This walmart is horrible. The staff is rude, not helpful, and seem to just not care about their jobs. Also, my sister went to cash her government check there and either they lost her money or stole it. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone. Beware of this shady place.
I would give five but I have been a victim of the no people manned checkouts before. I normally dont have a problem with this but I needed to remove some items from my cart and nobody was around. Ill take it as an anomaly.I really come here for the pharmacy. The people over there are very friendly and courteous. Always professional. Ive never had a problem getting my things or if I did I always got an understandable and thorough explanation. They are top notch compared to any of the the other Wal-Marts in town. Plus, drive up window!
If something valuable that people have is time, today they need to do some shopping at 6 am and the store opened at 7am an hour later ... not like dive on the web that opens its doors at 6:00 am this badly done

I really liked shopping here. Good people, clean store. Now it looks like walmart is going to make this another self check only store. The prices arent THAT good. Food depot doesnt even have a self check lane.
Disappointed with the portions of food they are serving. At one time you got what you were paying for, an adequate amount of food for what they were charging you. Now they have cut back on the portions, but the prices remain the same. It seems like this is same philosophy adapted by most chain restaurants when they become successful. Apple Bees, Cheeders, Chillis. Great way to reward your customers for showing loyalty to your business, Not!!!!....Thats why I prefer to cook at home, rather than eat out. At least I know Im not going to cheat myself. Oh by the way, that new Steak Shrimp Bowl, is a complete scam, The advertisement is bigger than the actual meal, come on Panda yall need to do better!!!!

They carry PRO MIX Garden Fertilizer, On Site! Now, they also have PRO MIX Potting Mix, ON Site! Finally! This is definitely a Win! Gardeners should check out the Gerbera Daisies! They are NOT to be missed! They will come back next year! Beautiful!
More convenient than the super store and they almost always have electric carts charged except one time I saw a teenager sitting on one charging her phone while I needed it. Store employees should run her off so I dont have to confront her. She would just look at me. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Always speak to you even if you dont see them and bend over backwards to help you find something. They never make you feel intrusive. They always let you pass by instead of making you have to stop a heavy cart. I love the people there. My only complaint would be only two employee run registers. I have a lot of physical ailments and its too hard going through self check. I need a little help. I agree only two full registers and usually no more than 1 open.
I prefer to shop here than the Supercenter. Its not crowded, the aisle are wide enough to comfortably accommodate shoppers and their carts/buggy. Theres a gas station on the property and thats always a great thing and they also can cash checks but make sure its not out of state checks.My only issue is the International aisle/section is lacking Caribbean & Latino items/food tremendously. Ive spoken to a few Managers about it and they give you the brush off but never seen any improvements.I like the employees there, theyre extremely helpful and doesnt give you any grief for assistance.Be prepared to see the self checkout machines down for maintenance or wont accept cash or it will only accept debit/credit cards. Its a ongoing joke between my husband and I on many occasions.Great quality of everything, especially the fruits and vegetables section.My family loves their bread and dessert section the most.Its never dirty and the shelves are always packed.
Some of the pumps werent working and you couldnt see the signs until you got close up, by then you lost your chance to get the next one. Took forever and we noticed a LOT of people experiencing the same issue we had. It was pretty busy the day we were there but it wouldve been easier if the signs were posted at a better perspective so that people could tell that the pumps were not in working order.
Not not enough residence not enough cashiers and he wants you to work for him for free you go in there and buy his product and you got to check yourself out self check out thats the biggest con I ever seen.
Lady named Arti that was in customer service at the time a few days ago was soooo sweet... loves to smile and giggle.. she made me feel happy to be even trying to pay the my bills haha!! Nothing like a warm sprit!! She made everything simple and easy!! Won’t forget her!
This Store has no Idea what customer service is, I am a handicap person who requires a motorized shopping cart, they never have any available or they are all broken. I can go to Kroger and they have plenty of these carts available, and they bend over backward to help you with your shopping needs. Either close this store or fire everyone who is work there and restart with better management. If you dont the customers will help you close it.
I Love my neighborhood Wal-Mart! You can ask any employee where something is and they know it and walk you to it. Its great! Deli folks are great, I appreciate the customer service. Not to many places I go that has good customer service.

