Walgreens in other cities:
Incompetent and severely understaffed. These guys submitted one of my prescriptions to insurance twice, and when I arrived to pick it up, told me I had to pay retail because it had been picked up at another location. I got a refund for the overcharge after conferencing insurance and the pharmacy, but then their records showed they filled it twice. After a couple of days, thanks to finding a sincerely helpful pharmacist working there, I was finally able to get it straightened out, but this and other issues and their chronically long lines have wasted hours of my time.
This pharmacy is incredibly slow. Prepare to wait in the pharmacy line for atleast 30 minutes to pick up a prescription. Once you get to the window, expect a nasty attitude. I’ve been to Walgreens up and down the east-coast and this is by far the worst service I’ve experienced. I’m switching to home delivery to not deal with this anymore.
Scheduled a COVID vaccine appointment for 8:45pm (when I was off work and able to go in -- website was showing later appointments available as well) and got there 15 minutes before like the emailed instructions only to be turned away. They said they didnt have any more of the vaccine even though I had an appointment. They told me to come back tomorrow and just tell them we told you to come back.
Honestly, the worst and most inconsistent pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. The gross incompetence is so disturbing. These are life saving medications for me and the employees are so aloof in their knowledge. Anytime I have a question they make me feel like they are in a hurry and talking to me is a waste of their time. I had a question about insurance and the pharmacy technician reacted like they were totally clueless to what insurance was. Any further questioning and she would make me feel like I am the incompetent one. There was one lady that helped me who was very nice. I was in between insurance changes and the medicine I needed would have been $80 without insurance. She gave me a coupon. This is after several other pharmacy technicians had turned me away or hadnt even had the empathy to try to work something out with me. I am a regular customer so to have zero loyalty treatment is quite baffling and frustrating. I am currently looking for another place because this has honestly been God awful. Stay away if you possibly can. Your quality of life will improve significantly as soon as you stay away.
Went to leave a review to urge people to use another pharmacy and see that others have had the same problem. I go to pharmacy, they are not friendly in the least bit. They tell me they accepted my insurance and that i can pick it up in two hours. An hour later i get a text that they need my insurance information. I have been on hold for over an hour and now they are on lunch break. Id love to go somewhere else but they have my prescription.
I hope the problem that the HEAD PHARMACIST created which cost me a day of work and $100 in gas, came from the FACT that there are 31 days in may. I was there on the third and they said the first of June would be 28 days...I ASSUME she know today e was s the last day of the month BUT THERE ARE 31 days.... THANKFULLY W is such an AWESOME HUMAN. ALL of the young ladies and I get along so well and even the manager...WHOM has become nice ... UNTIL TODAY... CORPORATE HR PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE JUST LIKE WARNITRA. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PROFESSIONALISM Warnitra.
I had the worst experience in the pharmacy of walgreen. The pharmacist was super rude, spoke bad English which was hard to understand. She refused to help. This kind of person should not be in the pharmacy. We go to pharmacy because we are sick, and the pharmacists job is to give advice to us. But she didnt nothing, just made me feel even worse. At last I asked her name and told her I would call walgreen to complain her. She said her name is Thu.Besides this, its during pandemic. The other pharmacist (not Thu) didnt wear her mask when she worked and talked to the customers. She talks to many patients every day. Its dangerous for people to visit this pharmacy.
The customer service is sorely lacking. They are short and snippy in both the store area and pharmacy as if they would rather youd go shop somewhere else and quit bothering them. Ive actually been waiting standing in front of a cashier for her to ring me up but she was on the phone and her conversation with her friiend seemed to be much more important as she was deciding if she was going out later on that night or not.
Kiara at the pharmacy is incompetent. She does not know how to do her job. She does not know how to even read a screen. She said my prescription was not available, would not transfer it to the walgreens, and said it needed a refill and i needed to call my doctor. My doctor said it did not need a refill and that the pharmacist was incompetent. The other walgreens location said it was ready for PICKUP. Do not go to this walgreens. Absolutely the worst of the worst pharmacists. Someone please fire kiara she does not know how to work at a pharmacy.
