Walmart Supercenter in other cities:
Its Walmart. Not exactly stocked during this tumultuous moment because people are going crazy about the virus. The lack of supplies isnt whats disappointing though. Its the reaction of the employees and lack of help they are willing to offer. One said the supply truck would be there this afternoon. Another had no idea and a third said between 8am and 8pm. The workers are routinely rude and didmissive as if you are bothering them when asking questions or attempting to find a solution. But again, its Walmart. Ive had better experiences here, but mostly because I dont ask for assistance.
This WalMart is a horrendous mess! No inventory, no cashiers, no workers anywhere, no shop and go aisles open. I waited in line for over 30 minutes to get checked out. The inventory that is there is in chaos, incorrect pricing, just a mess! The garden center was the best part of this supercenter. The hosts were at least professional. I wont be revisiting unless I absolutely have to.
Its very crowded and people are just every where with no direction. Its not as clean as it could be. The bathroom or the actual store itself. Not to mention how they are constantly out of cleaning supplies for the carts and masks during the Panni. Just one spray bottle that everyone touches and paper towels. Very unsanitary. Its not stocked very well either. Other Walmarts are not like this so its just not managed well. The parking lot always have carts everywhere taking up empty parking spaces. It also not clean. Trash and food everywhere. This has nothing to do with the pandemic. Its always this way. Bright side, I have never had any attitudes from the workers. They are always helpful but this is honestly the worst Walmart in the area.
It was overly crowded, especially for it to be the day before a snow event. But the lines were exceptionally long because there were only 3 cashiers working. All other lanes were scan & go. I wonder if Walmart will send me a W-2 for all the cashier work I did last year?
I wish I could give them no stars. Im going to spend the extra money to shop at Target from now on. They abosulty hate helping customers but want you to spend your money with them. They dont want to check you out and wont call for back up cashiers when they only have 2 lanes open and 30 plus people waiting to get their stuff. The lines for self check out are always backed up then when you get to the front of the line after waiting they will tell you the self checkouts on this side dont take cash and now you have to go wait in line again at the other self checkout on the other side of the store all over again now they wont scan an item for you if the shelf is missing a price they tell you you need to download another app just to find out a price ...I feel bad for elderly people and people who may have left their phone in the car. Also Walmart should stop hiring people to check my receipt and hire more cashier then you would know people are paying for their stuff. Im not showing my receipt for property I own. Do better And stop hiring people that are disrespectful to the consumers that keep your stores in operation. Managers are no better its nice they have priority parking for cops but not expecting mothers. God knows an able bodied police officer needs to be close to the front parking but an expecting mothers needs to waddle from the back of your poorly lit parking lot
My favorite part about this Walmart is that their is a beautiful one with friendly staff about 3 miles away. I give this two stars because their inventory is great. Aside from that, I primarily avoid due to uncleanliness and always seeing altercations between employees and customers.
Went to Walmart looking for vanilla extract, found it after obtaining some help, needed to return a bottle that was recently bought but already open, not fully sealed. Worst part was, it was only around 4-5pm and the customer service was already close unfortunately...While at Walmart stopped by the snack Isle to find some oatmeal pies after a friend told me the old oatmeal pies with the normal amount of cream could be bought, but all they have are those overstuffed four big globs of cream. Thats way too much.
Pleasant as always good prices and many products to choose from. Plenty of parkingIncluding handicap. Plus theres many more amenities you might need in all directions things to consider when out travelingWho doesnt like rollback price, I recently purchased a electric blanket money well spent light weight soft texture for lack of words ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
The store is disgusting. No employees. Produce section had clothing sitting on top of the vegetables. The buggies are rickety or nowhere to be found. The restroom was absolutely nasty and disgusting...every single stall. And on top of all that, the only registers open are self checkout. So, basically, were paying to bag our own groceries.
When I first went to the tire service center there was a guy that had a really bad attitude in there I guess you was getting off or something real skinny dude kind of girly e-feminine but he let me know about deals in there that I didnt know about and it really save me some money on my tires I guess it was just time for him to go so I came bac the next day and picc up the tires for the same deal that the guy gave me so it was okay. Customer service was subpar, the next day experience and was overwhelming it was multiple people in a tire service center and the guy did not know how to work a computer but I think he did better than the first guy
Worst Wal-Mart in the 50 states. Unless youre cool with bare shelves, miserable folks that want to run you down with their carts and play chicken speeding thru the parking lot. The topper is the vile restrooms that didnt even have a toilet seat on the handicapped restroom. Oh and the vomit in the sink. I washed my work boots when I got home nasty.