The people that work here are very friendly, which is a welcome change from the Walmart on Harrison road in Macon. And thinking about going to this Walmart, even though its much further away from my home, more frequently. They also have an excellent selection of products. I found some items here that are not at the super Walmart in Macon.
I will not be visiting this store again! When someone gets off work and the last thing they want to do is come “work” for you! Not one checkout lane was open except self checkout! What kind of customer service is that? Thank you for shopping with us and doing our job for us while giving us your hard earned money! Quit being greedy, it’s not like you can’t afford to pay cashiers!
They need cashiers and better variety in deli and better customer service. I dont work at Walmart so Id rather not bag an entire grocery cart myself at a self checkout. if youre gonna pay me to bag my own food Ill be happy to do it myself. and when there is ONE line open, and it takes longer to stand there and wait than it did to shop for all that stuff, OPEN MORE LANES

The pharmacy here is great. The pharmacy staff is always nice, polite, and prompt. Its as if they are working at a local mom and pop pharmacy and not a chain. I stopped using the super Walmart pharmacies years ago because they make you wait hours and treat you like a number.I also do a little bit of grocery shopping here. The selection of products isnt the best, but its adequate and great for quick trips.
Always clean and well stocked. Has almost all of the same groceries as the bigger Walmarts so very nice for a quick stop
This nice sales associate was walking by and I asked her for help, she mentioned that she was on break but would be glad to help. She managed to point us in the right direction and we found exactly what we were looking for. Kudos to the girl with the long braided ponytail!!. Great job 👍
I dont want to complain but Id like to make a suggestion. If youre shopping for customers whos picking up, please dont add damaged or poor quality of foods. (Ask yourself would I pick this for myself?)
If I dont know where an item is I have had a lot of luck asking the staff there and you can tell they work there because theyre wearing like a green apron. Sometimes theyll even take me directly to the item that Im looking for . So as a rule I find the staff more than helpful.I just got back from shopping there on May 13th 2019. I like this Market because Im getting used to where things are in it they do have a good selection and of course the prices are more than reasonable. However it does seem like if you need one of the riding carts they are not available when I visit.
Always excellent experience! Friendly,courteous,knowledgeable and helpful associates.Definitely 5 star all the way! If I have ever had a concern at all it would be that I often find an insufficient supply of store brand 2 liter diet colas.Probably due to the fact that the price is so fantastic! And as a result I like to purchase about 20 bottles at a time! Lol!
3 months ago an older cashier woman raise her voice at me for no reason and tried to fight me. I made a complaint about it and the manager said he would take care of it because there are crazy people in the world who would shoot the store up as if I was the aggressive person. I know with all the cameras Walmart has he can clearly see that old lady was in the wrong

Great place to go grocery shopping. Quick in and out. Always have plenty of registers open to check you out or if you prefer you can check your self out for an even quicker shopping trip. The staff is very kind, helpful, quick and attentive. They have really fresh produce and vegetables. My favorite place to grocery shop. They even have great prices and sales on meat. Plus you can do money grams, western unions, and refill your prepaid cards here quick and easy. They even have a gas station so you can get cigs, great slushy and fill your gas tank up before heading home. Highly recommend you try grocery shopping here on your next grocery trip. You will be glad you did. 😍😀😍😀😍😀😍😀😍😀😍😀😍
Easily accessible. Staff is very helpful. Only downside is there is usually riff-raff hanging around the front door.
The messiest Walmart store Ive ever been in. The associates were semi helpful but many were clustered and goofing off.
This store has moldy food on the shelves. They take no pride in customer service. When my wife bought something from there and I found mold on it, even though the exp date was four months in the future! I took it back with a receipt and was told the Customer Service desk was closed and I would have to come back when it was open. I wont be going back. Kroger will get more of my business.
I guess its pretty normal as far as Walmart standards are concerned. No super friendly employees, no abundance of cashiers helping to keep lines short, but they have just about everything youre looking for and their prices are cheap. Full grocery section, pretty minimal on household stuff but they do have it if you need it.

Leslie is the best customer service employee hands down! He always puts me in a better mood. This is the 5th time he has went out of his way to help me and everytime I swear he puts me in a overall better mood. This guy needs a promotion because he is definitely nicer then most managers and supervisors for sure.

Customers were 10 to 12 deep waiting on Customer Service. No greeting from any employee. Restocking people were all over the aisles in the way and wouldnt move until they emptied there boxes....

I really dislike using self checkout
Couldnt find everything, shelves are very sparse especially freezer sections. Did you know the locals call this particular store hoodmart? I live in the neighborhood behind it and I just found that out today.
I do my grocery shopping here every week. Very convenient, quick shopping experience with very reasonable and affordable prices. The food is always fresh and great quality. Walmart neighborhood market seems more upscale to me than a regular Walmart.
From ice cream, tv dinners, to cat food. Items I used to buy when this store first opened they no longer carry. When I ask the Walmart workers to bring the issue to someone who can do something to correct the problem the suggestion falls on deaf ears. What happened to customer satisfaction? Sad.

