Its like a mile from my house so if i need something quick, its convenient. Cant give it 5 stars because well, its wal mart. Cant give it 4 because they are out of several items on my list just about every time i go there. Less than 3 and i wont return so its okay i guess

The Walmart that corporate forgot. Low stock, lazy and rude employees, self checkout only, usually with card only, NO CASHIERS, bums begging in the parking lot, did I mention the rude and lazy employees? All that and more! Do you hate when somebody stands in front of the toilet paper for 10 minutes trying to make a decision? Youll go totally insane when its one of their remote shoppers doing it while complaining to a coworker instead! Seriously, this place is trash. Dont know what illegal business Walmart is using this place as a front for, but I hope they run it better than this store. Thats not even mentioning the Gas Station where they seem to exile their most hateful employees. Corporate needs to can the lot of them and close until they can restock and rehire. Taking my business elsewhere until they do some MAJOR work there.

I am not aware of how much this Neighborhood Market is similar or dissimilar to others. However, I am fully aware of the discrepancies between this in and most Walmart Super Centers that I have visited all across our great nation. The selection of food stuff is barely in par with most Supercenter locations that Ive been to. Most of the time, the Supercenter will have the best selection. From Cereals to Meats to any food item will normally be found there, but youll have a better choice at a Supercenter.

I was able to find everything I went for. Self check out was fast, no waiting in lines. I would like to see more cashiers in this store. Its nice to interact with a person sometimes.

Money order machine constantly down. When loading paycheck onto money card, they not only charge check cashing fee, but also the reload fee. They are not supposed to charge the reload fee. Not happy!!!

Although it was small, it contained many of the things i normally would shop for, when it comes to food and medical needs. It was definitely not crowded in anyways and had wonderful customer service. Great option if you dont want to travel across the city for a Walmart.

Beware grocery delivery serviceI ordered groceries Monday to be delivered Tuesday at 3. 3 comes and goes no groceries no phone call. Finally at 5 I get a notification that that my order was delayed... so glad they sent that. I had no idea. 😒 At 6 I call customer service via the link in the app. The guy informs me its delayed. He has no idea whats going on. This happened last week too but they communicated with me. Why is this happening? He doesnt know, he suggests I call the store.I call the store, the girl who answers informs me shes too busy to help me. I tell her Ill wait. I wait on hold for 27 minutes.Someone new picks up. They let me know they can see my order but it hasnt dropped in the system. They dont know when it will. I can wait or cancel, but they cant cancel it. They cant cancel orders in their system only the customer can. (Remember this for later). I have to do that online.I tell them I can wait but I need to know when theyll deliver it. They say they wont know when. I ask them to call before it delivers. She says she can try to have them do that. I tell her its really important that they do. My dog doesnt like strangers and I dont want my groceries spoiling on the porch while I am at work. If they call I can run home. She says shes making a note.Today I get a notification around 10:30 that they made order substitutions and that they didnt have pecans so that would be removed.At 11 I get an email receipt. No delivery, no calls. I call the store - no answer. I call again about 12:15 no answer. I call at 2:30 no answer. I call at 3 no answer. I call 3 more times and let it ring until it hangs up on me. Never answered.I call 800 number for customer support. Kind helpful lady answers. She sees my order. Its been picked. Its been charged. She will call the store and have it expedited. She asks me to hold while she calls. I wait. She comes back.The store says my order was canceled by the system at 7:39am. I dont understand. First I was told only the customer could cancel it. Thats what they said. Next it was cancelled THEN it was filled and charged. She doesnt get it either she says. Well its ready, and its paid for just send the groceries. We cant. Well I will come pick them up. You cant do that either. The order is canceled. But I paid for it! It will be refunded to you in 12- 24 hrs. If I resubmit the order can they just take the groceries they picked rescan them and expedite the delivery. No. Can I just get whats been picked and check out with them. No. If I resubmit an order for delivery at another time will it work. You can try it. TRY IT?! I pay for this service monthly. I can try it??? No way.The last several orders I received arrived with rotting produce. The delivered a water melon that was so rotten the delivery drivers hand went through it. I got lemons covered in mold and fruit flies. Milk that expired the same day it delivered. Then delivery delays. And now they have my time, my grocery money, and my food and I have high blood pressure?Terrible service. I tried to be patient. To provide feedback that might help. To allow grace for the new app that is glitching, but its getting worse not better. And this level of customer service is just unacceptable.I requested that they Refund my order now, cancel my delivery plus subscription and refund it for this month that I just paid for. I just started shopping somewhere else. Goodbye Walmart.

I have different idea of it as the machine that takes your money would not take mine, the young lady who was in charge of the area also helped a new person on their isle and she tried the bill a couple times then ran down the 6th isle down and got different bill for me even after I offered to just leave the 2.76 change and do it at a more convenient time. She did not ran back to hand me the change. I had to give her the tip for being a good employee.
