Said the item was available when I ordered it for pickup and miraculously it was unavailable a mirror 1 hour later. The delivery guy said we he would go in and get one comparable to the one we ordered never showed up went inside and the lady who I guess was the manager was like where the dumbest people in the world for even thinking that was possible. Not impressed
Its a Walmart in Albany, GA. Its a circus show from opening time to closing. Store is usually pretty neat, the floor staff hide from you, they are undermanned...or womanned...dont cry. Few bugs but all in all your standard Walmart with interesting customers can be found here.
Walmart in albany is actually clean and my experience with the employees, young and old, has always been pleasant. Sure it matters how you approache the situation but as long as you’re not a jerk I’m sure I’ve never had them be a jerk back I like the store and I think that you should go check them out there new their new store up and coming
I really do not understand why Walmart has it stocking crew in the middle of the Aisles blocking the Aisles making it impossible to shop! What happened to night stocking???? This is getting out of control! Not only you have to check your self out, now you cant get any items because of stocking going on constantly during prime hours of shopping. Not a good business plan!
Attempted to return an unopened jar of Recalled Jif peanut butter. Cashier even pulled up where I purchased it. She needed a Manager to override so she could process it. 30 minutes later we were still waiting on a manager. I took my peanut butter and left.Exactly what fuking mgr wanted me to do. Was a bit upset, today was the first time in years that there was no greeter at the door. Its just part of the whole Walmart experience to be greeted with welcome to Walmart, hope you enjoy your shopping experience with us today ..Though the store wasnt that busy, I dont think I seen 2 workers other than cashiers which is a shame as i was trying to find someone to help me find couple of items.. several sections of the dairy and grocery aisles were bare/ nearly bare (I hope that the grocery trucks are on the way soon as Im not used to seeing such a bare store!!)Will be back again soon, hopefully those racks will fill up soon..
I was using this store for pickup orders regularly for a few months. I really appreciate Walmart’s pickup services being offered (for free, at that) and it’s really convenient. But I’ve lost a lot of money because more often than not I get items that are way off. Like the folks shopping don’t even care to try and read labels, I’ll get at least 5 wrong items in one order.It’d be great if it were easy to fix this, but getting incorrect items refunded or exchanged is a pain in the neck…the customer service here is pretty bad if someone does answer the phone, and that is very rare. I just haven’t bothered trying to get my money back lately because it’s such a headache.Publix’s pickup via Instacart is a good alternative, but you pay higher prices on Instacart than you would in the store.
I normally never give a bad review of a business. But I will say this is my last visit to Walmart. No shopping carts, no customer service and only one lane open that can assist you with check out.Trash everywhere!! Watched multiple employees just walk right through the garbage. No one cares.
Some of the management tell you, even though you dont see prices on the selves and you check it with their app, the price you see doesnt matter. Only thing that matters is the price that comes up when you scan it at the register. I dont get it, they take all of the price scanners, tell you to use the app, and then tell you dont trust the app....make it make sense.
This store was great to visit. I live on the east side of Albany, so I visit the store on 300 fairly often. I have had more than one bad experience at the one on 300. But, even though the store was packed with Christmas shoppers, it was so much better than the other. I will use this store from now on.
These people are getting a little crazy went threw the checkout line payed the lady behind the counter,as I was walking out of the store this lady ask to see my receipt on what I just payed for,so I lifted my hand an said I have it,and she said I have to see it to make sure I payed for my items or she would have to call authorities on me,what the hell is going on with Walmart, to call the authorities on there costumers for a receipt, they dont have to worry about this costumer anymore,I can take my business some place else!!!
Store was pretty well stocked. Need to see if there can be some different meats added to the chicken thighs, breasts and drumsticks. It was clean, most lines were operational and accommodated the crowd. 2-3 people need to always be stationed around the cash registers to assist customers, so customers dont hold up the lines having to search for people to help them.