Went to this store they didnt have no baskets or ham baskets picked up all of my food made it to the register and dropped my queso cheese instead of helping me clean it up and employee told me I know you aint doing this to me today

Slim pickings on produce 3 heads of lettuce in the bin, no carrots to be found and eighty cents for bell peppers that werent worth eight cents. Would you like to know my thoughts on only 2 cashiers and self check out lines down the asle?
I have been doing grocery pick up since before COVID-19 and have had great service every time. I would definitely recommend this store, but especially for online ordering and pick-up!
Good place to come if your just trying to grab some quick groceries. I will say though most times when I come certain things arent stocked on the shelves. Kinda rather go to the supercenter now.

So far, Ive always found what I was looking for. The staff has always been courteous and helpful. Thats everyone from the folks rounding up buggies, stockers, cashiers and the manager! The only compliant would be that sometimes Ive noticed that some prices are a little higher at the Market than they are at the Big Wal-Mart.
LOVE this place. The pickup staff is so incredibly nice. Im always shocked by how sweet they are. I legit love the pickup feature too. Doesnt even cost more.
Perfect little store for quick trip. The folks there are super nice. That store really helps the neighborhoods in the area. We dont have to travel to Centerville to shop. Nice start to revitalize Houston Road.

Good service, clean store. However I dont understand why the same products are priced higher than the super Walmart. I understand its got the neighborhood stores are for convenience, but I feel the products should be priced the same.

A normal experience al walmart. I do wish that they would open up the large walmart overnight now so that so many people wont be so congested during the daytime. I shop at Kroger now because they are 24hrs.
Its not as great a place as the supercenters, but I think the groceries might be a bit cheaper here than at the supercenters. Associates were pretty rude and shopping felt a bit crowded because of all of the tight aisleways.
This is a little late post but I just had to tell everyone about my awesome experience here. During the Christmas holiday I took advantage of the store pick up service. I went in to get my packages and one was not there. The women at the help desk looked everywhere for it but had no luck in locating it. They proceeded to contact cooperate to see what happened (cooperate was extremely rude and unhelpful). The ladies felt awful even though they had nothing to do with the missing 📦. I left feeling upset bout the missing 🎁 bc we were headed out of town to visit family and one of my kids would have been short a 🎁. However on the day we were packing up to leave I received a call informing me that my 📦 has arrived. One the women there recognized my name and immediately went to their system and found my information and called me to let me know that they had received my other package on a later shipment. Christmas was saved...kids and grandparents were thrilled when the gifts were open. I am truly thankful for these 2 women tireless efforts and will continue to go to this walmart over any other Wal-Mart.
It might have been close to closing time, but I hate when employees have everything shutdown in order to close at ten, be clocked out at 10:02. See it more in fast food, and could be the shift leads, but you close at whatever time, not 20 till. One register open, poor was hustling but rest if employees milling about socializing. I know cheese with my whine...

I use to love coming here but lately its been disappointing... I love buying organic foods but alot of them are expired ... including some of the meats. Management needs to get this straighten out.
They are continuously out of stuff. They never had their inventory right where they need more instead of last so maybe the inventory Department could work on that and also the parking lot is horrible you cannot hardly get in and out and cars almost hit cars and people Im going to hit cars so thats something he does really need to work on thank you
Its near my house,which makes it very convenient to just jump in my truck and run up there and get what ever I need,and it beats paying twice the price Or more from the local grocery store,its all about saving money when and where you can,The Wal-Mart Neighborhood Service Center gets 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐from me , also what makes it so great is that they dont sell Clothes & Shoes & Jewelry, if I need any Of these items I can go to the Other Wal-Marts, I do Wish they had a Little Caesars there ?
Staff and Pharmacy personnel are all the best in treating their customers great. They go 110% over to please you. And being handycap tjats a big plus for me. Ive gotten to know them like a part of my family. 5 stars arent enough they deserve moe stars.

