I placed an order for pick up at 7am this morning & I put 2-3pm for pick up time …. So now it’s 2oclock & they sent me a message saying my order was delayed . Which they did this to me last time & I couldn’t get my food until the next day which was really messed up . So I really hope I get my food today . Which what I’m cooking tonight is in that order so I really hope I get it before it’s time to cook

This store was clean, the workers were friendly and they were very busy. I have seen some Walmart stores where the employees did more standing around than working. Not this Neighborhood Walmart, the employees were very busy.

Location by Columbus Tech. Quicker in and out than supercenter sometimes. Often times has items that supercenter has run out of.

I was shopping in the store 10/3/2021 I went to checkout I went through a black female cashier line waited in line a long time maybe 15 or 20 minutes. When it was my time to check out I told the cashier I had been waiting a long time she immediately flew into a rage started yelling at me and she asked “do you want to buy this stuff or not “ I said don’t talk to me that way, I had my hand on the spinner where the bags are kept she grabbed the spinner and spent it around with force I pulled my hand away just in time she would have broken my fingers I suffer with crimping arthritis I’m 81 years old. I have never been disrespected like that before by a cashier. She kept arguing embarrassing me in front of the customers behind me. It was so disheartening I spent my money in a store and was treated so badly. I know it’s a pandemic and Walmart needs workers but you certainly don’t need people like her if wasn’t for customers like me she wouldn’t have a job.
Like the setup. Great grocery store for quick trips. The new setup is very interesting. Has a good variety of groceries and home items that are needed. Most of the check out lines are now self check out.
They had only 2 quarts of Mercon V ATF. I wanted 4.
Great selection, great customer service. I Had a taste for a nice Beef pot roast. Found one and diced up some onions, carrots and red potatoes. Had fresh Thyme and Rosemary I needed also. This pic was right before I put it in the oven.
Use this walmart for pick up orders (and previously regular shopping prepandemic). If you have to shop for food at walmart you should use this one. It is always full of customers and they keep small inventory, so it means it is less likely your food has been sitting on a shelf for months collecting literal dust. They have tasty treats all the time (if you are on a diet, run past the bakery). I am taking off one star because the pick up service quality varies depending on the time you go. I havent figured out the best schedule yet. Just know some days you will wait 3 seconds, and others you will wait 30 min, so maybe bring some water and dinner.
I love their Produce & Secret note is they mark prices down every Wed or Thursday! They need to come back down on the mini cucumbers they went from $1.99 to $2.48. Aldi has them for $1.99. Step up Walmart!!!
They are always busy but the large percentage of the time I can still find what I need. Im not crazy about the fact that they have gone completely self checkout. During this visit the interaction with employees was almost nonexistant and what there was was not overly friendly.
This location is convenient for my needs. However, they never have any clean shopping baskets available in a location that is easily accessible when you walk in. Stock is limited, which really sucks when youre buying online for pick up. And the lines are terribly long. They need to open up more lanes and make the self check out for 20 items or less. I have seen people with a cart full of groceries in self checkout holding up the line. Today, I went in and only one cashier lane was open, the rest were closed and people were lined up for self checkout. This in unacceptable.
Decent selection of items but all kinds of problems when you place orders for pickup or delivery. Every single order I have placed here has resulted in both telling me items I ordered were not in stock, that I went in and purchased 5 minutes later. And every order also comes with damaged items. Usually heavily dented in canned goods like veggies and soups. Last order I got had a can of coffee that looked like someone stood on top of it and jumped on it. The entire bottom was caved into itself. They arent supposed to sell items to anyone that are that badly compromised. My guess is they throw it in hoping the customer wont be willing to drive it back for a return. Ive also had issues even placing my order. Money gets held from my account only to be told later that the time I reserved for pickup is no longer valid or ends up getting delayed a large margin from when its supposed to be ready. I like the products and the prices but all the hassle makes it not worth the dollar saved.

Good store, but like most Walmart stores they dont teach their managers to pay attention to the registers up front. About 90% of customer service is rated at the register. Set focus their and bring the ratings up. Up to around lunchtime they keep up, but fail at night.
I just love Walmart, this store is always super busy and definitely dont have enough cashiers to customers. They arent friendly either, they speak if you speak first. Customer service is everything to us and they need more training including management.