Pro:Most of the time, I am able to find what I need in a reasonable amount of time for relatively low prices. I consider this to be a big plus. Also, cute ladies like checking me out here apparently. You know who you are 😎- Im not complaining.Con:They only have a few cash lines, and they are always long.None of the self-checkout machines take cash. It has been this way here for at least a year - why is it taking so long, or is it permanent?
Rude employees only want to talk amongst themselves about personal conversations. Had to wait till they were done to be helpful which wasnt helpful. They asked for me to update pickup people nice other then that its only gotten worse. And forget about calling as they never pick up the phone. They probably unplugged it.
Today (11/17/21)around 8:20 - 8:40 am , I went in to do a little board game shopping for my family and I and was yelled at by one of the workers...!Me: Excuse me sir? He looked my way.After noticing he was trying to help an elderly lady, I paused for about two seconds.Him: WHATDOYOUWANT? Thats not how any customer ,let alone any human being should be treated...!Me: (throwing up my left hand and saying, nevermind sir.) Walked back to self check out and spoke with the nice young lady that appointed me to the guy(Him) and asked her if she could just cancel the items I had scanned ,because I forgot my bankcard in my truck / at home,and needed to leave the store to get it. She looked over and called for (Him) the guy that was just so rude to me. I told her, oh nooooo, nevermind just cancel my items please if you can , I dont want help from that guy, hes just way too rude .... Other than that my experience going to this particular Wal-mart has been awesome. The people that greet you at the doors are always welcoming and dont mind sharing a laugh with you .We never know what someone else may be going through rather its the worker or us as customers. I will not be going back there for a long while due to that same guy (Him) always having an attitude. No,today was not my first experience like that with this person(Him).Walmart keep up the good work. Let not one bad apple spoil the the bunch.Sincerely : Tawnya
This is my go to WalMart when ever me & the husband step in Albany Ga..S3en a Big Azz Rat near the IceCream area,, The husband pointed it put to one of the employees that was working, So we skipped on the food buying, bought something from the Deli, & got out of the place.. People still dont respect the 6ft rule though, 🤔..Buggies on the azz & your like..Excuse me hunn, can ya give me the space..lol..Gotta love the people though..Just not the GORGIA Rats..🤣🤣🤣🤣And this shirt though 👌
I got some pizza for my Kids and the loving it they said it better then the other pizza places that i normal get there pizza from. And the people there are so friendly they say hello how you doing before u can ask them im always driving there even it i do stay in Albany. They saying mmmm good.
Who doesnt love a place where you get to be both a customer and employee during your shopping experience. But it has what you are looking for most of the time. Just make sure to check the Walmart app or website to make sure before your visit as it can save you from making a wasted trip.
Doing an online order pickup. Had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up as other employees conatantly walked by and looked at me and the rest of the line forming. I press the button to call an attendant. I called the store to let someone know. I walked into the back where all the employees were at. Noone was willing to help or go find the person that was supposed to be there.
Awful, associates were rude,several were just standing around looking and their phones meanwhile only one check out open with an associate checking people out that was the ONLY check out accepting cash and the line was half way across the store. I had two items and was supposed to wait an hour and a half while this one lady checked out people with carts full because there were no other check outs open that accepted cash.
We’ve been doing curbside and almost always have an issue with the order. Produce is not good. We’ve gotten toons of spoiled fruit and vegetables and three times received products that were almost 6 months out of date. You can get a refund by calling but it’s very time consuming.
My sister ordered for delivery to my home as my husband and I are quarantined with COVID. They said the delivery would be here about 2pm and it is now almost 9pm and it still hasnt arrived. I tried calling numerous times. I tried different departments. This is beyond poor customer service and Im upset. Also, how are we supposed to pick up the dayquil? We both have COVID so would have to possibly infect both patrons and workers to get it. How does that sound?Update to say its the next day, when we were told the delivery would be made and its 9pm and still nothing. I will never shop this store again!Update to say she had to cancel the order outright and went through Instacart. Delivered later that day and the associate communicated directly with me for substitutes. It was such a better experience.
