Was at Self Checkout and realized I had an item that didnt have a barcode. Asked if they could call someone for a barcode or price and her response was They dont give us any way to call people...seriously? Since when? So I had to walk to the literal other side of the store (Market side Self Checkout to Hardware) to get the price myself...So either this Walmart has decided to have terrible customer service or they dont train their employees well. Either way, youve messed up.
They had the item I was looking for in stock and at the lowest price. Everyone else in town was sold out. I needed an associates help to get the large item onto a cart and out of the store. A pleasant young man was immediately dispatched and helped me with my item. I was very pleased with my experience and would shop this store again.
Strongly dislike going to this Walmart and will not be returning. Every time I go to this particular location I experience racial profiling from the employees. I was at self-check out and was being watched like a hawk by the employee working in that area. As I headed to the exit with my purchased item there was a white couple in front of me and they worked straight out, but I was stopped and asked to see my receipt. I only had one item and my receipt was clearly visible in my hand. I walked off.
Tried working there after retirement needed something to do. After 4 years being retired walmart called me so I tried working as an Host easy work couldnt do it . Worked one day and I turned in my vest and ID. For that short time the employees and the customers I talked to were friendly pleasant. Five years back I wasnt used to being retire I would have love to work at Walmart then. But I WILL STILL Spend my retirement money at Walmart. Great Store to Shop.
This is one of my favorite Walmarts in this area while Walmart has become a chaotic place to shop in general and a very difficult place to get out of due to crowding and poorly designed front ends the staff at this store are playing cards with the hand they have been dealt and are making it work the best they can and it shows it is always good when a simple smile and friendly cashier can make a normally unpleasant trip and. Make it well
Worst wal mart Ive ever been to. Ive used the grocery pick up for 4 years now, just moving to augusta , and this is the worst!!!!! They have the worst customer service, never pick up the phone and you can expect to be waiting at least an hour to have someone bring out your order. Going inside is worst. Go anywhere but this wal mart.
I work as a driver for a pizza company and have delivered over 600 dollars worth of food to this specific location in one week and have been stiffed on a tip every time. This is honestly a terrible location and you should feel bad about how you have treated delivery people. If you arent going to tip dont order food. Thank you.
Every time I step foot in the door you can sense the rudeness. I have yet to have a goo experience when I walk into this walmart. They do not like to give hardly any help when you need it at a register (especially the self chek outs). If you ask for help out on the floor, they always give me a rude look like they do not care to do their job as an employee.
I checked online before I visited the store for a particular product. It said on Google that Walmart had it to only get there and the products were not in the store. Gas prices are too high for this amount of a traveling!!! And the prices are extremely high at the stores!!!
Waited over an hour for my grocery pickup. When trying to call the store no one answered in the pickup department, and when calling the associate line, the associates I was able to get a hold of were rude and would hurriedly transfer me to the pickup department without letting me explain that no one there is answering. When I finally was able to pull an associate aside outside, he just asked my name and brought it outside, literally threw my groceries in the back and silently walked away. This Walmart sucks to be honest and I don’t want to come back.
I do online grocery pickups for Uber and have had absolutely horrible experiences here. Theyre behind everytime I pickup from here. The first time I picked up they said I needed to come in and once I got in the store they said I needed to go outside, I got parked and called and they said theyd bring it out. I was waiting for a while so I called again and they said that they were just busy and that it would be out soon but about ten minutes later somebody came out and said that I actually needed to be inside, so that wasted almost an hour of my time. They dont answer the phone half of the time and the last time I came I had to personally go and find a personal shopper to tell them I was here and waited over two hours for the pickup. Today I waited almost an hour and a half just for them to tell me that the order cant be found and should have been cancelled. Now they dont even answer the phone when calling.Its absolutely egregious; Its bad enough for customers but I do this as a job and they are consistently wasting my time and money.
I have been trying to call this Walmart to all of the phone lines ... apparently this Walmart does not have any phone lines they do not pick up the phone for customers.... if you have any questions you wish to speak with this Walmart do not call as you will not get an answer.
Im a delivery driver. Accepted a delivery order here, 9/20 @ 6:10pm. When I got to the store all of the 18 pick up spaces were occupied and there was one person bringing out orders and some of the drivers had been there over an hour. So obviously a ridiculous situation. If you cant handle the orders then dont take them.So Im adding to this review, I am done with this store. I will no longer do pickups here. Another hour wait tonight. Its obvious management cant or wont fix this ongoing problem and I can tell you from driver while were waiting conversation I have plenty of company.
