Second time shopping here and unfortunately out of alot of items throughout the store. Not very busy which was nice.
30 May 2022:The new layout of aisles and checkout is chaotic, crowded, and disorganized. Products are all over the place and after todays trip, upon arriving home, I noticed I was charged alot more for things versus what they were priced at the store. Definately not happy. Customers were also lined up down aisles while waiting for an open register causing issues with crowding and access to shelves/items. The old layout was more efficient and cleaner.Old review:This Walmart is very convenient for us and always very clean and tidy. I like being able to run in and grab some green peppers, bread, and almond milk at the last minute.
The store was well stocked and the workers were really helpful. I love the self checkout breeze. It may be headache if you have alot of items but the way the registers are setup you have plenty of room which makes all the difference. I travel across town 15 mins to come here and I love every trip. The manager whom looks of a foreign decent and short is always amazing, I love her.
Love my Neighborhood Wal-Mart grocery pick up.My tip. If youre worried that a Must have item may become out of stock, Try ordering two different brands of it, theyre bound to have one of the brands available.I always experience a smooth pickup.

I love this Walmart. Everytime I go Im hoping to catch Stan on the way in and Wonnie at the check out. There is nothing as nice as getting to enjoy a shopping experience these days.Its become a real rarity.Not so at this Walmart. Every time I go I have come to expect a laugh on my way in with Stan and a good laugh on my way out with Wonnie.
Its like Walmart...without feeling like Walmart.Edit: They are currently renovating the store to make it more like a normal Walmart. It feels packed in and is now a chore to walk down double length aisles instead of jumping in and out of their previous half aisles with a center aisle for convenience. It is now a chore to shop here instead of the simplicity that kept me shopping there for 5 years.

Nice place to get in and out quickly. Just dont expect any kind of customer service. You might also think about covering up the pin pad when you use it because the camera is directly over it.
My husband left the bag containing my bathing suit. I blame him for everything so hush. Im fat. Yes, I blame him for that too. Apparently, leaving your bathing suit safely packed at home is a trend. That is, if you are chunky like me, because they were sold out. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, the plus size clothes are limited.
Good selection for the size, little girl who rang me up was as nice as could be, all the staff are friendly. 1 (ONE) Register in the store! Self checkout rules. Dont go unless you want to work for Walmart.If you are closing early to sanitize and restock why are the aisles crowded with pallets and stock carts?

Well, its a little WM. This particular one I think has better than average employees who are always nice and helpful, and its always very organized/clean, unlike many of the other stores.
The pharmacy staff is wonderful. The supermarket employees are friendly and helpful. The store is clean. Only issue is the shelves are out of stock a lot. Many times I have to go somewhere else to get the rest of my items.
We live within walking distance to this location. Its a Neighborhood Market, so smaller. It stays somewhat busy, as I have been able to go in at several times to gauge slow/busy hours. Right after open and right before close(not right before, that shows little class)seems to be the slowest times. I will say adding the full self-checkout really seemed to streamline things. A lot faster in/out times now. And they usually have what we are going there for.
Did the curbside pickup and this location is one the most organized locations. Ordered was in my SUV in under 2 minutes. Very polite employee that handled my order. Was able to get some items that were not available at other locations.
I want to apologize for a previous review that was done. I truly thought that it was Walgreens on Beaver Run. The employees were extremely he3 and police.
My vaccinated 84 year old father who can barely walk was turned away today and made to walk back to his car and get his mask. Right now the only places that have mask mandates is public transportation and medical facilities. If Walmart is going to change their mask policy without notice then they should provide a mask to customers that don’t have one. How dare they treat my father this way. The poor man can barely walk. I understand the young girl was only doing her job but it was cruel to do this to my father. If Walmart is going to change their policy then provide a mask until the word gets out!😡🤬
Hate hate HATE they went to all self checkouts. also, i take care of my mom and theres never a scooter available for her. sorry from now on will go somewhere else, probably will be more expensive but far less hassle is worth it.
Its fine, never enough lanes open. They just took out some registers. Cashier said they were gonna take all the registers out and only have self check. I wont be going back, I usually do the pickup anyway, but for things I forget and have to run in for Ill be going to Publix, unless Walmart wants to give me a discount, since they dont want to pay cashiers and Ill be doing their jobs.
Always great management here. When they are extremely busy, you can see plenty of workers coming together to open registers. Everyone is always so pleasant, and you can tell this establishment has great management. We love having this close by!
Cashier charged me 5 times for grapes. The Customer Service team was fantastic and checked my entire receipt and issued me a credit to card. I love exceptional customer service.
The staff was absoultly flawless and awesome. Especially Jessica. When I told her I didnt have health insurance she told to hold on for a second. She came back with a discount. So she really took care of me. Its nice to know people can still be helped by a employee that cares
I love the big box, and the small box Wal-Mart. In and out in less than 5 minutes. Grabbed quick lunch and was back on the road. Glad they make quick pre-made food. And plenty of snacks.
The pharmacy here is top notch! They are super polite and always have a smile on their faces. They will get you your prescriptions filled in a timely manner also. The store has both a drive thru and walk up access. If this store is in your driving range dont pass them up!
This Walmart used be one of the better ones in the area, but not anymore. Some of the employees don’t wear their face masks, and some listen to music on their Bluetooth headphones while stocking shelves. They can’t hear you when ask them if you can get by to do your shopping. As of 1-19-2021 they only have two registers left where employees can ring large grocery carts out. The rest of the registers are all self service registers. This creates a longer wait everyone - the customers with large purchases don’t have as many cashiers that they can go to and have to wait longer. And the self service registers are slowed down by customers that go to them with large purchases so all the smaller purchasing customers have to wait longer as well.

