It was nice. Food and service was great. Our server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Epic, we showed up late, but they took care of us. Food was amazing! We are from Texas, i promised my wife a great waffle house experience.... we went to one in dawsonville.... it was horrible. This was the waffle house i remember from my Marine Corps days. Amazing staff, amazing food, my wife got her first real waffle house experience and it was amazing.... i tried to help clean up, but they would not let me

I stood and waited for over 15mins for someone to just acknowledge me at least say hi or Ill get with you in amount and NOBODY did! Once someone came to help take my order the white lady with the pony tail and mole under her eye got an attitude and literally walked away because I questioned her suggestion for what I wanted to order. Horrible service!

Stopped in for breakfast today around 9:45. After getting my food I noticed a female cook with dreaded hair, take her glove off, pick her nose then put it back on. A few minutes later, she removed her cap and scratched her head and continued to prepare plates without washing her hands. Some family members have been trying to convince me to stop eating at WH, and I wont listen to them. This situation might get me to stop eating here ever again. DISGUSTED!!!

So...all good things must come to an end. Weve been traveling ALL DAY. Didnt eat the yucky food on our flight. Havent eaten since 9am Vegas time. Stop at Waffle House because its late and were STARVING. It took the lazy waiter - who took our order TWICE- 15 minutes to put the order in. Is it super busy at the Waffle House at this moment in time, you ask?...Im gonna go with NO.
Who doesnt love waffle house!! From all the ones ive been to, this one is my favorite. The workers are very polite, the food is cooked to perfection, and the place is cleaner than most.

Went to order a to go this morning at 4:20am and was told that they are closed due to short staffed and need to clean up until 6am. Lol they need a whole 1hr and a half to clean up oh and they “shut everything down 30mins before I came” so that’s what 2 hrs. This was said to me by a light skin tall woman with a really bad attitude mind you there were 5 people there. I’ve been to Waffle House any time of the day and never heard of Waffle House being closed when ever an employee says it even during the pandemic when it hit bad. I asked her is that with all Waffle House she said yes.So I went to the Waffle House on Jimmy carter I promise you there were 4 people working less than the last one and still took my order. I’m just saying if you can’t handle the pressure of fast food sit at home like millions of Americans and collect unemployment checks and give that job to someone that needs it

Terrible experience. Brought my girlfriend and her daughter to experience Waffle House for their first time. We walked to the counter to get seated and the waitress dropped a sign in front of me that says take out only and said theyre not seating anyone at this time. I looked and there were three other groups, all eating... I asked what about them and was told the restaurant is now take out only. I asked about the other groups and the waitress asked what dont I understand about take out only. It was embarrassing to be talked to that way in front of everyone like that! We will not be back

My food is good. The lady that was cooking was not wearing a mask. She had it on her chin. She sneezed over the container that holds the condiments such as lettuce etc then she dropped a bag of biscuits on the floor then opened them and proceeded to make a gravy biscuit. She was also talking bad about the waitress that was there who offered me great service. She was the only server there doing the best she could
I am in love!! The server took my order, cooked my BACON PERFECTLY AS I ORDERED IT SPECIFICALLY DONE A CERTAIN WAY! IT WAS VERY DELICIOUS ALL THE WAY TO THE WAFFLE (SUPERSTAR*!)It looked deserted when we arrived. I only saw one girl in there wiping and stocking tables. We went in and asked if we could fine in!? No butter, no syrup, no salt no pepper, no jelly no silverware was placed in my bag. The food was disgusting but I had to eat it because of my medication ( not to mention the price). Only reason Im giving two stars is because the waitress was pleasant cant say the same about the cook tho. I came here because McDonalds was only taking cash payments. Next time Ill just buy a bag of chips or something from the qt across the street.
Ive been to this location twice. The first time, we had a waitress named Michelle and she was as nice as could be. The second time, we had Wanda and shes a hoot! I asked them for extra done bacon, almost burnt, and the cooks delivered on that request perfectly both times. The coffee was good and strong.They have heavy plastic dividers between each booth.Its extremely loud during busy times!
4 employees & the place has 1 customer. Yet, I still managed to stand there 15 minutes in front of the register waiting to place a to go order. The staff were walking around arguing about what time they came in & how over worked they are. Still no one took my order. Its not busy whats the problem? The employees are very combative with each other as well as the customers. Completely failed & I will be contacting corporate.
Excellent service as always and the experience was great. Seated within expected waiting time, it was a busy Sunday morning. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Delicious food served how it was ordered quicky and efficiently. No better place for a 2-3 coffee cup breakfast in Norcross.
Great customer service. The cook, took my order over the phone, fixed my order, tasted the milk to make sure it wasnt spoiled, and washed her hands to take my money. Excellent, excellent, customer service!! If I could find my receipt I would put her name here. She had an oriental look. She was great

