I like shopping there but my husband and friends have been talking and you dont have employees to check us out. I dont work there and I shouldnt have to check myself out.Hire some people or send some people from corporate to work in the stores.The employees that work there are wonderful and its not their fault...Hire some checkers and pay them a little more.Dont think we will ever shop there again and thats what lots of people are saying.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. I live in Clayton County GA, in Forest Park, which on a bad day up and down GA-400, is almost 2 hrs south of this Walmart. An hour n 30 on a good one. BUT I DONT MIND THE COMMUTE. None and I do mean NONE of the Walmart stores in close proximity of my home, are doing business like this location. I work 5 mins away from this store, so thats another reason I can just sometimes dart in and out. They were fully stocked pre and during the dead heat of Covid. Shelves ALWAYS full. Im a big & tall guy. They have clothes that fit me. Groceries can be found in any Walmart. But the clothes, the kids sections, man Im just in love with this store location. Go to this one. You will not be disappointed!!!!!!!
More than a year later: still one of the nicest Walmarts Ive been to. Its less comprehensive now because they made it much smaller with the remodel. But has the basic stuff you need.Initial review: I generally avoid going to Walmart, but I dont mind this one at all; its the nicest Walmart I have ever seen. Its clean, well-manicured, and typically has enough employees to help if I need to find something.
Nice store. Zero customer service lanes open for shoppers who don’t want to Scan and Go themselves. With a full cart of items you still have to scan it all by yourselves. Waiting in lines this long gives you time to do Google reviews.Crazy to me that this is what Walmart envisions for the checkout of their products.
Went to the customer service because the water machine was out of order. The lady at the customer service asked two employees to help but they both refused !!! The second was pushed to help us and she was so rude. Telling us, there is nothing we can do for you, this is your responsibility, you can’t have back anything, it is on you! So we stayed calm and we went back to talk to a manager that would help. She came back and all of the sudden treats us like dogs asking us to follow her and resolved the problem by magic. Sad. Lazy stuff, extremely rude and we are Done, this Walmart is the worst.
No money center hours anywhere. Showed up after they allegedly closed their money center. No signs. No sign posted where department hours are listed, there is no way of knowing money center hours, called the customer service line and the agent placed me on hold until the phone hung up saying their office is closed. Agnet told me there is nothing he can do. Asked what the purpose of the customer service line is. The agent couldnt tell me. Asked for a supervisor of the agent. He just refused. Horrendous experience and this is why my visits to Walmart is rare. Went online to see department hours and no hours are listed under money services. Terrible. Dont shop here.
Good service and as a Senior we went early during the Senior early hour at 6 am. Great time to shop as the big crowds dont generally arrive that early. Stock levels seem good again on most products. Occasionally, a popular product may not be back on the shelf, most likely due to the early hour, not necessarily do to insufficient supply.Overall this store is convenient, dependable, and a very good value.
Great employees, terrible store. Walmart renovated this location into UGLY and FRustrating shopping experience. It use to be bright, open and well laid out. The shelves are towering and aisles are too narrow. Junkie looking grab boxes in center lanes. This is the third time Ive been here where shoppers complain about the same thing; either in checkout or parking lot. Employees are just as frustrated. For instance, heating pad. Supposed to be aisle H3. Nope. Thats something else. Found it on the very bottom shelf, corner, two aisles away. Moth balls. A total mystery find now. Use to be with vacuums and cedar closet accessories. Nope. Maybe by laundry? Nope. Hardware? Nope. potting soil. Now on clearance!? We garden all year here. Im sad its become this way. Ill go to target and other places and pay the extra price. My time is not wasted. It looks like Big Lots. Unhappy😞
I arrived at the auto service center about 5pm. I was there to purchase a car battery, which for my vehicle, the store had only one in stock. Without offering to test the existing battery, which is the customary practice, the service manager, nevertheless sold me a new battery, which I immediately requested that the car battery be installed in the car, but the manager refused, citing that the service center closes at 6pm., and there wasnt enough time to install it before the service center closing time at 6pm., and the store policy prohibited the shop employees from working beyond 6pm.This revelation, however, was not disclosed to me (customer) until after the purchase transaction had been finalized.When I reminded the service manager that I couldnt wait beyond 6pm because once my car was turned off, it wouldnt start back due to the dead battery without a jump-start. He then suggest that I install the battery myself, which I had no tools to accomplish the task, and once the battery had been sold to me, the shop had an obligation to install it at the time, which again I wasnt happy with the refusal to deny my request.The entire buying and service experience for me from Walmart was less than desired, and in fact, I feel the lack of service I wasnt happy with the overall process.
