Nice store wih many fine amenites like a health clinic. Hiwever found the store layout a little difficult to navigate.
Eye Exam,Vision Ctr.,Ive got my exam & glasses here since 2009,great folks to make business with,I always see much better & nobody beats their prices on frames/lenses & Customer care/satisfaction.
Had pick up meds and few other things 4 the house. Got 2 self checkout and register start acting up. Lady working over there was very ugly and unprofessional. No eye contact just rude remarks and snatches card out my hand. Sorry if lady was having bad day. But LEAVE IT @ THE DOOR! Very disappointed
While traveling i had a tire blow out. staff that helped in automotive dept. went above and beyond to service me. at first I was told they didnt have my tires in stock and theres no inventory of it being offered at this location. however julie i believe was her name went out her way to check. i wish i could of tipped her. got her a raise or something of the sort. never has a Walmart employee went to these lengths make sure i was satisfied and properly serviced. this was today, i walked out with 4 brand new tires. ⁸
To be such a rapidly growing city this Walmart was out of a lot of products. I asked 3 different employees for help and neither one would help or offered advice
Most of the items on Shelves are mislabeled. You would think workers that restock would know where an item is. Instead you follow them down 3 isles looking for an out of stock item.
Cashiers need to do away with chewing gum while checking out customers. Also, very unfriendly employees.
Staff are really nice and very helpful with helping you find what your looking for.
Meh, its Walmart...whats so great about it? Unless you dont mind waiting forever to check yourself out while employees running the registers, move like cold molasses.
Love shopping at Wal-Mart because they have alittle bit of everything. The stores are always cleaned and well stock!
There was one man checking receipts as you walk out he was extremely slow and there was a line to get out. I proceeded to walk past the line he yelled at me and waved the receipt in my sister in laws face. There is no reason to have someone check your receipt if you are paying at a register and or have someone watching you while your doing self check out . I believe this man was in training and definitely does not have any good customer service.
Ive never been to a Walmart where employees r actually nice to u more than most its great size they have more stuff than most at this location they just dont put stuff out fast enough but other than that fantastic location
They were out of alot of things! Hardly had a selections of meat! They were very crowded and hard to find a close place to park. Easy to check out though!
I generally go to Walmart for the same reasons most people do....to save money. That being said, this Calhoun, Georgia store is laid out in a goofy manner. Its a huge store and generally very crowded unless its very early in the morning, or late at night. The shelves in the pet food section were poorly stocked. The grocery section is strung out from one end of the store to the other. I couldnt find an employee to direct me in finding some items that Ill purchase elsewhere now. And to top it off, the employee working the self check out was rude when I had a question. And believe me, she wasnt busy at that time. This is a store Im going to avoid as much as possible in the future.
Place is just horrible .I have never been charged with any crime in all my 50 yrs other than 1 speeding ticket when I was 19 but these people make me feel like ive done committed a crime of a century and has me nervous and stress levels off the chart and knowing the entire time that ive done nothing wrong to where I spend my earned wages elsewhere!
I love shopping at my local Walmart, and I’ve been shopping there with my parents and into adulthood since the store opened. I love being able to go to one place to get pretty much anything I need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I generally have a pleasant trip.
Very busy place for there to be few cashiers available for checkout. Everything is self checkout now.

Customer and management were in an altercation. Management was very unkind and rude to the customer! I dont know all of the cicumstances, but the mngmnt could have handled way better than they did, I believe! The customer was arrested. Should have never happened! Walmart is always ready to send people to jail in the blink of an eye! They should try patience!
Store was clean, pharmacy doing their best as usual. I had over a buggy full of items but no one at the checkout. I refuse to scan my own while an employee hovers over or double check my receipt. I am handicapped and asked if someone could come check me out but was told they could not leave their stations. So I left my full buggy with them and told them to have fun putting it all away. I would call ahead to see if they had cashiers but they wont answer the phone. So now I pull up front and send my niece in to see if they have anyone working the cash rest. if not we dont go in.
Clean helpful people. And when I went to get my meds Andrew over it took care of a problem with my meds in 2 mins he was GREATTTTT!!!!!
Cant get up and down the isles for all of the Walmart associates rolling their huge carts around shopping for customer pick ups. Price savings is not worth the hassle and long lines because most of the open registers are self checkout.
The parking lot was so clean! There was even soapy water on the ground. I didnt go inside but the parking lot was nice. The only problem was the angry Jeep parked across from us. Still giving a 5 star. I was very impressed.