The service in the Pharmacy was marginal. What was of great concern was the area of the store near the Garden Center, which was filled with boxes, in the aisles, in front of the indoor entrance to the Garden Center. Complete fire hazzard. After I witnessed this I made a quick purchase at the pharmacy and left.I may go back next month to give an update on any improvements.
This Walmart is worst than the stone age, staff not professional, everything about corporate outlook is largely lacking. On many occasions you are in a department as important as the customer service and there is no body there to help you. I was literally told by an associate who is standing in front of me and in a Walmart vest told me WE ARE SHORT STAFFED. What poor performance do you have going on here WALMART? Seem like yall got some finely bad characters here with bad wages.
Its been several months since I visited this Walmart due to the long lines at night. I got the same experience tonight and left a cart in the aisle instead of waiting. Driving TO Kroger to get what I need. This store is horribly Mismanaged. The customer experience for evening shoppers is the worst Ive ever experienced anywhere.
CONTINUATION..GO FIGURE!!!! So my approach was correct and is just excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE 101!!! BINTA NEEDS TO GO BACK TO TRAINING CLASS, BE REPRIMANDED OR WRITTEN UP, PERIOD!!! Self checkout wasnt even busy and walking over there wouldve took one minute. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN, BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE, EVER!!!! However, thank you MIchelle the only positive in this unfortunate dreadful situation. I wish I could have gave zero stars. *Fyi- The pictures are only of the ones I selected but to the left of the green and purple bottles there was about 7/8 that the manager took down!!!!
Would have been nice to know that the video game that was sold to me with no plastic wrapped around it and no game inside would be nonrefundable. Glad I caught that mistake before giving it to my 7 year old nephew for Christmas, not glad that Im out $50. Wont be shopping here again.
Great. We came for just one item. We also found a great deal on womens flat shoes. I picked out two pairs. The only negative experience was getting to the check out without a price. I ran back to get a pair with a tag on for scanning. I will check each item before heading to the check out lanes next shopping adventure .
Don’t bother trying to call this Walmart. I’ve tried every extension possible AT THE LEAST 10 times each, and no one….. I MEAN NO ONE has ever picked up. The audacity. Another thing is the lines are ridiculously long at check out and take forever, the workers seem to not care and take their sweet a** time. The reason of 2 stars the least is because we shop at this location EVERY Sunday and just know the layout so we are literally in and out with all the things we need fast.
I have been a very loyal customer for years. Over the last year I have used the pickup services almost every week. Never in my life have my fiancée or I experienced such rude customer service from a pick up personnel. My pick up order was for 7am but due to circumstances I was not able to come at that time.. my fiancée goes to pick up that order later in the day and when Jasmine W answered the phone she automatically seemed like she was in a bad mood. My fiancée calls to let her know he’s outside waiting for the order. 30 minutes pass and the order has not been brought out so my fiancée calls again and Jasmine W says “well did you check in?” We have been going there for a year and never usually check in. We just call. He makes her aware he did not and she says “well your pick up order was for 7am anyway” then proceeds to hang up. From my understanding we have a 24 or 48 hour window to pickup. My fiancée goes in to speak to a manager to write a grievance but was made aware “Antwan” the manager was not there. This was completely unprofessional and heartbreaking due to us being such loyal customers that we are.
Its like being in a third world country. First, of course, lack of products - but secondly what is here is scattered, unorganized, just the whole store has gone downhill. It wasnt great in the first place.Im guessing that theres a severe lack of employees, as everywhere now, & thats not Walmarts fault. As huge as Walmart is Im disappointed that they dont pay people better. (NO, I dont work here or even know anyone who works here.) Its just common sense.
Amazing people are so helpful self checkout though sucks even when you scan the item every 10 items the girl had to come over because it kept saying it wasnt scanning updated do not trust their meat especially the pork chops we are still sick should have known when it looked kinda cooked it was bad but they said it was fine
I think the owner of this store needs to put some money into it. Most of the carts have wheel issues and dont roll correctly. Most of the hand held scanners are missing from checkout. A lot of time the large self checkout Isles are closed. We live close to this store but have decided we will travel further to go to a nicer one.