For once I received excellent customer service there today. I had a return and they were being done on aisles 2 & 8. The young lady I had was very pleasant ahead of me in line was a senior lady and she was very confusing the cashier was respectful and very patient with her. Never caught a attitude remained ccalm & pleasant and that was very refreshing to see and rare. I loved it because we will all be seniors one day and they deserve our respect and the cashier gave her just that. Thank you young lady.
This is a very organized Walmart. Love the self checkout and staff seems to be very helpful. They could do with a few less curbside pickup parking spots now. they appear to have at least 20 and they probably only need 6 to 8 since all of them were empty except two. Still this place has great variety and prices.
Walmart on ledo road pharmacy is to slow. Long waiting period to get prescription filled and the rest of the store dont care about seniors they only have about 3 electric scooters and no wheelchairs...whats wrong with this Walmart...THEY JUST DONT CARE bout us seniors!!!
It gets worse and worse Everytime I go about having to stand in line because I have cash. I stood in line over an hour today. Theres was so many ladies with their yellow jackets just walking around and laughing and conversating. Why cant they help get people out of there? Its just sad.
Walmart has really lost popularity with me. There is never anything stocked in the store on Ledo Road in Albany, GA. No matter what day or time. Walmart never has anything Im needing anymore. The prices for items that are stocked is not on shelf or the item is stocked in the wrong place and price is for something else. The public shopping at this store has a right to know the price of items. Something needs to change with this store. Other thing is also I cant get down most isles because of carts full of merchandise in the middle of isle or pallets. Its the worst in health and beauty. Always cluttered up and blocked. This Walmart does not accept cash nor gives cash back.
Its Walmart and the expectation that you will find what you need and leave. This was close to closing time. All regular lines to check out were closed but they had about 10 self checkout lines opened and I didnt wait long. Plus they had store personnel available to assist if folks had issues.
Had to hunt down a cart as usual. Every time I go they dont have any up front and I have to find one myself which is very hard because Im crippled. The girls at the door said she couldnt help me cause she couldnt leave the door yet when I left she was fine. There wasnt anybody at the door. And the worse thing of all is they had one ,YES ONE, register open and the line went all the way across the isle and into clothing dept. EVERY STORE NEEDS MORE CARTS AND MORE REGISTERS OPEN!!!!!!!!!!
Nice job installing all these self checkouts to minimize labor. I waited beside the tool cabinet for 45 minutes, electronics paged for someone to open the cabinet for me twice, and there wasnt anybody available. Meanwhile there was a constant awful blaring beeping sound throughout the store, and almost every self checkout needed an associate assistance, but there were none. Terrible store
Worst customer service ever. I got a text at 4:45pm that my order that was scheduled for 5-6pm pick up was ready 2 hours later & two trips inside to the customer service desk we finally got our pick up order. I tried calling repeatedly only to be hung up on. With as much money as Walmart makes they can do better !!!
Customer service at this store is terrible. I stood & waited in line for almost an hour to return one item. There was 1 cashier, although there were SEVERAL persons in vests behind the register & walking around idle. George came over from money services and told us its not her fault, shes good; the system just down. Meanwhile there are 11 people in line behind me🤬
The pickup and delivery section on the Wal-Mart app showed a specific item that we were trying to find was in stock here, so I stopped, went inside to where the item would be, and there isnt even a place for it. There are at least 2 other Wal-Mart stores that Ive stopped at (so far) because the app said the same thing about the product being in stock, and neither of those had a place for the item either. Other than that, this is a good store to go to, and they have a lot of friendly staff.
I really didntI really didnt want to put a star up here I purchased a new set of tires a decided to keep the old ones which was still in great shape their tire tech guy damaged one of my tires and they didnt do anything about it... manager also was rude wont be coming back here anymore!!