Low on stock, very few registers open and all backed up even self checkout backed way up. Even when super busy they started shutting down registers. Super hot it felt like there was no a/c on at all. The poor store employees having to wear masks were even talking about how hot it was and how much trouble they were having breathing with a mask on with it so hot in there. By the time we finally were checked out and back to our car I was ready to pass out

Always easy in and out. However, I only gave a 4 star because EVERY time I go in, they are out of something that I went in to get. They are under some updates on the store right now so I hope that is the only reason first this. This pic is the shelf for a frozen apple pie that they were out of. The only thing I went in for today.

Today the food shelves are getting bare, and it seems that they are catering to another group of people in Clothing, smaller and sexier styles, but then again Im an older woman. Even the dog and cat food aisles were needing stock. And I know that the amount of trucks on the interstate have to have something in them. Oh well. ...

Honest opinion. The buggies are horrible and need replaced. Most of the staff, especially the older ones are outright rude. This is the only Walmart around besides Dalton, Cartersville and Rome so packed is an understatement. And I mean packed. Meat is not great quality and the selection of meat isnt great also prices have been going up and I am sure they will only continue to rise. They are not 24 hours anymore which is really hard for parents who work in factories around calhoun on 12 hour shifts to find time to get groceries, But thats only my opinion.
We have a love hate relationship! I love everything except that #1 they close at night now! ( I did my shopping while every one else was at home in bed.) And #2 now I have to be out with a hundred other ppl. ( who may or may not be sick & keep it so crowded ID rather stay with home & do without what ever i needed!)
Typical Walmart. Im used to a larger selection on a variety of items but I also understand this location is smaller and will cater based on location. Friendly staff and quick check out. Noticed they arent as well stocked in grocery items as some other local stores.
Calhoun walmart is a joke. They are closed at night to restock but when they open, there still isnt any product on the shelf. There are tons of Walmart employees shopping for customers who are too lazy to do it themselves, and they are always in the way. The employees are always rude and apparently consider themselves more important than the customers in the store. I would love to say this is info from one shopping experience, but sadly this is every single time I go. Do better Walmart.
Online it says the money center opens at 6 I get there and load me hold then Ill open until 8 they should really update their website
Stood in line for 45 minutes s to get a mo eye order. When it was finally my turn. The clerk walked away 3 times without a word as to if or when she was coming back. Took 30 more minutes. No I am sorry or we are.haveing system issues nothing. The. When I wanted to request some one go and.help.could not get anyone to even come and hear my complaains
The staff here are always friendly, but I do find that they are often out of several items that I used to bye regularly (Particularly the brand of instant Raman cups that my wife ate for lunch almost exclusively for six months.That said, the store is typically very clean, the produce is usually quite fresh, and perhaps best of all is their downright MASSIVE Self service checkout area. I LOVE using the large self checkout stalls after having filled up my cart with 2 weeks worth of food.
Paige in Electronics was rather rude.. She told me something wouldnt work, I was just explain why I was asking (by reading what it said). At that point she made a rude comment saying I know, I can read with a passive aggressive tone of voice. At that point she changed her point of view and said, if it says it, yeah it will work at this point I was upset at her tone of voice and how she treated me; I just walked away.
Always wonderful, helpful associates that load my groceries at pickup.

The Walmart is still being refurnished on the inside. Its clean and modern.. you can definitely tell where its going to go. The only complaint is parking. Its limited.

For years I avoided Walmart and that was a mistake they really do have a wonderful selection of merchandise and very excellent pricing. Couldnt go all the way to the top rating for appearance simple reason to check out is rarely quick or pleasant

I was leaving the store from self checkout and was accused of trying to steal a box of diapers... Im in this location all the time but pretty sure i wont return and when my receipt was checked it was the 4th item on my receipt so after paying for the diapers a 2nd time the lady found it and was like oh well you may as well just go get another box no apology or anything.....
We were just there, we were kindly told that they can hold as long as we pay first. We did that, went and stood in line at customer service and explained we needed to hold for a little over an hour. It was paid for but just hold. She said they cant do it over an hour. I said well at the most it would be an extra 10 min. She said no, its only an hour. My question is, if its 10 min, will they resell something thats sold? Really? Wont be buying the more expensive stuff there anymore.

I know this isn’t an issue for most people but absolutely none of the double seated carts are safe. Every single one has the straps cut out. As a mom with two year old twins and a baby that makes it almost impossible to shop here without having to use two carts or a stroller which would mean only being able to buy a couple things. I’ve literally never encountered a Walmart till this one that had no useable double seated carts like this. It’s the closest one to my house but I have to go to Dalton so I can actually shop.

Remodel has moved everything. replaced cashiers for self checkout. couldnt locate half the items I needed. wont go backWent again..wont give cash refund when you have the receipt...whats up with that. Hate Walmart.
I honestly wish for once that an associate be close by or available when needing help. I have seen on multiple occasions the asset protection people follow me and my boyfriend around... I make a trip to Walmart, I am going down every aisle just because I want to see what is new. I am not a thief.