Freaking awful I felt like I wasnt even there. Some lady in a headdress just avoid me. Im sitting their waiting for her to get her approval she help other customers just to avoid me even a lady pointed out to her that I needed help first cause I was waiting long....like really does she think Im going to hurt her or something? She passes me again looking at the machine and me still not helping until I said can you help in a stern voice.... Abit rude she knew I needed help and I just sat there.
Downgrading this store significantly. The wine selection is 1/3 what it was and the prices are no longer competitive, as much as $5.00 per bottle more than the other store down the street. The printer cartridges shelf was in shambles and missing about half including what I was looking for. They are sending me to the competition. If Im no longer buying wine then Im also no longer buying groceries a this location. Also, like many others I had a horrible experience with the tire center, I had a leak and showed up 30 minutes before closing they sent me away. I had the issue fixed in 5 minutes at the tire shop down the street.
Very bad experience today, customer service is not friendly, not kind, and not helpful! So I just wanted to return hp scanner because my husband already buy it, and he forgot about it . I have check and he bought scanner 11 June, but the woman from customer service said that I can’t return item cause I passed 30 days! But today just 23 June! So after that she said that I need to return scanner in Walmart where my husband took that ! It was unprofessional, bad and very crazy !
I have been using Walmart pickup since inception at the Windward Parkway store. They were good in the beginning, but started to decline in accuracy & efficiency over time. Checking each piece of my order became the norm. The store would forget bags often.Living in Canton now, I have used the Walmart out here & was not happy. I gave the McFarland store a chance & started noticing that they were getting my orders right each time, without me having to watch over them. Today, John went out of his way to call me before my scheduled time about a substitution error. John then worked with his manager & did not charge me for the item I needed. He was so helpful & very kind!John, Imogen, & Jerusalem are doing a great job for this grocery pickup at McFarland! They make all the difference! Thank you!
I just love this Walmart. Ive been doing grocery pick up, and they always go above and beyond to get me order ready, replace unavailable items, and all this before the ice cream starts to melt, and with a smile. Great communication and I would bet good management at this location. Kudos to the whole team.
Only time I’ve ever used a Walmart tire center. Figured I would because I bought the tires from them. It took 3 hours to put 4 tires on my truck. The 2 lug nuts I watched them torque they over torqued. The hun caps on my truck were all loose. If I didn’t check them they would have all came off on the drive home. The click means stop. No one seemed to have a purpose. They were all over the place. No one was working the counter. I just hope they balanced them properly. If not I will be back to update. Either way I will not come back.
Nicolette is correct. I am a frequent shopper here and have noticed the employees not wearing their masks correctly past few visits. Today I saw at least 6 employees wearing their mask with their nose exposed. So I decided to speak to the manager who was not very concerned and took my complaint nonchalant. I was shocked by her responds so I decided to complain to the corporate office which confirmed they have a very strict policy. With record number of deaths in this country the management should take this virus much more seriously. If you value your life and don’t want to take any chance of catching Covid avoid this location.
We just moved into the area, our 1st time at this store was amazing! Very clean, lots of space to move about. Employees we were in contact with were very friendly. I actually witnessed a store manager going over and above with a of age female customer offering to take her moving boxes up to cashier so she can continue shopping without them in her way. It was a beautiful thing to see and hear.
Very disappointed that on a busy Saturday morning you only have 3 associates checking out customers. I was ready to check out around 10 AM and was stood on line for at least 15 minutes. If I had a few items I would have used the self check but I had 58 items, a few too many for self check Getting less and less happy with Wal-Mart, not really sure I am saving enough money to go through the process of poor customer service.
Standard Walmart experience... Not a bad thing, except the not enforcing masks in-store is a little troubling. I talked with some of the workers and managers on the matter due to a huge sign right out front that reads masks are mandatory to enter. Yet I see a lot of people roaming around without a mask even in their hands, let alone on their faces. They claim they cant really enforce it due to people becoming unruly and violent over it.