I went to the Walmart on Floyd Road And guess what I saw. Maybe Im behind but I thought that was pretty cool that Patti LaBelle has added to her Soul Food Line. Five different items: mac and cheese, Black Eyed Peas ,cornbread, chicken and biscuit and beef stew. I personally cant eat them because they contain wheat, but they still look delicious and whoever did the packaging for her brand did a great job.But this Walmart does have a great selection of Gluten-free items. Muffins breads ,wraps English muffins ,pastas and more.
I will never shop at this store anymore. The lines were overwhelmingly long, and to add injury to insult the self checkouts are a confirmation of how greedy this corporation is. The disappearance of cashiers reflect the reality of the way of retailers today. In the mean time, I will search for mom and pops in my own community. This company cares nothing for the human individual. My advice to anyone is if you see a self checkout , DO NOT SHOP THERE! That is the only way to add balance and equity for the grocery shopper.
This location looks a bit run down on the outside; however, the inside is deceptively huge and seems extremely well-stocked. I was getting some items for a family member who got sick while we were traveling, and their over the counter pharmacy had more than enough options for what we needed. Also a really nice beauty and cosmetics area. Be wary of loiterers at the front door; the mood of the crowd last night was tense, but no open escalations.
Prices are as good as any Walmart store, but the checkout was a mess! Not nearly enough registers open for the amount of shoppers, we waited 25 mins in line and not once did a manager call for more cashiers. The Scan and Go lanes were all closed except for one and the self check out had half of their registers out of order. Very bad customer service here...wont go back.
The employees and plain clothes officers follow you around the store until you go to the check out counter. I hate being profiled because I work hard for my money and have a good job. I may start shopping at target. Walmart is a joke and they cannot make you show your reciept its their way of profiling.
Wild at the East-West Connector Walmart we needed a manager at Automotive employee page manager several times to no avail then he went to find the manager and ask a question the manager didnt decided that you cannot feel that he needed to open employee to resolve an issue in his own words manager said he did not care I believe this manager should either be refrained or fired
OMG, what a problem child this troubled store is. Dont take my word, ask virtually any employee. The problem seems to start at the top, they hate, yes hate, their manager. Anyone disagree? Not anyone I talked to.They are short staffed with periodic walkouts.Usually Walmarts are very well managed, this isnt, and hasnt been for some time.
At night they have scan and go registers open for cards only. And ONLY 1 register with a cashier for cash. Not a good way to practice good customer service. The line is long, the wait is long while the card registers are moving, people leaving. Then many of the card ONLY registers stand silent not being used. The 1 poor person being overwhelmed by the long line of people that still uses cash. This is crazy! Open another drawer or have a couple of scan and go that except cash.
Good variety of options in every deparrment; cashier checking me out was WONDERFUL as it was right at closing. She was kind, friendly, helpful without any indication of impatience or frustration. As I was making my way to the front to check out and leave because the store was closing, there were a couple places I encountered on my to the front of the store and the registers where two to four employees were grouped together on an aisle in one spot with boxes and things, restocking I think. It was difficult to get through and past them with a full cart. Perhaps they should wait until all customers are out of the building before getting set up in a way that makes it quite difficult to get through at all but especially when attempting to steer an overflowing cart. It wasnt a huge deal or major inconvenience, just a small one for both myself and the employees.
This store has really gone downhill. There were only 2 registers open to start. They finally opened registers 6 and 12. The cashier on 6 had on a yellow vest. Im thinking she was a supervisor, but she never turned on the light. To let customers know she was open. The cashier at the first register I stood in, had people with a lot of wic vouchers. The girl at the register next to her was new and hadnt been trained on wic vouchers. So she sent those customers over to the line I was in. Moved me and my mom to her line. Which really irritated one customer. We all had been standing in line for about 45 minutes. I feel like this wait was ridiculous and some more front line supervisors should have stepped in and helped the cashiers. Instead they mostly hid and just walked around. My worst experience ever at any Walmart.
You spend more time in line than you do shopping. They have over 20 checkout lines but only 2 are available at ALL TIMES. Then all the self checkout are CARD ONLY, plus I am not getting paid to scan and bag my own groceries. That is Walmart employees job. I will no longer shop there until they improve on their customer service.
All the 5 star ratings are FAKE. Customer Service is a fictional character. Fitting rooms locked, cluttered and unattended during rush hour. I tried on pants for a job interview in the middle of the store. Youre welcome ladies! This store is the WORST! So sorry that the powder springs store was out of my size. Shame I cant choose zero stars.
