Waited 20 mins to get someone to open a locked cage so I could purchase a tool, no one ever came to help me, sub standard at best
Nice and clean, friendly saff, and if a Wal-Mart employee passes away they put there on display with flowers as a memorial.

My visit was to the pharmacy. The service was great and I really appreciate the text and email reminders. I wish they had a drive-thru, but the staff are ready and willing to bring prescriptions to your vehicle. I hate to request that service because they are always so busy. Thank you for their friendly service, willing spirit and the accuracy of my prescriptions.
Last time I went I had to tuck and roll people fighting and shooting. Wasnt planning on buying a vest but hey.

On 11/2/21 at 4:46pm, out of 15+ check out registers only about 5 available registers were available including self checkout. You could see the frustration and patience wearing thin on the customers waiting in the extremely long lines. I laid my item down and walked out. RIDICULOUS!!! Not sure if I will return.I do however want to commend the cashiers that were working to check out customers as quick as they could.

Generally have a nice experience in this Walmart. Sometimes its hard to find what you need because they run out of stock quite a bit. The staff are usually friendly though.
Signed in to pickup my order after being notified of its arrival. Noticed a big gash in the side of the box. Though everything inside was packed well, the bump that caused that hole in the box (see photo) must have been significant enough to damage the slow cooker.
They are not my favorite at this location but I stop in when I dont want to drive clear across town to Costco. This Walmart doesnt carry everything and is never that clean.
We saw boxes on the floor waiting to be unpacked while two employees were listening to a video, and only two lanes were open with long lines and self checkout line was very long... Not impressed.

The worst Walmart I’ve ever shopped. Constantly out of stock even when their app say they have items in stock. There are quite a few very nice employees here but the store constantly out of necessity items is the reason for one star. The management must not care about what’s happening here because it hasn’t gotten any better in the last two years.
Returning items here at this store is very difficult. Staff will disagree with you 100% saying it is in the policy that they can’t accept items we wanted to return. My spouse and I disagreed read their policy we found on the Walmart.com and read the policy to them and ask where we could be denied the return. End story our items were accepted for return we fought tooth and nail as respectively and won like David and Goliath
Shelves were fully stocked & orderly, which is something I cant say for several other locations Ive been in recently. That alone made this a pleasant visit.
This is the Walmart my family always goes to, which I am ashamed to say. The shelves always seem bare, and usually they dont even have things I am looking for. The closing time is also a bit ridiculous, closing at 11 PM. The registers are always packed, and out of so many registers they use only about 5.
Only one register ever open besides self checkout. Associates are rude and not helpful at all. Shelves are empty and bare.

Do NOT use any of the ATMs at this Walmart! I used the ATM to check my balance & money is missing out of my account. I went to my bank, they pulled up my transactions & found that the ATM at this Walmart was responsible for taking $75 from my account. Also, 4 other people have filed complaints at the bank I use about this ATM today! I filed a complaint with my bank & hopefully my funds will be returned at some point. I attempted to contact Walmart to tell them about their machine, but got no answer. DO NOT USE THE ATM AT THIS WALMART!
Too few cashiers. Too long a wait to check out. I will not check myself out. I will leave my basket and walk out if a cashier is not available or the line is too long.
Almost always slow service. Most of people working don’t want to help and not always friendly. The one team that I see work the hardest is the ones stocking the floor.
I had great experience with grocery pickup. My first time. Both employees was very kind. I had a young lady that had pink hair and a young man...
I was helped by a young lady name ceaira at the Bainbridge Walmart and she went way out to help me. She is an excellent employee. Acutely a lot of their employees are good about being good. They know where things in the store and are more than glad to help. I believe the staff there are very important to the positive experience you have. The only negative thing I would say is they need to open more registers.
A lot of shelves were bare. I dont know if they were bombarded by the bus loads of immigrant farm workers or what but management should know this is that season and be prepared. Its not fair to the regular residents of Bainbridge to not be able to get what we need. Severely Understaffed. An employee told me management isnt giving a lot of employees enough hours and those employees just call out and the ones who are getting the hours are having to pick up the slack because of it. Thats ridiculous. Even automotive was understaffed for a Saturday. I waited entirely too long for a simple oil change and rotation of tires.
3rd time in a row there was no carts to shop. Half of the shelves were unstocked and it was noon on a Monday. Not like the store was busy, just too lazy to check them I guess. DO BETTER WALMART.
They had to close the lobby at 1 in the afternoon because they didnt have the staff to run the drive-thru and the front counter... The crew they had was great though! Smiling and pleasant as always!
So my family has always loved going to Walmart here, but its starting to become a problem especially when theyre racially profiling everything that walks in. Call me crazy but its the truth. All the time we walk out they are always checking our receipt but they check nobody elses. Keep pulling your little tricks I guess🤚🏽👏🏽