Buying groceries etc usually has a good Walmart experience, I’m writing this off someone is going for covid vaccination.Process was simple, you will give your insurance details or name and confirm your appointment, physicists will give you a card with next appointment date. Then you will have to wait for like 5 mins since they will have to arrange vaccination needle and stuff, after that your name will be called and inject vaccination. You will have to wait for 15 to 20 mins in post vaccinated area. And that’s it.When I went they were giving Moderna vaccination, check online for more details.
Drove 30 mins out of my way for a online order that stated store is open until 11 but what it doesn’t tell you is that the online dept closes at 8 sharp. Called the store, yes we’re open until 11 and no we can’t help you. They close that dept down and everyone there leaves right at 8, yes we know the email and app says we are open but just not that online area. Sorry bye. So f..k me I guess. I’ll drive another hour tomorrow. Please fix that issue. Will never order online for pick up from Walmart again.
The pickup tower should only be used for retrieving smaller items, otherwise you will stand and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and continue to wait until someone finally decides to do their job. Dont bother asking any employees for help theyre useless!!!!!!!!! I called the store phone to speak to a manager and heard it just ringing off the hook stood there and watched female employee let it ring. Hispanic male employee completely kept walking when I asked for assistance and said Sorry I have to clock in. Once he did, he made it a point to continue walking around aimlessly with smug look on his face while Im still standing there. I stood almost 30 minutes just for them to get an ironing board for me. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!! Never giving this location my business again.
In a very nice neighborhood so usually not crowded like a third world market. Get in get your stuff and get out. Parking is plentiful and the customers are from surrounding area which is a good thing. Funny I admit this but this is one of the best Walmarts I have experienced. Lastly even the service has been excellent. Kudos to their Pharmacy department. They have their act together
This is first time I had an unusual experience with Walmart. I have ordered a Bike online and when I reached to pick it up it was offered to me at around 50% discount. Before I could load the bike in my car I learned that it is completely messed up. I would not take such for free too. Staff was humble and helped me with quick return. But Walmart can save people unnecessary trip by describing real condition.
Great variety of ocean of products are available at reasonable prices undead a single vast roof with safety and satisfaction.Very happy to find many many products of almost all kinds useful for all ages & kinds of people.A few customer service personnel were found to be needing some specialist training about their products , like electronic devices and some customer-priority services !They need to try to help or support the diverse customers !
I come here often and cash checks, and sometime the customer service is rediclously bad. The attitudes of the employees is terrible, they talk bad about their store and co workers right in front of the guests, and its usually while we are waiting on them to finish their conversation so we can finally be helped. Ive seen long lines and only 1 person behind the counter, the managers will walk right up ask the employee something then just calmly walk away or lean up against a wall and okay in their cell phone instead of doing their job and helping to provide the guest with better service.
The delivery service at this location is pitiful! It was always late but last time was beyond what I could have ever imagined. I arrived on time and called the number listed in the pick up location almost ten times before anyone picked up. It kept ringing and then going to voice mail. I tried to catch the attention of the staff but they would not look in my direction. I called the complaint department and the representative on the phone made it sound as if it was my mistake for not using the App! I stopped using their curbside pick up and now shop either at Aldis or Publix. If I am totally stuck, I go to the Windward location .
Went to purchase a few items and look at a laptop for work, wasnt there to purchase it. This employee approached me like no other employee, not looking like I was about to steal something. Older white guy working in the electronics department (did not get his name) gave me advice whats best for me and i got 400 dollar laptop very happy for the excellent service. 5:30pm 04/7/19
This Walmart is one of the worst managed stores Ive ever been in. Ive stopped here 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time Ive had problems at the check out. Inexperienced cashiers, no cashiers. Cashiers asking for help from managers who dont come and help. Tonight was it. I put my items back and left the store. There were 2 women ahead of me with baskets full of gardening items (it is the season) and the cashier was new and had called for the manager to no avail . One woman said its worse inside the store (we were in the garden center). Really bad.
