Please watch for higher prices when being checked out. Ive had several items being higher than supposed to be. Cashier made one adjustment wouldnt on 2 others so I didnt purchase. Contacted Customer Service and was told that prices are to be adjusted accordingly to the lower price if customer shows the lower price but scanner is ringing up items higher.
The store was clean. Had a very good variety of items. The restroom near the customer service area was very clean. Only downside was some of the cashiers. I know they are so busy and probably overwhelmed, but one of them was rude. Looked at my cart and I guess didnt want to ring up all of the items. Overall, I would definitely return. Update: Still a very busy store. I waited patiently as the cashier closed her line and another associate opened hers and acknowledged my patience. Thank you.
Avoid this location if possible. Ive lived .3 miles away for a few years now, and I will gladly make the trip across town to get some decent customer service.Barbara, the person working in the electronics department, is by far one of the rudest people Ive ever met. She blankly stared at me, and made sure I knew how annoyed she was when I asked her to please ring me up. (Id been standing at the counter while she cut the plastic off of TVs to stock the shelves, patiently waiting for her to finish.)I came in this morning, and surprise surprise, shes chatting it up and being super friendly with another employee, doesnt even acknowledge customers. Just because you dont know us personally, you should still act like we exist.I usually only leave positive reviews, but this experience warrants pulling out my inner Karen. I would ask to speak to the manager, but I just wont be back.Enjoy.
There was a trash can I wanted that was on display, but then couldnt be scanned. I was told to take it back and get a totally different kind of can. Also Walmart recently started splitting up grocery items from Marketplace to having 2 shipments from Marketplace and Supercenter. Then 2 days ago Supercenter delivered to the wrong address. I never found where it went and I checked the whole street. The help center said they checked with someone at Supercenter and my items would come again in 24-48 hours. I was totally cool with that. Everybody makes mistakes sometimes. Then I get a message the order was cancelled because they were out of stock. All of them?! So I had to contact the help center again to get a refund. I dont drive and had the added inconvenience of having to burden my mother with taking me to the store. I am very displeased. Then another item was cancelled and delivered anyway. One small pack of scented wax cubes for like $3.50. From FedEx. Then I get a message that I must return the package. I know accidents happen, but come on. Over and over in just one weekend? I dont write bad reviews usually, but virtually anything else could have happened and I would have been happier.
Absolutely the worst Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life. I have only been to this location a handful of times because the first time I ever went, I was approached twice inside by panhandlers and a fight broke out between two female adults. The last time I went my experience was so horrible I swore to never visit this location again. I went late at night for some cold medicine. They had zero cashiers so everyone was forced to use self check out which is fine but they cut the machines off ten minutes before the store even closed. When I asked an employee if there was something wrong, I was cussed out by an employee named DANDREA. She not only cussed me out but made sure I knew she could care less what I needed to purchase. DANDREA expressed she was ready to go home so that’s why she cut off the registers at self-check-out early and that everyone could leave the store with nothing. The police officer that works at that location was standing only a few feet away and did absolutely nothing besides act oblivious to the entire situation. The officer saw me get verbally assaulted by said employee and did absolutely nothing but stand there. I confronted the cop and he said he didn’t see anything wrong with how I was treated. Avoid this place like the plague!
You can tell Walmart doesnt care about this location. Consistently understaffed and understocked. They maybe have 2 or 3 registers open and less then half of their self checkout working. Avoid this one and go to either the one on Bobby Expressway or the one in North Augusta Knox.
Had hardly any thing I went there for shelfs were empty out of produce it was ridiculous and it had nothing to do with the weather its been like that last time in fact it was kind of worse ?! I will say checkout is pretty fast but thats it . And I would use another Walmart but their all the same !
Worst Walmart. Nothing is ever in stock. Employees are constantly standing around talking and cursing instead of stocking. Delivery services from this Walmart is a complete nightmare. We never get our owns and we are currently getting other ppls items. Its horrific. The pharmacy is a joke here. They dont keep track of your prescriptions nor fill them on time.