My boyfriend and I went to this store late to get some stuff. This homeless person standing outside the Walgreens followed my BF into the store and kept asking him to buy cigarettes, lighters, and a gift card for him. My BF only ended up buying food for him, but the homeless person tried to sneak the lighters into my purchase (didn’t work). The night manager said that the homeless person had been around the store all day asking people for stuff, but the store didn’t do anything about it. Customer service was very cold too. Don’t go here at night unless you want homeless people following you.
I would give them 0 stars if possible. This is the absolute WORST PHARMACY! I have been on hold multiple times for over 15 minutes, i am currently on hold for 46 minutes. I cannot refill my prescription online because it says further action needed. This is ridiculous. I will never use this location again.
Wow I have never ever spoken with a more rude and nasty pharmacist in my life. She actually hung up on me. You’re in the business of helping sick people, if you don’t want to be there, do yourself and your company a favor and quit. I was simply calling to ask if my prescription had been faxed out to my normal pharmacy (Kroger-15 years) after finding out that my insurance doesn’t have a contract with Walgreens. The gentleman at the drive thru window who told me this (last night) was very polite and helpful. The woman on the phone today acted as if I were a spam caller to sell her Direct TV! I am still in shock over her words and behavior. Michelle maybe? I have never filled a prescription with anyone but Kroger to this day and that whole exchange just confirmed that I will not step into a Walgreens again. I recommend you avoid this particular location like your life depends on it.
I’m over Walgreens this week.First I scheduled a Flu shot using the app, for 8pm. When I get there they tell me that they stop giving flu shots at 6pm. So then why did the app let me schedule it for 8pm?And now they also want to scan your license to buy cigarettes. Maybe this is a new law? All I know is that we are in the middle of a pandemic and now they what me to hand over my DL to be scanned, creating yet another opportunity to get exposed to COVID.Additionally with all the DMV’s making it complicated to get an appointment, how is this going to affect things?Walgreens you are way over priced to be pulling such foolishness.
Called them to set up my insurance info after requesting to transfer a prescription from a different pharmacy. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes before talking to someone. Finally got it set up, and they told me itd be ready the next morning. Then I went in the next day and they didnt even have my prescription on file. This place is a joke, and I wish Id listened to reviews.
Swapped to this Walgreens because I moved nearby about 2 months ago. Ever since, it’s been impossible to get prescription questions answered, short of going there physically. I have tried calling at all different times of the day on multiple days, but give up after waiting on hold for 15 minutes each time. I’m in customer service so I understand being short staffed, but at least answer the phone and say that rather than having me sit here praying that someone will answer so I don’t have to make the trek over there.
Super sketchy Walgreens in general. Walked in and no one helped me. Stood and waited for 10 minutes, finally asked the lady at the front desk if she could help me. Finally someone comes and helps me find my photos only to realize that the photo Machine is broken and won’t be working for days. So I have now wasted 30 minutes of my time and have to figure out how to get the photos. Meanwhile the parking lot is so sketchy I think my car is going to be broken into the entire time. I never take the time to write a review, but this was really frustrating. Don’t go here.
I came in today 10/22/2020 5:32pm EST I have my packages redirected here after I can’t retrieve them from me residence. I have picked up over 15 packages within the last 3 months. Today the young lady short and chunky in statue had no clue what to do or where to get my package. All she needed was the doortag and or my last name but she insisted I needed a tracking number (never needed it all my pick ups before) overall. The photo area/ cash out area/ fedex area are all combined ... she literally took 5 ppl picking up pictures and cashed out 4 patrons being funny while I just stared at her doing NOTHING to help me. I spent 38 minutes in the store. The kind young guy tall with short twist (DeMarcus I think is his name) usually works the photo shop where the packages are held Found my packages in 15 seconds. I spoke to the manager with the brown contacts in her eyes and she was sympathetic but y’all have to do better
Staff at the pharmacy have always been very pleasant but after three refills someone FINALLY updated my insurance information. I would call the medicine in and when I came to pick it up at the time they designated I would have to prove insurance and wait thirty minutes to get my meds. It’s the same prescription. It’s the same insurance. Why was it not entered into the system? This delay has made me late to work twice now. So, friendly staff, terrible procedural habits.