I start with a question: is this location controlled by mayor klb?I understand this store is in Forsyth County, where business is open!However, when I arrived on this Friday morning at 9:30 AM, I find it looks like it should be open. It has the yellow tape separating the entrance and exit doors of the main entrance. I walk up to the door and it does not open, I can see employees inside, after a couple of minutes one walks toward me, then stops and waves me away..I was interested in a large screen TV and some outdoor furniture, I guess I will go elsewhere! Somebody probably wants to make a sale.
Expired Formula!!Warning to all parents with babies on formula!! My husband went there to get a can of formula today and noticed the lid was super dusty. He checked the expiration date... it expired in July 2020!! So then he checked every other can of the Enfamil formula and they were ALL EXPIRED!! He ended up having to go down the road to Kroger to get our baby formula!
They have the entrance roped off forcing you to go in a certain way, which would have been fine had there not been 3 walmart employees standing around talking to each other one of which had no mask on. Geez. Thanks for making me walk closely in between you guys so uneccesarily. I really dont like going to this store ever since the bread isle smelled like a urinal one time but I went today because I heard they had Lysol spray in stock. They need to rethink their policy because right now it makes no sense to have unmasked employees talking close and making the customer walk between them. I did get Lysol though. Thanks.
Definitely not the typical overcrowded Walmart I am used to. The five or so times I have visited this location staff has been helpful and the store has been well stocked and clean. The prices are slightly higher than others and they dont seem to follow the same price drop/clearance schedule as other neighboring stores. Nonetheless, they will surely have anything on your shopping list and employees will gladly assist you if need be.
Help was available and easy fast self checkout.Not impressed with management here! They were not willing to help out a family in desperate need. Myself and another employee had to come out of pocket which was rewarding regardless of the lack of empathy from Wal-Mart.
Sooo... there is this worker named Ben Reardon. I know that working at Walmart can be frustrating at times, but he is always so kind and helpful! If you ever get a chance to run into this gem of a young man be sure to ask him where the zucchini is, he’d be more than glad to help you. And be nice if they are out, he’s only trying to help!
As Wal-Marts go this is one of the easiest stores to get in and out of the parking lot. The Cumming store is impossible to get in and out of in any sort of hurry. This store has to be one of the biggest ones out there. Its huge. Each department seems to have a good selection and I enjoyed the camping section. The bathrooms always stay pretty clean which is nice when you have to take your kids. I found the several items I came for. I did find it really annoying that at 1000 at night they only had one set of doors open the week before Christmas. And with such a giant store, its inconvenient to have to walk a quarter mile from your car to the opposite back corner of the store.
This Wal-Mart used to be pretty good but no more. More often than not they are out of things I buy regularly in grocery section and vitamins. Today I encountered no less than 6 customers like myself who were griping about the store being out of what they regularly buy. Frozen foods section always has empty shelves. Vitamins same way. It is pathetic!!
Love this Walmart! Super clean, good deals and always plenty of checkout lines open, enables one to get IN and OUT if need be!!!As I said though, LOTS of clearance sections so hardly ever a quick visit for me lolOne of my favorite spots is definitely going to be the back corner of the grocery department in the Diary Section....There you will almost always find a couple of bread racks fillednwith discounted desserts and other baked goods. Still fresh, I might add but significantly reduced prices for a quick sale!!Check em out!Oh yeah and they have a Family Restroom in the rear of the store. An added amenity that is convenient for single parents shopping with their children!Anyhow, thats an honest review of MY neighborhood Wal-Mart Supercenter and I hope you like it as much as I do!!!
Doesnt look very clean the bathrooms where low on paper and smelled. Then at check out the plastic bags are so thin that when you put a few cans in them they split. We went through at least 10 bags. Then we had to double bag everything. Then they had enough bags left for 3 more days. Someone screwed up. But they are very cheap bags when you are buying hundreds of dollars in items they should be better grade.

The look youll get from most of their employees are one of, you talking to me?? Really!!, you think I get paid to help shoppers...not hardly...Of course,this is if you can even get their attention.
Never enough check out lanes open. Was in line with 8 people in front of me, 1 lane open and 24 closed checkout lines. I was told by an associate that the manager bonuses are tied to payroll hours, so they cut hours. Have called 3 times today to check on an order. Cant get anyone to answer. Enough. Target from now on.