Every time I go to this location I always have problems with my order being wrong. For months I stopped going to ALL Waffle Houses because of this place. Tonight so decided to give them another opportunity and yet again they messed up my order and instead of apologizing the young looked at me like I was causing an inconvenience to her. Their customer service is horrible. I will be contacting corporate.
The waitress was alittle unorganized in her duties I believe with a little bit more training under her belt and alot more organizational skills she turn out to be a good waitress now as far as the cook goes she was very good at her.time wise she got our meal out in a. Flash but the quality of her work was cooked to well she needs more training in listening to her waitress on what and how the order is to be cooked otherwise she did fine.. Cleanliness is a must when you are working in a restaurant and this one really needed it mostly the used tables werent clean and it seemed like the waitress really didnt want to work much but she needs the money but then again she was very young so who really knows the answer. That is why I give the grade I did..
This location is exceptional. Most waffle houses have friendly staff and quick consistent food. Our server was above and beyond, the food was delicious. And the water and coffee were great (I usually find that water at waffle houses has this sort of off flavor, maybe due to the detergent used to clean the dishes? Not sure, but up until going to this location, every waffle house Ive been to has the same off flavor to the water). This particular waffle house has clean tasting water. Good food. Very good service.

It was better than expected. Ive been to other waffle Houses around the area and unfortunately the experience has not been the best.This one was just outstanding. The food was great, the atention was amazing. They all said hi with a smile on their faces wich sometimes is worth more than the food itself when you go a place like this.

I walked in here and the server yawned in my face and then took our order. Extremely unprofessional establishment. This waffle house a sad excuse for a restaurant next time im going down to IHOP where im treated like a paying customer and not a clown.
Our waitress Charlene was the most FRIENDLY and exceptionally personal waitress weve ever had. She was very attentive and delivered our food (thanks to the COOK who prepared everything to our exact requirements!) along with all the condiments we needed in record time! We will most certainly be back and will ask for our favorite server Miss Charlene ( although Im sure all the other servers will be just as sufficient. We were so pleased that we left her at least a $20.00 tip! GLADLY! Highly recommend this very clean and welcoming Waffle House on Indian Trail Rd.!!! Glenda Brumbalow.
Today I had the worst experience at this location. I think its time to retrain certain servers. August 2,2018 1140am - 12:59pm (yeah we waited more than a hour here waiting on food and service)Havent been back to this waffle house since my previous review even though its 3 minutes down the street. Ever since they let go of good servers and change management, their quality has not been great. Yet we decided to go today 2/20 and wow I know waffle house is meant to have greasy food but my sandwich was literally swimming in oil.
Perhaps the best Waffle House Ive been to. Well run and the food was prepared perfectly. Ive favorited this location on my Google maps.
No complaints about this location. It gets really busy on Sundays and theres usually a wait to be seated if you dont arrive before 8/9 am. There are dividers between the booths due to covid, but nothing else has changed.
Food is good, but I order the same thing every time I come and it’s always a different price depending on who is writing down the order. I feel like half the time they are guessing and don’t know the actual prices. I will find another one down the road and hope they have better service.
Our food came quickly, our waitress was amazing. She anticipated our needs without being over bearing. Her name was Michelle (I think?). The restaurant was clean. Overall, 5 stars.