Went to the great Sam Waltons business to get the ingredients to make my famous seafood gumbo. Was a little disappointed at the selection of sausage. They had a good selection of shrimp and chicken. Its understandable though , cause of the driver shortage. Everyone was working to get the shelves stocked with all that was delivered. Bad enough there are only Three (3) Cashier at checkout on a Saturday Afternoon.The lines are long and the Employees decide to have a Personal Conversation among them self.I couldnt believe what I was seeing and hearing.So I told them to continue their conversation when the Cashier take care of her Customers that are waiting on this line.Walmart needs to Retrain their Employees
I went to Walmart about 11:30 pm to get some personal items. The self checkout lines were closed and there was only one register open in the whole store. Another register opened and the cashier Raven was so nice and greeted me with a smile. She even brought me the items I left on my way out of the store.
The shopping carts are too close to the riding carts and keeps them from being put in the charge need a little ledge or a little fence like thing about a foot high so that the push carts stay on their side and riding cart stay on their side making it easier to park and recharge !! OKAY 👍
I used to frequent Walmart so much that it became mundane and I had to take a break. Sometimes I like to go and people watch. Since the pandemic, I go in and get what I need and go. I hate that they rarely have carts but theyre JUST that popular. Hope you enjoy your experience.💞💞
The worst Walmart cashier I have ever experienced. The cashier (Angela) working self check-out was rude, disrepectful, and abrasive. She said my kind should not be allowed to use self check out, you know you arent even supposed to be shopping here. I spoke to the store supervisor (Christopher), explained what had occured. He assured me the cashier would be taken care of. I left feeling uncomfortable. So I went back to the store about 2 hours later. That same cashier was in the same spot.I seemed out the store manager (Matt). He was unaware of my compliant. So had to retell my experience. He was ambivalent. He did nothing to assure me that her behavior would be dealt with. I ended up feeling that he did not care about my shopping experience.2/24/2022....a much improved store
Self check-out: I pay for 2 items that fit in a bag and I put the receipt in the bag. As I approach the front doors an older man was in front of me (with a cart full of big items) and I had to slow down. A “greeter” got up (after saying something to her co-worker; which made her laugh) and came directly to me. She said, “I need to see your receipt” THEN she asked the man in front of me (whom was the ONLY one that she should have been requesting a receipt from) for his receipt. I said, “my items are in a bag, right?” And her response was, “huh”… lol. So, I had to repeat what I said. She said, “Oh yeah, just the stuff that’s not in a bag”, I asked, “so why did you stop me?” She said, “okay, have a good day”… please stop targeting people. And people should understand that you DON’T have to allow them to search your bags. It makes sense to check the receipt on big items, but don’t bother people if you see that their items are in a bag. I come to the Wrightsboro Wal-Mart when I need something quickly, otherwise I drive to the other Wal-Mart stores (for a better experience) because you get better service and less interaction with people that think you are stealing. Do better!!

This Is my first time ever leaving a review online, I had such a great experience at this Walmart I had no choice but to. Our cashier Wanda made my wife and I day so much better. We were at checkout on 5-11-21 around 10:30am and she was talking to us and she was very nice and inspirational, she also made our 4 year old kiddos day she was so happy after Wanda bought her a toy that she wanted at checkout. This was our first time ever at this location and we absolutely loved it so much that we will definitely be back many more times!
Store is always unkept and out of stock on just about most things needed. The checkout process is horrible. usually very long lines with no one working and those who do work dont want to help with anything. Floors and shelfs are usually dusty and dirty with lots of trash all around. Produce section is usually not well kept and lots of the produce is bad. The self check out lanes are the most frequently used and most dont take cash and are often broken as well. Good luck with this location.
I absolutely love shopping at this Walmart! its the only Walmart my husband & I will shop at! BUT.... they never have enough lanes opened! every time we ship, were always in line for about 30 to 45 minutes! they need more help & more lanes opened! this happens every time we shop there! do better Walmart!