This is my first visit to this store. Contrary to my long experience with other Walmart stores, employees at this Walmart are friendly and helpful. They have a Music & Arts store inside this Walmart. Had good experience there too, with fixing violin. Tyler was very nice and helpful.
While there is a huge selection the variety of different products is limited compared to other supermarkets in the area and the large quantities mean there is more expired and bad merchandise. As an employee I highly recommend that you DO NOT apply. Most of the employees discriminate based on religion or race mostly against christians and caucasians.
I got scammed by a false advertisement purchased online! I bought a specific tires online which was send to a store near me, once I got to the store the tires was a size completely different than what I ordered! I call the costumer service asking for the right tires and they keep saying that the tires was right and that I had to cancel the order and pay much more than what I paid before! That’s ridiculous I have the email with all the descriptions I showed the guy at Walmart and even he said that it was a different one and I had to call costumer services to get this fix and they didnt fixed!
Jade and Vickie in customer service at the Atlanta Hwy in Alpharetta GA store absolutely rock. I’ve had a ton of issues with Wal Mart recently and they helped me tremendously to feel a little better about Wal Mart. Had issues with shopping online and picking up at stores after buying online. One item I bought that had to be shipped arrived at 1138 am and wasn’t processed until almost 630-7 pm that night and Fed Ex delivers it to the store. The item shouldn’t take almost 7 hours to process. That is absolutely rude and ridiculous especially for just 1 item. The store I had this issue with was in Lithonia Ga at the Mall Pkwy store. I had to call several times before I could ever get a associate to answer and get any help. It doesn’t matter how busy a store is it shouldn’t take almost 7 hours or more to process order of a single item.
Phillip and the other manager Arthur are rude, and unethical. They don’t have any customer service skills. They turn their back when talking to customers, they don’t make eye contact and they mumble under their breath. Acting like your too busy to stop and speak with a very disgruntled customer is no way for a manager to act.When I came into Walmart tonight to return an unusable Christmas tree stand I had purchased, I was met with raised eyebrows. However I purchased this item on the 22nd of December, and I have not yet had it for 90 Days. The truth is the stand never worked. I spent $25 and tax on something that caused me and my boyfriend a lot of frustration and we had to make another trip to the store (Home Depot) to get a stand that did hold our tree upright. Now nearing 90 Days since I purchased I rushed to return realizing I was going to be stuck with a piece of garbage that caused so much drama. I asked if he could credit me and he asked if I had my receipt. When I said I did not, but I had my ID he said there was nothing he could do for me. He said “How do I know that you didn’t buy that on sale and are now trying to return it for more money?” As if I was trying to steal from Walmart and was lying to his face. I even noted that I made a YouTube video about the broken Christmas tree stand. He ignored me.I told my boyfriend to go ask if he would give us the store credit, and if not to explain the return policy. He said without receipt no return. As soon as we left I got on google corporate to find returns can be made within 90 Days with or without receipt which is what I had previously thought. I tried to call the Walmart, but it rang for 15 minutes straight with no answer. This is at 8:30pm and the Walmart is open till midnight. I drove over to another Walmart who kindly Gave me a gift card for the trouble refunding me entire purchase. I will never shop here again.
**Do not go here if you plan on using their customer service desk/money services!!!!**These people are ridiculously RUDE! Firstly be prepared to spend at least 20 min in line.... make that 20 min times however many people are in front of you because thats how long they take... When you Finally do get to the desk be prepared to be greeted by a person that looks like they would rather be run over by a bus than offer you the slightest bit of help (and no, the look does not change throughout the conversation ) Two times going to them and they have yet to help me with either one of my problems first time I had a gift card that had money on the card but their computers would not read. Called the number on the back of the card verified there was in fact money on the gift card and the lady acted like I was asking her to give me the cash register instead of just transferring the money to a new gift card so that I could use it! In the end I was SOL because she wouldnt help. Today I go to get money that my sons grandmother sent form another Walmart. The managertries to rush me off saying that his money is not there... I had the picture of the whole receipt on my phone! Reference number and everything and she wouldnt even try to enter it again. She didnt even try to see if there was another number to refrence. So after waiting forever I have to take my son out of the store while he is crying because he didnt get the game he wanted to buy with money that WAS there and drive 45min to another location and guess what. The reference number works! If you dont want to at least be halfway decent to customers then dont come to WORK
Walmart still has a long ways to go as far as customer service. 90% of the time you always wait in Long Lines. Customer service is virtually zero. They have nice products however theyre overpriced at some point for the quality of the merchandise and some products are just too cheaply made and should not be offered even at a discount price
Purchased 4 Nintendo switch games for Christmas gifts. When my sister opened kirby, game was missing from the case. Contacted Nintendo via email, they were confident each package was weighed carefully by the oz and that a theft had to have occurred between distribution and retail. Went to exchange and walmart would do nothing although one of their employees stole and repackaged a game. One of the excuses was, the time that has passed has been too long. Tried to exchange 3 weeks after purchasing. Will not be shopping from walmart again. Paying 10-20% additional at Target will be worth it.