Clean, stocked. Better then I had expected. Up in Montana our walmarts are always dirty, empty shelves and poorly staffed. Here in Georgia well staffed , stocked and clean. Night and day. Good job guys!
I was so disappointed. We finished our shopping. We stopped to get a drink out of the machine outside. It took our money.I am handicapped and this was my first trip in a store in a long time. I asked no less than 6 people for help and they all said go to Customer Service, where 2 people were working. I couldnt stand up much longer as I was getting tired.Several people were ahead of me and one associate started to leave. I asked her for help before she left and she refused.So I left. Maybe a dollar doesnt matter to them but it does to me. At the very least it was poor customer service and I wont go back unless I have to.
Walmart in Calhoun Georgia is very nice! Clean, organized, and most if all STOCKED! Shelves were STOCKED and items needed could be found. A little different set up than the one in Rome Georgia in West Rome. West Rome Georgia Walmart needs help. A lot of shelves not stocked with items or very little stock. Personal shoppers in isles in the way, because isles are not wide enough. Stockers also in isles. Adding to congestion.
Found some of the things I was looking for but they dont have a lot of good stuff in kids clothing and that is one of the main reasons I went there.I was not very happy with what they have it is VERY PICKEDover THEY COULD DO A LOT BETTER ESPECIALLY BEING CHRISTMAS IS AROUND THE CORNER.

Pickup has a different number from located on the website and app. App tells you to wait for email but you never get it, so go pick it up near the end of your window. Other than lack of communication, pickup is a great option if you need ingredients for cooking after a long day of work and you just want to save your feet about thirty minutes.
I love that Walmart has continued to serve the people over the years by adding new entrances for people that arent able to walk all over the store they now have two entrances in the front and an entrance to the automotive and entrance to the garden and even a drive-thru pharmacy at one Walmart thank you for striving to make everything easier for the people keep up the good work this is your one stop all shop

A very big Walmart. This place seriously has it all. A health center, pickup area, and a vision center. I was in the back near the milk and an employee named Mark told me where I could find the cake mix. That was the only interaction I had with staff but, he was very professional and kind. I will be going back because of him!

I was there admittedly early in the mornung. I had lost my ear buds and needed to buy a new pair. I looked all around the electronics area for assistance, as the ear buds I wished to purchase required an associate to retrieve them. After searching all around electronics, and being studiously ignored by several associates, I finally got one stocker to acknowledge me. She said she would fund a manager to call someone to help me. Some minutes passed before I heard someone on the intercom. After the announcement, I waited another 39 minutes being ignored by several associates. I finally gave up and left.
I used the grocery pick up. The staff back there are very professional and friendly. I hate the fact that Wal-Mart wont allow tips for their employees. Lots of parking in the Orange pick up area and covered parking. Just call them up and they are out promptly with your stuff. Pre-open your trunk or back doors for maximum social distancing.
Went to the clinic on this visit. Loved their customer service, speed, and their rates! I definitely recommend the new health clinic inside the Calhoun Walmart. My only complaint with Walmart itself, was the lack of products being stocked. So many things I needed were unavailable
They updated this store. Added a Medical Clinic and a very nice pickup area for online orders. Great staff, as always. This is the nicest Walmart I have ever visited. Really great help, too. I am a truck driver and go all over the country. This one really knocks it out of the park!!
This review is strictly their clinic. Vision, medical. Top notch service. The staff acts like they are geninuly happy to help you. A wonderful experience. I will be trying their dental out at some point. Really impressed with service, care and price. This is coming from a woman who loathes Wal-Mart Dept Store.