The people were nice and I finally found what I was looking to buy in the Garden Center. However. The register was not opened I had to walk to the front of the store then wait in line over 30 minutes. I had a question regarding the price on an unmarked item so I could not use the self check. Self checkout.. I will find another better staffed store. I am 82 yrs old with bad back + knees so I am just not able to use this store.
Not enough cashiers for the amount of customers and the ones that they have are not trained well 🙄 on the register. They are ghetto and management is awful.I dont care for shopping at this Wal-mart anymore however their employees for PICK-UP (for online orders) are very respectful and give great customer service.
First off I really like this Walmart just had a bad experience. We went there to get something for my daughter that was left out our order but was still charged for and that product was sold out. No problem so we picked out something else and a few more things which included a desk. The price was displayed as $25. We get to the register and it rings up $60. The manager that was supposed to help us came over smelling like she was still smoking a cigarette. Non the less she was friendly at first but when we asked her would she honor the price everything went left. She quickly got upset and everything became no and cant. Of course there was a long discussion but Im not going to get into the details. Overall we didnt get the missing product and we didnt purchase the desk.
This is my GO-TO walmart. Less then 5 mins from my home and its a SUPERCENTER. What does that mean? It means that they have EVERYTHING! Food, clothes, baby stuff, office supplies, electronics, toys, outdoors stuff, kitchen items, shoes, jewelry, car & home improvement/repair items, PLUS my all time favorite selection of home decor !
Extraordinarily rude employees. Cashier attempted to be helpful but every manager that we spoke with as rude and didnt even let us get a word in.We came to this store specifically for a certain item that was listed in stock there (and nowhere else in our area). The item was in stock (2 on the shelf) but it rang up for over 50% more than it was listed online (same model #, color, etc as listed online). Cashier was nice, but the management that came to help just kept repeating that their price was right, even after being shown the online product page. The final manager just walked up, said, We dont price match and walked off. So frustrating. They told us to order it online to get that price then wouldnt let us leave with the product. Said they would email when ready. Received an email a couple hours later stating that the item was out of stock and would take 3+ days to fulfill. SO FRUSTRATING.I dont know what the proper procedure would be at Walmart in this situation, but there is no way this was the right way to handle our issue. We were polite, if a little frustrated -- sometimes I wonder if just raising our voices and making a scene would have gotten us better service. As it was, they just spoke over us and refused to make any accommodations or even to explain their policy.
Everytime I go the lines are long, the employees and managers all are rude and have attitudes out the world. I was in line and the cashier said she was closing cause she had 5 minutes left until she got off. It was a line of people. It was rude she could of helped those that was in line instead of sending use to self checkout. There was no other lanes open at 8 at night. I try to avoid this locations at all cause unless I have to go in there.
It’s a Walmart, sometimes have what I need, sometimes not. This review is for their order pickup however. I was slotted for 2-3p yesterday. It began to pour down rain so I understood the delay. However I sat for 30+ mins & eventually had to leave. I was told I can come back the next day anytime before 8p to receive my order. It’s the next day, I’ve been waiting 15mins after I notified them I was here & 2 other cars had already been serviced after I pulled in. I just knew it would be an issue today, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. However this is unacceptable, next time I’ll just shop inside seeing as how this is less than convenient as it’s supposed to be. I gave the star for the young man helping me, it’s not his fault but there’s clear miscommunication somewhere.
Out of so many products. As I was coming into store the welcome person which was a youngman I noticed I had forgotten my mask. I ask him for one as he was trying on his cell phone. He wasnt happy that I ask for mask. I continued inside store and noticed mask wasnt right. The ear holders werent correct so I went to ask for another one or please show me how to use theres. He said just pull it over your head. I said...I already tried that.. He was like ughnnnn aloud and handed me another mask. I told the youngman I was sorry I ask but seriously if you dont like your job at customer service maybe he should relocate within the store. The youngman was very rude as I put it lightly. So I decided a manager needed to know. Thankfully she was a sweet kind front end manager and said she would handle situation. As Im saying all this in hard times for everyone. If we dont come together and help each other I dont know where were all gonna be.. I try to treat others as I want to be treated. If you have a job be thankful and do your best. Theres so any help wanted signs out in my state. It saddens me to think what our future holds. Lets be patient and help each other.