Please Grovetown, Georgia WALMARTS cleanup your stores they looked tacky, dirty and with unorganized shelves in several aisles. Merchandise items were placed under or over with incorrect pricing a lot. Many items in the paper towels and toilet paper sections either had no pricing, or wrong prices and just plain very confusing as to what the item cost. I found items in almost every aisle without a pricing or was placed under the wrong price. On several occasions got to the checkout register to find that the items I selected cost a lot more than the pricing on the shelves where they were placed.This is ridiculous and can cause the customers to get out of line to go back for a lesser priced item, or just leave that item at the checkout register. This can cause frustration, confusion and bottlenecks at the registers.
There was hardly anything on the shelf, shelves not stalked. Only two registers open line was all the way back into the childrens clothing section. No check price machines available anywhere and no friendly service. Meet the department barely had anything on the shelves. This is usually my go-to Walmart, I even went to the restroom and saw and heard three Walmart employees hiding in bathroom talking on their cell phones and texting. The vitamin section was absolutely horrifying didnt have anything on the shelves and barely had anything in the center showcase in front of the pharmacy. Things need to change or I will go elsewhere there are other stores besides Walmart. I spend no less than $200 every single time I go and I should not have to be forced to check out my own groceries when there should be more cashiers open with a smiling face to check out and bag my groceries.
Several of the employees are too lazy to help you find anything. Then you have other employees who work there theyre all too willing to take you to what youre looking for.Big problem is its walmart. They never have enough lanes open.At least theyre not stupid about masks anymore.
My experience at Walmart was and always a pretty present experience. I want to give a person a shout out to Michael Electronics great customer service at every Point professional and knowledgeable about his products. Keep up the good work keep up the good work at North Augusta

This Walmart surprised me! It was fully stocked! The shelves werent bare! Considering its the only grocery store in that area for a good bit. Very busy, but clean, the staff were actually nice. Im not a big Walmart shopper, one reason is they take over and then never stock their shelves, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I NEVER will return to this Walmart EVER again. And I just needed to share my horrible experience here. I normally go to this Walmart because it is the closest to my house. I have been getting my sons formula here since he was born using my wic. Now today I go, same routine as normal and the associate was rude and disrespectful because I did not have my wic folder with me. She says I need the folder to verify my signature. Now granted, the manager explains it is a state law to bring the folder, but I never knew due to the fact I have always came here and NEVER have been asked for it. It is raining outside and I have my child here with me. I can understand about the law BUT if it is a LAW then there is a lot of ILLEGAL activity going on because I have NEVER been asked for a folder. So I have to take my child back out in the rain, to get a folder and go to a different store and purchase his formula. She takes the formula away, not even considering if I wanted to just purchase him a can or anything. Her behavior was very rude and disrespectful. I will NEVER return to this Walmart and I will drive out of my way to make sure I don’t. There is a way that you communicate to people and this was not the way. If I could give them negative stars then I surely would.
The store had everything I needed but the employees! I was shopping with my 75 year old father and a group of 6 or so guys were walking up the middle of store cursing very loud and another one talking about the type of sex he would be having later tonight. That was disrespectful and very unprofessional of this group of employees that were getting off around 7pm to 8pmish. They only had 3 lanes open at checkout and the lines were super frustrated. I have started going to a different Walmart or another store due to the way they allow there staff to act and say.
Garden center seriously needs help. They should only hire people that know and care about plants in that section. It would keep the plants from dying. They probably die when they realize theyre headed to walmart. Not to mention the staff in the garden center was super rude.
I do not recommend anyone I mean Noone period use their online delivery from this store. I have been waiting for three days for a refund. Why you may ask, well I didnt receive any of the 108$ purchase of groceries. I received someone elses groceries which included pork, which I dont eat. I am beyond myself.