I was very pleased with the service I recieved here today. The pharmacist on duty did a wonderful job. He was very helpful, attentive and kind to me. He really cares about the customers that come to this store. That makes a huge difference to anyone, and everyone in need. Thank you.
Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. The pharmacist will lie to directly to your face. Went to fill an RX for a Fed schedule class IV drug. According to the DEA this schedule is low for addiction. Presented a Good RX coupon and was told it was corporate policy not to take them. I challenged his statement and asked to see the policy and he couldnt produce it.I then reached out to Walgreens corporate and was informed that this indeed was not the case as I suspected. Instead, was informed the pharmacist has the authority to take a Good RX coupon for the meds at his discretion. However, Im sure its easier to tell customers that its policy than to tell the truth. After 29 years of loyal patronage, I will never step into another Walgreens again. All my scripts will be transferred and other sundries will be purchased elsewhere. Consumers reading this, these pharmacists are not gods. Its your health, your pocketbook, and its your right to challenge these kinds of situations. To the pharmacist: just because you have a Pharmacy degree does not make you any smarter than your consumers or gives you the right to lie. There are way more smarter people in this world than you are and who know how to find the out the truth.
This Walgreens on North Ave is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, with the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and absolutely no structure/organization/order at all. Dont bother paying attention to the drop-off and pick-up signs above because theres only one register open. I actually had 2 people break me in the line after Id been standing there waiting forever (to pick-up a prescription) and the pharmacy tech has no clue whos next...Who wants to get in a fight at their local drug store? So, I ended up going outside to their drive-thru, which took over an hour for only 3 cars to go up!!
Unfortunately the only place I can get my scripts through insurance. Just awfully slow. I’ve waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes two times this week. The first time to find out they didn’t have my prescription ready after getting an email about it the day before.
Absolute unbelievable disrespect from the shift leader Brittney. I was walking in the door, in which I live within .2 miles of this Walgreens. So Ive made that my go-to Walgreens. Tonight as Im walking into the store, I was looking at the shopping shelves. Their was a minor spill that I hadnt seen so I continued to walk in the path in which I entered the store. Brittney was standing there, along with 2 other employees sitting at the register.Brittney held her hand up at me as if I was a dog, her tone and delivery with what she said was extremely demeaning. I asked her if thats how she speaks and treats all of our customers. She ignored me and continued her conversation with the other two employees. This shift leader displayed no professionalism, I truly could not believe the way she spoke to me, as if I wasnt a customer. Her demeanor was unpleasant, she didnt represent the Walgreens brand whatsoever. There was a gentleman on shift with dreadlocks, I told him about the situation and he apologized to me, and thank me for still choosing to shop there. He was extremely apologetic, and I appreciate his customer service and taking ownership of the unacceptable behavior from the shift leader. As Im walking to the front counter from the back of the store, I see two customers stop brittney to ask were a particular medicine was, it was the isle in front of them but she pointed them in that direction as if they were stupid and annoying her. Brittney had a very sarcastic and degrading tone with me, and the other customers. The gentleman from the photo booth whom I believe was the other shift lead took ownership and gave me the information I needed to contact the store manager. Some businesses dont realize that people dont have to shop at your particular store, they choose to. And yes 1 customer wont damage revenue but its the principle. You absolutely do not treat people the way this young treated me, it was all of 15 seconds but I was in disbelief. A better reaction to me walking in that direction could have been sir, were getting a spill cleaned up, give me just a second to get it taken care of. She didnt even stop to think if there was something in the area in which she was standing I needed. Once again, thank you especially to the gentleman with the dreadlocks, he told accountability and ownership of the situation. Thats true, leadership and customer service. Thank you.
Let me start by saying I live 11 miles from this Walgreens. I can only really speak about the pharmacy. I came in on a Sunday night about 8:50pm needing an antibiotic for a painful and swollen infection in my leg. There were others in line so I went to the back. When it was finally my turn, at 8:59, the pharmacist told me that they were not going to take my prescription and that she thought the closest 24 hr pharmacy was in Carrollton. (I live on the north side of the city, Carrollton is farrr) She said they were already trying to fill 2 other customers scripts and that it takes about 15 min to fill a prescription and they close at 9. She gave a flippant apology and proceeded to walk away. If you only take your last prescription at 8:30 or 8:45pm that needs to be posted somewhere or on your automated system when you call. On a Sunday evening, theres not a lot open but I wouldnt have spent the energy coming to this pharmacy if I knew they only take their last script at earlier than when I arrived. This pharmacy is not on the corner of happy and healthy.
