They have the slowest drive through in Walgreens history. It is always very slow so I know it is an issue not just having a bad day.
I was almost out of medicine for my blood pressure, the pharmacy sent me a text stating they would call my physician to get a refill. When I checked the status it said it was delayed. I tried to call to find out if everything was ok only to talk to a computer, get placed on hold, and then after holding for 10 minutes I get disconnected. So I called my physician and ask them to call in the refill. I go online to check and it still showing delayed. I tried to call again and sane thing, except this time after being in hold for 10 minutes it finally said there was one caller in front of me. Then I got disconnected again and when I immediately called back it says there were more than three callers ahead of me. What do you have to do to speak to a human at Walgreens? Tomorrow will be day two without medications for blood pressure. Yay!

Found what I needed easily and the cashier was very nice. She didnt like the Ga Bulldogs so that was even better. Lol
Wait 30 min in a drive through line to drop off your prescription then have to come back and pick up a partial fill. Let the customer know so we can go somewhere else time is an asset. Who wants to wait 30 min each time they roll through the drive through to pick up a prescription.
Candace was amazing. She helped me with some insurance issues. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. She should train all staff on how to treat someone. Thank you Candace!!!
The customer service over the phone is complete and total CRAP. If I was asking for someone and mistook this Walgreens for the one on HOUSTON ROAD, then dont give the customer on the phone attitude and rudely hang up on them when the customer already apologized. Ive worked in Customer Service for close to coming of five years. You guys either need to be retrained for customer service or hire more people to adequately do their jobs!
Just driving through on our way back to Michigan but needed to overnight and fill an antibiotic script for my husband who has stage 4 cancer. Pharmacist Randy took the time to call the insurance company for us to assure we would pay the least amount necessary. Thank you Walgreen Randy for all you did for us, your great sense of humor and understanding through what could have been a huge ordeal for us. BTW... I saw the Go Bears! And Go Packers! on the script package, after sharing we are Lyon fans, lol! You were a hoot and a blessing! Keep up the great job Walgreens! ❤

Worst customer service Ive ever had at a pharmacy. Seems that wherever Im at in the U.S Walgreens customer service is terrible but this one on Watson and Houston tops the list of worst ever. Went to ger a prescription filled Saturday and stood at the window for at least 15 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge me being there. Make a l8ng story short. Weve been loyal customers for 20+ years and after dealing with these arrogant employees we are taking ALL of our business elsewhere. If I treated my customers this way Id be out of business in a weekBYE!!!!
The customer service was ok and the store looks ok, the items on sale are out of stock. They need to have more sale items on the shelves. I went there twice for one of the sale item and it was never restocked.
I went to walgreens for the first time and was treated rudely other customers were greeted and welcomed while me and my sister were not when i told the employee i wanted to apply for the rewards card i was told im to busy you have to wait and after waiting for 20 minutes and seeing everyone attended to but me he finally came back i asked can i sign up and he tells me i need my id i asked why was i not told this at first before waiting so long and was disrespected this establishment would get no stars if i could give them He was so condescending and rude that i will never go to walgreens in Warner robins Ga

Employees and bosses stare at customers and walk funny with a stuck up attitude and make comments about people I don’t what these employees have against someone who they don’t even talk to
Pharmacy customer service is ok, but Ive asked to have auto fill on my prescription multiple times and yet they still dont do it.
Previously only took my wife 20 minutes to get my pain medication prescription. Today it took over two hours for them to get my pain medication because of the type of medication.

2022-06-18Was prescribed a 90 day supply of my two blood pressure medications. Was given 30 day supplies. When I realized and called it was 20 minutes before closing. They wouldnt answer. Straight to hold, and could hear when they picked the phone up and restarted the hold. Real nice.

2022-02-03DO NOT BOOK A TRAVEL COVID TEST HEREFriendly pharmacist, but very hard to book a covid test for travel (as a Canadian), and ZERO way to get feedback for results or billing. I was told the lab would bill me, I have no idea how when I had to use a hotel address. I ended up going to a clinic near Atlanta Airport, definitely Google it.

2022-01-12I have never had such a bad experience as Ive had this last week but I have had many bad ones. Lets talk about this one this time. Saturday the pharmacy was closed cause pharmacist was sick, so I went back Monday, and the store closed cause system was down. My daughter went last night and the lost my narcotics! Waited an hour after her arrival to even mention it and when I called to talk was put on hold for 30 min before I was even answered, then lady quickly transferred me to pharmacist, which kept me on hold till phone hung up and I was so aggravated I hung up, after an hour. Now today this is 2nd call again cause first 45 min wait time hung up and Ive been waiting 30 min again! They sure lost me and my daily as customers!

2021-12-08The pharmacists here are so good. The lines are long but thats usually because of the procedures between insurance and doctors. If I ever have a problem its usually because of a doctor on my end but the workers here do everything they can amd it shows.

2021-09-05Went to this location because the one by my house was closed. Filled my kids medication and I get home and there are 10 extra pills in her prescription. Come to find out they had also added Hydralazine Hydrochloride which is blood pressure medication. Kept me on hold and finally when I talk to the pharmacist he didnt even act sorry. No telling what could have happened. DO not go here to get medication. Find another location.

2021-03-21This store has gotten to be so slow in the drive-thru in the past 6 months or so. It used to be fine but now you wait about 5 to 10 minutes per car in the drive thru. I dont know who they have hired but it is time they hire someone else. I spent one hour in the drive through. There were only 3 cars ahead of me.