Went to Tifton Walmart today, 9th. It was seriously busy - as if it was the weekend of Labor Day. I say that to give Walmart the benefit that there was not a single buggy in the cart area. My aunt had dropped me off at the front door since my chronic illness was in the early stages of flaring up. Patriots were looking around for direction as to what to do - wait because buggys were being gathered and coming or etc. I was looking around and finally found the Greeter leaning against the outside wall typing away on her cell phone blending in like she was a customer of the store. I asked her if someone was bringing buggys in and she just shrugged her shoulders and finally mumbled, there is some buggys on the other end. I was trying to use what energy I had as a person with a chronic illness and everyday pain to shop for the items I needed. My aunt was shopping for her items and her elderly neighbor (since COVID-19) who is also recovering from a broken hip. I walked to the other end of the store finding about 9 buggys. I got one for me and one for my aunt.#1 There are limited close parking spaces with only being able to come in one end of the store.If I could have walked (further) from the parking lot today, I would have brought in buggy from outside.#2 I have Legal Handicap Parking Permityet there are not enough Handicap parking spaces for that one end where you are allowed to come in which would still mean a long walk to get to the entrance that youre allowed to enter. Walmart makes it difficult for persons like myself and those with children too. Im sure there may be others.#3 My nephew and my cousin are wheelchair bound and for them founding a van parking spot to get their wheelchairs out is hard even when we werent down to one door. Now its next to impossible. He may be electrically moving around but it is still awkward and difficult for the one who takes them to get their purchases.Our family will not park in Handicap Parking Spots where wheelchair vans can park. These two family members were born with diabilitating Cerebal Palsy. Being close to them, seeing, knowing and aware of what they experience in life has our Big Family Wide Eyed and more accommodating and watchful to those around us with Disabilities. I know its not as easy to see or understand if you arent living a life with a disability or close to someone who is disabled. Not all elders or Disabled persons can come at the early morning shopping time Walmart has delegated. I do think the early morning time shopping is a Great thing for those who can do it.Today no one was watching that one way in door. Its a JOKE! To herd us in like cattle. No one was there to watch or check our receipts as we went out. Now they are letting persons go out the other end of the store. We are all WADDED up together at one doorway coming in and going out where we are more likely to come in contact with some contagion than if we were more freely to move separately and quickly in and out on each end of the store. The buggys are no longer being sanitized as I observed today and they no longer provide hand sanatizer. I personally have been using my own all along that I keep on me at all times as well as sanitize my on buggy. You cant leave your safety in others hands. Hopefully others do the same. I am a little on the OCD side. I SERIOUSLY DREAD the thought of having to go and get MUCH NEEDED items from Walmart even more so now since COVID-19. I wasnt comfortable shopping there before COVID-19 or having a Chroinc Illness and Im not that old.One last thing since I seem to be putting in a complaint on this post... I thought one reason Walmart came was to give persons jobs. They killed the small businesses, taking those jobs away from people and now they let you and machines do their work at checkout. You are their free labor checking out yourself and that machine you are using to check out with is a person... A place a person who needs a job could be standing instead of the unemployment line.
My Dad just moved to Albany a couple of months ago. We came to visit from Texas and made a trip to the nearest Walmart Supercenter for a few items. I have never been so mad! They were by far the RUDEST, UNHELPFUL ASSOCIATES I have ever encountered at any Walmart!! We found everything we needed but without any assistance from anyone . It was either not their department or they couldnt be bothered. Too many details to write. We will never go back. 😡
Look I have asthma so I am happy to get to go anywhere during the past year (pandemic) so when my Momma asked me if I wanted to join her here to shop for quick gifts for upcoming Louisiana trip to see my big sister & niece & babies I was like... HELLZYEAAH MOMMA!We were here for 2 hours. I was appreciative of the super clean stores & buggies & the available hand sanitizer at entrance & exit. The newborn to 6 mos. play clothes & cute mix-and-match sets needed replenishing but there was enough available & plenty to choose from. I love Walmart for their super duper affordable infants & kids clothing options bc come on... you cannot beat $10 for two onesies or tops & matching bloomers &/or bottoms plus theyre just going to throw up on them anyways... anyhow Ledo Ledo Walmart gets thumbs up from me & my Momma we had a blast together & laughed a lot. Customer service was improved & helpful & smiley which is a nice change. Even Money Services ... I got a particularly sweet & patient lady whom I hope to deal with again.HAELILULUS BOTTOM LINE: 2 THUMBS UP FOR CLEAN SANITARY SHOPPING WITH SMILEY CUSTOMER SERVICE & MONEY SERVICES GETS A SHOUT OUT FOR PATIENCE & UNDERSTANDING. BOOM.