This Walmart is easy to get into. They have lots of unique grocery items and if you like Crystal light they have the generic form thats just as good and they have one thats called I think its strawberry watermelon its really good.to me it seems like the fresh vegetables are better than the one in Phenix City down down on 280.
Clean and fast for pickup. But i have realized, if you are getting anything that has a date. Fresh meat or fresh veggies then you need to go in. They always look fine but it is one or two days from date.
I love Walmart. Usually I shop at Publix because of the Buy 1 Get One Free deals but what made me love this particular Walmart was the plant based foods section.Yes, Im vegan so this made a big difference in the review!
We like this Wal-Mart because it is not a superstore. It is not crowded and is mostly easy to get in and out of. Because it is small, however, there are fewer available registers and most use the self service registers. Selection is also a bit more limited but not a huge deal. The employees have always been friendly and,helpful here.
One and a million place. They try so hard to help everyone , not everyone is nice. The staff do there best for you. I was having trouble with the pick up order. They called for the manger, everyone did help, got it resolved. Got product right away. Everyone works good together. This place is needed in the community. Thank you so much for helping me.

The cashiers are rude. They are usually standing around while the cashiers that are working take all the customers instead of opening up and helping to clear out the store. I hardly come here because of that if they didnt have self checkout I wouldnt.

I have never been to a Neighborhood Walmart, but I dont think I will ever go back to this one. It was more like a Piggly wiggly than I Walmart. The staff were all really nice, but I did not care for the shopping conditions. The store felt dirty.
I love that they built this Wal-Mart off river road it is so close to my home. Now I dont have to drive all the way to airport or farther just to get what I need. The pharmacy is a huge plus as well. The lines are Terrible pretty often though but it could be worse at least theres self checkout
This is a great place for me to shop because Im not distracted by clothes, etc., so I dont buy things that I dont need! They have a great selection and the store is always clean.
Prices of all meats are ridiculous. We should get a discounted price for our purchases for only having self checkout available. I think the employees are very rude.
We utilized the order pick up at this location and 1/3 of our order was said to be out of stock. My husband had to run in real fast for something we had forgotten to put on the list and found that ALL of the items that were on the out of stock list were in fact in stock. Laziness is all we can think of to say. Its sad to think some people who are high risk are doing without because the associate doesnt want to complete the order.
Dont use their grocery pickup. I got tuna fish sauerkraut in a can I dont even need sauerkraut. They sent me a tomato like I said been thrown away about 3-4 days ago. I believe when theyre told to pull produce they are told to get the bad stuff because were not there to look at it. Whos going to come back

This is one off the cleanest Wal-Marts. All the employees seem to be in a really good mood, and that is always nice. They stay stocked up the cashiers here are quick. So it doesnt take that long top check out

People (customers) are so rude at this location. They think they are so special & dont need to follow the rules. There is always someone that feels its OK to park in the fire zone, loading zone or the crosswalk. Why??? No wonder children are so unruly nowadays, just look at the parents & adults. And Walmart does absolutely nothing about these disrespectful people.

As a handicapped person I think that all of the Walmart stores have too few handicap carts. However the personnel working in the parking lot bringing in the carts and working on the doors have been very helpful to assist even without being asked. Never have I seen or heard of an employee with a bad attitude.

Went into Walmart on Manchester after work for a few items it was late around 11 pm on a Friday night 1/25/19 only 1 register open (where all the cigarettes are ) and the cashier was rude as hell didnt even tell me to have a nice evening perhaps it was my skin color b/c she never once looked at me or made eye contact. 1 person can make a difference and this 1 cashier obviously doesnt like her job or has a condition that pervents her from smiling or just being pleasant. I would not recommend especially at this time of night. I could say her name but unlike I have manners.
I needed a blood pressure machine for home use, I found Ms Gail at the counter in the pharmacy. She looked busy but came right over to me. I asked her opinion on which model i should get. She had one of them at home and recommended that i try this one because she and her husband have had no worries with the model she recommended. I am so pleased with her kindness and professionalism.
I love this Walmart it is my neighborhood Walmart. The people that works at this Walmart or so sweet and so nice. I can go in and get what I need without fighting the big Walmart. And sometimes I get a lot better deals. Stores always clean Im glad they came to my neighborhood