The quality of service at this store is decreasing!!!I placed a delivery order that was not delivered in the allotted time I selected. When I checked my order in the Walmart app it said my order was being prepared almost two hours after it was supposed to be delivered. I called the store 10 times trying to reach someone about the delivery, but the phone just rang to no avail. I spoke to someone in the Electronics department that place me on hold for ever, then I called back and got someone in pharmacy who just transferred me into nothingness. Before the transfer I asked to speak with store manager and was told he or she was not in the store.This type of service is unacceptable. I will be doing my delivery shopping elsewhere.

Talked to manager or team leader at the back of the store Veronica or Victoria she said I been here since 6am I dont know what to tell you there were 4 employees in the pickup area and only one girl bringing out orders every 20 or 30mins. This store is horrible and the management and customer service should be fired nobody offered to help just wanted to blame others so much for the customer is always right. Go to any walmart but this one.
Honestly, the stock keeping could be better. Its been like that since before covid so yeah. Maybe they should invest in one of those inventory robots like they got in Florida. Clean bathrooms, etc. You can actually find people too if you look. Its pretty good.... for Wal-Mart
Walmart is okay. It really depends on what services you’re looking for.If you’re printing photos, I’d recommend finding a different place. I ordered 300 photos and every single one came out wrong.Whenever I order groceries for pickup, I always leave off produce because they pick the worst items. I always get wilted lettuce and bruised fruit. Also, I feel like the employees throw the items In my vehicle. They seem to not care how my items turn out. Bread gets smashed, canned goods bagged with fruit etc.Some of the employees are nice but most of them look like they hate the job.I really only like Walmart because it’s mostly inexpensive but the store itself just feels unclean and unorganized. I’d rather spend an extra couple of dollars and go elsewhere.
This lost prevention guy keeps harassing me and seems to have me confused with someone else he obviously is scared of cause hes escorted me out 3 times calling me names. Now if he touches me again regardless of who ever he thinks I am Im gonna have to defend myself 100 percent cause this lost prevention guy obviously has mental health issues that are of a nature thats violent and wal mart is just letting him go it so if anyone knows how I can resolve this so that things dont go terribly bad for either him or me Id love to know.
Just used the curbside pick up for the first time and I was helped by Mesha. She was an absolute delight ! She had a cheerful attitude and was so warm and friendly. Receiving good customer service makes such a difference in your day. Thank you , Mesha, for making me smile and spreading joy during these challenging times. Your kindness and positivity have not gone unnoticed.
They had long lines and were not giving out plastic bags anymore. Shouldnt they make it public? People were very mad about it and some people left their groceries. I am not shopping there for groceries anymore, too much hassle to carry out a bunch of food and items. Unbelievable.
Kristina and Terrel( black guy with bleached orange hair) is giving out incorrect information to Walmart customers on returns. I went to return an item that was 100% returnable and they both informed me that it was not possible and the orange headed one told me he was a manager. I had to call corporate and make a second trip to the store in order to return my item... UNACCEPTABLE!! They both need to be put on backroom duties and kept away from customers. Walmart bush your employees up on the return policy if you’re going to have them working in returns/CUSTOMER service. Return Policy:-Item is within 90 days of purchase-Item has original packaging-Original receipt
Cashier purposefully gave me wrong change, didnt realize until got to next store and was short. Went back and after 2 hours of them reviewing cameras it showed I was correct and they gave me my correct money. Horrible experience but the csr that helped me when I went back was nice.
Walmart has everything you want to purchase from food, home, car, electronics, you name it. My issue is they never have enough employees at the register. I hate having to go to self check-out. Other than that they are a great place to shop for everyday needs or wants.
It was fairly clean on the inside, no issues except when time to check out. there were clearly 20+ registers and only 4 were open creating long lines (bigger crowds) I dont want anything out of Walmart that bad to risk Covid 19 just to get it. There were employees standing around talking to each other in mini groups. It wasnt even 8 P.M. yet
They had what I needed but I was in line for 25 mins trying to check out. Only 2 cashier lanes open and serve check out avaible. Literally every line has lines with 30 people waiting. I live close by and usually do my best not to come here , I will ride to another county. This is awful and unexecptable for Wamart the brand.
