onions in my hashbrowns they just put them on top raw. Well must of them were still raw. Then I look at my hashbrowns and there is something shiny in them. They had put my hashbrowns on top of a packet of mayonnaise. Seriously you dont see a packet of mayonnaise on the plate when you put hashbrowns on the plate. And I didnt even order a sandwich. The service was bad and the food wasnt as good as we have had before. There was only two of us and we didnt order anything to complicated so I dont know how they could screw up our order so much.
I came here for breakfast with my kids and the food was not cook properly, the waffles was burned and the grits was not all the was cooked through. She charge me $11.23 for 1 waffle, sausage and drinks. Never again.

Very bad customer service went in there no other customers I order I pay then I wait no biggie I then pick it up and see the eggs were scrambled I ordered fried again no biggie so I tell them the cook then throws a fit and refuses to make then so while he’s throwing a fit the rest of my foods getting cold because he doesn’t feel like doing his job
The food is great. The wait time is good. However, my spoon wasnt so clean...although the waiter gave me a more clean spoon...I just cant stand going to a restraint with dirty silverware
The rule is if you like all the ingredients in something that you might like that something ..So i had the Hash browns all the way and loved it.. it was really hearty food!!

I love Waffle House but the service here is horrid. No one there has any true customer service experience and none care for customer satisfaction. This particular WH is one mile from my house but to avoid lousy service I travel to one that is twenty miles away. Avoid this Waffle House if it all possible.

This used to be my favorite location but it went down the hill on Tuesday July 3rd I was here ordered a diner my server came to tell me they didn’t have ranch dressing so I said ok bring me Italian then he came back to tell me they didn’t have salad, today Sunday 8th I am here again they took a while to come to my table they brought my food no toast they brought me a steak knife but not silverware on my table I told Azaria about it but after a few minutes of my food getting cold nobody brought silverware At this point I was very angry so I stood up and Asked them if I was suppose to eat with my fingers then I heard the comments between them about me having an attitude, so poor management this was the best Waffle House for us but I do not think we are coming here anymore is just so sad to see it love it is now it was nasty and the service was the worse ever.
Great waffle house though they were swamped and in between shifts I was taken care of quickly my order was fufilled nicely and it was an overall good experience. Special thanks to my new friend Jimmy the cook.

As long as your heading West, its easy to get in. The concrete median kills the East-bounders. Good ol grub. Great tea. BUT THERES NO ICE CREAM FOR THE PIE. And if i have to hear Lynyrd Skynyrd on that damn juke box one more time...

2022-06-16Honestly, it was such a pleasure to visit this Waffle House at 1:00 a.m. in the morning. Just one of a few Waffle Houses they still allowed dining, the food was spectacular I even switched it up and got some hash browns instead of my usual grit bowl lol. They will kind of busy but I didnt mind to wait, the service was overall very good no complaints whatsoever, well I will say this there was a drunk guy that just kept going on and on talking derogative but that still didnt take away from me ordering my food and eating there I will still go there on my lunch break and eat.

2022-07-12Where do I begin!! This was by far the BEST Waffle House experience I have ever had! Everyone was exceptional in their customer service, food prep, and clean up. It was AMAZING!!Dee, the manager, did a fantastic job being aware of waiting customers, maintaining order and managing her young crew with respect and positive encouragement. Everyone seemed concerned about getting orders prepared and out to customers in a timely manner.As we waited for our order we had the pleasure of observing servers - Josh, Stef and Amy in action. They were on point!! And the cooks!! AMAZING!! - props to Tevin, Janiyah and Asia. They were efficient in getting orders beautifully prepared in close quarters! Henry, the door greeter was very pleasant and when he wasn’t greeting, he was cleaning!There was quite a rush of to-go orders along with seated guests, and let me just say, this place ran like a well oiled machine! So nice to see so many young people working well together and independently! They did not skip a beat! When the rush ended, everyone got busy restocking, tidying up, washing dishes preparing for the next rush! I never saw anyone on their phones, or shooting the breeze when things needed to be done.The food we DELICIOUS!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! They deserve at least that. This will be our Waffle House “go to” for the foreseeable future. Great job!!

2022-07-04Unfortunately, my husband and I just left this Waffle House due to the horrible attitude we encountered at the door. Im currently sitting at IHop, along with 3 other groups that came and left this Waffle House for the same reason. Collectively, thats a total of 14 people that Waffle House lost in 10 minutes. When greeted, the waitress said are you making a to go order. I said no, we would like to dine in. Then she said well that aide is closed and Im the only server. So we said ok. She walked away and started helping a table. We flagged her back and said, we will just place a to go order (with the impress that she was overwhelmed). She responded with....thats going to take a long time so yall gone be waiting a while. My husband asked if we could put in the order anyway. She said yes and took our order but never went to put it in. The next group sat down and she told them, that section was closed. But it was the same section she told us we could sit in. From there, her comments got rude and she began to roll her eyes at all of us. We told her not to worry about our order and she rolled her eyes again. Everyone just left because of her conversation with us.

2022-02-13Okay side note, PJ is the most amazing server ever. On the other hand this time coming here there is an older gentleman cook (he wore a red hat) who worked and was so verbally abusive to his staff. Slamming things and cursing with the whole place filled with people and children. Our waitress was very nice and took our orders right away but somehow was still being yelled at by this man. At one point he asked her if she was dead because she wasn’t going fast enough. So uh I guess if you see him cooking beware. If PJ is in you’re all good.

2018-03-16It was ok but my eggs were overcooked. It doesnt mix well whmith the hashbrowns when the egg is too done. The waitress was really nice and calling the order in was simple, so other than the overcooked eggs, I had no complaints.

2021-12-26Theyre extremely short staffed so be patient. Not taking call in orders. You have to go inside. Expect to wait maybe 30 minutes before putting in your takeout order. Then wait for it. The staff are doing the best they can so please be patient.

2021-07-10Georgia waffle houses are so much nicer and better than the ones in Orlando! I didnt expect the quality of service I got and the friendliness of the staff. We really enjoyed our food, but the service was what stood out the most... Orlando waffle houses are filled with unhappy employees who hate their job and it shows so we seldom visit one. But in Gwinnett county, GA there are so many of these restaurants on every corner and we decided to check it out and Im so happy we did!