Went in to get a couple things and as I was leaving a cashier told me how cute my son was. Then another cashier ran up to us and asked if my son could have a bag of candy and I said of course. It was so sweet and nice of her to go out of her way to make my son happy!!!
We stopped by to pick up a few groceries and some back to school items for our kids assuming that we would be able to pay for our items!! As we proceeded to checkout we were unable to use the self checkout because they were card only and all I had on me was cash! There were only 3 people using the self checkout! We went over to the only register that was open and there was only a couple checking out! The cashier at quickly said she was closed and she had to go! When I asked how were we supposed to pay for our items she quickly got an attitude with us and it was not her problem! Several employees walking around not doing anything at all and couldnt get anyone to help us. And no they were not Short staffed!! Most ungrateful and rude employees I have ever seen in my life!! No respect for anyone at all!! They should shut the doors on the place!
I gave the store a 4 because while the store is great, the auto department is a complete scam. Even though I had the proper documents and it should be in their system, they still tried to charge me for a service that should’ve been covered. Went to a completely different Walmart for a 2nd opinion and they checked their system and my service was covered. Don’t get me wrong they were polite about it.
It was my first time doing the grocery online ordering and pick up. Some things got messed up then we couldnt find my order number to do a refund but it was difficult by the manager handled the situation very patiently and she told me how to do it to make my process easier.
The employees were awesome!! I am know sure of their names but as I was going through self check, I almost left money in the dispenser and they made sure, so I didnt forget and someone else could have picked it up. I appreciated the fact that you all have honest and integrity people working for you
Worst experiences ever at a Walmart. They put in all self serve registers. Last Saturday 1/2 of those were down. I do not like buying $250 groceries and having to check them out and bag them myself. Yesterday I left a bag and discovered it at the end of the day. I have tried to call the store repeatedly with no answer. This morning I let it ring about 5 minutes and someone picked it up and put it down. I could hear women talking and laughing. After about 10 minutes they hung up the phone. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NOT BE BACK. I will drive 10 minutes to go to Target
I had the worst service at the electronics by some woman with a tattoo on her arm I think it said “Justine“ she treated me like I was there to rob the store. Rolling her eyes and puffing every time I asked a question even though I had cash on my hands to buy a birthday gift. Hope she knows she’s there to provide a service with paying customers. Should find a diferente area where she doesn’t have to deal with public. Extremely disappointed
This store has the rudest employees. We go to purchase groceries with cash to only be told “u don’t have a card to checkout?” Not everyone uses a card! We were told u to go to one isle to wait on an employee. 10 mins later they still did not come to check us out. These 2 ladies that told us where to go were standing at customer service talking about us as we are standing there waiting. They keep looking over at us while talking about how we didn’t have a card. Another lady went to the manager explaining to them how they are losing customers due to card only policy that they now have.. she was telling the manager “see, see” as we were walking out without our groceries. Employees of this store need to recognize that there are people that use cash only and need to figure out a way to work with those without a card instead of having a bad attitude and talking about those don’t have a card. I received notification order ready for pickup. I got there having a 40 min. wait so I shopped came back , informed them to give me the freshest long dated milk 2gallons they had. They gave me 10/20 when today is 16th. I called and was told the only milk they had was 10/20. I went inside spoke with a young lady (Dorian?) who checked and brought me out fresh milk dated 11/3 and milk on the shelves were be dated 10/24 & 10/28. I will not shop at Bobby Jones but instead shop neighborhood or Wrightsboro Rd.Thank you
This place has terrible staffing. Only one manned check out and 15 self checkouts. Management is on their phones or talking to friends while 4 self checkouts flash red. If I had not been without essential items I would have just walked out halfway through my $600+ order.
Love this Walmart. They have a Door Greeter there by the name ofPaula. She always makes me feel like Im someone Important. Im disabled and she always makes sure I have a charged Wheelchair to get around in. She always has a pleasant smile. Thanks for Everything. Mrs. Kabrina C
I have been to several Walmarts in several states. This place was clean, friendly, stocking the shelves expediently. Located near the highway and several other roads with ample parking. I stopped here to pick up scrubs, but in a town with a plethora of medical personnel, they were short on supply. Its OK, I will return.