The people that work at this Walmart or very polite and respectful, This Walmart has plenty of selections of items and is well stocked but the only complaint that I would have would be that the bathroom always seem to be dirty and smells like pee also it seems like every time I use the bathroom and wash my hands there is never paper towels available only the blower.
I like this walmart location better than others near by, one reason being this location is not that busy and there is always staff around in store to help customers. if you check local stores on Thanksgiving sale, skip other walmarts locations and visit this place. Not very crowded on thanksgiving day.
Does anyone from corporate, or the family members of Sam Walton living in Ivory Towers EVER read these reviews? Obviously not. Because any individual with half a brain wouldnt schedule ONE customer service clerk at the returns desk on a Saturday afternoon! My husband and I waited in line this afternoon with TWENTY FIVE people in it. Not one manager was around or took the lead to get someone else on another register. WalMart is a BILLION dollar company and you mean to tell me they cant figure out how to schedule more help at the customer service desks at theyre very busy stores? My husband and I have reached a pinnacle that we will never waste valuable time like that again. We will never step foot inside another Walmart for anything.
Do not shop here!!!! My family and I have lived in Alpharetta for the past 2 months and have always used this walmart for our groceries, spending an average of $250 a week. Today I had the most awful experiance with an extremely unpleasant employee while buying my weekly groceries which included beer. I have NEVER had any issue with someone questioning my ID as I am 25 years old. This snotty associate removed the beer from my cart and told me she would not sell it at her discretion. I was so dumbfounded, and will NEVER shop this location again after her snotty disrespect. No apology, no manager. I went 4 minutes down the road and bought the beer with my same id. Unbelievably rude customer service. Maybe someone should re-evaluate her ability to make wise choices with her so called discretion because she was so incredibly out of line. Never again!!!!
Their prepared food area is so rude!!! I asked for some buffalo chicken and if possible to be dropped a new batch. The lady behind the counter told me it will take a full hour to cook more. I then asked for popcorn chicken since I didnt want to wait. She have me the rudest look and laugh at me, as if I was asking for her to do a backflip. I decided to cook at home and not have to deal with her again.
This Walmart is the most ridiculous Walmart Ive been too!The management here is a joke they put things on clearance you get the the checkout they have to go check the price they come back and say they are not on clearance when clearly there is five or six things over there that are the same!!! This Walmart I came to nearly everyday but I guess since they changed management it is ten times worse.
Customer Service Reps arent good at Customer Service. I was searching for a working MoneyGram, and started at the WalMart on Windward Parkway. They were down, so i tried CVS, and that was down too. I was advised It shouldnt be for all stores and to call ahead. Several other stores stating they were also down. When i got to this Walmart, a lady stated their MoneyGram was working. I asked if she was sure, and she reassured me that it was. I made the 15+ minute drive there only to find out they were also having issue too. When i came to that store, she was IN the CUSTOMER SERVICE/MONEYGRAM center. Too lazy to even double check before inconveniencing customers.. AWFUL.
I will literaly go out of my way to go to this Walmart because the employees are professional behaving (not talking smack to each other out loud for everyone to hear!!! and begruding to even serve the customers) They are friendly and helpful! The store is clean and well kept and it is pleasant.

2022-04-05I used FedEx that was located inside the shopping center. The lady that helped me was super fast, efficient, and nice. Wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise.