This Walmart has been updated recently offering more self check options, an expanded Heath care center and even a veterinarian. The biggest negative is the parking lot that can seem very crowded.
I have been going to this Calhoun Walmart Superstore sense approximately 2015 with my father when he was alive now this is my main choice of where to shop one of the main reasons I enjoy going to that Walmart Supercenter is the employees that work there soundly are the employees they have become my friends its a wonderful experience when you go to a business and you feel like youre coming to be around and spend time and enjoy with your family that is Calhoun Walmart store in a family but I totally enjoy going to shopping I probably spend 90% of what I spend at that Walmart because I feel like Im wanted and cared for when Im in there soda conclude that I gave it a five-star and once again it is a joy to stiffen the doors of the Calhoun Walmart located on Belmont Road Highway 53 Calhoun Georgia
Came here with my boyfriend and they kicked us out because he threw all of their pots on the ground. Where we come from THATS A NORMAL THING! I can’t understand how they can be so rude to THE HERO OF LEGEND BUT WHATEVER. Also the workers smell, like a baka.
I went to get my tires replaced, I was told it would take about an hour but it ended up taking more like 3 hours. At one point they told me they couldnt even replace one of the tires because they couldnt get the lug nuts off so I had to take the tire off myself with took me about 1 minute. Im not sure the workers here know too much about cars, but the cashier for the auto center was very friendly and sympathetic to our long wait and even gave us a bit of a discount.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly but there was too much stocking going on which is annoying. Almost every isle had someone stocking which makes it difficult to get down the rows. They should be done by 9:30 am.
I am giving this place one star. The parking lots are no longer slanted. They are strait. Very hard to get in and out because the narrowing of the parking spots as well, I guess they wanted more spots. Workers are always rude when asked to help.....like they are annoyed. Never anyone at the jewelry station and have to check out twice if you buy something from the electronics
Visiting the store during social distance pandemic., I see employees wearing masks. It does not seem they have been properly trained in the use of the mask. This is putting others including me at risk. You promote safety but seem not to enforce it.
If your going to this place to get TRADING CARDS like magic the gathering or others, DONT BOTHER! They never have any stock. Must not know how to order from MJ Holdings.
Overall , Walmart is fine in getting what I need. But when it comes to its customer service, I think it needs improvement. The employees at the electronic department have for the most part given me and others the cold shoulder when asking a question. Furthermore, they seem to not care about the occasional long lines and lack customer attentiveness.

This is the second time Ive ordered online and picked up my groceries. Walmart employees did a great job. I wish Walmart had built the area to protect their employees when the weather is bad. I arrived after a rainstorm and it appeared the employees clothes had not yet completely dried out. Great service and an extra Thanks to Walmarts employees!

Anything you want is out of stock.Ethnic food lovers be aware that this Walmart has done away with all Hispanic herbs and spices as well as all Oriental food condiments. Lol not much reason for me to ever shop here. As a rule, anything that does not sell mega quantities will not be found here. Any thing in this category they happen to have should be purchased immediately as it is destined to soon disappear completely.Even before this they were always out of at least 20% of what you went there to buy.None of the shopping carts will roll straight and many simply cant be controlled at all.They systematically remove name brand items to make way for ever more of their mostly lower quality Great Value branded items.Many of the employees who work here couldnt be bothered to provide even minimal customer service.This is truly the worst store in the area.Oh I forgot there is one bright spot. You have the opportunity to witness the antics of some of the best, most entertaining People of Walmart ever.

We thank Sam Walton for being such an Enthusiastic Visionary when he opened Wal-Mart. The Super Center Idea to add a Grocer and Pharmacy is Genius! Before Wal-Mart came to Atlanta, I would Stock up on Paper Goods in the Quincy, Fl store when visiting my parents near Bainbridge,Ga! I always returned home with Supplies to last 3 months! I like that Wal-Mart is now located in most towns..Small & Large... and that the Selection is Abundant for most needs. We have bought weekly supplies, TVs , our grandsons Ipods, Computers & Cameras at Wal-Mart just to name a few!💕💕💕💕💕💕

Wal mart says it all. Never really did any shopping while there but judging by the sheer numbers there it is synonymous with being a great place to shop!
Had a blowout while traveling. Needed tires to continue on. Walmart had what I needed in stock at the store. They installed them quickly and we were on our way. Personnel was friendly and helpful and considerate with our situation. Only thing I did not like was the way Walmart charges for each and every little thing when they install the tires. Just price them installed to begin with. After all, they are useless without being on the car.
Only problem is I always forget half of what I need until I get away...this is a nice store...with equally nice associates...
I love the convenience of self check-out. I am the type of person that knows whats they need and wants to head quickly out the door. In a popular store such as this, I count myself lucky. Employees are helpful when needed. Plenty of parking.
I bought a tv and had to wait over 30 minutes for a cart carrier to come and get it because I was not allowed to walk out with it even though I already paid for it. The wait didn’t really bother me but the fact that every 2 minutes there was an employee walking around. Plus the lady at the electronics kept complaining about how long it was taken but never once stopped anyone or called to see what was taking so long.
Did an online order and picked it up before my clock was ready. They were accommodating of my big rig and the girl that helped me was nice. Five stars
This Walmart is iffy. Stocking is still limited. Plus side employees on the floor are helpful. Down side is self checkout is kind of forced, but they do have a few robots with a large area for those with full carts. I find selection limited, and so I tend to just order online and skip the whole fiasco.
Other than the lady at the entrance handing out masks looking angry, it was a good experience. Pharmacy staff helpful and friendly.