The check out experience at this location is absolutely awful! There were 3 check out lanes open in what must be a 150000 square foot business. It took me just as long to check out as it did to find and select the items I needed. If I have this same experience again, it will be my last time shopping there.
It was a typical day at Walmart. They dont really vary too much from Walmart to Walmart. Although, some seem to have a much better product selection than others. All in all its nothing to wrote home a out I guess. One thing I will say is they do not honor their 90 day return policy. They try and say without a receipt they wont return anything over $50. That is total bs because right behind the return kiosk is a huge sign that says that completes opposite. I called corporate and the guy called the Walmart worker a liar. His exact word was LIAR!! Was totally shocked. So when I confronted them and told them about my phone call, their story changed real quick and they gave me cash back as Id paid with cash. Watch for this cause every other Walmart is probably doing it too. Had this at 4 stars but because of this its getting dropped to 3
Ive taken a liking to Wal-Mart Wrightsboro Rd; Augusta, GA..but this most recent visit was a little disappointing (not the story fault) cuz how empty the supplies were..I believe that that may be a good thing meaning consumers are phasing there a lot; its just when Im able to, I miss out..otherwise, its a good place to shop..
I appreciate the fact that Walmart tries to keep prices as low as possible, sells decent generic products and is a one stop shop for just about anything you might need during this pandemic. I understand that they may need to automate some of the checkout procedure to lower cost, but to shop for you and allow you to pick up for free is a Godsend for people who should not be out in public or for workers who have been working extended hours and dont have time to shop. Thank you Walmart, for trying to be responsive to the needs of the community in a time of crisis!
There maybe 10 people who were nice to me at this store I truly hate the price gouging and rude staff even mean to old people I hope one of these billionaires in the world would open a competitive chain abd make them ho away we hardly have anywhere else to go they do carry everything some decent deals but few and far between
Waited 30 minutes in the customer service line to just get spider wrap off an item I purchased because the cashier didn’t have a magnet nor knew how to do it. Then he over charged me in the fabric I got because he didn’t know how to read the hand writing rather than asking me. I saw coaches and other employees passing us not even bother help the customer service desk hint on why I waited 30 minutes just to get spider wrap taken off and get someone to correctly charge me what the fabric was. Fact I work for a Walmart this is ridiculous and had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to get the correct pricing for the fabric as the coach and team lead just sit there while my 11 month old baby has been screaming this whole time. This Walmart needs better employees and coaches that are willing to help the customers. I won’t be coming back to this Walmart.
Went to pick up my wifes meds for her. As the cashier tells me the total which was 81.79 gave her 82 dollars and she said it had to be exact change. So I gave her 80 cent. The cashier never returned my change which was a dollar. And she did not try to give it back either wont be refilling prescriptions here anymore.
I live within walking distance of a neighborhood Walmart. Due to telephone etiquette and some of the customer service skills I get in my car and drive to enable an all around good experience. They can surely do better in an effort to continue to share in the consumer market
I always have a bad experience at this store. Walmart need to do something about this location. Nothing ever works. I placed an online order and wanted to return one item. Waste of my time, gas, and patience. The ladies in customer service too busy talking about their weekend to assist the many customers in line. Finally when I do get some service Im told their machine is down and to try another Walmart. If you need a Walmart DO NOT go to wrightsboro rd in Augusta ga. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!! And I wont be back.
Wal-Marts here in my area of Georgia suck. They are some of the worst stores Ive been in but I really have no choice but to shop there. Stores here need a a lot of improvements. MS . Walt needs to visit these stores !!!! See if she would like to shop there ! Try the Waynesboro store. The armpit of all Wal-Marts.