Sam Walton would turn over in his grave if he knew how Walmart was operating today. I despise to go into any Walmart. I miss the days that everything that you could buy was made in the USA. The store is so dirty. Most of them are but not as bad as the one in Waynesboro!
With out question the WORST RUN Auto Department I have ever seen. I went to get four tires and all 4 bays were empty and 3 guys standing around. I dropped my car off and went shopping for an hour and came back and the car was still in parking lot. This is after I told them I had to be at Atlanta Airport in four hours. They were helping their friends who just stopped by. Store Manager would not come to phone of call back. I dont see them staying in business with staff like this. I am going to Discount Tire now. Dont use their Auto Center at Bobby Jones. Go to Evans.
Associates (2)that I asked for help the first one was stocking mdse in Health & Beauty & I asked her where eye drops were & she pointed to the next aisle. Rude! Went to Lawn & Garden & discovered how neglected the plants are mums all dry & dying & plants on clearance had dried up! I asked an associate if she could give me a price check on potting soils I had (2) in my cart, well she said no and walked off, but the registers were closed. I used to work for Walmart from 1989-1994, & we werent allowed to act like they acted the other day. We walked the customer to the item they inquired about & we gave price checks with a smile 😃. They need to get their act together
For the most part this Walmart stays pretty well stocked. Anytime I cant find something the associates are always friendly and help me find the item or the next best alternative. Everytime I have gone there is a cashier at all registers or two helping with self check out and everyone knows how rare that actually is for a Walmart.
Wal Mart gone to automation with only one cashier on Bobby Jones this is very very bad. One clerk to do 2 or 3 hundred customers per HR. So very bad the lines are very long and as much as a half HR to an hour in the lines. For old people have to use automation when it comes down to produce it is bad. We need help the new owners have made a drastic mistake.
If you need to get something quickly and get out this is NOT the Walmart for you.Cons- Many of the check outs are card only which can be extremely frustrating when the card reader doesn’t work.- The check outs are disgustingly dirty. I don’t even want to place my items on it.- No fabric/ sewing area instead they have a small section of precut fabrics. It’s always supper messy in this area.- Constantly out of items. Honestly, if Walmart treated it’s employees better this store would be fully stocked.- This store is dirty. Walmart needs to pay more and hire enough people to keep this store clean and stocked.Pros- The deli is pretty good and the employees are friendly. They will put in a mask since they are handling food.
I went in and was able to find exactly what I needed. The cashier that assisted me, I apologize for not getting her name, was so kind and provided great customer service. She even recommended a product that I didnt realize Wal-Mart had and she even picked it out. It was an aloe plant. Way to go with great service. 👍
Well, I never consider an experience at Wal-mart pleasant but the staff at this particular location was awful. I initially called and the lady answered with no real care. She them said she was going to check for the item and didnt even put me on hold. About thirty seconds later, she hung up. I then went to the store to find what I had been looking for. People need to learn customer service skills before working at a customer service desk.
This Walmart is trash. I went to get an apple product from the electronic department and was told that they needed a locksmith to open the case because they couldn’t. I then contacted customer service and was told that the electronic department either lost the key to open product cases or it was broken. This is ridiculous! So no one in this Walmart can call a locksmith or have the case fixed? And why is this Walmart the equivalent to a McDonald’s with a broken ice cream machine? Don’t go to this Walmart if you want a simple adapter for your tablet; you’ll have to be a locksmith in order to buy it.
Wonderful store. Wonderful staff. Wonderful everything. The electronics department is never available and they never answer the phone. I left my phone on their counter and tried calling so they could put it away for me, I called every day for a week and the line just rings.
Everybody knows Walmart is danger cheaper than KJs market. Two or three dollars cheaper on meat and everything.One thing I do have to do is give a shout out to the deli... Those rotisserie chickens are always spot the hell on and if you caught one of them as soon as it comes out and theyre putting it on the warmer .. those chickens fall off the bone literally...
Walmart is always the spot to be you can find everything that youre looking for in this place I found School items for my son and I found birthday items for my best friend who just had a birthday so we bought her a gift with the gift bag. Found everything that I needed in Walmart.
Every check out line was only self check out!!!! I know how to check out my own groceries, but I should not have to. I am not a walmart employee, so I should not be treated as though I am a cashier/bagger. Today was the last time walmart will get my money!!!! And for those reading this, each time you agree to go through self check out lines and are only mildly annoyed but do it anyway....you are just setting yourself up for other companies to follow the same business model as walmart and replace most human cashiers that need to work to feed their families, with robots!!!!