I almost took a picture of the nasty parking lot to share on social media this morning. Worse than the landfill, now I wish I had to share it with you. Its aggravating that all the front parking places have been replaced with car pick up parking and the employees take up the rest of the front parking spaces. And once in the store youd better be careful that you dont get run over by the employees filling the online shopping orders, they are so rude.One employee the entire 2 hours I was there spoke to me.
The store was crowded and only three lines open not including all the self checkout lines but people had shopping carts full of items making the self checkout a very slow moving line. Its getting close to the holidays so more associates are needed for the increased traffic in the stores to ensure the shopping experience is pleasant
No social distancing being monitored at the self checkouts. Everything that the app said was out of stock was in stock. Tried to use the app to avoid the lines and couldnt. Store looks good and clean. I do like the monitoring of how many people are in the store but thats where social distancing stops.
I have been trying to call my local Walmart, Ledo rd. Albany, GA for the last 3 days. Every department does not answer the phone and the system just hangs up. Why do you have a phone number. Why isnt pharmacy answering. Electronics stays behind the counter, why arent they answering. The sad part is....... I stood in the store and watched them not answer the phone!
The store was kinda busy, but theres a lot of space inside so that was okay. All the associates were helpful and the lines werent excessively long. I wish more registers were open though. The bathrooms were slightly messy. There was a lot of tissue on the floor, but that can be expected anywhere that little kids go. Apart from that, it was pretty stellar.
What a great store! You actually had a pair of boots I was looking for and you had jalapeno poppers at the deli! Talk about a happy old girl! 😂And thank you so much for letting me park in my RV in your lot overnight, just the break I needed! Ended up spending almost a $150 in your store, but that was a good thing! Lol! Thank you again!
Handicap karts are always uncharged. I dont like to go there anymore. No cashiers when needed. Its all about keeping cost and equipment in poor repair and no help that I quit liking it. They made small stores close. Like fabric stores then cut inventory and have to go to bigger cities to get what you need.
Wally world! this is a nice Walmart its got a good footprint youre able to get in and out pretty quickly and its average as far as cleanliness but they do normally keep it stocked even in the middle of covid. Sometimes the neighborhood market is a little easier to get in and out of but overall its a good store.
What a mess. Theyve been working on a major reset and moving practically all merchandise in the store around. To avoid moving some things it appears they intentionally let stock dwindle to the point they stay out of some items. And there doesnt appear to be any hurry to build the inventory back to a sustainable level.And customer service in this store has never been stellar. There are a few, here and there, a few cashiers and stock clerks and a few CSMs that do well enough with polite greetings and friendly service. But there are some employees that wouldnt have a smile even if you taped the corners of their mouth to their ear lobes.Theres always room for improvement but it seems this store is content to leave the room empty.
Price on towels on one side were 1.12. Towels on other side 2 something. I got 6 towels at 1.12 and took them to register where the cashier refused to honor the price marked. My daughter went back to confirm price. Lady was busy changing the prices and yelled, you want 6 towels at 1.12, take them. Its against the law for cashier to refuse to honor price marked. In the last 4 days, i have spent maybe over $600-700 at that walmart. If they dont want to sell towels at 1.12 then dont mark them at that price. Its price as MARKED. and do NOT yell at my daughter!!