Associate Nick helped direct customers at the self checkout area at the Bainbridge location. He provided excellent service, with a friendly greeting to customers and a smile. He really seems to enjoy his position at Walmart and I think he deserves a raise and promotion. It’s really refreshing to see employees with such pleasant dispositions in such hectic times. When to try to get BB for my sons BB gun and no one was over there to open the case to get them out so I tried to find someone and found three employees and two out of three didnt have the keys and the other one was sitting down and told me that he was on lunch break. I was in there over an hour and still didnt get what I went in for.

Probably the worst Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Waited 30 plus minutes for someone to come and unlock the case holding all the good rasers. They are constantly low on products and workers in the evening. I have noticed an increase in workers being on their phones and having no regaurd for customers.

This Walmart never has anything stocked. And the other day I let an employee know about DVDs being thrown in the toilet in the back mens bathroom. And she just stared at me. Um hello Im letting you know what my son just told me. Plus my husband took a picture of the DVDs in toilet. Maybe you should let a manager know. I didnt say that but I sure was thinking it. Live in Bainbridge and go to Cairo Walmart most of the time.

I am very disappointed the way Bainbridge Wal Mart is getting. A lot of frozen food items are not available and the cashiers are slow. What happened? This has been going on more and more.
2 out of 4 bathroom stalls out of order. Water coming out if faucets was hit or miss. Hubby said mens bathroom was the same. On a Saturday they need to get a 24-hour plumber in!

They need to do better on there drive through. Took me 35 minutes on my 1 hour lunch break to place and get my order and then my burger was barley warm.
Really need more associates to work the floor in the Specialists departments having one associate to run the registerabd the floor. The front end is basically has self check with long lines.

2 days before cmas I go in to purchase 2 boxes and cereal and a chicken. Standing in line to self check out the associate says self checkout isnt accepting cash, only card. Lines are down the aisles and guaranteed to take an hour to be next. No thank you. I drop my things at associates register and walk out. I can go without and wait for later......but, yea, go ahead and call....no one will pick up. Had a simple question to ask and it takes way too long to check out. Ill go support mom and pop stores instead.I fkn HATE Walmart!!It dont even deserve a star. 🥴😔

I looked up boat anchors on my Wal-Mart app and it said they had 7 at my store went there and 0 could be found it was a wasted trip then I went to Cairo ga Wal-Mart cause it said they had 1 left and they actually had 2 on the self . So todays experience cost me a lot of gas money 😑

Walmart is walmart always at busiest time theres a sea of registers and only three of the readily available registers being used, while 3or4 employees outside smoking, 2 or 3 walking around in circles of the store slowly some looking like they lost in the make up/dog food isles
This was a disappointing shopping trip. I couldnt find several items at the Cairo Walmart so we go to the one in Bainbridge. Its a larger store and we usually find what we need. We did come home with several bags but none of it was the preferred items we were shopping for.

Need to open more cash registers waited 35 minute before got to check out. Alway like this. And the self check out want take cash. Thats one of the reason the wait it so long. They need to hire more people.
I purchased a new straight talk phones. Two girls working there would or could not help. I knew nothing about programming a ohone. They both said we just sell we do do anything else. The gentleman with Verizon said he would be glad to help but he had several people lined up for him. He was so nice. I have had straight talk for years with Samsung. I bough a Motorola because of problems. Straight talk in other wal marts have always been very helpful. These two were just standing doing nothing. I really needed the help.
Wal mart needs carry out assistance for seniors. Large items like bottled water are almost unmanageable for elderly people.
Store was moderately stocked, understandable for the circumstances. However there were no bags to put my items in. I had to load each individual item into my vehicle in the parking lot and unload it the same way at home. Ridiculous.
It always seems that this store is understaffed. Its always too warm inside. Other than that, as a WM Supercenter one can find everything but the kitchen sink. Employees are courteous and when one is in the area, they will take you to what it is that you seek. Personal gripe about here (everywhere too) is that prices have been increasing so that I often have month left over at the end of the money.
Just left after shopping for monthly groceries. WILL not be back! All staff rude AND NOT one had on a mask. It was only 4 PM but only one entrance open! It will be worth the drive to ANYWHERE else!!! It would not let me give a 0 so had to give 1 star even though that is still too high!!
Not enough school uniform colors and sizes selections for juniors. Sold out of uniform bottoms for kids. Considering the area population and the hot weather i expected more... too hot for pants. Otherwise it was great