Been visiting this Wally World for over 22 years. They are clean and always well stocked. They have a great management team. Coming from Jersey I am one of those people who have some experience of how real retail works so if they do not carry an item I always put in a request at the customer service desk for the buyer to get it. They do respond. I believe that I am personally responsible for probrably a good 50% of their rare inventory.
I called the car center for 20 to 30mins with no answer. I totally understand busy days but I find no one being able to answer the phone for that amount of time is unacceptable and bad business. I even had electronics check and see if any one was at the desk and he said no one was around. I will be making a mention to corporate about this horrible service.
PICKUPWe waited for almost 1hr. Cars there after me left before me. The associate threw the groceries in the trunK and was not very friendly. The ice cream was melted, boxed products were damaged. No apologies for the long wait & no explanation as to why the other the other customers that came after me left before me.
This is absolutely worst Walmart to shop at! You get hustled while trying to shop, good luck finding anything you need because the shelves are always empty. If you do find something it probably has been stolen or broken and taped back up. I waited in a self check out for over 30 minutes to find out it only takes cards. The lady said the one over here takes cash and pointed to the self check out with the 4 bags. I waited in that line for another 30 minutes almost and get all the way up to it and find out it only takes cards! So at this point I push my cart to customer service where not one person acknowledged me so I walked off. There was numerous carts full of food ... how long had it been there? Gross! Makes me rethink about buying anything cold there ever again.... I would advise you to shop at other stores before coming to this store.
This is not the best Walmart (does such a place exist?). They had a limited supply of several items in Hispanic foods and paper supplies such as plates, cups, and bowls. Plus, items were strewn all over the shelves so most things were out of place and the floors were sticky and covered with dried food or liquid.Furthermore, I returned some items and the customer service associate covered her mouth with my receipt while listening to gossip from her coworker (she was not wearing a mask). Needless to say, I stared at her in amazement. While I am aware the coronavirus is spread via aerosol droplets, in the world of COVID, you don’t do things like that. Even when we’re not in the world of COVID, I’d find that disturbing.
Walmart has just stopped GAF. Went to auto Center and there was nobody there. Stood around for 15 minutes, even took time to get to the front of the store to use the restroom and still nobody showed up. And the bonus on top of this fun adventure: you get locked inside the auto Center and have to use the main entrance doors to get back to your car.Why is it that we are subsidising a company that doesn’t give an ef, refuses to pay their workers a decent living wage and somehow all the Waltons are on the list of the top 15 richest people on earth? This is terrible service. And to shamelessly post signs about “let’s fight hunger” is just the cherry on this sundae of grossness and greed and incompetence.
Come here for Grocery Pickup, but they always have the bad habit of not answering the phone or taking an hour to fulfill my order. If theres a time slot reserved then the order should be ready within that time frame. I have gone into the store to see why it takes awhile. Also, they should be given a bigger space and better methods of organization.
The worst Walmart in Marietta . Don’t work or shop here. The place is filthy . They never clean , restock or care about their workers. The bathroom always smell like pee and be fill with feces . The store manager antwoine called me out my name and embarrassed me in front of workers . I will be calling corporate and I demand him fired .
The auto center is the worst. The lady working the customer desk is beyond rude. In 48 hours I was refused tire service. 3x, (the technician isnt here, the technician is out sick, we are closed (I was there at 5 and they close at 6 per their outside sign ...online it says 7pm).
I can always find what I need and more in Walmart! I was preparing for my first trip out of the country and everything I needed was available. There should definitely be more travel size items available. There were a few things out of stock, like soap that I believe should always be available. The self-scan option is always convenient. I was truly impressed with my overall experience at this location. I stopped shopping at this location for a year. I think Ill go back again.
I have not been a big fan of Walmart in the past few years, I recently moved to cobb County and I must say that this particular walmart was clean and well stocked and it looked as if the employees were actually working and happy for a change. To say the least I enjoyed my shopping experience here!!!
Could hear associates arguing over palette jacks and overtime. Tried to use a larger self checkout lane because of the amount of things I needed to buy but there were no bags. The associate just told me to use another. But a woman came up and she was more than willing to get bags for her. Shopping here is stressful and exhausting. They will to the bare minimum and laugh when you get annoyed. Avoid it if you can.
This is a really busy Walmart on the weekend. I advise you to go during wk if at all possible. With Covid being rampant right now too many people, too close for comfort. Although the store itself encourage social distance and mask are mandated. Workers are very helpful, clean store, well organized.