If you are one of the ones who is following the CDC guidelines for social distancing and wearing masks, just be aware that even on pick up of online orders, the employees dont follow even Walmarts policies on that. They will not answer the number given to you to call to go pick up your order, instead they will while wearing the mask below the mouth, ask you to roll down your drivers side window and get your information face to face. For high risk individuals this is a major problem.
As always, self check out line had a good 15+ people only 4 registers open two employees just standing there and would not ring anyone up at their register. Standing there talking to each other. Also what other lines were open they were back way up too. I have got to where I hate going there. I would prefer to pay extra at other stores.
I cant say enough about these stores! Friendly staff, convenient mediocre items, and theres one on every corner. I just wish they carried more sporting good items, like ammo. God bless and TRUMP 2020!!
This is my second commentary on Walmart. It seems they are delving into more services at each location - i.e. radiology centers, etc. These are appreciated as a matter of convenience and price. However, lets take a look back inside the store itself. As of late, theres more self checkout lanes and fewer shall we say conventional checkout lanes. Now, dont get me wrong, the self checkout lanes are nice when all you have is a few items and want to get done quickly versus standing in line behind some selfish slow poke who wants to haggle over coupons. But, its almost guaranteed that whenever you use the self checkout lanes something will go wrong and youll need the assistance of the ONE attendant whose watching over many machines! Heaven help us come Christmas season! How about a few more attendants? That being said, usually if I have a basketful of stuff on the big trip day Ill use the conventional lanes - hopefully there will be more than one or two of them open! Again, the added extra services provided at the centers will be appreciated, but, lets not forget the most important service of all - Customer Service.Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this !
Plan on working for yourself. Mostly self-checkouts, many excuses as to their way of customer service but doesnt really have the concept. Changes were to make money with less effort. Shop and checkouts that youre doing the work while workers watch. Walmart is just simply Walmart nothing else.

I like Walmart, BUT...I got my Mothers prescription filled today and gave them my phone number so that they could text me when it was ready. Within 5 minutes I started getting calls from telemarketers asking for my mother. I got 2 calls before I could even leave the store and several more since then. Walmart needs to take better care of us than that.

Store#01215 in Calhoun Ga. My recipt does not have an ID# to provide, but if this was the last Walmart in the world I would pay more and shop at Kroger or Publix or anywhere else in the world. I am 33 weeks pregnant and had 3 boy ages 7 5 and 4 in tow, parked near the front only to be told we have to walk all the way to the other door because noone was allowed in that side. Yet no signs to warn customers BEFORE they park only an employee to tell us afterwards. It was 100 degrees outside. I finally get finished shopping and go to a self checkout, I come across 2 products at least that did not have stickers only to be told by the employee I would have to walk all the way back across the store to find ones with stickers, so helpful should not be in a walmart employees description. There were so many employees on that side of the store why could someone not be radiod to bring one? What was I supposed to do leave everything I readlt scanned drag 3 kids not including the very heavy one Im pregnant with back across the store to search for the product with a sticker? There were at least 3 employees standing next to self checkout talking to each other not doing anything. Yet again there were no signs on the inside of the store letting customers know they cant go out of those doors, so while I was checking out there must have been at least 50 customers yelled at and chased as they innocently tried to exit the store. Employees literally chased and yelled at customers until they were in the parking lot. This store is a complete joke, I was so upset with the experience I called my husband whom is an employee at another store to vent before I drive home, he and the other managers were at an awe at how bad this store is being ran. We spend our money here just to be yelled at and not helped at all, the employees would rather stand around doing nothing, It was disgusting and the next time Im in Calhoun Ill drive 2 hours out of my way if I had to just to avoid this store, the employees and managers do not care about their customers, this store is a joke and my money would have been better spent anywhere other than here
Wow. A very up to date Walmart. Clean, bright, loaded with items not found in Farragut. The Health Clinic has a wonderful staff and all state of the art equipment.
Disappointed that theres nothing to eat.
My shopping experience was ok but the tv mount I purchased must have been a return because it was missing a part and I had to go back to the store and exchange it.
Should have just gone to home Depot garden center, not much to choose from at WalMart and all the succulents are over watered and they will rot if they keep soaking them. Left with nothing..
Clean and very helpful with handycap electric wheelchair and easy to get through the ales with ease and didnt feel like been watched bye employee and thats a big plus for me because I hate that feeling in most cases like being singled out because of wheelchair ♿ Like they think Im a criminal thanks
Employees make you feel like you are a bother to them when you ask questions. However there are a few very few who have been very helpful and kind. Store most of the time is dirty looking. And they block the middle of the isle when stocking shelves instead of putting the buggy to one side or the other.. when I can I would rather support the mom and pop stores because they understand that customer service is what keeps them in business.. Walmart just takes customers for granted because they know one stop shopping is the easiest way out for most shoppers. I only go anymore if I dont really have any other choices. .
Waited for 30 minutes for someone to come with a cart for the bunk beds I was there to buy. The kind lady who I asked for help from paged them 3 different times (if I could give 5 stars just to her I would) but no one showed up. I just said forget it and left without the bunk beds... hey... if you dont want my money you dont want my money. Also my cart had a blow out...
Right now walmart in Calhoun GA is only getting one star. They show very little interest in keeping the shelves stocked with product that is commonly ask for and the costom service is lack. The walmart employees actually look like they are trying to acoid you.
Arrived later on a Tuesday night. A few car alarms were going off and a bunch of kids were gathered with their cars and trucks in the one corner of the lot. They used the lot to drag race extremely loud vehicles. We felt very unsafe and decided to leave without making a purchase.
Very clean. Bathrooms was too. Employees was nice. Lots of checkouts.
Ill never step foot in a Walmart again...all that shopping and they expect me to checkout and bag my own groceries..I think not and I think never!
Just left the lady in the front litterally touched every body receipt did not sanitize her hands and was all in our personal space it was about 5 ppl in like headed out the door families included she risked us all around 10:50 am if u want to check cameras around the grocery area ... practice social distance and less touching of things especially when raw meat Nd several ppl involved