This horrific event happened at The Walmart Neighborhood Market on N.Houston rd. in Warner Robins in the month of February 2019. I am black and had on a hoodie. Only out of town whites would attack a person for wearing a hoodie and I sinse learned that all the management of this store are from out of town and white. I was wearing a hooded sweatshirt ( on rainy day obviously because Georgia is too hot for a sweatshirt any other time) A female white manager followed me all around the store ( I am thinking Why do the employees have to follow people in the store; do they not have cameras?) as I waited in self check out line an employee came up and dumped my groceries out of my basket,then the employee tossed the basket aside very aggressively and swung his neck and smacked his lips at me with his hands on his hips in an act of clear aggression. At first I almost cried then I realized that someone (his boss, the white lady who followed me) had instructed him to do this and it was not his fault. I visited the store a few more times and shopped for the purpose of seeing if this was happening to anyone else. And I did witness black women getting abused in similar ways at the self check out. We are a peaceful black neighborhood so when the girls are attacked they usually freeze from shock at all the aggression from employees.( Clearly one or more of the managers has a person dislike of black black women) I dont shop there anymore. And the longer drive to Krogers is worth it for a peaceful shopping experience. I just hope this store does not bring anger and aggression into my neighborhood. The management must realize that the blacks who live here are HOME OWNERS. This is not a ghetto where people do not have money to defend themselves.
Only 2 lanes open and one was waiting on a manager. It was way too busy for only 2 lanes. I had too much for self check out but ended up doing it. Free labor I guess.
Employees were rude. We used self checkout and the employee had to type in their pin and they stood their talking to other employees for 5 minutes. When they finally type in their pin we said thank you and they walked away and said nothing. These employee show horrible attitudes.
The place fine, nothing special. Wish the beef selection was a little better, but I understand its supposed to be a smaller grocery store.
I use walmart to walmart to send money and as of last week their new policy is to ask for ID to send it......i feel that my info is already in the system i shouldnt have to...They app all these times about all their the store policies than this is just a net will there is no sign showing that the new pilots the things that when you send money Walmart Walmart you have this provided Jennifer occasion I feel that if the moneys means cent is less than $1500 ID should not be required so I am kind of ticked off about that
I love being able to go in and get my produce and groceries that I need and not have a lot of people standing in the way. I love the self check out there
They never ever have Walmart brand cokes or any other products of cans. neither 2 littler drinks always sold out even our babies juice its like they dont order enough if anything bread etc the list goes on and on Ill go sometimes everyday to look for such things and it will take a week to finally get stocked and when they do its only a few of anything.

On the very day, Walmart said they are requiring all their customers to wear masks. Not one, but two cashiers were not wearing masks. One had her masks around her neck, and the other one had no mask at all.

Everything like it supposed to be when I go in but they need to stay stocked up more of everything in the store so people are not waiting for certain things to come in like they are going on three weeks now to get the things they are waiting for.

Quick, friendly, clean. Its a neighborhood market, so dont expect it to have everything. My only complaint is that Ive never seen them open right at 6, its anywhere from 5-15 minutes after.
Shopping with family. Mother uses electric vehicle to shop. Quite a few were available and easy to get to. Store is always very clean with produce displayed so nicely...very inviting.

I remember when this store was a Green Acres Discount store, then a Family Mart Grocery store.. Been shoppin in that building since I was a little kid. Once again its been a pleasure to shop in it as a Wal-Mart

A wonderful grocery store! Excellent produce, meat, and dairy products. I walked in, 25 minutes, before UGA/FLA game. I was in a big rush to get in, and get out. I had to be home for kickoff! Bought $65 worth of groceries that lasted three days for my family of four. I got in, and out, of the store in less than 15 minutes. And, yes, I got home right before kickoff! Goooo Dawgs!!! Sic em!!!!!!!!

Give you the run around and will not honor prices that are on the shelf, and dont fix mis marked prices, will pick random employee to act as Manager when you have a complaint, garbage customer service.
I had a pleasant experience, I found what I needed in a reasonable time and quite easily, friendly employees, and a clean store.
Its a great place to run in and get essentials at a very reasonable price. While they dont have a huge selection of items they do have the most popular ones.

THIS WALMART IS NOT OPEN 24/7 it closes at midnight! I dont know why on Google and the Walmart website it saids 24/7, also I noticed it only hires black people, normally I wouldnt care but I live in the area and could have walked to the job, I put in multiple applications and didnt even get a interview!! If its racist to only hire white then same goes when you only hire black!! Next time your in there store shopping I bet you dont see any white employees!!

This store has less variety and stock than the other Wal-Mart locations in town. The customer service here is hit or miss and is usually less than stellar. Always crowded. Always slow.

Lots of products were out of stock. Half the baking paisleys oils were empty as well as sugar. Managers were rude and not friendly at all. Between the outs and rudeness I would not shop here again.
Come here often just to grab quick items for dinner, lunch, or snacks. There is a pharmacy, money center, and gas station. Good addition to the community.