I had never been to this Walmart before but was pleasantly surprised. The store was well stocked. The lighting was good. Nothing was blocking the aisles. I found exactly what I was looking forI went to the womens clothing section and was shocked they didnt have clothes all over the floor. I was able to find a skirt to which I was happy about. This store has self check outs in a line form instead of all grouped together. That was a plus. I would gladly return to this location.
This Captain Ds Location on Floyd Rd. Is always good as it related to food. However, be prepared to wait to get the food, its pretty slow. I assume thats to be expected tes considering the food is made to order.Otherwise I have never has an issue with the flavor, or freshness of the food
Never go to the tire and lube center I spent 4 hours there and I got there when they were open there was only two cars in front of me, but thats not the part for the bad review I bought tires from them and purchased the hazard certificates to go with them took my car in there because my tire keeps losing air but I cant find anything in it and while I was there I had a nail in my other back tire I had them remove when they were done all they did was take the nail out of my back tire they did not fix or try to fix my front tire All they said was there was nothing wrong with it maybe it needs a valve stem but they didnt tell me that until after they were done with the work in my car was back in the parking lot in the line again so I left there that exact same way I came in with nothing done
It was midnight when I visited thinking it wouldnt be so bad as far as dealing with crowds. Instead, I spent most of my time dodging employees taking up whole aisles while stocking shelves. On top of that, they totally profiled my boyfriend when we separated to do our own shopping and there were THREE employees who followed him around the store, in plain clothes, until he finally called them out and actually asked for their help to see if something was in stock in the back. It was a pretty irritating experience Walmart.
Walmart is a place of convenience. If you need it, Walmart probably has it. With the amount of foot traffic, it is pretty clean, pretty. Cannot find someone to help if you need it. I guess they can only do and know so much, so I dont understand customer attitude. Walmart is what it is and the convenience follows suit....no more no less
I had to shop for everything clothes socks furniture soap toothpaste everything my house garage an car burn up so I had a very very long list of things to getan they had everything I needed almost but the rest I got online so walmart is the place to shop love the store
Ive driven past this store for almost 20 years I stopped shopping there because a long time ago every time you went in the store there would be 15 items of whatever you wanted and 14 of them would be on the floor and one would be on the shelf . Id like to say good work to the the new staff and the new management because the store was clean it was well stocked and I was able to find exactly what I wanted without shopping all around the store looking for that last item. Its safe to return. The store is now well lit, clean and ready for business at the typical Walmart standard and price point. Thank you Walmart for restoring my faith in brick and mortar shopping. All the staff and most of the patrons were wearing face coverings. Both entrances were stocked with hand sanitizer and wipes. They are not monitoring occupancy levels so be prepared to create your own comfortable spacing.
I bought a tv. Got it home and set up, it wouldnt come on. Took it back the next day and their system for returns was down. Went back the third day, just did an even exchange. Got second tv home and set up. Guess what... IT WOULDNT COME HOME.Returned it. Got third tv. Okay, it works. Customer service as always acted like I was a problem for them. Walmart, you need to step up your game.
I really love this Walmart Supercenter specifically because they have a lot of stuff on. I was there for a specific reason. I went there looking for a lock box from my medicine and I only have a certain amount of time to get it done. But if you can imagine having to look for something that you have no idea where it is or put your mind to it and realize it could be in almost in three or four different places but you dont have time to run around looking for it, it can be very frustrating not being able to find someone to work there. I dont know if it was the time of day I went or if it was this location or what but I had four or five people inquiry arrest if I needed help find anything and this was very very refreshing. Obviously not worthy:-)
Walmart gives me anxiety. I hate going there. I only did because my elderly Mom needed my help. Besides being an evil corporation, its usually over crowded with stupid humans that cant walk in a straight line. Im only giving this review 2 stars because our cashier was super friendly and engaged us in great conversation. Aisle 10 at 8:33 on 8-9-18. She was amazing, wish I could remember her name because she was not the typical cashier. Most act like they dont wanna be there or even care. Overall I hate Walmart. Really really hate it!!!!!!!
All the employees have a staring problem and making fun of ppl and they have attitude issues with customers, and when you buy a certain type of merchandise from Walmart you cant return it for a refund because its non refundable, like a BEAUTY SLEEP AIR MATTRESS,It doesnt matter if its a King,Queen,Full or a twin, the air mattress is non refundable, but they will exchange it out for the same merchandise. But when you need the money back to shop at another store other than WalMart.