Staff was great...but I dont like the self check outs...looks like I will be shopping back at the super walmart. Nobody wants to spend the time making big purchases and then have to scan, bag, and then put every single bag in the cart! Then when you get to your car load it up.....walmart market is for last minute two item type purchases. Its just to much if your tired getting off from work.
So helpful! I always have problems checking out and they are right there to assist me. I also forgot my bananas and the sweet lady chased me down to give them to me!
This has got to be the cleanest Walmart that Ive ever been in! They have a great variety for the size of this place. You can actually park in any parking space without having to be careful of running into a random push cart. They had all push carts in the proper location. I couldnt tell you how the staff was since I did self check out because all of the regular check out lines were super backed up with it being Fathers Day weekend.

Love this Walmart! Typically has the cheapest gas in Columbus, the staff is nice, and it has better produce (just go the day after it’s restocked - not the day before it gets restocked). Not only that, but during COVID, this is the best place to shop with so few people.
Friendly greeters, wipes and sanitizer available at the door. Good grocery prices and well stocked shelves. All check out is self service, except for one register.
I wish that the stockers worked during store hours instead of order selections emptying the shelves when people are shopping in person. 😞
Great customer interaction. The staff seems to take pride in what they. This means the managers are doing their in training and following up on the staff. I know the store still pretty new but the store feels clean when you walk in. Great job up the hard work. It does show.
Everything is neat, clean, well organized with all labels facing out. Everything in its correct place. All employees are friends fly and greet you with smiles which shows how much theyve and appreciate their jobs. This place has everything you could need for you; your family, pets and house. I thought it was only food but its not its just a better smaller version of the super Walmart which was not crowded, noisy or out of everything. I also love that they carry so many paleo, vegan, gluten free, grain free, and other healthier food options and the produce and meats look top notch at the peak of freshness!!! 1st time at WMNM and love it!
Every employee is very nice and helpful and will offer assistance if you need it. The store is clean and, until the pandemic, shelves were always full of stock. Highly recommend.
Always have everything i order (online groceries), unlike other walmarts that either have tons of substitutions or just dont have what i want in stock. Worth the extra 5 min drive to come here. Plus, its never crowded. Staff very pleasant as well.
Like this better than going to a regular Walmart - less people. The neighborhood market is like going to a grocery store - just food plus health and beauty items. No clothing or toys or TVs. Also, the Walmart Supercenters have more grocery products than the neighborhood market but are always crowded.
I love the pick-up and especially the people. They work so hard out there and have always been so polite. I really wished they would make something for the workers so they wouldnt have to get soaked. They are such a good group on Blackmond Rd
This store is clean and well stocked. Although some items I use they do not carry. The prices are good. The employees are friendly. It is conveniently close to home but I only use it for a quick trip when I just need a couple items . If they carried the other items I use, Id do all my grocery shopping here.

Walmart is very convenient. You can order groceries online and pick them up - and be done with your shopping in minutes. Its great for those of us who cant tolerate large crowds or waits This is a cozy little shopping area with new stores.
I love this Walmart. Its easy to get in and out. People that work there are always friendly. Have a good produce department. I have spent anything you need for one of them neighborhood store. I highly recommend the store
We stopped going to Walmart almost a year ago, but since this one came along, we have stopped by a few times when we would run out of things. Very neat and clean! We are always greeted when coming in and in every section we have gone in. Hope it stays this way! :) Keep up the great work!

Grocery shopping is my least favorite chore so I need a neat, clean and undercrowded shopping experience. This store meets all of those things and still doesnt break the bank. I can also find items that the regular Walmart doesnt have. The desserts are really good too.
Well I kept going back and forth from register#5 ,that had the open sign on but no one was there to work that register .a female customer was told customer service someone would be called to the register but no one was called I was there 20 minutes going back and forth from register to register before I could get checked out and go home. Management needs to get on the ball and see what is going on there!!
Just talked to a young lady named Sydney. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and answered my questions easily. I have not always had that service at Walmart and she made me want to shop there to get what I need. maureen

I really prefer going to the Blackmon Rd store to the Gateway supercenter. This store is always clean. They always have enough registers open and its usually pretty quiet in there. The employees are very kind. They always speak, ask if you are finding everything and never act like you are bothering them. Ive always had great customer service there.
Always a fan of Walmart, but I like how neat and quiet the store looked when I went. Mornings are the best time to go.