Grocery pickup NEVER answers the phone no matter how many times you call smh. Very unprofessional sat for over an hour waiting AND even went inside to get some assistance and nobody showed! Customer service is horrendous and staff doesn’t care! If I could post zero stars I would.
I cant believe Walmart would have employees that dont smile, dont help, always standing around in there little groups to busy talking about there social life. And never!!!! have enough registers open. I hate going there. But I go when no other place.If it was me managing the place, this would not happen.Ive managed 13 stores where worked before retiring.At least my employees treated our customers with respect & socialize with them.It was an awesome job!!!!Thank you,Flo Wilson
ALBANY, GALEDO ROADELECTRONICS DEPARTMENTTrying to get help from some of the workers are like pulling teeth. I asked 2 females for help they kept walking like they didnt hear me. I went to the register the worker took me, and 2 other people to get what we needed. We paid for it and went on, she was calling management for assistance, but no one ever came. She was backed up, but still trying to assist everybody, with a long line at her register.
As Walmarts go this location is just fine. I didnt see what the negative reviews were for actually. They had everything I wanted and needed and then some. I went to the store because I wanted to change up my bathroom decor. Huge selection of stuff. Ad with all Walmart trips you start buying stuff you didnt want or need. Shelves were neatly stocked and full. Didnt have to find an associate for anything because it was all conveniently displayed. Didnt even wait in line long and it was evening time. I will always visit this location when I am in the area.
Long lines, workers all around, and, no one will open up a check out to reduce customer aggravation. The scan and go is the fastest way to get customer moved out, it closes at 10pm duh. One employee manning the scan and go which allows 8 customers to check out at the same time. I had one item to check out, but spent over 15 minutes in line
Pretty good about customer service. Purchasing different items. Staff of very professional in helping. Also my trip was about returning item. That was defective. And they was very nice and professional. About the exchange. To get another DVD player. On the return. Thanks so much Walmart Supercenter. Leesburg Georgia.
I consider this the best Walmart in Albany! The best and widest selection, the friendliest staff, the cleanest store... This store definitely deserves a 5 star rating! One more thing- there were at least 7 cashiers I saw operating cash registers- more than Ive ever seen at the other Walmarts in town!
Service here is always horrible, and the selection is pathetic compared to other stores. Employees walk around playing on their cell phones or lingering in groups in the middle of the aisles doing nothing and laughing/talking loudly. There are NEVER enough cashiers, and self-checkout is a joke, as the cashiers in charge there never look up from their cell phones or stop joking/laughing long enough to offer help. Three different visits Ive had to leave my register and walk to the employees for help. The last time this happened, they were standing in a group playing around and seemed upset they were interrupted. The gal who finally helped me told me to wait while she finished playing on her phone and laughing. I avoid this store as much as possible.
Always well stocked and clean. Veteran employees are amazing but new employees act like they could care less. I see a lot of people stocking with head phones in their ears and they pretend they dont hear you if you need something. I give them a five star based on store and stock and cleanliness. But the staff could be more attentive. Always only 1 register open and after a certain hour its self check out only. Please dont have cash at self checkout. Theres literally one register after 1am that takes cash and you wait forever. Overall I love Walmart and their prices but the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
Horrible hardly no food on the shelves or freezers. Except for one person in there the other people were rude. I thought Walmart wanted everybody to wear mask well nobody was there to enforce it. The Walmart market on Slappey has somebody to make sure people follow the guidelines. I wont be back Ill either go somewhere else or to the market place.
Not enough cashiers. Long lines even at self-checkout. You are lucky if the self-checkout machines are working properly. Walmart needs to put up a sign where customers standing in self checkout line can see if machine is credit card or cash only. I have stood in line before waiting on cash only to finally discover it only takes credit card. I then have to get back in line and once again wait for cash only.