But thank you also because you had the jalapeno poppers in in the deli! I dont get those very often anymore, not many places carry them on this side of the US and, being from New Mexico, they are such a treat! Thank you again, I appreciate you all! :)

If you are going to lock up items there should be someone available with the key! Normal waiting time to buy razors 15 minutes. For a customer service based organization this is ridiculous!
Today it was almost like they were closed but they werent and really easy to get in and out very few people in there didnt find exactly what I wanted had to make do with what they had and I picked up a tire inflator that what I thought was a good deal until I got to the register and found out that it was double the price that was directly below where it was sitting on the shelf . If I were to have pushed it I mightve been able to get it at the $20.10 clearance price . This was at the Bainbridge Walmart Supercenter .
We found almost everything on our shopping list in this Walmart. Still cant find Wet Ones in a travel size pack nor Hand sanitizer in a small bottle. We did find Suave hand sanitizer in a 12 ounce bottle. A majority of the shoppers were wearing masks. Why does no one pay attention to the direction arrows on the aisles?
Horrible service every time I come here. I absolutely dread it! Only 3 cashiers on register out of 20+ lanes.

They need to do what Sams Club is doing. Let the people scan and pay instead of standing in Wal-Marts famously long lines.
This location is huge. It has most anything you could want. However, I the item I bought was only offered in a large package. I would have preferred a smaller package for my first trial of the item. The ability to use our Sams card no matter what state we are in is great.
This is the best WalMart in the area! Its always clean, stocked and has excellent customer service.
The way they had the food items display. All can goods were in the order of IE peas with all the brands in one spot. So you can choose price or quality.

Just your typical Walmart. They are more than likely to have what you need in all departments. Store is always stocked and you can quick receive customer service from employees all over the store. Theyll be sure to get you what you need.
It was a great experience at the store that it has so much stuff more than the one here in Quincy Florida the only thing is they do not have enough cash registers open for as many people that was there that was the only thing I did not like I had to stand there seemed like forever that needs to change but other than that I love that store more than any of them around I live in Florida but I drive to Bainbridge
Zero stars if I could. Absolutely the worst place ever!!! I will start going any where except here. Always long lines cause 2-3 registers open. Then you get slow rude employees. I come to get a couple things and end up in line for 30 mins.
Better than other area Walmart, But Walmart is king of bait discount. Youll find better prices on many items at local stores or even Dollar General. For a corporation with literally the largest buying power, you have to ask... what are they more than Pughly Wighly or Dollar General.Of course the answer is Dont pass discounts, just maintain as close as possible to keep profits up even if there profit margin is 800% on items. 3stars is highest For ANY Walmart.
This was my MOST PLEASANT TRIP out of all the times I have ever been to any Wal-Mart.. We (my son & I) went on a Saturday 1-11-20 between 630am & 8am. Every single Wal-Mart employee smiled & told me good morning.We need this kind of fantastic service through out the day! I dont know if it was because it was so early in morning & their shifts had just started/about to end (I know Im always happy at that time).Thank you Wal-Mart employees for making my shopping the most enjoyable to date!
AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!! NO SUPPORT for cashiers and customer service. The managers do not support at all. Only one customer service employee and customers were all the way back to the money center. The employee called for support and no one bothered to show up too help her out. Over 25 minutes and still no help for her.

I hope this posts to the walmart in bainbridge ga. The store is clean. Sanatized, carts clean. Staff and most shoppers had masks on. Self checkouts were cleaned after every use. It was great. Unlike the obe in Cairo ga. Its a dump, including the rude people that work there..its worth the 20 mile drive to bainbridge.