Were in from out of town. Stopped by Eye Glasses department to have my glasses repaired. It was just a simple wire replacement but I wasnt charged for anything. I thought this was great especially since I didnt purchase my glasses from any Wal-Mart . Great people here.
Staff is extremely rude and very very confrontational even when you ask a simple question. Employees make it difficult for anyone to feel comfortable shopping and I would gladly drive 30 miles to go to a different one just to feel a more positive atmosphere.
Hate Walmarts. Only go as a last resort when I need something quickly and cant get it anywhere else, and half the time they dont even have it or its out of stock. Associates are generally useless. Absolutely despise how the self checkouts now have cameras in your face. Worst place to shop.
I stopped by to the Money center to send Money via Mobile Wallet. Unfortunately, not only had no one in the store done it before,they had never heard of it. Despite the efforts of employees Connie and Bri... I was finally told they do not do it at that location. Despite its being on the wall as displayed ... No one there could assist me. 🤔. I am not disappointed at the employees but at the store of Walmart for offering a service in which its employees are not properly trained or aware of. For this reason I am awarding 2 Stars which actually should be 1 star but the efforts in the employees should not go without being recognized. Ultimately, the service and which I entered the store for were not available and therefore, I left the store as an unsatisfied customer ☹️
I thought last week was awful when I went to check out and I was the 14th person in the only check out line open! This week there were zero cashier lines open. The only option was the self checkout.
Need to do better keeping stock shelves!! When I go they always out of some things!!
In the time of Covid, I would think people would be smart enough to wash their hands when leaving a bathroom. However, there was a Walmart employee who walked out without washing her hands. And where are women supposed to out their purses? I was forced to try to balance it on the toilet paper dispenser and it fell off and several items rolled into the next stall. Which brings me to my third grievance, it was the handicap stall and somebody had locked it from the inside so the door wouldnt open. As if handicapped people dont have it hard enough already!

Theyre tearing this store down to match all the other stores in the country. I get that and can work it through as I shop.What I was truly dismayed by at checkout, was seeing only 6 cashier checkout lanes, the rest being self checkout. Like, over a dozen lanes of self checkout, with one poor woman trying to take care of them all.The store is a disaster and honestly?I have been comparing prices for over two months now and Kroger is now cheaper than Walmart.I really only go to Walmart now to get the dog treats my little girl loves.
Employees are fine they just need to keep the cash registers open after midnight I dont work for Walmart I dont like using self-checkouts I may just quit going after 10 at night because I have to go through those self-checkouts and its not my choice that means Walmart is forcing me to work for them for free
Trucks must enter on the T side and exit on the W side. Friendly and fast to unload.
For a smaller sized Walmart this is a great store. The employees are way more helpful than Target (Cartersville) and on an even par with Sams Club (Rome). Go there. Oh yeah, the store is good but the app really sucks.

Walmart is my go to source of what l need . They won me from Kmart ! That is a big deal ! But Walmart has a rep. for bone head dum, unhelpful employees, lack of stock items & lm very sorry to say, a growing rep. for becoming ghetto stores . 😟 Keep building new stores where America is growing but some locations hurt Sams legacy !!!

What can I say its Walmart, great prices great selection, its the one stop shop.. literally, next year theyll have a complete medical center in Walmart, real Drs, MRI, x-ray, dentist the whole 9 yards. I guess you can order your groceries online while at your Dr. appointment. Idk thats just a little bit much for me. I do enjoy the fact you can buy hunting supplies and groceries at the same place but a complete medical center, I dont like the idea. I think its going overboard.. also if you have a life dont apply here for a job, I thought they worked with your schedule, I found out different, they want you there pretty much 7 days a week but youre part time 🤔🤔🤔 no insurance for a year, its not the place I thought it was.
Bought a grill that was way too big for my trunk. James (co-manager) was very helpful in helping disassemble the grill into a form that it would fit into our car. The grill was bought and paid for and he didn’t have to help but he did. Super friendly and helpful. Just grilled some nice ribeyes on that grill. Thanks James. I would share a ribeye with you if I could.