Horrible service from waitress. This is honestly first time that service was so poor at this location. Was no crowd of course due to covid so literally was no excuse why food came late, got drinks no straws, had to ask another waitress for those. No napkins, and then when we were done eating she brings out Waffle with attitude.
Ahhh argument between the server and a customer make a lot of tension while a was eating, 😡 then my server forget to bring the sausage, for been watching the show, the cooker was overwhelmed trying to control the situation and visible frustrated... Bad experience. None want to go out to eat and pay for extreme tension time.. the server said low and clear that she have the right to denied to serve anyone 🙄..Overall food was good just poor services. And very dirty.
The food was great and the service was even better. Our server was Alayna. She was so polite and gave better service than we recieved at some high end restaurants. We will definitely be back again.
Love this Waffle House! We always order double hashbrowns w/double mushrooms,onions& ham. The hashbrowns are always overnight and thats exactly what we get! Oh yea, my husband likes to show me up by ordering 2 fried eggs & bacon. Our waitress and the cook are superb at their jobs and know exactly what we want. I must get their names on our next visit as a sign of respect which is what they deliver (he,ha) to us on our every visit! Our closest Waffle House closed so we tried a place that was new to us today. I will say that its brighter, looks cleaner, and the food was nice and hot when it got there. But two things stood out, and one isnt affecting their rating (...yet). The first is that the waffles themselves were more mushy than fluffy, but the flavor is there and the second is that theres no hot chocolate. I dont know if thats exclusive to this location or if all WHs are no longer serving it. In the case of the latter, I wont hold it against the store. What I did hold against then was that my order was wrong even after going over it twice (it wasnt a busy time either and the waitress took her time without having to rush), and the food just wasnt that good ol help me I have a hangover and Im dying flavor. It wasnt bad by any means, but it also didnt seem like WH in some of their signature ways.
Horrible service only one other person there when we walked in. The manager/cook and one server sat at the low bar talking on the phone and eating for the first ten minutes we were there. The phone was ringing off the wall and no one would get up and answer it. Granted this was the third waffle house we had been too, walked out of the first two because apparently corporate thinks having one server and a cook during the week is sufficient. IT IS NOT! It was the same at this Waffle House one server one cook but these two were some kind of lazy on top of being understaffed.
They cannot keep track of orders properly. Everytime I order a large grits with sausage they give me a small bowl. Ive let it slide multiple times but they just dont seem to really care
When you are out late and nothing else is open there is always a Waffle House open somewhere. You can usually get served fast with something hot when you are hungry. I worked all day and most of the night. I was tired and hungry and Waffle House took care of me and I was on my way.
My family and I call this our waffle house, the night shift its always very nice, and they greet us with smiles, me and my wife even came one night without the kids and the waitress said where were our kids...just tought that was nice they remember us. On the other side the the afternoon shift...thats another story...granted they were busy..but 30 min without even a hello and none to take the order?...unacceptable... I wouldnt mind the wait but just acknowledge me that Im there...at least...other wise it would had been a 5 star...
Waited until after I ordered to refuse me service and said they were understaffed. There were 2 employees and neither of them was cooking or waiting on anyone else at the time.
Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Wait time was zero. We got there just in time to get the last opened booth. Its clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
My bf takes us here all the time. Never a problem, just dirty cups.And on occasions, dirty forks. But I think thats every waffle House lol. If you are a clean freak like me, get plastic forks and foam cups.
As usual, Waffle House was a pleasant experience in dining. The server friendly and quick. Everything we ordered was correct and served hot and fresh.
Wednesday February 19th 10:26 p.m. the chef on-duty is the absolute best!!! I think her name is something that starts with the Y ... I think.... 10 Stars! The young man working the same shift also very nice 10 Stars! I will return.
Got some food to go and they weren’t busy so they rushed through my order. Got it completely wrong and the eggs weren’t done all the way. Gave me the wrong waffle and eggs. Not satisfied with this visit and will never eat to go here again.
Great service here everytime I come. The cook is always a rockstar and the servers are great. I only come late at night though lol
Worst cooks ever. Order biscuits and gravy and they said we didnt put the gravy on there because is not hot. And they messed everyones order. The waitress did her job but the cooks didnt they suck. Night shift on a Friday.
Booooooo there was no one inside and it took us an hour to get in and out. Our poor server was new but halfway through our hashbrown bowls we had to reminder her we ordered waffles. My cheese steak waffle bowl looked like shards of meat trimmings extra brown. I cannot.....

The food was fresh. Staff was so friendly & helpful. Tried to get me to try apple crumbled waffle wasnt sure so they put it on a small piece for me to try. Which was excellent. Fresh cook just right.
Went there today i oder my food to go and never got my food after i waited more than 30 minutes just for a simple order for one.... meanwhile 6 more people got service .... i left and i wasnt even hungry anymore👎

This was amazing. The business had a 100 rating and Michelle was extremely attentive. We were on our way to Athens and she had us in and out without feeling rushed in no time.

The place was awful . the Cook refused to cook our food because she was geting off in 15 mins. This is not the first time weve been there and they did this that was on may 22 2018 and this morning was just as bad . they were rude and didnt give us all our food . refused to even give it even after we paid . akalnost 20$ to eat. If I coukd you would get 0 sstars. U have lost loyal customers and Ill let pppl know about this store and how to avoid itlit. Never before have we ever been treated so rudely . its awful and I do not recomened anyone to eat there .
Great price, great service, meals prepared so quickly. Everyone was working so hard coodos to the management and all the hard working employees there. Manger greeted us with a warm friendly smile and opened the door for is too.
The people here were very friendly the food is just ok but Im not a big fan of Waffle House. One thing that did annoy me was that I had to go through several drink choices before settling for just water because I guess their drinks are made from concentrate, they would not pleasing to me.