This Walmart as always been nice clean and well stocked or at least every time Ive been there and I was surprised to see they actually had drones in stock Ive been wanting one for a couple of years but I just cant seem to break down and buy something like that for myself
I was at walmart pulled up to the side of tle department which is tires lube express immediatley a supervisor walks up and tells me i have to move even though i was walking right in and out so i move then on my way out i notice someone parked there by the door nothing was said i do certainly feel it was a case of discrimination theres a picture of someone parked in front of the door
I go to this store weekly. Sometimes I cant get the same item that I got the week before. But my biggest complaint is the absolute lack of checkouts that are staffed. No matter what time of day I go theres always likely just one open. It gotten to the point that I cant purchase some certain frozen items because they will be melted or thawed before I can get out of the store. Why have all those checkouts if theres nobody to work them? Thinking I may have to switch stores. This post was written over 2 years ago. Since that time the store has opened several self-checkout lanes to which I think is great. I use them all the time. Only problem is if you use them during the very busy time of the day, they seem to have only one employee who has to tend to all the check-out registers that customers are having an issue with for one reason or another. Only other problem I have with the store is the stocking of certain items. Mainly its the sports type drinks like Gatorade. Havent stocked tropical mango flavored Gatorade in months, only orange flavor that is the closest flavor. Do they not even produce this anymore? Know all this sounds silly but its just my worthless take on the store. All in all I like the store more than most other locations.
Went to purchase a soldering iron and solder. Very confusing about the location of both items. I asked 5 different Wal-Mart employees..and became frustrated as they had no clue where to point me. I ended up finding the soldering iron in the car audio section...and the rosin core solder in n the hardware section...took over and hour...and then the lines...
This store has excelled at selling USED motor oil and then blatantly calling the customer stupid when confronted about used oil.Calling the customer stupid to their face. Bold tactic. Customers should not need to open every bottle that has a protective seal to ensure the product hasn’t been tampered with.
Called the auto care center, first call got disconnected. I called back and was placed on hold. I decided to drive to the location while still on hold. Waited 20 minutes in line to speak to the front end associate. Once I was able to speak to the front end associate, about my problem they did not have the item that I was inquiring about. The associate said they may have a shipment arrive and to call tomorrow to check. I let the associate know I attempted to call but was placed on hold. By this time I was on hold for 25 minutes, I displayed my phone to the associate. They stated it should’ve went to customer service, the associate did not take account for their action. I found a Walmart Coach looking for a manager, and show them that I was told on hold for by then 30 minutes. Walmart Coach was helpful with providing information about the ETA of when the item would be in stock. I would use caution when selecting this location for auto care needs, if the front end associate is lacking in customer service I can only image if they are putting in correct service in the system.
Not too bad. Since I was waited on immediately ( no one before me ) the oil change only took an hour. No chairs or benches in waiting area, nor anywhere else in the store. I recomend not coming here for service if you are unable to stand for an extended period of time.
This store is awful. It’s never clean, or stocked properly. Things are always in the wrong spot, probably to make their shelves look full when they are out of product. Customer service is horrible and rude. The store is always a mess. Carts are not sanitized, they do not follow the 6ft rule and several employees don’t wear masks and even worse no one gets carts when they are overflowing in the parking lots. Trash in buggies as well as all over the store from people leaving things when they are done using them. I will not shop at this store anymore.
What happened to the pet department?? Only a very MINIMUM selection of dog food, all of which my dog does not care for. Alpo Gravy Cravers is the best canned food available and not one single variety was available. Walmart should get with it or lose the market for pet foods!
Every time I order online the produce and meats have been fresh! Everything that I ordered was what I would have picked for myself. The substitutions are minimal but satisfactory and often the same product just on sale. I was even given a gift bag the first time I ordered. Ordering online is great for me because I have a newborn and it was great at the end of my pregnancy when I couldnt get around well. The staff is friendly and puts all of the groceries in my car where I ask them too.
I have been doing grocery pick up for a while now. This is one of my favorite locations so far simple because of the people. Every time I go I’m greeted with a smile and very bubbly people. I choose to do pick up because one of my kids is normally sleeping and it’s an opportunity to be in and out without the lines. These folks make one of my biggest errands of the week something I look forward to. I usually get out and help them load so I can have a quick conversation and it’s always a pleasure. One women sings, another women told me she’s a teacher working for the summer, one of the men is always courteous when he sees my sleeping kids. It might seem like a simple thing but these people are saints to me. The only thing I don’t like about pick up at this location is that they didn’t build the roof over the parking. This must make it difficult for the employees to load up cars on rainy days. Also, I’ve noticed just about every Thursday when I go, employees use these spots as there personal front row parking spots. I get that the spots are vacant but surely you can read that they are for pick up?