Just bought my Christmas Tree and everything I needed to decorate for the holidays. I was in and out very quickly. I didnt even have to wait in line at checkout 🤔🤔🤗🤗 I think Ill start doing my shopping after 11:00 pm!!! 😉
Everytime I need something from the jewelry department no one is ever there to fulfill not only mine but other customers needs. I sent a ring off and it’s been two weeks still have yet to get it back not only that they sent it off 3 days after I made the purchase even with it being on week days.... I hate having to go to the jewelry center. After this purchase I will NOT make another one. Can’t ever get anyone to the counter after waiting 20-30 mins with other employees walking by and a few other customers leave feeling the same way never fails... smh
Your people are not staying six feet away from customers I was checking out and one of your associates stood right beside me and filled the racks I looked at her and she said how are you doing I said fine
This is my local walmart. The remodeling there doing is coming along nice. The people that work there are sweet and efficient and helpful. They have a good variety of stuff to choose from. I have NO complaints, ONLY compliments!
This Walmart is really only good for the Walmart Care Clinic. The set up is like the older Walmarts to & they are always out of a lot of merchandise & food. Not to mention their lines are absolutely ridiculous but I guess thats at any Walmart.
This Walmart seems particularly well run because its always neat and clean, well stocked, isles are not a mess like some others, so as long as you avoid peak times, it actually makes Walmart shopping not too bad when the store is well kept like this one. Ive been to others and understood why some people dread shopping at Walmart, but not this one. Then again, I guess Im luck to be able to avoid the busiest times.

Walmart is a big asset to America, people dont realize how much Walmart helps our economy. The only thing negative is people going in to shop in their pajamas, that is truly LOW-LIFE and DISGUSTING! There is NO EXCUSE for anyone to do that or to wear costumes to get attention, they clearly have mental issues or just a pure Red-Neck.And what is sad, is ever since Sam Walton the founder died, so did his pledge to sell AMERICAN PRODUCTS and now his sons cares more about supporting China than America, they dont have the same Love of Country as their Dad, they just love money and China --- Sad, VERY SAD !!!
Response time to the jewelry section has been horrible the past two times I have gone. Have had to page for someone multiple times with around a 15 to 20 minute wait.
This Walmart has the most efficient and accurate grocery pick-up in town! When it comes to grocery pick-up orders, Walmarts customer service is hard to beat!
Say what you will about Walmart but Michelle, Zach and Dakota in automotive went above and beyond! On our way back from FL our son and family had a tire blow out on I-75 nearly at the auto centers closing time. They stayed until the tow truck arrived at the Calhoun, GA Walmart auto dept. They had the tire fixed and us all back on the road in less than an hour. Kudos to the crew!!!
My parents were traveling from FL to Cincinnati and one of their tires was getting flat. The wonderful people at the auto center at Calhoun Walmart fixed it for them, and the cost was a fraction of what my parents were expecting to pay. You have earned a couple of very loyal customer:). Well done!
Its super convenient but they dont have a huge selection. Nice store but for anything speciaized, plan on going online or to another town.
Worst Walmart! I got the wrong ink and now Im out $68! Because they wont even return it and I bought it literally the day before! They gave me my money back the first time but and now they wont even return it. Doesnt make sense. But the manager there is horrible. and now theyre kicking me out for speaking

I tend to go late at night, unless I absolutely have to during the day. Its wonderful at night, except when they decide to shut down every so how register in the entire store for about an hour while one guy, whos also an ass, counts the drawers down.
Just closed for a 3 day deep cleaning cause over 25 employees tested positive for covid. Black Friday was extremely organized though
They have pretty much all you need but I find extremely hard to navigate sometimes between the what seems to be a million stockers and pick up order pullers and other Walmart employees
What happened to keeping the store stocked? I mean it was bare!! The produce department... I couldnt get a head of lettuce, bell pepper or a bag of potatoes or tomatoes. Much more was missing to many items to list. Absolutely no Bread hardly any meats or even drinks. They had 3 cashiers it was a mess
Ive been to many Walmart locations for oil change and tire rotation,but by far the BEST ever? Ive never had a service center blue all of my ball joints and check the dope in my rear end and check all my fluids in all my years no one is ever done this come to find out theyre supposed to be doing it all along but Im at the Walmart service center in Calhoun I am 60 miles away from you guys and travel this highway frequently and will stop here in or out of town from now on!
Fix the wheels on the darned grocery carts!!! Finally settled on the 5th one I tried, but it was only slightly better than the other 4 lemons. SERIOUSLY! It is the same condition at almost every Walmart across the country. This is one of the main reasons I will spend more money to shop elsewhere.
They have added a health center to this Walmart. It has recently been remodeled. They have Alpha Foods vegan burritos in Mexicali, Pizza, Philly, and Chikn Fajita. Today there were $2.64 a piece. I eat these for lunch regularly. So I stocked up at this price. I usually pay over $3 for them.