Still as polite, especially Ms. Evelyn (whom I have known since I was a wee one), as ever. My oldest daughter is almost 17, and I still feel young when I enter this specific Walmart on Ledo Road. The building itself hold a special ability. The people persevere the environment.
Been here 4 hours to have a tire patched and rotation. The Tire and Lube department is always shorthanded, but I thought it would be better during the week. Its not!!! The employees are nice but I didnt plan to spend my day here. Its been a long wasted day and they still arent done with my car. If you need quick service, I wouldnt recommend Wal-Mart.
Anthony in electronics is an amazing associate! On Thursday before Christmas I was looking for a particular product at a certain price and he went above and beyond to help me. He did it with a smile and not once did I feel like he was rushing me so he could help the next person. As matter of fact he looked for me in the store to tell me that he found a similar product for the price I was looking. Great Job!
Getting in to was easy; however, a lot of the items near the register were not visibly priced, some isles were in disarray and the self check outs were closed. They only had one register open. One other register, had a long line like the other but there was not anyone physically running the register. A young African American appeared coming from the restroom approximately 25 mins later.
Ive always been confused as to why Ive only seen, at most, 2 checkout lines open.....EVER at this location when there are over 15 that can be utilized. Id normally be content but Ive been in line for close to 30 minutes. If I can make a suggestion..... Utilize an employee thats not doing anything immeadiately crucial and set them up on a register. You would undoubtedly find the result being that the congested lines of customers would start shortening begin moving in a more expeident and efficient manner.
It was a Saturday night I walked in there to cash my check. Some lady at the register had green lips with a puffy afro. I knew it wasnt Halloween. I take a look around and it was like watching some cartoons on TV. This place didnt look like a Walmart inside. I started to realize that it was time to go. And I did... I cash my check and left.
When checking out at the registers only 1 would except cash and you had to wait in line for a long time . I have been to other Wal-Marts but this one by far was absolute the worst Ive been too . even ask the sales associate about it. Her reply was . Its not my problem, call corporate
Found winter pants several pair on sale rack. However they wouldnt honor their sale. Associate refused to check or call manager. An of course walking out they want to check reciepts like your a thief all because of self checkouts that they install to keep from paying associates.
Standard Walmart. Crazy drivers, carts and trash left everywhere in the parking lot & the service is ok. Kind of a dont bother me attitude. Due to Meat Shortages there was a limited selection and no ground beef (06/03/2020). Not really Walmarts fault of course and on the flip side, prices are good.
While walmart has self ck out and good prices leaves employees nothing do with their time but to stand as round and gossip, if ure looking for a c u train product u cant get any help till they finish their chatting we while u can hear conversation it has nothing in it pertaining to store
The worst customer service ever! Was told my wings would take 30 min. 1 hour later still no wings. The DeliManager didnt even ignored me when I spoke to her. The front endmanagersaid she was going to reduce the price, and when she couldnt figure out how to do that ,she pointed to a self check out because the one we were using she couldnt clear out what ever mess she had made....I walked over to check out...I said no! and went to Publix! In an out in 20 min with 4lbs of fresh wings and everything else I needed was BOGO! I got everything cheaper,they checked me out and put it in my car!!! You can keep your wallyworld! It is a joke!
Not too good to be true. There are no good handi cap spaces to park and no available carts to ride. Never charged up, and not kept up. Im taking about the riding carts. Not enough cashiers working when the lines are long and the store is crowded . Look like to me a manager would pay attention to this problem. If you want suggestions to resolve this let me know.
Employees straight dont care. Wont even look at you and act like youre a bother. The property is always trashy, littered with everything from weave to diapers. Only 3 cashiers open at any given time and 1 out of 5 self check outs take cash but they can never get all 10 to actually work. Just shut this one down.
Thought I would be in and out but the registers had to reboot. I was informed after I gathered my merchandise and was at the self check out to cash out. Needless to say, it could take 10-45 min per sales associate. Should have been told this when I walked into Walmart. 20 min of my time to shop and couldnt purchase. Wasted time I can never get back!