Produce was fresh but they just dont want to open any registered besides self ck out. I dont mind scanning my own but a lot of people just dont know enough about it to manage the registers.
Very negative experience this time. The cashier was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She was more worried about taking her break than ringing up her three customers. If the self checkout would have taken cash, I would have gladly used it. Its no anyones fault that she is unhappy. You work the registers to check out customers. That is what you get paid for. I will definitely not be going to her line again.
I live about a mile from there neighborhood walmart and still drive to the regular walmart.. the small one is just over crowded... I mainly go there now just to cash in lotto tickets that the gas station cant.
That music is so loud nobody can think. I heard several shoppers while walking around saying the same thing. Its hard to communicate while wearing a mask as is the music makes you have to yell at someone right next to you while you shop.
This is no normal Walmart. Its all the great deals of grocery shopping without all the long lines of a normal Walmart. They have great deals on food but also have house stuff you need like plates and bowls and baby items. There is also a pharmacy. So if your going grocery shopping this is a great place. They also have a pick up you can order your food and they will bring it out to you.
Its always clean and speedy check out when I stop by. Only reason why I didnt give em 5 stars is because of the weird people they let be in the parking lot. We caught a guy looking in my car.
I love going to the market it saves me money because the temptation to shop all the departments I have to pass thru just to get to the food section is not there! If i need other things and food I can go to the big store for it all. There is a choice! Sometimes the market has food items the big store doesnt.
Like Oh my God, dont shop in the hair section, there is some serious racial profiling gone on over there. You cant even concentrate on what you want with out their undercover cops staring at you, and saying stuff like, people need to make sure they make the right decisions in life. This has happened to me more than once. They need to stop Barney Fifeing around.
Grocery shopped online, picked up groceries at this location. Awesome experience. The employee that loaded my groceries into my vehicle was very professional, courteous, and had a great attitude. I will definitely use this service option again.
More lines for checkout should be open. One more open lane could decrease congestion in store and minimize close contact and improve social distancing efforts.
I normally shop at this particular WalMart due to it being close to home. I have never had any issues. The cashiers are usually nice but this particular day (9/29/17) I had issues with the women at Customer Service (Shereta) and the Assistant Manager Lorna. They showed no empathy and no sense of concern for my issue I had. They were rude and although attempted to be professional had so much attitude while talking with me. I am really disappointed with the service I received and will never shop here again.
A beautiful grocer with a very helpful staff! Shame it isnt 24 hours, but a trip to a regular Wal Mart isnt too difficult.I like it because the produce here seems fresher compared to produce at normal supercenters. Registers run quick as well.
You have to wait for a long time at the checkout
They always have everything I want but they need to have more people to help and they need to enforce their 20 items or less lines. They do not do that and it is very unfair to the people like me that follow the rules. The checkers act like its no big deal that I have to wait because someone is cheating. I have health problems, my heart is bad so I sometimes need to hurry or I will pass out and I hate it when the checkers do not care about taking people with full carts and say nothing and if you say something they treat you like you did something wrong. This happens all the time to me.
I have a great time in this grocery store its near my home and everything is usually fresh. Also on a budget there seems to always be something yummy that they marked down in my price range ! The young ladies that work at the checkouts are so kind and helpful I try to remember their names and one day Ill get it right to put on here but they are very sweet.
I always loved this store and the freindly staff. The last time i shopped there the cashier snapped at me throughout the checkout process. I am a senior citizen and will never shop there again
Super Wal-Mart is better and should be one in this area with so many customers in this area. To allow these customers more security for protection, more jobs for this area and more items to shop while saving gas and bus fare to go to the nearest Wal-Mart which is over 10 miles. However this Wal-Mart was clean and the employees were kind and helpful.
My wife and I came in on a Saturday night around 11:50 because everywhere i read said they were open 24hrs. We only needed to get 2 things. When we walked in all the employees were huddled around one register and looked irritated we were there. One lady said we close at midnight. I said ok we only need to get a couple of things, then she said, did you here me, we close in a few minutes, the register will shutdown at 12 and you wont be able to buy anything. Again i said ok. Ill be real quick. As i walk off she just smacked her lips. When i got to the checkout they were still huddled up talking about how they were gonna be flying out of the store and just grabbed my items real quick and dropped them in the bag. Oh and i still had 4 minutes until midnight.

I bought some gateraid zero ,at $1.88 and its taste likethe last four has more water in it . The first 5 tasted like it had more full of potassium bought 14 how can u have a mixer of taste

Typical Im forced to be here cashiers why did you apply for the job if you were planning to do it begrudgingly? You can quit at anytime, no one is keeping you against your will. Dont bother getting cash back if you need it broken up by one of their many ghetto cashiers.