Bananas do not go in the same bag as the chicken. Especially when I grouped them in with the vegetables so they could be bagged together. Now I found them in the freezer with the chicken and they arent good anymore. They always put random stuff together even when I group them in order. Also, I know that some people are rude to cashiers but I usually ask them how theyre doing, I smile and dont ask for anything and I still get an attitude from half of them just because they dont feel like doing their job.. even when its not busy. And the random time that I did take a coupon that was handed to me in that same store they try to ignore it and pretend they didnt see it until I reminded them it was laying there in the end. My family and I shop here because they have almost everything but service is kind of horrible. There are one or two staff members that are wonderful but for the most part either they arent being trained with all of the information they need to know because they never know the answer to anything even after a second employee comes to try to help and they just leave you with basically we dont know, we sell it but find it yourself... if you do. If you trained them better and payed them better, then maybe you wouldnt have this problem. This is at every Wal-mart. On average I spend 130-160 every week on groceries here and its rarely a positive experience. Idk.. Ive been going here for years and see no progress, it just gets worse. The oil and tire place is great though, theyre honest with how long it will take and they do a great job. The eye place is good too. The pharmacy is bad sometimes. They told me my insurance didnt cover my birth control a couple of times when clearly it is but I dont have time to sit there and argue so I just let them take my $10.. Soon will be finding another pharmacy, Ive been going to this one for about 4 months but Im not liking the inconsistency on wait times and what they say on coverage. I never had this problem at my old pharmacy but its too far away now.
Great place for the emergency needs. I love the low prices on the dog food and that they actually carry good dog food and not trash. The bakery could stand a overhaul. its super convenient and open when you need it.
Its Wal-Mart. They have what you need, but they are always slammed and literally no one in there gives 2 flips whether people are wearing masks so if you havent had covid and you wanna find out what its like, go to Wal-Mart.

Not enough cashiers and cashier lines open. Lots of self checkout lines open but I do not work there and I do not accept check out items that I wish to purchase. If Walmart decides to give a 50% off discount for self checkout then I will think about it

Wal-Mart has everything you need. Good parking, tied in with other stores right by. They have food, electronics, to clothing, and furniture. The services are good. Self checkout is always prompt. Pharmacy, Gardening, to automorive.
Their grocery pickup is a great service. Watch the substitution agreement. They substituted Bar S bologna for Bar S weiners. What did they want me to do, roll my bologna up and use it for an weiner.
Been calling all morning and they answered the phone one time and didn’t say anything and hung up. I just have a question without having to drive 30 minutes there.

2022-05-17I came in to buy groceries and get wic items there were no registers open so I asked one of the ladies in self check out where I needed to go in order to get my wic items and she shrugged her shoulders and told me that she didn’t know bc there were no registers open. I seen an elderly woman ask if some one could ring her up bc she was unable to self check out and they would not help her.I completely understand that people are short staffed, but one register needs to stay open for the elderly and wic items. People who have babies right now understand that there is a shortage on formula ECT. When I’m able to locate what my child NEEDS I expect to be able to use my vouchers and of course when you have older people come in and people with disabilities then they should not be ringing their own things up if you can clearly see they are unable.

2022-06-14On 06/13/22 I went to walmart to buy groceries and the Chicken smelled like dog food and the cashier on the self check out said she already took a pack away earlier I don’t think they care about it but that could get someone sick they should of removed all the chicken when they took the first pack

And helped me figure the phone service I need up here.It is real cool to know there are still good people out there.Very nice and helpful, for Walmart.Yall better find her and put her in management.

2022-02-22See I dont come into town very often. But when I do I get all of my rat Killin done. An when I got to Walmart here. I did what we always do we split up get more done this way. An it was closing time. An we had the worst manager repeatedly tell us that Walmart is closed. An we could not even buy the food that I as needed for our kids. So we ended up having to stay in town all night till Kroger opened up in the morning

2022-02-14The stock was out if place and didnt match what the app showed. One associate we approached try to act like he didnt see us. Then proceeded to tell us he would call someone to assist us. The associate that was sent to help was able to find the item we were looking for only in a different color. All in all the experience was okay.

2022-03-18This is the most disgusting Walmart I’ve ever been in. The store is incredibly dirty and messy. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in a decade. And the shelves are so clutter you can’t find anything. Also, they are always out of stock. This store needs help or tear it down and rebuild it
