This is the most ghetto Walgreens pharmacy I’ve ever been to and the staff in the pharmacy are absolutely terrible. The lady at the front desk was rude and loud for absolutely no reason. The pharmacist Dr. Oruchi was rude as well. They all seem like they just don’t want to be at work. I’m definitely going elsewhere from now on.

We are so grateful for the staff in the pharmacy we encountered 3/12/22- we just left the ER for our infant son and needed a prescription to get us through the night. They filled it 20 min before closing and were so kind! Like most places, they were understaffed per their drive thru sign so we needed to go in instead of using drive thru but they were more than accommodating. Would definitely utilize again.

I wanted to like this pharmacy location, I really did. There are a few people working here that try hard. However, the majority are undeniably lazy. There is always a long line at the drive thru, no matter the time of day. Instead of alternating between drive thru and in store customers, they seem to have no organization. Sometimes they will serve all of the in store customers, leaving you waiting in the drive thru. Sometimes they will serve just the drive thru, leaving you frustrated in the store. Overall there’s really no organization whatsoever.

This pharmacy is one of the worst locations in the city. Terrible customer service. Never on time for their hours, but best believe, theyll leave early for their lunch break. Straight trash.

They wont answer their phones, I keep getting tossed from hold. They will pick up , say something like Code 3 then hang up on me. Awful customer service.

I went to pick up a prescription tonight. Called another store (Walgreens as well) and had it transferred before closed. They claimed I never called. When we confirmed by phone records that it did in fact happen prior to close, they refused to fill the prescription even though they confirmed it was taken care of by Aris over the phone. The pharmacist Minoo then proceeded to school me on the fact that I should not wait until last minute to call. The manager in the store was so unprofessional- I can’t even explain how bad. I then explained that through this disclosure of my private health information protected by HIPAA to all the customers around me that it was then criminal. Please fill your prescription anywhere else. I will be filing a HIPAA complaint as well as following up with Walgreens corporate about how unprofessional this was handled. Can’t believe this actually happened.

Never answers the phone, never have what you need, very rude to black people. The pharmacy staff are the absolute worst. They hang up on customers and are unprofessional.

When my pharmacist is away this place FALLS APART. When he is in 10min wait everything is stocked up and ready for the day. When he is gone they say it will be 3.5 hours nothing is put away. On other occasions when he is out they say it will be tomorrow. Unfortunately there is only one of him. Get Well soon my friend.

They have great selection of shampoo and conditioner with good prices.Also their medicine area is very extensive.

I Always get Great Customer Services here, weather if its the Pharmacy or the Front Counters. Great Employees.