I love going to this smaller neighborhood Walmart! Its easier to find stuff, its not real big, yet has everything that you would want or need from a grocery store. Another thing I really like is that I save money because theres no temptation of buying clothes, accessories, toys or sporting goods..oh BTW, youre able to get gas at this location..
As always Wal-Mart has the lowest prices aside from E-BAY BUT their employees are rude and most of the time are acting like they are dreaming about being somewhere else or something plus parking sucks at that location and long lines. Not to mention the customers are totally rude

Sadly grocery shopping online here is very disappointing. Went to pick my order up at my set time of 12-1 and was told at 12:45 it would be only 5 more minutes. The manager was apparantly picking my items as I waited. Ok, no problem. 50 minutes later, I finally got my groceries. I could have gone inside, shopped and been home already in that time frame. To top it off I was given a free can of beans and a snapple as a sorry
Wish they wouldnt have stopped making lunch items like the chicken wings. Now only option is rotisserie chicken, corn or hot dogs...which doesnt leave us much options.
When this place first opened it was a decent place to shop, but the secret is out. Truth is, it has the same groceries as the other Walmarts in town. The problem now is, it gets just as busy as the other Walmarts in town. The staff does seem to be more helpful and friendlier at this location than others, so four stars.
This Walmart’s pharmacy is terrible!! We have used it time and time again and there is always something wrong with our order. This last time my husband was sick and in pain and needed his order ASAP. We came in the morning and they weren’t able to fill it until after 3 pm! We had to wait until the next day to get our order... I hope Walmart Co. is able to do something about this. I’ll have to use a different one.
Checkout lines are short. Employees are friendly and helpful. Variety suffers a bit from the smaller store model, but theres usually a choice or two in most items.

All good.I sold some phones at the kiosk.The only thing that sucked is and was thegang stalkers....i meant.,lost preventionI went to the other Walmart food center first but I was scared to get out of the truck because of the stalkingin the parking lot.Im not alone.most of us,customers, do feel like criminals in the parking lot.When did Walmart begin to actively harrass customers before they are even customers?Sure its private property but the parking lot is still in the United States of America isnt it?Innocent until proven guilty,all men created equal,etc.Or is the new unofficial motto of Walmart,sic seller tyrannis!,Virginias state motto and what J Wilkes Booth yelled after he shot Pres.Lincoln.Just in case the stalkers dont know Latin..... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I ordered something online and requested it to be shipped here only because it was SUPPOSE to be a quicker deliver date. Well Im now going on two days after my scheduled delivery date and still nothing. When I called to check on my item the representatives are SO RUDE and UNHELPFUL! I will never again make this mistake or go to this location. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone.

This Walmart was very well stocked I was able to find everything I needed to. I developed photos and the staff was not at the photo center so they had to be paged. They eventually came, and I was able to complete my order.

This neighborhood Walmart on Manchester expressway has terrible pickup service. Today it took 40 minutes to get my groceries. I normally use the Blackmon rd Walmart for grocerg pickup and the have my order to the truck within 5 minutes or so. I have used this location twice and both took 40 and 43 minutes from the time I called. I can go in and grab my 30 items way faster than this. Plus the time online to place my order.
Got there at 8:17pm and was told by the employee at the front that they were closed. I asked what time they closed, and she said 8:30 but they’re not letting anyone else inside.Do you close at 8:30 or not?
Clean and Convenient. This is a clean, well-stocked neighborhood market. The rotissarie chicken is IOUTSTANDING! The customer service is as friendly and helpful as any in town. I shop there at least 3 to 4 times a week and usually purchase gasoline at its signature mini-mart. This WALMART location has earned my Top Go-To rating.(Date: June 19, 2016)

This is a regular location for a mass of illegal immigrants which can not speak English and gutter trash that slithers out of the surrounding ghettos. Make sure to be armed. If at all possible, go to different location for groceries such as Publix. Paying a higher price for groceries is nothing when you are actually surrounded by other Americans.

There were several things that they were out of which was very annoying. Noone wants to have to shop at two stores because one wasnt sufficiently stocked. Also, the cashier seemed like a very unhappy person. Only spoke to me after I asked how her day was going.