I went to return a pillow that I didnt order. It was a popup pillow...whatever that is?? I ordered a blue memory foam cooling pillow. By the way the only pillow that I have found to be comfortable. I love that pillow. I dont have neck problems or a headache after sleeping on it like I do with other pillows. I guess I will see can I find it in the Evans Walmart where I originally bought it since I received a totally different pillow. Before I returned it to Walmart I had to make sure it was packed and taped already . All Walmart do is add the label and you need your return email order number so they can scan it on your phone. Only took a couple of minutes
Its located in a nice enough area, close to the Augusta Mall. But sadly, thanks in part to Covid, only one of the doors are open and it doesnt stay open as late as it used to. Its a superstore so, of course, you can grab some groceries and venture around for other household products afterwards so... Yeah. Overall, a convenient place for all of your shopping needs
As always this was a one stop shopping experience. Always have everything that I need in one place. Very fun to browse around the store. There are always many new items that catch my attention. I love the as seen on TV section. The only down side is the long long lines. For some reason there are never enough cashiers. Seems like they are wanting people to use the self check out and nothing else. Im not a cashier and dont expect to be forced to check myself out. Thats what people get paid to do. If I use self check out it should come with a discount.
It was ok, the employees were more concerned about find out each others social life plans and 2 females were talking about which guy was hotter and how is A$$ and other private parts are good, like I needed to hear that!! I will only go to that store again if Im dying just to call 911 myself because no one that works there would help me!!!!!!
I give them a star because I cant give them 0. I waited 55 minutes in the pick up area. They walked and attended to everyone else at the pickup location, and never asked my name or about my order. At the end they told me that my order was canceled, that it did not appear in the system, and in my app it appeared that I had already picked up my item. Lousy customer service.
I Used to love this place but now this location on wrightsboro road and on bobby jones have had expired food on the shelfs. Not thinking i needed to check expiration date i would find out whenever i got home realizeing how the food is mildewed, or milk has sour chunks in it and yogurt is just extremely molded. This is 3 times with both locations. I hope they recieve this rating and take better precations to make sure this is no longer a problem. If This happens again I will never shop here again. Please fix this situation before I let the Better Business Bureau know about the spoilage and how this unsanitary situation contributes to the spread of COVID-19!!!
I love Walmart, good merchandise, good vitamin section, great verity of clothes,grocery,baby items,garden center is great, the deli works for me to. Auto does good tire and oil changes. Electronics are great. The greeters and workers are very friendly and nice. Like I said I love Walmart. Thank you Walmart for serving our community.
Location below the Augusta Mall. The workers were helpful on this occasion. Previously my experience was different in that workers seemed tired overwhelmed, and out numbered as it appeared to not be enough cashiers whether at the register or within customer service. Thus, making things more difficult that particular day.Carries a wide variety of everyday needs. Noticed a few items that were not in a few other locations. This is common and specific to whatever location it is.Should I need specific items I go to that areas Walmart to purchase in better quantity.This location always appears to be crowded whatever time I have come. Customer service, cashier lines and many areas have been full.There is a service station in same location for gas if needed. I also noticed a charter like travel bus that picked up in the rear part of the parking lot. A passenger said was going to New York through points north. This was separate from Walmart business it appeared.
I got charged for the same amount on my card the next day for the same transaction that deducted from my account again when I wasnt even in the store. The manager says she didnt see it in the system after I showed her my email copy of deductions plus the account cashapp activity for both days. You can clearly see it says what I started with this morning as my balance 22$ and then they overdraft my card to 28$. If I were in the store trying to buy something it would have declined. This is ridiculous I had 28dollars stolen from me I will never go there again I didnt want to use that self checkout in the first place because it never accepts cash.
While waiting for a money order, employee was interrupted 6 times by other employees and lost her focus. Money order was hung up. I waited over 20 minutes and she decided to refund my money. Then, the printer started working and I got the money order. Employees need training in customer service. Dont buy a money order here.