Im only giving this store 2 stars because of the pharmacist. The night manager on duty on 5/23 is sorry. Me and my child had to use the restroom while we waited on our prescription. She refused to open the restroom. The pharmacist and another associate repeatedly asked if we could use the restroom... very poor customer service .
Worst pharmacy Ive ever been in. Waited 2days for my RX to be filled. Never got a call or text that it was ready! I show up still not ready. Pharmacist is VERY rude and slow. Almost like their taking their time on purpose. I mean if you dont want to work, do the customers a favor QUIT! Especially the one with long BAD WEAVE in her hair
By far my worst Walgreens experience. Management clearly doesnt care about their associates and support. I came in to get a passport photo. Pretty simple task. The first associate looked all around for the camera. Then he basically made a call over the speaker for another associate to deal with it. He proceeded to look around. Then I offered to take it on my phone of theyd cut it. Well, after several attempts with several phones it didnt work. The associate was very nice and trying, however ever manager just ignored him. I left 25 minute later empty handed. Find a different Walgreens.
One of the best pharmacy I have ever been too. I was there in afternoon time, pharmacy was quiet busy but staff is really nice, caring and patient, specially the two pharmacists Marrisha and Jaime, they greeted me very nicely and went above and beyond to get my and my wifes prescriptions and also they got them ready within no time. over all best experience.
I have noticed a new manager at night recently. All the previous staff are gone. I am a night owl and frequent this walgreens on a regular basis since it is 24 hours.Tje night manager is rude and verbally abusive to customers. Tonight it happened to me over nothing. You sir are a bigot. You only single out white people. Rasism is racism. Verbal abuse does not require someone to yell or cuss. This store has gone to the pits.
Quite possibly the worst Walgreens in the US. I have come to this Walgreens on three separate occasions for printing pictures. Although each order is submitted online and you are given a pickup time, the employees tend to forget they have a job their being paid for. In each instance, the pictures have not been printed until I asked for them. First off, they will ask you your name about 10 times and have you wait in six 10 minute intervals until they ask you to come back in 30 minutes because their backed up. When you do receive the pictures after an 1.5 hours, check your roll to make sure some are not missing and you do not have other customers photos. Has happened to me twice here.
One Star is too many for this Walgreens location. Just about the most inept group of employees Ive ever dealt with at any store. They are rude and simply didnt care about me or my concerns as a customer or as a human. If not for the people working behind the counter in the Pharmacy I would never received any help at all. How can a store received asmany bad reviews as this store and still be open? Walgreens should be ashamed!
Went here today to pick up a card I designed online for my mother for mother’s day. Got there only to find that the printer was broken. Why would they send an email and text saying that my order was ready if it wasn’t??? Rep stated oh I should have called you all to let you know. Duh!!! That should be standard for them to call customers when stuff like this happens. He went on to say we will be able to complete card in two weeks. I said thanks but no thanks.
Usually I shop at stores like Walgreens out of convenience...But this store is TOTALLY INCONVENIENT. Never have I ever witnessed such slow service. The products do not ring up for the prices that are displayed on the shelves so that always takes an extra 10 minutes for the cashier to call the manager to walk back to the aisle and verify the tag. However they never update the system or the signage. The employees are as CRAZY the customers and Ive never had a pleasant experince. I gave this store MULTIPLE chances but they are HOPELESS AND A LOST CAUSE. I will take my hard earned money eslewhere.
Walked in here to purchase feminine products during a huge emergency. They refused to allow me to use the bathrooms, even after purchase, because it was after 10 pm. Lets again note the feminine emergency, one that had visible blood. Worst service ive ever recieved and should not be allowed to ever happen to any women. They told me to go down the street a mile or so, there could be a bathroom i can use there.