2022-05-25I have had the most exhausting last week. It is now 7:29 and I believe it was the end of Cordelle’s shift, or he was taking a break. This was FINALLY my last stop before going home. There was a woman at the register that had a question and they had to call a manager over. It was absolutely NO ONE’s fault, not the customers, cashiers, and even the manager arrived quickly. But what could’ve been 2min was now 15. He turned around and gave the biggest apology, even though it was not his fault. I had no reason to be annoyed except that I was tired and wanted to go home. The next customer went through without a hitch. I was the last customer and he must’ve known I was just exhausted. Immediately, he had me laughing so hard I walked out of there feeling great! Now tell me what Walmart employee has ever changed your mood from tired and exhausted to walking out of Walmart happy and still laughing! Great job Cordelle!

2022-05-14Its about what lets see 6 months now that Ive been in the store I dont know how many times and they cant seem to carry the can of brown shoe polish or any shoe polish. They relocated the shoe section in I guess you can polish is just not a needed item in the world anymore. I mean its okay to be out of stuff but perpetually forever thats a little much. And the app and the website both shows you probably check shoes to be found in the wrong location. Its a matter of fact the app shows a different location than the website. It doesnt matter which one you go to... Youre not going to find any.

2022-03-28At Walmart noon today, garden center non functional. No employees to assist or checkout. All want is 4 bags of mulch and fertilizer. Sent to main store checkout can’t find the fertilizer although on pallet next to checkout in garden center tell me to go back and take pic of bag. Been back and forth twice to no avail. This Walmart has deteriorated in service. GoodLick of you go there.

2021-08-16This Walmart had everything I needed AND things I needed (ok ok..and wanted lol) that I didnt know existed!! Clean, well lit, overall friendly staff.. kind of a well stocked hidden gem!

2019-12-21Had a chance to visit this Walmart . Located in good place with good parking space . Every Walmart is different and this one is huge with more selections and electronic offers are different for Peachtree or Duluth Walmart . Less crowded as Saturday noon . Price is little high compared to Peachtree or Duluth Walmart which I happened to visit on the way . Cashier is less and self checkout are very less here . Always it will be 5-10 people standing for checkout .

2022-01-22What can you say about Walmart?? They have everything. Some good, some very low end. The biggest danger is getting run over by one of their employees shopping for pickup and delivery orders. They have no respect for other shoppers. Additionally, with self checkouts and the overall reduction in staff I believe there customer service level has noticeably dropped. Might as well order online... just dont try and return it!! If you have ordered from one of their online vendors the return process is daunting, many times you are unable to return the item in-store and must locate and deal directly with the vendor. A real pain. I think if Walmart sells it, online vendor or not, they should facilitate the return.

2018-12-27This Walmart has a FedEx, Vision center, photo center, pharmacy, garden center and a Music&Art center inside. Great place to learn guitar, violin, piano etc. Its a large store with almost everything you need for daily living. They are NOT 24/7.

2021-09-28Worst run store I’ve ever seen. A fee weeks ago I went to pick up glasses at 2 pm and no one is there, cashier says the eye dept. clerk is at luch, asked when he/ she will he back, answer, no idea. ,so today at 1:40, pull up to pick up advertised delivery to car of pharmacy meds, call their number, no answer after 3 minutes. S I go inside and pharmacist is eating lunch with all windows closed. Pharmacist sees but vhoses to Ignore me so I tap on the window and she states closed until 2pm. The pharmacy sign states open 9am - 9 PM. I’ m done with this store and bu the way of such little traffic glow, i think are too. Target customer service is so much better and they KEEP their hours!

2022-02-28This Walmart used to be something special. The exterior colors are different (still), have have had broze horses statues out by the street. The layout inside was much more open the towels and the small kitchen appliances were laid out more like that of a higher-end store. My family and I used to travel further to go to the nice Walmart. Well folks that is no more. This Walmart has converted to the same dingy gray interior colors, they have spaced the isles so closely two ppl can barely pass. The newly arranged isles and walls along lawn and garden make no sense. This is still a very clean walmart. But now is no different on the interior than any other walmart in the USA. Well be saving ourselves the additional travel time to shop at the nice walmart and will stick to the one that is closest to us. So sad, so disappointing.