I live right by this Walmart, this location is always busy. Every time I come in there is one CSM named Dustin that is never helpful, as well as rude. I have felt with this CSM on many occasions. I believe he needs to be retrained in store policy as well as customer service skills. The line can be out the door and he still walks away. He was personally rude to me, which I why I’m writing this response.
Do you like mazes, do you like shopping. Do you hate knowing where the items are in a store. If your answer is yes you should definitely go to this Walmart. Between their inconsistent floor plan and non updated Walmart.com coupled with the fact 3/5 of the employees dont know where things are. Youll spend hours of fun looking for your grocery list.
I like this store alot bcuz of the location. The food is of good quality and priced reasonable. I would, as Im sure that other disabled seniors are that there needs to be more riding carts for us. And they need to work. Some seniors have bad knees, backs and hips that prevent us from walking in stores. Its like you have to worry about a parking space and being able to find a cart. I would really appreciate it if this can and will be looked into.
I wish I could leave no star! This location will not pick up the phone. What happen? Dont they know phone customers are important as the customer standing in front of you? I called last night after waiting 11 minutes on hold, the female at cs hung up on me. I called back, asked for a mgr..waited 13 min. no manager, I hung up and called back after 5 min someone answers I ask for a manger and I get put on hold for another 13 min and no manager. I hung up again and called back and waited 20 minutes, no one would pick up.Called back today and hung up after 10 min of no one answering Customer Service. Walmart please get some people who know about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Or you can hire me and Ill be glad to teach others about customer service. Im one customer..imagine how many others have the same problem.
I wasnt crazy about the layout, it took me an hour to find what I was looking for and there werent any registers open, you had to use the manual lanes and they dont sell stamps at them. Im working night shift 7days a week so I go shopping when its convenient for me, and thats the middle of the night when I get off work. This is the first Super Walmart Ive ever been in that didnt have at least one cash register open at night. Whats the use of being open 24/7 if arent going to cater to the customer. Very disappointing trip to Walmart. I will make a point not to go back to this store. 👎
Its a nice Wal-Mart, but we always enjoy seeing the associate named Steven who works the registers. Hes so sweet and asks you how youre doing/how was your day. Even if you didnt have a good day hell ask you whats wrong. Youd think hes holding up the line with his genuine concern but no, he still doesnt skip a beat while scanning/pricing. I hope he gets recognized for his customer service, hopefully theyll make him a trainer so he can pass along some of his wisdom.
Due to the friendly attitudes of the employees AND other patrons at this location, I may become a fan of Walmart! Such a great feeling when you spend money and the people are kind! Kudos to the manager who makes sure this team is all about providing CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you!
This is the worst walmart I have ever experienced. Customer service on the phone is nonexistent! First I try to see if there is an extention for the bakery, there is no. Pressing zero is the only option I have. 22 minutes I have called at least 9 times all to be put on hold then hung up on. RIDICULOUS!! Ask to speak with a manager and I get put on hold forever again. So Ive decided to write this review 3/6/20 6:20pm. Being hung up on over and over again... Thanks to your lovely lazy employees. Im sure calling a different location here in Augusta ga I will not have this issue!!!
So far I like the way cashiers are still able to check you out. Against self checkouts. To impersonal. Rather wait in long lines for a cashier to check me out. Have seen people not ring up things in those self checkouts. Your loss. The buzzer goes off and they are waved out. Stupid way to do business.
I have Always had terrible service at this Walmart, some workers are VERY rude. I was Going to buy a nice fish from here also, and if you go to see them there are dead ones in the tanks, stuck to the filters, old dead fish and it’s honeslty so sad. They obviously don’t clean the tanks or even care to take care of them
2 employees said they couldnt check my garden center items in the garden center where they were chatting, went to the self checkout and an item was missing the price tag. In the past that meant the employee would call back to the area and ask the price and manually plug it in, however she said I had to go and swap it out for a new one. Same woman who was seeing me alcohol punched in her pin it whatever and didnt check my ID and told me to fill out the information and click okay. Im in my early 20s. When I went back to the garden center to swap out my item one of the previous employees who said they couldnt work the the register was there checking people out. It was an overall very frustrating experience and I will not be returning to that location.