This isnt particular about Walmart. But, since they are the biggest store with workers who dont know where their products are. Their online app should show what section and aisle the product your looking. Sorta like Home Depots but better. With modern computing power you should log on to a store and see the quantity and location of every item on your list. Since all Walmart store are designed the same
Wow. Im absolutely amazed how rude a cashier can be. I have never in all my life been treated as such an inconvenience for going to a store. I dont know why you have a job if youre not willing to work or even be decently pleasant. You werent busy at all in fact I was your only customer. Ill never shop here again. Very disappointed.
Low prices, good selection, gasoline as cheap as Sams club (which requires a membership). The lines dont back up as they do in a regular Wal-Mart, and the parking is excellent. Good location as well.
The stockers are always out stocking which can cause obstructions but they are nice people. No serious complaints. Inconsistent about what they have regularly stocked.
I was really hesitant about this going up in our neighborhood. The low quality gas from the fuel station makes our cars run bad. I avoid fueling up there. The grocery store is great.We have found it to be extremely convenient to grab quick items. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. I hope that lasts after the new wears off.
Love this express version of a Walmart grocery store. Im in & out quickly! Does not carry full varieties like super store does, but has what I need 98% of the time. This concept is a winner!! More neighborhood markets would be great!!
I love the convenience of this store. I dont have to walk a million miles across the parking lot and everything is within a short walk across the store. Great for people with limited mobility.
I really wanted to use this store but cant deal with the attitude. For the second time completely ignored at the deli, the two employees talking, looked at me and completely ignored I was standing there. The one girl handling prepared food was wiping her face and hair and handling the food...WITHOUT GLOVES, very gross. Went up to talk to the manager but she must have been to busy, waited about 5 minutes and the employee wanted to know if I was a vendor. Ha Ha, total incompetence I will not be back. Watch what you buy in this store. If I could give it no stars I would.

Ive been to WalMart stores all over the world. This one is the epitome of classy customer service. I believe firmly they sent these employees to the Chic-fil-a School of Customer Service.
Neat place for small shopping trips. Not all brands are carried, only whats in high demand. Customer service is hit or miss, just depends. Most trips are fast, place is always clean, and convenient.

When I first came to that store in October of last year I couldnt believe how clean an neat the was at that time an still is ,the customer service that the associates give is unbelievable an everyone works together as a team I wasnt use to that but I fit in real quickly. Honestly I only come here because it’s convenient to my home. The meat section and produce section are by far one of the worst in town. Warning:::: Check your expiration dates before purchasing anything that could potentially give you food poisoning.
65 years old , have to use self check out, have wine so must wait until a worker approves. They were all HUDDLED together at a register not paying attention to customer.

Best place to pick up any of your regular grocery needs. It is a neighborhood market, so it is limited on items. If you need other goods such as vehicle maintenance or electricons you will need to go to a regular Walmart.
We normally use the pick up. The service is awesome and the people are friendly. My food is always right. They try to pick out the best for you and if you are not happy they will take it back.

Nestled in a quieter part of town, never too busy, and has several items that you cant find at any of the Publix stores in town. Gas station out front is very convenient and has lower gas prices than the Marathon nearby on Warm Springs Rd.

2022-04-06In/ out quick. Clean. Well stocked. Actually discovered via interviewing. Didnt take the job at that time. But was so impressed with her management of it that I shop here now if I go to a Wal-Mart. Nice lady too. Professional, respectful.

2022-05-18Great for getting in and out for groceries. It’s not too big or small, and although it doesn’t carry as much as a regular Walmart it has all the everyday essentials. It’s clean and usually not too crowded, plus it has those Walmart prices!

2022-05-29Worst store I have ever been in. The staff have no clue. Worst service I’ve ever seen. All the changes they keep doing on check outs is just getting worse. Getting your employees to give google comments will not help you. This store needs help and a new manager.

2022-07-02They made changes in the store. Use to be a center lane between shelves and now it is one long row of shelves. The pharmacy area is also making changes. Moving items around. Hard to find sometimes.

2021-10-31100% All Self-Checkout. It’s good for a few items, but if you have a grocery cart worth of stuff it is cumbersome to say the least. Smaller store is convenient for a few items, but for more stuff it is not. Then tend to have everything I am looking for 9 out of 10 times. It is clean for a Walmart and has a Walmart gas station out in the parking lot as well. I like that the parking lot is a bit smaller than a normal Walmart Superstore. Unfortunately, when they went full self-checkout, they did not lower the prices accordingly.

2017-10-03Great customer service. They offer the ability to order your shopping list with free pickup that they will load for you. Also has a drive through for the pharmacy. Much easier and way more convenient than the full Walmart Super Centers.