Ken in the Photo area needs to learn a thing or two from Amber at the register about customer service!! Ken is a rude little boy who has no business working with the general public. Just absolutely obnoxious!! I placed my photo order 10 hours prior and picked up after work. Not only was my book not bound, there was no apologies or explanation; Just a piss poor attitude while grumbling about how he had just turned off all the machines. When he finally finished 20 minutes later, he threw my stuff on the counter and grumbled go to the front to check out. I understand its late and maybe youre about to get off, but your sorry custmer service is not going to get you very far in life. As for Amber, sweet young lady. Welcomed me when I stepped through the door and super friendly while checking me out. The parking lot was sketchy as well.
The security guards here are always overly suspicious for no reason. They will quiz you just for being black and male.I remember I came 2 years ago in a winter night when I was homeless, and I thought my EBT card was full. Turns out there was a glitch in the system. I asked the cashier Id I could use the bathroom and the security was giving here sign language behind my back saying no. Last week I was going to the Chase Bank next to it at 2am. My card was stripped and it would not open the lobby door to give me ATM access. The security next door at this Walgreens stopped me and questioned me. Luckily I found a better card in my wallet and it gave me access to the banks ATM. Now today, I got photos developed at the photo section in Walgreens and I decided to wait outside for 30 minutes (because my photos wasnt ready,) after purchasing a monster drink and a pack of Zours. I was texting my friend outside the building because Im a pedestrian and I dont have a car to wait in. Security stopped and questioned me, telling me I looked suspicious. I told him I was waiting for photos but I told him Ill wait outside of the parking lot gates near the cross walk. He said thank you but I cant help but feel annoyed. I understand youre doing your job but it does feel hurtful to be questioned when I mean well. I always leave my small back pack at the door when I enter Walgreens and I purchase all my items. I just feel like they over reach sometimes.
I went to this Walgreens today to grab a few things during a quick break from work. I had a store credit from a purchase I had made of a thermometer for my toddler when he was sick with the flu. When I bought the item my son had just woken up with a 103.7 degree temp so keeping up with the receipt was definitely NOT a concern at the time. I chose the last thermometer on the shelf at the time. Unfortunately, in my haste to take care of my son, I neglected to notice that the thermometer was the wrong type. I was given a store credit on a Walgreens card which is what I tried to use today. The woman at the register initially told me I couldnt purchase beer/wine with the card (ok, I can accept that) but when they told me the could not accept it for dairy I was at a loss for words. Really? I cant use a store credit for MILK? MILK? Youve got to be kidding me. No worries, I walked into the store next door and purchased all my items from them instead. MILK???
One of the associates got annoyed by my son asking for a price check. He found a toy that he wanted and it didnt have a price tag so I told him to ask. He came back with maybe 3 something. That was the answer they gave him. I took him to find another toy, he did and this one had a tag but no price. I told him to get a price check but when he came back he was sad and I asked why. He said it was because the lady said here he comes again like in getting on there nerves. Hes 8 and after that, he didnt even want the toy. I asked for the manager talked to her and she stayed questioning my son. Are you sure? Dont talk to him lady. Talk to me. Anyway we resolved things and then at check out I have the lady who was dry and dull with zero personality one Walgreens coupons. She didnt scan it. I was going over my receipt on the way out and noticed, I came back and showed her, and reminded her that I have her the coupon. Her response: I didnt know that you wanted me to use it. I was floored!!! They did say welcome to Walgreens when I came in and they did ask if I needed help finding anything but the bad impression was made. And it outweighed the good.
**WARNING** Do not get your prescriptions filled at this Walgreens Pharmacy!!! I will NEVER, EVER use this Walgreens Pharmacy again, despite the fact it is a stones throw from my front door. From the moment you walk onto this property (and have to step over the overflowing trash cans, broken bottles, and homeless people) you will experience the most inept, rude, condescending, dont-know-a-thing-about-customer-service staff on the planet. Trust the reviews folks. This place is an absolute nightmare and I cannot believe that the Walgreens Corporation doesnt see it.
DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE! They made me wait hours while I was in bad pain for a single prescription!!!! When I complained the pharmacist was very RUDE and lied to my face !!!! She blamed my doctor saying she has just called in which was a big lie !!!! She did not apologize at all ! They have THE WORST PHARMACIST EVER who is preventing other employees to do their job correctly !!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO THERE!!!!!