Called to ask a question. The individual hung up on me multiple times. Never got my question answered. Finally went into the store since I need to pick up groceries. Went to exchange a faulty product I purchased. I was told I could not exchange it even tho I had the receipt. On top of that, the ladies at customer service for some reason think it is OK to make fun of a customer, straight to their face. This happened ealier today. As a disabled person. I dont go out often because of my back problems.

2022-03-01Went here two days ago for my weekly shopping and noticed multiple shelves of cheetos Mac and cheese that expired back in January. 🤔🤔

2022-06-14This location is the worse and service sucks. Theyre horrible at restocking and facing items on the shelf. Several times, Ive had to shuffle through things and dig all the way to the back of the shelf for an item. Customer service will close or the system will stop working, leaving no where to do returns. They wont even staff enough cashiers because they want you to spend your money and ring up all your own stuff... leaving them to pocket the money that could have employed someone else. I think Walmart as a whole is greedy and money hungry.

2022-04-11I would give a zero if i could. This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a walmart store. First Walmart messed up the order that I had paid for online, when I arrived to pick it up on April 9th, I noticed the misspellings and tried to return it and was told that their customer service center was closed, mind you this was at 7pm on a Saturday. I spoke with the manager who told me that she was short staffed.I drove home about 20mins and then returned again on April 11th. This time I was told their system was down at 7pm and that it should be back up at 7:30pm. Now its 7:40pm and the rude lady at the counter simply said to me, theres nothing I can do because our system is down. However another worker simply said she doesnt even know if their system will ever come up today. I guess my first mistake was using Walmart online services, WALMART IS NOT AMAZON & WILL NEVER BE AMAZON. Only use Amazon for online services and deal with Walmart where you pay after services have been rendered because good luck getting your money back for screwed up services, and a careless staff that does not know how to recover from such mistakes.

2022-07-01Prices on the shelf are often inaccurate (even if you check the code and make sure you have the exact same item - they are simply outdated). About a third of the time there are no shopping carts at the entrance. Im not a Walmart hater but because this Walmart is the closest one to my house, Ive started going to Kroger more because its probably the worst Walmart Ive frequented in terms of having items in stock and accurate prices.

2022-06-19It is interesting that Walmart carries a lot of special items as far as health is concern that drugstores do not have readily available. Things that I dont want to order on line, you can find at Walmart. They carry items for sinus problems that Doctors recommend that do not require a prescription, those hard to find items. These are usually at a lower price too. Brenda

2022-06-06Went on a local search specifically for aubergine seedlings on Saturday. Walmart was sold out like others however the remaining plants available for sale were less than impressive relative to Lowes and HD in the area. Majority of plants were dried out and half dead. PaSpoke with a manager who not so politely stated the plants were old. On past visits to this location I have been very pleased with the selection and service. Perhaps this occasion was a one off.

2022-05-16Prices on the shelves are ringing up higher at the registers. I only buy a few items at a time and take pictures with my phone of the shelf price and when I scan the item it rings up higher and a check out employee has to take their time to adjust the price. This is ridiculous and has been going on for several months.

2022-05-12Update, May 2022. 10 minute line just to leave the store. Needless to say I wont be returning.OK they check receipts for large items. I get that. But on my way out today the overzealous young lady at the hardware side around 5:30 had a line backed up of people she wasnt allowing to leave. She was stopping everyone. The two ladies in front of me had two small bags each and she held up everyone just wanting to go home until she searched their bags doing a line by line check of their receipts.Absolutely ludicrous. If its so important to treat us like criminals then add more staff to check.

2019-05-28I’ve been to this location numerous of times before writing this review. I’ve also been at every time of the day. It’s best to go in the morning starting at 9 to get the best shopping experience and by best I mean less busy. It’s Walmart, they don’t have the best customer service and some of their prices haven’t been correct on the items I’ve purchased which is the reason I won’t be shopping with Walmart anymore. I’m not sure who’s fault that is but it’s unacceptable. It sucks because this location is closest to me and Walmart does have majority of the items that I need. This is a very busy Walmart, but hey most of them are. They have far too many registers to have such long lines. I wish they would fix that at all Walmart’s across the world. 😩