I love Walmart but in the jewelry section, I was sold a ring that I didnt want. Put it wasnt my sizeWhich she knew bc Id already told her and I knew that it have to be sent off for sizing. I even tried it on in front of her and I couldnt get it over my knuckle. Shes like Im Sorry this isnt my section I usually work. I dont appreciate that.
This is my local Walmart. They have most products in stock and the store is always changing. A few substitutions here and there on our grocery pick-up but aside from that the store is relatively organized and clean most of the time and the lines arent ever super long.
The air is congested and full of toxicity and anxiety inducing atmospheric pressure. Just being inside walmart feels crushing and like the life force is being drained from you. The employees are not at fault, they are being sucked dry as well. In fact, i feel bad for them having to endure hours on hours of the deadening aura. All in all, a 1/10 for walmart but the employees are still trying so a 4/10 for effort.
I came here to get an oil change on my Volkswagen... simple right?My car was perfectly fine before I bought it in other than needing an oil change.Please tell me why my car isnt starting right away? My epc and service engine soon light is on? Then the workers want to say the lights where on when i bought it in, which is untrue. The devil is a Liar!!!
Ill be honest, given our current climate and the most recent experiences in the news, I was ambivalent to visit. Ill be the first to tell you, Im generally not a fan of Wal-Mart. My past experiences include inconsistent customer service and long wait times overall. However, I needed a few items for my office and I was short time. I was pleasantly surprised. I was offered assistance by staff, extended customer service promptly and was greeted with a smiling face.
This store has a complete disregard for the walmart.com and app they have no clue what they have in or out of stock. I went in to get a AT&T Alcatel ideal EXTRA prepaid Model # 5059R, that is on clearance for $9.00 and it is the only one my brother liked, the app and the web page both say that they have it in stock well when I got there to get the phone that was a birthday present for my brother the gentleman said he would go check in the back I know from working at Walmart some years ago that ALL clearance is to be put out on the floor. So can anyone plz tell me why not 1 but 2 employees from this Walmart went to the back stock room to see if they had any of these particular phones? Then when one of the employees came back to tell me they didnt have any Verizon phones in stock I let the employee know 2 times that we were not looking at the Verizon phones we were looking at an AT&T Phone. Without missing a beat they had none. But she was looking at the wrong company phone and didnt go anywhere to check to see if the right phone was in stock. If I could give them no stars I definitely would! Mind you before driving 45 minutes to get the phone I called to make sure they had it in stock and was told yes maam we sure do. Will not be back or recommending EVER!!!
I went to the auto to have my tires rotated the guy told me that my tires were on too tight and that theyre not allowed to take the tire off by hand and told me to take the car back to Walmart in Columbia where I have the tires put on I stood there for a whole two hours waiting for my tires to be rotated just to hear him say that then he put the emergency brakes on and drove my car with the emergency brakes on besides the fact that I called them at 8:05 in the morning to make an appointment and no one never answer the phone and they told me that they dont take appointments
Im so tired of self checkout. Im the type of person who only shops about once a month. As a result I have a sizeable buggy load. After I have shopped for two hours the last thing I want to do is ring up all my items and bag them. They never have cashiers working here anymore, and if they do happen to have one open the line is tremendous. If you have only a few items, I see the benefit, but you should have the choice.
I encountered four different employees at this store, only one spoke, gave a smile and asked if they could help. I had my tire out on at the auto center and the employees providing the service spent a total of 30 minutes in a circle laughing and talking while the employees at the register seem to have a slow time getting the customers taking care of. Once my tire was on the male employee who pulled it out was personable. Store need stop do a better job of organizing this location, their employees in most of the departments
Had to wait for money services to open for 5 minutes even though the lady at the service desk could have handled what I needed done. So even after waiting for the money service center to open I stood in line 30 to 45 minutes and before I even saw customer service I ended up walking out of the store. Very unprofessional needed more people that registers needed more than one woman at money service center too many people in a high demand for not enough workers
I like going to this Walmart and I always have ever since I was little, I don’t have much of a problem with the store. Except my Nana bought a wii not too long ago, we have a modern TVs so we can’t hook it up to that so we decided to get a HDMI to Wii cable but we went to the first Walmart and they didn’t have it in stock so I decided to call this Walmart. The customer service was OK but I was on the phone for 30 minutes and it kept on well the same person kept on coming onWhich was not in the electronics section in Walmart. But we all have standard TVs in some of the rooms so it’s not much of a problem it’s just we needed to get this set up but we can always do this at another store I don’t have much of a problem with the store is very good that’s why he deserves a four out of five.