This is a great location, we go here all the time. Staff are fantastic, food is consistent, cleaner location than most and short wait times, experienced cooks and staff.
Usually Fast service , but order almost always comes with something missing , i.e no bacon , a single instead of double hasbrown , a few times missing the entire meal.
Ordered: steak and eggs and grits my daughter ordered cheese steak sandwiches no bacon double meat my food came I didnt order cheese on my hash browns but there was a slice of cheese slapped on there and two slices that I also didnt order slapped on top of a cold bowl of undercooked grits that was hard and lumpy we didnt get the water we asked for my daughters food came with the bacon she asked not be put on her food we dont eat pork my daughter sends it back and the cook brings it back asking if she was allergic to bacon we repeated again we dont eat pork and again he was like but are you allergic cause he simply took the bacon off and was very loud and indignant as was like so I really have to make a new one my daughter said Im not eating that he took it and gave it free to a man sitting there and him and the waitresses was loudly arguing about the situation I refused to eat the grits while waiting on my daughters new sandwiches I look around and noticed for the first time how FILTHY this store was there was food trash and utensils all on the floor the waffle area was so disgusting and overflowing with dripping mix the place was dirty I get up walk out my daughter was so mad I was disgusted felt ill ....the food never even digested I three it all up I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN the food was terrible the place was filthy and the customer service was terrible I love waffle House but after this Im done not just this location but all waffle House locations behind this smh

Came in at 2:15pm, there were only 2 other tables and they were done & ready to leave. The server saw us walk in & we sat down, 25 minutes passed & he didn’t even come over.
Loved this place the best waffle house ive ever been to especially in the morning on weekends super busy and full we get seated within 5 min even when we need a table for four after being seated our order is taken right away and our food is already brought to us like almost instantly me and my family always chooses this WH over all simply because service is outstanding and most importantly the food is perfect from the taste to the accuracy of how we want it im not picky but my family is and we always leave with our stomach super full and most importantly oversatisfied thank u WH indian trail keep up the great food and service
Everything went great except the part when they tried to fit my family of 3 in a table of 1. They got bothered by our request of switching tables after they clean it.
When a roach greets you as you are paying your bill at the register, thats my limit. Sad thing is my son and I eat there at least once a week.

The Waffle House on Pleasantdale and Brett Road the service here is phenomenal the cook oh my God I ate everything on my plate and that is extremely rare thats how good it was great customer service incoming from in an 28 and a half year veteran now retired thats pretty good the service is awesome

Horrible. Ordered the Patty Melt and hash browns with cheese. Patty melt tasted old and hard .Hash browns were not fully cooked and they put cheese literally on one corner of it . Horrible service as well. Will not be returning.

Be careful ordering to-go during the afternoon/evening shift (late night/morning shift = excellent). Sometimes they decide theyre just not taking orders and just let the phone ring.

2022-06-29The young lady on the grill tonight made my chicken melt hash brown bowl perfectly. HOWEVER I got a side of pickles and it had a raw pice of chicken in it. I better not get sick. I’ll be calling someone about this.

2021-12-02Im usually there after work, early morning hours. The staff is fantastic! They work together great and still have fun. I wish they could go back to 24 hours, but I understand the reasoning of the brief closing.

2022-04-03Went later at night around 12:30 am and I got an all star with grits. The grits were really gressy and my waffle wasnt cooked all the way. The only good things I got were my eggs and toast. My gf got a hashbrown bowl it wasnt the worse. She also got a chocolate chip waffle with just chocolate chips on top not it the waffle. The chocolate milk tasted like it had soup from them cleaning the glasses. The watier we had was high as a kite. Will never go to this location again.

2021-12-18I love to go to Waffle House just for the waffles. BUT today I went to the one in Indian Trail and I loved their service! They were clean and quick. And all the staff were so nice. There was a little line so I thought it might take a while. It didn’t!!Love y’all, keep up the great service.

2017-12-05Typical waffle house, food is always good, staff is fast and efficient. Today food came a little sporadic but still good.Only problem I have with mist waffle houses are the runny grits. I dont understand why a southern food chain cant make thick grits, makes no sense to me.

2022-05-11This particular Waffle House was horribly under staffed. People getting served out of order as the staff could not handle the customers. The cook could not keep up with the in store orders due to numerous to-go orders she was doing. The Waffle House menu states at certain times they will stop to-go orders if they are too busy.

2022-01-08Waffle House is always good. A double waffle and some hashbrowns, I was good to go. And folks were trying the waitress, but she handled it well and still came to my table with a smile.