Staff failed to call to say my meds were not available at this pharmacy. Instead, I received a call saying my meds were ready for pickup. I get here and check out and realize they only gave me one of two meds. They never said the other was not in stock. They are unwilling to fix the situation and are not in the least bit apologetic. I have to leave town in a few hours so this is truly an inconvenience.
Since this was the only place open late I bought some fast breakfast items here the other day. Turns out they expired back in February. I found this out after I’ve been sick in bed from food poisoning for 3 days. Please cleans your fridges out of expired food you guys literally made me sick.
Everyone is family like.... i go there every day... Alexus never talks to you shes on the phone with whoever... but not work phone... she literally told me its ok to be on your phone on night shift! Shes new hope she leaves soon ... not a great employee.... i sit and listen to gossip as i check out!
The staff is actually kind, but at times, some customers need a little more help than others. i always seemed to see this during the times of 3-6pm. they have lots of medicaid and elderly customers that patronize this located and it just overwhelming for 3 people (i only saw one at the front counter, one at the drive thru, and one techician). i guess the customers need more time to process what is happening. you MUST have patience at these times or you will probably have anxiety attack! the great thing about this location is it is open 24 hours a day and they have a drive thru if it is inclement weather. location is great also, just way underserved for thos community. i would have to say it is 50,000 residents within a quarter mile. you think Walgreens/management would staff this location properly. 3 stars is all i could give this place.Good luck!
Really terrible experience with the photo department. First, it takes about 15 minutes to get ahold of someone who can help any time I call. I submitted an order for a photo calendar and the order was lost in the system. I resubmitted per their suggestion to solve the problem. I called back and they said it would be ready by the end of the day. It was not. Its now been 5 days since I submitted for this same-day print job, and they tell me that they are temporarily out of ink in that machine and will call me back in a few hours with an update (they dont). Finally I resubmitted the print job to another Walgreens location and they fill it the same day.
This is hands down the nastiest walgreens i have ever been near. Aside from the trash and beer bottle debris beside the entrance they have low stock and did not seem interested in helping me find anything. I went here today for yoga socks because the site said they carry them... they had no idea what that was and said check socks. Uh- I did. Will never ever return and will be calling to report this trash heap as soon as I post this. Atlanta is such a thriving city ... it shocks me that this is what is available to the people in the city and to the visitors that pass through. Its just embarrassing and gross.
DO NOT use the photo service here! I had my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER dealing with these people! I made an online order the day before for a profile headshot, but the next day when I tried to pick it up they claimed it looked like a passport photo because it has a white background and demanded I pay $16 dollars as a passport photo print price for something that normally should be several cents. Even though it cant be used for a passport and wasnt even the same size. In the end it wasnt even the same quality of what a passport photo would be printed at. They said it was against their policy, but that was never shown online nor in the store. So in the end they wanted me to pay passport photo prices for a photo that couldnt sanely be used for a passport in the first place. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional and simply scammy.
First of all it took forever for them to find the key to the baby formula for my son... So when we finally get to the register their machine wasnt accepting my Capital One card. I put the chip in, swiped, tap to pay and I tell the guy theres money on the card. He says you need to call the bank (Im thinking to myself, no I dont cz nothings wrong with my card). To add insult to injury he repeated I need to call the bank and proclaimed that it wasnt their system. I didnt argue. I took the SAME card to a Chevron & purchased a beer before heading to the 24 hour CVS on the south side so my son can have his milk smh.
Called pharmacy to see if they had a pain med in stock for my husband who has terminal brain cancer. They said they couldnt tell me if they had enough of the drug to fill it and if I didnt live in Atlanta they wont fill it. Really? My God dont get sick in that area then.