Still need to work on having the machines available to take cash. And also need more cashiers. Think about those folks that have to work the evening shift when bringing out the disinfectant spray, wipes and etc.
I came.to buy stamps being out of.town I missed the post.office. the customer service at the customer desk was rude. I was told by another employee I could buy single stamps, when i got.there they stated no I couldnt . She stated that employees dont know anything. She was rude told me I could write her to use the stamps I didnt need. I have never seen such rude smart talking customer supportShe was loud obnoxious and this is not what I expect of Walmart managersI am away from home working I will tell everyone.do not.shop at this store.
Over all what you expect from Walmart few registers open and fewer people to help when you need a question answered. I also dont like the fact that you can buy anything anytime of day but can only return or exchange items between 7am and 10pm. If you can sell it at 2 am you should be able to return it at 2am as well. I only reason I gave it 3 stars because when you do find help those associates are generally friendly. It would be a 1 otherwise.
Usually stocked up. Occasionally not on some things like baby formula or paper towels. Most customers dont wear masks though.

Worse Walmart store Ive ever been in, long lines, unorganized lines. I was looking for flowers, every flower i looked at were dead & needed water.
Had what I wanted, coffee, creamer and filters. Checked out went back to my sisters house made coffee drank four cups, ate supper. We finished shelling peas. Went to bed later, got up around 5:00am made coffee drank around 3 cups. Left Bainbridge around 7:00am got back to Andalusia around 9:30am. Bainbridge Wal-Mart should be making a great profit. I have never seen any Wal-Mart as crowded as that Wal-Mart anywhere. Even got checked out really fast. Somebody there has a good operation going on. Great job.
I am on a walker and have a hard time walking. I needed an electric cart to shop. I got half way across crosswalk and felt I couldnt go any farther. A young lady that usually supervising up must have seen me struggling and brought an electric cart to. She had a big smile on her face ask if that would. That meant so much to me. Every I ask for stopped and help me right away. That day was the most enjoyable I have ever had in their. I was one time after and everyone went out their to speak help when neccessary.
Thanks to the ladies at Walmart this morning! Id locked my keys in the car, and they were quick to help. Thanks also to the nice young deputy who came to my rescue. You all deserve a hearty Thank you!

Store was clean and pretty well stocked. I only skimmed the clothing department but it looked like a good variety in clothing.
This is a good Walmart but all the bags of grapes look like they have been touched and eaten...
Not the cleanest store in town or always well stocked , but I like that I can do all my shopping in one place . I dont use their pharmacy but have gotten glasses from the Vision Center and was well pleaded with them .

Not enough help didnt get my order went and bought it myself. My opinion is this walmart is pitiful.
I went to have new tires place on my truck. I had to wait two and a half hours and was charged for new valve stems and they were not replaced. If I can help it I will not be using them again.
Quick and easy stops
Please refill your cart wipes at the entrances. The flu season is horrible this year and you should consider the health of your shoppers. I chose to shop at your location today and there were no wipes at either entrances for me to wipe down the handles on my buggy. I had my toddler with me and I refused to put her in the buggy. I purchased only what I could carry with my hands.

Bainbridge Walmart never stocks the shelves...always out of what I go in for. The pet aisle looked like it had not been stocked in a month...theres no way people wiped out the shelves on cat food like I saw...it looked like another hurricane was coming. Always plan to leave very disappointed at this Walmart. It is a very common problem with this store! Ugh...just makes you want to scream!
The self checkouts are broken or card only which means no cash back. Usually only 2 to 3 lines open which are usually backed up. Dont ask the associates for help i think some of bite and may be carriers of rabies

Employees are nice enough if unenthusiastic (who could blame them?), could stand to have more registers open. Half of the self checkouts are often not working, but the shelves in the store are stocked well.
My tire blows out when I was on the interstate so I go to the tire department of Walmart. And as Im waiting Im told its going to be an hour and a half to put a tire on the rim. Then I hear a sales associate tell another associate that hes at work taking it easy. These people move slow as molasses. When I call to make a complaint they never took me off cold and hung up on me. Not recommended
Staff is usually super nice. Depends on the time of day you are there, on how busy they are. There are days when there are super long lines at the only 4 or 5 registers that are open, so you spend most of you time just trying to check out.

I am a 60 yr old man who very frequently takes my 91 yr old mother to your store. (Bainbridge ) Last week we were made to produce an ID when paying with a check. This was a first for me, as I have been writing checks at Walmart for longer than most of the employees have been alive, and never had a problem of any kind until then. However, tonight when I checked out, the lady at the register never even mentioned a need for an ID. I can only assume that the young lady (Natasha) that checked us out last week had a deep seated need for what little control or power that being a cashier at Walmart might bring. This may seem petty to you, but it embarrassed my mother to no end, and set me to thinking that maybe we would do well to consider other establishments. Were traveling through & needed to stop at Walmart to get some things. When we got out of the car, theres LOUD music coming from the parking lot. We noticed 4-6 cars & trucks . It looks like theyre selling drugs right there in front of the world to see. We immediately left this Walmart & will never return.