2022-04-16Its like a mile from my house so if i need something quick, its convenient. Cant give it 5 stars because well, its wal mart. Cant give it 4 because they are out of several items on my list just about every time i go there. Less than 3 and i wont return so its okay i guess

2022-01-25The Walmart that corporate forgot. Low stock, lazy and rude employees, self checkout only, usually with card only, NO CASHIERS, bums begging in the parking lot, did I mention the rude and lazy employees? All that and more! Do you hate when somebody stands in front of the toilet paper for 10 minutes trying to make a decision? Youll go totally insane when its one of their remote shoppers doing it while complaining to a coworker instead! Seriously, this place is trash. Dont know what illegal business Walmart is using this place as a front for, but I hope they run it better than this store. Thats not even mentioning the Gas Station where they seem to exile their most hateful employees. Corporate needs to can the lot of them and close until they can restock and rehire. Taking my business elsewhere until they do some MAJOR work there.

2022-03-20I am not aware of how much this Neighborhood Market is similar or dissimilar to others. However, I am fully aware of the discrepancies between this in and most Walmart Super Centers that I have visited all across our great nation. The selection of food stuff is barely in par with most Supercenter locations that Ive been to. Most of the time, the Supercenter will have the best selection. From Cereals to Meats to any food item will normally be found there, but youll have a better choice at a Supercenter.

2021-12-19I was able to find everything I went for. Self check out was fast, no waiting in lines. I would like to see more cashiers in this store. Its nice to interact with a person sometimes.

2022-01-04Money order machine constantly down. When loading paycheck onto money card, they not only charge check cashing fee, but also the reload fee. They are not supposed to charge the reload fee. Not happy!!!

2021-07-17Although it was small, it contained many of the things i normally would shop for, when it comes to food and medical needs. It was definitely not crowded in anyways and had wonderful customer service. Great option if you dont want to travel across the city for a Walmart.

2021-10-13Beware grocery delivery serviceI ordered groceries Monday to be delivered Tuesday at 3. 3 comes and goes no groceries no phone call. Finally at 5 I get a notification that that my order was delayed... so glad they sent that. I had no idea. 😒 At 6 I call customer service via the link in the app. The guy informs me its delayed. He has no idea whats going on. This happened last week too but they communicated with me. Why is this happening? He doesnt know, he suggests I call the store.I call the store, the girl who answers informs me shes too busy to help me. I tell her Ill wait. I wait on hold for 27 minutes.Someone new picks up. They let me know they can see my order but it hasnt dropped in the system. They dont know when it will. I can wait or cancel, but they cant cancel it. They cant cancel orders in their system only the customer can. (Remember this for later). I have to do that online.I tell them I can wait but I need to know when theyll deliver it. They say they wont know when. I ask them to call before it delivers. She says she can try to have them do that. I tell her its really important that they do. My dog doesnt like strangers and I dont want my groceries spoiling on the porch while I am at work. If they call I can run home. She says shes making a note.Today I get a notification around 10:30 that they made order substitutions and that they didnt have pecans so that would be removed.At 11 I get an email receipt. No delivery, no calls. I call the store - no answer. I call again about 12:15 no answer. I call at 2:30 no answer. I call at 3 no answer. I call 3 more times and let it ring until it hangs up on me. Never answered.I call 800 number for customer support. Kind helpful lady answers. She sees my order. Its been picked. Its been charged. She will call the store and have it expedited. She asks me to hold while she calls. I wait. She comes back.The store says my order was canceled by the system at 7:39am. I dont understand. First I was told only the customer could cancel it. Thats what they said. Next it was cancelled THEN it was filled and charged. She doesnt get it either she says. Well its ready, and its paid for just send the groceries. We cant. Well I will come pick them up. You cant do that either. The order is canceled. But I paid for it! It will be refunded to you in 12- 24 hrs. If I resubmit the order can they just take the groceries they picked rescan them and expedite the delivery. No. Can I just get whats been picked and check out with them. No. If I resubmit an order for delivery at another time will it work. You can try it. TRY IT?! I pay for this service monthly. I can try it??? No way.The last several orders I received arrived with rotting produce. The delivered a water melon that was so rotten the delivery drivers hand went through it. I got lemons covered in mold and fruit flies. Milk that expired the same day it delivered. Then delivery delays. And now they have my time, my grocery money, and my food and I have high blood pressure?Terrible service. I tried to be patient. To provide feedback that might help. To allow grace for the new app that is glitching, but its getting worse not better. And this level of customer service is just unacceptable.I requested that they Refund my order now, cancel my delivery plus subscription and refund it for this month that I just paid for. I just started shopping somewhere else. Goodbye Walmart.

2021-06-23I have different idea of it as the machine that takes your money would not take mine, the young lady who was in charge of the area also helped a new person on their isle and she tried the bill a couple times then ran down the 6th isle down and got different bill for me even after I offered to just leave the 2.76 change and do it at a more convenient time. She did not ran back to hand me the change. I had to give her the tip for being a good employee.