Never enough lanes open for timely checkout., manager said cashiers were on 30min break 45 min later still standing in customer service line along with 25 other people..rarely more than 3 cashiers checking out..scheduling of these cashiers is a big problem- couldnt find anyone for price check on toy-all dept empty at same time on Friday evening no price check options for consumers! will do anything to avoid this Walmart!! 5min to grab products 45min to check out

2022-06-28This whole rack clearly says $2 clearance. On June 27 I came in and purchased every color of the top and bottom but when I got to the register the first thing the cashier said was everything that has a clearance tag is not going to ring up the clearance price and they have been having customers changing the prices. I had a yellow bottom and a black top to ring up at $6 but both of them had a $2 clearance sticker on them and the cashier and manager refused to change the price. The manager stated that it had the wrong sticker. My friend went to the rack and brought about 6 more to the front to show the manager that they had the same sticker on them. Some of the tops had the bottom sticker and vice versa and the manager still refused to give us the clearance price. I hate that they were blaming the customers for their mess up!!

2022-04-04Clean exterior and interior (relative to other Super-centers in the area) and was not held up by a secondary receipt check when exiting the store. Good and improving selection of plant-based protein items. (Im happily vegan). I guess theres not a lot that can be done concerning traffic congestion, besides strategically shopping early morning / late @ night. An overall good experience (so dont mess it up! 👍🏽)

2022-05-10This location was well stocked, and even had hard to find items that I wasnt able to aquire at other locations. Check out was smooth, and not very long. The cashier who processed my items was more courteous, and he went above and beyond to ensure each customer found everything they wanted, and even offer suggestions on other Walmart products.

2022-03-04Always a pleasure. Very convenient right by my house. Self-checkout is always long always. Most of the staff are very helpful, but one or two may say this is not my area. Overall very pleased its a win!!

2022-04-21The Walmart Pharmacy on Wrightsboro Rd is THE best. They are like family. They know me and have gotten to know my pharmaceutical needs. Most of the time I dont even know when there is a problem because they have already worked it out by the time Ive gotten there! I hope this relationship with continue to be one of longevity for years to come!

2022-05-12This location was used out of convenience. I do not like this location because of the poor customer service. My son needed a graphic tee for his drama class. It was to late to go somewhere else so we went to this location. The mens department looked like someone had a clothes fight. Shirts and bottoms are all over the floor and underneath the wall. It was amazing that my son found what he needed.

2022-05-26One of the better stocked Walmart stores. Fairly clean and organized. Friendly associates too! But dudebro running security looks like he’s about to detonate. Maybe he can’t control his scowl and the way be stiffens his body when he’s in your vicinity because perhaps it’s involuntary due to an underlying illness so that’s something to consider. But I made it a point to look directly at him while speaking extraordinarily kindly to him on my way out and although he could have detected my thinly veiled insincerity, there was no mistaking that his seemingly forced response was borderline inappropriate in the way he spun a quarter turn, refused to look my way, made a disapproving face I haven’t seen since idk the last time a friend’s shot of tequila wasn’t long for their innards, and he spoke nary a word one. But that’s his prerogative. I ain’t mad. I can’t be mad. It’s impossible because he was so animated in revealing his disgustingness with everything and everyone in his orbit that his inconsiderate behavior, though it did feel “off,” it wasn’t offensive. It was off putting. His demeanor wasn’t commensurate with the situation that we the shoppers, the store employees, and him all found ourselves in“off.” His body language and scrunched up frownie faces didn’t in any way match the external stimuli he was experiencing. So anyway I hope captain cringe-a-lot gets a vacation soon. He’s in more dire need of a vacation than anyone I’ve ever seen working a security detail. That or he just needs to quit because he ain’t taking things too well