Wall Mart is not customer oriented at all. They constantly moved products around so you have to spend extra time searching for the things you are in a hurry to get and go. If l could afford to shop else where, and could find the products I must have for my health I would not shop here

Like honestly they barely have anything that I am used to buying from Walmart in Colorado. Its a bummer. And their clothing & toy sections are very small. Just a poor selection overall, very limited.
Its a nice clean Walmart people willing to help you find stuff and have a good selection of products they now have a way to order your groceries before you get there witch is cool
The young lady that was my cashier had no concept of customer service. She didnt even say anything in the way of a greeting and then snapped at me when I brought it to her attention there was a coupon on the chicken she hadnt swiped.
What makes this Wal-Mart so special is the people who work there. They are so helpful and nice. Great southern hospitality. ☺👍

Would be nice if the people actually cared to help out and follow rules on the pandemic not put everyone else at risk. These rules have to get strict !!!!!!

Terrible place, 1/3 of the customers did not wear a mask, the cashier had a mask under her chin leaving mouth and nose spewing Covid virus.
Gas lines, regulated do no cutsies and inside the store they were busy tossing all the perishables ie fresh/frozen meats & foods etc.
I always enjoy shopping there.
Not a bad Walmart location. I usually stop here on our way to south Georgia. Its a big store with a lot of stock. Clean and well kept.
Its a good place to shop..sometimes have great customer service.

Super Walmart is my main store to shop because the prices are reasonable. Also you can fix up your home inside and out.

Most always I been very pleased,but there has been too many times when there should have been a lot more cashiers.
Since the weathers cool outside, the heat is on throughout the store which makes it too warm for comfort. Otherwise the supercenter is great!

Was getting some food in subway and this lady was taking literaly 30 mins to make 2 sandwiches and was taking customers while not even finish a previous customer like seriously she was so sloww like she smoked a bunch of marijuana
Tried the no contact pick up. No one answered the phone. Finally went inside, they had the order wrong.
Women with the beard was rude and lazy plus i had to go get/find my own bags because there was none at the self check out!

This store is the worst Walmart Ive ever seen since its been opened. We are in small town and no competition. Supervisor in this company need to get this store on the ball closest too me but hardly go in it unless no choice stores in surrounding areas got this one beat by long shot

Never enough lanes open for checkout. They are always out of most everything because they are the only big store in town.
Rude employees.. Walked by me several times without offering to help.. Go to the video and watch it.. I rang the button for help over 10times.. Finally I had to go find it myself.. Terribly unprofessional..
My Wal-Mart in Bainbridge was wonderful there staff was a-1 and the store was so clean and organized,l.think my Montgomery Al,stores can take a lesson from this store...
After having an outpatient procedure performed, I dropped off my prescription for pain medication and was told it would be ready in about 45mins. It was an hour and 45 minutes later before I received my medication.
Mandy is a treasure. Even with covid 19 she makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
Great store where you can find what you need under one roof. Visit there no matter day time or how many items you want purchase.

2021-10-31They were enough register open. I was very pleased with that. I cant complain. Shopping around noon time isnt no joke. Shortage on dog food was terrible. M. Johnson.

2022-04-27I wish they wouldnt leave freight setting in all the main aisles as it is very inconvenient. Every single time I have been in this is the way it isSomeone is going to get hurt. Plus stocking the empty shelves seems to be a forgotten task

2022-02-15This Walmart is a bit nicer that many we have been in. Friendly helpful associates and not to many empty shelfs. Walmart stores operating on a just in Time method for restocking so you can find items are not restocked when you get there. Ask the clerks for delivery times and plan shopping shortly after they had time to distribute goods. Clean and easy access toilet rooms.

2022-01-14Many shelves were low but the can cat food section had 1 box that someone had opened and taken half. I bought the other half leaving only dry food. Not a big deal to some but I have 4 cats who were grateful when I got home. Next week I may not be so lucky.

2022-03-02The staff arent friendly nor engaging. The overall aim of the place is herding sheeple toward the registers & repeat. Managment is easy to recognize by their dead eyed 100 yard stare & if you happen to have been waiting way too long, their overall tone can assure you that its fault of your own, you chose to be there.

So make sure you check the website to see if they have what you are looking for. The employees are doing their best to make sure that they are stocking the shelves.