Paid the same price for an Arizona Jack Niclaus strawberry lemon-aide as I have come to expect from a national chain with economic utility/unit-based pricing strategyaccurate card-swipe machinecorrect cash-back amount given by human-interface personnelfeatures: automatic sliding door, audio-based in-store marketing experiencevisual sight-lines and displays
Open 24 hours excellent since what you need you can look for it and more if you are traveling with children as they have little things to buy healthy eating is in a very accessible place with ample parking very clean and very friendly staff all very well organized and instead

2022-02-26Im absolutely fed up with this pharmacy and have started using kroger instead. Every time I come to pick up my prescription I have to go through this massive multi day charade to get these people to fill my prescription.. The typical process for getting a prescription filled at this Walgreens looks like this1) My doctor sends the prescription into Walgreens2) Several days go by and Walgreens doesnt contact me3) I call the Walgreens to ask if they have my prescription ready. They dont have humans capable of answering the phone, so I am routed to the automated voice system.4) The automated voice system claims that my doctor hasnt sent in my prescription yet.5) I take time off of work to drive to the Walgreens in person.6) I get to the Walgreens and after alot of confusion, the pharmacist finds my prescription and tells me to come back in an hour to pick up my prescription. EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive come in theyve acted all confused, like they dont know whats going on, and then tell me to come back later.7) I drive home and come back a few hours later to pick up my prescriptionI have to go through this charade EVERY SINGLE TIME I get a prescription filled. EVERY SINGLE TIME its like theyve never done this before. With Kroger, my doctor sends in a prescription, Kroger TEXTS me to let me know the prescription is ready, and then I drive over and pick it up. Done. No charades. Kroger is cheaper too.If you enjoy paying more money for worse service and wasting time, go to Walgreens. Otherwise, go to Kroger.

2022-02-07Edit:Came here on 2/7 at 10 am. Standing at the register for awhile the cashier doesnt even look up. Shes sitting down on milk crates and in her phone. I finally ask if the register is open, she gives me an attitude I ask for 3 packs of cigarettes, I even mention they are on the bottle shelf. She then looks everywhere but there. Finally to the correct shelf Im repeating the name of then she grabs the one next to it that starts with an M. I say no it starts with a P. She grabs one. So I repeat its 3 packs. She asks for I.d that I clearly am holding out for her and then just reads off the date instead of scanning. After purchase she says get out my face. So I respond with maybe dont do xans so early in the day. She proceeds to try to walk after me.Literally the worst staff ever. Theres maybe 2 employees who do their job. Not even worth contacting management because Im sure the broad who gave me an attitude for no reason today was the manager. Just close this location and let publix expand.

2022-03-11Shame I had to edit my comment. If your store has signs that say its open 24 hours Monday through Friday and Saturday and your is closed on arrival what does that say about its overall performance? ...also both doors were supposed to be open for fire safety of public last visit and were not. Manager was kinda shady when handling complaint insinuating I was some sort of informant. Thought it was kinda fishy having someone from that store actually handle it. She also introduced herself to me with a fictitious name... You should have seen the ATROCIOUS behavior of the employee my last visit

2022-04-12Tried calling to ask if they had a certain vitamin in stock. She said it was over the counter. I asked her to check if it was in stock as I had called other pharmacies and it was out. She was rude and said it’s on the floor and She couldn’t go check it. When I persisted, she pretended to put me on hold and was back within seconds to say it was in stock. I said thank you and I’m response she hung up. Smh.

2022-01-24I dont usually have problems with them. Today I called and was on hold for an hour. They kept picking up the phone and putting it back down and finally they just hung up all together. Call the store and the front young lady was very helpful and put me throughout and the pharmacy answered again put me back on hold and never came back and now theyre at lunch!Update: Now, for the 5th time, theyve given me the wrong brand of medicine and again I am back and forth with them, my doctor and my insurance company trying to get the right brand and Im already a day late taking it.

2022-03-14They just close whenever they want. Doesnt matter what hours are posted. Also the worst customer experience Ive ever received. 0 out of 5. Do not recommend going to this place.

2021-11-11Pretty terrible customer service. I live across the street and am going to have to find a new pharmacy to get my monthly prescriptions - it’s a minimum 45 min - 1 hour wait even when my prescription is ready for pickup. Always understaffed. Don’t even try to use the drive-thru, they basically ignore people at the drive-up window. I understand times are tough and businesses are understaffed but it’s just plain unacceptable at this location.

2021-11-10Wow. I have never waited in a drive-thru pharmacy line for longer than I did here. I do not understand what takes them so long. I turned off my car because I sat in the same spot in line for over 45 minutes then when I got up to the counter, the lady was so rude. I don’t understand how this pharmacy functions truly. Abominable service.