Request curbside pickup and I had to go in after I texted and called and was told someone would be right out. Poor customer service and I will not be visiting this location again. Management that was there was not friendly at all making excuses. Poor customer service overall. When I got home my pizza was burn and over cooked. I live on the other side of town and I wasnt going to come back to return it. I ended up throwing it away.
No grocery carts in ben today. Told the guy inside and his lousy dont care response was they only had one guy pulling carts from the parking lot. If you want people to spend money, a cart to put there products in would be most helpful. If you dont have any carts, you pull someone off the floor to help the only other person getting carts, if they cannot keep up with demand. No cart, means I did not spend as much money as I would have had I had a cart. Your loss... I went to the grocery store and spent what I would have in Walmart. Poor management...

2022-02-01I was in the store yesterday. I was in a rush and I hate self checkout but to my surprise THEY HAD CASHIERS!!!! IT WAS WONDERFUL TO BE CHECKED OUT BY A PERSON!!! It was so quick and pleasant. I had to go back and mind you, I passed by my Walmart to go to this one because THEY HAVE CASHIERS and I mean more than 1or 2. There were at least 4 or 5!!! AWESOME!!!!

2022-05-11Store had the item I wanted locked on shelf. Clerk said she didnt have keys. I asked if she could call someone. She said that the person working that dept was out today. I asked for a manager. Clerk said her shift was over and she had to leave. She then told me I could go to front of store to find a manager myself.

2021-12-02The worst customer service in the world!!! Pulled up in the parking lot associates standing outside cursing talking loud regarding their jobs and speaking rude and disrespectful to existing customers. Get inside looking for a instant camera for my 10 year old , asked two electronic associates for assistance in locating it in their department not one gave assistance. Found the camera on my own , I still had to ask for assistance because there was a lock on the product. Once the guy got the camera he walks it over to the counter drops down and walked away. The female associate that was behind the counter, started talking to a woman that walked up. I had my 10 year old with me and these two ladies carried on a conversation like we weren’t standing there using profanity. I was so up set , she finally ringed up my item so I could leave that dump!!! It’s the worst Walmart I have ever been in!!! Not one person had on a name tag or else I would put them in this post!!!!!

2022-03-21Drove an hour to this location to buy seeds. The manager with the short red bob cut refused to let me grab one pack of seeds while she was standing there with the door open. Why would the busiest area of the season close at 7pm? Poor service all around.

2022-03-22Love the selection of products! Were from California, and dont have some of the items they have here! But, even though the cashier was very nice, they were a little slow moving. Otherwise a good experience!

2022-04-14I ordered online for pick up. I waited over 30 min to get order. Im not sure exactly why it takes this location so long to bring pick up orders. Maybe if you update your system to give a specific date & time it would be easier to manage the orders. The system isnt working for this location.

2022-06-21I dont even know why I continue to go here. Theres always a nice greeter at both entrances. But the atmosphere is just not what I prefer. They recently repaved the parking lot which looks nice. But thats like putting a bandaid on a broken pot.

2022-04-23First time for a pickup, had a horrible experience. Waited for about 30 min. Some girl with really long braids came to my car but, the order she had was not my name. So, I continue to wait call again and let them know I have been waiting a while. Tell me, it will be out shortly. Continue waiting, have been waiting over an hour now, call again and the girl who answers is telling me that the order went out already. As I am telling her that I do not have my order and that it did not get delivered. She hangs up on me. So disrespectful and rude! Never got my order delivered. Finally left. Never go to this Walmart for pickup, that department does not have any social skills.

2022-06-22Worst customer service of any walmart in town. Grocery pick up is never on time. Gets delayed for undetermined amount of time and no one will answer the phone to help me out. So tired of spending so much money with a store that cares nothing about its customers. I wont be back Ill spend my money at a competitor.