Pharmacy did not take the time to apply all my discounts on recent medication refills. Ive been getting the same Rxs there for over a year and have never paid more than $46. This time i was shocked at the $102 total. Instead of researching and calling my other Wal-Mart pharmacy (Wal-Mart Ann street in Montgomery yall always look out for my discount and have never told me market prices fluctuate and vary like i havent been self pay and budget saavy since 2003) , also, i think they are new staff and pharmacist as I have encountered before with less experienced pharmacists filling the same prescriptions who either dont know how to apply my FEMA discount or wont take the time necessary to so it. I am far from new to this. There i was with my $70 thinking about chick- fil-a for a snack in the way back with my leftover cash.... I felt like i was making steet deal when i finally had to just say Look, i have this much money, how many pills can i get for this much ?I had to forfeit 40 pills for a prescription i need daily. There was no real privacy and other customers were able to see and hear this exchange. I dont care but it was not exactly HIPAA complaint. No efforts were made to conduct the transaction more discretely and the pharmacist was visibly irritated.On a positive note,The cosmetic isles were tidy, clean, and easy to view the products and well stocked though.No chick- fil-a for us on the way home was a disappointment though. Ya jugged meh Wal-Mart neighborhood market on Manchester expressway! From now i will be loyal to my Ann street folks who have known me for a decade now and always see to it that i am not overcharged as i was in Columbus. What happened to the asian lady pharmacist at Manchester expressway? I knew immediately when i saw an unfamiliar person behind the counter that it was going to be a problem. Smh...they probably sell on tne streets for less than what that pharmacy charged me.Toodles yall keep the change i got people who are able to accurately assess the discounted prices of my necessary meds and are much more friendly.
The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and quick to offer help and assistance to the customers.
First time there check out guy was very friendly and personable.
Compared to other Walmart Neighborhood Markets, the gas is more expensive, the people a little less friendly and helpful, but it gets the job done.
I love the employees at this location. They are friendly and helpful. Its great to have a Walmart store so close to home.
Decided to try their pick up service because its on my way home. A horrible way to waste an hour and a half. This location does not have pickup figured out so try somewhere else. Good luck!

Its usually a quick in and out and pretty well stocked but sadly its nearly impossible to go there and not encounter someone begging for money to buy dope with.

We go there a lot. That location also brings back a lot of memories because my Jr. High school was there before this neighborhood market was there. Great store though.
Close to early. Hard to shop because they are constantly stocking . Store and employees are clean cut, respectful,and store is clean.
They close at 8:30pm. But gave me extra time since I usually have to work way past closing an that was the only day I was able to shop.
Always have to wait to check out. I only had 2 items and was behind 2 people with buggies full of food. There should be a line for 5 or less items.
Me and my family have enjoyed every meal we have ordered here. Dine in and carry out are always a pleasant experience.
Nice selection of produce and other groceries, including gluten free and Paleo foods, without the need to set foot in a full-sized, godawful Wally world Stuporstore.
Gas station was clean and easy to find and quick to get in and out of. Couldnt ask for more. Oh wait, the price was great also. 👍👍

Every time I go in this store, I leave mad. They never have what I am looking for In stock, and the employees are incredibly rude. No one that I have encountered seems to care about their job in the least.
Some staff are awesome and extremly helpful but there is a handful of extremly rude and unhelpful people working there! My suggestion to them is get out of customer service if you Cant be helpful or pleasant ..no one wants to deal with ride and unhelpful customer service!!!

Good plaxe to pick up things that need quickly. But the prices sometimes are higher then other places and other Wal-Mart. Like any other store they may have what you need when you need it.
I love the neighborhood walmart..aka smallmart. You can get in and out in no time. They dont have as much inventory , but there is still a good selection.

2022-05-16The employee Travis is very rude and evil. He has been an issue for me during pickups, and hes become intolerable. I wish Walmart would do a better job when it comes to keeping certain employees. I drive for Spark, and I shouldnt be antagonized when I dont cause any issues. I do my part, and dont expect to be terrorized by associates. Also, I dont appreciate being given false information. Ive driven for Spark for about a year now. Im aware of a lot.

2022-03-24Tonight March 23, 2022 at around 6:00 PM a short obese female with short orange nappy hair snatched grapes out of my bag because I selected seeded red grapes instead of seedless red grapes. She reached across me and canceled my grapes and started saying loudly to the crowded store, “you have to watch these customers”. I paid for my order without the grapes and she just kept saying it over and over again. Quite the bully.

2018-09-05The naberhood Wal-Mart is one of the good places to go and buy your house hold foods. There are several in the Columbus area. The prices are good in some areas. You really have to take your time to shop and get the good fills.☺