I dont expect much from Walmart, this is by far a horrible location!! Ive tried for 30 minutes to find out if they have a set of tires. Im an hour away, dont live here and need tires today!! Talked to Ed and the one and only computer was tired up! Yes tired up, he couldnt call me back asked to call him back in 15 minutes. I waited 20 called him waited 5 minutes on hold to be told the one and only computer is still tied up!! I with Target had a tire department!!
This Walmart needs a name change from super Walmart to superior or incredible Walmart. Everything is always in place very neat ! Incredible staff always willing to help or assist with your merchandise search. Plenty of parking. Fantastic location. Can’t beat the prices.

2021-10-20As always the food is fresh and delicious. Eating here is like going to grandmas house for dinner. Their farm fresh southern fried chicken is the best you will ever put in you mouth. I recommend Sister Cafe to everyone. So come on home!

2022-06-13This is, by far, the best of the two Walmart Super Centers in Albany. Staff is friendlier, better stocked shelves and more selection. They have a hard time keeping up with correct pricing on shelf talkers, though. I presume the prices are just going up too fast to be accurate.

2022-05-31Hi my name is Jennifer and I would like to tell you about my pharmacy experience. First of all I got sick and got 2 prescriptions. The young lady that helped me in the pharmacy is also named Jennifer lol. She was absolutely one of the best pharmacist or pharmacist technician I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She went above and beyond for me and I would like to say she is awesome. I hope they actually read these and give her a raise cause she deserves it.

2022-06-13Customer service needs a whole lot of improvement when it comes to checking out. Self service is a joke. Need to start giving discounts since you have to bag your own grocery. And no one is willing to help when you cant find something or ask is there anymore in the stockroom. Wal-Mart associates will lie to your face just to keep from helping you. SUCKS!!!!!!

2022-06-05I am almost solely a pickup order person and am loving it. Great for my busy life and a blessing for my anxiety and ADD. I add to my order as I think of and run out of items and order... It really is a lifesaver for me.

2022-06-12If there is one Walmart that could be the worst Walmart ever, that would be the Walmart Supercenter 2825 Ledo Rd, Albany, GA 31707.From empty shelves to negative customer service, they manage it all. Pickup service is a train wreck. Pre Checked pickups are then reordered on site. Yes, that is how it works at this Walmart. Twenty cash registers, three operational. Functional Self-checkout is technology beyond this Walmart.Customer Service counter is operational on the whim of employees. When Customer Service is functional, it is always one employee. Money orders, bill payments, and returns are the mandate of one employee. There are many junk yards that have cleaner parking lots than this Walmart. Phone this Walmart, the phone rings through three submenus, and they hang up.I realize Walmart corporate office needs to have a Walmart Supercenter to train other Walmart Supercenter managers how NOT to do it.Congratulations, you have accomplished it.

2022-05-09I came in with two quart size baggies almost full of change for the coinstar machine. One of the coins got jammed, which caused all the coins to come out...it was a mess! The lady manager was very nice. I apologized, and she was like no worries, it happens. She even picked up all the change. She deserves a pat on the back. I dont know her name, but I was there last night (Sunday May 8th) at like 10:40pm. Thank you! 😊

2022-06-13Well stocked in the home department grocery not so much but that’s not on them. Employees willing to help when needed and not lol. But overall best Walmart experience so far. Usually you get ignored and the occasional eye roll if you ask for help. Glad this Walmart tends to hire the best of the bunch when employing workers

2022-05-28I don’t get paid to ring up and bag my groceries and then twice I had to get assistance to put something back because I didn’t have enough money and once because I rang something up twice by accident……🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬So people complain about not having a job but in fact people here just don’t want to work…..if I was able I swear to God above I would give anything for a job because I have absolutely no income and I hate asking people for help 🤬
